The Detroit Lions are making a timely defensive upgrade by signing veteran free agent Ben Stille, a six-foot-four, 296-pound defensive tackle with NFL experience. Stille, who’s appeared in 18 games across four teams including the Falcons’ practice squad, brings versatility and depth to a position currently facing injury concerns with Mekhi Wingo and Tyler Lacy sidelined.
