He founded Pine Financial Group in 2008, has raised $135M in private capital in 4 funds and has helped to close on over 2,400 transactions as a buyer, seller or private money lender. His company is approaching almost $1 Billion in fundings. He's also the author of "The 45 Day Investor", is a frequent speaker, and is host of "Real Estate Educators Podcast".
