Marco has studied Viticulture at the Wine Science course of the Auckland University and he set up a small vineyard in his property where he is currently producing Nebbiolo and Pinot Grigio grapes. His passion for Italian wine is part of his family history as his father used to introduce him to the rituals of food and wine matching since an early age…
