Tulsa cops just arrested a 27-year-old man dubbed the “serial defecator” after he was caught on camera smearing poop on walls and doors — while wearing a thong, cut-up mask, and shower cap. The bizarre crime happened at a shopping center near 81st Street and Harvard Avenue, where a business owner’s surveillance footage captured him defecating into a dog waste bag and exposing himself. Henry Dudley was not home when detectives raided his apartment but was later booked into jail facing indecent exposure charges — and police say more charges may be coming as the investigation continues.
