- 0:16distinctions, possibilities, new ways of thinking, and just bring
- 0:20some joy into the world. So welcome to the coop and let's
- 0:23start your day off in a fantastic way.
- 0:27Hey everybody, good morning from the chicken coop.
- 0:30I was just recently reading a book about energies and how
- 0:37everything has an energy. Literally everything has an
- 0:40energy. A rock has an energy.
- 0:42And just because we don't speak rock, so to speak, doesn't mean
- 0:47that that energy isn't there and it isn't present and it isn't
- 0:50working. And how they're surmising that
- 0:55we are surrounded by beings not on other planets, but right here
- 1:01of all this living organisms that we are surrounded by and
- 1:05how they actually can feel. And I sat there and I started to
- 1:11ponder this for a moment and I thought to myself, this explains
- 1:15so much to me about why I am so drawn to be in nature, growing
- 1:22things all the time and watching things transform and, and taking
- 1:27care of things and how I don't have.
- 1:30And, and this is very true. I don't have a capacity to feel
- 1:34lonely because I'm always with plants and I'm always with other
- 1:41beings, if you will, based on what this this story said.
- 1:46And I've always felt that way. I've always felt like, oh, you
- 1:49know, I have all these different aspects of myself that come
- 1:55together. And when I grow and I photograph
- 1:58and I farm and I'm taking care tending things, it fills me up.
- 2:05And I, I could never really put it to words.
- 2:08And people used to, you know, when I was little, it was always
- 2:11like, oh, wow, you just can spend so much time by yourself.
- 2:14And I'm like, oh, I'm not by myself.
- 2:16And I could never explain it, but if you go and you just kind
- 2:21of chill out and you relax under a tree, have you ever noticed
- 2:24how different you feel? Well, that's based on the fact
- 2:27that the the tree has different energy.
- 2:30And when you find a beautiful tree and you hang out under a
- 2:32beautiful tree, you start to feel differently.
- 2:35Like under the chick over at the chicken coop, right where I am
- 2:38right now, I'm standing in front of this oak.
- 2:40And as we remove the pine trees around it, this oak has started
- 2:44to spread out and it's become pretty fabulous.
- 2:48It's become actually very fabulous, spectacular as a
- 2:51matter of fact. And I am in love with this tree
- 2:55and I'm watching it grow and I can feel this tree and I can
- 2:59feel the other trees around it. If there's there's a couple of
- 3:03pine trees that are very suspect, let's just say that
- 3:07they grow and in windstorms they're very dangerous things.
- 3:11Branches fall down. Just the other day I was walking
- 3:13in a branch fell off of 1 and I mean 15 feet away from me.
- 3:18And if it I had been walking a little bit faster, I could have
- 3:21gotten severely hurt by this good sized branch.
- 3:24And so pine trees are, you know, we have that love hate thing
- 3:29with them because they're beautiful and certain things
- 3:31love them to nest in and other things.
- 3:34They just cause massive problems.
- 3:36And I'm always conflicted about cutting them down because I I
- 3:41feel for them. And when I say I feel for them,
- 3:43I genuinely feel for them. So as I'm reading this article,
- 3:46it gets me thinking about, well, This is why this is tapping into
- 3:49this energy. And this energy is stuff that
- 3:52you feel from people. I mean, we we most of us, if
- 3:56you're listening to this, you're probably a person that knows
- 3:59when you walk into a room, you can feel somebody.
- 4:02You can be like, oh, great, that's that person's in a bad
- 4:05mood or oh, great, that person's this.
- 4:07And we all put off energy. And we've talked before about
- 4:11managing your own energy so that you don't bring something
- 4:14negative into it. But what about if you just
- 4:16started realizing that everything has that energy?
- 4:19So if you start making things around you, quote, UN quote,
- 4:23feel better, you bring things in that have a better energy.
- 4:26That's why I love having plants because they bring things to
- 4:29you. And if you are not a plant
- 4:31person, you start to find other things that you can do, you
- 4:36know, bring good energy. And paintings have good energy
- 4:40because of the person that painted them.
- 4:42Photos have good energy because of the person that took the
- 4:44photo with the intent. You have to use your imagination
- 4:49to tap into this and to make it feel a certain way.
- 4:53Always said my goal on this farm is to make it feel a certain
- 4:56way. And it's just gotten more and
- 4:59more and more overtime of how do I make this place feel a certain
- 5:03way? How do I and I know that takes
- 5:06place even with my girls because I don't struggle like people
- 5:09trying to get their chickens in at night.
- 5:10My girls can't wait to go into bed.
- 5:12They love their house. Well, that that's a feeling you
- 5:16create. So start thinking about how can
- 5:19can I incorporate this idea into my life, whether you believe in
- 5:22it completely or not, just start trying it and see what it
- 5:25changes because it could be dramatic.
- 5:28All right, my friends, I hope you have a blessed day and I
- 5:30will see you tomorrow. Bye.
