- 9:19[SPEAKER_07]: What are you going to do?
- 9:20[SPEAKER_07]: How long do I have to people?
- 9:23[SPEAKER_07]: I'm in favor of pardon a P. Diddy.
- 9:24[SPEAKER_07]: I think that's, you know.
- 9:29[SPEAKER_07]: And any woman who would go out with them now?
- 9:37[SPEAKER_07]: So there you go.
- 9:39[SPEAKER_07]: I'll see, Scott Gray says he's on his way.

- 10:12[SPEAKER_07]: And we thank all the Marines for those 250 years for their service.
- 10:19[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, we got a call coming in already.
- 10:21[SPEAKER_07]: Good afternoon, you're on the air.
- 10:23[SPEAKER_27]: Hey, man, how are you doing today?
- 10:24[SPEAKER_07]: Good.
- 10:25[SPEAKER_07]: Good.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_27]: Hey, I'm not sure if you have been following this BBC documentary that's out, that they've just recalled and now they've apologized for.
- 10:37[SPEAKER_27]: and something where and now Trump is suing the BBC for $1.
- 10:41[SPEAKER_27]: Once more than apology wants damages, because they put out documentary showing January 6.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_27]: As though it's been described by, well, as though it's been described by say Danny Francis or by SG.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_27]: As though there was something going on that Trump created himself that Trump created the violence.
- 11:01[SPEAKER_27]: But all that's been just found to be not true.
- 11:07[SPEAKER_27]: maybe one of our lowest times.
- 11:09[SPEAKER_07]: Well, you know, listen, we had one of our Jefferson County citizens caught up in that nonsense and fortunately she's okay now, but yeah, with the media up here, they don't like Trump.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_07]: So you're not going to hear anything about what you're talking about.
- 11:27[SPEAKER_07]: The media up here that pushed the agenda should just be a little quiet about the insurrection agenda.
- 11:34[UNKNOWN]: Yeah.
- 11:36[SPEAKER_27]: do have two callers that one of them Mr. Francis, who always says if he's wrong and something he'll correct it.
- 11:42[SPEAKER_07]: We can't.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_27]: There's a opinion in tries to make it the fact, same thing with SG, I think if he can apologize, I think it's time for both of them.
- 11:49[SPEAKER_07]: Well, first of all, you can't say anything bad about Danny today because it's the 250th anniversary of the Marine Corps.
- 11:55[SPEAKER_07]: So we are deferring any criticism of Mr. Francis today.
- 12:01[SPEAKER_07]: Just to another day, okay?
- 12:05[SPEAKER_27]: that's good things.
- 12:06[SPEAKER_07]: So hopefully, I'm, as you get together, make a nice apology tomorrow.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 12:10[SPEAKER_07]: Well, they're for you.
- 12:11[SPEAKER_07]: Thank you.
- 12:12[SPEAKER_07]: Bye now, don't you know.
- 12:13[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, lots of things going on.
- 12:14[SPEAKER_07]: Listen.
- 12:16[SPEAKER_07]: We've tried to about the weather.
- 12:17[SPEAKER_07]: The shutdown.
- 12:19[SPEAKER_07]: It looks like it's probably over eight Democrats, total step forward, to break the filibuster.
- 12:25[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_07]: Other Democrats are just excoriating.
- 12:28[SPEAKER_07]: People are calling for
- 12:34[SPEAKER_07]: Senator Chris Murphy, if Connecticut says people all over the country are angry, who's that I haven't seen anybody who's angry, where are these angry people I walked in the building, it was nobody angry.
- 12:44[SPEAKER_07]: It's nonsense.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_07]: There's hacking Jeffries on TV right now.
- 12:50[SPEAKER_07]: No.
- 12:51[SPEAKER_07]: A mom-dommie, acolyte.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_07]: Chief, that's something.
- 12:57[SPEAKER_07]: How about the bills yesterday?
- 12:59[SPEAKER_07]: Can I say suck on you?

- 13:35[SPEAKER_07]: I'm in Queens, I get a bills out there.

- 13:42[SPEAKER_07]: I said, no, Pritzker and Newsom, you can't beat that pair.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_07]: But I'm wondering, what is she doing in Queens wearing a bills outfit hanging out with the Mondami crowd?
- 13:55[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, there's too many fans down there, really,
- 14:00[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what to say, I don't know what to say, but I do know that I just saw Scott Graywalk in the building.

- 19:06[SPEAKER_06]: I'm not saying one way or the other.
- 19:08[SPEAKER_06]: OK. What I'm saying is that if you have a disagreement with somebody
- 19:12[SPEAKER_06]: I don't I don't subscribe to that you know, it's got the best job in New York Queen.
- 19:18[SPEAKER_07]: Who's got the best?
- 19:19[SPEAKER_07]: Antonio Delgado.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_07]: Don't got it.
- 19:20[SPEAKER_07]: It doesn't have to do anything.
- 19:22[SPEAKER_07]: No staff, no phone, so nothing.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_06]: No office, no car.
- 19:25[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 19:26[SPEAKER_06]: He has to drive himself around now.
- 19:28[SPEAKER_06]: Really?
- 19:28[SPEAKER_07]: It's that bad.
- 19:29[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 19:30[SPEAKER_06]: I don't think so.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 19:31[SPEAKER_06]: I didn't see him at events in Albany and he used to have his.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_06]: I'm true.
- 19:36[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah.
- 19:37[SPEAKER_06]: I'm charged with him.
- 19:38[SPEAKER_06]: He had security with him.
- 19:39[SPEAKER_06]: He had drive.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_06]: No security.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_07]: You know, that's a testament to what politics is.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_07]: He's obviously decided to run against the sitting governor, an active disloyalty.
- 19:52[SPEAKER_07]: But all of a sudden, we don't have a lieutenant governor.
- 19:53[SPEAKER_07]: And if he's, you know, somebody could try that.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_07]: Well, we have one.
- 19:56[SPEAKER_07]: It's just not a function.
- 19:58[SPEAKER_07]: But somebody could try to hurt him.
- 19:59[SPEAKER_07]: I'm worried about him.
- 20:01[SPEAKER_06]: He should have superiority.
- 20:03[SPEAKER_06]: Well, next time I see him, I'll pass him along the other day.
- 20:06[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, please, you're still on my mean, he maybe he should get a pistol per minute or so.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_07]: I'm a carry.
- 20:10[SPEAKER_06]: Well, he may have.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_06]: You don't know.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know.
- 20:13[SPEAKER_06]: What did he come for?
- 20:14[SPEAKER_07]: I'll carry Columbia County over in that area.
- 20:16[SPEAKER_07]: Is that where he's going?
- 20:17[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 20:17[SPEAKER_07]: So he's an upstator.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 20:19[SPEAKER_07]: Congress.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_06]: He was a member of Congress from there.
- 20:22[SPEAKER_07]: OK. Now, you know, the funny thing is when I was wondering the other day is if Stefanik's running for governor, what happens to her seat in Congress?
- 20:31[SPEAKER_06]: well it gets filled by somebody else who's running that's a good question well so I guess he's making an official if you will quote unquote announcement on the 12th in serotoga correct and then you will probably you know that's a new floodgates the floodgates won't open from there oh we're she endorsing somebody Wednesday a lot of them
- 20:56[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know about that.
- 20:57[SPEAKER_06]: That'd be crazy.
- 20:58[SPEAKER_06]: That would be a question for her, not me.
- 21:00[SPEAKER_07]: She's not.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_07]: She's not sitting here right now.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_07]: But no, I mean obviously your name has come up, I mean there's no big secret.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_07]: You held a $500 person fundraiser, you went to the Arizona border, you were at the White House.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_07]: Correct.
- 21:12[SPEAKER_07]: You're in this, you're getting a lot of publicity over your nuclear power thing.
- 21:16[SPEAKER_06]: You have current events, all accurate.
- 21:18[SPEAKER_07]: And Dan Steck is not running.
- 21:21[SPEAKER_07]: And that is.
- 21:22[SPEAKER_07]: You get it out said.
- 21:25[SPEAKER_07]: You don't like him, I dig it.
- 21:26[SPEAKER_07]: I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I, I see a note and then he got, you know, some of the other ones who were trying to run last time and take in that crowd, they're going nowhere, Josh Parker, the, uh, turning point guy, but it would seem to me like with stack out of it, that kind of clears the field for you.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_07]: you'd have to register your house, your Harrisville, and then you could run for Congress.
- 21:50[SPEAKER_07]: I don't see why if you're not running, all you gotta say is, Mayor, I'm not running.
- 21:54[SPEAKER_06]: That is correct.
- 21:55[SPEAKER_06]: That's all I have to say, that's correct.
- 21:58[SPEAKER_07]: So why don't you just say it?
- 22:00[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, I was just not running for Congress.
- 22:02[SPEAKER_06]: I was that sound.
- 22:03[SPEAKER_07]: You're not running for Congress.
- 22:04[SPEAKER_06]: That is correct.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_07]: You are not running.
- 22:06[SPEAKER_06]: I under any sort of just that.
- 22:07[SPEAKER_06]: Just say it.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 22:09[SPEAKER_06]: You heard it here.
- 22:10[SPEAKER_06]: I just told you they're breaking news.
- 22:12[SPEAKER_06]: I am not running.
- 22:13[SPEAKER_06]: I am flattered with the amount of messages that I've received.
- 22:18[SPEAKER_06]: I've never said a word about it.
- 22:20[SPEAKER_06]: Number said I was.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_06]: Never said I wasn't.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_07]: Well, it just looked like you were.
- 22:23[SPEAKER_07]: And then you were quiet about it.
- 22:24[SPEAKER_06]: Sure.
- 22:25[SPEAKER_06]: and you know how it is when somebody's quiet you know because I love just watching you just spin right now I'm going to have to write a story when I get off the air speculate so that you are out of it.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_06]: Well there's a lot of enjoyment to just watch it.
- 22:39[SPEAKER_07]: Who's with Rodiner?
- 22:40[SPEAKER_07]: I mean while it's a city's not running I don't know if Gohini is you're in type with that crowd and and uh
- 22:49[SPEAKER_07]: take is like a bump on a log.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_07]: So who else is her?
- 22:53[SPEAKER_06]: Takes a colleague of mine.
- 22:54[SPEAKER_06]: I just have one great with Chris take.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, so first I would say you're probably going to see Robert Smullen.
- 23:06[SPEAKER_06]: I would say he's there when he get arrested once he's no well there's a lot that was politics right I don't like to think about happen with politics and camping He's claiming a tax exemption non-property It was not him if he didn't really live in or something kind of like this change
- 23:24[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know the details, but we'll let you figure that out.
- 23:28[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, Robert's got great D.C. credentials, he's retired Colonel for the Marines.
- 23:36[SPEAKER_06]: Be 250th, 20th to the Marines.
- 23:39[SPEAKER_06]: So, he's worked out of the Pentagon.
- 23:44[SPEAKER_06]: Really, I didn't think he said, you know, it's a member of the assembly.
- 23:53[SPEAKER_07]: I get all eyes going run.
- 23:55[SPEAKER_06]: I'm going to leave that up to him.
- 23:57[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 23:58[SPEAKER_06]: I'm not speaking on behalf of people.
- 24:00[SPEAKER_07]: Rukkowski, Liz Joy, they're out of it.
- 24:02[SPEAKER_07]: I take it.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_07]: How about this Josh Parker got you know anything about him?
- 24:10[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, I wouldn't say he's young, but turning point USA has got a lot of juice at the long time.
- 24:15[SPEAKER_06]: They do.
- 24:16[SPEAKER_06]: Organizationally, if he makes a move, he will rely on turning point USA, rely on the fact that he was very close friends with Charlie Kirk in his wedding, or Charlie was, I guess, his best man, so in his wedding, so.
- 24:34[SPEAKER_06]: Um, so if Josh decides to run, I think he'll probably fall back.
- 24:38[SPEAKER_06]: He's from Canton, right?
- 24:40[SPEAKER_06]: That is correct.
- 24:41[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 24:42[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I guess we can end this speculation about your assembly seat then.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_06]: That is correct.
- 24:46[SPEAKER_07]: There was a whole list of people we had.
- 24:48[SPEAKER_06]: But I was, you know, that's very nice of you to try to fellow.
- 24:52[SPEAKER_07]: I got a taxi other day, not even generated about Cantwell and then, of course, foresight and some of the others is a guy from Madrid who, say I get all my political insight from
- 25:04[SPEAKER_06]: Okay, so, and sometimes there's a fight actor, but, you know, I'm not going to post with those individuals.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, so that's that.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_07]: All right, well listen, I've pestred you enough about that.
- 25:15[SPEAKER_07]: That's okay.
- 25:17[SPEAKER_06]: The, um, but what else is it like your Indians Cleveland Indians sweatshirt?
- 25:22[SPEAKER_06]: Thank you, it's, uh, that is you're being, you're feeling a little, uh, resistive right now.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_07]: I bought it when they forced them to give up the name.
- 25:30[SPEAKER_07]: It's just like I still buy land of lakes, butter, because I'm protesting, taking the Indian off the parking lot.
- 25:36[SPEAKER_06]: Do you buy an inch of my maple syrup?
- 25:39[SPEAKER_07]: Hmm.
- 25:39[SPEAKER_07]: No.
- 25:40[SPEAKER_07]: No, they call that something else now.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_07]: I forget to, uh,
- 25:44[SPEAKER_07]: There's also it's a different same thing with on TV.
- 25:47[SPEAKER_06]: Do you still, that's correct on commensurate, do you still a route for the Washington Redskins?
- 25:53[SPEAKER_07]: I think if they want to call themselves that, it's fine.
- 25:56[SPEAKER_06]: Um, see the president was there yesterday.
- 25:57[SPEAKER_07]: I did see that.
- 25:58[SPEAKER_06]: Now, didn't he announced a couple of ways did you see that?
- 26:01[SPEAKER_07]: And isn't there a name the new stadium after?
- 26:04[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know about that.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_07]: There's just called it RFK stadium.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_07]: Correct.
- 26:08[SPEAKER_07]: Leave it at that.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_07]: Um, okay.
- 26:10[SPEAKER_07]: Well, we've got, uh, you're in town.
- 26:12[SPEAKER_07]: You're making the rounds.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_07]: in town.
- 26:15[SPEAKER_07]: I live in town.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, I know, but what do you talk nuclear power?
- 26:20[SPEAKER_07]: What's I got to do with me?
- 26:23[SPEAKER_06]: Well, so you framed questions always and very interesting manner.
- 26:29[SPEAKER_06]: So, so as a matter of state policy, we are looking at nuclear energy.
- 26:37[SPEAKER_06]: There's actually three different lines of effort in terms of nuclear energy.
- 26:41[SPEAKER_06]: It is so that you look at the Department of Energy in the US.
- 26:46[SPEAKER_06]: They're like contracting and funding development of SMR reactors through 10 different companies, I believe, out there.
- 26:58[SPEAKER_06]: There's also on the federal level.
- 27:00[SPEAKER_06]: There's the DOD, DOW, whatever you want to call it right now.
- 27:05[SPEAKER_06]: initiative for military installations, Air Force Base up in Alaska was getting a micro reactor.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_06]: There was originally Department of the Army was looking at six installations.
- 27:20[SPEAKER_06]: They were going to and it was going to be a competitive process.
- 27:24[SPEAKER_06]: Fort Drum was very well in that.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_06]: They were a candidate and they were
- 27:34[SPEAKER_06]: at the Department of the Army that is now looking at nine locations and it is a matter of what order that installations are placed in that room.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_06]: That would be honest, that is correct.
- 27:48[SPEAKER_06]: So that's not a local decision or anything, that initiative is not, there's also a state initiative.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_06]: So for Trump is a candidate for what we call a micro modular reactor.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_07]: I'm going to kill the ones.
- 28:00[SPEAKER_06]: Is it my megalotts, it's anywhere up to 20 megalotts.
- 28:06[SPEAKER_06]: Why is that?
- 28:06[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, that is quite a bit.
- 28:08[SPEAKER_06]: So if you figured you have a, if you had a micro modular reactor in the city of Watertown, for instance, which is no bigger than the size of a tractor trailer, you can potentially power most of not all the city with a 20
- 28:25[SPEAKER_06]: Well, we probably should.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_07]: So, how much are they?
- 28:29[SPEAKER_06]: Well, that's a good question.
- 28:30[SPEAKER_06]: That's why we're having industry experts here this week.
- 28:33[SPEAKER_06]: I'll show you what a picture one looks like.
- 28:35[SPEAKER_06]: That's, you know, great, great for it.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_07]: Now, wouldn't that, it's called Zeus.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_06]: Great.
- 28:42[SPEAKER_06]: That's one of the manufacturers.
- 28:44[SPEAKER_06]: Great for radio, you know, when you bring pictures, yeah.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_07]: Well, what about the elixin?
- 28:50[SPEAKER_07]: Nuclear power plant, three mile island, sure.
- 28:52[SPEAKER_07]: No, but all of it.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_06]: the first thing you're going to get is not my back here are you know that well you know that's why we can't put them down on the street without me back up so so the army is uh... looking at so four-term is the candidate for my car modular director so let me just finish that thought and we'll get to that and then there are
- 29:12[SPEAKER_06]: The state is looking to stand up one gigawatt of nuclear.
- 29:19[SPEAKER_07]: It's a thousand megawatt.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_06]: Correct.
- 29:22[SPEAKER_06]: So, we think that'll be in the form of what they call small modular reactors.
- 29:28[SPEAKER_06]: Those are up to 300 megawatts, and so there'll be a series of those that will be constructed.
- 29:36[SPEAKER_06]: Nipa near Car Authority is issued a solicitation and the North Country both Jefferson and St. Lawrence County is actively pursuing citing one of those in the and so all of this whether it's the Department of the Army or whether it's New York State.
- 29:55[SPEAKER_06]: is really contingent upon local support, local willingness.
- 30:00[SPEAKER_06]: And that's why we had earlier this year.
- 30:02[SPEAKER_06]: We had the session with local elected officials, and then we will have the next two.
- 30:08[SPEAKER_07]: Is somebody from the city go?
- 30:10[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_07]: OK.
- 30:13[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think you're going to find that there's people around Bevelent.
- 30:16[SPEAKER_07]: They turn a light on.
- 30:17[SPEAKER_07]: They want electricity.
- 30:18[SPEAKER_07]: That's correct.
- 30:20[SPEAKER_07]: But they're reading that the administration
- 30:23[SPEAKER_07]: at the first of the year wants to take away the option of natural gas and propane for all new construction under seven stories and refusing to lift the ban on fracking which is a trillion dollars worth of natural gas right under our feet right now we don't need a pipeline yeah we don't need this fancy I'm not against these things don't get me wrong
- 30:45[SPEAKER_06]: But that's what people are worrying about on the energy front and they look at national grid keeps raising the rates and the public service commission does nothing right so part of this is to enhance the supply of energy right because we know whether it's mandated or not I don't agree with all the mandates for the electrification.
- 31:07[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I should do something.
- 31:08[SPEAKER_07]: And to do something about it.
- 31:09[SPEAKER_06]: We do it.
- 31:10[SPEAKER_06]: We speak up about it in Albany.
- 31:11[SPEAKER_06]: We do it the best.
- 31:12[SPEAKER_06]: We can't depress it back.
- 31:13[SPEAKER_06]: The governor's actually trying to walk back some of these deadlines that are imposed through the CLCPA, which is the mean driver of why electrical rates are going up right now.
- 31:24[SPEAKER_06]: Reutility rates are going up right now.
- 31:27[SPEAKER_06]: And it's really the calculation on the emissions.
- 31:32[SPEAKER_06]: So that original bill was, does the calculations on 20 years?
- 31:37[SPEAKER_06]: So it's called GWP20 versus everybody else, the 100 years.
- 31:43[SPEAKER_06]: So, and that's the amount of reduction in the emissions over a period of time.
- 31:49[SPEAKER_06]: And so when you have a shorter timeline like that, you're front loading all the infrastructure to handle the grid.
- 31:55[SPEAKER_06]: And that's where you're seeing a lot of the increase in cost as well as supply.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_06]: So.
- 32:03[SPEAKER_06]: Why don't we give this naturally moving towards electrification a lot of cases you had an electric car right and as products continue to evolve That will help and happen by itself So what you have to do is you have to we have to look at as a matter of state policy all turnitives Well, I agree.
- 32:21[SPEAKER_07]: I have to look at them, but this is not a state that's friendly to business or friendly to anything And you may have enough to need to change that
- 32:31[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I may, but for right now, we got to deal with the cast of characters we have, including a legislature, which is now going to be where the problem is, right?
- 32:39[SPEAKER_06]: The problem is the legislature is what, if they weren't further left than the governor, they're going to be even further left with the election.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_07]: Now, you know there's 150 members of assembly.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_07]: That's right.
- 32:52[SPEAKER_06]: and seventy of them come from the five boroughs well there's a great person yes and so and those are all going to be doing the bidding of one zorhan mombami that's correct and that's why we are there every day you know speaking out about these initiatives put in pressure on the governor to pause or hold back on some of these deadlines to try to push it back we along with safe for instance the billers association
- 33:21[SPEAKER_06]: are it's resonating, right?
- 33:24[SPEAKER_06]: The members of the legislature are slow on the uptake.
- 33:27[SPEAKER_06]: We will tell you in this regard, just a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of
- 33:51[SPEAKER_06]: So, you're not going to see as many people out west, I think it's Orleans County, completely came to a screeching halt.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_06]: governors in Monroe.
- 34:01[SPEAKER_06]: She gets asked the question.
- 34:03[SPEAKER_06]: She's not sure she cares.
- 34:04[SPEAKER_06]: She indicates she's trying to move the deadlines back to make it realistic and affordable.
- 34:09[SPEAKER_06]: Now that's her words.
- 34:11[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know what people make a choice if they want gas.
- 34:14[SPEAKER_07]: Again, I've asked this one apply to propane.
- 34:16[SPEAKER_06]: What are the propane dealers going to do?
- 34:18[SPEAKER_06]: That's absolutely.
- 34:19[SPEAKER_06]: I mean, we support choice, right?
- 34:22[SPEAKER_06]: And whatever utility is that you want to use, we absolutely support choice.
- 34:29[SPEAKER_06]: You got to get the rest of the legislature.
- 34:31[SPEAKER_06]: Well, we speak up, and we talk about it.
- 34:33[SPEAKER_07]: Democrats only like Troy, so you get them to get moderate Democrats down there.
- 34:37[SPEAKER_06]: And you know, like the North, what I call the North country Democrats.
- 34:42[SPEAKER_06]: And there's only one.
- 34:44[SPEAKER_06]: There's completely swallowed up by the left side.
- 34:48[SPEAKER_06]: And so they don't have a voice down there.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_06]: There is no voice for a moderate Democrat in Albany, New York, in the state capital.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_07]: Well, that's fine.
- 34:57[SPEAKER_07]: But these people all, they live in New York City.
- 34:59[SPEAKER_07]: He got Broadway with all those lights.
- 35:01[SPEAKER_07]: He got all those buildings with lights and need to be heated.
- 35:04[SPEAKER_07]: And of course, all those buildings are exempt from the national gas thing, right?
- 35:07[SPEAKER_07]: Because they're over seven buildings.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_07]: There are too many buildings over seven stories here.
- 35:12[SPEAKER_07]: And probably will never be any more built.
- 35:14[SPEAKER_07]: So we're kind of stuck on this, but it just
- 35:18[SPEAKER_06]: I think reality will sit in.
- 35:20[SPEAKER_06]: I said, you know, reality eventually.
- 35:23[SPEAKER_07]: Now, can I, if my furnace goes up in February, can I get a new gas furnace?
- 35:27[SPEAKER_06]: Correct.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_06]: You can.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_06]: I, I, I, I, I think you can replace them.
- 35:31[SPEAKER_06]: You can replace them.
- 35:32[SPEAKER_06]: You can replace them.
- 35:33[SPEAKER_06]: If you have gas, you can replace them.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_06]: All right.
- 35:34[SPEAKER_06]: New construction.
- 35:36[SPEAKER_07]: All right, but I'm on a street where there is gas service, so they're helped to value the property.
- 35:40[SPEAKER_06]: Well, and that's the other thing they did this year.
- 35:42[SPEAKER_06]: So the state legislature, they passed it.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_06]: So, you know, the 100-foot hookups, right, running it from the main end.
- 35:49[SPEAKER_06]: We used to be covered by the utilities, now you have pay for it.
- 35:53[SPEAKER_06]: So, they just continued to put the roadblocks one in front of the other.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_07]: So, what about people who use propane, now it in?
- 36:01[SPEAKER_07]: You know, they buy a mobile home or a camp or whatever they got, it's, you know, a new residence of them, they can't get propane.
- 36:10[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I think if they're existing, they can.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_06]: Yes.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_07]: Well, yeah, but what does I want to build a hunting camp out in East Jesus somewhere?
- 36:18[SPEAKER_06]: That's going to be you.
- 36:19[SPEAKER_06]: That's going to be you.
- 36:20[SPEAKER_07]: You can't put a propane heater in there and take a tank out there.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_07]: Of course, you're going to do it on the download, but right.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_06]: That's what I'm saying.
- 36:27[SPEAKER_06]: Then your D.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.E.
- 36:56[SPEAKER_06]: So everybody in Albany that's in the Republican conference debates a lot of people debate these bills and speak up about it And there's roughly 45 of you 47.
- 37:06[SPEAKER_06]: 47.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_06]: 47.
- 37:07[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, 47.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_06]: I don't know what there is in the Senate 20 maybe 21.
- 37:12[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah I don't know not much you can do sure.
- 37:15[SPEAKER_06]: Well, I mean if you flip so if you're a moderate Democrats we can do a lot more as moderate Democrats
- 37:21[SPEAKER_06]: They always say we're in the room.
- 37:23[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I can't remember when it was just elected, I assume he's reasonable.
- 37:26[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, but but he does he doesn't have an opportunity because he can't speak he does not he's not going to bait the bill on the floor Mm-hmm and he's you know these bills reach the floor So obviously he's not having any any success in the room So hopefully they would figure out how to call us with us and we could stop some of these bills But okay, well, let me do a break here.

- 41:23[SPEAKER_06]: You can't... We're talking about a lot more than that, but that's okay.
- 41:26[SPEAKER_07]: And so I... You can't say this.
- 41:29[SPEAKER_07]: But why?
- 41:32[SPEAKER_07]: We all own the big hydro projects at Niagara and Messina, but a select number of communities because of an arrangement years ago, many years before we were born, get this preferential power and there are municipal systems, Messina, Philadelphia, the recent applies for a great place.
- 41:50[SPEAKER_07]: And they have much lower rates.
- 41:52[SPEAKER_07]: In fact, they don't even care if it's electric heat or something.
- 41:57[SPEAKER_07]: How is that fair to the rest of us?
- 42:00[SPEAKER_07]: I know it's the way it was.
- 42:01[SPEAKER_07]: I know you don't want to say that Miss Nina should pay more for electric rates.
- 42:04[SPEAKER_06]: Correct.
- 42:05[SPEAKER_06]: I represent Miss Nina.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_07]: But on the other hand, how is that fair?
- 42:08[SPEAKER_07]: I don't think it is.
- 42:09[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, we're all New Yorkers, aren't we?
- 42:12[SPEAKER_06]: That is correct.
- 42:14[SPEAKER_06]: So how is that fair?
- 42:18[SPEAKER_06]: I mean,
- 42:19[SPEAKER_07]: They were smart enough to sign up for it early on.
- 42:22[SPEAKER_07]: Remember the city thought about it in the late 80s, and then there was so much controversy, and they decided to sell out to national agreement.
- 42:30[SPEAKER_06]: The machine operations, but I think 1000 megawatts.
- 42:33[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, no, listen, I mean, I love the machine.
- 42:35[SPEAKER_07]: I've been there many times, but people thought that.
- 42:39[SPEAKER_07]: I can forget that sweetheart deal.
- 42:43[SPEAKER_07]: God knows they need something down here.
- 42:46[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, I don't know.
- 42:47[SPEAKER_06]: There's nothing you can do about it, but I'm just I'm just pointing out the inequity the life-saver mayor corrected me here It's 41 22 according to the life-saver mayor.

- 43:57[SPEAKER_07]: Is he there?
- 44:00[SPEAKER_07]: Um, yeah, but he's having trouble hearing you here.

- 44:05[SPEAKER_07]: Oh, no, I can.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 44:07[SPEAKER_07]: Now he can hear you.

- 44:45[SPEAKER_06]: There you go.
- 44:46[SPEAKER_06]: There you go.
- 44:50[SPEAKER_07]: When we can do that any time, I mean, he's always welcome here, but what?
- 44:53[SPEAKER_07]: What's your question?
- 44:56[SPEAKER_07]: What's your question?
- 44:58[UNKNOWN]: Okay.
- 45:00[UNKNOWN]: Can I get a grant for a nuclear bomb shelter?
- 45:03[UNKNOWN]: Now that it's going to be a new one.
- 45:06[SPEAKER_05]: I appreciate it, it's not necessary though.
- 45:10[SPEAKER_05]: That's all.
- 45:12[SPEAKER_07]: When is this coming?
- 45:14[SPEAKER_07]: Next week.
- 45:22[SPEAKER_06]: You're probably safe.
- 45:23[SPEAKER_06]: It's probably in the 2030s.
- 45:25[SPEAKER_06]: I would say so the there's an RFI right now for solicitations for locations and developers by New York power authority They have to be returned by December 11th so I don't know what their timeframe is for identifying areas We all could be but
- 45:50[SPEAKER_07]: Well don't don't worry it keep going to church.
- 45:53[SPEAKER_07]: We're gonna put it on east division streets.
- 45:55[SPEAKER_07]: I want her.
- 45:56[UNKNOWN]: What?
- 45:59[UNKNOWN]: For when?
- 46:00[SPEAKER_05]: I think it's like tonight and tomorrow.
- 46:08[UNKNOWN]: Are you going back tonight today?
- 46:10[SPEAKER_05]: Do I back where?
- 46:12[SPEAKER_07]: All of any of you.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_05]: No, no.
- 46:13[SPEAKER_05]: I'm here.
- 46:15[SPEAKER_05]: So, where?
- 46:16[SPEAKER_05]: Okay.
- 46:18[SPEAKER_06]: know we have a fence here on Wednesday and Thursday, okay, well if you're interested nuclear and if you want in your backyard, just come to GCC on Wednesday.
- 46:30[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, thank you.
- 46:31[SPEAKER_07]: Okay, thank you.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_06]: Okay.
- 46:32[SPEAKER_07]: Nice one on the other side.
- 46:34[SPEAKER_05]: Bye, man.
- 46:35[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, bye now.
- 46:38[SPEAKER_07]: All right.
- 46:39[SPEAKER_07]: I should have known if you've got that event Wednesday.
- 46:41[SPEAKER_07]: You're couldn't possibly be at a Stophonic event in Saratore, real-time Wednesday.
- 46:44[SPEAKER_06]: That's correct.
- 46:45[SPEAKER_06]: So here Wednesday at GCC starts the other 6 to 8 p.m. And then I got to ask you today.
- 46:52[SPEAKER_06]: We're in Clarkson 530 to 730 pre-register if you can.
- 46:57[SPEAKER_06]: You can go on nose junkie.
- 47:00[SPEAKER_06]: They have the link up there and they'll take you right to the my government site
- 47:04[SPEAKER_07]: and then from there there's uh... register links for each location uh... that's great yeah you're had line i'm not running for congress he's had something to force that out of me well i mean i did you said the answer to question i answered the question i'm trying to get that answer for a while and i don't blame you on i haven't denied running for congress here
- 47:24[SPEAKER_07]: I'm leaving my options over you as you should yeah, just like when they say you're running for mayors They might not have my options.
- 47:31[SPEAKER_06]: There's nothing that you know prevents me from changing my mind Yeah, well if you do, you know, I don't you'll be the person.
- 47:37[SPEAKER_06]: I was no trust me.
- 47:39[SPEAKER_07]: I know I was all set to vote for you and Now, I mean, what do you think of you loving water?
- 47:45[SPEAKER_06]: So that's end by 20.
- 47:46[SPEAKER_07]: That's right.
- 47:47[SPEAKER_07]: Well, I was going to move over there for the day.
- 47:48[SPEAKER_07]: Okay What about gender being like gender being you know him?
- 47:54[SPEAKER_07]: No, nice guy.
- 47:55[SPEAKER_06]: I hear he is a nice guy, rough tells me.
- 47:57[SPEAKER_06]: So there's nothing wrong with nice people.
- 48:00[SPEAKER_06]: So running for office.
- 48:02[SPEAKER_06]: I think it's good whether you agree with their policy, right?
- 48:05[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, but you know, what happened last winter and the reason she lost that at UN thing was because there was fear in the White House, they couldn't hold the seat because the Republicans couldn't couldn't fixate on a candidate for a special election that would be called on Kathy Hokel's time frame.
- 48:21[SPEAKER_07]: And you know what happened last winter, the whole thing, you know the cast of characters, or most of them.
- 48:27[SPEAKER_07]: And so how are they going to do any better now?
- 48:31[SPEAKER_07]: It will be done in possibly through a primary.
- 48:33[SPEAKER_06]: There's a lot, there's a lot different.
- 48:35[SPEAKER_06]: So yes, this will be a primary this time.
- 48:38[SPEAKER_06]: So it would be the voters choosing the last time it was the matter of the chairs.
- 48:43[SPEAKER_06]: I think, in my opinion, I think they made some critical,
- 48:48[SPEAKER_06]: missions maybe and one is they really should have been just this is my opinion so it's no reflection on any of the chairs you don't know what they discussed behind closed doors but it really should have been a process decided and it should have been articulated right what that process was so the public understood
- 49:11[SPEAKER_06]: what what series of events we're going to take place right and you also it was a free film what are you and you had a sitting congresswoman so you had to be careful because you didn't have a resignation but at least they could have said in the event of a you know in the event that we have an open seat this is the process we will follow
- 49:34[SPEAKER_06]: Well, there was some kind of lady down in John's town or something like that, so they had 24 right and then they put some parameters to some some metrics to these 24 individuals and that got paired down to I'm thinking somewhere around 12.
- 49:51[SPEAKER_06]: and then from there it was there was interviews by the chairs they're pervert process right but what happened is that they whittled this list down to three and never informed who was a three.
- 50:07[SPEAKER_06]: never informed the other individuals that they weren't in, you know, included in the process anymore.
- 50:14[SPEAKER_06]: So they lingered out there.
- 50:15[SPEAKER_06]: These other individuals lingered out there and it created chaos, ultimately created chaos.
- 50:22[SPEAKER_07]: Was a stack of loose dry, and it's take the third one, or was right, Caliskey the third?
- 50:28[SPEAKER_06]: I would say you're pretty good.
- 50:31[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah.
- 50:32[SPEAKER_07]: But loose dry had,
- 50:34[SPEAKER_07]: You know, you're out politics and she had lined up a majority of the weighted vote and then but they didn't want her for some reason.
- 50:40[SPEAKER_07]: I don't know why she came to the Pearl Street pub, my god.
- 50:44[SPEAKER_07]: Anybody who does that deserves my support?
- 50:46[SPEAKER_06]: Of course, if you could vote and then why 21, you know, you should have told her.
- 50:50[SPEAKER_06]: But, uh,
- 50:51[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, there was, so first of all, she was not inside the district and I know you're going to disagree with me on this, but I think there was inherent that somebody should have been somebody from inside the district, right, because that's you have elections within the district.
- 51:07[SPEAKER_06]: all the time.
- 51:08[SPEAKER_07]: But nobody knows what the district is.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_06]: That's inside of it.
- 51:10[SPEAKER_06]: I understand that.
- 51:11[SPEAKER_06]: But you have Senate and Assembly races that are occur within the district boundaries, right?
- 51:16[SPEAKER_06]: So those people are out there already earning the public's vote and support.
- 51:23[SPEAKER_06]: With the message you send is that the other elected officials within the district are truncated.
- 51:30[SPEAKER_06]: They can't go any further.
- 51:31[SPEAKER_06]: We have to look outside the district for capable people to be representing us in Congress.
- 51:38[SPEAKER_06]: And I don't think that's the right message to be sending to be honest with you.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_06]: So, I don't know.
- 51:42[SPEAKER_06]: I know it doesn't.
- 51:43[SPEAKER_07]: No, but I would never think.
- 51:45[SPEAKER_07]: What a sticker mule does run.
- 51:47[SPEAKER_07]: He says he's going to.
- 51:49[SPEAKER_07]: I mean, he's got money.
- 51:50[SPEAKER_07]: He's got name recognition.
- 51:51[SPEAKER_06]: He burns it.
- 51:53[SPEAKER_07]: Yeah, but on the other hand, that was the problem that one of the problems last winter.
- 51:57[SPEAKER_07]: They didn't know what to do with him.
- 51:59[SPEAKER_07]: He ran as an independent candidate.
- 52:01[SPEAKER_07]: But if he runs in a Republican primary, that can be problematic.
- 52:04[SPEAKER_07]: Because he's going to be scorched Earth.
- 52:06[SPEAKER_06]: correct.
- 52:07[SPEAKER_06]: And so I don't think that's a healthy process, right?
- 52:10[SPEAKER_06]: So I just in general, I just, this high-soring rhetoric, this, you know, destructive type politics, is that it's just not my style.
- 52:20[SPEAKER_06]: No, that may appeal to others.
- 52:22[SPEAKER_06]: And it may appeal to people in the public.
- 52:25[SPEAKER_06]: and perhaps that's why they do it.
- 52:28[SPEAKER_06]: I'd rather take somebody and disagree with them on policy and I'm not going to frame the problem of becoming a president or anything.
- 52:37[SPEAKER_07]: If you're running as sort of a regional person, you're the guy from the Western part of the district and then there's the guy from
- 52:45[SPEAKER_07]: scare her e-county and then there's somebody from has sex or something yeah you have some some currency in your own area where you ran for a assembly or senate but they're damn stuck as we didn't go over here
- 52:57[SPEAKER_06]: so he represents part of St. Lawrence County, and he means something to St. Lawrence County.
- 53:02[SPEAKER_06]: So Dan, just out of respect for Dan, it's so first of all, I know I work with Dan.
- 53:07[SPEAKER_06]: We don't relax.
- 53:09[SPEAKER_06]: We get a lot of great.
- 53:10[SPEAKER_06]: And Dan also represented about half of the votes in that district.
- 53:16[SPEAKER_06]: Right, I know.
- 53:17[SPEAKER_06]: Through a Senate election.
- 53:18[SPEAKER_06]: So he was 100 and some thousand votes in the last Senate election.
- 53:22[SPEAKER_06]: In the peak.
- 53:24[SPEAKER_06]: Well, who's who's the people didn't like him.
- 53:27[SPEAKER_06]: He's getting a hundred thousand votes people like him, and you know the Congresswoman I think 200,000 was her peak.
- 53:36[SPEAKER_06]: So he's halfway there.
- 53:38[SPEAKER_06]: So to say people don't like him is an independent opinion a person or people But politics is show biz now.
- 53:46[SPEAKER_07]: You're gonna have somebody
- 53:47[SPEAKER_06]: What the, okay, that's a different, now we're talking about a frumpy guy from out and wherever can that's your opinion.
- 53:53[SPEAKER_06]: So I'm from piano.
- 53:55[SPEAKER_07]: I couldn't win that race.
- 53:57[SPEAKER_06]: Great.
- 53:58[SPEAKER_06]: Maybe I think you're vibrate.
- 54:01[SPEAKER_07]: Well, maybe on a talk show, but I don't think I could win a congressional race, even with $20 million.
- 54:05[SPEAKER_16]: So hey, listen, I got to do a break and we'll be right with more in a moment.
- 54:17[SPEAKER_16]: The news in talk authority.
