- 1:02SPEAKER_01: So this week I have a really interesting guest for you.
- 1:06SPEAKER_01: Um, her name is Natalie Woodman, and she is a medical intuitive that performs psychic surgery.
- 1:13SPEAKER_01: So I don't know if there's anything more intriguing than that.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: I've always been fascinated by medical intuitives, and her work is really fascinating.
- 1:23SPEAKER_01: So I know you're gonna love it.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: She tells her story and then she talks about her work and how she's able to see things in the body, which I always found to be really fascinating when people are able to do that and then perform what she calls psychic surgery on an energetic level, shifting and moving and removing things from the body on an energetic level.
- 1:48SPEAKER_01: So it's really, really fascinating.
- 1:50SPEAKER_01: And I know you guys are gonna love her.

- 1:55SPEAKER_01: Her work is really profound.

- 5:22SPEAKER_01: Welcome everyone.
- 5:23SPEAKER_01: Welcome back to the show.
- 5:25SPEAKER_01: I am super excited today because today's guest is Natalie Woodman, and she is a medical intuitive channel, which already really excites me.
- 5:37SPEAKER_01: Psychic surgeon, excites me even more, and embodiment coach.
- 5:41SPEAKER_01: She facilitates quantum leaps, also one of my favorite things, and shifts at warp speed, helping women maintain the momentum without the wobbles.
- 5:50SPEAKER_01: She helps women reclaim the sovereign connection to their bodies as sacred portals, calibrating to truth, abundance, power, potency, and love.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Wow.
- 6:00SPEAKER_01: Welcome to the show, Natalie.
- 6:02SPEAKER_01: Thank you, Elise, and thank you so much for having me.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: I'm really excited to be here with you.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I'm excited too.
- 6:08SPEAKER_01: So I guess to start, I'd love to kind of just hear some of your story and your background and how you got here.
- 6:17SPEAKER_01: I know you have a background in physical therapy, right?
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: That's right.
- 6:20SPEAKER_01: So I'd love to hear how you kind of went from being a kid to that to this, and like how we got here right now.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: Um yeah, that's quite a juicy conversation.
- 6:32SPEAKER_00: I know that's a big one.
- 6:33SPEAKER_00: That's a big one.
- 6:35SPEAKER_00: Well, I was always fascinated by the body.
- 6:38SPEAKER_00: It started quite early on.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: Um, I was fascinated with alternative medicine as a teenager when my brother's a lot younger than me, and um, he was born with sort of infant asthma.
- 6:51SPEAKER_00: So just watching my mom navigate health and wellness as a kid, that was just fascinating to watch how she navigated both the medical model and the alternative health model.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: And so for me growing up, I always kind of straddled both spheres, looking at you know how each one fitted into health and wellness.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Because there's a place for each one, right?
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: I guess my journey started where I was fascinated with the body and I went into physio.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: And then fairly soon after I qualified, a year after I qualified, I actually injured my own back.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: I had an alpha prolapse disc.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: So that was sort of the start of my journey with actually learning the capacity that my own body has to heal.
- 7:43SPEAKER_00: That was where it started, really.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: And so that got me connecting to my body physically.
- 7:49SPEAKER_00: Because I just at that stage was like, oh well, my body's just my body.
- 7:53SPEAKER_00: It does what I needed to do.
- 7:55SPEAKER_00: And there wasn't ever a real appreciation, or I didn't really value my body in that way.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: And so that started my journey of really appreciating how I got to use my body, how I moved, what my body was able to do, how I was able to use it both in my work and in my day-to-day life.
- 8:15SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, my journey, it really deepened a lot more from that stage.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: I emigrated to the UK.
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: I mean, I've been here for 22 years now, but probably three, three, four years after I immigrated, I ended up um, I was married at the time, and then I was going through a divorce.
- 8:35SPEAKER_00: And that got me started more deeply on my spiritual journey with my body, because at that stage, I actually I've never talked about this on any podcast, but it wants to come through.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: So, you know, it's gonna come through today.
- 8:51SPEAKER_01: Um I have that effect on people.
- 8:56SPEAKER_00: I haven't told anyone this, but I actually became really claustrophobic.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: I went through this phase of not being able to access sort of smaller spaces, and my body actually had a very visceral reaction to being around a lot of people, being on enclosed spaces like trains or the underground.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: And it meant making, you know, going to work really challenging in peak art traffic.
- 9:25SPEAKER_00: So that got me started on my wonderful journey with spirituality, going into past life regression, really delving deep into well, what else was triggering that visceral reaction and that response from my body that before wasn't ever there?
- 9:43SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I found that fascinating, overwhelming, fascinating, and everything in between.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I have over the years managed to navigate through to having a handle on that.
- 9:57SPEAKER_01: Was the phosphorphobia past life related?
- 10:00SPEAKER_01: It was.
- 10:01SPEAKER_01: Do you know what it specifically was?
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was linked to a past life where I was um a pharaoh's wife and he had died.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: And, you know, in those times, the wife would would also sort of end her life so that the two could enter the afterlife together.
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: So, you know, going through that journey and then working through that in through past life regression, you know, really trying to understand it from another perspective.
- 10:31SPEAKER_01: Well, it's interesting that that came up when you got divorced.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: I know, right?
- 10:36SPEAKER_01: So in the past life, were you like buried alive or something?
- 10:40SPEAKER_01: Or how did that relate to the claustrophobia?
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: So there was a layer where I felt like I had been entombed alive, but in actual fact, the deeper I went with work, I hadn't been.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: I had taken a potion and then fell asleep and then was entombed.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: But there was this visceral response within my DNA at a cellular level, and I'm like, oh my goodness, where does this come from?
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Because I would just see people coming and I would get hot and you know, my breathing would become affected.
- 11:14SPEAKER_00: And so there was this real power struggle between the visceral response from my body, my mind telling my body, actually, no, you are safe.
- 11:25SPEAKER_00: These are the tangible things you can see, know, and feel.
- 11:28SPEAKER_00: And then actually having to navigate and put myself in those situations where I was able to regain the control back in this lifetime to be able to live, live fully.
- 11:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, it's funny.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: I I've had a few similar experiences with past life stuff.
- 11:48SPEAKER_01: One being like I had this memory of um, I don't know what this is called, but they put these like huge cement blocks on top of me.
- 11:58SPEAKER_01: Or this is like the memory that I had where it like, I don't know if they would do this to like witches or I have no idea, but like I just had this very strong visual.
- 12:06SPEAKER_01: Um, these huge cement like blocks being like put on top of me and piled on top of me, I guess until I died.
- 12:13SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Okay, but that was like recently one that came up where like I was feeling like there was like something like suffocating me almost, and like it was that.
- 12:22SPEAKER_01: And I've had other past life experiences too, but it's you're right.
- 12:27SPEAKER_01: And the reason why like brought that up is because it is a very visceral experience in the body.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: And what actually brought it up for me, I haven't mentioned this either, I don't think to anyone, but actually what brought it up for me is like all the stuff going on with the vaccine and me being afraid around like my kids being forced and all of this stuff, and it brought up like all of this past life stuff of like being forced to be put to death or be forced to like do something.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: And then I started having all these visuals of like these huge cement blocks being piled on top of me, and it was so crazy.
- 13:04SPEAKER_01: I was, but it's crazy because like all of this crazy shit that's going on in the world right now actually forced me to clear like all of this crazy past life trauma that I had, which was so insane.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: So that's just a side note, but keep going.
- 13:19SPEAKER_00: I think you know, just like you're saying, there's such a gift in these experiences if we're willing to delve deeper.
- 13:26SPEAKER_00: Totally, right?
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: And like you're saying, we've had multiple lifetimes, we've had multiple experiences, and I do believe that certain ones come up at certain times when we're ready and definitely strong enough to be able to look at it and transmute it and embrace the wisdom that's there for us, and also the gifts, you know.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you know, I was like all about okay, well, I've got a clear, I've got a release.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: And over the years, what I've realized is, you know, in each lifetime, there's also a gift to be reclaimed.
- 13:59SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 14:00SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I've definitely been looking at doing that over the years, and moving on from where I was there is that I've had my physio practice business, I've got two businesses.
- 14:12SPEAKER_00: That one I've had for 16 years, and when I expanded at a certain point with the mindset thinking, bigger is better.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: Crazy.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: But anyway, part of the journey, you know, I took on more stresses, more expenses, more overheads, more responsibility, looking after more people.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: And I ended up putting the most immense amount of stress on my body and on myself.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: And that's where I started to have an autoimmune response and I developed burnout.
- 14:45SPEAKER_00: And I really had to navigate the journey of coming back to me and also really reevaluating the role of physio.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: It's like, well, why or how did I end up going into physio as a start?
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: And you know, that opened up the door for what I do now because there was so much healing work that had to be done within myself to be able to really look at the circumstances of my life and how did I get there?
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: What was my thinking?
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: What was my emotional resilience?
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Where was that barometer?
- 15:22SPEAKER_00: What did I believe to be true in my heart?
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: What was the programs, the patterns, the beliefs that I came into this lifetime with or were modeled, or that I picked up from other people along the way that influenced the mindset that in turn influenced Burnout, that also influenced how I showed up, how I helped people.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: And thinking, and the one of the biggest things that I had to navigate and do a 180 on was how could I be the contribution to someone else's rehab, to someone else's journey to carry them when I guess they weren't ready to even carry themselves.
- 16:04SPEAKER_01: I'm really glad you brought this up.
- 16:06SPEAKER_01: I just want to interject for a minute because I think this is so important.
- 16:09SPEAKER_01: You know, when we move from like the traditional medical model, which I have, I have another client who was a physical therapist as well.
- 16:18SPEAKER_01: And then I also have another client who was in the medical field and now like is a coach.
- 16:24SPEAKER_01: And I think that is a medical model of like, okay, now I have to come in and save you, and your healing is my responsibility.
- 16:33SPEAKER_01: And that is like completely against like the actual laws of the universe.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: Like, you cannot heal somebody else.
- 16:42SPEAKER_01: Like you can hold the space, you can give them the tools, you can be a model for what's possible.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: You can be there to like inspire and expand and like show the way, but they have to do it.
- 16:54SPEAKER_01: Like they're doing the healing.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: But I think what a lot of people struggle with, at least that I see with my clients who have been in that realm, and even for me as a school counselor, my background as a school counselor, it's the same kind of a model where it's like you have to take on the responsibility of helping them, you know.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: And it's funny, I say this to my husband all the time because our son is in therapy right now.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: And like my husband always makes comments about like the therapist, she's not like fixing him yet, essentially.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: And not those words, but something along those lines.
- 17:26SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, that is not how this works, you know, and I think it's just such a misconception of this old programming and the old medical model, which we know is crumbling, but it's still very much programmed into us.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: So, how did you navigate that?
- 17:43SPEAKER_01: So, I have two questions, and the I these are like two separate questions, but you can answer them however you want.
- 17:48SPEAKER_01: So, one is around how you navigated like going from that traditional model to like what you do now.
- 17:55SPEAKER_01: And then also you mentioned the autoimmune disease, and I'm curious what that looked like for you.
- 18:02SPEAKER_01: And also if you could speak a little bit about like what are the underlying emotional causes of autoimmune diseases?
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: Because I know that's definitely a thing, and I think that would be really helper for people to understand.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: Okay, cool.
- 18:15SPEAKER_00: You might have to remind me of the second question because I'm I will.
- 18:19SPEAKER_01: I know that was a lot, but I'll remember it now that I said it out loud.
- 18:24SPEAKER_00: So, okay, how did I navigate that?
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: The first thing for me was I had to unpick how I showed up in all of my relationships because you know how I showed up in one area was also how I showed up in other areas of my life.
- 18:40SPEAKER_00: Did I believe that I needed to rescue or up level my partners?
- 18:46SPEAKER_00: Did I believe that it was my responsibility to make sure that I was always there to support my family in whichever way I could, no matter the cost to me.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 18:59SPEAKER_00: And the same, you know, how did I show up for my clients?
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Was I showing up in a way that was harming my body or in a way that I was serving from a place of depletion or a place of lack or a place of avoidance?
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: You know, what was I not willing to look at and use that almost as a, because I've been looking at this a lot deeper, like almost using it as a way of escaping, you know, the reality of, well, who am I?
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: What am I doing?
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: What am I here to do?
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: And how am I showing up?
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: And so I've really sat with those questions over the years and like stripped back the layers bit by bit to go, okay, where is the people pleaser pattern in me coming from?
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: And how has that served me?
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Number one.
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: And how do I heal that?
- 19:54SPEAKER_00: And is that coming from a place of lack?
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Is it coming from a place of seeking external validation and awareness and affection, you know?
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: And I think it was to a degree, you know, it really was that.
- 20:10SPEAKER_00: And so really working on my inner child, really working, doing the internal work of healing the people pleaser in me and actually creating healthy boundaries around myself and actually starting to use the word no.
- 20:26SPEAKER_00: Oh my god.
- 20:27SPEAKER_00: Now that in itself is like massive, especially if no was never really a word that was ever in your vocabulary.
- 20:38SPEAKER_00: And when you grew up where you needed to say yeshua, or you grew up believing that that's how you helped, that's how you provided support.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: So learning to say no and learning to say no with love was a big thing.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 20:56SPEAKER_00: Really tightening up my boundaries, both in my personal life, in my work life, with colleagues, with clients, and then also figuring out well, where do I start, where do I end, and where does the next person begin?
- 21:10SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that's so important.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: And so really just looking at well, what's the space that's between the two of us?
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: What is allowed to sit there?
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: And so all of that, that's been one unfolding journey.
- 21:25SPEAKER_00: Because I do believe that the deeper we go with our own healing and our own journeys with ourselves, and the more we shift and and embody, the stronger and the healthier our boundaries become on all levels, physically, emotionally, energetically, within business, money, relationships, you name it, right?
- 21:45SPEAKER_00: There's just an opportunity to kind of look at all of that in all areas.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: So for me, stripping back those layers, you know, not being the people pleaser, looking at saying no, really doing the internal work to Be able to come from a place of self-validation, self-love, self-acceptance, and knowing that I'm already complete and whatever anybody else says to share extra.
- 22:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 22:15SPEAKER_01: I just want to interject for a minute because you know, I think what we have to do, and like what you're describing, is really around like healing codependency, because we've been like programmed to believe that codependency is love.
- 22:29SPEAKER_01: So we think like in order to love someone, we have to like sacrifice ourselves and allow our boundaries to be infringed upon in order to show that we love someone or that we're worthy of love or whatever it is.
- 22:44SPEAKER_01: And then what ends up happening is that bleeds over, like you were saying, into our relationships with our clients or whatever, where it's like then you feel responsible for them and you feel like you need to give up a part of yourself for them or something.
- 23:00SPEAKER_01: And that's just not actually helpful for anybody, you or them.
- 23:06SPEAKER_01: And then I love what you said about like, you know, looking at all of your relationships.
- 23:10SPEAKER_01: Cause I know for me and a lot of my audience has heard me share about this, but like one of the biggest parts of my journey in like expanding my business and my growth was around my relationship with my husband, because I had to completely change the way that I was showing up, because that does affect every aspect and like all the codependency, all the ways I was feeling responsible, all the ways that I was like trying to be his coach or whatever had to go.
- 23:40SPEAKER_01: And now we went through a separation and now we're back together.
- 23:43SPEAKER_01: And like he is so much better, you know, and like he's doing the things that really make him happy because like we now have this different kind of like space and energy between us.
- 23:55SPEAKER_01: So you're right.
- 23:56SPEAKER_01: I know they say like the way you do one thing is the way you do everything, but like you have to look at the way you're showing up in all your relationships, and it really just is about the way you're showing up, it's not about the other person at all.
- 24:08SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 24:09SPEAKER_01: So true.
- 24:10SPEAKER_00: So true.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: So true.
- 24:13SPEAKER_00: I couldn't agree more.
- 24:14SPEAKER_00: And you know, you really hit the nail on the head there because for me, I had to look at codependency within each and every one of my past relationships with my past partners.
- 24:24SPEAKER_00: I had to really take a look at, well, why did I believe that I had to do that for someone?
- 24:31SPEAKER_00: Firstly, where did that thought or that pattern come from?
- 24:34SPEAKER_00: And what void was that filling?
- 24:38SPEAKER_00: Mm-hmm.
- 24:39SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so where do you feel like it came from for you?
- 24:42SPEAKER_00: It's a good question.
- 24:43SPEAKER_00: So for me, it was a lot about it's what I saw, you know, growing up.
- 24:50SPEAKER_00: And I had beautiful role models of what love was like and what love wasn't.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: And it was fascinating that, you know, looking back at my past relationships, I the nice guys were always the ones that I would be running away from in the opposite direction to.
- 25:08SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Oh my god, I know.
- 25:10SPEAKER_00: Who likes a nice guy?
- 25:12SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what?
- 25:14SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, the ones with the really wounded masculine, with the ones that I was attracted to, like, oh, let me fix you.
- 25:22SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, oh my goodness.
- 25:24SPEAKER_00: So looking back at it, I realized, you know, after my marriage and then after my relationships that followed that, in each one of my relationships, I really looked deeper.
- 25:34SPEAKER_00: I'm like, what in me needs to shift?
- 25:37SPEAKER_00: What in me needs to change?
- 25:40SPEAKER_00: And how do I shift this pattern?
- 25:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 25:44SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, I really was working on doing the internal work at that really deep level so that each relationship that I entered into, each one became better.
- 25:56SPEAKER_00: And, you know, like, oh, okay, oh, I've been able to shift that.
- 25:59SPEAKER_00: Okay, that's really great.
- 26:01SPEAKER_00: So I would always reflect at the end of each relationship and go, well, what did I learn about myself in this relationship?
- 26:08SPEAKER_00: What new learning did I receive about how to show up, how to receive?
- 26:14SPEAKER_00: And for me, the biggest thing, like through a lot of it was I was an overgiver.
- 26:20SPEAKER_00: Overgiving was part of the pattern that helped me feel needed, helped me feel validated and wanted and appreciated.
- 26:33SPEAKER_00: And so I really needed to work with the overgiver in me.
- 26:36SPEAKER_00: I needed to work with, okay, I am allowed to keep some back for myself.
- 26:43SPEAKER_00: And then I had to shift the mindset to actually, I only give from the surplus.
- 26:49SPEAKER_00: I give from what is left over.
- 26:52SPEAKER_00: And with burnout, that was such a beautiful gift because with my body itself, I really had to become in tune with her.
- 27:01SPEAKER_00: I had to work with her to go, okay, right.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: I have been overgiving for years.
- 27:07SPEAKER_00: And you're now telling me that actually this has to stop because this is a matter of survival.
- 27:14SPEAKER_00: And so I am listening.
- 27:15SPEAKER_00: I am with you 110%.
- 27:18SPEAKER_00: And so from that point, every day, in everything that I did, I asked my body, are you in a state to give or receive?
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: And I had like an internal barometer where I'd go, anything less than a six out of 10 on an energy scale, there's nothing to give.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that.
- 27:39SPEAKER_00: That's a great tool.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: And then I can only receive.
- 27:43SPEAKER_00: You know, I have to first fill up the tank and then I can give.
- 27:47SPEAKER_00: And so that really cultivated the journey of self-care, of self-love, of really nurturing, of looking after my own body and allowing others to take responsibility for their own.
- 28:01SPEAKER_00: So in stopping the overgiving, I, you know, very quickly realized that over-responsibility wasn't helpful, also wasn't healthy.
- 28:11SPEAKER_00: And it was taking away valid learning from someone else.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: And who was I to do that first and foremost?
- 28:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that makes a lot of sense.
- 28:20SPEAKER_00: So I really had to sit with that and witness well, why was it uncomfortable to watch someone else struggle?
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 28:27SPEAKER_01: So why do I mean I feel like it is uncomfortable for a lot of us too, because you feel like you have to do something, but really, well, you why do you feel like it's uncomfortable to watch someone else struggle?
- 28:39SPEAKER_00: It's been a journey over the years.
- 28:40SPEAKER_00: You know, in the beginning, it was literally physically as a physio, sitting on my hands and not helping and allowing someone to struggle because it's in the struggle that they're actually learning.
- 28:53SPEAKER_00: If we think of what failure is, failure is learning.
- 28:57SPEAKER_00: And every time we try something, we do something, there's learning and there's wisdom.
- 29:02SPEAKER_00: And we go, okay, so that way didn't work, but I got 10 times further than I did the last time.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Okay, so let me try it a different way.
- 29:10SPEAKER_00: So what I had to really work with doing was giving them ideas and go, okay, well, what if you did it this way?
- 29:19SPEAKER_00: Or what if you added this, or what if you added this, and then allowing them to do it.
- 29:24SPEAKER_00: And then going, I'm here.
- 29:26SPEAKER_00: If you need me, let me know if you would like help and allowing them to ask for help.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I think that's so important.
- 29:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 29:35SPEAKER_00: And, you know, I really realized the difference that that in turn also makes with relationships, you know, it was such a struggle to hear someone else's pain because the trauma in me was so activated, was so alive, so to speak, that just witnessing someone else's struggle or hearing about someone else's struggle activated that at such a deep visceral level within me.
- 30:06SPEAKER_00: And that it just felt like it was too much, and it was easier to do something for someone than sit in that discomfort.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: Right?
- 30:16SPEAKER_00: And so all the work that I've done has meant that, you know, working in my records, working on clearing out the trauma from this lifetime, working out and clearing the trauma from past lifetimes, and really being able to look and witness each and every one of that and the learning, and then being able to now sit and listen to someone else's journey, sit and listen to someone else going through a painful or a traumatic event, and being able to really hold space for someone else as they unfold as because there's so much in the talking, right?
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: Giving someone the space to even just talk through something, get it all out, you know, without having to fix it is already huge because just in like speaking things out loud, there's there's a validation that comes through, or there's a different level of awareness that comes through, or clarity that comes through for an individual that allows something to integrate or click in that wasn't able to do so before that.
- 31:25SPEAKER_00: So through my own journey, I've really realized the value in holding space.
- 31:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 31:32SPEAKER_01: And I mean, I feel like that's something that I see all the time with my clients, like even if they just are like leaving me a voxer, and then like at the end of the voxer, they like figured it out.
- 31:42SPEAKER_01: Like they don't need me.
- 31:44SPEAKER_01: Like they'll like figure it out on their own, and then like, and then I'll be like, oh yeah, that's what I would have said.
- 31:49SPEAKER_01: You got it.
- 31:50SPEAKER_01: So they just need to talk that out, but they need it with somebody who can hold space.
- 31:54SPEAKER_01: And like it's interesting.
- 31:56SPEAKER_01: This is something I feel like I learned early on as a school counselor because when I first started my job, I thought I had to like solve their problems for them and like quickly realize there's no way I could solve their problems.
- 32:08SPEAKER_01: Their problems are way beyond anything I could have helped with, other than just being present, right?
- 32:16SPEAKER_01: And I learned very quickly that all I really needed to do was be present with them and listen as they were talking and just be there listening, because there's nobody in their life who did that.
- 32:27SPEAKER_01: So I was like, okay, that's all I have to do, and that's all I did.
- 32:29SPEAKER_01: And like I was really good at it and everybody loved it.
- 32:33SPEAKER_01: But it was something where like you had to make that paradigm shift because I think we feel like we have to like do something or say something or or make it better or take the pain away.
- 32:43SPEAKER_01: And that's just not how it works.
- 32:46SPEAKER_01: So obviously, you had to make that paradigm shift in your business.
- 32:49SPEAKER_01: And I really want to hear like then how you moved into what you're doing now.
- 32:53SPEAKER_01: But I first want to go back to the second question I asked you, because I think this is really interesting about the autoimmune stuff and how that showed up for you.
- 33:00SPEAKER_01: And then again, like, what are some of the underlying causes of that?
- 33:03SPEAKER_01: Because I know so many people struggle with that or have had some kind of struggle with that.
- 33:08SPEAKER_01: And we often think it's like these outside factors, but I know there's also a lot of emotional factors that contribute to that.
- 33:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 33:16SPEAKER_00: So oh, mine started actually around about the time with my divorce, I actually started having gut health problems.
- 33:26SPEAKER_00: So at that stage, I, you know, I couldn't eat everything.
- 33:30SPEAKER_00: So I actually had to go gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free.
- 33:32SPEAKER_00: And that's where my journey kind of started.
- 33:35SPEAKER_00: Oh, 19 years ago.
- 33:37SPEAKER_00: Yeah, almost, with you know, the health and wellness side and just looking at the gut.
- 33:42SPEAKER_00: And then as the autoimmune system symptoms increased, I really had to look at my mindset.
- 33:51SPEAKER_00: I also had to look at understanding the role of shame and guilt.
- 33:56SPEAKER_00: And with autoimmunity, there is so much inflammation in the body.
- 34:01SPEAKER_00: There's this massive inflammatory response within the body.
- 34:05SPEAKER_00: But we very quickly in this day and age forget how inflammatory shame can be, how shame held at a visceral level, cellular level in the body, ancestral shame, shame from this lifetime, from your own experiences, all of that has a cumulative effect on your health and your wellness.
- 34:27SPEAKER_00: And so, as and the mindset, it's you know, it's the your mindset, your patterns, your beliefs around.
- 34:35SPEAKER_00: I really had to think about where that came from, the shame, why I believed I had to take it on, and why I believed I had to keep it or hold it.
- 34:46SPEAKER_01: So, how did you make the connection between that the autoimmune stuff was the shame and the guilt?
- 34:53SPEAKER_01: Because like I totally know that and I agree with you, but I'm just curious, like on your journey, at what point that clicked for you where you realized it was more than just being gluten-free or whatever.
- 35:04SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's a good question.
- 35:05SPEAKER_00: So, how did I do that?
- 35:07SPEAKER_00: I am fascinated about health and wellness.
- 35:09SPEAKER_00: So, and in my spare time, I literally would just be reading books on nutrition, on health, on wellness, and following some really key people.
- 35:19SPEAKER_00: And I stumbled upon the fact where I saw, because I was like, okay, I needed to follow an anti-inflammatory diet.
- 35:27SPEAKER_00: And then that got me started on the anti-inflammatory journey.
- 35:31SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 35:34SPEAKER_00: And then it got me on the journey of looking at the thyroid.
- 35:40SPEAKER_00: Because I'm like, okay, well, then I cleared out from a health products perspective.
- 35:45SPEAKER_00: I was like, okay, I want to make sure that everything that's going into my body, everything that's going on my body, everything that's in my home is all clean.
- 35:54SPEAKER_00: But then I would take it one step deeper.
- 35:57SPEAKER_00: I got into looking at, what's her name?
- 36:00SPEAKER_00: Isabella Wentz, I think is her surname.
- 36:04SPEAKER_00: And so that got me on the thyroid journey.
- 36:06SPEAKER_00: And I started looking a lot deeper then, from that point, at the energetics of the thyroid, because that's like where we suppress our truth, where we start to not express how we feel.
- 36:21SPEAKER_00: And, you know, that really got me thinking on emotionally, have I made myself sick and unwell, or have I contributed to that presentation within my body through emotional unwellness or through not looking at the role that guilt, shame, judgment, resentment, anger has held in my body.
- 36:48SPEAKER_00: Because I guess for me, I had at the age of 13, I was re I was a really angry teenager.
- 36:57SPEAKER_00: So, you know, I felt overcontrolled and you know, I felt like I wasn't understood, I wasn't heard, and everything that I wanted to do, I wasn't allowed to do.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: Oh, teenage angst.
- 37:10SPEAKER_01: No, I get it though.
- 37:11SPEAKER_01: I I think like a lot of us experience that, but especially when you because that's the time where you really want to fly and you really want to have freedom.
- 37:21SPEAKER_01: And if you're constantly being told you can't, then that does create, you know, along with other factors, obviously.
- 37:28SPEAKER_00: But I'd actually made myself sick.
- 37:31SPEAKER_00: I actually physically managed, I inflamed my liver at, you know, as a teenager.
- 37:37SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, looking back over the years, even before I had the autoimmune response, I already knew that there was a link between the physical body and the emotional body.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: Because I'd made that link from that past experience.
- 37:52SPEAKER_00: And so I started to unpick with burnout and with the autoimmunity, like what was going on.
- 38:01SPEAKER_00: And I think a lot of it was also showing up because one, I was just saying yes to everything, I didn't have healthy boundaries, and there was this opportunity for a no, for my truth, instead of saying yes, yes, yes, for my real truth to come out and go, actually, no, that's not in alignment.
- 38:22SPEAKER_00: And I think with autoimmunity, there is this, it's almost like there's this divide between the brain and the body that where the connection hasn't been made, where there's an opportunity for a deeper connection to be made.
- 38:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 38:39SPEAKER_00: And you know, an autoimmune response or an autoimmune reaction is almost the way of the body asking for a reset.
- 38:47SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I love that.
- 38:49SPEAKER_01: I think that's really true.
- 38:50SPEAKER_01: And I love that you associated it with the guilt and the shame, because that's just something that I see like basically everybody has to work through some form of guilt and shame.
- 38:59SPEAKER_01: And it's usually like family, ancestral, past life, like it's all, you know, we carry so much of that.
- 39:07SPEAKER_01: So that's a journey that everyone has to go on.
- 39:09SPEAKER_01: So especially if um it's showing up physically, you know, it's definitely something that you want to look at because I always say like every physical symptom has an emotional component to it because it's energy, right?
- 39:23SPEAKER_01: It all starts with energy, emotions are energy.
- 39:26SPEAKER_01: Like there's always an emotional reason why we're having any kind of physical symptom.
- 39:31SPEAKER_01: You know, I love that you brought it back to that because I do think guilt and shame are like you can't really go on this path without facing that.
- 39:40SPEAKER_01: You just can't.
- 39:41SPEAKER_00: No, you can't.
- 39:42SPEAKER_00: You really can't.
- 39:43SPEAKER_00: And I think also what I've realized with so many clients over the years, these this almost this deep self-loathing.
- 39:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:52SPEAKER_00: And the self-loathing actually contributes, I believe, to the autoimmune response of the body.
- 39:59SPEAKER_01: Oh, definitely.
- 40:00SPEAKER_01: I mean, because that's where the shame comes from, right?
- 40:03SPEAKER_01: Like the shame comes from the self-loathing.
- 40:06SPEAKER_01: So, like, there's something deeply wrong with me.
- 40:08SPEAKER_01: I'm not good enough.
- 40:10SPEAKER_01: I shouldn't be here, and I hate myself, therefore I feel ashamed or the opposite, like however you want it to go.
- 40:17SPEAKER_01: So I think that's so important for people to understand.
- 40:20SPEAKER_01: And I'm glad you shared that.
- 40:22SPEAKER_01: I really want to actually hear more about like the work you're doing now because I find that so fascinating and what it now looks like for you.
- 40:30SPEAKER_00: So now, sort of I work as a medical intuitive and psychic surgeon, and I work in the records.
- 40:36SPEAKER_00: And a lot of what I do, I actually piece back and use all my experience that I gained over the years as a physio, the understanding of the body, using my anatomy and my physiology knowledge, my own embodied wisdom that I've gained through my own journey with myself.
- 40:55SPEAKER_00: And then really working with women, working with their bodies, looking at the body so much more holistically.
- 41:03SPEAKER_00: A lot of women I work with have either have had an autoimmune response or they are just exhausted, or they have had burnout and they know about it.
- 41:17SPEAKER_00: Some people don't know that they have burnout and they're just like, oh, I'm struggling to lose weight, or I keep picking up weight.
- 41:23SPEAKER_00: No matter I look whether I look after my diet, I'm eating well, I'm moving, I'm doing all the right things, but I'm still picking up weight.
- 41:31SPEAKER_00: And then what we tend to work with is I work with the core wounds.
- 41:37SPEAKER_00: So I work with the big rejection wound that's coming up to be cleared.
- 41:42SPEAKER_00: And so that's what I'll usually do, sort of in a power scan where I'm working as a medical intuitive.
- 41:48SPEAKER_00: I will go into the body, we'll scan, I will do an energetic scan of someone's body even before I see them.
- 41:55SPEAKER_00: And I'll pick up and I'll see exactly which areas are lighting up, which areas in the body are asking for healing.
- 42:03SPEAKER_00: And then we will go in and we'll shift and we'll remove the core rejection wound within the body itself from the quantum body.
- 42:13SPEAKER_00: And then also, as part of that, we also have to do a calibration with the brain, right?
- 42:21SPEAKER_00: The conscious awareness, because it's not, we can't, it's not just a matter of clearing things out of the body and then leaving someone like that.
- 42:29SPEAKER_00: It's about upgrading the brain consciousness, the core belief that can be held and installing a new one that is in alignment with the new version of the quantum body after it has been reset.
- 42:44SPEAKER_00: And then from that point, you know, I work with people to actually give them tangible things to be working with, with the physical body, emotional body, and mental body, because there's a recalibration that actually has to take place even after the energetic work.
- 43:03SPEAKER_00: And what I often find is that people come with things that have been happening for a while, and there's this mindset that things need to shift and be instantaneous.
- 43:19SPEAKER_00: And while some things can be instantaneous, especially when it comes to habits and I guess beliefs and reprogramming, some of those things take time, especially if it's been there for a lifetime.
- 43:33SPEAKER_00: So I'll give you an example.
- 43:34SPEAKER_00: So quite a lot of women, they'll get, you know, a massive shift after just one session, but they'll go, Oh my God, but why is my body still exhausted?
- 43:43SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, Well, you know, your nervous system has been fried for 42 years or 47 years or 49 years, and we've reset your nervous system, and now your body's going, Oh my God, you mean I can rest?
- 43:59SPEAKER_00: Oh, thank God.
- 44:00SPEAKER_00: I can rest.
- 44:01SPEAKER_00: Oh, I think I'm just gonna sleep.
- 44:04SPEAKER_00: And then they're like, but I can't sleep right now.
- 44:07SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, well, now you have a choice.
- 44:09SPEAKER_00: Again, yeah, you've been given a choice.
- 44:11SPEAKER_00: You know, is it the way of the body?
- 44:13SPEAKER_00: Is it the way of listening to your body wisdom?
- 44:16SPEAKER_00: Or is it the way of getting your head to lead the way?
- 44:19SPEAKER_00: Because we know that having your head lead the way, which is what you've done in the past, hasn't gotten you anywhere.
- 44:25SPEAKER_00: And so the work I do is bringing women back to their bodies, bringing them back to the wisdom of their own bodies and their own truth.
- 44:34SPEAKER_00: Because my truth, my body wisdom is going to be different to yours, is going to be different to someone else's, because our journeys have been different, our experiences have been different.
- 44:44SPEAKER_00: And what we're year to learn is different, right?
- 44:47SPEAKER_00: So with each and every woman, I find that that is something that we have to navigate together and overcome, I guess, the power struggle between the head and the heart, or the head and the gut wisdom, you know, so to speak.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 45:05SPEAKER_01: And I know the gut health is so much related to like our mental health and stuff like that.
- 45:11SPEAKER_01: And also like just talking about the wisdom of the body, I feel like even for women who are going on a personal growth journey, we don't always focus on the body as this, you know, important piece of the journey of like coming back to the body, you know?
- 45:30SPEAKER_01: So I think that's like so important that you brought that up.
- 45:34SPEAKER_01: Can you talk a little bit about like kind of the ways, because I'm kind of talking about this too, but I feel like you're more of a body person than me, but like the way that we are able to receive information from our body.
- 45:48SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 45:49SPEAKER_00: So the first thing that I've learned through my own journey is that the body needs presence.
- 45:55SPEAKER_00: And if we can't be present with the body, then we actually can't receive the wisdom that it has to share.
- 46:02SPEAKER_00: And so the first thing about being present is can we come back to our breath?
- 46:07SPEAKER_00: And I know you talk a lot about breath work.
- 46:10SPEAKER_00: And through my own journey, I, you know, through part of coming back to my body, I also for many years did a lot of breath work.
- 46:18SPEAKER_00: And that was such a fundamental part of my journey of getting here and of being able to help other women get there too.
- 46:25SPEAKER_00: But I don't think I could have done that without breath work, without having space held for me and clean.
- 46:32SPEAKER_01: I completely, yeah, I completely agree.
- 46:35SPEAKER_01: And that's one why I use breath work with everyone, because it really forces you to be in your body.
- 46:41SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 46:42SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and be present, like you're saying.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 46:45SPEAKER_00: And so breath presence is the first point.
- 46:48SPEAKER_00: And then, you know, it's really about can we sit with the body?
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: Can we feel?
- 46:54SPEAKER_00: Are we willing to feel?
- 46:56SPEAKER_00: Are we willing to sit with the discomfort?
- 46:59SPEAKER_00: And what I've learned over the years is that the more I fought what was going on in my body, the longer the discomfort actually was there, the more I struggled or resisted it, the longer it was there for.
- 47:14SPEAKER_00: So whenever now, every time I recalibrate or every time I work with someone, we'll come back to presence and it's like, okay, body, what are you wanting to share with me right now?
- 47:25SPEAKER_00: And then asking the question and just being open to witnessing whatever the body has to share with you.
- 47:31SPEAKER_00: And I know it sounds simple and I know it sounds so easy, but it's actually not as easy as it sounds for many people.
- 47:39SPEAKER_00: They really struggle with that piece.
- 47:42SPEAKER_00: And I think because why do they struggle with that?
- 47:46SPEAKER_00: I think a lot of people struggle with it because once you hear something, you actually have to be willing to act on it, right?
- 47:54SPEAKER_01: Totally.
- 47:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you have to be willing to face it.
- 47:57SPEAKER_01: And I think that's what I would say to a lot of people who are resistant to the breath work, too, is because it kind of forces you to face yourself.
- 48:05SPEAKER_01: You know, you have to kind of sit with yourself and feel what you're feeling.
- 48:10SPEAKER_01: And I think because we've been so programmed to suppress our emotions, the idea of sitting with yourself feels really scary because you would have to face or you'd be forced to face your emotions.
- 48:25SPEAKER_01: And that's really uncomfortable for people.
- 48:27SPEAKER_01: Like we literally have zero tools for dealing with our emotions.
- 48:32SPEAKER_01: So I think that's a huge reason why it's hard for people to just like sit with your body and then, and then, like you're saying, like if you do receive information, which you will, and it's like, okay, well, what am I doing with this?
- 48:47SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 48:47SPEAKER_01: Like if my body's telling me, you know, just something as simple as like I need more rest, or I need this type of food, or I need acknowledgement, or I need love.
- 49:00SPEAKER_01: Like I always say this when I first started reading the records, I would always get this message around like loving myself more.
- 49:08SPEAKER_01: And I would be like, oh, this is so boring.
- 49:11SPEAKER_01: Like, could I get like a better, more interesting message than like self-love?
- 49:16SPEAKER_01: Like, come on, you know, and then, but it was like so true.
- 49:21SPEAKER_01: Like that was exactly what I needed because like I was constantly trying to figure out what I had to fix, you know, like constantly trying to figure out like how I can grow my business and what's wrong with me, that I'm not where I want to be, or whatever.
- 49:38SPEAKER_01: And then I went through this journey of like actually having compassion for myself and actually starting to really love myself.
- 49:46SPEAKER_01: And it was a hundred percent needed.
- 49:48SPEAKER_01: So, like, but my point is that when I received that message, it was like, well, what was I gonna do with it?
- 49:54SPEAKER_01: Because you know, I wanted to receive some crazy profound ET, like, I don't even know what I was looking for, but it wasn't self-love.
- 50:04SPEAKER_01: So get it.
- 50:06SPEAKER_00: So get it.
- 50:07SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 50:08SPEAKER_00: Because I think, you know, when we get the information and the wisdom, and say, for instance, the body says, I know you want to go and focus on that launch or that program or that thing right now, but right now I really need rest.
- 50:22SPEAKER_00: But then it's a matter of can we give the body what it needs without judgment, without shame, and without feeling guilty that we're missing out on something else.
- 50:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's so funny.
- 50:35SPEAKER_01: I've been thinking about that, like the FOMO thing.
- 50:38SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's such a like society program.
- 50:42SPEAKER_01: Maybe when I was like younger or something, I would have a fear of missing out.
- 50:47SPEAKER_01: But now, like, I actually don't care.
- 50:49SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's only like because people are telling you you should have FOMO.
- 50:54SPEAKER_01: Do you really have FOMO?
- 50:55SPEAKER_01: Like, no, no, that's not even like actually a thing.
- 50:59SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's just such a like way that our consciousness has been hijacked to feel like we're in the wrong place at the wrong time when really we're always in the right place at the right time.
- 51:09SPEAKER_01: Yes.
- 51:10SPEAKER_01: So wait, I just want to ask you because I know we're like getting to the end, but I just also want to ask for people that might not be a hundred percent familiar.
- 51:17SPEAKER_01: Like, what does it actually mean to be a medical intuitive?
- 51:21SPEAKER_00: So, as a medical intuitive, I work within the quantum body, and I work with actually within the spinal cord, within the brain, we work in the body.
- 51:32SPEAKER_00: I can actually see certain areas in the body get lit up, and the body actually communicates with me, the quantum body.
- 51:41SPEAKER_00: I see someone's quantum body, I scan, and there's certain organs that are gonna light up more than the others.
- 51:48SPEAKER_00: We can actually see the flow of qi energy in the body.
- 51:51SPEAKER_00: We can see where the energy is stagnant, where it's not flowing.
- 51:55SPEAKER_00: We can actually move the lymph, we can move that and get that flowing.
- 52:00SPEAKER_00: We can restore the qi energy to the adrenals, which is what I'll usually do with someone who's got like really bad burnout, who really work on the gut healing.
- 52:11SPEAKER_00: There's so much healing that we can do within the quantum body as medical intuitives using psychic surgery, going in and working with the quantum body, but also really understanding the emotional and the spiritual aspects and then tying all of it together so that we're working physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, really coming far more holistically and looking at the body that way.
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: So, to give you an example, so with the gut, I will be able to see and scan if some if there's mold or if there are bacteria or if there's something in the gut that's interfering with the body.
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: And so I will get a sense in a reading and be able to pick that up and then give someone advice on how to manage that physically, should that come up in the session.
- 53:04SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 53:05SPEAKER_01: It's so funny because I'm just like listening to you talk and kind of relating it because I obviously don't work with the body like that.
- 53:11SPEAKER_01: But when you're describing how you will see things like light up and then you'll like get information about it, like that's kind of what happens for me.
- 53:20SPEAKER_01: But when I hear people talking, I'll like hear bells going off or just certain things that people say will like light up to me, and then I'll know that that's part of what their blocks are and like part of what I need to tune into.
- 53:33SPEAKER_01: So it's interesting that even though you the way that you work is totally different, I feel like the way that we kind of receive information is very similar.
- 53:41SPEAKER_01: So that's really cool.
- 53:43SPEAKER_01: Love it.
- 53:43SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so I know that I'm sure people are gonna want to check out your work and have a session with you.
- 53:48SPEAKER_01: So can you let us know where we can find you?
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: Sure.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: So my website is by Nataliewoodman.com.
- 53:56SPEAKER_00: So you can find me there and on social media on Instagram or Facebook.
- 54:01SPEAKER_00: I am Bynatley Woodman.
- 54:03SPEAKER_00: And I do have a sort of a free uh community.
- 54:07SPEAKER_00: So if people are interested in finding out a little bit more about me, I share a lot more sort of in that container, and that is called Quantum Leap Lounge.
- 54:16SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love that.
- 54:17SPEAKER_00: Thank you.
- 54:18SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, I hope that's been helpful, super helpful.
- 54:24SPEAKER_01: I mean, we love talking about this stuff.
- 54:26SPEAKER_01: So I'm just gonna ask um our last question that I ask everyone.
- 54:30SPEAKER_01: So, what do you feel like is a non-negotiable when it comes to fully reclaiming your consciousness?
- 54:36SPEAKER_00: Oh, I love that question.
- 54:38SPEAKER_00: That's a big one.
- 54:39SPEAKER_00: It's a big one, I know.
- 54:41SPEAKER_00: Intuition and truth, non-negotiable, healthy boundaries, non-negotiable, boundaries around healthy eating because my body is a sacred portal.
- 54:52SPEAKER_00: And in order for me to be a really good channel and be the best version I can be for my clients, I really have to look at my body as a portal.
- 55:02SPEAKER_00: And so, because of that, I'm really mindful about what I put into my body, both in the form of liquid, food, supplements, that is so important, and then the information that I consume as well.
- 55:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that is a non-negotiable for me.
- 55:20SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm not available for drama or shame or judgment or guilt, none of that.
- 55:25SPEAKER_00: That's just like it's a non-negotiable for me.
- 55:28SPEAKER_00: A hard no.
- 55:29SPEAKER_00: And um also, I think for me, it's about we're each responsible for our own journey.
- 55:37SPEAKER_00: And I am here as a contribution to someone else's journey, and I will walk alongside someone, but I will not stop or stall or slow down my progress to make others feel more comfortable on their own journey.
- 55:56SPEAKER_01: So important.
- 55:57SPEAKER_01: I love that so much.
- 55:58SPEAKER_01: Words to live by.
- 56:00SPEAKER_01: Well, thank you so much, Natalie.
