- 0:00Speaker 1: Hey, I'm gonna tell you how to stay cool in
- 0:04Speaker 1: this hot temperature in Arizona. I got a life hack.
- 0:07Speaker 1: I think that's gonna save you time. It's gonna save you,
- 0:11Speaker 1: and it's something to know. And I don't know if
- 0:12Speaker 1: it's offered everywhere, but I discovered it by answer accident.
- 0:18Speaker 2: Last week. Listen to this.
- 0:21Speaker 1: Rich and I had dinner at a restaurant with a
- 0:23Speaker 1: couple of iHeart corporate guys last week. It was close
- 0:27Speaker 1: to my house, but I thought i'd walked there, but
- 0:29Speaker 1: it was one hundred and like five or six.
- 0:31Speaker 3: It was humid. Yeah, that's it was humid. That's not
- 0:35Speaker 3: the fastest of walks either. That's at least a couple
- 0:37Speaker 3: of mine.
- 0:37Speaker 1: But I was trying to get my steps. So I'm
- 0:39Speaker 1: walking and I'm not halfway there, and I'm just drenched.
- 0:42Speaker 1: My shirts drenched. The sweat's running down my back, and
- 0:44Speaker 1: I'm miserable. I can start to see in my pants
- 0:47Speaker 1: the like about my quads getting wet from the sweat.
- 0:50Speaker 1: I walk into the restaurant and I'm there at the restaurant,
- 0:52Speaker 1: I would say five minutes where everybody else is supposed
- 0:54Speaker 1: to show up, and the general manager the restaurant sees
- 0:57Speaker 1: me and he's wearing a suit. It was at Stake
- 0:59Speaker 1: forty five, and he goes, he goes, hey, you're sweating.
- 1:03Speaker 2: I said, I know. I'm sorry, I can't and he goes,
- 1:05Speaker 2: it's right, happens to me all the time. He goes.
- 1:07Speaker 2: When we parked the employee parking lot, I was hot.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I gotta walk into the restaurant. Here's what I do.
- 1:10Speaker 2: Follow me, and he took me into the refrigerator.
- 1:15Speaker 1: Walk in, walk in the walk in refrigerator and there's
- 1:18Speaker 1: an air conditioning vent and it was ice cold air
- 1:22Speaker 1: and it was freaking fantastic.
- 1:24Speaker 3: But that felt so good.
- 1:25Speaker 1: I posted on my Instagram and I'm standing in front
- 1:27Speaker 1: of the stand and I just start drying.
- 1:28Speaker 2: It was just such a beautiful moment. I was so
- 1:30Speaker 2: grateful to this man. Wow, what a great idea.
- 1:32Speaker 1: And it was like I just started spinning around like
- 1:34Speaker 1: a ballerina as the cold air was hitting me, and
- 1:36Speaker 1: I was looking at plates and food and frozen meatballs
- 1:39Speaker 1: and I was spinning around. I thought, this is great,
- 1:41Speaker 1: and I thanked him so much. I was so grateful
- 1:43Speaker 1: to that manager. And then I just thought, what a
- 1:44Speaker 1: great hack, and I wonder what are other things he's Now,
- 1:47Speaker 1: we've seen before where people open up the freezer in
- 1:49Speaker 1: their house. Yeah, so you do things to stay cold.
- 1:51Speaker 1: And I was telling Peyton, and you said, what did
- 1:52Speaker 1: you say about.
- 1:52Speaker 2: The Dutch brothers?
- 1:53Speaker 3: All I said, yeah, a Dutch bros. Because it's so
- 1:55Speaker 3: hot and they're working the line of cars, they actually
- 1:57Speaker 3: wear these like ice packs.
- 1:59Speaker 2: Oh yeah, testing on their back.
- 2:01Speaker 3: They look like the safety vests that you wear, but
- 2:03Speaker 3: they're like legitimate ice pads. Cool pat the teachers wear
- 2:06Speaker 3: at our school during like school pickup and they're like
- 2:09Speaker 3: moving us through that.
- 2:10Speaker 2: Yeah, it looks like construction vests.
- 2:11Speaker 1: What a great thing that. Yeah, if I would have,
- 2:13Speaker 1: I would have one. Next time I walk to the
- 2:15Speaker 1: restaurant to go, I'll put it on, yeah, and.
- 2:17Speaker 2: It would almost be waited.
- 2:18Speaker 1: So that's good for walking's two and one. Yeah that's fantastic. Now,
- 2:21Speaker 1: I thought, like, the next time if you go to
- 2:22Speaker 1: a Chili's or you go to Texas Roadhouse and you're hot,
