  Well that's why I've growing up in that era where your that's

  So the first one that I remember him inviting me to was there's a

  used to be like concerts back in the day and I was a circle

  track, but I had an infield and was a lot of fun.

  I actually did a competition up at Sonoma and that was like,

  03-04 I think the competition up in Sonoma was in a one of the

  parking lots at Sonoma. So you're on the track, we're

  not really on the track and it was a blast from there, it just

  So, I've heard of winter six tracks, it's ridiculous.

  Yeah. So, he was one of the founders

  of Image of. So it started 2011 with like,

  Lino worked at the track and then Lena was also doing other

  things like he ran operations here and the whole shebang,

  right? So he ran maintaining the whole

  racetrack, like a NASCAR track. And then now he took on this

  I was out there for six and a half years.

  something else. So my dad was organizing a

  festival based on my minority in Turkey.

  So I'm a, I'm a minority from turkey that half of it is.

  And so I went out there and work to the festival and for the

  summer and I was like, this is dope, this is cool.

  And then I realized I'm not really getting paid.

  I'm getting like a stipend and kind of just hanging out and

  helping out and you know, sold all my stuff moved across the

  world that way and we shit then I just Googled drifting and he

  stumble And a company popped up that was just starting out those

  teaching drifting and so I applied and they're like, yeah,

  your fucking hired. No and no.

  And then I started with the two guys are, they not even giving a
• 15:20
  lesson yet? We started the whole drifting
• 15:21
  seen out there and it was yeah, the release at Istanbul Turkey.

  Yeah, that's just so what the fuck.

  So as I'm half Turkish have polish and my, my father had a

  pestle out there, so that's one kind of soap.

  And that that started off my kind of like European Journey

  where I'm half polish. I visited my buddy in Poland,

  they had a huge drifts in Poland at the time and they still do.

  And then so I went there, I went to Germany and I just kind of

  when you're in Europe, everything is three and a half
• 15:49
  hours away. So just hop a plane and just go.

  Yeah, yeah. And I was just checking stuff

  out and then they hired me as a judge as an instructor.

  This and that and like it just kept snowballing.

  And then I met the right people at the right time or was in the

  wrong place at the right time or we put that.

  Yeah. So like you said, All the

  countries are so close to each other.

  It's like three hours away. You're In Another Country.

  Yep. But the drift scene could be so

  much different in that country than you know that's so crazy.

  It is it's wild. So I mean the kind of exists in

  the states though we're like state to state, you know?

  Yeah yeah a little bit I feel like but recently I've been

  seeing like a lot more people are taking to that like style is

  style over everything, you know, like they're styling the cars

  more like I thought for a while that like the Pacific Northwest

  had like the most Banger cars, Right?

  I always thought the Midwest had the best car.

  Oh, yeah, you're right. The far as looks go, but then

  like, we're over here in the east coast and, and we're pretty

  quickly do the East Coast for the longest time was shitbox to

  40s. That's what it was.

  So so I announced at hyperfest a lot, like, I've been doing it.

  I think five times or six times, okay?

  And the car is on the East Coast I see compete are probably some

  of the most serious like Pro Am cars.

  Those guys could easily compete in Prospect or I mean Lower

  of like being able to see like you're exposed to it way more

  seven years ago, like it was a start of like Instagram.

  the only two I know, Facebook. So I mean, we've talked about

  this even this trip where by I was in Pro one in 2016 and I

  remember getting a like, a file back from a couple

  photographers, like a whole folder back from a couple of

  doctors and I couldn't use any of the photos because like

  there's no bumper on the car went under was missing like this

  was ripped off and I was like, all right.

  that was kind of like a weird before that was just worried

  about the driving range. I just wanted to drive develop

  the driving, just get better and better.

  And then you know along with that goes and aesthetic aspect

  especially when you're trying to please sponsors and stuff like

  that. It's like they kind of want body

  panels and the car I would assume.
