- 0:10Speaker 1: Good morning, good y'all.
- 0:13Speaker 2: There.
- 0:14Speaker 3: Yeah, oh, I gotta tell you so, it's gonna be
- 0:18Speaker 3: hot mostly Sunday today in the eighties, nineties, This weekend
- 0:20Speaker 3: hot again, next week hot hot hot. So as we
- 0:23Speaker 3: said yesterday, freeze your pillowcases, put cold water on your wrists.
- 0:27Speaker 1: It will help.
- 0:30Speaker 3: What does it mean, Tanya, when you have a dream
- 0:32Speaker 3: about a co worker? It was so vivid, so clear,
- 0:36Speaker 3: and uh it was about one of us here.
- 0:40Speaker 4: Wow, So did you dream about and it's what was
- 0:43Speaker 4: the emotion you were feeling in the dream?
- 0:45Speaker 5: That's what you have toned in on.
- 0:46Speaker 3: Strangely in the dream. I was fine with it, and
- 0:50Speaker 3: then I woke up. I was glad it was just
- 0:52Speaker 3: a dream.
- 0:53Speaker 6: Oh okay, yeah, but no, what was the emotion?
- 0:57Speaker 1: What does emotion mean?
- 0:58Speaker 2: Like?
- 0:59Speaker 6: Were you sad? Were you stress?
- 1:00Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 1:00Speaker 1: You anxious? I just said, I just told you.
- 1:04Speaker 5: A fine emotion. I thank you.
- 1:09Speaker 1: Okay.
- 1:10Speaker 3: I was unbothered, which makes me feel bad because I
- 1:16Speaker 3: should be bothered.
- 1:17Speaker 1: I would be the dream a little bit.
- 1:19Speaker 5: Let me let me help you get.
- 1:21Speaker 3: One of our crew members here, Simon, who's worked here
- 1:24Speaker 3: for two thousand and nine? Simon, could you identify yourself?
- 1:26Speaker 3: Could we hear your docile tones?
- 1:29Speaker 1: Hello, you're dreaming about me? Yes, but talk like you
- 1:34Speaker 1: normally talk? Well, this is how I talk when people
- 1:38Speaker 1: dream about me. This is the tone that I a
- 1:42Speaker 1: little taken aback Dmitri Is Simon be honest? Is that
- 1:46Speaker 1: how he really talks? No, this has taken on a
- 1:49Speaker 1: whole turn that I'm not comfortable with. So, Simon Quin,
- 1:54Speaker 1: I'm the one in the dreams. You quit.
- 1:56Speaker 3: You quit last night. You quit the show last night
- 1:59Speaker 3: after seventeen years you yeah, you quit. Of all the
- 2:03Speaker 3: people here, you quit seventeen years in?
- 2:06Speaker 5: And how did you feel? Ryan, what do you found
- 2:08Speaker 5: out i'mon quit?
- 2:09Speaker 3: He was like, when I woke up, I was happy
- 2:11Speaker 3: it was a dream. During the dream, I didn't care.
- 2:13Speaker 5: I mean, I didn't feeling no emotion.
- 2:15Speaker 1: I know, I said, I understand.
- 2:17Speaker 3: Yeah, No, I know, I don't mean it like that,
- 2:18Speaker 3: I said, I understand.
- 2:20Speaker 1: I get it.
- 2:20Speaker 3: Seventeen years You're sweet about it. I understand me.
- 2:24Speaker 1: What am I gonna do?
- 2:24Speaker 6: Are you with exactly?
- 2:25Speaker 7: What are you do in?
- 2:26Speaker 6: I get you wanted to go for you?
- 2:28Speaker 1: Okay, thank you. What does it mean?
- 2:29Speaker 4: It means you're losing something in your life. It may
- 2:33Speaker 4: not have to do with work. It could be something
- 2:35Speaker 4: totally separate, but you're okay with it. No, and you're
- 2:37Speaker 4: just like going through the emotions like you're trying to
- 2:39Speaker 4: figure out how you feel about it.
- 2:40Speaker 5: But you're losing something in your life.
- 2:42Speaker 6: What are you losing?
- 2:43Speaker 1: What do you lose? You don't know?
- 2:44Speaker 3: Think about it, Simon, Thank goodness, think I don't know
- 2:47Speaker 3: what it is. I will think about that. That's how
- 2:49Speaker 3: do you know that?
- 2:50Speaker 1: Where did that come from? Is this glibness or is
- 2:52Speaker 1: this real?
- 2:53Speaker 4: This is what my therapist does with me with my
- 2:55Speaker 4: dreams so wild. I imagine that it's somewhat legit.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Do not compare my head to yours.
- 3:04Speaker 5: No, it's like therapy.
- 3:06Speaker 1: One o one, Okay, it's a basic reaction. Yeah, well
- 3:10Speaker 1: maybe I will. I'll deep dive on that. I have
- 3:12Speaker 1: a weekend here.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Friday morning, kiss FM Tanya has a trending report. What
- 3:16Speaker 3: is the question we should think about during this trending report?
- 3:19Speaker 4: What if I told you getting your heartbroken actually means
- 3:22Speaker 4: you one?
- 3:23Speaker 1: Tell me more?
- 3:24Speaker 4: That's kind of what Jennifer Lopez's breakup philosophy is these
- 3:28Speaker 4: days that breakups are not a failure. She says, I
- 3:30Speaker 4: honestly feel like it's a launch pad into your next
- 3:33Speaker 4: best self. She even said that we should be throwing
- 3:37Speaker 4: parties when we break up, telling people congratulations instead of
- 3:40Speaker 4: I'm so sorry. Her reasoning is, you made a decision
- 3:43Speaker 4: and it was probably the best thing for everybody. And
- 3:46Speaker 4: this is coming from a woman who knows heartbreak. She's
- 3:48Speaker 4: been married four times, engaged Sholex Rodriguez most recently went
- 3:51Speaker 4: through her split from Ben Affleck. She says her biggest
- 3:55Speaker 4: growth spurts emotionally, mentally, psychologically have always come from a heartbreak.
- 4:00Speaker 4: And she said it's not just romantic ones. You can
- 4:03Speaker 4: have work heartbreaks.
- 4:04Speaker 1: You're forced to grow.
- 4:06Speaker 3: You're forced to get through that moment and that challenge,
- 4:09Speaker 3: which at the at the end you learn something and
- 4:10Speaker 3: you do grow.
- 4:11Speaker 1: So I understand her point.
- 4:12Speaker 3: I mean, I have said to people when they break
- 4:15Speaker 3: up with somebody, sometimes, good job that was not for you.
- 4:19Speaker 1: That we saw it.
- 4:20Speaker 3: We don't want to say it, but you're in the
- 4:22Speaker 3: long run, you're going to be happier. The thing is
- 4:24Speaker 3: when you when you and this is separate from I
- 4:27Speaker 3: don't you know Jennifer's story, but when you are in
- 4:30Speaker 3: it with somebody, there are things that are going to happen.
- 4:32Speaker 3: You're gonna get frustrated, you're gonna be disappointed, you're going
- 4:34Speaker 3: to get mad. Like all those things happen to me.
- 4:37Speaker 3: The breakup needs to be about can you not align
- 4:40Speaker 3: your values? Like, if you can't align values, that's just
- 4:42Speaker 3: probably not going to.
- 4:43Speaker 1: Ever get there.
- 4:44Speaker 6: That's true.
- 4:45Speaker 3: You can get over being upset, yeah, but value alignment
- 4:48Speaker 3: is a difficult thing to overcome, and over time that
- 4:50Speaker 3: might cause somebody to go you know, or trust, trust, valuing.
- 4:55Speaker 3: Those are the things that you would say, probably I
- 5:00Speaker 3: gotta go good on me.
- 5:01Speaker 6: Right when you finally get to that point, I'm not.
- 5:03Speaker 1: Going to settle for value.
- 5:04Speaker 3: I'm not going to settle for trus lack of trust
- 5:06Speaker 3: for different viyes, right, I think so for you personally,
- 5:11Speaker 3: Uh no.
- 5:13Speaker 1: It hasn't been. But I think what happened.
- 5:15Speaker 6: If it wasn't those two, then won't watch it?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Timing really.
- 5:22Speaker 5: Timing, schliming. You can always get on the same page
- 5:25Speaker 5: with me.
- 5:26Speaker 1: Once again, I give an answer, and Tanya doesn't like it,
- 5:28Speaker 1: so she.
- 5:28Speaker 6: Doesn't actually understood it when you said it.
- 5:31Speaker 3: I get its tickets next shot seven ten, then eight ten,
- 5:36Speaker 3: then nine to ten, all this morning.
- 5:39Speaker 1: So we touched upon this this week.
- 5:41Speaker 3: It's been fun to watch visitors from all over the
- 5:43Speaker 3: world come to LA and appreciate some stuff that we
- 5:45Speaker 3: might take for granted in the US and here in
- 5:48Speaker 3: southern California. Just the size of drinks. Like World Cup
- 5:52Speaker 3: fans are coming and they can't believe how big our
- 5:55Speaker 3: drinks can get in terms of the extra large super order.
- 5:59Speaker 8: Right.
- 6:00Speaker 6: Either that or I on the free refills.
- 6:02Speaker 1: Free refills, can't get over it.
- 6:04Speaker 3: That's saying that I don't we grew up go to
- 6:06Speaker 3: places and they offer free refills or bottomless bowls, air conditioning. Uh,
- 6:12Speaker 3: I think they haven't. They been talking about our grocery
- 6:14Speaker 3: stores too. People visiting from all over the world.
- 6:16Speaker 9: Oh, they think that the sizes, Like there's someone that
- 6:19Speaker 9: like videotake themselves going into a Costco or something.
- 6:22Speaker 6: Like that scale the scale and it was a Walmart.
- 6:26Speaker 9: He walked into Walmart and just like the size of
- 6:28Speaker 9: a mayonnaise or the size of a ketchup.
- 6:30Speaker 1: Like they do it big, we do it big.
- 6:34Speaker 3: I saw somebody talking about food takeaway, like doggy bags
- 6:38Speaker 3: that you know, in where they're from, you don't take
- 6:41Speaker 3: away the food. I don't know what they do. I
- 6:43Speaker 3: don't know what they do. They don't take away the food.
- 6:46Speaker 3: Another thing that people cannot get over are our beach
- 6:50Speaker 3: fire pits.
- 6:52Speaker 1: They fascinate me.
- 6:52Speaker 3: You know when you ride down there the beach, like
- 6:55Speaker 3: I'll bring on my bike route yeah, Marina play yeah.
- 7:00Speaker 9: Or down in Orange County Sunset Beach has all the pits.
- 7:03Speaker 1: Yeah, ton of pits.
- 7:05Speaker 3: Like, that's a huge beach with pits, right, They're fascinating
- 7:08Speaker 3: actually still to me, I don't know when I see it,
- 7:10Speaker 3: I still like that's a really cool idea. They just
- 7:13Speaker 3: can't get over it there. They can't believe they're free.
- 7:15Speaker 3: They can't believe they're there on the beach and that
- 7:18Speaker 3: people we can gather around them. Speak of gathering on
- 7:21Speaker 3: the beaches. Did you see that some places are banning tents.
- 7:26Speaker 9: Yes, well, Laguna Beach was the first one to do it.
- 7:28Speaker 9: They're like, no more just umbrellas, only you can't do
- 7:31Speaker 9: cannopy tents right now. Other beaches are like, yeah, that's
- 7:34Speaker 9: kind of a vibe.
- 7:35Speaker 3: But they say it's safety. Lifeguards can't get a visual,
- 7:40Speaker 3: you know, from certain places. But man, that's an interesting
- 7:42Speaker 3: one because you need shaite. It's so hot you need shade.
- 7:46Speaker 3: But some are massive. People are throwing parties underneath these.
- 7:50Speaker 6: Because they'll connect them.
- 7:51Speaker 9: They'll get like twelve by twelve tents and they'll put
- 7:54Speaker 9: four of them together.
- 7:55Speaker 6: And this you basically build a building like on the sand.
- 7:58Speaker 3: Well, welcome to like if you are visiting, we love
- 8:02Speaker 3: that you're here in southern California. Today's the last World
- 8:04Speaker 3: Cup game in Los Angeles. Actually, so that's right, Kiss FM.
- 8:08Speaker 3: And up next, if you're going to ask somebody out
- 8:11Speaker 3: on a date, let me give you something that might help.
- 8:14Speaker 3: I don't think this is going to be groundbreaking, earth shattering,
- 8:18Speaker 3: but Kiss FM. If you're going out on a date
- 8:20Speaker 3: with somebody, when you ask them out, compliment them and
- 8:26Speaker 3: that will increase your odds of them saying yes.
- 8:29Speaker 1: I think people love compliments, don't they. Sure, But here's
- 8:34Speaker 1: the key.
- 8:34Speaker 3: If you're going to do a compliment and ask somebody else,
- 8:37Speaker 3: don't compliment the physical, compliment something else. I think that's
- 8:41Speaker 3: a better move. Okay, So I think looks compliments of looks. Sure,
- 8:46Speaker 3: fine bits surface like if they are if you notice how.
- 8:51Speaker 1: Yeah, I can't say something. You know you?
- 8:53Speaker 3: You're so kind to people you don't know. I just
- 8:55Speaker 3: love that. Let's go out like that kind of thing
- 8:57Speaker 3: versus kind the.
- 8:59Speaker 5: People they don't know.
- 9:00Speaker 1: I'm making you know what?
- 9:04Speaker 6: I love your energy, your spirit, you know you.
- 9:08Speaker 3: Yes, something that's not necessarily just physical, I think is
- 9:11Speaker 3: a better idea.
- 9:12Speaker 1: If you're going to go a compliment you love these people.
- 9:14Speaker 5: Compliment your eyes.
- 9:16Speaker 6: Yeah, you have great eyes. Eyes, Yeah, beautiful eyes.
- 9:19Speaker 1: I don't hate it. Thank you.
- 9:22Speaker 3: Today's quote. But you act like you've never seen my eyes.
- 9:25Speaker 3: That's what's weird. Well, what do you mean we see
- 9:28Speaker 3: your complement my eyes. You've been working together twenty years.
- 9:31Speaker 6: You want me to tell you beautiful eyes every single day?
- 9:33Speaker 3: Oh no, you just told me in your nineteen I'm
- 9:36Speaker 3: not true, and thank you though I don't know all right.
- 9:40Speaker 1: Today's quote.
- 9:41Speaker 3: If you knew you were one hundred rejections from achieving
- 9:44Speaker 3: your dream, think how excited you would be every time
- 9:47Speaker 3: someone said no. So you just have to reframe everything.
- 9:50Speaker 3: I love that love that like, no, you shouldn't bring
- 9:54Speaker 3: you down.
- 9:54Speaker 1: It should be all right. I gotta get.
- 9:56Speaker 3: Ninety nine to get closer Your Dean on kiss Chewi,
- 9:59Speaker 3: he's going to be in guarding grove after seven o'clock
- 10:02Speaker 3: with free gas, Sicney and our headlines is Friday morning,
- 10:05Speaker 3: Just FM headlines with Sisney.
- 10:08Speaker 10: Well.
- 10:08Speaker 9: An RV fire on the sixty and Diamond Bar has
- 10:11Speaker 9: spread to nearby brush, forcing the closure of most westbound lanes.
- 10:16Speaker 9: More on that, of course, coming up with Ginger Chan.
- 10:19Speaker 9: Hundreds of outraged Boyle Heights residents stormed a town hall
- 10:22Speaker 9: meeting last night demanding answers as food continues to rot
- 10:26Speaker 9: in that warehouse that burned for eight days last month.
- 10:30Speaker 9: Huntington Beach officials are warning against illegal gatherings and street
- 10:34Speaker 9: takeovers after out of state visitors sparked chaos in Newport
- 10:39Speaker 9: Beach on the fourth of July.
- 10:41Speaker 6: And Spain will.
- 10:42Speaker 9: Take on Belgium at Sofi Stadium at noon today the
- 10:45Speaker 9: final la WILL World Cup match here in Los Angeles.
- 10:49Speaker 9: The winner will move on to play France on Tuesday.
- 10:53Speaker 3: Well, there is a big and wonderful event going on
- 10:56Speaker 3: next Thursday and on Monty where the whole community's coming
- 10:59Speaker 3: together to help out in Ala, Montana.
- 11:02Speaker 1: We're gonna meet her.
- 11:02Speaker 7: Next to you.
- 11:03Speaker 11: I can't move on.
- 11:05Speaker 8: Hey, nod, I'm out plast It's.
- 11:10Speaker 7: Outrageous and I'll take it.
- 11:15Speaker 11: Oh whats been?
- 11:19Speaker 2: Wait?
- 11:19Speaker 11: Mute Brandy on Miami concrete looking for somebody different because
- 11:30Speaker 11: my daddy was a pillow. My mamma is but I
- 11:33Speaker 11: miss anywhere.
- 11:35Speaker 12: Baby, Please don't call me for the wrong reason. We
- 11:41Speaker 12: both know exactly what I'm thinking weeks past and I
- 11:45Speaker 12: never brote time because I never said never in the
- 11:47Speaker 12: belly ever.
- 11:48Speaker 13: Lie.
- 11:48Speaker 11: I'm on the road with no original place and out
- 11:52Speaker 11: of space. I didn't make it up, but you can't
- 11:54Speaker 11: find it.
- 11:54Speaker 1: On the phone or globe.
- 11:56Speaker 11: And I can take you with me if you really
- 11:58Speaker 11: want to go.
- 12:04Speaker 12: Move and I can't move on, I take it way.
- 12:21Speaker 3: Mute, It's dominic fly on FM. Chewery Martinez. We're gonna
- 12:30Speaker 3: go live to him in a second. I got him
- 12:32Speaker 3: on hold with the Free Gas and Garden Grove because
- 12:34Speaker 3: I want to bring in.
- 12:35Speaker 1: This is one of those stories.
- 12:36Speaker 3: We're in a big city composed of a lot of
- 12:38Speaker 3: small cities, right. There are small towns in a big
- 12:41Speaker 3: city to make up all of southern California. And when
- 12:44Speaker 3: you fly in, it's it's still baffling to me when
- 12:46Speaker 3: you find you see there's no space.
- 12:48Speaker 1: It just goes on and on.
- 12:50Speaker 3: And when you drive from LA to Orange County, it's
- 12:51Speaker 3: like it just goes on and on. Most places you
- 12:54Speaker 3: drive out of the stuff.
- 12:55Speaker 9: Right exactly and you have fields land.
- 12:59Speaker 3: Yeah, it doesn't end here, just like really there's more, yes,
- 13:03Speaker 3: But this is one of those local events coming out
- 13:06Speaker 3: of Almanti. Her name is Stella Vaye and she was
- 13:10Speaker 3: diagnosed with something called aplastic anemia. She was in high
- 13:14Speaker 3: school when she was diagnosed, and she needs a bone
- 13:16Speaker 3: marrow transplant. We're gonna talk to her ear in a second.
- 13:19Speaker 3: The challenge is finding someone who is a match. So
- 13:22Speaker 3: I think what that is? You essentially you aren't producing
- 13:25Speaker 3: the blood cells you need. Right there's certain blood cells
- 13:29Speaker 3: you need. We'll find out from her. Right here, I've
- 13:31Speaker 3: got Erica, her mom and Stella here connecting.
- 13:35Speaker 12: Hi.
- 13:35Speaker 1: Stella, good morning, It's Ryan Seacrestani and Sicini. How you doing.
- 13:39Speaker 10: Hi?
- 13:40Speaker 14: I'm okay.
- 13:41Speaker 1: Good.
- 13:42Speaker 3: So we read about your story and we wanted to
- 13:44Speaker 3: say hi and talk about it a little bit there
- 13:46Speaker 3: in Almnty and talk about the event. People coming together
- 13:50Speaker 3: next Thursday, Valley Boulevard will tell you about that. So
- 13:54Speaker 3: a plastic anemia you were diagnosed with that?
- 13:57Speaker 1: What does it mean?
- 13:59Speaker 14: A plastic and as a really rare bone marrow disorder,
- 14:03Speaker 14: which it kind of mimics leukemia, except of instead of
- 14:06Speaker 14: cancer attacking my bone marrow, it's my own cells that
- 14:09Speaker 14: attack my bone marrow which causes it to fail.
- 14:13Speaker 3: Seventeen years old, and it is it? It's treatable curable.
- 14:16Speaker 3: What do they tell you?
- 14:19Speaker 14: So, it's kind of both. It is a treatment for it,
- 14:21Speaker 14: and there's one cheer for it. I already went through
- 14:24Speaker 14: the treatment for it, but it only has around like
- 14:26Speaker 14: a fifty to fifty of working, which is like a
- 14:29Speaker 14: lot of aminosuppressants. It's called atg ist treatment. But that one,
- 14:34Speaker 14: unfortunately didn't work because I was already too severe. And
- 14:38Speaker 14: the only chure is a bone maw transplant.
- 14:40Speaker 3: Okay, So el Monty's coming together for next Thursday's event
- 14:44Speaker 3: to find a donor.
- 14:46Speaker 1: What's happening next week?
- 14:49Speaker 14: Next week? I'm me and the Bone Mara Foundation, with
- 14:52Speaker 14: the help of Almani ped is hosting a bone maraw
- 14:55Speaker 14: swab event. Hopefully find me a match and like other
- 14:59Speaker 14: kids that go through similar diseases or a pastach ammia
- 15:02Speaker 14: that need a bone mail tramp plant for a tear.
- 15:04Speaker 2: Wow.
- 15:05Speaker 3: So Stella, when when you found out about what the
- 15:07Speaker 3: town wants to do there, what elmnty you know your
- 15:10Speaker 3: community want to do?
- 15:10Speaker 1: How'd you feel?
- 15:13Speaker 14: I felt really supported and especially in like a disease
- 15:16Speaker 14: they call it kind of the lonely disease because it's
- 15:19Speaker 14: not very like known in communities, or especially when you
- 15:22Speaker 14: tell people like I've had to tell people tell me
- 15:24Speaker 14: that like a nusic iron pills because they think it's
- 15:27Speaker 14: like regular anemia. Yeah, but I feel so supported and
- 15:32Speaker 14: like seen, like in my community and by my family
- 15:35Speaker 14: and friends to come together and help me with this disease.
- 15:39Speaker 3: It's awesome that people are coming together. I mean people
- 15:42Speaker 3: are good, you know, generally people are good. This is
- 15:45Speaker 3: a valley boulevard behind city Hall parking structure in Almonte.
- 15:47Speaker 3: Next Thursday, how's Auntie and Mom? How are you guys doing?
- 15:51Speaker 3: How's the family holding up?
- 15:52Speaker 14: Oh? Mom is mom is? Mom has probably a whole
- 15:55Speaker 14: story and tell you how she's holding up. But she's
- 15:57Speaker 14: holding up well.
- 15:57Speaker 13: We're proud of her.

- 23:03Speaker 5: Can I tell you something that I try and do
- 23:05Speaker 5: with this game?
- 23:06Speaker 4: Yes, I try and think of which city is bigger
- 23:09Speaker 4: because the bigger one will have might have more.
- 23:12Speaker 5: I don't know for sure.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Okay, well, thank you for that. Inside look at how
- 23:16Speaker 3: you can come up with your answers, Taco bell. I
- 23:19Speaker 3: was at the Children's Hospital, Monroe Children's in Nashville when
- 23:23Speaker 3: I was there over the weekend. Yeah, at Vanderbilt University,
- 23:26Speaker 3: and I met this mom and little boy and we're
- 23:29Speaker 3: talking and as we're talking, he's asking me things and
- 23:31Speaker 3: he's like do you have a question for me? And
- 23:33Speaker 3: he had a box at taco bell on his lap,
- 23:36Speaker 3: and I'm like, yeah, I've got a quite He's asking
- 23:38Speaker 3: me about work and you know whatever, and I go,
- 23:40Speaker 3: I have a question for you.
- 23:41Speaker 1: What's in your taco bell box? He had a treasure.
- 23:45Speaker 3: Trove of things inside his taco bell box. Inspired us
- 23:49Speaker 3: to play how many taco bells are in every city?
- 23:52Speaker 3: The thing is called what's it called?
- 23:53Speaker 1: What city has more?
- 23:54Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 23:54Speaker 6: In which city?
- 23:55Speaker 1: Which city has more taco bells?
- 23:57Speaker 2: So?
- 23:57Speaker 3: Thank you, good to see everybody there, and real children's
- 24:01Speaker 3: in Nashville at the Seacrest Studio, Kimberly and palmdo.
- 24:04Speaker 1: How are you? Kimberly, you ready to play?
- 24:07Speaker 3: Hi?
- 24:07Speaker 1: Yes, good morning, good morning. So we are going to
- 24:11Speaker 1: play which city has more taco bells? Very easy.
- 24:14Speaker 3: You heard Tanya's tip. You gotta get three right before
- 24:16Speaker 3: you get three wrong. And the first one which city
- 24:19Speaker 3: has more taco bell restaurants? Long Beach or Riverside?
- 24:26Speaker 14: I would say Long Beach, It's.
- 24:29Speaker 3: Actually Riverside by almost tumblest seven to thirteen. Okay, all right,
- 24:34Speaker 3: don't worry now. Tanya has a tip. Think about the size.
- 24:37Speaker 3: I'm not so sure, that's a good tip.
- 24:40Speaker 13: All right.
- 24:41Speaker 1: Which city has more taco bells? Whittier or Van Eyes? Hmmm,
- 24:47Speaker 1: Dan Eyes. Whittier has five, Dan Eyes has two? All right?
- 24:53Speaker 1: Do you eat at Taco bell Not really?
- 24:57Speaker 5: Okay?
- 25:01Speaker 3: Which city has more Woodland, Hills or Orange? Which city
- 25:07Speaker 3: has more taco bells?
- 25:11Speaker 11: Orange?
- 25:12Speaker 3: Yes, the Hills has two. Orange has six. Here we go,
- 25:18Speaker 3: just stay in it. Which city has more taco bells?
- 25:22Speaker 3: San Bernardino or Corona?
- 25:26Speaker 6: Oh, let's go San Bernardino.
- 25:32Speaker 3: No, it's Corona with five, sam Bernardino with four. Which
- 25:36Speaker 3: fast food restaurant do you go to more often?
- 25:40Speaker 11: More often?
- 25:41Speaker 1: Probably?
- 25:43Speaker 6: Maybe Chipotle?
- 25:45Speaker 1: How many times in the last three weeks have you
- 25:48Speaker 1: been to Chipotle?
- 25:52Speaker 9: Zero?
- 25:54Speaker 10: Zero?
- 25:54Speaker 1: That is correct. Congratulations, that is the correct. Cancer you
- 25:58Speaker 1: get a four pack to go.
- 26:00Speaker 11: Land you win.
- 26:03Speaker 3: There are three in your area Chipotle, so choose from
- 26:06Speaker 3: one of the three. And thank you Kimberly for listening
- 26:08Speaker 3: to us.
- 26:10Speaker 13: Thank you, Ryan.
- 26:11Speaker 1: Okay, you're very welcome. Not fair. She doesn't go there,
- 26:13Speaker 1: how's she gonna know?
- 26:14Speaker 6: Be honest?
- 26:15Speaker 3: Yeah, and she's also not been to a Chipotle in
- 26:18Speaker 3: the last handful of weeks, so she's due next time.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Mark, what are we playing? I'm open for suggestions for them.
- 26:26Speaker 3: Which city has more chipotles? Obviously, it's like you have
- 26:31Speaker 3: to connect all the dots.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Game no.
- 26:36Speaker 5: Direction too.
- 26:37Speaker 6: I missed the match game.
- 26:38Speaker 1: Sometimes I actually come alone.
- 26:40Speaker 6: We're right here.
- 26:41Speaker 1: I'm on that boat with Kelsey. I'm Kelsey on the boat.
- 26:47Speaker 1: I'm just Kelsey on a boat on air with Ryan Seacrest.
- 26:54Speaker 3: So noon, we got Belgium in Spain, Los Angeles Stadium,
- 26:56Speaker 3: the last game of the World Cup in LA today,
- 26:59Speaker 3: So I'm and heat. We've been talking about that, especially Inland,
- 27:04Speaker 3: and BTS tickets are next, all right, So that's gonna
- 27:07Speaker 3: frame it all up on this Friday morning, July tenth.
- 27:11Speaker 3: Bringing Jordan from the back room here for a second.
- 27:13Speaker 3: Jordan has been answering the phones, taking the callers for
- 27:15Speaker 3: Caller one oh two for the BTS tickets and the
- 27:17Speaker 3: Lego Land tickets all week long. So Jordan is a
- 27:21Speaker 3: fan as we all are, of in and Out. A
- 27:24Speaker 3: lot of people know it's not so secret that secret
- 27:27Speaker 3: menu of in and out. Right, if you're in town
- 27:29Speaker 3: for the World Cup, you should know about this in
- 27:32Speaker 3: and out, the burger place that we're known for here
- 27:34Speaker 3: in something California. They have an off menu menu that
- 27:37Speaker 3: we all know about. And Jordan, you have a complicated
- 27:40Speaker 3: You got shamed for your complicated secret menu order from
- 27:43Speaker 3: your mom.
- 27:44Speaker 13: My mom judged me for how like elaborate my order is,
- 27:48Speaker 13: even though I don't think it really is that bad, honestly.
- 27:51Speaker 1: So what is her order?
- 27:53Speaker 13: She gets number two and everything on it with a sprite?
- 27:58Speaker 1: What is your order off this your menu?
- 28:00Speaker 12: Jordan?
- 28:00Speaker 13: I get the protein style double cheeseburger, and then I
- 28:06Speaker 13: add extra lettuce and grilled onions, no tomatoes. I like
- 28:11Speaker 13: to add the peppercinis and maybe some mustard as well.
- 28:15Speaker 3: That's good. I mean, it is a complicated she your
- 28:17Speaker 3: mom is right, it's good. So the bun if you're
- 28:19Speaker 3: just listening, the bun replaces by letus right. So lettuce
- 28:24Speaker 3: so good.
- 28:25Speaker 5: I love the crunch.
- 28:27Speaker 1: Did you know I someone told me you can actually
- 28:29Speaker 1: order up to four patties? Did have you heard that?
- 28:32Speaker 6: As many as you want I.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Charge for it.
- 28:37Speaker 3: But yeah, around a four stack of pats away, that's
- 28:42Speaker 3: a lot to digestack still kind of it's a big one.
- 28:47Speaker 12: Yeah.
- 28:49Speaker 3: So my favorite off the Cigaretmanu is the mustard grill.
- 28:52Speaker 3: I love just simple mustard grill. You can have any
- 28:54Speaker 3: burger patty just with the mustard grill. It just adds
- 28:57Speaker 3: to the whole flavor. What's your favorite sisteny?
- 28:59Speaker 9: I do routine style grilled onions, and I do cheese fries.
- 29:05Speaker 1: Yeah, I can do without fries. Oh really, I can
- 29:08Speaker 1: do without fries.
- 29:09Speaker 9: I prefer I could definitely share them, like I just
- 29:11Speaker 9: like I love the way they melt the cheese on
- 29:13Speaker 9: the fries.
- 29:14Speaker 6: I don't know what it is.
- 29:15Speaker 3: Well, if I had to choose, like if I'm going deep,
- 29:17Speaker 3: I'd rather go deep on the burger and stack them
- 29:19Speaker 3: then go with the burger and the fries.
- 29:21Speaker 11: Yeah.
- 29:22Speaker 1: Protein, what's your secret menu? In and out order?
- 29:25Speaker 5: I do the Flying Dutchman onion wrapped.
- 29:27Speaker 1: What's the Flying Dutchman?
- 29:28Speaker 4: It's basically two patties to the two slices of cheese,
- 29:32Speaker 4: two patties and then they wrap it in like grilled onions.
- 29:34Speaker 4: I almost think that, like I need that very carefully.
- 29:38Speaker 3: Yeah, when you live in something California, you almost have
- 29:41Speaker 3: to order off the secret menu. People need to go
- 29:45Speaker 3: and have patience with you when you go to in
- 29:47Speaker 3: and out.
- 29:47Speaker 1: However, that.
- 29:50Speaker 3: All right, So ask for the secret menu. If you're visiting,
- 29:53Speaker 3: see what you learn. I have a thought here about
- 29:55Speaker 3: this story. So it's been in recently, there has been
- 29:59Speaker 3: headlines about flying. This has been on forever. They've been
- 30:02Speaker 3: talking about this since the concord back in the seventies.
- 30:05Speaker 6: You know, well, yeah, because that's when the ban happened.
- 30:08Speaker 3: Actually so crazy that back in the seventies we had
- 30:11Speaker 3: better time technology to get to the other coasts in
- 30:15Speaker 3: America or around the world, I guess than what we've
- 30:18Speaker 3: done now. But when you fly coast to coast, it's
- 30:20Speaker 3: five six hours spending on which way you're going. The
- 30:23Speaker 3: FA's saying that we're moving closer to having faster planes
- 30:28Speaker 3: approved to get there in half the time.
- 30:30Speaker 6: About yeah, supersonic passenger planes.
- 30:33Speaker 1: Okay, what's the deal.
- 30:34Speaker 9: So basically, yeah, we'd get there in three hours versus
- 30:36Speaker 9: the five to six hours that it takes to get
- 30:37Speaker 9: from LA to New York.
- 30:40Speaker 6: But it's not happening overnight like you're saying. It's going
- 30:42Speaker 6: to take some time.
- 30:43Speaker 9: They have to do a crazy more testing, certification, and
- 30:46Speaker 9: approvals before any of us are booking flights. But United
- 30:50Speaker 9: American and japan Airlines have already put in orders for
- 30:54Speaker 9: these planes, so that's a lot of them.
- 30:56Speaker 1: I see, that's a big deal. Uh okay, So here's
- 31:00Speaker 1: what I think about.
- 31:01Speaker 3: I think the prices will not be great at the beginning,
- 31:03Speaker 3: so you might want to start saving your points now.
- 31:05Speaker 5: Oh, like the prices will be higher, yeah, beginning.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Because there's fewer seats. It's a benefit.
- 31:08Speaker 3: It's a benefit. It's a premium service. And if I
- 31:12Speaker 3: think the seats are it's not like a not a
- 31:13Speaker 3: massive plane. But here's what I was thinking about talking
- 31:15Speaker 3: about in and out a second ago. So if you've
- 31:17Speaker 3: got a plane that can go in three hours coast
- 31:21Speaker 3: to coast, then couldn't they put fresh food on the
- 31:23Speaker 3: plane of that day? They only have that package stuff
- 31:26Speaker 3: that's so far ahead of time because the flight is
- 31:28Speaker 3: quicker and they could probably get stuff loaded in the morning.
- 31:30Speaker 3: So my thought is, wouldn't you if you could afford
- 31:34Speaker 3: the ticket, wouldn't you be more influenced to book a
- 31:37Speaker 3: flight that served like in and out in flight?
- 31:41Speaker 1: I think that's a great call.
- 31:43Speaker 6: Why would you need to eat in and out on
- 31:44Speaker 6: a three hour flight?
- 31:47Speaker 3: That would be the in other words, in and out
- 31:50Speaker 3: or a food brand that we like should serve as planes.
- 31:54Speaker 1: They do that.
- 31:55Speaker 9: By the way, I've been on a flight that served
- 31:57Speaker 9: John and Vinie's. It wasn't in and out, but it
- 31:59Speaker 9: was John Vinie's meatballs.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Yes, I've not seen that.
- 32:03Speaker 6: Well, I have to Australia to Australia.
- 32:06Speaker 3: Australia. Okay, fine, but you're not going in states that
- 32:08Speaker 3: I'm serving John. I'm talking about in and out on
- 32:10Speaker 3: the plane. That'd be amazing.
- 32:13Speaker 6: That would be amazing and I would eat that up.
- 32:15Speaker 1: I think if the flights are short, they could freshen
- 32:17Speaker 1: up the food.
- 32:17Speaker 9: Yeah, you can't order off the secret menu on a
- 32:19Speaker 9: fire probably King Taco.
- 32:20Speaker 3: Let's go get United Japan Airlines King Taco. It up,
- 32:24Speaker 3: all right, Pinks, come on coming up next. I got
- 32:27Speaker 3: four pack tickets to Lego Land and Chew's out in
- 32:30Speaker 3: Garden Grove with free gas, sold out BTS tickets. I
- 32:33Speaker 3: think I have the final period to give away. Yeah,
- 32:35Speaker 3: in just a few minutes, nine to ten, we'll give
- 32:37Speaker 3: away the final pair. So talking about the heat assistant
- 32:40Speaker 3: Tanya here on kiss on this day back in nineteen
- 32:43Speaker 3: at thirteen, it hit one hundred and thirty four degrees.
- 32:46Speaker 3: One one hundred and thirty four was the real temp
- 32:49Speaker 3: in Death Valley. The hottest temperature ever, what would the
- 32:53Speaker 3: feels like temperature be if you hit one thirty four?
- 32:56Speaker 6: I feel like two hundred.
- 32:58Speaker 1: Yeah, agrees, I think we've melt. I get very testy
- 33:03Speaker 1: when it's that hot. I'm clearly you know, I get anxious.
- 33:07Speaker 5: I do not want to be around you in extreme heat.
- 33:11Speaker 3: No, Julie is out in Garden Grove this morning. He's
- 33:16Speaker 3: been rolling all through Garden Grove with free gas this morning. So, Chewie,
- 33:20Speaker 3: what you got yo?
- 33:22Speaker 10: I'm here with my girl, Yesie, and we're hanging out.
- 33:25Speaker 10: I just hooked her up with some free gas. She's
- 33:27Speaker 10: on her way to work. She's from Mexico City. She's pumped.
- 33:30Speaker 10: She can't believe it. She's been thinking God twenty times already.
- 33:34Speaker 10: But yes, Ryan's on the phone. He wants to say,
- 33:36Speaker 10: what's up to you?
- 33:37Speaker 7: Oh right, ways up?
- 33:39Speaker 1: Yes see, good morning? How are you?
- 33:43Speaker 14: I'm good?
- 33:43Speaker 3: Thank you.
- 33:44Speaker 14: I think I have the lucky day today.
- 33:46Speaker 3: Yeah, you do.
- 33:47Speaker 1: That is my guy, Chewie Martinez.
- 33:49Speaker 3: And Chewie has randomly, I mean, think about this, all
- 33:52Speaker 3: of Garden Grove, all of a sudden in California, in
- 33:54Speaker 3: this moment Chewie found you at the gas station.
- 33:57Speaker 1: And what did he say to you at first to
- 33:59Speaker 1: tell you about.
- 34:01Speaker 2: Well, I was just coming up from the door and
- 34:04Speaker 2: then he said, Hi, we're gonna pay your guest today.
- 34:07Speaker 9: And I was like, what.
- 34:10Speaker 1: Do you did you believe him?
- 34:12Speaker 2: No?
- 34:13Speaker 14: First of all, no, because I was like, okay, I
