- 0:41SPEAKER_00: I wanted to start this podcast by giving you a short introduction to me and why I decided to start the executive reset.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: My name is Rachel, and I'm a licensed psychotherapist and a business advisor.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: I've been a therapist for about 15 years, mostly in private practice, and I've loved a lot of moments of it.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: There's definitely been some challenging moments as well, but I've learned so much about business and about ambitious women who want to be healthy on the inside.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: And I'm here to share some of that with you.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: I'm also a business advisor.
- 1:14SPEAKER_00: In addition to managing my private practice, I also founded a membership community with over 50 business partners and run that alongside my practice.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: So I'm running two really different businesses at the same time, and I love getting deep into the strategy of both of them.
- 1:31SPEAKER_00: I've worked with directors, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs across the nation who you'll never hear about because confidentiality is critical.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: But I will tell you that whether they are discussing the hum of anxiety that never stops, the challenges of lead generation, or the weight of holding it all alone, the themes underneath it all are often the same.
- 1:56SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'll be addressing here.
- 1:58SPEAKER_00: The common threads that tug at the heart of being an ambitious woman who leads.
- 2:04SPEAKER_00: I will bring you my own experiences and insights gained through a whole lot of trial and error.
- 2:10SPEAKER_00: And first, I'll tell you that I would have never imagined in my younger years that I would find business so interesting.
- 2:17SPEAKER_00: And yet here I am.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: I remember in college taking a business class and being bored to tears.
- 2:24SPEAKER_00: It just didn't have any application at the time.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: And now I can't get enough of it.
- 2:30SPEAKER_00: It just feels like such a puzzle, and I really love using the systems part of my brain to solve problems and help other women do the same.
- 2:39SPEAKER_00: I love helping women who are building businesses or leading teams and large companies to navigate work ambition in a way that feels both successful and sustainable.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: That's why I'm here.
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: Practically, I support leaders through two primary different offerings.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: I offer short mental health resets for women in leadership and business.
- 3:01SPEAKER_00: These are afternoons where we do a deep dive into the mindset behind business with a proven curriculum to quell self-doubt and ease anxiety.
- 3:10SPEAKER_00: My aim is to give you the skills to move with more success and less stress.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: If you feel like your calendar never ends and neither does your mind, or the hum of anxiety is constant, or maybe your relationships feel strained because of the demands on your time and attention, you're exactly the person I created this mental reset for.
- 3:32SPEAKER_00: It's for women who have a perfectly poised exterior and are afraid to reveal that the inside doesn't always match.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: If you're chronically overfunctioning at work or at home until it feels like there's nothing left to give, these resets help you create new patterns.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: We get into self-discovery from more of a strategic standpoint.
- 3:53SPEAKER_00: We look at decoding what drives leadership, we gain clarity on the influences that shape people's decisions, both in the boardroom and in their relationships, and also with themselves, without the family history expose.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: This isn't therapy, it's a container for growth.
- 4:11SPEAKER_00: We're really looking at turning insight into action through these resets.
- 4:15SPEAKER_00: And my goal is for women to leave with a tangible action plan that's not just some vague prompt to slow down, but is grounded and solid therapeutic experience working as a catalyst for measurable growth.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: And maybe that feels intimidating to you.
- 4:30SPEAKER_00: And if so, you're definitely not alone.
- 4:33SPEAKER_00: Most of us don't know where to turn when we face the hard stuff.
- 4:37SPEAKER_00: I have certainly had moments in my own life where it's felt hard to know where to turn.
- 4:41SPEAKER_00: One, because it's vulnerable to unveil the not so put together thoughts and feelings that I have at times.
- 4:47SPEAKER_00: Or because it's just hard to find other people who really get it.
- 4:51SPEAKER_00: I remember wanting to crawl out of my skin when a therapist suggested to me to slow down many times over, with a look of complete overwhelm on his eyes.
- 5:02SPEAKER_00: It was so clear that my ambition and my drive was overwhelming him.
- 5:07SPEAKER_00: It wasn't reassuring to say the least.
- 5:10SPEAKER_00: So I wanted to create a space for women where someone really gets it.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: I'm in the thick of this myself.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: I'm running two of my own businesses, and I also help women with mental health and mindset and sustainability, so I can see this from both sides.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: That's really where the passion comes from.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: I want to create a space that's really actionable and clear, but also private and confidential for those of you in powerful and discreet positions.
- 5:39SPEAKER_00: Psychology and business, while they seem really separate, they're actually very integrated.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: And I want this podcast to be a place where we both explore the stress of business and also the strategy behind business.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: Because when one is working, the other works too.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: And when one fails, so too does the other.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: They're intertwined always.
- 6:01SPEAKER_00: On the business front, I help women with high-touch one-to-one partnerships over a 90-day span.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: This is the practical side of business, and I'll be bringing those tactics taught in consulting here.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: We'll be addressing how leaders and entrepreneurs can gain clarity and focus in the systems of business.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: Maybe you're hitting a revenue ceiling and you don't know where to go.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: You know, you don't need another lengthy course that you don't have time for.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: You need someone addressing the nitty-gritty as efficiently as possible.
- 6:34SPEAKER_00: This is a place for that too.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: It's about strategy, clarity, and context.
- 6:39SPEAKER_00: We'll look at revenue, offerings, lead generation, marketing, and so much more.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: I want you supported in growing a sustainable business that supports your ambitious for years to come, not just Q4.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: My goal is never to make you feel like you need to dampen your drive, but rather to give you high-level strategies that can support you on the ground to make the best of your ambition.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: I don't want to sell you my version of success.
- 7:09SPEAKER_00: I want to offer insights that will help you to build your own version of success in a way that feels authentic to the life that you are building.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: I am about helping women move from reactive to responsive, both inside of themselves and in their businesses.
- 7:26SPEAKER_00: We'll dive deep into the whole picture of business and of self.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: What might be missing?
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: What are the challenges that you face, and I'll equip you to lead from a place of responsiveness, from a place of clarity and alignment with who you want to be.
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: That's why I'm here, and I'm so excited for you to be here too.
- 7:47SPEAKER_00: This isn't a pep talk.
- 7:48SPEAKER_00: We're going to get right to the point of showing up with more ease in the boardroom and inside of yourself because they're equally important.
- 7:57SPEAKER_00: So let's close the tabs in our brains and lead well.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: Until next week.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: I'm wishing you more peace, more power, and more purpose.
