McTavish to Blues: Power, Potential, and Playoff Push
The St. Louis Blues just pulled off a blockbuster trade, acquiring dynamic forward Mason McTavish from the Ducks in exchange for their 15th and 29th overall picks. At just 23, McTavish has the potential to explode into a 60-point scorer and brings a physical, gritty edge that fits perfectly with their young, rising core—Dylan Holloway, Jimmy Snuggerud, Philip Broberg, and Joel Hofer. This move isn’t about rebuilding; it’s about retooling, and McTavish could become the franchise’s next star, elevating the Blues into a playoff contender next season.
