- 0:18Speaker 1: regulations involving processing their beef. We've got some details on
- 0:23Speaker 1: that today. An exchange of fire between the United States

- 1:58Speaker 1: care from a healthcare provider. Mm-hmm. Yes, indeed. We got
- 2:08Speaker 1: to be locked in. We got to be locked in.
- 2:10Speaker 1: The midterms are coming very, very quickly. We have to
- 2:13Speaker 1: be locked in, you know, for our country. Good story
- 2:15Speaker 1: for you from this weekend. Just a quick weekend update
- 2:18Speaker 1: for you. One I'm really proud of as a dad.
- 2:20Speaker 1: So for those of you who've been with me for
- 2:21Speaker 1: a while, you know I have a 12-year-old daughter.
- 2:23Speaker 2: Love her.
- 2:24Speaker 1: Very proud of her. And she's in, what is it now?
- 2:27Speaker 1: It would be seventh grade. She's in seventh grade, which
- 2:29Speaker 1: I can't believe. And this year they have.
- 2:33Speaker 1: They have, everyone's, all the kids are being given these
- 2:36Speaker 1: typing lessons. They have to learn how to type as
- 2:39Speaker 1: quickly and as accurately as humanly possible. And the way
- 2:43Speaker 1: the teacher structured it, she gave them 1,100 lessons that
- 2:47Speaker 1: they can do at home. 1,100, can you believe that's
- 2:50Speaker 1: a lot of lessons? And they're pretty quick. Each one
- 2:52Speaker 1: is relatively quick, but there's 1,100 of them. And the
- 2:55Speaker 1: rule in the class is that if any one student
- 2:59Speaker 1: completes all 1,100 of the lessons, then the class gets
- 3:05Speaker 1: its backspace privileges back, the whole class. So right now
- 3:08Speaker 1: they can't use backspace as they type unless one student
- 3:13Speaker 1: completes all 1,100 lessons. So guess what my daughter did
- 3:17Speaker 1: this weekend? She completed all 1,100 freaking lessons. You should
- 3:27Speaker 1: have seen the smile on her face as she was
- 3:28Speaker 1: heading out to school this morning. Josh, I'm telling you, brother,
- 3:32Speaker 1: she was so locked in she was up this morning
- 3:34Speaker 1: she got up at like i don't know i think
- 3:36Speaker 1: 4 30 or 5 o'clock this morning to finish the
- 3:38Speaker 1: last like 200 or something she was i got up
- 3:41Speaker 1: and i i'm usually the first one up in the
- 3:43Speaker 1: house i walked down to the kitchen there she is
- 3:45Speaker 1: by the light of the laptop just just typing like
- 3:48Speaker 1: i don't know how many words per minute a lot
- 3:49Speaker 1: faster than i could type she is locked in i
- 3:52Speaker 1: don't i don't think this teacher anticipated that a kid
- 3:55Speaker 1: would be done with all of the typing at the
- 3:58Speaker 1: very beginning of the school year i think this is
- 4:00Speaker 1: where this is like the first weekend The second weekend?
- 4:03Speaker 1: She's done.
- 4:04Speaker 2: She's done.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And now the rest of the class is liberated. I said,
- 4:08Speaker 1: I told her when she got in the car today
- 4:09Speaker 1: and they were heading out, I said, that class better
- 4:12Speaker 1: give you a standing ovation when this announcement comes in today. Anyway,
- 4:16Speaker 1: they all get their backspace privileges back. She is locked in.
- 4:19Speaker 4: I know.
- 4:19Speaker 1: Isn't that great? I'm proud of her. So anyway, some
- 4:21Speaker 1: good news to start the day. Happy about my kid.
- 4:24Speaker 1: All right, let's talk about some other good news going
- 4:28Speaker 1: on right now. The president of the United States going
- 4:30Speaker 1: into the weekend announced a massive, massive new deal with
- 4:35Speaker 1: Venezuela to get control of their oil, a lot of
- 4:39Speaker 1: it at least, to the benefit of the American people.
- 4:42Speaker 1: He says it's the biggest oil deal in world history.
- 4:46Speaker 1: That's talk about being locked in. Here's the president of
- 4:49Speaker 1: the United States. The United States of America has just
- 4:52Speaker 1: entered into an agreement with the country of Venezuela on
- 4:55Speaker 1: the biggest oil deal in world history. At my direction,
- 5:00Speaker 1: Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Secretary of War Pete Hegseth,
- 5:03Speaker 1: working closely with the highly respected interim president of Venezuela,
- 5:07Speaker 1: Delcy Rodriguez, and through a partnership with private business, they've
- 5:11Speaker 1: secured majority American control of more than 65 billion barrels
- 5:16Speaker 1: of proven oil reserves in Venezuela. No cost to the
- 5:20Speaker 1: American taxpayer, none. This historic transaction more than doubles American
- 5:27Speaker 1: oil reserves, more than doubles the proven oil reserves of
- 5:31Speaker 1: the United States. Greatly increases our oil supply and will
- 5:35Speaker 1: substantially lower gas prices for all Americans long into the future.
- 5:39Speaker 1: while helping to continue to set Venezuela on a course
- 5:42Speaker 1: towards tremendous success and great prosperity. This transaction will greatly
- 5:45Speaker 1: strengthen the already growing relationship between Venezuela and the United States.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Thank you for your attention to this groundbreaking matter. Make
- 5:52Speaker 1: America great again. President Donald J.
- 5:55Speaker 3: Trump.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Ladies and gentlemen, this is seismic. This is seismic. This
- 5:59Speaker 1: is not a small announcement. This is a massive announcement.
- 6:03Speaker 1: And it does work to the benefit of both the
- 6:05Speaker 1: American people and the Venezuelan people. The Venezuelan people who
- 6:08Speaker 1: were being impoverished by the communists in that country who
- 6:13Speaker 1: are resorting to eating zoo animals to survive that totalitarian
- 6:18Speaker 1: destructive ideology are now on a course towards economic success,
- 6:24Speaker 1: thanks to the president's involvement here in Venezuela. And this massive,
- 6:28Speaker 1: massive deal, remember, it was America that built the Venezuelan
- 6:32Speaker 1: oil industry. It was America who had so much of
- 6:35Speaker 1: its assets stolen by the communists And it's President Trump,
- 6:39Speaker 1: an American president, who's been riding the ship on all
- 6:42Speaker 1: of those injustices. And now the American people are going
- 6:45Speaker 1: to score in a very big way. Now, it's going
- 6:47Speaker 1: to take some time, by the way, for this to
- 6:49Speaker 1: mount up. The Venezuelan oil industry is in a shambles.
- 6:52Speaker 1: As much as it is, you know, the largest proven
- 6:56Speaker 1: oil reserve on planet Earth, a lot of it is
- 6:59Speaker 1: just fallen into disrepair. The actual infrastructure of drilling is
- 7:04Speaker 1: and in pulling oil in Venezuela. And so as we
- 7:07Speaker 1: get access to this heavy sour crude, it's gonna take
- 7:10Speaker 1: a little bit of a ramp up time. Remember in
- 7:12Speaker 1: the United States, anywhere that we do this, the way
- 7:15Speaker 1: it usually works is even though we announced the intention
- 7:18Speaker 1: to drill a well, it takes something like four or
- 7:20Speaker 1: five years to get the well up and running and
- 7:24Speaker 1: producing oil. It takes, in other words, a full presidential
- 7:27Speaker 1: administration to do that. This is why in many cases,
- 7:31Speaker 1: Joe Biden, do you remember this during the Biden era?
- 7:34Speaker 1: They would say stuff like, well, oil's at record levels.
- 7:36Speaker 1: We're drilling more oil than ever. And then you'd be
- 7:38Speaker 1: scratching your head. I'm like, well, how is that? How
- 7:40Speaker 1: is Biden trying to take credit for drilling more oil
- 7:44Speaker 1: than ever? The answer to that question is it was
- 7:47Speaker 1: a bit of a shell game. They were concealing something
- 7:49Speaker 1: from you, which is that those wells began getting up
- 7:52Speaker 1: and running during Trump. It was Trump. So Joe Biden
- 7:57Speaker 1: was taking credit for Trump's successes at oil drilling. That
- 8:02Speaker 1: actually happened. And now President Trump is back in office
- 8:05Speaker 1: and he's expanding the map. It's not just U.S.-based resources.
- 8:09Speaker 1: It's also resources in Venezuela. And we're talking a lot
- 8:12Speaker 1: of oil. This does 65 billion barrels of proven oil
- 8:16Speaker 1: for the United States to get access to for our benefit.
- 8:20Speaker 1: That is well more than our proven oil reserves, which
- 8:24Speaker 1: number in the 40 billionths. It's amazing. It's an amazing announcement.
- 8:29Speaker 1: And again, it'll take some time to ramp up. Now,
- 8:31Speaker 1: one of the other things for those of you who
- 8:33Speaker 1: are familiar with the oil industry, this heavy sour crude,
- 8:38Speaker 1: where does it get refined? Well, here in the Gulf
- 8:42Speaker 1: of America. We have oil refineries in the Gulf that
- 8:47Speaker 1: handle this Venezuelan heavy crude. So this means in the
- 8:51Speaker 1: years to come, this will benefit Americans in all sorts
- 8:55Speaker 1: of ways. Primarily in a lot of regards because it's
- 8:58Speaker 1: refined here. So that's a lot of American jobs. It's
- 9:01Speaker 1: a lot of American business. That's a lot of American revenue.
- 9:04Speaker 1: That's a lot of American taxes that are going to
- 9:06Speaker 1: be paid in this process. It's a win for all
- 9:10Speaker 1: of us. It's really great. And it's going to be, again,
- 9:15Speaker 1: the biggest deal ever of this kind that the president
- 9:19Speaker 1: just brokered, which is neat. The Secretary of State Marco
- 9:23Speaker 1: Rubio called this a very big win. for the American
- 9:26Speaker 1: people and the Venezuelan people. He said, this is a
- 9:28Speaker 1: huge win for both of us. It demonstrates how President
- 9:31Speaker 1: Trump's bold foreign policy is driving America first wins, securing
- 9:35Speaker 1: stable reserves and low cost oil in our hemisphere and
- 9:38Speaker 1: lowering gas prices here at home. For the Venezuelan people,
- 9:41Speaker 1: this deal will bring nearly $ 100 billion in private investment,
- 9:46Speaker 1: support thousands of high-paying jobs, and drive the reconstruction of
- 9:50Speaker 1: Venezuela's economy. That's right, because we're going to be doing
- 9:52Speaker 1: more drilling now, building more infrastructure, employing more people locally
- 9:57Speaker 1: in Venezuela, and stimulating the Venezuelan economy as they get
- 10:01Speaker 1: access to all of that precious resource that exists underground.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It's a win for everybody. And all it takes is
- 10:09Speaker 1: law and order, a functional system, getting rid of the commies,
- 10:13Speaker 1: and opening up the floodgates, in this case, literally, the
- 10:18Speaker 1: oil floodgates, in order to help the Venezuelan people and
- 10:21Speaker 1: the American people. So it's a big deal. The other
- 10:23Speaker 1: piece of this is we're going to refill the strategic
- 10:26Speaker 1: petroleum reserve, which we need to do. Let me show you,
- 10:30Speaker 1: first of all, the president's post on Truth Social about this. Oh, well, actually,
- 10:35Speaker 1: it looks like it can't be found. I don't know why.
- 10:37Speaker 1: The link isn't working. But the president said, I'm refilling
- 10:40Speaker 1: the strategic petroleum reserve. One of the things I'm going
- 10:43Speaker 1: to do with the oil is is fill up the
- 10:46Speaker 1: Strategic National Reserves, which, because of sleepy Joe Biden, have
- 10:50Speaker 1: been virtually emptied. The topping out process will begin very shortly,
- 10:53Speaker 1: and it's a gift from Venezuela to the people of
- 10:56Speaker 1: the United States. Thank you, President Donald J. Trump, he writes. Now,
- 11:02Speaker 1: let me give you some context on the Strategic Petroleum Reserve,
- 11:05Speaker 1: where we are, what has occurred. President Trump is right.
- 11:08Speaker 1: Joe Biden was emptying out the Strategic Petroleum Reserve recently.
- 11:13Speaker 1: And without any means of refilling it. And it's been
- 11:18Speaker 1: a disaster as a result of that. Now, President Trump
- 11:21Speaker 1: has further, this is an important piece of context, lent
- 11:26Speaker 1: out oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve to the big
- 11:31Speaker 1: oil companies in an effort to keep gas prices low,
- 11:34Speaker 1: but with an expectation that the oil companies themselves will
- 11:38Speaker 1: pay the American people back with interest. with interest, as
- 11:44Speaker 1: much as a 20, 22% interest, the oil companies are
- 11:49Speaker 1: expected to pay us back for the president's generosity of
- 11:53Speaker 1: lending from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve. This is a story
- 11:58Speaker 1: from earlier this year. Take a look. This comes to
- 12:01Speaker 1: us from March of this year. U.S. oil loan from
- 12:04Speaker 1: emergency reserve depends rather on stiff premiums An American plan
- 12:09Speaker 1: that would be President Trump's plan to help control global
- 12:12Speaker 1: oil prices with a swap of millions of barrels of
- 12:14Speaker 1: oil from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve depends on energy companies
- 12:18Speaker 1: returning oil back to the facility with high premiums in
- 12:21Speaker 1: the form of additional barrels. So not exchanging cash, but
- 12:25Speaker 1: instead exchanging oil. Oil is going to come back by
- 12:28Speaker 1: bigger numbers. Some traders saying it could deter participation. That
- 12:32Speaker 1: was in March that that claim was made. The exchange
- 12:35Speaker 1: is a part of a wider agreement by countries in
- 12:37Speaker 1: the International Energy Agency to release 400 million barrels of
- 12:43Speaker 1: crude oil. This was, again, in March. And so here's
- 12:47Speaker 1: what they've got. Let me just go down to the interest.
- 12:50Speaker 1: The structure of the swap was unusual in that it
- 12:53Speaker 1: required companies to pay back anywhere from 18% to 22% interest.
- 12:57Speaker 1: or a premium in the form of oil. Bidders may
- 12:59Speaker 1: offer to pay back even more oil in hopes of
- 13:02Speaker 1: winning contracts. The high interest rate came amid pressure to
- 13:05Speaker 1: keep the reserve, which currently holds 415 million barrels or
- 13:09Speaker 1: less than 60% of its capacity. President Donald Trump vowed
- 13:13Speaker 1: on the first day of his second term to fill
- 13:15Speaker 1: the SPR, but Congress has not provided enough money to
- 13:18Speaker 1: do it.
- 13:19Speaker 2: You see?
- 13:20Speaker 1: So there's a lot of things going on here, and
- 13:22Speaker 1: this goes to President Trump's deal-making capability. Congress is refusing
- 13:28Speaker 1: to give the money to top up our strategic oil reserve,
- 13:31Speaker 1: our petroleum reserve, and President Trump has devised a means
- 13:35Speaker 1: to do it, which is, okay, this is what I'm
- 13:37Speaker 1: going to do. I'm going to use it as leverage.
- 13:39Speaker 1: I'm going to lend out oil, and then the oil
- 13:41Speaker 1: companies are going to pay us back with massive amounts
- 13:44Speaker 1: of interest in order to top up the reserve. So
- 13:47Speaker 1: the president now has two ways that he's topping up
- 13:49Speaker 1: the reserve. One, from the oil companies, and two, from
- 13:53Speaker 1: access to this Venezuelan oil, which again, is going to
- 13:55Speaker 1: take time, is going to be a ramp up time
- 13:57Speaker 1: to this. So the role of Venezuelan oil in the
- 14:00Speaker 1: American market, you're not going to really feel it until,
- 14:04Speaker 1: of course, the infrastructure is up and running, the oil
- 14:06Speaker 1: is being pulled, and it's arriving in the American market.
- 14:09Speaker 1: That may very well be going into whoever has the
- 14:13Speaker 1: next administration after President Trump. But President Trump is setting
- 14:16Speaker 1: up America for the long term. It's a massive deal
- 14:20Speaker 1: and one worth celebrating and one worth thinking about right now.
- 14:24Speaker 1: And one more big thing to think about with this story.
- 14:27Speaker 1: You know, we just crossed $ 40 trillion in debt, $ 40
- 14:32Speaker 1: trillion in debt as a country. That's a massive amount
- 14:35Speaker 1: of debt. And if we're going to get to a
- 14:38Speaker 1: place where your kids and your grandkids can inherit a
- 14:41Speaker 1: country that you would recognize and that is better than
- 14:45Speaker 1: you found it, that would involve resolving that $ 40 trillion
- 14:50Speaker 1: debt load. So how should we think about attacking that? Well,
- 14:54Speaker 1: one thing to think about that very few people ever
- 14:57Speaker 1: contemplate is that the United States government doesn't merely have debt.
- 15:02Speaker 1: It also has assets. Now, you may be wondering, what
- 15:06Speaker 1: do you mean, Vince? How does the federal government have assets? Well,
- 15:09Speaker 1: the federal government owns massive amounts of federal land, and
- 15:14Speaker 1: in that land are a bunch of precious resources, including oil.
- 15:19Speaker 1: That's right, oil. At the federal government's disposal are tons,
- 15:25Speaker 1: trillions upon trillions of dollars of precious resources that should
- 15:30Speaker 1: be considered on our balance sheet. And in fact, I
- 15:34Speaker 1: had a great friend, Daniel Turner from Power of the Future,
- 15:37Speaker 1: I was asking him about this this weekend, and he
- 15:38Speaker 1: reminded me of this thing. He said, if you go
- 15:41Speaker 1: back to 2025, when Doug Burgum was becoming the Interior
- 15:48Speaker 1: Secretary of of the United States during his confirmation hearing.
- 15:52Speaker 1: Burgum brought this up. He goes, ladies and gentlemen, we
- 15:55Speaker 1: have a balance sheet as a country, and we should
- 15:58Speaker 1: think about this as we work to tackle this debt.
- 16:01Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 16:02Speaker 1: Cut one. Here's Doug Burgum during his confirmation hearing.
- 16:05Speaker 5: Do you support multiple use on federal lands? And I
- 16:08Speaker 5: think you, I know you do, but I want you
- 16:10Speaker 5: to express it for the record. And then I want
- 16:12Speaker 5: you to tell us why it's so important that we
- 16:14Speaker 5: have multiple use on public lands, not just in our state,
- 16:16Speaker 5: but across this country.
- 16:18Speaker 2: Well, thank you, Senator Hovind.
- 16:20Speaker 6: The answer is obviously yes, but this is the public lands,
- 16:23Speaker 6: and particularly when we talk about aspects of BLM, this
- 16:27Speaker 6: is essential to local economies, and whether that's grazing rights
- 16:31Speaker 6: that were part of this, whether it's recreation opportunities and access,
- 16:35Speaker 6: whether it's timber, or whether it's oil and gas and
- 16:39Speaker 6: mineral production that supports local economies and supports our country,
- 16:45Speaker 6: This land was put away for the benefit, the use,
- 16:48Speaker 6: and the enjoyment of the American people. Not every acre
- 16:52Speaker 6: of federal land is a national park or a wilderness area.
- 16:56Speaker 6: Some of those areas we have to absolutely protect for
- 16:58Speaker 6: their precious stuff, but the rest of it, this is
- 17:01Speaker 6: America's balance sheet.
- 17:02Speaker 2: And I think every.
- 17:05Speaker 6: American during a presidential campaign finds out and gets pounded
- 17:09Speaker 6: into their head that we've got.
- 17:10Speaker 2: $ 36 trillion in debt. We got all this debt. We
- 17:14Speaker 2: owe all this debt. Oh, Americans, you owe part of
- 17:16Speaker 2: this national debt, $ 36 trillion. This is on you.
- 17:19Speaker 6: We never talk about the assets, and the assets are
- 17:22Speaker 6: the land and minerals. This agency, Interior, the Department of Interior,
- 17:26Speaker 6: has got close to 500 million acres of surface, 700
- 17:30Speaker 6: million acres of subsurface, and over 2 billion acres of offshore.
- 17:34Speaker 2: 2 billion. That's the balance sheet of America.
- 17:37Speaker 6: And if we were a company, they would look at
- 17:39Speaker 6: us and say, wow, you are really restricting your balance
- 17:42Speaker 6: sheet And do you know what.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Those assets are worth? We don't.
- 17:46Speaker 6: I believe we ought to have a deep inventory of
- 17:48Speaker 6: all the assets in America. We ought to understand maybe
- 17:52Speaker 6: what are our assets, $ 100 trillion, $ 200 trillion?
- 17:55Speaker 2: We could be in great shape as a country.
- 17:57Speaker 6: But then if you said, wow, if we have $ 200
- 17:59Speaker 6: trillion in assets just sitting there, but we restrict access,
- 18:01Speaker 6: we don't cut a tree, we don't use them for recreation,
- 18:06Speaker 6: and then we don't develop the minerals sustainably in a
- 18:10Speaker 6: smart way, then we're getting super low return for the
- 18:13Speaker 6: American people. It's our responsibility to get a return for
- 18:15Speaker 6: the American people when we do that. When we did
- 18:18Speaker 6: that in North Dakota, you started it as governor. And
- 18:22Speaker 6: on the land board, in our little state, we got
- 18:24Speaker 6: a $ 12 billion endowment for K-12 for about 125,000 kids.
- 18:29Speaker 6: I mean, we got an endowment bigger than most universities
- 18:32Speaker 6: in the country for our K-12 system because we learned
- 18:36Speaker 6: how to utilize this stuff.
- 18:38Speaker 2: And guess what?
- 18:38Speaker 6: We still have among the cleanest air, cleanest water, greatest
- 18:42Speaker 6: recreation in the nation.
- 18:43Speaker 2: This is the time of abundance. We can do all
- 18:45Speaker 2: of it.
- 18:47Speaker 1: A time of abundance. We can do all of it.
- 18:51Speaker 1: How clever and how honest. He's thinking about America's balance sheet.
- 18:55Speaker 1: Here's what we have. Why are we restricting access to it?
- 18:59Speaker 1: Why aren't we pulling it to the max for the
- 19:02Speaker 1: benefit of the American people? Keep that. That's a really
- 19:06Speaker 1: clever thought, and I would keep it in mind going
- 19:08Speaker 1: forward as we assess these questions. Now, I see some
- 19:13Speaker 1: people in chat pointing out correctly that one of the
- 19:15Speaker 1: reasons we have $ 40 trillion in debt, quite a bit
- 19:19Speaker 1: of it, we don't know what percent because of the nature,
- 19:22Speaker 1: the surreptitious nature of this, quite a bit of it
- 19:24Speaker 1: is fraud. Got a lot of fraud going on. And
- 19:28Speaker 1: in a moment, I've got a teaser to share with you.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I think by the time perhaps you hear the audio podcast,
- 19:33Speaker 1: I think the The answers to what's coming will have
- 19:36Speaker 1: been made public. But as you watch the live broadcast
- 19:39Speaker 1: this morning, with those of you with me, rumble.com slash Vince,
- 19:42Speaker 1: let me share a teaser with you. In just a moment,
- 19:44Speaker 1: coming from the Trump administration, a big fraud announcement today.
- 19:48Speaker 1: That's ahead on this edition.
- 19:50Speaker 6: Of Vince.
- 19:51Speaker 1: But first, I want to thank Bone Charge for supporting
- 19:53Speaker 1: the program. Bone Charge's infrared sauna blanket is a game
- 19:55Speaker 1: changer for me. And Allison loves the Bone Charge red
- 19:58Speaker 1: light face mask. These are great products. Ever since they
- 20:00Speaker 1: sent them to us, they've changed our lives. You know,
- 20:03Speaker 1: I first started the sauna blanket to help with muscle recovery, detoxification,
- 20:06Speaker 1: become a total game changer. It's very easy to use.
- 20:09Speaker 1: I just wrap myself up, let the infrared heat work
- 20:10Speaker 1: its magic. It's created a huge difference in how I
- 20:13Speaker 1: relax and how rejuvenated I feel afterward. Allison loves the
- 20:16Speaker 1: red light face mask because it helps improve your skin's texture,
- 20:20Speaker 1: reduces inflammation. She's seen fantastic results. It holds its charge forever.
- 20:26Speaker 1: And it's like having a mini spa treatment right at home.
- 20:28Speaker 1: That red light therapy is very impressive. If you're thinking
- 20:31Speaker 1: about trying these out, you're in luck. Head to boncharge.com,
- 20:34Speaker 1: B-O-N charge.com. Just use the code Vince at checkout. Get
- 20:38Speaker 1: 15% off. Both of these products have made a huge
- 20:40Speaker 1: impact on us and our wellness. I think you're going
- 20:42Speaker 1: to love them too. Use the code Vince. Bonecharge.com. Save 15%.
- 20:47Speaker 1: These statements and products have not been evaluated by the FDA.
- 20:50Speaker 1: These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or
- 20:53Speaker 1: prevent any disease or condition. Thank you to Bone Charge.
- 20:58Speaker 1: All right, so the announcement overnight, something big is coming.
- 21:03Speaker 1: Another fraud announcement, which I'm really excited about.
- 21:05Speaker 6: I love this.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Don't you love that we're getting to the point where
- 21:07Speaker 1: these feel like they're like so routine. It's like, this
- 21:11Speaker 1: just feels like a dog bites man story. More fraud
- 21:14Speaker 1: being exposed. Secretary Sean Duffy, who for some reason I'm
- 21:18Speaker 1: not following on X, resolved. Sean Duffy posting last night, tomorrow,
- 21:25Speaker 1: unprecedented fraud crackdown. And he tags a bunch of different
- 21:30Speaker 1: people here. He tags Mark Wayne Mullen from DHS. He
- 21:34Speaker 1: tags DHS itself. He tags ICE, he tags the Justice Department,
- 21:39Speaker 1: and he tasks J.D. Vance's White House Fraud Task Force,
- 21:42Speaker 1: which is in charge of all of this. Fraud Force,
- 21:44Speaker 1: cracking down on fraud. So this, and they've got like
- 21:49Speaker 1: a little video teaser. I think it's got music. Major
- 21:55Speaker 1: fraud announcements coming. Okay, anyway. This is tomorrow, a major
- 22:04Speaker 1: fraud announcement. But that's the big announcement. I love it.
- 22:08Speaker 1: And more plays. More plays. And, you know, one of
- 22:13Speaker 1: the obvious questions I get all the time whenever we
- 22:16Speaker 1: share fraud news with you is like, okay, Vince, but
- 22:19Speaker 1: that's great. They got the guys arrested. They're taking them
- 22:21Speaker 1: into custody. But what about getting the money back, Vince?
- 22:23Speaker 1: What about getting the money back? It's a great question.
- 22:25Speaker 1: What about getting the money back? Now, the feds are
- 22:28Speaker 1: doing some of that. They try to recoup some of
- 22:29Speaker 1: the money. You know what happens with a lot of
- 22:31Speaker 1: these fraudsters? They send it overseas. It disappears. They spend
- 22:34Speaker 1: it on nonsense. The money's gone. This is why you
- 22:37Speaker 1: have to stop fraud before it happens. So enforcing our
- 22:41Speaker 1: laws and going after current fraudsters is a deterrent for
- 22:46Speaker 1: future fraudsters even attempting to take the same path. So
- 22:49Speaker 1: that saves the taxpayer money too. These guys can only
- 22:52Speaker 1: do what they're capable of doing. And they say they
- 22:54Speaker 1: got a major fraud announcement coming today. I can't wait
- 22:56Speaker 1: to see what it is. But if you put the
- 22:58Speaker 1: pieces together on, let's see, DHS, ICE, the Department of Transportation,
- 23:05Speaker 1: what could this be? What could this be? The Justice Department.
- 23:12Speaker 1: Could it have something to do with trucking in America?
- 23:15Speaker 1: Could it have to do with illegal aliens driving big
- 23:18Speaker 1: rigs all around the country, many of whom can't even
- 23:21Speaker 1: read English, getting into car accidents? Any fraud related to that?
- 23:26Speaker 1: I saw some speculation this weekend about... Did you see this, guys?
- 23:30Speaker 1: I saw a thing online about the student driver magnets
- 23:36Speaker 1: that people put on the backs of their cars. Ever
- 23:39Speaker 1: noticed that there appear to be student drivers everywhere? Is
- 23:42Speaker 1: this like this in your community? It's like this in
- 23:44Speaker 1: the D.C. area and in Northern Virginia. I see student
- 23:47Speaker 1: driver magnets on the back of vehicles everywhere.
- 23:52Speaker 3: Everywhere.
- 23:53Speaker 1: And it makes me wonder, like, what the hell is that?
- 23:54Speaker 1: Everyone's doing... How many student drivers do we need? They're
- 23:58Speaker 1: all over the place. What's going on? And I always
- 24:01Speaker 1: assumed that maybe the people just leave it on as
- 24:03Speaker 1: a way to like get a buffer. So nobody gets
- 24:05Speaker 1: close to them or something like, Oh, I'll just assume
- 24:07Speaker 1: it's a student driver.
- 24:08Speaker 7: Yeah.
- 24:08Speaker 1: If I just leave the magnet on, but I did
- 24:10Speaker 1: see people claiming that, um, that that's a part of
- 24:14Speaker 1: like a tax scheme, some sort of tax fraud where
- 24:17Speaker 1: they try and write off all of the mileage on
- 24:19Speaker 1: the vehicle because they claim that it's perpetually engaged in
- 24:22Speaker 1: student driving and I don't know. Anyway, the point is
- 24:25Speaker 1: I'm fascinated to see what the fraud announcement here is
- 24:29Speaker 1: from the Transportation Department and the great Sean Duffy, as
- 24:33Speaker 1: well as the Justice Department, Fraud Force, ICE, DHS. Bring
- 24:37Speaker 1: it on, baby. Bring it on. Yeah, aren't there student
- 24:41Speaker 1: drivers everywhere, guys? Yeah, the chat's saying they're all over
- 24:44Speaker 1: the place. They're all over the place. Hmm.
- 24:48Speaker 2: Hmm.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Let's crack down on fraud. Let's just do that. All right,
- 24:52Speaker 1: more to get to. Let's see here. I've got some
- 24:53Speaker 1: other elements I want to talk to you about. And
- 24:56Speaker 1: I think I want to dive into, let's see here. Well, okay,
- 25:01Speaker 1: breaking news overnight. Let's start with, let's tackle what happened
- 25:05Speaker 1: in Iran this weekend. That's probably the place to go.
- 25:09Speaker 1: Iran this weekend, an exchange of fire this weekend as
- 25:12Speaker 1: the Iranian lunatics were attempting to launch back into the
- 25:20Speaker 1: Strait of Hormuz. Now, they were going to disperse these
- 25:25Speaker 1: sea mines, apparently with rocket launchers. They were going to
- 25:30Speaker 1: fire rockets that had sea mines on them. Am I
- 25:32Speaker 1: understanding this correctly? That was the story this weekend. And
- 25:35Speaker 1: the United States, well, we blow them up before they
- 25:38Speaker 1: could launch anything. That's the good news here. Here's the
- 25:42Speaker 1: Washington Post coverage.
- 25:43Speaker 3: A U.S.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Strike on Iran breaks a month-long lull and Iran fires back.
- 25:49Speaker 1: The causation pattern here is not exactly correct. The Washington
- 25:53Speaker 1: Post mangling this a bit. It was Iran that was
- 25:55Speaker 1: going first here. They were trying to launch mines into Australia.
- 25:59Speaker 1: Iran targeted U.S. allies in the Middle East in overnight
- 26:02Speaker 1: attacks that followed American strikes on Sunday, bringing a sharp
- 26:06Speaker 1: end to a period of tenuous quiet. The United States
- 26:09Speaker 1: attack struck Iranian rocket launchers on an island in the
- 26:13Speaker 1: Strait of Hormuz as Iranian forces were preparing to disperse
- 26:18Speaker 1: sea mines into the waterway, said Navy Captain Tim Hawkins,
- 26:22Speaker 1: a spokesman for Central Command. So, again, the order here
- 26:26Speaker 1: is Iran attempts to launch sea mines. The United States
- 26:30Speaker 1: stops them. And then Iran starts spazzing out and firing
- 26:33Speaker 1: back on U.S. troops throughout the region and at all
- 26:36Speaker 1: of their Middle East locations.
- 26:38Speaker 8: Neighbors.
- 26:40Speaker 1: That's what actually happened here. Iran's Revolutionary Guard Corps quickly
- 26:44Speaker 1: warned that the U.S. strikes would result in the punishment
- 26:46Speaker 1: of the aggressor, and then they fired ballistic missiles at
- 26:49Speaker 1: a Jordanian airbase housing U.S. troops. Jordan said it intercepted
- 26:54Speaker 1: eight missiles in the country's airspace, and the UAE said
- 26:58Speaker 1: it shot down an Iranian drone near its territorial waters.
- 27:01Speaker 1: The exchange of fire was the first in a a ceasefire.
- 27:09Speaker 1: A top advisor to UAE's president said Iran's targeting of
- 27:12Speaker 1: the Gulf countries and Jordan had proven, quote, ineffective and
- 27:15Speaker 1: called for de-escalation. A state of neither war nor peace
- 27:18Speaker 1: can be a sustainable solution. So again, that's actually what
- 27:24Speaker 1: happened this weekend. You're going to hear some claims that, oh,
- 27:26Speaker 1: the United States kick-started fighting again. No, that's not true.
- 27:29Speaker 1: Iran tried to launch mines back into the Strait of Hormuz.
- 27:33Speaker 1: This is after the United States, our Navy, successfully cleared
- 27:37Speaker 1: all those mines, Navy SEALs out there clearing the mines,
- 27:41Speaker 1: doing amazing work. Here's CENTCOM with their update, a bit
- 27:45Speaker 1: of a fact check this weekend, saying that the claim
- 27:48Speaker 1: is that Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps said in a
- 27:51Speaker 1: statement that strikes by U.S. forces to prevent the IRGC
- 27:54Speaker 1: from placing mines were an act of aggression. This claim
- 27:58Speaker 1: is false, CENTCOM obviously explains. The fact is U.S. forces
- 28:03Speaker 1: took limited precise action against IRGC mine-laying forces who were
- 28:07Speaker 1: posing an imminent threat in the Strait. In essence, Iran
- 28:10Speaker 1: created the threat and the U.S. military eliminated it to
- 28:14Speaker 1: protect civilian mariners, commercial shipping, and the free flow of
- 28:18Speaker 1: global commerce. So that's the exchange this weekend. And in
- 28:22Speaker 1: case you're wondering what the hell's happening over there, well,
- 28:24Speaker 1: now you know. Now you know. As we stop the mines,
- 28:27Speaker 1: and that means the oil can continue to flow through
- 28:30Speaker 1: the Strait while the president works on resolving the whole conflict. Yes, indeed.
- 28:36Speaker 7: All right.
- 28:36Speaker 1: In a moment, I want to tell you about what
- 28:37Speaker 1: the left is up to ahead of the midterms. They're
- 28:39Speaker 1: still trying to establish some distance, the establishment Democrats are,
- 28:43Speaker 1: from the open socialists, the commies in their party. They're
- 28:46Speaker 1: pretending like there's something substantively different between establishment Dems and
- 28:52Speaker 1: the Democrat socialists of America. I will show you what
- 28:56Speaker 1: they're saying and why they're so full of crap in
- 28:59Speaker 1: just a moment ahead on this edition of events. I
- 29:02Speaker 1: want to thank The Helix people for supporting our program today,
- 29:04Speaker 1: Helix mattresses. We love Helix.
- 29:07Speaker 2: They're great.
- 29:07Speaker 1: The Helix mattress. I swear to you, this is a
- 29:09Speaker 1: real conversation that my wife and I had lying in
- 29:13Speaker 1: bed last night. She was like, you like this Helix mattress, right?
- 29:16Speaker 1: And I was like, yeah, I love it. She's like, yeah,
- 29:18Speaker 1: I do too. We sleep so much better in our Helix.
- 29:21Speaker 1: In fact, I was laughing as she asked me because
- 29:24Speaker 1: then I started telling her all of the things I'm
- 29:25Speaker 1: about to share with you. And then she was laughing
- 29:27Speaker 1: at me. We have a great marriage.
- 29:28Speaker 9: Anyway.
- 29:29Speaker 1: Before switching to Helix, I would toss and turn throughout
- 29:31Speaker 1: the night, trying to get comfortable. I'd wake up feeling
- 29:34Speaker 1: groggy and low on energy. And since making the change,
- 29:37Speaker 1: I have noticed I'm falling asleep more quickly. I stay
- 29:39Speaker 1: asleep longer. I wake up feeling so much more refreshed.
- 29:43Speaker 1: We took their sleep quiz, Alison and I did, and
- 29:45Speaker 1: we answered a couple of questions about our sleeping style
- 29:47Speaker 1: and preferences. And they matched us up with the Midnight
- 29:50Speaker 1: Luxe mattress, which is tailored specifically for us. Now, it
- 29:53Speaker 1: might not be the right one for you. You should

- 30:34Speaker 1: Oh, Z-biotics. I've got to tell you about something that
- 30:38Speaker 1: I use before even taking a single drink. You know,
- 30:41Speaker 1: I find as I get older that I take a
- 30:44Speaker 1: single drink and I could feel it the next day.
- 30:46Speaker 1: I don't know what it is. It's like my biology.
- 30:48Speaker 1: Like I feel like more attuned to every little thing.
- 30:50Speaker 1: A little cup of ice cream, I feel it the
- 30:52Speaker 1: next day. A little alcoholic drink, I feel it the
- 30:54Speaker 1: next day. Well, The difference maker for me has been
- 30:57Speaker 1: Z Biotics pre-alcohol.
- 31:00Speaker 2: Love it.
- 31:01Speaker 1: You know, if I'm meeting friends or coworkers for drinks,
- 31:05Speaker 1: I have a Z Biotics pre-alcohol first and it's wonderful.
- 31:07Speaker 1: Z Biotics pre-alcohol probiotic drink is the world's first genetically
- 31:10Speaker 1: engineered probiotic. It was engineered by their PhD microbiologists to

- 31:19Speaker 1: an unwanted by-product of alcohol metabolism. Make pre-alcohol your first

- 31:50Speaker 1: These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or
- 31:53Speaker 1: prevent any disease or condition. Yes, indeed. All right. Thank
- 31:58Speaker 1: you to ZBiotics.
- 31:59Speaker 10: All right.
- 32:00Speaker 1: So now let's get into what the Democrats are saying.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Rahm Emanuel. Rahm, about as establishment as it gets. Obama guy.
- 32:07Speaker 1: Rahm Emanuel was on one of the Sunday shows this weekend.
- 32:09Speaker 1: He goes, those Democrat socialists, they're not like us. Us
- 32:12Speaker 1: establishment Democrats, we're totally different. Here's Rahm. Watch. I want
- 32:16Speaker 1: to get your take. You know, Bernie Sanders is part
- 32:17Speaker 1: of this group, too, and he says, quote, people are
- 32:20Speaker 1: sick and tired of the Rahm Emanuels. They say the
- 32:23Speaker 1: energy is not with the people of the past. It's
- 32:25Speaker 1: moving forward with socialism. Your response?
- 32:28Speaker 11: Look, here's the thing. I don't consider Democratic Socialists part
- 32:32Speaker 11: of the Democratic Party. About four weeks ago, they had
- 32:34Speaker 11: a convention in Chicago, a separate party. They believe in
- 32:37Speaker 11: defunding the police, letting prisoners out of prisons, opening the borders,
- 32:42Speaker 11: eliminating the Pentagon. If you're so confident people want that,
- 32:46Speaker 11: I'll see you in November. Put it on the ballot.
- 32:48Speaker 2: Let's go.
- 32:48Speaker 11: Run as a separate party.
- 32:53Speaker 1: They're totally different than us. What was it he said?
- 32:56Speaker 1: They believe in defunding the police, opening the border, emptying
- 33:01Speaker 1: the prisons. We're not like them. Well, hold on a
- 33:05Speaker 1: freaking second. Hold on a second there, Rami boy. Who's
- 33:10Speaker 1: for defunding the police? Wait a second. That would be
- 33:14Speaker 1: establishment Democrats. Democrats who refused to give money to ICE
- 33:20Speaker 1: and Border Patrol because they didn't want to fund federal
- 33:23Speaker 1: law enforcement. They didn't want our laws being enforced.
- 33:26Speaker 2: Do you remember this?
- 33:28Speaker 1: Hakeem Jeffries opposed a bill funding DHS and ICE earlier
- 33:33Speaker 1: this year. He didn't want to give funding to the police.
- 33:36Speaker 1: He wanted to defund the police. That is, does it
- 33:40Speaker 1: get more establishment than Hakeem Jeffries? He's the head of
- 33:44Speaker 1: the Democrats in the House. The dial-up Democrat supports defunding
- 33:47Speaker 1: the police.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Okay.
- 33:50Speaker 1: What about opening the borders? Does anybody remember these scenes?
- 33:54Speaker 1: The border, what it looked like under Biden? Under Joe Biden,
- 34:00Speaker 1: people were pouring across the border, showing up to the
- 34:03Speaker 1: border with T-shirts that said, Biden, please let us in.
- 34:07Speaker 1: And guess what Joe Biden was doing? He was letting
- 34:09Speaker 1: them in at taxpayer expense. They were flying people directly
- 34:13Speaker 1: into the country at your expense. We're not the open
- 34:17Speaker 1: borders people, Rahm Emanuel lies. When, of course, it was
- 34:22Speaker 1: Obama world that did kick our borders open. That already happened.
- 34:27Speaker 1: And opening the prisons? That's kind of a George Soros special,
- 34:31Speaker 1: isn't it? One of the biggest donors for the entire
- 34:33Speaker 1: Democrat Party. His view is that people shouldn't be in prison,
- 34:37Speaker 1: that all of these criminals should just be running around
- 34:39Speaker 1: on the streets. This is why all these Soros-funded prosecutors
- 34:42Speaker 1: aren't actually prosecuting. They're just releasing bad guys over and
- 34:48Speaker 1: over and over. And what do they do? They go
- 34:49Speaker 1: on to kill Americans. So as Rahm Emanuel tries to
- 34:52Speaker 1: draw distinctions between establishment Democrats and these crazy socialists, the
- 34:57Speaker 1: only meaningful distinction is that at least the socialists are
- 35:00Speaker 1: sort of telling the truth about their intentions. Not entirely,
- 35:04Speaker 1: but somewhat telling the truth about their intentions. The establishment Democrats,
- 35:08Speaker 1: all they do is lie.
- 35:11Speaker 2: Of course.
- 35:12Speaker 1: And look, these establishment Democrats, again, they get power back.
- 35:18Speaker 1: Destruction awaits. Destruction awaits. It doesn't take Abdul El-Sayed to destroy.
- 35:26Speaker 1: It doesn't take AOC or Ilhan Omar or Rashida Tlaib
- 35:29Speaker 1: to destroy. It takes run-of-the-mill establishment Democrats to destroy. For instance,
- 35:34Speaker 1: here's James Clyburn this weekend making it really clear that
- 35:40Speaker 1: if his party gets power back, they're going to pack
- 35:43Speaker 1: the United States Supreme Court and destroy the judiciary. Here's
- 35:48Speaker 1: James Clyburn.
- 35:48Speaker 4: Watch.
- 35:49Speaker 2: Cut three.
- 35:50Speaker 12: Let's speak more broadly about it. Former Vice President Kamala
- 35:54Speaker 12: Harris shares some of your criticisms clearly. She's called for
- 35:58Speaker 12: expanding the Supreme Court from nine justices to 13. Do
- 36:03Speaker 12: you support adding four more seats to the Supreme Court, Congressman?
- 36:09Speaker 13: Yes, I do. I think that we are in a
- 36:12Speaker 13: position now that calls for some significant actions taken by
- 36:20Speaker 13: the Congress. And we ought to expand. In 13, there's
- 36:23Speaker 13: a pretty good number. A baker's dozen will be a
- 36:26Speaker 13: good number to have on the court. And I would
- 36:28Speaker 13: hope we would get people on the court who will
- 36:31Speaker 13: follow the constitutional underpinnings of this great nation of ours.
- 36:37Speaker 13: The 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments have been interpreted different
- 36:43Speaker 13: ways over the years. And we had in the Warren
- 36:46Speaker 13: court an interpretation of those amendments that I thought would
- 36:51Speaker 13: be set for the future of the country. We have
- 36:55Speaker 13: now a Supreme Court that has decided to reverse course.
- 36:59Speaker 13: and take this country back, I say, to those rulings
- 37:04Speaker 13: of Justice Taney that said that no black man has
- 37:08Speaker 13: any rights that a white man must respect. That was
- 37:11Speaker 13: the Supreme Court that made that decision. I had hoped
- 37:15Speaker 13: that Clarence Thomas would follow the modern underpinnings of that
- 37:21Speaker 13: constitutional vows, but he has not done so. In fact,
- 37:26Speaker 13: He decides to go all the way from an angry
- 37:29Speaker 13: leftist to a very angry rightist.
- 37:34Speaker 1: All right, there's a lot here to unpack. First and foremost, PAC,
- 37:38Speaker 1: speaking of packing, they want to pack the United States
- 37:40Speaker 1: Supreme Court to rig it to get desired outcomes for
- 37:42Speaker 1: Democrats to have permanent power. No question about it. That's
- 37:44Speaker 1: obviously the game that's being played here. This idea that
- 37:47Speaker 1: we should expand the Supreme Court, we should do it now,
- 37:49Speaker 1: not just nine justices. We need 13. Oh yeah, that's
- 37:51Speaker 1: always been a lucky number, hasn't it? We need 13.
- 37:54Speaker 2: Okay, fine.
- 37:56Speaker 1: Why don't we just expand it right now? Republicans control
- 37:58Speaker 1: the House and the Senate, the presidency. Let's just do
- 38:00Speaker 1: it right now. You said you want to expand it.
- 38:01Speaker 1: Can we expand it now? No, I didn't mean right now.
- 38:05Speaker 1: What did you mean? I meant after Democrats take power
- 38:07Speaker 1: so that we can make that power permanent. That's the
- 38:10Speaker 1: game that he's playing here. And then he goes on
- 38:12Speaker 1: to slander the greatest living Supreme Court justice we have.
- 38:16Speaker 1: That would be Justice Clarence Thomas, who's been nothing but
- 38:19Speaker 1: faithful to the Constitution and the American people. Clarence Thomas
- 38:23Speaker 1: is a wonder. He's a great American, been very faithful
- 38:27Speaker 1: to the Constitution. And James Clyburn's attack is about as
- 38:31Speaker 1: poisonous and dishonest as it gets. Suggesting that somehow Clarence
- 38:35Speaker 1: Thomas is the one ripping up the Constitution. That Clarence
- 38:37Speaker 1: Thomas is leading racial attacks. That Clarence Thomas would be
- 38:41Speaker 1: the kind of guy that would author the Dred Scott
- 38:43Speaker 1: decision to deprive black Americans of rights. This is the
- 38:45Speaker 1: kind of garbage coming out of James Clyburn's mouth. Racialized,
- 38:49Speaker 1: poisonous nonsense. Of course, emanating out of an anger from
- 38:53Speaker 1: the fact that Clarence Thomas is a black man who
- 38:57Speaker 1: is upholding the Constitution and not advancing the power of
- 39:00Speaker 1: the Democrat Party. That's what James Clyburn's really upset about.
- 39:03Speaker 1: It's obvious. And so attacking Clarence Thomas here, which is disgusting.
- 39:08Speaker 1: And then he mentions the 13th, 14th, and 15th Amendments
- 39:11Speaker 1: as if their founding intents have been betrayed by Clarence Thomas.
- 39:15Speaker 1: Clarence Thomas has upheld those amendments, those important amendments in
- 39:19Speaker 1: American history. saying they were about including all Americans in
- 39:25Speaker 1: what it means to be American and all of the
- 39:27Speaker 1: rights that are afforded to American citizens. and not to
- 39:31Speaker 1: judge them based on their skin color, not to draw
- 39:34Speaker 1: racially rigged districts to advance the power of Democrats or
- 39:37Speaker 1: any party. Clarence Thomas has been faithful to his oath,
- 39:43Speaker 1: to his obligations to the Constitution, to the American people,
- 39:46Speaker 1: and James Clyburn is a menace. James Clyburn is a
- 39:50Speaker 1: bad person, and he proves it with every public action
- 39:54Speaker 1: he takes, including attacking a great man like Clarence Thomas.
- 39:57Speaker 1: And that continued, by the way. In this same stupid appearance,
- 40:01Speaker 1: he just kept attacking Clarence Thomas, and he goes, I
- 40:03Speaker 1: really regret ever supporting him for the court. Watch this.
- 40:07Speaker 12: Do you stand by your decision to make the case
- 40:09Speaker 12: for Clarence Thomas' confirmation?
- 40:14Speaker 13: Absolutely not. You know, I have made mistakes in my life.
- 40:18Speaker 13: And that's one that I made. And I will own
- 40:22Speaker 13: up to that mistake. The fact of the matter is
- 40:25Speaker 13: I had faith and confidence in the fact that his
- 40:28Speaker 13: background and experiences would instruct him in his professionalism, especially
- 40:35Speaker 13: sitting on the bench. We had worked together when he
- 40:37Speaker 13: was chair of the Equal Opportunity Commission. And, of course,
- 40:42Speaker 13: I was running the state agency here in South Carolina.
- 40:46Speaker 13: We had differences over how that agency should run. But
- 40:52Speaker 13: I also thought that he believed in precedence of the law.
- 40:57Speaker 13: And I thought sure that he would be there upholding
- 41:01Speaker 13: those precedents set down in 1954 in the Brown v.
- 41:06Speaker 13: Board of Education decision. I thought that he would follow
- 41:11Speaker 13: those court decisions that upheld the Voting Rights Act, the
- 41:15Speaker 13: Civil Rights Act, I had no idea that Clarence Thomas
- 41:20Speaker 13: would rebel the way he has against his own background
- 41:27Speaker 13: and experiences. He was raised by his grandfather.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Again, James Clyburn's position is like, I had no idea
- 41:32Speaker 1: that he would turn on his own people, meaning black people.
- 41:36Speaker 1: It's just so disgusting. Everything coming out of Clyburn's mouth.
- 41:39Speaker 1: But I want you to pay attention to this little
- 41:41Speaker 1: rhetorical trick that he tried to pull in the middle there.
- 41:43Speaker 1: He goes, I thought he would stick with the precedents
- 41:47Speaker 1: that were set by the court, including in 1954 in
- 41:50Speaker 1: Brown v. Board of Education. Ladies and gentlemen, if you
- 41:52Speaker 1: know anything about this, Brown versus Board of Education overturned
- 41:56Speaker 1: a horrific racial prejudice in Plessy v. Ferguson saying that
- 41:59Speaker 1: separate but equal is equal. No, it's not equal at all.
- 42:02Speaker 1: It's racial prejudice. It's a scourge. We should purge it, right?
- 42:06Speaker 1: That's what Brown versus Board of Education does. It overturns
- 42:08Speaker 1: this horrific precedent. And the court from time to time
- 42:12Speaker 1: overturns the horrific precedents of the past. We just did
- 42:15Speaker 1: it recently with the Dobbs decision. The Dobbs decision was
- 42:18Speaker 1: overturning the horrific precedent of saying that the court could
- 42:21Speaker 1: green light killing children across the country.
- 42:24Speaker 7: What?
- 42:25Speaker 1: No, not at all. So the Dobbs overturns that, and
- 42:28Speaker 1: rightfully so, standing on the side of the Constitution, the
- 42:31Speaker 1: law and justice and the American people. And so Clyburn's
- 42:34Speaker 1: position is I thought he would stick with these precedents.
- 42:37Speaker 1: And what he meant by that is I didn't realize
- 42:40Speaker 1: he would overturn anything. that would deprive the Democrat Party
- 42:46Speaker 1: of power. And how does the Democrat Party derive power?
- 42:49Speaker 1: From rigged and racially prejudiced systems. That's how. You know,
- 42:52Speaker 1: the left loves to talk about systemic racism. You know
- 42:56Speaker 1: who's responsible for systemic racism? The left. They build it
- 43:00Speaker 1: into the system, and then they pretend like the rest
- 43:03Speaker 1: of us are the problem. No, they're the problem. The
- 43:06Speaker 1: left is the problem here. So James Clyburn attacking a
- 43:09Speaker 1: great justice, Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas. Not alone this weekend, actually. Man,
- 43:13Speaker 1: the left really hates this guy. Sheldon White Club, sorry,
- 43:16Speaker 1: White House. He's a member of an all-white club in
- 43:18Speaker 1: Rhode Island. That's why we call him Sheldon White Club.
- 43:20Speaker 1: Sheldon White House was out this weekend saying that if
- 43:23Speaker 1: Democrats win control of the Senate and if Democrats win
- 43:26Speaker 1: control of the House, that both he and Jamie Raskin
- 43:29Speaker 1: have been planning all year long to torment the Trump
- 43:34Speaker 1: administration and start leading attacks on the United States Supreme Court.
- 43:38Speaker 1: Here he is saying it out loud.
- 43:40Speaker 3: Watch.
- 43:41Speaker 14: If we succeed is have me as the chairman of
- 43:44Speaker 14: the Senate judiciary and your next speaker, Jamie.
- 43:47Speaker 7: Raskin, as the chairman of the House Judiciary Committee. He
- 43:53Speaker 7: and I are already working together.
- 43:55Speaker 9: We are already meeting monthly to plan.
- 44:00Speaker 6: Republicans can block my subpoenas in the Senate with a filibuster.
- 44:05Speaker 15: They cannot block A Jamie Raskin House subpoena.
- 44:08Speaker 14: So if we're working together, we can do twice the work.
- 44:14Speaker 7: And we're going to put a lot of attention right
- 44:16Speaker 7: away to the Supreme Court.
- 44:18Speaker 2: And I'll end with this.
- 44:19Speaker 1: Three big things about.
- 44:20Speaker 2: The Supreme Court. One, we need to do a lot
- 44:23Speaker 2: of investigating because.
- 44:24Speaker 7: Not enough people know the story about how this court
- 44:28Speaker 7: got captured by a bunch of creepy right-wing billionaires.
- 44:32Speaker 4: Oh, my God.
- 44:33Speaker 2: If you're paying attention, you know, but a lot of
- 44:35Speaker 2: people don't know.
- 44:37Speaker 1: And there are a lot of simple questions like.
- 44:40Speaker 2: Did Clarence Thomas ever pay his taxes on.
- 44:45Speaker 16: The quarter million dollar loan forgiveness for his motor coach?
- 44:50Speaker 1: Just conspiracy theories about Clarence Thomas and the fact that
- 44:54Speaker 1: Clarence Thomas loves driving around in an RV. At the
- 44:56Speaker 1: end of every session that he goes around the country
- 45:00Speaker 1: and visits with people all across the country, there's people
- 45:03Speaker 1: take pictures of Clarence Thomas. They meet him as he's
- 45:06Speaker 1: driving around the country. And so Clarence Thomas comes into
- 45:09Speaker 1: touch with like normal Americans. Sheldon White Club spends all
- 45:12Speaker 1: of his time in his in his wealthy whites only
- 45:16Speaker 1: club in Rhode Island. And he thinks he can judge
- 45:18Speaker 1: Clarence Thomas. You see how this works. And so they
- 45:23Speaker 1: want to lead an attack on the United States Supreme
- 45:25Speaker 1: Court because the court is upholding the Constitution, because the
- 45:29Speaker 1: court is depriving Democrats of power by virtue of the
- 45:32Speaker 1: fact that that power was all gotten in the first place.
- 45:35Speaker 1: That's why he wants to lead an attack. So they're
- 45:37Speaker 1: already promising that they're going to bring the government to
- 45:39Speaker 1: a screeching halt. They're already promising that they want to
- 45:42Speaker 1: rig the system. They're already promising that they want to
- 45:44Speaker 1: figure out a way to make sure Republicans can never
- 45:47Speaker 1: get power again. You see what's happening? This is all
- 45:50Speaker 1: on the line in the midterms. Every ounce of this
- 45:53Speaker 1: is on the line in the midterms. And you've got
- 45:55Speaker 1: James Clyburn, Sheldon White Club, Hakeem Jeffries, Rahm Emanuel, all
- 46:01Speaker 1: establishment Democrats. They're not DSA types. They're just establishment Democrats.
- 46:06Speaker 1: Promising chaos. Promising it.
- 46:09Speaker 6: Already.
- 46:11Speaker 1: Now, among the other lunatics who are running for office,
- 46:14Speaker 1: of course, in Michigan, you have Abdul El-Sayed. What's his name?
- 46:17Speaker 1: Abdul Aman something, something, something, El-Sayed. You're not allowed to
- 46:21Speaker 1: say it, but whatever his name is, that's what it is.
- 46:23Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed. He's still ducking questions about campaigning with that
- 46:27Speaker 1: lunatic Hasan Piker. And I don't, I mean, here's a roundup.
- 46:32Speaker 1: I'm going to give you, here's a little bit of
- 46:33Speaker 1: a roundup. Who was this made by, Josh? I want
- 46:35Speaker 1: to make sure to give credit here. This one was
- 46:37Speaker 1: made by a guy who calls himself Dan the Zionist
- 46:41Speaker 1: on X. He made a roundup of Hasan Piker's most
- 46:45Speaker 1: insane moments. And it's probably just worth a little taste
- 46:48Speaker 1: so you get a sense of who the left is
- 46:49Speaker 1: defending here. Cut seven.
- 46:51Speaker 6: Watch.
- 46:52Speaker 14: America deserved 9-11, dude.
- 46:54Speaker 1: Fuck it.
- 46:54Speaker 14: I'm saying it.
- 46:55Speaker 17: They're to partner with them. We're not there doing our
- 46:57Speaker 17: own thing. We're there partnering and training and equipping and
- 47:00Speaker 17: enhancing their capabilities. So that's part of what we're doing.
- 47:02Speaker 17: And the other part is just knowledge. We want to
- 47:04Speaker 17: know what's happening.
- 47:05Speaker 14: We fucking totally brought it on ourselves. Remember 9-11.
- 47:14Speaker 1: Shut up. Go back to where she was. Remember 9-11.
- 47:16Speaker 14: You know? I don't give a fuck what black people
- 47:27Speaker 14: care about. Oh, black people care about this. Black people
- 47:29Speaker 14: care about that. Like, shut the fuck up. That's not
- 47:31Speaker 14: how politics works. Oh, well, Hassan, how dare you? Like
- 47:35Speaker 14: it or not, black people care about this issue. It's
- 47:37Speaker 14: like it's such a fucking stupid stance. Any other black
- 47:41Speaker 14: folk want to engage in radical activist language in this
- 47:44Speaker 14: fucking chat?
- 47:45Speaker 1: Suck my fucking cock.
- 47:46Speaker 18: Yes dude it's because i'm racist that's why it's because
- 47:50Speaker 18: i'm racist dude go back to a better time when
- 47:53Speaker 18: lynchings were happening this is what i like as a
- 47:56Speaker 18: black man are you always doing too much with black
- 47:57Speaker 18: people leave them alone i want to go back to
- 47:59Speaker 18: lynching like i get it but relax man shut the
- 48:02Speaker 18: up okay goddamn you got me okay you got me
- 48:05Speaker 18: because i'm a racist person uh.
- 48:11Speaker 9: As vietnamese refugee We have endured suffering under the communist regime,
- 48:18Speaker 9: and we believe that.
- 48:21Speaker 1: Okay, fuck you, dude.
- 48:22Speaker 2: I mean, seriously, fuck you, old lady.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Shut the fuck up, you stupid fucking.
- 48:28Speaker 19: Idiotic old lady with your stupid fucking gamer headset. Who
- 48:33Speaker 19: has fucked you harder? America or fucking Ho Chi Minh?
- 48:36Speaker 19: Suck my dick, old lady. God damn, dude. Yo, fuck
- 48:40Speaker 19: this refugee, okay?
- 48:41Speaker 14: Seriously, fuck this South Vietnamese motherfucking whatever, like, Christian supremacist
- 48:48Speaker 14: psychotic fucking refugee living in America now and able to
- 48:52Speaker 14: talk that shit. Why don't you go back and live
- 48:54Speaker 14: in fucking South Vietnam in the same conditions, if that's
- 48:57Speaker 14: your perspective?
- 49:00Speaker 1: Be careful, be careful.
- 49:01Speaker 14: No, I fucking hate these people.
- 49:03Speaker 2: Enough, enough.
- 49:04Speaker 7: I know.
- 49:04Speaker 1: I know there's a lot of language in there, ladies
- 49:06Speaker 1: and gentlemen. But again, I just want people to understand.
- 49:08Speaker 1: I think a lot of this has been out there.
- 49:10Speaker 1: People are like, Hasan Piker, Hasan Piker. I don't think
- 49:12Speaker 1: people really have seen and appreciate how soulless and disgusting
- 49:17Speaker 1: that dude is. Well, I just gave you a sample
- 49:19Speaker 1: of it. So the left has been very happy to
- 49:22Speaker 1: campaign with him and have him on their campaign stage.
- 49:24Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed had him on stage with him campaigning in Michigan.
- 49:29Speaker 1: And now suddenly he's getting questions about it and he's
- 49:32Speaker 1: going back to the same canned response each time. And
- 49:35Speaker 1: he's like, well, this campaign isn't about one streamer in California. Wait,
- 49:39Speaker 1: hold on a second. You were campaigning with the guy.
- 49:43Speaker 1: He's your boy. You're like dapping him up on stage.
- 49:47Speaker 1: At a campaign event in Michigan, multiple campaign events, and
- 49:51Speaker 1: now he's ducking these questions. Watch this from the weekend.
- 49:53Speaker 1: Cut six.
- 49:55Speaker 7: I am not interested in a conversation about a social
- 49:57Speaker 7: media person in California. And for folks who want to
- 50:00Speaker 7: make this race about a social media person in California,
- 50:02Speaker 7: let's not forget what actually matters in our politics, what
- 50:04Speaker 7: our politics really are about. I don't ever want my
- 50:07Speaker 7: comments to hurt anybody's feelings. It's important to me that
- 50:09Speaker 7: people understand that I take seriously the pain of all
- 50:13Speaker 7: communities in this state. But I don't want to have
- 50:16Speaker 7: a conversation about a Twitch streamer in California.
- 50:18Speaker 2: This is not a serious conversation.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Why did you bring him to Michigan? All right, we already.
- 50:22Speaker 7: Went to Fox News.
- 50:24Speaker 9: Who are you?
- 50:24Speaker 5: Fox News?
- 50:25Speaker 15: You can ask Jesse about that. All right, you don't
- 50:28Speaker 15: want to have that conversation, but there are Jewish voters
- 50:30Speaker 15: who do want to have that conversation. Everyone I've talked
- 50:33Speaker 15: to has been asking me to ask you whether you
- 50:36Speaker 15: will condemn this.
- 50:37Speaker 7: I'm happy to have a conversation with my voters. but
- 50:41Speaker 7: if they want to have a conversation with the press,
- 50:43Speaker 7: I was here. We were having a conversation. I'm just
- 50:45Speaker 7: telling you, this is not a campaign that is about
- 50:47Speaker 7: a single streamer in California.
- 50:50Speaker 2: This is about affordability in Michigan.
- 50:51Speaker 7: Anybody who's ever said that they're existentially worried about Donald Trump,
- 50:55Speaker 7: anybody who's ever said.
- 50:56Speaker 1: That they believe in religious pluralism.
- 50:58Speaker 7: And the right to pray as you choose to pray.
- 51:00Speaker 1: All right, it's nonsense. So he just goes on and
- 51:02Speaker 1: he's just rambling and he doesn't want to talk about
- 51:04Speaker 1: it is basically the answer to the question. But now
- 51:06Speaker 1: you had a couple of people in the media were
- 51:07Speaker 1: finally asking about it. Additionally, remember I played clips for
- 51:11Speaker 1: you last week of Debbie Dingle. Debbie Dingleberry was saying, hey,
- 51:16Speaker 1: don't talk about this anymore. I don't want to hear
- 51:18Speaker 1: anybody in the press asking me about Hasan Piker anymore.
- 51:21Speaker 1: Don't ask Debbie Dingle about Hasan Piker. Well, this weekend
- 51:24Speaker 1: she was asked about him. And now she's not blaming
- 51:28Speaker 1: Abdul El-Sayed for his terrible decision making. He's blaming Hasan
- 51:33Speaker 1: Piker for coming to Michigan at all. Cut eight. Watch
- 51:36Speaker 1: Debbie Dingle try and navigate out of this.
- 51:39Speaker 9: Why do you think El-Sayed has declined to disavow him?
- 51:42Speaker 9: I've had very blunt conversations. As you all know, I'm
- 51:45Speaker 9: a blunt soul. And I don't understand a Sunpiker. I'm
- 51:49Speaker 9: going to be that honest with you.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Many people don't even know who he is.
- 51:52Speaker 9: Well, I didn't until he created this crisis when he
- 51:56Speaker 9: came into Michigan months ago. And I stood between some
- 51:59Speaker 9: of your colleagues at the back of the room and said,
- 52:01Speaker 9: I don't get it. Why does he have so many followers?
- 52:05Speaker 9: I believe Israel's got a right to exist. I think
- 52:07Speaker 9: that's put kerosene on the fire. And what he has
- 52:09Speaker 9: said about women and rape is, OK, you know, that's
- 52:13Speaker 9: an issue that makes me go sky high. But Republicans
- 52:17Speaker 9: are trying to use that. And I want to talk
- 52:19Speaker 9: about health care.
- 52:23Speaker 1: Republicans are trying to use it. Republicans aren't the one
- 52:25Speaker 1: who put him into the campaign. Democrats did that. Abdul
- 52:29Speaker 1: El-Sayed did that. He made a choice. He put that
- 52:32Speaker 1: guy on stage with them. They campaigned together. And now
- 52:35Speaker 1: they're trying to pretend like it never happened. Let's just
- 52:36Speaker 1: memory hold that. No, we're not going to memory hold it.
- 52:39Speaker 1: We remember. We remember. In fact, remembering who these Democrats
- 52:44Speaker 1: are and what they stand for and what they represent,
- 52:46Speaker 1: kind of important, actually, to defeating them going into the midterms.
- 52:50Speaker 1: That's true with Talafrico. You know, James Talafrico in Texas,
- 52:55Speaker 1: that guy truly is a whack job. And we just
- 52:59Speaker 1: got more footage from him this weekend. Look at this.
- 53:03Speaker 1: Producer Josh sent me this. Cut 11. Here's James Talafrico
- 53:07Speaker 1: standing in front of a cross, Christian symbol, draped in
- 53:13Speaker 1: an LGBTQIA plus flag, going on about alleged Islamic wisdom
- 53:22Speaker 1: from some mystic. Listen to Talafrico. The guy's supposed to
- 53:26Speaker 1: be a Presbyterian minister? What is this? Cut 11.
- 53:29Speaker 16: In one of my favorite poems, the Islamic mystic Hafiz says,
- 53:34Speaker 16: says that we are all invited to join that dance.
- 53:38Speaker 16: He says, every child has known God, not the God
- 53:42Speaker 16: of names, not the God of don'ts, but the God
- 53:47Speaker 16: who only knows four words and keeps repeating them, saying,
- 53:52Speaker 16: come dance with me.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Now, I did some light research into this, like, poem thing, Hafiz,
- 54:01Speaker 1: and if anybody has the clear answers on it, please
- 54:03Speaker 1: feel free to send it to me, but One thing
- 54:06Speaker 1: I discovered on this subject is that this Hafiz poetry stuff,
- 54:12Speaker 1: it might actually be fake, too. It might even be
- 54:13Speaker 1: a complete hoax. Some American in the late 90s wrote
- 54:17Speaker 1: a book of these poems that were attributed to some
- 54:21Speaker 1: Persian poet called Hafiz and then didn't actually speak any
- 54:25Speaker 1: of the relevant languages and just invented the poems themselves.
- 54:28Speaker 1: So even this may be a complete hoax, but whatever.
- 54:31Speaker 1: The point is, what am I staring at? Talafrico, who
- 54:35Speaker 1: pretends to be some sort of like definitely heretical Christian minister,
- 54:41Speaker 1: is standing in front of a cross draped in like
- 54:45Speaker 1: satanic imagery. And this idea that people are born in
- 54:49Speaker 1: the wrong body, that they're a mistake, that God didn't
- 54:51Speaker 1: know what he was doing. He's Mr. Abortion is great.
- 54:55Speaker 1: The Bible is enthusiastic about killing your babies. And God
- 55:00Speaker 1: is six genders. And then he's standing there citing fake
- 55:04Speaker 1: Islamic mystics. The whole thing is like insane. It's totally insane.
- 55:10Speaker 1: And it's leaving me wondering, are the people of Texas
- 55:13Speaker 1: going to fall for this? The people, the majority Christian state,
- 55:17Speaker 1: overwhelmingly majority Christian state, the great people of Texas, are
- 55:21Speaker 1: they going to fall for this? God willing, they don't.
- 55:25Speaker 1: I don't believe the polls in Texas. I don't believe,
- 55:27Speaker 1: there's like some, there's some claim that Ken Paxton is
- 55:29Speaker 1: trailing this idiot by two points. I don't believe that
- 55:32Speaker 1: for a moment. Do I believe there's a real fight
- 55:35Speaker 1: going on there?
- 55:36Speaker 2: Yeah, sure, I do.
- 55:37Speaker 1: And is it going to take money? Yeah, it's going
- 55:39Speaker 1: to take money. In fact, this is one of the
- 55:42Speaker 1: reasons why I'm very annoyed by some of the developments
- 55:44Speaker 1: this weekend, that John Kennedy, Senator John Kennedy was on
- 55:49Speaker 1: one of the Sunday shows this weekend and was asked
- 55:51Speaker 1: about the money race in Texas. And he said, I
- 55:53Speaker 1: got to be honest, Senate leadership is not going to
- 55:56Speaker 1: spend any money on helping Ken Paxton.
- 55:58Speaker 3: What?
- 55:58Speaker 1: I thought, hold on a second. I thought the point
- 56:02Speaker 1: was to grow your numbers in the Senate. You don't
- 56:03Speaker 1: have to like Ken Paxton. But if the question is,
- 56:06Speaker 1: do you help a Republican win or do you let
- 56:08Speaker 1: a Democrat take the seat? The answer is help a
- 56:11Speaker 1: Republican win. If it's that close of a contest, why
- 56:14Speaker 1: aren't you spending money like it's a close contest? Listen
- 56:17Speaker 1: to John Kennedy kind of just shrug his shoulders and
- 56:20Speaker 1: explain what the hell's happening in the Senate right now.
- 56:23Speaker 6: Here he is.
- 56:23Speaker 20: It didn't sound from his answer. that the president made
- 56:28Speaker 20: any commitments, either himself or through his super PAC, to
- 56:32Speaker 20: write checks for Paxton, at least right now. Does Senate
- 56:36Speaker 20: Leadership Fund or NRSC have any plans for TV ads,
- 56:41Speaker 20: you know, to support him? Because he's down in spending there.
- 56:46Speaker 10: Well, I listened to your interview. It was very good,
- 56:49Speaker 10: by the way, with the attorney general. Look, there's no
- 56:52Speaker 10: sense bubble wrapping it. We've got a race in Texas.
- 56:58Speaker 10: And the attorney general is going to have to do
- 57:01Speaker 10: two things. He's going to have to point out the
- 57:03Speaker 10: deficiencies of Mr.
- 57:05Speaker 2: Tallarico.
- 57:07Speaker 10: He really is a lulu linen, and he's a little
- 57:11Speaker 10: bit of a weenie. But at the same time, Mr.
- 57:16Speaker 10: Paxton is going to have to talk about what he's
- 57:18Speaker 10: going to do, a positive platform for the United States Senate.
- 57:22Speaker 10: You can't win an election by saying the other guy
- 57:25Speaker 10: is worse than me. Money is an issue.
- 57:28Speaker 2: Mr.
- 57:29Speaker 10: Tallarico has been raising bucket loads of money from California, Hollywood,
- 57:34Speaker 10: all the beautiful people who partied with Harvey Weinstein. We
- 57:40Speaker 10: in the Senate don't have the money budgeted for Texas.
- 57:43Speaker 1: We need help from the president.
- 57:45Speaker 10: The president says he has $ 850 million in his campaign accounts.
- 57:52Speaker 10: That's a lot of jack. I'm hoping that the president's
- 57:55Speaker 10: going to spend $ 100 or $ 200 million in Texas, but
- 57:58Speaker 10: he hasn't committed to it yet. But in the meantime,
- 58:04Speaker 10: we've got a race, and I'm not going to play
- 58:06Speaker 10: act and say that we don't.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Why aren't the Senate leadership funds? Why isn't the Senate
- 58:13Speaker 1: spending money on Ken Paxton? The hell is that about? Now,
- 58:19Speaker 1: you probably have the same suspicion I do, which is
- 58:21Speaker 1: that the establishment is deeply bitter about the fact that
- 58:25Speaker 1: President Trump and the voters of Texas just ran John
- 58:28Speaker 1: Cornyn out of office. And Cornyn himself is bitter. In
- 58:32Speaker 1: the midst of this campaign, right now, he's doing interviews,
- 58:36Speaker 1: crapping all over Ken Paxton. The guy who pretends like
- 58:39Speaker 1: he wants the Republicans to grow their numbers in the
- 58:42Speaker 1: Senate is actually trying to figure out ways to give
- 58:45Speaker 1: Democrats power. You see what's happening? This is all ratification
- 58:48Speaker 1: for firing Ken Paxton. Excuse me, John Cornyn. Here's the headline,
- 58:52Speaker 1: New York Post. John Cornyn calls Ken Paxton a poor campaigner.
- 58:56Speaker 1: Right now, in the middle of the campaign, says he
- 58:57Speaker 1: won't help lazy candidate in Texas Senate race. Senator John
- 59:01Speaker 1: Cornyn slammed Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton as a lazy
- 59:06Speaker 1: and poor campaigner Friday as he explained why he's not
- 59:09Speaker 1: going to help the Republican Senate nominee in his race
- 59:11Speaker 1: against Democrat James Talafrico. Cornyn, who lost to Paxton in
- 59:16Speaker 1: the bitter Texas Republican Senate primary runoff, explained in an
- 59:20Speaker 1: interview with the Texas Tribune that while he wants to
- 59:23Speaker 1: see Republicans hold their majority in the upper chamber after
- 59:25Speaker 1: the midterms, he isn't going to fundraise for Paxton because
- 59:28Speaker 1: he hasn't made a compelling case to Lone Star State voters. Quote,
- 59:31Speaker 1: Paxton's a poor campaigner, Cornyn told the outlet. He's lazy
- 59:35Speaker 1: and doesn't raise money, and he's basically not offering a
- 59:38Speaker 1: very compelling case for his election. He's making this harder
- 59:40Speaker 1: than it needs to be. Dude, shut up. Screw you.
- 59:47Speaker 1: John Cornyn is nothing but sour grapes. He's bitter that
- 59:50Speaker 1: he just got fired by the people of Texas. This
- 59:54Speaker 1: isn't a sincere commentary on what it's going to take
- 59:58Speaker 1: for Ken Paxton to win. This is you crapping on
- 1:00:01Speaker 1: him because you want to see him lose. You want
- 1:00:05Speaker 1: to punish the American people because they just fired you.
- 1:00:10Speaker 1: That's what you're up to.
- 1:00:12Speaker 2: What a scam.
- 1:00:14Speaker 1: And this idea that Senate leaders are still just like
- 1:00:17Speaker 1: sitting on money and they're like, no, we're not giving
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: it to Paxton. To hell with you two. President Trump
- 1:00:22Speaker 1: sounds like he's got a lot of money that his
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: plan is to open up the floodgates here. We'll see
- 1:00:26Speaker 1: what he does with it. A lot going to be
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: happening in Texas, including that big convention coming up in Dallas.
- 1:00:31Speaker 1: So the president will be there. Ken Paxton, no doubt,
- 1:00:33Speaker 1: will be there. There's a lot more game to be played,
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: but we're not going to get any help from these
- 1:00:38Speaker 1: establishment Republicans in the Senate. These people drive us crazy.
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: Absolutely crazy. All right, one more item today for you
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: before we duck out, and I'll have a lot more
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: on the big national radio show. But I want to
- 1:00:48Speaker 1: talk about something that happened on Friday with you real fast.
- 1:00:52Speaker 1: And that is that the president of the United States
- 1:00:54Speaker 1: posted to Truth Social that he is opening the floodgates
- 1:00:58Speaker 1: for America's ranchers and farmers to actually be able to
- 1:01:02Speaker 1: process their own meat. This is something that ranchers and
- 1:01:05Speaker 1: farmers have been asking for for a long time. And not,
- 1:01:08Speaker 1: of course, just to process their own meat, but to
- 1:01:10Speaker 1: be able to sell it without all of this federal
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: regulation in the way. The way that this transpired is
- 1:01:16Speaker 1: super interesting and in some sense troubling, but I'll get
- 1:01:19Speaker 1: to that in a moment, but super interesting. It was
- 1:01:21Speaker 1: earlier in the week that Glenn Beck hosted President Trump
- 1:01:24Speaker 1: on his radio show and asked him about getting rid
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: of these regulations that are imposed on ranchers and farmers
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: and breaking the meat processing cartel in the United States
- 1:01:36Speaker 1: of America. And listen, as you hear the president in
- 1:01:39Speaker 1: this exchange, you'll hear a shift in his voice As
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: he realizes that, wait a second, there is something within
- 1:01:44Speaker 1: my power I can do to help these American farmers.
- 1:01:48Speaker 1: Listen here, cut 14. I have to tell you, Mr.
- 1:01:51Speaker 8: President, I didn't plan on talking about this and we
- 1:01:53Speaker 8: can get into it a later date. But please, please,
- 1:01:56Speaker 8: when it comes to beef, please look at the cartel
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: that is the meat processing cartel. I mean, that is
- 1:02:05Speaker 8: I run a ranch, so I know what it's like.
- 1:02:09Speaker 8: And I'm telling you, it is the processing plants. There's
- 1:02:11Speaker 8: four of them, and I think two of them are
- 1:02:13Speaker 8: not even American.
- 1:02:14Speaker 2: It's bad.
- 1:02:15Speaker 8: And I believe they're colluding with each other.
- 1:02:17Speaker 2: I'm surprised that the ranchers.
- 1:02:19Speaker 4: And the farmers haven't done it because they're smart as hell.
- 1:02:22Speaker 4: I'm surprised because that's been going on a long time, Glenn,
- 1:02:25Speaker 4: long before I got here.
- 1:02:27Speaker 2: Help us.
- 1:02:28Speaker 3: Help us.
- 1:02:30Speaker 8: We can't butcher with all of the federal regulations. It
- 1:02:33Speaker 8: is really hard. If there's something you can do to help.
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: Glenn, is that just a question of regulation, do you think?
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: A lot of it is. Yeah, a lot of it is.
- 1:02:44Speaker 8: The inspections are insane.
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: So they make the regulations so tough that– so could
- 1:02:52Speaker 3: you do it– if you didn't have those regulations.
- 1:02:54Speaker 4: Could you do it on your ranch?
- 1:02:57Speaker 20: Yes.
- 1:02:57Speaker 3: Yes. And is that the way to do it?
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: Or do you think you need some pretty strong regulations?
- 1:03:03Speaker 8: Break the back. Break the back of those processing plants.
- 1:03:08Speaker 8: There's people that want to build processing plants everywhere. The
- 1:03:11Speaker 8: regulations are killing us. Just killing us.
- 1:03:14Speaker 4: So you're saying with less regulation, you think that the
- 1:03:19Speaker 4: ranchers and farmers would do a very good job of
- 1:03:21Speaker 4: processing the beef?
- 1:03:24Speaker 3: Yes.
- 1:03:25Speaker 4: Wow. Yes, I know that today.
- 1:03:27Speaker 2: I know.
- 1:03:28Speaker 4: I've been hearing about this problem for 20 years. I've
- 1:03:31Speaker 4: been hearing about this problem.
- 1:03:33Speaker 8: Free your people.
- 1:03:34Speaker 1: Let our people go.
- 1:03:35Speaker 2: Let your people go.
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: This could be a very good call for ranchers. No,
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: for the country.
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: That would be good.
- 1:03:41Speaker 4: No, I've been hearing only bad about it's four places
- 1:03:45Speaker 4: and it's a monopoly.
- 1:03:47Speaker 10: It is.
- 1:03:48Speaker 4: And who's controlling those regulations?
- 1:03:52Speaker 3: Department of Agriculture?
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: Yes, an FDA.
- 1:03:56Speaker 3: And the FDA.
- 1:03:58Speaker 8: Or is it USDA? I can't remember which one, but
- 1:04:02Speaker 8: it's the federal regulator. It's all the inspections. It's all
- 1:04:05Speaker 8: the inspections.
- 1:04:07Speaker 1: How interesting was that clip? It's interesting on a number
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: of levels. One, the sincerity with which the president engaged
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: in that conversation. The president doesn't pretend like he knows
- 1:04:17Speaker 1: it all. When he finds out that there's a good
- 1:04:19Speaker 1: path forward, he wants to know more about it. You
- 1:04:22Speaker 1: could hear the moment that he realized, wait a second,
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: this is within my power to fix. Tell me more.
- 1:04:26Speaker 1: What can I do? And Glenn laid out the options here,
- 1:04:29Speaker 1: which is basically get rid of government regulations that are
- 1:04:32Speaker 1: standing in the way of all this market success for
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: America's farmers, which is wonderful. The president said, I'm on it.
- 1:04:38Speaker 2: I'm on it.
- 1:04:39Speaker 1: Now, the troubling aspect of this is why did it
- 1:04:42Speaker 1: take Glenn Beck saying it in the course of a
- 1:04:44Speaker 1: radio interview for the president to be made aware of
- 1:04:49Speaker 1: what his options were? Why did it take that? That
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: question is going to require more exploration, I think, because
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: it suggests to me that there are still forces that
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: are within the government that are standing in the president's
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: way of making America great again and doing these things
- 1:05:06Speaker 1: well for the country. Not a secret that that's going on,
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: but yet another battlefield, another front in that battle that
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: we've just witnessed. Now, the agriculture secretary, Brooke Rollins, I'll
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: get to her in a moment. She reacted to the
- 1:05:21Speaker 1: president's post on Friday. Here's what basically transpired. So that
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: was earlier in the week. I think that was like
- 1:05:25Speaker 1: Wednesday that week. By Friday, the president had posted to
- 1:05:29Speaker 1: True Social that ranchers and farmers have always been his
- 1:05:31Speaker 1: number one priority. Number one. They work very hard. They're smart.
- 1:05:38Speaker 1: They're efficient. They're immaculately clean, he says. But for years,
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: I've heard that they have a tremendous problem with the
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: big processors. So in order to break this monopoly with
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: much of its ownership based outside of the United States,
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: that would be China, ladies and gentlemen, China. He says
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: he's authorizing legal documents to be drawn in order to
- 1:05:55Speaker 1: allow farmers and ranchers to be given the right to
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: process their own food. This should move quickly. Thank you
- 1:05:59Speaker 1: for your attention to this matter, President Donald J.
- 1:06:02Speaker 2: Trump.
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: Brooke Rollins, the Ag Secretary, immediately reacting to this, saying
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: the following on Friday, promising some updates today. So by
- 1:06:10Speaker 1: the time you hear this on the podcast, if you're
- 1:06:12Speaker 1: listening on the audio version, There may be some newsworthy
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: updates on it. She says, we're on it, Mr. President.
- 1:06:18Speaker 1: Our great American ranchers produce the highest quality, most incredible
- 1:06:21Speaker 1: beef in the world, and it is a matter of
- 1:06:24Speaker 1: national security that we be able to feed and fuel ourselves.
- 1:06:27Speaker 1: Big announcements start Monday, including, quote, waving red tape and processing,
- 1:06:31Speaker 1: expanding ranchers' ability to sell across state lines, rescinding outdated guidance,
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: adding technology for faster safety data, growing real support for
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: small processors. through funding and deregulation, fighting consolidation so small
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: processes can compete, and expanding truth in labeling. Yeah, how
- 1:06:51Speaker 1: about country of origin labeling? The world is hungry for
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: American beef. Much more to come. So announcements coming. Keep
- 1:07:01Speaker 1: your eye on this story. It's a big one, I think.
- 1:07:03Speaker 1: Talk about seismic stories. The president just unleashing the floodgates
- 1:07:08Speaker 1: on oil and on the American beef industry all in
- 1:07:12Speaker 1: the course of a week, just a single week, in
- 1:07:15Speaker 1: a fun presidency. We have a lot more to get to.
