- 0:00Hello everyone.
- 0:01It's Michael Jacob with Unleashing Intuition Secrets.
- 0:03Joined today by TR Evans and he's the bestselling author
- 0:08of Call It Insurrection.
- 0:09Comrade January 6th.
- 0:12None dare call it justice.
- 0:14It's the story of a man who refused to accept the injustice of the
- 0:17Biden Administration's Department of Justice and Democrats during the
- 0:21attacks launched against conservatives in the wake of January 6th.
- 0:26Tr thanks for joining us.
- 0:28Hey, thank you so much for having me.
- 0:29Good to be here with you.
- 0:30Nice to see you again.
- 0:31Just a week out from what, two weeks out from when I saw you last, which is
- 0:34it's been a while between time visits, but nice to have seen you in Vegas.
- 0:38Yeah.
- 0:38That bond gate was pretty amazing insights.
- 0:41And you, yeah, you spoke and you were absolutely amazing and I get to meet
- 0:45you and we talked a little bit, but Wow.
- 0:47Incredible event.
- 0:49Oh yeah, it was a great event.
- 0:50Thanks to those guys for putting on a fantastic event.
- 0:53Matt, Mac and Juan and those guys just do a great, outstanding job.
- 0:55They just keep coming with the very important topics.
- 0:58But, that topic had a lot to do with whistleblowers, what happens to 'em, how
- 1:02they're marginalized, how they, get, run off the rails, if you will by the system.
- 1:07The process is the punishment.
- 1:08We keep hearing it, but we provide these real world examples of cases
- 1:11like this on a regular basis.
- 1:13And sad, I'm sad to say we have so many of them.
- 1:16We have at condemn SA we have quite a few cases like that, whether it be the
- 1:21Shayna Gabriella's or the Tina Peters or Patrick Byrne, the people that have stood
- 1:27up and fought back against the machine.
- 1:29Have experienced an unprecedented amount of attack.
- 1:33And rather it comes from the civil actions of the hard left that works in, concert
- 1:40with what once was their controlling DOJ apparatus systematic wealth extraction
- 1:44machine, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera.
- 1:47We just I'm just still baffled, I could almost see it if they're
- 1:50like, Hey, we can't get to all these injustices and go backward.
- 1:54My question is as to Todd Blanche and once Pam Bondy, the question I've
- 1:57been asking is why are we watching prosecutions and persecutions
- 2:03ongoing under this administration?
- 2:06And I'll illustrate one case, if you don't mind.
- 2:08Jacob, I just wanna share with you that Sha GLA is a case that if you're a parent
- 2:13or you care about children or you believe in religious liberties or parental
- 2:17rights, which I think is consistent with the vast majority of Americans.
- 2:22And then we have this ludicrous left that has this ideology
- 2:27that you don't have any rights.
- 2:28That the administration, the school will take over and be the controlling interest.
- 2:34And it's not an attack on Pam Bondi.
- 2:37It's not an attack on Todd Blanche.
- 2:39It's a request.
- 2:41I say two ways.
- 2:42It's a request that you listen and a demand that you uphold your oath.
- 2:46That oath was to the United States Constitution, IE the people that
- 2:51you would uphold, for the people and carry out justice, et cetera.
- 2:54The injustices that are happening on their watch, and I know they can't
- 2:58be aware of everything, so I ask that they listen and we're getting some good
- 3:01communication, hopefully it's gonna improve that they listen to these matters.
- 3:05Like when Shayna Gabriela was prosecuted, there was a holdover from the Biden Air
- 3:09Administration and this is still going.
- 3:12That they have to right these wrongs.
- 3:14And gateway pundits covered it.
- 3:15Earl America's voice has covered this case a number of times.
- 3:19We're covering it all the time on my show.
- 3:21And you're giving us an opportunity to talk about that kind of injustice now.
- 3:24But when a parent says to the school, hands off, no, we're not doing any of
- 3:29these things, whether it's transitioning or whatever it was, which in this
- 3:32case the mother states that they were trying to transition the child.
- 3:34And from what I've seen, it's certainly concerning and.
- 3:38It doesn't really matter because if the mother wants to take the child from
- 3:41the school, her 15-year-old son from the school and send him to a Christian
- 3:44school in Missouri, I don't know what the administration, the state of
- 3:48California, whomever, has to stop her.
- 3:51There was no order, custody.
- 3:53Order.
- 3:53She had custody.
- 3:54She and the father who she's estranged with but so communicates
- 3:58with, that they're divorced.
- 4:00They agreed to this course of action to send the child to the school.
- 4:04And the Biden area.
- 4:06Merrick Garland's, DOJ had the FBI raid the school, had the mother
- 4:11arrested, and she was simply trying to protect her child.
- 4:15She had that right, and whether the child agrees or not, if I tell my child
- 4:19they're gonna rule rake in the lawn this weekend, I don't care if you agree or
- 4:24not, that's what we're doing, right?
- 4:26The same as if I say that, you're gonna get grounded if you
- 4:28don't make at least Cs, right?
- 4:30Or.
- 4:31Your allowance is going down.
- 4:32If you're not making A's and B's, whatever the stipulation is that a
- 4:35parent delivers within reason, that's not abusive should be the right.
- 4:39But what they've done is they've twisted the moral fabric to
- 4:43manipulate the matter into that.
- 4:45It's an abuse against the child in affront to the child's rights when the when they
- 4:50have not, when they, when the child wants to do something, the parent says, no, IE
- 4:55take medications to transition, whatever.
- 4:58That can't stand.
- 4:59We can't live in a country like that where it's an administrative state rule.
- 5:04And that's a very big concern that we have at Condemned DSA.
- 5:07It's what we're working on.
- 5:08These are the kind of battles we're fighting.
- 5:10Not to mention the Tina Peters, Patrick Burns and others.
- 5:12But I don't wanna, sorry, I don't want to go on a monologue here, and
- 5:15I'll leave you outta your own show.
- 5:16I apologize.
- 5:16I know you're a guy with a lot to say and I appreciate your voice, so Please
- 5:20no I love it when a guest like yourself just goes down, down those
- 5:23rabbit holes and starts revealing.
- 5:25So I'm reading your book.
- 5:27It's excellently written very well.
- 5:30Thank you.
- 5:30Tri I got engrossed right from the first sentence.
- 5:34I was like, wow, this is really good.
- 5:36Great presentation.
- 5:37Great example of what the Department of Justice FBI were doing, SWAT
- 5:40teams, all that crazy stuff.
- 5:43You right from the beginning, you started standing up for yourself, and
- 5:46I think that really made an impact.
- 5:49Yeah.
- 5:49There was a time when it started that I was like, okay, what do we do here?
- 5:53Do we keep our head down and shut up and try and.
- 5:56I went to see a former federal prosecutor who's a defense counsel that was
- 6:00recommended by my business attorney.
- 6:02I've never had a criminal attorney in my adult life, I'd never
- 6:05done anything that I thought was warranting a criminal prosecution.
- 6:09Yeah, I may have done some stupid shit as a kid, excuse my French, but I may have
- 6:13done some stupid crap as a teenage boy that I'm like, Ooh, glad I never, no one
- 6:17was harmed, I don't remember any property being destroyed or anything of that
- 6:21nature, but, and, adolescent nonsense.
- 6:24But watching what happened, I just I just from the start, I just had, it
- 6:28was the truth, they were coming at me with a lie in the very beginning
- 6:32and a SWAT team rating my home after they had been to visit me.
- 6:35I was like, the, you gotta remember the FBI literally shows up.
- 6:39I'm out.
- 6:40There's a mother that's dropping off.
- 6:42A child she was dropping off a couple of young girls here that I think my
- 6:45son, that's friends, they were probably preteen or teen tweens as they call 'em.
- 6:51Yeah.
- 6:51In that realm.
- 6:52And she was, she wanted to make sure that there was a parent home,
- 6:55that she wasn't dropping her, tween daughters off in an unsupervised
- 6:59environment with teenage boys.
- 7:00Good on her.
- 7:01Good.
- 7:01That's what we do as parents because IE we're responsible for them.
- 7:05So the, the unique response of twist ability or twist on responsibility.
- 7:09Excuse me.
- 7:10This accident's been a little rough on me with the, may I misplaced
- 7:13some words and have a little bit of a hard time, but there's a unique
- 7:16twist on that responsibility that this is what I was talking about.
- 7:20This is juxtaposition.
- 7:21The Biden administration would tell you that you don't have the ability
- 7:25to take control of your child.
- 7:27That's up to the state, right?
- 7:28They're totally in charge of the decision unless your child takes your gun.
- 7:33And then suddenly you become responsible for their actions.
- 7:35Or unless your child's not attending school, then you are responsible for
- 7:38the truancy and can be held accountable.
- 7:40Unless your child commits a crime or an offense with your vehicle, then you can
- 7:43be held accountable or on your property, then you can be held accountable.
- 7:46So there's a juxtaposition, as the shift of moral code and responsibility
- 7:52when it comes to how they administered justice and how they view it.
- 7:55The left if your child wants to transition, that's the right,
- 7:58you have nothing to say about it.
- 7:59If your child.
- 8:00Wants to do whatever else you're responsible for, their actions if
- 8:03that, but you lose the responsibility for their actions and the ability to
- 8:07control actions as soon as it becomes an issue that is at the forefront of
- 8:12the insurgency that operates within our country, IE the Democrat party.
- 8:17Yeah.
- 8:17And you you outlined that very well in the beginning of your book.
- 8:20The Department of Justice horrific the way they came in and timed it.
- 8:25As your, you and your wife are gonna go to your your father-in-law's fu
- 8:29funeral home to do an observation
- 8:32viewing the body.
- 8:32Yeah.
- 8:33And your son was being held at gunpoint outside your door as
- 8:37they're coming up to arrest you.
- 8:39Yeah.
- 8:39Those videos, we put those out in the documentary Bloody Hill.
- 8:42We put 'em out other places.
- 8:43I think I've seen it in so many documentary films that image of my.
- 8:4713-year-old son.
- 8:48Here's a boy.
- 8:49Typical 13-year-old boy, headed to school in a pair of basketball shorts
- 8:52and a t-shirt, whatever it is, SpongeBob or who knows, headed out the door to
- 8:57school with a backpack on 13 years old.
- 9:00Innocent as the day is long.
- 9:02And here you are.
- 9:04All of a sudden there's automatic rifles pointed at the child and
- 9:07you're thinking these people are looking for another way to go.
- 9:09They are seeking another Ruby Ridge.
- 9:12That's what we have here.
- 9:14Wow.
- 9:14That, over a misdemeanor what ultimately is resolved with a misdemeanor.
- 9:18You're rating my house as if I. And I could hear 'em.
- 9:21I, look, Jake, I know what you did in your history and I hear these guys
- 9:24going through the house and yelling clear and, it's if they put this much
- 9:28effort into, actually hunting criminals and traffickers and so forth, then
- 9:33I think they would've, been a much better administration under Biden.
- 9:35But unfortunately, they spent all of this time and I think.
- 9:40I always believe, I think it's hard to get away from the idea
- 9:42that we were political fodder.
- 9:44We were just part of the Get Trump machine, and they needed, I think
- 9:48that the Merrick Garland Institution under the Department of Justice
- 9:53needed a Ruby Ridge or Waco.
- 9:55So they could point to that and say, C, we told you these people are
- 9:58violent people, but they never got it.
- 10:01They got a bunch of guys that walked out the door going, what are you doing?
- 10:04Don't hurt my family.
- 10:06Why is this happening?
- 10:07What's going on?
- 10:08And time and time again, SWAT teams and efforts and there was a lot of
- 10:12D-O-J-F-B-I that refused to do it, that just said, no, we're not doing it.
- 10:15And they those that refused were retaliated against, they
- 10:19got passed over promotion.
- 10:21That we saw that, we had Delray Beach on and many others that
- 10:23went through these things that said, Hey, wait a minute, we have.
- 10:26Murderers and real terrorists and child traffickers and these, we're
- 10:30working on crimes and moral turpitude.
- 10:32I'm not interested in chasing around some grandma that walked
- 10:35into the building and prayed for the officers and walked back out.
- 10:38If you want us to do a raid on someone that assaulted law
- 10:40enforcement, okay, we'll take a look, but we're not doing this.
- 10:44And the pushback got 'em in a lot of trouble.
- 10:45They were pushed out ostracized.
- 10:47And that's where senior executive services comes in and presses people like this out.
- 10:51And then they ask for an investigation as a whistleblower.
- 10:54And the inspectors don't do their job.
- 10:57They're, because they're bought and paid for activists as well.
- 11:01So you don't have a remedy out here.
- 11:03There is no remedy unless the Department of Justice makes admissions.
- 11:06That's about all we're gonna get.
- 11:08And I think what with the recent prosecutions happening in dc, the
- 11:10attempts that Harmony di and others have made, at making prosecution
- 11:15stick for people, they can't get it.
- 11:17So a guy throws a sandwich at Secret Service.
- 11:19He's, that's not assault or a 2 31 obstruction or any of these things, right?
- 11:23Two, none of these, it's, it has, doesn't fall under any of that.
- 11:26All of a sudden, that's an acquittal.
- 11:28Everybody's fine.
- 11:29But a proud boy throws a half empty water ball bottle that doesn't hit anyone that
- 11:34lands 15 feet short of a police line, and he's convicted on assault and he
- 11:37is convicted on obstruction of justice.
- 11:40This is the mentality of the hard left that operates within DC and you're
- 11:45not gonna change those people's minds.
- 11:47So the convictions I don't think are coming, which is why I think the DOJ
- 11:50has the responsibility to open the files, let the American people see.
- 11:54Allow the court of opinion to see how bad this really was with
- 11:57the January 6th prosecutions.
- 11:59Open that file, let people see, make the proper admissions, and
- 12:02let these people file the proper claims and stop biting them on it.
- 12:05They know that this happened.
- 12:07Trump tells them all the time.
- 12:08The evidence is clear that people were.
- 12:10Admonished by this DOJ and they were targeted and attacked for political
- 12:14conservative viewpoints, and yet there's nothing's been done and they're all
- 12:18still, and people are still dying.
- 12:20People are still taking, j Sixers are still taking their life today.
- 12:23We just had one six weeks, seven weeks ago.
- 12:25This is a real thing.
- 12:27It's very serious.
- 12:28Their lives have been destroyed.
- 12:29They're unemployable.
- 12:31And without having someone hardcore conservative, and even then, think
- 12:34about it, then you gotta have 'em, they still have to deal with the public
- 12:37or deal with sales or whatever it is.
- 12:39So people find their name, they Google search it.
- 12:41That's how we do things in this day and age.
- 12:43And they can't get a job.
- 12:44They can't hold a job.
- 12:45It's happening all the time.
- 12:46Yeah.
- 12:46And they targeted some people while they're having their
- 12:49children's birthday parties.
- 12:52Unbelievable.
- 12:53So it was obvious an attack against conservatives by the Biden administration
- 12:57and Department of Justice and FBI.
- 13:00Yeah, it's just like when they went after the school board parents, right?
- 13:03This trans woke agenda, et cetera, et cetera, all of these
- 13:05things, it's all the same.
- 13:07It was very maligned and I'm very sad to see that was, that
- 13:10happened in our system of justice.
- 13:12And this is where people are like, oh, we gotta get the credibility
- 13:15of the Justice Department back.
- 13:16I've got simple words for you.
- 13:18Do the right thing regardless of the circumstances.
- 13:20It doesn't matter that you don't like someone.
- 13:23And I hear this all the time about the Department of Justice.
- 13:26They're gonna have to go through their history and, make sure it's
- 13:28someone they wanna stand for.
- 13:30Every American should, they should stand for every American.
- 13:33When an injustice occurs, it, I don't care.
- 13:36Like for instance, if a person's civil rights had been violated, if we're gonna
- 13:39be a country, a nation of laws, right?
- 13:41If we're gonna be a nation of laws and we're gonna follow up on them,
- 13:44we're gonna do the right thing.
- 13:45If a criminal, rather they're a murderer or a somebody that, a jaywalk, they
- 13:50have rights and they have to be uphold.
- 13:51You can't break the law to uphold the law and call it justice.
- 13:55That's not how it works.
- 13:56They have to fulfill their duty and oath and do things operationally sound
- 14:01consistent with the expectation of an officer of a court, more so a prosecutor.
- 14:06And that's just not happening.
- 14:07And I, again, I know there's a lot to do and there's a lot to
- 14:10uncover and a lot to unpack.
- 14:11So my plea to Todd Blanche and once Pam Bondy, but now Todd Blanche
- 14:15and whoever comes into that role is remember that your duty is to the
- 14:19United States Constitution and the people not to protecting an institution.
- 14:24The DOJ is form of government and its protection should only exist when it
- 14:29operates soundly and when it didn't.
- 14:31They should be admitting this.
- 14:32They should say this happened.
- 14:34I'm not saying that they're not.
- 14:35It's not an attack.
- 14:36But that is the responsibility.
- 14:38And I think a lot of people, what's drawing the ire of the court of public
- 14:42opinion, IE the American public is simply they're not seeing the action.
- 14:47And I will give them a pass on the prosecutions.
- 14:49'cause I don't think that you're going to get convictions in dc so they're gonna
- 14:53have to find a nexus to another district for some of these cases and bring it in
- 14:56under something else to get it outta dc.
- 14:59And I don't think people should be forum shopping, but unfortunately
- 15:04you're not gonna get any justice in the District of Columbia.
- 15:06We already see that anything that Trump's DOJ does, they're already
- 15:09thwarting and they're not gonna have it.
- 15:11So that's the answer and that's where Todd Blanc is.
- 15:14I know, I get it.
- 15:14It's a tough role.
- 15:15He has a lot of responsibility.
- 15:17However, again, it's really back to the basic core issue
- 15:21is protect the United States.
- 15:23People admit any wrongs of the Department of Justice and move forward and people
- 15:28like Jocelyn Valentine shouldn't be in office, shouldn't be anywhere near a
- 15:32public office, and she's still there.
- 15:34If you remember Jako, that's the, that is the woman that carried the dirty
- 15:38dossier on Michael Flynn Knowingly.
- 15:40She knew that she carried the dirty dossier to the court.
- 15:43And the rules of professional conduct for a prosecutor are even more stringent
- 15:47than they are for defense counsel.
- 15:49And as an officer of the court, she was a she's a just an absolute nut.
- 15:53She cannot be allowed to continue to practice law for the DOJ.
- 15:56At the very least, as far as I'm concerned, she should be disbarred.
- 16:00But not only that, she was head of the capital seeds unit, investigative unit,
- 16:04prosecution, et cetera, et cetera.
- 16:06She was a head of that right under Matthew Graves.
- 16:09So she was like third in line to the comms on controlling that nonsense.
- 16:13And they knew what they did.
- 16:15And I think a lot of times the USAs that were involved in those cases,
- 16:18three percenters, proud boys, et cetera, et cetera, et cetera, others
- 16:20barring Mr. Nestler, who is an absolute horrific individual that
- 16:24should also not be pro practicing law.
- 16:27But from the Oath Keepers trial, people may remember Nestler terrible individual.
- 16:31Any review of his record would show he has no more right or ability to practice
- 16:35law soundly than Jack Smith does.
- 16:38But we've added these people time and again.
- 16:40And as you get further in that book, you're gonna find that I wrote about this.
- 16:44We put this out in a documentary film in 2022, exposing that we had
- 16:48over 140 federal agents in the crowd.
- 16:51We're not talking about chss confidential human sources.
- 16:54We're not talking about these kinds of people that are paid
- 16:57informants or what have you.
- 16:59We're talking about actual federal agents, boots on the ground.
- 17:02And we knew they were there and we had identified many of them.
- 17:05Juan and I traveled the country showing videos to a lot of people like yourself.
- 17:08That said you may not have been one of 'em, but we showed 'em to
- 17:11a lot of people and they said, I know this guy's a contractor.
- 17:14I worked with him in such and such.
- 17:15I was in the sedan with this guy I was in, Belarus.
- 17:18I was here, I was there, Afghanistan, you name it, right?
- 17:21And over we were able to identify people.
- 17:23And it was amazing how the Department of Justice, the FBI sat and we watched Chris
- 17:27Ray sit on the stand and lie to Congress time and time and time again on from this,
- 17:33in this official position or capacity.
- 17:35And nothing's been done, but where are you gonna do it?
- 17:38Washington dc Good luck.
- 17:40The same justice that the January 6th people have very little chance
- 17:43of finding justice in DC as well.
- 17:46And unfortunately that's, one of the places we're gonna have to go to seek it.
- 17:50Yeah, definitely.
- 17:52They came for you in Texas, which I'm stunned.
- 17:54I thought Texas would, wouldn't allow that in their state.
- 17:58But yet they did.
- 17:59And very disconcerting.
- 18:02What do you, what are your thoughts on that?
- 18:03And yes I'm looking forward to getting deeper into your book.
- 18:06And get, find out more about, how you get to the point where you
- 18:10don't even have a college degree in in being a lawyer or whatever.
- 18:14But you're definitely doing, you lawyer it up yourself and you're pushing all
- 18:18these different issues that are making these guys tremble at this point.
- 18:21I I'm just stunned.
- 18:22It's absolutely incredible.
- 18:23Everybody should be going, wow, we got a real fighter here.
- 18:26Just like we saw those the two pilots that went down in Iran and they recovered them.
- 18:32Everybody's jumping up and down for, glee.
- 18:34This look how great we are.
- 18:35America is, you're one of those guys, that's doing the great things.
- 18:40Look I never wrote the blank check that you guys did and served in armed
- 18:43forces, and I certainly appreciate the service of you and all the people that
- 18:47make, make that happen, that make this world safe so that at least we have
- 18:50a chance to fight about, to battle internally with our Department of Justice.
- 18:54And it hasn't quite become a full Gestapo police state.
- 18:58We're sadly encroaching further down that line.
- 19:01And I, can't fashion myself in a likeness to those individuals if they have that
- 19:05kind of bravery and courage and commitment and having written that blank check.
- 19:08I will say this, my, I didn't start out with a goal, but, people have often asked,
- 19:13oh, message me to other people about this.
- 19:15I just wanna tell people that a regular person.
- 19:18Look, the law is not incredibly complicated, right?
- 19:21The pre procedure, rules of procedure in criminal court and the standing
- 19:25and everything about it and, whether it be civil or criminal action.
- 19:30It is different.
- 19:30And there's a lot to know.
- 19:31And I've spent the last, going on six years now working on it.
- 19:34So I've got a hell of an education.
- 19:36I got an education within, in all those trials.
- 19:38That any law student or attorney from any major firm would love
- 19:43to have had, that experience.
- 19:44People were fighting to get to those cases.
- 19:47And I was able to see 600 plus of them in just four years.
- 19:51And to do all those trials, proud boys, oath keepers, three percenters,
- 19:55be involved at every level of investigations and have access
- 20:00to that, just trove of discovery.
- 20:03And what we were able to uncover and catch the government lying time and
- 20:06time again, committing Brady violations committing violations of the court,
- 20:10allowing perjury, mourning, perjury, whichever one happened, in numerous
- 20:14cases, and watching disingenuous testimony that they knew was a lie.
- 20:18They allowed that to happen.
- 20:20It only fueled me further, right?
- 20:22And it drove me.
- 20:23I wrote, I started out by writing a document.
- 20:26Sean Winson helped tidy, tighten that thing up at the end and do the
- 20:29site work for the sighting for it.
- 20:31But I did a lot of research and wrote a document called The Weaponization
- 20:34and Justice back in, oh, late 21, early 22, I think we finally released it.
- 20:39We delivered 535 copies of that thing to every member of Congress.
- 20:43I went to, I flew, I didn't trust that it would get there any other
- 20:45way, and I went there and I walked the halls myself and deliver all day.
- 20:48Pulling a, pulling this little wagon, if you will, kind of thing, a little cart.
- 20:52And on the, in the latter part of it.
- 20:54But it started off with a, the carry on suitcase.
- 20:56And I'd put like a, I don't know, I think I'd carry like 80 of 'em in that
- 21:00thing and I would haul 'em around and.
- 21:03Going to offices and he going, can you imagine going into Nancy Pelosi's office?
- 21:07Hey, I'm Trainer Sevens from January 6th and I need to give you, get out terrorist.
- 21:12I'm like, oh, it was funny.
- 21:15And then, Loudermilk actually jettison some resource when
- 21:18he was head of a committee.
- 21:19And he said, look, if you need, you guys need to keep a few of those boxes here.
- 21:23You need to store a few of these boxes of these things here.
- 21:25You don't have to go back and forth to the hotel daily to get 'em.
- 21:28Just bring 'em in.
- 21:29And they helped me get 'em in the building, like three boxes of these
- 21:32things and to get 'em distributed.
- 21:34It was great.
- 21:34So we did get some help.
- 21:36There's people who are fighters out there.
- 21:37Marjorie Taylor Greene did a lot.
- 21:39I will say that Eli Crane, got involved.
- 21:42I was a little remiss that guys like Chip Roy really didn't get involved.
- 21:46And, but he was too busy calling us MAGA fuckers and all that nonsense.
- 21:50And that was his words, not mine by the way.
- 21:51It's just a quote.
- 21:53I'm disappointed in these things.
- 21:54I'm very disappointed in our members of Congress.
- 21:56Oh isn't he running for Attorney General there in Texas now?
- 22:00I look forward to Ken Paxton.
- 22:01Dustin him off, or, yeah.
- 22:02Or any Aaron Wayne I look if Chip had, if Chip Roy ends up being Attorney General.
- 22:07I agree with a lot of what he does.
- 22:08Paxton's moved to the Senate race.
- 22:10I, sorry, I misspoke there for a second.
- 22:12I had to rewind that.
- 22:13Paxton's been our ag for so long to, but when Paxton didn't help, I went to
- 22:17Paxton with the plan to help, stop the DOJ from doing what it was doing and
- 22:21encroaching on the rights and, this ridiculous system and say, we have a right
- 22:24to a compact and treaty that we have a treatise that we have for extradition.
- 22:28And they can simply tell the federal government, hey.
- 22:31We need to see these things and, weigh in on these charges
- 22:33before you lay a Texas citizen.
- 22:35They have a right to do that.
- 22:36And they could have done it.
- 22:37They could have protected their citizens.
- 22:39And that's why I put Ken Paxton up on billboards all across the
- 22:42country and including Times Square.
- 22:44He was up on digital billboards.
- 22:45And I was saying, is he gonna uphold his oath?
- 22:47And man, I never I like Ken Paxton, don't me wrong, I'm a fan, right?
- 22:51I like it.
- 22:51But when a politician is not doing what.
- 22:54I believe should be done, which I believe is the right course
- 22:56of action and upholding the law or protecting its people.
- 23:00I'm gonna speak up and I don't care if that's with the, massive state,
- 23:04nationwide billboard campaign and with Newark Times Square and, we were able
- 23:09to get those billboards up and, we made it's been, I think the Department of
- 23:13Justice and others have been very, it's been, I've been making it very clear
- 23:16that we, the people will have our voice.
- 23:18Look, I'm not gonna come, I'm not gonna come, stomp on your toe or,
- 23:22give you a wedgie or, give you a noogie or whatever they call it.
- 23:25I'm not, that's not what I'm here for,
- 23:27right?
- 23:27But I am going to make it known that we have a voice and that you're not operating
- 23:31correctly when these things happen.
- 23:33And it was my belief that Ken Paxton should have done more.
- 23:36And, January 6th was hyperbolic.
- 23:38Nobody wanted to touch it 'cause it was so all over the board.
- 23:40But calling it an in direction was an absolute farce.
- 23:43That's disturbing.
- 23:44What an insurrection actually is and what they will label one as, and
- 23:47then they'll call, mostly peaceful protests when $10 billion, billions
- 23:52of dollars in damage are happening.
- 23:53Over 50 lives are lost.
- 23:55That's mostly peaceful protest and social justice warriors while
- 23:59January 6th is an insurrection.
- 24:02Yeah, and they were calling it, the Pearl Harbor.
- 24:05And it was unbelievably ridiculous.
- 24:08Which is great insult to all those that, sur survive that.
- 24:12So yeah I'm amazed that, they had the audacity to do that and
- 24:15think they could get away with it.
- 24:17It's very disturbing.
- 24:19Very disturbing.
- 24:20I was looking, and I should have some laying around here on my desk and I
- 24:23just, I'm not wearing my pen, but I was gonna show you these pens you brought up.
- 24:27Like the, you said Pearl Harbor, which, I think Kamala Harris and Joe Biden
- 24:30regularly said it was like nine 11.
- 24:33Yep.
- 24:33And this is.
- 24:34Really good.
- 24:35I should go get it.
- 24:36I'll go get it for you.
- 24:36Oh, here's one right here.
- 24:37I knew they were right here.
- 24:38They just got buried by.
- 24:40I get busy.
- 24:41So these G six Patriot flags, how I can see that?
- 24:46There we go.
- 24:47I'm messing it up.
- 24:48But these are the, that set pendant that I wear, right?
- 24:51Yeah.
- 24:52Cool.
- 24:53And they're really cool.
- 24:54So the di the story on that is, I get a call one day from this guy and
- 24:58he says, Hey, my name's David Wolf.
- 25:00I said.
- 25:01Okay.
- 25:01And he said, I got referred to you by an attorney and a couple other attorneys.
- 25:04And he kept, and I said how can I help you?
- 25:06And he says listen, I have all the nine 11 diamonds.
- 25:09I said, what do you mean the nine 11 diamonds?
- 25:10He said I was the I was the appraiser for Chase Bank after nine 11.
- 25:15That was the bank in the bottom of the World Trade Center.
- 25:17And he said, listen, here's, it's a long story.
- 25:19A lot of things happened.
- 25:20A lot of people tried to claim jewelry and we couldn't do it.
- 25:22We got 11 claims on one piece and 26 on another, and nobody knew what,
- 25:26and he said, so as all the rubble was sifted and everything came out of
- 25:30it and handled the nine 11 diamonds, and that was how they paid me.
- 25:33He said, I just never, I never could do anything with it.
- 25:35There was historical pieces and I never knew what to do with them.
- 25:38And then when the Biden administration started calling this saying, it
- 25:41was like nine 11, I I said, no way.
- 25:44This can't stand.
- 25:46And he said, I knew that was the right time.
- 25:48So he fashioned these things.
- 25:49They're cool as heck.
- 25:51So I have one, I have the, I think it's piece number four in this
- 25:53collection of like a hundred and thirteen, nine eleven diamonds.
- 25:57I think they still have I think more than 50 of 'em left.
- 26:01And there'll never be more, it's it's a piece of history.
- 26:04So they fashion 'em with, the loop is in the shape of a J and then a six, right?
- 26:10If you look at it the other way.
- 26:11They did 'em, they're all like Tiffany level construction.
- 26:14It's all platinum and white gold.
- 26:17And it's a really, everyone stops me and asks me about this pen all the time.
- 26:20And the coolest part was they said, I want all I want, I wanna give all the proceeds,
- 26:23all the profit to your organization, to the 5 0 1 so you guys can fight law.
- 26:28I want you to help j Sixers.
- 26:29And then after the J six thing was over, I said look, it's pretty much over.
- 26:32We're still fighting for some justice and some resolution to some of the injustice.
- 26:36But he said no.
- 26:38He said, you guys have Tina Peters and all these other people, and Patrick Byrne.
- 26:41He said, just you guys keep taking it.
- 26:43No way.
- 26:44And so that's really cool.
- 26:45It's all the money ends up in the hands of where it needs to go to
- 26:48actually do something for this country.
- 26:50And so you turn to such a tragedy like nine 11 and January
- 26:536th and how it was positioned.
- 26:55Into a positive.
- 26:56And that's a beautiful man named David Wolf that does that.
- 26:59We have him up on the website on condemned USA, but they're very cool pieces.
- 27:04Very nice.
- 27:05Very nice.
- 27:06And yeah your website basically I was looking through that and
- 27:08I'll pull it up here in a second.
- 27:10Definitely you're supporting other people at this time and the one guy
- 27:14Arkansas State Senator John Woods.
- 27:17Oh, yeah.
- 27:19It's a tragic case.
- 27:20John Woods, Arkansas State Senator John Woods.
- 27:22So the Office of Public Integrity, right?
- 27:24Which was where Jack Smith was at the time.
- 27:27Launched in.
- 27:28So to get this, John Woods comes out and he's the first politician
- 27:31in Arkansas, I think he was a state senator and the state assembly, right
- 27:36to, to support Donald Trump, right?
- 27:40He supports Donald Trump.
- 27:42How dare he, right?
- 27:43And next thing a witch hunt is launched into him.
- 27:46This guy Jeremy Hutchinson and several others.
- 27:49And the claim was, is that they're they're oh, violating public trust
- 27:55by taking monies and misusing the current, money, et cetera.
- 27:58But it wasn't that anything went in his pocket.
- 28:00They're saying, oh, you gave to this Christian college, this Ecclesia college,
- 28:03but you were once on the, this guy you did business with is on the board.
- 28:07So it's all to benefit them.
- 28:08It's a, scheme and there was no scheme.
- 28:11What's interesting is they recorded, they ran like a two year sting on this,
- 28:14and when they finally went trial, the FBI agent Sesa was ordered to turn
- 28:20over all of the rest of the discovery.
- 28:22Now, here you have another case of the government goes in, they hand over
- 28:25a bunch of videos and say, here's a discovery, and then one of 'em is not.
- 28:30The video is not there.
- 28:32They or they got a video, excuse me, they got an extra video.
- 28:34They got a video that didn't both match with the number, and they're
- 28:38like why is there another video?
- 28:39And we don't have a number for that.
- 28:41So the judge recognizes that there's potentially a Brady violation.
- 28:45IE the prosecution failed to turn over enough evidence or all of the
- 28:48evidence to the defense counsel.
- 28:50So the judge orders agent Cesario to turn over his laptop right where
- 28:55all the original recordings were stored before they're turned over.
- 28:57He says, just turn it over to defense counsel.
- 29:00He takes the laptop and in class Hillary Clinton style goes to a professional
- 29:04computer place, has the thing wiped clean right professionally, and then
- 29:09goes home and proceeds to run one or two more bleach bit type programs
- 29:13on it to, wipe out the hard drive in the memory and then turns it in.
- 29:17And this all happened.
- 29:18He's admitted, he pled guilty to this.
- 29:21But interestingly enough, the Department of Justice.
- 29:24Never attempted to help.
- 29:25John Woods never delivered information to John Woods' Attorneys
- 29:28on this, and it gets worse.
- 29:30Michael, the Department of Justice, waited to charge and handle the case
- 29:35against Agent Cesario only because of all the public blowback I suggest contend
- 29:40I should say, but only because all the public blow back and the papers were
- 29:43demanding things, et cetera, et cetera.
- 29:44So they finally had to do something.
- 29:46And they still won't answer the FOIAs that judges have
- 29:49ordered 'em to answer long ago.
- 29:51Freedom of Information Act requests, they're still not answering those.
- 29:54And Agent Cesario pled guilty and got house arrest for what?
- 29:59For all this destruction evidence.
- 30:00And the problem is when an Brady violation occurs and there's destruction
- 30:04of evidence, the way it's supposed to work, the way it's supposed to
- 30:08work, is that it's supposed to be recognized that was grounds for
- 30:12a mistrial, et cetera, et cetera.
- 30:13Except now we have.
- 30:15Judges who, amazing, they have a crystal ball into the mind of the jurors and
- 30:20they can say we, we don't think this is enough that it would've overturned it.
- 30:24But the whole problem is Brady shouldn't happen.
- 30:26It's not up to the judge to decide what if it would've had an
- 30:29effect on the mind of the juror.
- 30:30And it's not up to the judge to decide whether or not it might
- 30:33have led to another line of questions for the defense counsel.
- 30:36What if they, Hey, get this.
- 30:38Let's do this.
- 30:38Let's check into this guy.
- 30:39This his legitimacy.
- 30:40And it's a way.
- 30:41But they knew it would hurt them on the stand.
- 30:43It would hurt their case.
- 30:45So they bury the whole thing and do and that's what happened to John Woods
- 30:48and let him in jail.
- 30:49He's still in jail for seven years now.
- 30:51He's,
- 30:51he's still there.
- 30:52This administration, I'm telling you, president Trump, I don't care who it is,
- 30:56Vance Day, Todd Blanche, somebody at the Justice Department, me, Dylan, somebody
- 31:02wake up and grab a cup of coffee and get on this because this guy has been
- 31:06sitting seven years and since I've been working with him now about two years.
- 31:10I've got it.
- 31:11It gets worse.
- 31:11Michael, you're not gonna like this Jayco, but this is how it got worse.
- 31:15The neglect.
- 31:17He was in Bastrop detention center.
- 31:19It's a camp low minimum, as low as you can go, bunkhouse kind of thing.
- 31:24And that's where he was doing his time.
- 31:27And he has not had no, like medical history, never asked to go.
- 31:31Seven years he's been in, never really asked to go to medical.
- 31:34No.
- 31:34No requests, just, updates and checkups.
- 31:36John Woods tells him he can't get outta bed.
- 31:38I can't go to work.
- 31:40He has this terrible stuff going on and he is just beaten up.
- 31:43Die, can't get outta bed.
- 31:44Can't breathe, has no energy.
- 31:46They ignore it.
- 31:47Here, have some aspirin.
- 31:48Go back to bed.
- 31:49Have some aspirin.
- 31:49Rest, aspirin, rest, aspirin, rest.
- 31:51This goes on for months.
- 31:52Finally, there happens to be a visiting cardiologist to the hospital.
- 31:58And John's, somebody out there says, Hey, you gotta look at this
- 32:02guy or something really wrong.
- 32:03They're not treating him.
- 32:05He ends up getting seen by this cardiologist who's holy crap.
- 32:08They immediately rush him from the prison to a hospital, perform open
- 32:13heart surgery and put a pacemaker in and said, he is lucky he was
- 32:15still alive when they got to him.
- 32:17Wow.
- 32:17So he's got a pace.
- 32:18He has a pacemaker.
- 32:20Not say he might not have died had it not been for this cardiologist and yet.
- 32:25He's been transferred around, not given his medication and all of this.
- 32:30This is 47 years old man, 47 years old, and they could have killed him over this.
- 32:36He shouldn't be there in the first place.
- 32:37Jack Smith opened a bogus investigation.
- 32:39It was politically targeted, it was an awful another affront to Justice run by
- 32:44the, Department of Justice, or Department of Injustice, as we should call them.
- 32:48And people like John Woods are still sitting in prison seven years later.
- 32:52Seven years later.
- 32:54No, I can understand.
- 32:55The Clinton, lingering fraud and all the bullshit that went on with
- 32:58the Clintons, but you have Sarah Hucker be Sanders in there now.
- 33:02Why ain't she getting involved in something like this?
- 33:05I don't get it right.
- 33:06This is outta Arkansas.
- 33:07This is one of your own.
- 33:08And, look, let's just say, let's just play the devil's advocate and say the
- 33:12guy did do some of these things, which I really don't believe he's done.
- 33:14I went through the discovery.
- 33:16We're very careful.
- 33:17Peter ton's, very careful with the cases he takes.
- 33:19And I'm very careful with what I advise him on.
- 33:22And I, it just didn't happen.
- 33:24It just didn't happen.
- 33:25The money went to a college, that was the attack.
- 33:27A Christian college people didn't like it and they came after it.
- 33:31And that's what it is.
- 33:32It was an attack on Christian conservatism and it was attack a guy like John
- 33:35Woods who would stand up for Trump.
- 33:37In the first run against Hillary, and I'll be damned, you wouldn't believe this guy
- 33:42is still sitting there and had a pacemaker and we're like, they're like looking
- 33:47into his prison history background.
- 33:48Oh, we don't know.
- 33:49We gotta make sure he wasn't ever any fights or anything.
- 33:51I'm like, the left can pardon the people that literally what was the woman that
- 33:56became head of the Black Lives Matter movement that pardoned they pardoned her.
- 34:00And she actually blew up, or she was part of the
- 34:03right
- 34:03bombing of the Senate Heart Wing building of the United States Senate.
- 34:07Like what?
- 34:09And they don't have a problem.
- 34:10The left doesn't care.
- 34:11They have no problem with what they do.
- 34:13They're not worried about saving face, they're not worried about that.
- 34:15They know the papers will take care of it for 'em.
- 34:18But yet here we go.
- 34:19We gotta worry.
- 34:20We gotta look back and make sure that he didn't not return a library
- 34:23book when he was in kindergarten.
- 34:25Before we can issue a pardon when it's, when you're on the
- 34:27conservative side of the aisle.
- 34:30Wow.
- 34:31It's unbelievable.
- 34:32Help, I know you've helped a lot of j Sixers and you're
- 34:34helping a lot of people now.
- 34:36What's your focus now?
- 34:37Do you think this is gonna turn around the justice system?
- 34:40Do you think it's ever gonna turn around
- 34:43if it doesn't?
- 34:45People like President Trump, yourself?
- 34:47Me and those that have been on the front lines of this are gonna be very sorry.
- 34:52That we did not force them to take a bold action and actually do something because
- 34:56this idea that, we're just gonna move on and we're gonna do the right thing from
- 35:00here forward is a bad idea in my opinion.
- 35:03It's a very bad idea.
- 35:05And they're going to the left, gets back in, they'll immediately do what they do.
- 35:09Watch 'em, they'll nuke the filibuster pack the court wield
- 35:13the Department of Justice again.
- 35:15The left, the norm EISs of the world are already drafting indictments and
- 35:19actions to take about against people.
- 35:21Pam Bondy's now facing some kind of bar complaint nonsense out of,
- 35:26from being in her official capacity.
- 35:28What she does in her official capacity, the Bar Association
- 35:32can't do anything about.
- 35:33That's absolutely absurd.
- 35:35But yet here we are, we're back to immunity, qualified immunity.
- 35:39They'll have a strong application of it, as long as you're.
- 35:42A fentanyl addict, no good.
- 35:44Home invasion, George Floyd type, then that's all fine and dandy.
- 35:48We can, come after you, right?
- 35:50Or we will support you and you're a victim, but yet a person like Shayna,
- 35:55Gabriela, John Woods, et cetera, et cetera, Michael Castro, and those guys
- 35:58are straight, pat, Brian, Martins and Fran I, that they're all criminals.
- 36:03These are the criminals.
- 36:04We gotta get 'em.
- 36:05What sense does that make?
- 36:06You can't live in, you cannot have this two tier justice system.
- 36:10They did it in Russia, they did it in China before the full communist takeovers.
- 36:13And that's what we're seeing here.
- 36:16Definitely.
- 36:17Now you and professor David Clements, both of you guys spoke
- 36:20same time, or one right to the other.
- 36:23And both of you were talking about what Abraham Lincoln did.
- 36:26Basically suspend.
- 36:28Habeas corpus do you think that could be something that could really
- 36:31push things in the right direction?
- 36:34You have no choice.
- 36:34I think the president has no choice.
- 36:36You wanna win this war.
- 36:37You said you're gonna come here and drain the swamp.
- 36:38You actually wanna get something done.
- 36:39We're gonna have to have suspension of habeas corpus.
- 36:41We're gonna have, it's gonna be uncomfortable.
- 36:43We're gonna have to mil military tribunals, and we're
- 36:45gonna have to root out people.
- 36:47That are breaking the law.
- 36:48We can't suffer another year without prosecutions for the act blue people.
- 36:52We can't suffer another year without corrupt DOJ people being held accountable.
- 36:56We can't suffer another year.
- 36:58It's too close to the end, I believe for this country.
- 37:00We have made it a, very glorious 250 years as of this year, as the years before that
- 37:06really sanctified who we are as a people and what we're gonna be as a country.
- 37:09We were very welcoming.
- 37:11But there was rules, there was some standards in place and now here we are
- 37:14where we're lacking so much of that across the board, we just don't see enough.
- 37:19And we see the weaponization of the government carrying on today.
- 37:23Yeah.
- 37:24Yeah, I agree.
- 37:25I think the the judicial system is so corrupt.
- 37:28It has to be has to be some kind of suspension of their ability
- 37:31to step in and control their.
- 37:33Our country.
- 37:34And
- 37:35yeah, you're talking about absolute impropriety bias.
- 37:37Activists under the robe we look, you have to look no further.
- 37:41I, it's, you're gonna find some of that in the book, but I wrote about Tonya
- 37:44Chut and her grandfather, Frank Hill was the leader of the Jamaican movement
- 37:49over there for the Communist Party.
- 37:51And a lot of financial analysts, other people have
- 37:54seen that, has been told to me.
- 37:55And I've read quite a bit about him.
- 37:57You know that many of people in Jamaica they blame him and say he's the reason
- 38:02for the so the financial collapse, right?
- 38:06You have, this is the kind of thing that's consistent and it's not just him.
- 38:10You have Judge Dabney Friedrich on the bench.
- 38:12She was my DC judge, her husband was Michael Friedrich.
- 38:15He was the guy that carried the dirty order against Alaska
- 38:18State Senator Ted Stevens.
- 38:19So she, he does the wrong thing.
- 38:22Against Ted.
- 38:23Steven.
- 38:23Ted season lives his race, by the way.
- 38:26That's how we got Obamacare.
- 38:27Ted Steven was a big proponent against it, and they didn't have the
- 38:29votes without getting rid of him.
- 38:31Wow.
- 38:31They got rid.
- 38:32Yeah.
- 38:32So we got Obamacare after he got rid of him.
- 38:34If you don't know that he was a key figure in stopping Obamacare and centralized the
- 38:39centralized socialized medicine scenario.
- 38:42Yeah.
- 38:42And Ted Stevens was then ousted by a campaign, supposed campaign
- 38:46finance, which the court agreed eventually they dismissed the case.
- 38:49But Emmett Sullivan, the judge was in it.
- 38:51Michael Friedrich was a prosecutor on that case, the A USA, and then
- 38:55shortly thereafter, his wife becomes a federal district judge in dc.
- 39:01And the list goes on.
- 39:02I can do this, I can do this for the next hour and a half with
- 39:04talking to judge after judge.
- 39:06I
- 39:06know you're
- 39:07make
- 39:07your mind is unbelievable when it comes to this.
- 39:09You're just like a encyclopedia.
- 39:11You just like start boom.
- 39:13Just like you were just, everybody just saw It's like wham.
- 39:16So yeah you've reached a, an incredible level.
- 39:18Now, so we're talking about the military tribunals.
- 39:22Would you be involved in something like that?
- 39:24How would that work?
- 39:26I'd just like to volunteer to I don't know how we're gonna do
- 39:29it, but I wanna volunteer to pull the lever and watch 'em swing.
- 39:34And I think there's Roger.
- 39:35Yeah.
- 39:36Yeah.
- 39:36There's a lot of people who'd like to be there to pull that lever.
- 39:38Yeah.
- 39:39So I, I can share, but I just want my hand on the lever, at least once
- 39:44I wanna volunteer to be the hangman.
- 39:47Yeah.
- 39:47And I've heard from people that are, I have just gotten a call
- 39:49to actually go down to Guantanamo to be potentially part of that.
- 39:53So that's, it looks like it's moving that direction.
- 39:56I don't know what it's moving to.
- 39:57I can't sound like to speculate and I agree.
- 39:59I, but I have, we have JAG officers that I know that have
- 40:02been called back up to active duty
- 40:04600
- 40:04and placed in various places around the country.
- 40:06Nothing's happening.
- 40:07What it is, I don't wanna speculate 'cause I don't wanna, I, I hate being
- 40:10that guy where it gets it totally wrong.
- 40:12And then just four months later, nothing happened.
- 40:15I will say that the waiting game of, don't worry, it's about to happen.
- 40:18It's about to happen.
- 40:20Not with it, not buying it, I don't think anything's about to happen.
- 40:23I think we're about to get a report, we're about to get some
- 40:26damage control for the image.
- 40:28And hopefully maybe it was Pam Bondi was the holdup, and Todd's
- 40:32now free to, March forward.
- 40:33Maybe that was it.
- 40:34I don't know.
- 40:36Yeah, I've heard a lot of people say that they're up for it move in that position.
- 40:40But you think that Todd's gonna be good?
- 40:43Look I think Todd has the ability to be good.
- 40:46I think we all have the ability to be good.
- 40:48If you want me to speculate that Todd Blanche is gonna be the go-getter,
- 40:51the fire brand, the fighter that we were looking for when we put up a
- 40:54Matt Gaetz or someone I don't know.
- 40:57I haven't seen that out of him yet, so I can't, it's hard to say that when I can't.
- 41:01I haven't seen those kind of actions take place.
- 41:03I haven't seen Mr. Blanche, you do the job
- 41:06right.
- 41:06Consistent with what the president ran on.
- 41:09And no, it shouldn't be political at the DOJI get it, but consistent with
- 41:13accountability I haven't seen you really doing the big top line down work here.
- 41:21I believe you can, and I believe he will, and I'm gonna support him still.
- 41:26I'm gonna give him, a little more time.
- 41:28But at some point the American people's patience wears that and
- 41:31you just, we're gonna have to move on and try something else.
- 41:35Yeah, definitely.
- 41:36So your book bestseller but do you have plans, were you talking about another
- 41:41book or do you have another book?
- 41:43I do.
- 41:43I actually wrote something.
- 41:44You funny, you said encyclopedia.
- 41:45I actually wrote a book called The Encyclopedia of January 6th.
- 41:48It's sitting there, 240 something thousand words.
- 41:52It's just sitting there.
- 41:53I don't know what I'm gonna do with it.
- 41:54I haven't decided if I'm gonna publish it.
- 41:56I've been leaving excerpts of out his breadcrumbs, if you will.
- 41:59Yeah.
- 41:59Sharing those within articles like Gateway Pond or Real America's Voice and providing
- 42:04it to news outlets, et cetera, et cetera.
- 42:06And saying, here, take a look for yourself.
- 42:07Try cha beat any fact in here.
- 42:09Be, choose challenge of fact in this book.
- 42:11And, I'll give you an hour to draw a crowd and kiss your proverbial, you know
- 42:14what, and no one's been able to find that.
- 42:17So that's where I'm headed.
- 42:19Very good.
- 42:20Very good.
- 42:21Your book now is on Amazon.
- 42:22Any, and you have get the website.
- 42:25Any other ways that people can reach you or,
- 42:28yeah.
- 42:28Amazon Barnes and, no, we can get the book there.
- 42:30You can reach me.
- 42:31It's really simple.
- 42:31T-R-E-N-I-S s@condemnusa.com.
- 42:35Email's open.
- 42:36I'll listen to cases.
- 42:37We review these cases, we make determinations.
- 42:40We do legal or legislative strategy, civil defense, whatever it may be.
- 42:45And we crank forward.
- 42:45We're I believe we're on track.
- 42:47I do believe before the July 4th holidays over the Titon Law Group myself, will
- 42:53collectively have half a dozen pardons for J six, people, and not just J
- 42:57Sixers, but people in as a whole.
- 43:00I don't want to, try and label 'em as to which.
- 43:02Yeah, but we have we've said we have several on file now and, we need to
- 43:06have the one, we need, the ones we need that are really pivotal or people
- 43:09are really facing some problems.
- 43:11Shane and Gabriela goes to sentencing here in just a couple
- 43:13weeks et cetera, et cetera.
- 43:15So that's where, and that's, i's I've been supporting people for years in this fight.
- 43:20And we're not wealthy people.
- 43:23We're just good hardworking Americans.
- 43:24Things went well for us in business and we were able to do.
- 43:27Some great things, you can wipe that out pretty quick.
- 43:29When you fight the federal government for four years, endless resources to fire your
- 43:33own checkbook back at you as a weapon.
- 43:36It's sad,
- 43:37it's unbelievable, isn't it?
- 43:38Wow.
- 43:39Yeah.
- 43:40Yep.
- 43:40Trent great honor and pleasure have you on.
- 43:43Thanks.
- 43:43Thanks a lot for coming in and sharing your insights your
- 43:46patriot and a hero in my opinion.
- 43:48So thanks so much for what you're doing.
- 43:51Man.
- 43:51Thanks so much Mr. Jaco.
- 43:53Thanks for having me on.
- 43:54It's great to have you, be here with you and it's been a nice conversation.
- 43:57And tell your wife I am working on that.
- 43:59I'm working on calling it a nation.
- 44:01All right.
- 44:01Very good.
- 44:03Thanks so much.
- 44:05All right.
- 44:05Take care.
