  open Forum discussion about heathen re.

  All right, so Heathen re at least with what I practice and
• 1:28
  with kind of what I follow is the north Germanic model.
• 1:31
  Of heathen re there's a lot of different styles or different
• 1:38
  versions of heathen re based on sort of where you want to lean
• 1:42
  more towards an in terms of a Pantheon, okay, it is a
• 1:45
  polytheistic Faith or belief system, religion, whatever you
• 1:50
  would prefer to call it. And when I say polytheistic, I'm
• 1:54
  talking about, we believe in and venerate or adhere to a belief
• 2:00
  system where there are multiple Deities.
• 2:02
  All right, we're not just talking about one supreme deity
• 2:05
  or deity gods. And goddesses are our thing.
• 2:09
  We're also into the heavily into ancestor veneration.
• 2:14
  We feel that the luck and things that we've inherited from our
• 2:18
  ancestors, carries down through our lineage and is what we are
• 2:22
  sort of working with today. So there's going to be a lot of
• 2:26
  discussions coming out on this on this podcast about heathen re
• 2:30
  hopefully to help. Kate and, you know, sort of give
• 2:36
  a bit of an insight as to what Norse Heathen re specifically is
• 2:40

  humans, not just in my area but heathens around the world.

  exciting way of reaching, hopefully, new and interested

  heathens all over the world. Again, keep in mind, a lot of

  what I put out here. I'm one of those.

  I'm one of those folks in my Heathen path and as I kind of
• 5:53
  walked this path throughout my life, I'm one of these folks
• 5:55
  that like to, you know, draw from the historical.

  Specs of heathen re and use that historical elements to build
• 6:10
  upon me as a modern Heathen. I like that approach.
• 6:15
  There's some folks out here that like, to, you know, take a more
• 6:19
  Reconstructionist approach of history, and try to relive and
• 6:23
  relieve in and revive the old historic ways.
• 6:27
  That's not necessarily my path, but I don't down anybody for
• 6:30
  doing that. There's other folks here that
• 6:32
  are very neo-pagan that are very more, you know, new age, almost
• 6:37
  Wicca in their approach things. Hey, you know, whatever works
• 6:40
  for you that's that's my Approach.
• 6:43
  But my Approach is to, you know, take from the history of what we
• 6:47
  know and use it to build our practices now.
• 6:52
  So it's going to be a lot more stuff coming.
• 6:53
  Hopefully on this platform in the coming weeks, days months,
• 6:58
  even years, guys, this is, this is really exciting.

  Code. I will kind of go into a bit of

  more in depth of my individual background, just to kind of give

  you guys anybody that hasn't heard from me, yet, people that
