- 0:01Speaker 1: Hi, this is Amy with Intuitive Coaching with Amy dot com,
- 0:05Speaker 1: and this is a show for metaphysical people. Let's talk
- 0:09Speaker 1: about last minute manifestors or I often call it back
- 0:13Speaker 1: against the wall manifestors and how to make it less stressful. So,
- 0:21Speaker 1: first and foremost, if you're a last minute manifestor or
- 0:24Speaker 1: back against the wall manifestor, just stop judging yourself for it,
- 0:29Speaker 1: like praise it. Be like, oh my god, I can
- 0:33Speaker 1: turn a result. It might be at the final hour,
- 0:36Speaker 1: final minutes, but I can turn a result. And that's awesome,
- 0:42Speaker 1: Like it really is. If you think about how many
- 0:45Speaker 1: things that don't get manifested, and if you have an
- 0:50Speaker 1: ability to manifest at the very very very last minute, congratulations,
- 0:58Speaker 1: you didn't drop the ball some way somehow. You know
- 1:01Speaker 1: how to hold the energy so that what you want
- 1:05Speaker 1: can come through. And so it means that, yeah, you
- 1:08Speaker 1: might get stressed out for a period of it and
- 1:11Speaker 1: for a lot of it, but you know how to
- 1:13Speaker 1: push that stress to the side and be centered and
- 1:17Speaker 1: available for your manifestation. So good job, praise yourself for it.
- 1:21Speaker 1: There is nothing wrong with being a last minute manifestor.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Now let's see what we can do to rearrange those
- 1:31Speaker 1: stressful moments so you're still a manifestor that's awesome, let's
- 1:36Speaker 1: make it a little less stressful. So my first recommendation
- 1:39Speaker 1: is to break the goal desire down into smaller chunks.
- 1:47Speaker 1: So say that you manifest really well around a bill
- 1:54Speaker 1: at the very last minute, so you might want to
- 1:58Speaker 1: look ahead three weeks before it's due and then like
- 2:03Speaker 1: break it down into smaller chunks, and in that process
- 2:10Speaker 1: you're gonna build confidence. You're gonna feel good about yourself.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Even if it's small micro chunks. You're still making progress
- 2:21Speaker 1: and that builds confidence and it will make you feel
- 2:23Speaker 1: a lot better. So when it looks like it's not
- 2:26Speaker 1: gonna happen, you're still in a place of oh, it's okay,
- 2:31Speaker 1: it's okay, I got this, I got this. I've manifested
- 2:35Speaker 1: this before at the last minute. And now this is
- 2:37Speaker 1: even less If we're using a bill for example, or
- 2:41Speaker 1: maybe it's a paper. You have to do a paper
- 2:44Speaker 1: or a project for work, and you are excellent at
- 2:49Speaker 1: turning it on at the final hour to get it
- 2:52Speaker 1: all done. Now you can give yourself some runway and
- 2:58Speaker 1: it's less less energy you have to exert at the end,
- 3:02Speaker 1: and that can bring a sense of confidence and bring
- 3:05Speaker 1: what you want in faster. Confidence is definitely magnetic, and
- 3:12Speaker 1: in that process of breaking things down, put it on
- 3:16Speaker 1: a calendar. Give yourself actual deadline. Say oh I'm gonna
- 3:19Speaker 1: have I'll say we'll go back to the example of
- 3:22Speaker 1: a bill. We'll say, oh, I'm gonna have one hundred
- 3:25Speaker 1: dollars of that paid off by this day, and then
- 3:27Speaker 1: I'm gonna have two hundred paid off by this day, right,
- 3:30Speaker 1: or I'll have four hundred paid off by this day. Right.
- 3:34Speaker 1: So set deadlines for yourself and just check in, Just
- 3:38Speaker 1: check in and see where you're at. You can use
- 3:41Speaker 1: a model where you are in pure determination, where you're like,
- 3:47Speaker 1: I'm gonna get this done. I'm gonna hit these deadlines
- 3:49Speaker 1: no matter what. Or you can use them as check ins, like, oh, well,
- 3:53Speaker 1: I said one hundred dollars, I have seventy five. That's cool.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Or I said I was going to to finish the
- 4:01Speaker 1: first half and I've only finished a quarter, that's cool.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Do you see where we're going here. You're gonna praise
- 4:08Speaker 1: yourself and appreciate yourself every step of the way, and
- 4:12Speaker 1: all of that can start to diffuse that stress that
- 4:15Speaker 1: often comes around the journey of being a last minute manifestor,
- 4:24Speaker 1: and with that of setting milestones and hitting them or
- 4:28Speaker 1: getting close to the milestone. You're gonna keep telling yourself, Hey,
- 4:33Speaker 1: I believe that every little bit of effort that I
- 4:36Speaker 1: put towards this project, paying this bill, completing this task
- 4:43Speaker 1: is paying off, and it's good enough, and it's more
- 4:47Speaker 1: than good enough to accomplish the goal. I know I'm
- 4:49Speaker 1: an excellent manifestor. I know I can turn it on.
- 4:53Speaker 1: I've got this again. The goal here is to diffuse
- 4:56Speaker 1: some stress around being a last minute manifesto and then
- 5:02Speaker 1: also continue to tell yourself, well, I've been successful in
- 5:05Speaker 1: the past, so I can be successful again. Yes, I
- 5:09Speaker 1: might want to stress and worry and think, oh my god,
- 5:11Speaker 1: how this is going to happen? But I've been successful
- 5:14Speaker 1: for I've been able to turn off this stress and
- 5:17Speaker 1: focus my energy and align my feelings with my desired
- 5:23Speaker 1: result and create it. So I can do it again.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Of course I can do it again. I know how
- 5:27Speaker 1: this works. And then as you move through, you know,
- 5:32Speaker 1: as you're moving through your day to day life, just
- 5:34Speaker 1: try to be neutral about the goal or the project
- 5:37Speaker 1: or the bill, or the milestone. Just try to just
- 5:41Speaker 1: focus on getting done what needs to be done. You
- 5:45Speaker 1: don't need the storyline of, oh, this must mean something
- 5:48Speaker 1: about me. I must be bad at money, I must
- 5:51Speaker 1: be a bad worker, I'm not a good student. No,
- 5:59Speaker 1: just stop that storyline. Just be neutral about it. Say hey,
- 6:02Speaker 1: I'm getting it done. I know I'm gonna get it done,
- 6:05Speaker 1: and I just do it, and I trust that it
- 6:07Speaker 1: is more than enough. I trust that all of my
- 6:10Speaker 1: efforts are more than enough. And then this is kind
- 6:16Speaker 1: of circling back to the whole idea of just being
- 6:21Speaker 1: in praise for the fact that you can manifest at
- 6:23Speaker 1: the last minute. Is and this is in the it's
- 6:28Speaker 1: in the realm of perfectionism. It's okay to be fine
- 6:31Speaker 1: with a mediocre result if it gets done, it gets
- 6:34Speaker 1: done right, Like, I get it. We you know I
- 6:38Speaker 1: want it. I want you all to feel a sense
- 6:41Speaker 1: of excellence, and I want you to feel like you
- 6:44Speaker 1: are your best all the time. But sometimes your best
- 6:48Speaker 1: is a mediocre result. And that's fine. If it gets
- 6:51Speaker 1: done and it's a mediocre result, it's better than no result.
- 6:56Speaker 1: It is better than no result. So we're kicking the
- 6:59Speaker 1: whole energy mindset, way of being, of perfectionism out of
- 7:04Speaker 1: your consciousness and say, hey, it gets done, it gets done.
- 7:09Speaker 1: It's better than no result. It's like, I'll share this
- 7:15Speaker 1: my mom back in the day, like in the nineties.
- 7:18Speaker 1: Her intern was an athlete, a college athlete who went
- 7:23Speaker 1: on to play professional sports, and he had the gorgeous
- 7:29Speaker 1: We had this little phrase that like c's get degrees,
- 7:33Speaker 1: and like, you know, my mom is was a very
- 7:37Speaker 1: you know, type A. I get a's at everything, I
- 7:41Speaker 1: excel and she thought that was just so crazy. But
- 7:44Speaker 1: if you think about it, sees do get degrees. And
- 7:49Speaker 1: then when it's interesting, I wound up going to the
- 7:51Speaker 1: same college that he went to, and I had a
- 7:55Speaker 1: roommate and it was final spring semester finals, and she
- 8:01Speaker 1: like she just she was so stressed out about it,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and she wind up leaving and I'm like, it's you
- 8:08Speaker 1: have two more finals left. Just turn it on, talk
- 8:12Speaker 1: to somebody, do what you need to do. You're right,
- 8:15Speaker 1: like a mediocre result is better than no results. So
- 8:18Speaker 1: basically here it is. She you know, fought for that
- 8:22Speaker 1: whole semester and did everything she could to get to
- 8:26Speaker 1: that point, and then at the very end she quit
- 8:29Speaker 1: And I get it. I get like there can be
- 8:31Speaker 1: mental health things there, but really I don't think hers
- 8:36Speaker 1: like I knew her, like obviously I shared a room
- 8:38Speaker 1: with her, I don't think it was like a severe
- 8:42Speaker 1: mental health issue. I just think that that monster in
- 8:46Speaker 1: her mind that was telling her, if you can't do
- 8:48Speaker 1: this perfectly, why even bother was getting the best of her.
- 8:54Speaker 1: And that monster can feel very, very real for those
- 8:57Speaker 1: of us who've experienced it, that monster feels it's so real,
- 9:00Speaker 1: it feels so powerful, it feels so right, it feels
- 9:04Speaker 1: so much bigger than our circumstances. And so just start
- 9:12Speaker 1: telling yourself, you know, along the vibration of sees get degrees.
- 9:16Speaker 1: A mediocre result is better than no result, right, It's
- 9:21Speaker 1: better than sitting in you know, talking your boss and
- 9:24Speaker 1: crying your eyes out because you're so overwhelmed. And if
- 9:28Speaker 1: that's necessary, I get it, that happens, like if it
- 9:31Speaker 1: needs to happen, but does it right? You You have agency,
- 9:35Speaker 1: you have control over your life, and not everything is
- 9:39Speaker 1: going to be perfect, but it will be more than
- 9:43Speaker 1: enough if you believe it is more than enough. And
- 9:47Speaker 1: that's not a rebellion, it's not a laziness. It's not
- 9:50Speaker 1: a I'm not going to show up for this, it's
- 9:54Speaker 1: it's acknowledging that we're human beings on this planet. And
- 9:58Speaker 1: I recently was listening to to a Brian Tracy book
- 10:02Speaker 1: on I don't think it was on time management, but
- 10:06Speaker 1: he talks a lot about time management. So i'd appeared
- 10:08Speaker 1: in this book and there was a moment where he said,
- 10:13Speaker 1: you're never gonna get done everything you need to get
- 10:15Speaker 1: done right. And I and what I love about Brian
- 10:19Speaker 1: Tracy is basically he's talking about metaphysical principles in the
- 10:22Speaker 1: context of a corporate business environment. And but I think
- 10:28Speaker 1: it's very much along the lines of, like Abraham Hicks,
- 10:31Speaker 1: You're never gonna get it all done right, so do
- 10:34Speaker 1: your best. And if it's not like the greatest thing
- 10:38Speaker 1: you have ever created ever, okay, that's okay, except that
- 10:43Speaker 1: a mediocre result is better than no results see skip degrees.
- 10:50Speaker 1: It works. And I think back to my life, like
- 10:53Speaker 1: all the things that I wound up, like, you know,
- 10:56Speaker 1: the perfectionist monster was getting the best of me, and
- 10:59Speaker 1: I wind it up not comp leading it or doing
- 11:01Speaker 1: it or quitting when I didn't need to quit, Like
- 11:03Speaker 1: sometimes we quit because it's just truly not in alignment
- 11:07Speaker 1: with who we are and what we want for our life. No,
- 11:10Speaker 1: I'm talking about that when that monster shows up in
- 11:12Speaker 1: our mind that overwhelms us to the point where all
- 11:17Speaker 1: we want to do is go home and get under
- 11:19Speaker 1: the covers. I think back to all those moments I've
- 11:23Speaker 1: had like that where I quit too soon, and I'm like, dude,
- 11:27Speaker 1: you could have just figured it out, like it builds
- 11:31Speaker 1: my spirguts are jumping in. They're saying, it builds a
- 11:33Speaker 1: muscle within you when you're willing to figure it out,
- 11:38Speaker 1: when you're willing not to give up. It's faith, It's
- 11:41Speaker 1: really faith, right, And that monster in our mind is
- 11:44Speaker 1: really just evil, right, And so let the God within
- 11:49Speaker 1: you win every time by saying, hey, I'm just gonna
- 11:52Speaker 1: do it. I'm going to do it to the best
- 11:53Speaker 1: of my ability, and it doesn't need to be an
- 11:56Speaker 1: Academy Award winning performance. It just needs to get done cool,
- 12:02Speaker 1: all right. I'm Amy of Intuitive Coaching with Amy, and
