Transcript
- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev.
- 0:05Speaker 2: Happy Day, Happy day, Good day. You go far. I
- 0:11Speaker 2: go first. I just tried to put it the ball
- 0:15Speaker 2: in your court to set you off to start the
- 0:17Speaker 2: whole thing. So I'll start off with we always do
- 0:21Speaker 2: a twelve month spread for the next the following year,
- 0:25Speaker 2: and I haven't been really looking at mine at all
- 0:27Speaker 2: for the last few months. I've just it's just been
- 0:30Speaker 2: a lot of internal work. And it's not to beat
- 0:32Speaker 2: ourselves up about the things that we don't do. It's
- 0:35Speaker 2: to celebrate, Hey, you made it through the that stuff.
- 0:38Speaker 2: It doesn't always look the greatest, it doesn't always feel
- 0:40Speaker 2: the best, but we always know that we shut up
- 0:42Speaker 2: the best the way we possibly could. And so then
- 0:44Speaker 2: I start looking at the thing today. And one of
- 0:46Speaker 2: the things we had a conversation at home and I
- 0:53Speaker 2: we were talking about a lot of three D stuff,
- 0:55Speaker 2: and I said, you know, really, the only thing that
- 0:57Speaker 2: really matters is love. That's all that matters. We can
- 1:01Speaker 2: get so distracted by all the stuff that's going on
- 1:03Speaker 2: in the world. We can get distracted by just so
- 1:06Speaker 2: many different things, gains people, situations, places, and just not
- 1:12Speaker 2: be right now and then not be in that space
- 1:15Speaker 2: of love. And I look at my things and it's
- 1:16Speaker 2: talking about it's talking about love. That's exactly what it's
- 1:20Speaker 2: talking about. And I'm like, you just can't make this
- 1:22Speaker 2: stuff up because it's my focus. But I hadn't even
- 1:24Speaker 2: looked at July. And it's about love. It's and it's
- 1:27Speaker 2: not it's a different kind of love. It's the collective
- 1:31Speaker 2: consciousness love. It's the most fulfilling, the most uplifting, the
- 1:36Speaker 2: most We can't even describe it. I don't even think
- 1:41Speaker 2: in words as of yet, and I'm not saying that
- 1:44Speaker 2: we'll never be able to, but I think the more
- 1:46Speaker 2: that we evolve, who's to say that we're not going
- 1:49Speaker 2: to come up with new words to use to describe
- 1:53Speaker 2: these things that we're feeling because it's going to be
- 1:55Speaker 2: our it's going to be our experience. Or maybe it's
- 1:57Speaker 2: not even a descriptive thing at all. Maybe it's just
- 2:00Speaker 2: more of a filling thing because we are in that
- 2:03Speaker 2: space now, And that's the thing what we're noticing across
- 2:05Speaker 2: the world to everyone's feeling stuff and they're not identifying that,
- 2:09Speaker 2: they're not discerning that this is is this mine? Or
- 2:12Speaker 2: is this not mine, and so it's really taking the
- 2:16Speaker 2: time because I've been having to practice this a lot lately.
- 2:19Speaker 2: It's so easy to pick up other people's feelings and emotions.
- 2:23Speaker 2: So I'm at the grocery store yesterday and the woman
- 2:27Speaker 2: starts talking about her feet and my left foot starts
- 2:30Speaker 2: hurting on the top of my foot. I mean, it's
- 2:32Speaker 2: it's that quick. It's and it's like as soon as
- 2:34Speaker 2: we left the store, my foot wasn't hurting anymore. So
- 2:37Speaker 2: it's like it's discerning. It's it's being present because the
- 2:40Speaker 2: more that we're present, the more that we're recognizing the things.
- 2:44Speaker 2: This is mine, this is how I was feeling prior
- 2:46Speaker 2: to Oh, this is someone else's feelings. Otherwise you go
- 2:50Speaker 2: on a roller coaster ride and it can be freaking
- 2:54Speaker 2: scary because you just don't know what it is and
- 2:57Speaker 2: all these emotions and these feelings. So it's so important
- 2:59Speaker 2: for us to be present and to be right now.
- 3:02Speaker 2: So it's that's been my focus again, love and being
- 3:05Speaker 2: present right now because this is how we evolve.
- 3:11Speaker 1: Yeah, that's been popping up for me as well. Go
- 3:15Speaker 1: figure right, this is what happens for both of us.
- 3:20Speaker 1: As a side note, BEV and I. We don't come
- 3:22Speaker 1: together and decide what topics we're going to talk about
- 3:25Speaker 1: or how we're going to talk about it. We just
- 3:28Speaker 1: I turn on the camera and we roll, so it's
- 3:31Speaker 1: like not a pre planned conversation. But however, her and
- 3:38Speaker 1: I are typically running parallel in our lives and experiences,
- 3:44Speaker 1: and we record like every two to three weeks, so
- 3:48Speaker 1: we don't even talk on a regular basis, you know,
- 3:52Speaker 1: through texting or conversation, and these are our therapy sessions
- 3:58Speaker 1: and to check in with each other. There are moments
- 4:02Speaker 1: where there might be something kind of intense happening in
- 4:07Speaker 1: our lives and we'll reach out to each other, but
- 4:09Speaker 1: it's not often, and so for for us to come
- 4:14Speaker 1: and have these conversations and be like, oh yeah, me too,
- 4:18Speaker 1: is very frequent. And so that you're bringing up the
- 4:22Speaker 1: idea of love and that that is all there is,
- 4:25Speaker 1: that's the answer. I've had things coming to me in
- 4:32Speaker 1: that way as well. You know, when I when I
- 4:38Speaker 1: talk about being frustrated and irritated, remembering that remembering to
- 4:44Speaker 1: come into my center. My center is my spirit, My
- 4:46Speaker 1: spirit is love, and remembering that most of the plan
- 4:53Speaker 1: and most of the population on this planet is operating
- 4:56Speaker 1: from that child programming, and some say it's a you know,
- 5:03Speaker 1: a two year old tantrum or the five year old programming,
- 5:10Speaker 1: or the the eight year old mindset. All that information
- 5:15Speaker 1: that's still stored in the body, that hasn't been changed. Morals, values,
- 5:19Speaker 1: belief systems haven't been changed, and we're still operating from
- 5:23Speaker 1: what we learned as a child from the adults around us.
- 5:28Speaker 1: But in that programming, we weren't taught to love each other.
- 5:34Speaker 1: For the most part, I would say I was not
- 5:36Speaker 1: brought up that way. I was brought up to be
- 5:37Speaker 1: kind of people and and and I didn't always do
- 5:43Speaker 1: well with that either, because I grew up in an
- 5:44Speaker 1: abusive home where that was the love language, and so
- 5:51Speaker 1: anger was the love language. And I've had to take
- 5:56Speaker 1: a lot of time and energy in myself to change that,
- 6:01Speaker 1: to recognize that there's a different way to love, and
- 6:08Speaker 1: to love the self is the is the most crucial,
- 6:10Speaker 1: because when you love the self, you automatically love others.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And even in the many years of practice, if we
- 6:22Speaker 1: don't stay within a regular routine of giving ourselves attention
- 6:28Speaker 1: and loving ourselves and you know, maybe talking to ourselves
- 6:31Speaker 1: in the mirror and a loving and kind way compassion.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Then we start to I'm gonna use the word disconnect,
- 6:42Speaker 1: but we never disconnect from it. It's always there, but
- 6:44Speaker 1: we create this greater gap between the love for self
- 6:50Speaker 1: and our daily life. And when we start creating that gap,
- 6:54Speaker 1: then it starts showing up more and more in the
- 6:56Speaker 1: frustration and the irritation and the you know, the tree
- 7:00Speaker 1: is getting pushed, uh easily. So yeah, I'm glad you
- 7:08Speaker 1: brought that up, because this is something that's been that
- 7:11Speaker 1: I've been you know, kind of playing with in my
- 7:13Speaker 1: thoughts over the past week or so and knowing knowing
- 7:22Speaker 1: like I know, like I know that you know, with
- 7:24Speaker 1: the full time job that I have out in the workforce,
- 7:29Speaker 1: is that you know it has I not it because
- 7:36Speaker 1: if I if I blame it, then I'm relinquishing my
- 7:39Speaker 1: power over it. But I have allowed a gap within
- 7:45Speaker 1: myself and I've been sucked into the judgments, the criticisms,
- 7:49Speaker 1: the the unhealthy conversations, the you know, getting triggered and
- 7:58Speaker 1: easily getting trick. I do take the time to reflect
- 8:04Speaker 1: on my behavior, my attitude, my reactions. However, when I
- 8:11Speaker 1: feel that when I'm more in alignment with my regular
- 8:15Speaker 1: practice of self love, those triggers are far and few between,
- 8:21Speaker 1: and so it's just again, like what you said, don't
- 8:24Speaker 1: focus on what I haven't been doing, because what I
- 8:29Speaker 1: haven't been doing has been a benefit in what is important.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So we go back to what I don't like what
- 8:37Speaker 1: I do like. Well, I don't like being triggered easily.
- 8:40Speaker 1: I don't like being out of alignment. I don't like
- 8:43Speaker 1: the healthy or unhealthy conversations that are mainly talking about
- 8:48Speaker 1: other people in judgment and criticism. And so you know,
- 8:53Speaker 1: now recognizing that even more myself is turning that around
- 8:59Speaker 1: to what is that I do like? And with that
- 9:05Speaker 1: I'm working not only on myself more intentionally, it's working
- 9:15Speaker 1: towards a goal that will eventually take me out of
- 9:22Speaker 1: the environment I'm in. So in the meantime, having the
- 9:27Speaker 1: gratitude and appreciation for where I am and knowing that
- 9:32Speaker 1: that's providing for me and my family, and you know,
- 9:35Speaker 1: it's paying for the food and the gas and the
- 9:37Speaker 1: utilities and all that. I'm very grateful for that. I'm
- 9:40Speaker 1: very grateful for all the people I'm meeting. But again,
- 9:44Speaker 1: you know, we would come back into our spirit, and
- 9:47Speaker 1: our spirit our loving spirit is like, this isn't where
- 9:50Speaker 1: you belong forever, and now it's pulling me. So I'm
- 9:54Speaker 1: diligently working on what's going to replace that, which is
- 10:00Speaker 1: I love and joy is to have these conversations and
- 10:05Speaker 1: be teaching groups of people, specifically women. So it's listening
- 10:10Speaker 1: to that spirit of love and in so many different ways,
- 10:15Speaker 1: not only in interactions with other people, but what is
- 10:20Speaker 1: it you love to do? And where are you spending
- 10:24Speaker 1: the time loving yourself? So when we talk about love,
- 10:27Speaker 1: it shows up in many different ways and forms.
- 10:32Speaker 2: And you could ask the universe the surprise and delight
- 10:35Speaker 2: you and show you all the different ways that love
- 10:37Speaker 2: can come into your experience, all the different ways that
- 10:40Speaker 2: you can feel love. And when you had brought up
- 10:42Speaker 2: being frustrated, to me, frustration is when you step out
- 10:45Speaker 2: of that alignment, not when you step out of that flow,
- 10:48Speaker 2: when you're only like you're like over here, the water
- 10:51Speaker 2: is like going right here, but you're like over just
- 10:53Speaker 2: the bits. You're only allowing a little bit to come in.
- 10:55Speaker 2: You're only allowing yourself to have a little bit of
- 10:59Speaker 2: this love. And then then you have to question yourself
- 11:02Speaker 2: because it's not about blaming because we do give away
- 11:04Speaker 2: your power. Then you have to question why am I
- 11:07Speaker 2: kind of keeping myself in the struggle. It's not necessary.
- 11:10Speaker 2: It's so simple as being present and right now and
- 11:12Speaker 2: then stepping right back into that alignment and it feels good.
- 11:16Speaker 2: That's where the frustration I feel is because as soon
- 11:18Speaker 2: as you step out of that space of that perfect alignment,
- 11:22Speaker 2: it doesn't feel good, and we can recognize it right away.
- 11:25Speaker 2: But we're familiar with not feeling good. That's the whole thing.
- 11:32Speaker 2: It's a programming. It's something that we grew up with
- 11:35Speaker 2: because our parents grew up with it, because their parents
- 11:37Speaker 2: grew up with it, because the teachers grew up with it.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Because all these people and some people have been very
- 11:43Speaker 2: lucky to have someone that was what knew all these things,
- 11:47Speaker 2: already knew that love was the only way knew. I mean,
- 11:50Speaker 2: there's songs about it and everything else, but a lot
- 11:52Speaker 2: of it is a practicing wuch of preach. It's walking
- 11:56Speaker 2: the journey and that's what I have to do. And
- 12:00Speaker 2: it's not always easy, because it's not always easy to
- 12:02Speaker 2: love some of the people that are around you when
- 12:05Speaker 2: they're in that space. But like you said, when you're
- 12:08Speaker 2: practicing self love and you're in that space, you're not
- 12:11Speaker 2: affected the same way that you would be. I'm watching
- 12:16Speaker 2: different things and I can see it and I would
- 12:19Speaker 2: probably feel the same way in a lot of ways.
- 12:22Speaker 2: But I've seen like some relationships kind of call to
- 12:24Speaker 2: the wayside. And then I'm watching the couples like blaming
- 12:27Speaker 2: each other, and it's like they you don't realize. I mean,
- 12:31Speaker 2: we've all been there, but we don't realize when you're
- 12:34Speaker 2: in that space, you're giving away your power and you're frustrating,
- 12:38Speaker 2: you're not feeling good because you're out of alignment of
- 12:40Speaker 2: that space of love. You've completely stepped away from it.
- 12:43Speaker 2: And that's okay, because there's a process that happens when
- 12:46Speaker 2: we do that. When we do those kind of things,
- 12:49Speaker 2: we're also allowing ourselves to heal. We're allowing ourselves to
- 12:52Speaker 2: have that anger that maybe we weren't allowed to feel
- 12:54Speaker 2: when we were a child. So it's remembering to feel
- 12:56Speaker 2: these things. It's not something to run away from because
- 12:59Speaker 2: that's an easy thing to do as well, because I
- 13:01Speaker 2: did it my whole life forever, and I don't do
- 13:05Speaker 2: it anymore, not occasionally, maybe a little bit more than
- 13:09Speaker 2: occasionally what I'm hearing, but I am practicing it. I'm
- 13:13Speaker 2: in more of an awareness so I can see it,
- 13:15Speaker 2: and I also am paying attention to how it feels.
- 13:18Speaker 2: It's just just learning a different way. It's it's learning
- 13:23Speaker 2: to not just autopilot in those same old spaces that
- 13:26Speaker 2: we've been in before, because they don't serve because it
- 13:29Speaker 2: doesn't feel good. How do you know because you stopped
- 13:31Speaker 2: for a second and you checked in with yourself. I've
- 13:34Speaker 2: stopped and checked in with myself so many times lately.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Even before when we were starting the video, I stopped
- 13:39Speaker 2: for a second and I was just like feeling my body,
- 13:43Speaker 2: What does that feel like right now? And how to Oh,
- 13:46Speaker 2: I feel a little bit tension right there. All I
- 13:48Speaker 2: gotta do is take a breath, drop the shoulders down
- 13:50Speaker 2: a little bit, and then it's like I feel a
- 13:51Speaker 2: little bit more peace. I can sense in my body.
- 13:54Speaker 2: I can feel something different that's happening, and it feels
- 13:57Speaker 2: more ease. All I can recommend to anybody is like,
- 14:00Speaker 2: take the time to find some practices that work for you,
- 14:04Speaker 2: but to sit and breathe into it and then just
- 14:06Speaker 2: see how you feel. Because you're the only one that
- 14:08Speaker 2: can gauge that I can't gauge that. I mean I
- 14:10Speaker 2: can in a lot of ways, but not fully. Because
- 14:13Speaker 2: I can pick up people's emotions just like everybody else
- 14:16Speaker 2: can their emotions, their feelings, they're you know, I think
- 14:21Speaker 2: I brought it up not that long ago. It's this
- 14:23Speaker 2: filtration system that we have from all of our experiences.
- 14:27Speaker 2: We're all psychic. But are we receiving the information through
- 14:31Speaker 2: a neutral energy or am I standing in my neutrality?
- 14:37Speaker 2: Or am I standing in my old victim? Am I
- 14:40Speaker 2: standing in the old behaviors, the old patterns, the old
- 14:44Speaker 2: programs when I'm receiving that information, Because sometimes I receive information,
- 14:48Speaker 2: I'm like I could be doing something out in the
- 14:50Speaker 2: yard and all of a sudden be like no, I
- 14:52Speaker 2: don't want to do that, and then come in and
- 14:53Speaker 2: find out that it was something different. It was like
- 14:56Speaker 2: it was positive, but I was receiving it from the
- 14:59Speaker 2: energy that I was in from maybe more of a
- 15:02Speaker 2: negative or not so feeling a good place. And how
- 15:06Speaker 2: do we know? It's stopping and seeing how we feel.
- 15:08Speaker 2: We have to realize how important that we really are.
- 15:11Speaker 2: Because we're so important, we're so valuable.
- 15:18Speaker 1: Well, we're that's a whole another conversation about value and
- 15:23Speaker 1: worth and where we learn that from. And again it's
- 15:28Speaker 1: all childhood stuff. The coming back into knowing that we're loved.
- 15:38Speaker 1: We're already loved. And I say that we are already
- 15:42Speaker 1: loved because our spirit already loves us. The spirit's pure
- 15:45Speaker 1: love and it resides within us. So we're already loved
- 15:49Speaker 1: and we're already loved by the Creator. And side note,
- 15:54Speaker 1: and I'm not going to go into this because I'm
- 15:56Speaker 1: not a religious person, but the fact is, we're being
- 16:00Speaker 1: condemned for having sinned while the Creator already loves you.
- 16:04Speaker 1: It's to me, it's the highest form of love that
- 16:09Speaker 1: we will never in this human form be able to
- 16:12Speaker 1: comprehend because it's such a high vibrational frequency that it is.
- 16:16Speaker 1: Actually it will actually overwhelm us. And so in this
- 16:21Speaker 1: human body, in the density of the human body and
- 16:25Speaker 1: on this earth, our spirit within us is also a
- 16:28Speaker 1: higher vibrational frequency. It's the human experiences that has dimmed
- 16:33Speaker 1: that frequency. And so when we come back into love,
- 16:37Speaker 1: then we notice that our frequency, our vibration actually raises,
- 16:42Speaker 1: and when you're in more connected to that loving vibrational
- 16:48Speaker 1: frequency and I would say it's intentional focus. Have to
- 16:52Speaker 1: intentionally focus on the love for yourself, and when you
- 16:57Speaker 1: do that, it diminishes depression and anxiety and overwhelm and
- 17:05Speaker 1: frustration and irritation and anger. Like they can't both reside
- 17:11Speaker 1: in the same moment. It's either your loving yourself and
- 17:14Speaker 1: embracing that, or you're in this vibrational frequency of the
- 17:19Speaker 1: lower energies of emotions and so practicing more and more.
- 17:27Speaker 1: The love for self is loving your spirit. To me
- 17:30Speaker 1: is your eyes are this window to your soul or
- 17:36Speaker 1: your spirit. And when you're speaking and when you look
- 17:38Speaker 1: into a mirror and you're speaking to your spirit, you're
- 17:41Speaker 1: speaking to love. Then speak to yourself through that lens
- 17:46Speaker 1: of love. How would you talk to a two year
- 17:49Speaker 1: old who's having a moment a meltdown? You know, typically
- 17:54Speaker 1: as adults, we beat ourselves up for it, We go
- 17:57Speaker 1: into this spiral of or anxiety. And if you were
- 18:05Speaker 1: actually outwardly talking to a two year old or four
- 18:08Speaker 1: year old or seven year old who's having a moment
- 18:12Speaker 1: of frustration, would you be solution oriented with them and
- 18:17Speaker 1: help them figure it out and think about it and
- 18:20Speaker 1: encourage them to do a different way. Or look at
- 18:23Speaker 1: it differently, How would you speak to that child who's
- 18:26Speaker 1: out there in front of you, and would you nurture
- 18:29Speaker 1: them and would you hug them? Would you guide them?
- 18:34Speaker 1: Or are you going to stand there and just yell
- 18:35Speaker 1: at them and scream at him and call them names? Right,
- 18:40Speaker 1: it's however, you would treat yourself as what you're going
- 18:45Speaker 1: to express outwardly. And this is why I say it's
- 18:48Speaker 1: so important that when we love ourselves, when we focus
- 18:51Speaker 1: intentionally focus on the love for ourselves, and you automatically
- 18:56Speaker 1: share that with others, it just becomes habit. And when
- 19:02Speaker 1: you're out of alignment, when you're out of practice of that,
- 19:04Speaker 1: then that's when you get sucked into these conversations of
- 19:10Speaker 1: judgment and criticism and get wrapped up in frustration and irritation.
- 19:16Speaker 1: And both are okay again, not beating yourself up for
- 19:23Speaker 1: the way you've been or you've been in alignment and
- 19:26Speaker 1: now you're out of alignment, Not to beat yourself up
- 19:29Speaker 1: over that. It's to recognize this doesn't feel good. End
- 19:34Speaker 1: of story, This doesn't feel good. So and then my responsibility,
- 19:38Speaker 1: as is for everybody else, is what does feel good
- 19:41Speaker 1: to me? And how am i going to make that
- 19:44Speaker 1: more of my practice? How am I going to implement that?
- 19:47Speaker 1: How am I going to lean into it? How am
- 19:50Speaker 1: I going to embrace it? Whatever words you want to use,
- 19:53Speaker 1: what feels good, and how are you going to move
- 19:56Speaker 1: towards that more? How are you going to be in
- 20:00Speaker 1: that space of that more of what feels good?
- 20:04Speaker 2: Which is kind of important. Why we find so many
- 20:06Speaker 2: different passions. We find different passions that kind of brings
- 20:10Speaker 2: us into the now and it elevates us. It elevates
- 20:13Speaker 2: our energy, our frequency. And it's not maybe always the
- 20:16Speaker 2: same thing that's going to get you there, but it's
- 20:19Speaker 2: finding different tools that will help you navigate that way.
- 20:24Speaker 2: And sometimes maybe you just need to go cry, or
- 20:26Speaker 2: sometimes you just need to be angry and you write
- 20:29Speaker 2: an angry letter and then burn it right afterwards, just
- 20:32Speaker 2: to get rid of those feelings that are inside your
- 20:34Speaker 2: body because they're coming up for a reason. They're ready
- 20:37Speaker 2: to come out. There's no reason, there was no it's
- 20:40Speaker 2: an opportunity. There's no reason to stifle it any longer
- 20:44Speaker 2: because that came from childhood. That's stifling, that's stuffing. There's
- 20:47Speaker 2: no reason to do it any longer. Now you have
- 20:49Speaker 2: the tools to be able to process this, to be
- 20:51Speaker 2: able to sit with it, to be able to breathe
- 20:53Speaker 2: through it, and then you're finding yourself in the now.
- 20:56Speaker 2: The more that you're doing all these things, you're present
- 20:59Speaker 2: and then those things no longer have control over you.
- 21:02Speaker 2: You're taking back your power, you're taking back control. You're
- 21:06Speaker 2: stepping into your own happiness. Whatever that looks like. It's
- 21:09Speaker 2: not what Bev's happiness is or Amy's happiness is. It's
- 21:12Speaker 2: what yours is, what feels good to you, what is
- 21:15Speaker 2: your guidance? Really, it's just connecting with the other person
- 21:20Speaker 2: and realizing that person's got great energy and it's not
- 21:24Speaker 2: a reason. It's not finding the reason why, because it's
- 21:28Speaker 2: not to duplicate it. It's just to sit and feel
- 21:30Speaker 2: it to fill it. Now you've got you can, you've
- 21:33Speaker 2: got a different Your gauges have been modified or updated,
- 21:38Speaker 2: and now you're receiving new information that this, okay, this
- 21:41Speaker 2: is what feeling good feels like. Now by the other people.
- 21:45Speaker 2: It's not looking at them and being like envious or
- 21:48Speaker 2: angry because you're not experiencing the same things. It's an
- 21:51Speaker 2: opportunity for you to feel exactly what that person's feeling
- 21:54Speaker 2: right now, So you know what that feels like, and
- 21:57Speaker 2: you've just automatically raised your frequency. How many times when
- 22:01Speaker 2: we go look at puppies, kittens, babies, comedians and you know,
- 22:08Speaker 2: finding those things that uplift you because there's laughter, because
- 22:11Speaker 2: there's a change in the frequency. It doesn't matter what
- 22:13Speaker 2: they're doing, it's all about the frequencies. What are you
- 22:16Speaker 2: tuning into? So it's an opportunity to tune into a
- 22:19Speaker 2: different frequency than the channel you're listening to right now.
- 22:23Speaker 1: That's right, and that's the dopamine. And that's what social
- 22:28Speaker 1: media provides if you spend a lot of time on it,
- 22:31Speaker 1: scrolling through your social media platforms and you're watching those
- 22:39Speaker 1: animals or babies laughing. And the biggest, I would say
- 22:48Speaker 1: biggest problem with social media is that we are on
- 22:51Speaker 1: a constant dopamine hit when we are on that on
- 22:55Speaker 1: those platforms, and it's important that we learn to do
- 23:00Speaker 1: that for ourselves. So we are depending on external circumstances
- 23:07Speaker 1: to raise our vibrational frequency, which is helpful. I'm not
- 23:12Speaker 1: going to deny that it is helpful that we do
- 23:15Speaker 1: have something that we can turn to. Who's going that's
- 23:17Speaker 1: going to help us change our state of being. If
- 23:26Speaker 1: you're depressed, then go watch a social media or YouTube
- 23:31Speaker 1: content that is these animals doing silly things or babies
- 23:36Speaker 1: laughing to help shift you from where you were to
- 23:39Speaker 1: where you want to be in yourself emotionally and mentally. However,
- 23:46Speaker 1: it's the continuation after that. Once you turn that off,
- 23:50Speaker 1: you put your phone down and you turn away from it.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Who's going to do that for you? Now? What's going
- 23:57Speaker 1: to do that for you now? And really the responsibility
- 24:00Speaker 1: is I'm going to do it for me. And again
- 24:05Speaker 1: that just comes into when I'm loving myself and nurturing
- 24:09Speaker 1: myself and having compassion with myself, then that automatically can shift.
- 24:15Speaker 1: But if I am, if I am focused and dependent
- 24:19Speaker 1: on outside influences to quote unquote make me happy or
- 24:24Speaker 1: quote unquote make me feel loved, once that is gone,
- 24:28Speaker 1: once that is not in my vicinity, then I go
- 24:32Speaker 1: back into depression or anxiety or overwhelmed. Like we have
- 24:38Speaker 1: to learn the tools to go inward instead of depending
- 24:44Speaker 1: on the outward.
- 24:46Speaker 2: Surrendering, right, it's surrendering. I was just thinking asking, I'm
- 24:50Speaker 2: thinking asking spirit, and then you're like, well, we got
- 24:52Speaker 2: to start relying on ourselves and it's like, well, I'm
- 24:55Speaker 2: asking my soul to wash my energy with the flood
- 24:58Speaker 2: my energy with love right now, you know, feel I
- 25:00Speaker 2: want to fill those things. And so it's then once
- 25:05Speaker 2: you're once you're in the asking place because you've surrendered,
- 25:07Speaker 2: because you're saying I don't know, I don't know what
- 25:09Speaker 2: to do from here, and you're asking. Now you can
- 25:12Speaker 2: receive because I feel like when you're in that space
- 25:14Speaker 2: of love, your solutions are everywhere. So now you're in
- 25:18Speaker 2: that space of love, even if you're only allowing a
- 25:19Speaker 2: little bit more to flow in because you asked, you
- 25:23Speaker 2: start receiving different solutions. You start receiving guidance maybe to
- 25:26Speaker 2: go look at that video, or maybe to sit and
- 25:28Speaker 2: breathe a little bit more, or maybe to go step outside.
- 25:31Speaker 2: It's whatever your guidance is. And and that's so very
- 25:34Speaker 2: important right now, especially with AI all over the place,
- 25:38Speaker 2: because you've got to practice listening to your intuition and
- 25:43Speaker 2: practice discernment. You've got to know, you've got to know
- 25:46Speaker 2: your energy. So it's it's no, we're no longer in
- 25:49Speaker 2: the world of being able to just focus on everything
- 25:51Speaker 2: else to distract us or focus on other things and
- 25:54Speaker 2: whatever it's it's not even it's we're not in that
- 25:58Speaker 2: space anymore. It's so import and that we trust our
- 26:01Speaker 2: own physical vessels they have for receiving information all the time.
- 26:05Speaker 2: When you hear something, you can fill in your body.
- 26:08Speaker 2: If you stop for a second, then you're gonna know
- 26:09Speaker 2: whether that feels good or it doesn't feel good. Does
- 26:11Speaker 2: that feel true or it doesn't feel true? And if
- 26:13Speaker 2: you don't know, and you're feeling these senses, when it
- 26:17Speaker 2: does come in, when you start asking yourself questions, start
- 26:20Speaker 2: asking for clarifying the information, you can ask it from within,
- 26:24Speaker 2: all this information is gonna come to you. We've just
- 26:27Speaker 2: been taught and we've learned that there's so much stuff
- 26:30Speaker 2: that's outside of us. Go ask Google, Go ask chat, GPT,
- 26:33Speaker 2: go ask whatever the AI platform is you're using, Go
- 26:36Speaker 2: ask that person whatever. But all those things are outside
- 26:40Speaker 2: of self, All of it is, and it's just all
- 26:43Speaker 2: I think our environment is leading us back within. It
- 26:46Speaker 2: really is. We have to. From my perspective, I feel
- 26:51Speaker 2: like we were all psychics. We were all telepathic. All
- 26:53Speaker 2: of us kids were telepathic. We were absorbing all the
- 26:56Speaker 2: information in order to be able to survive in this experience. Hey,
- 27:01Speaker 2: we made it a long way, but we were absorbing information,
- 27:05Speaker 2: taking on whatever we possibly could. We just got dropped
- 27:07Speaker 2: onto a planet and we're gathering all this information and
- 27:10Speaker 2: figuring out how we can survive or how we can
- 27:12Speaker 2: be in this place. And then at some point we
- 27:14Speaker 2: forgot to connect back into self to be like, hey,
- 27:18Speaker 2: I picked up this information, is this true? Or hey
- 27:22Speaker 2: I found out you shouldn't touch things that are hot
- 27:24Speaker 2: that you could get burned, and it just goes into
- 27:26Speaker 2: your system. It's not something that we have to think
- 27:28Speaker 2: about all the time. It's just a natural flow. It's
- 27:31Speaker 2: all of it as a natural flow. It doesn't have
- 27:32Speaker 2: to be so consuming or controlling, and it's all from within.
- 27:38Speaker 2: Our guidance navigates us all the time. We don't always
- 27:41Speaker 2: listen to our navigational systems. I mean I don't even
- 27:44Speaker 2: listen to my own navigational system on my phone sometimes
- 27:48Speaker 2: because I'm like, you don't know what you're talking about.
- 27:50Speaker 2: Because I have to go within. I have to pay
- 27:52Speaker 2: attention to what how am I being guided? I've got
- 27:55Speaker 2: to pay attention to the how what am I feeling
- 27:57Speaker 2: in this body right now? And it hasn't been easy
- 27:59Speaker 2: because I haven't always been this way. I was definitely
- 28:01Speaker 2: not a feeler. I drinking was a good way of escapism.
- 28:06Speaker 2: Video games. I mean I played video games all the time,
- 28:09Speaker 2: I drank, I did all these things all the time.
- 28:13Speaker 2: And then my salvation in so many ways because that's
- 28:15Speaker 2: what was working for me at the time. That's what
- 28:17Speaker 2: I could handle, was being out in the yard working
- 28:19Speaker 2: in the art, and that helped with my balance, not
- 28:23Speaker 2: even knowing that it was, but it helped.
- 28:25Speaker 1: Yeah, And so let's just share some things you just
- 28:30Speaker 1: did of what could help people come into alignment. Some
- 28:34Speaker 1: things off the top of my head are writing things out,
- 28:39Speaker 1: so call it journaling, but just writing out what is
- 28:43Speaker 1: it that the emotions you're feeling and why are you
- 28:46Speaker 1: feeling them? Like, really explore what it is you're experiencing
- 28:51Speaker 1: within your mind and body. Sitting and breathing, just focusing
- 28:56Speaker 1: on your breath, counting, using numbers to count that breath.
- 29:00Speaker 1: That just keeps your brain busy doing something so it
- 29:03Speaker 1: doesn't wander off in thought. Placing your hand on your
- 29:07Speaker 1: heart and one on your abdomen to feel the body
- 29:10Speaker 1: as you're breathing, maybe focusing on the heartbeat. I know
- 29:14Speaker 1: tapping is an emotional freedom technique. Are great tools to use.
- 29:24Speaker 1: Having a coach or counselor therapist, somebody you can turn
- 29:29Speaker 1: to who will be solution oriented and help guide you
- 29:31Speaker 1: and coach you. Getting out in nature. Maybe it's a swimming, hiking, biking.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Maybe it's a hobby because that holds your attention and focus,
- 29:46Speaker 1: because it's something that keeps you present. Is there anything
- 29:50Speaker 1: else you can think of off the top of your
- 29:51Speaker 1: head that we could share.
- 29:54Speaker 2: Yeah, I would say dancing, singing, working out, like just
- 29:57Speaker 2: going to the gym, doing some cardio, working in your
- 30:01Speaker 2: You talked about working out in the yard, working in
- 30:03Speaker 2: your garden and stuff like that, making food, thinking of ways,
- 30:07Speaker 2: how you know, asking how can I serve? How can
- 30:10Speaker 2: I serve myself and others in the greatest way possible
- 30:13Speaker 2: for the greatest good of all. It's like there's so
- 30:15Speaker 2: many different things that I'll do. One thing that's kind
- 30:18Speaker 2: of like quick. I heard recently the girl was talking
- 30:22Speaker 2: and I'm a visual person, but she was talking about
- 30:24Speaker 2: going inside your skull. Well, I could go inside my skull.
- 30:26Speaker 2: I've seen the inside of skulls before, and I could
- 30:28Speaker 2: start exploring that She's like, okay, now go to your
- 30:31Speaker 2: frontal lobe and I could feel myself. I could feel
- 30:33Speaker 2: the energy of me go into my frontal lobe. I
- 30:35Speaker 2: could feel going. So it's just like, check out your body.
- 30:39Speaker 2: What does it look like on the inside, Like put
- 30:41Speaker 2: your energy. All your doing is putting your focus into
- 30:44Speaker 2: that one space. You could do it at your third eye,
- 30:46Speaker 2: you could do it at your heart area, just sitting
- 30:48Speaker 2: there and like you said, putting your hand there, but
- 30:50Speaker 2: also breathing through that area, feeling that area, and when
- 30:53Speaker 2: you're in those spaces, everything kind of clears away. Sometimes
- 30:58Speaker 2: it's not always easy to get into those spaces because
- 31:00Speaker 2: sometimes you got a story that's got so much momentum
- 31:03Speaker 2: that it's hard to stop it right now. And that
- 31:04Speaker 2: would go right back to writing singing for me. Sometimes
- 31:09Speaker 2: I listen to music that I used to listen to
- 31:11Speaker 2: that would be not something I typically listen to now,
- 31:14Speaker 2: but it's where I'm at in that moment, at that level,
- 31:17Speaker 2: and that's an expression to be able to allow all
- 31:20Speaker 2: this stuff to come out of the throat chakra. And
- 31:22Speaker 2: then after a while it's like I don't want to
- 31:24Speaker 2: listen to this crap anymore because that's how it feels
- 31:26Speaker 2: I want to listen to this crap anymore, and then
- 31:27Speaker 2: I start going to something different. So it's paying attention, all.
- 31:34Speaker 1: Right, friends, you got some tools, you got some information.
- 31:39Speaker 1: Also know that other people around you are having these
- 31:43Speaker 1: either internal conversations or conversations with their friends and families
- 31:47Speaker 1: and are seeking guidance. So be sure to share us
- 31:51Speaker 1: share our content. You can find us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Speakers, Spotify, podcast, Attic, YouTube,
- 31:59Speaker 1: and our We're typically under Amy and BEV community Amy
- 32:04Speaker 1: and BEV community, and so be resourceful and share. And
- 32:09Speaker 1: you can also leave us comments and questions that we
- 32:12Speaker 1: come back to and address when we can.
- 32:17Speaker 2: So.
- 32:17Speaker 1: Bev and I both have very active lives and so
- 32:21Speaker 1: we don't live on YouTube and our comments, but we
- 32:25Speaker 1: do get notifications and we will come back to them
- 32:29Speaker 1: as soon as we can. So any final words before
- 32:33Speaker 1: we wrap this up.
- 32:35Speaker 2: I would be asking myself and everybody else, how can
- 32:38Speaker 2: I bring love more into this world? How can I
- 32:41Speaker 2: anchor love into this world? Because that's what's going to
- 32:44Speaker 2: change everything.
- 32:45Speaker 1: Yeah, awesome, Thank you so much, and we'll see all
- 32:49Speaker 1: next time.
- 32:51Speaker 2: Bye,
