Brigance, the fearless Ravens Super Bowl hero who made history as the first to tackle in the 2000 championship and the only player to win both a CFL title and Super Bowl in the same city, has died at 56. Diagnosed with ALS in 2007, he and his wife Chanda turned tragedy into triumph by founding the Brigance Brigade Foundation — empowering others facing ALS with relentless courage.
