Ex-Wife Hired Killer for $400K
Ahang Mirshojae, the ex-wife of slain Woodland Hills doctor Hamid Mirshojae, will stand trial for his murder after allegedly hiring Evan Hardman for $400,000 to kill him — a plot fueled by her belief he was poisoning their son with opioids to collect life insurance. Hardman reportedly supplied the weapon, burner phones, clothes, and lodging, and testified that two other defendants, Sarallah Jawed and Ashley Sweeting, were unaware of the plan — leading to dropped murder charges against them.
