  context of a President Biden's goal to build a national network

  of 500,000 electric vehicle Chargers, which is a critical

  part of the administration's efforts to to bolster the US

  economy and achieve a major drop in carbon emissions to combat
• 4:51
  global climate change. The administration's request of
• 4:54
  musk reflects, how the president must have overlapped objectives,

  despite their public, animosities Tesla's existing

  charging Network which includes roughly 17 thousands of it's

  super chargers and slower. Tesla destination, Chargers

  Test of booster 7 at Boca Chica Starbase Texas.

  Now, this is a substantial test for SpaceX.

  Not only did it tests the ground systems at Starbase, but it also

  tested the booster that will be sending a Starship to orbit
• 7:53
  sometime later this summer, possibly in a few months, if
• 7:58
  everything goes well, now before the launch, while before the
• 8:01
  static fire, there were two engines that malfunction one was
• 8:04
  shut. It off on purpose in the other
• 8:06
  one was shut off automatically. Now, we don't know exactly why
• 8:11
  they shut those off. What happened, what was the
• 8:13
  procedure for that? But we do know that to test
• 8:16
  engines were not ignited. During the static fire test.
• 8:19
  This is probably the most impressive static fire tests
• 8:22
  that we've seen since the Apollo era and also the space shuttle
• 8:28
  era, they had static fire tests of that ship but the Falcon 9
• 8:31
  ship spacex's Falcon 9, the Juggernaut, the Workhorse.

  Of spacex's Fleet while they're static fires, every single time
• 8:39
  at launches. Now, the important thing here is
• 8:42
  that Elon Musk said that they shut off the engine before hand
• 8:46
  due to something. We don't know exactly what it
• 8:49
  was, like I said before, but moving forward, there are some
• 8:53
  road closures coming up on Highway for Monday, February

  13th, Tuesday, or February 13th. Valentine's Day, Tuesday,

  February 14th, and Wednesday, February 15th between 8 a.m. and

  8 p.m. every single one of those days.

  Now, does this mean they're going to be static firing this

  gigantic booster? Again, the booster by the way is

  about 250 260 feet tall somewhere around there and it is
• 9:21
  literally the most powerful rocket on the face of the Earth

  right now. Now if they do another static,
• 9:27
  fire of the Starship booster 7 They would have to submit an
• 9:32
  overpressure notice for the locals, because if there's an
• 9:35
  overpressure notice, that means the locals have to leave the
• 9:38
  area. There is still a couple holdouts

  in Boca Chica Village, which is just about a mile and a half
• 9:45
  away from the launch site. And when they do a large testing
• 9:49
  like this or if they do an over pressure test for what other
• 9:52
  tanks or if they do a small flight of one of their ships,

  they have to leave the area. SpaceX gets them out of there,
• 9:58
  but we haven't seen any sort of Notice the night before Monday.

  the morning of but something interesting happened over the

  weekend ship. 26 was wheeled down to the launch area was

  hoisted up on the pad a which is a suborbital flight pad and we

  don't know what they're going to be doing with it.

  Now, this ship is completely different than the ships that

  we've seen recently. The Whilst our ships have a

  covering underneath them that protects it, when it comes back

  in from orbit, right? So it's the heat shield on the

  bottom of the ship, it also has wings.

  It has fins on the top of it and fins on the bottom of it, which

  helps it navigate and do that. Sweet kick, kick turn on the way

  back down when it comes back to land.

  Now, this ship doesn't have any of that.

  Is just a cylinder with a nose cone on it and what we're

  expecting it to be. Is something of along the lines

  of a tanker ship. Now, there's a propellant Phil

  that's going to need to happen on the way to the moon, for the

  Artemis, three missions. The space launch system which is

  a NASA rocket will shoot the Orion capsule into Earth orbit

  and then Set It Off to the moon. Now SpaceX is Starship.

  Will rendezvous with the Orion Craft on Earth or on the moon's
• 11:28
  orbit and then They will send the astronauts from the
• 11:34
  translunar injection and the loiter between the Starship and
• 11:39
  the Orion capsule the orbit of the moon and then the Starship
• 11:44
  will land on the moon. Now the Starship doesn't have
• 11:47
  enough fuel to get to the moon to begin with so they have to
• 11:52
  have Starship Depot's Starship tankers and also amoun variant
• 11:58
  of the Starship rocket. so the tanker fills up the, or the
• 12:03
  depot, fills up, the tanker, other way, around the tanker,
• 12:08
  fills up the depot, a bunch of tankers, fill up this Depot, and
• 12:11
  then the starship, Connects with the depot, Andre fuels before it
• 12:17
  goes to the Moon, it expends most of its fuel on the way to
• 12:21
  Earth orbit, and in Earth orbit. It docks with the depot and gets
• 12:27
  fuel again. Transfer is the fuel, what Jets
• 12:30
  do? And if you ever seen a jet
• 12:32
  flying and they have a tanker jet behind it or tanker played
• 12:36
  behind it or in front of it, you know, the jet swoops up
• 12:39
  underneath it, fuels up real quick and then takes off again.

  What happens here or it's similar to when a gas tanker,
• 12:48
  something like a nice engine gas, tanker refuels at a station
• 12:52
  and then takes that fuel, simply cells, pretty similar, right?

  Basically filling up your car with gas and then the star ship

  goes to the moons, are they loiter in the moon's orbit
• 13:03
  connect with the Orion spacecraft and then go down to
• 13:06
  the surface of the Moon? It's absolutely incredible but

  going to be doing a pressure test or a cryogenic test of this

  ship down at the Launchpad? So they can make sure that they

  can move forward with that part of the launch cycle, when they

  actually do something after the first orbital, CH.

  So if they do the orbital flight test, there's no plans to do a
• 14:13
  fueling in orbit because they're not going to make it for a full
• 14:17
  orbit. They're basically going to make
• 14:18
  it to about 98% of an orbit and then they're going to land off
• 14:22
  the coast of Hawaii and they're not going to have time to do a
• 14:26
  test fueling for this one but maybe an orbital flight Test 2,
• 14:30
  3 4, maybe we'll see what happens in the future but I
• 14:34
  think what they're going to be doing over the next week?
• 14:36
  Is there going to be doing a either a pressure test or a
• 14:39
  Biogenic test, which is basically freezing this rocket
• 14:43
  because they have to freeze it before they fuel it up and
• 14:45
  before they light the engine. So it doesn't basically burn up
• 14:50
  and I think that's what they're gonna be doing next week.
