  One of the things that will squash my courage is worrying

  and I'm reminded of Philippians 4-6 and seven that say don't be

  anxious about anything. But in everything through your

  prayers and petitions with Thanksgiving, let those requests

  be made known to God. Then God's peace, which

  surpasses all understanding, guards, protects your heart and
• 0:21
  your mind for those people that are in Christ.

  That's one of my go to verses because when I find myself being
• 0:26
  anxious and worrying and trying to fix things and everything's
• 0:29
  falling apart, I have to step back and say, God, have I prayed
• 0:32
  about this to you? Have I surrendered this to you?
• 0:34
  Have I gone to you with open hands and said this is yours by
• 0:37
  take this when I do man, life ends up so much better and I I
• 0:41
  experience God's peace with that as well.
