- 0:14Speaker 3: producer poo is here confess bring.
- 0:16Speaker 1: It on legally shouldn't even really be telling you guys
- 0:19Speaker 1: this because i technically signed an nda but i wanted
- 0:23Speaker 1: to like tell someone i've never actually really told anybody
- 0:27Speaker 1: outside of just a couple people in my family uh
- 0:29Speaker 1: but fun fact so i actually work at a very
- 0:33Speaker 1: large stadium um and yeah i'm not going to tell
- 0:37Speaker 1: you which one but a very certain professional football team
- 0:41Speaker 1: happens later.
- 0:43Speaker 2: I like a little mystery. I'm wondering who it could be.
- 0:46Speaker 2: Is there a mystery left? I don't think there's much
- 0:48Speaker 2: of a mystery left.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Allen Eagles?
- 0:50Speaker 2: Right. Okay. Got it.
- 0:53Speaker 3: Okay, so don't say, but it's a very popular football
- 0:56Speaker 3: team at a major stadium.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Right.
- 0:59Speaker 4: So not this season, but last, this extremely wealthy guy
- 1:04Speaker 4: passed away. And I didn't know him personally, but He
- 1:09Speaker 4: was a huge, huge, huge fan of the team.
- 1:13Speaker 2: And I mean, like, huge. Okay.
- 1:17Speaker 1: And on a Saturday morning, we were told that there
- 1:20Speaker 1: was going to be this private event that was happening
- 1:22Speaker 1: on the field. And very few employees were actually allowed
- 1:26Speaker 1: really anywhere near it. And everybody involved, we all had
- 1:29Speaker 1: to sign paperwork that was basically saying that we wouldn't
- 1:32Speaker 1: really ever talk about what we saw.
- 1:33Speaker 2: So basically, it was a funeral. Wait. At the stadium?
- 1:39Speaker 2: It was a funeral? On the field?
- 1:42Speaker 1: With a literal casket on the field.
- 1:47Speaker 2: What? You can do that?
- 1:50Speaker 3: Are you serious?
- 1:51Speaker 1: Well, if you're this wealthy man, yeah.
- 1:57Speaker 2: Oh, wow.
- 1:58Speaker 1: Yeah. I mean, I, they set up everything like literally
- 2:04Speaker 1: right onto the star in the middle of the field.
- 2:07Speaker 1: And there were maybe, I would say only about 20
- 2:11Speaker 1: people there.
- 2:12Speaker 2: Like it was.
- 2:12Speaker 1: Definitely, definitely his closest friends and family. And that was it.
- 2:19Speaker 1: And I guess this was something that this guy had
- 2:22Speaker 1: always said that when he passed, this was one of
- 2:25Speaker 1: his dreams.
- 2:26Speaker 3: Wow.
- 2:26Speaker 1: He wanted to have his funeral on the field of
- 2:29Speaker 1: his favorite football team.
- 2:31Speaker 2: And you know what?
- 2:32Speaker 1: When you have enough money, you can make some crazy
- 2:34Speaker 1: things happen, I guess. I guess so.
- 2:37Speaker 2: So there was an actual casket on the star.
- 2:39Speaker 1: Mm-hmm.
- 2:40Speaker 2: What?
- 2:41Speaker 3: There was.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Really?
- 2:42Speaker 2: I'm blown away right now.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Yeah, it happened really early on a Saturday morning. It
- 2:50Speaker 1: was maybe 45 minutes to an hour max.
- 2:55Speaker 4: And then everybody left.
- 2:56Speaker 1: And from what I understand, they had like his actual
- 2:59Speaker 1: funeral was afterwards somewhere else. But, um, All of us
- 3:03Speaker 1: that were there, we just sort of, we were in
- 3:06Speaker 1: awe in a way. Like, did that really just happen?
- 3:08Speaker 2: I would be too.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I worked there for years and I have never seen
- 3:13Speaker 1: anything like that. It's just crazy because this also wasn't
- 3:16Speaker 1: like ages ago. It was very recent.
- 3:19Speaker 2: It's in the middle of the season too. That's what's
- 3:21Speaker 2: wild to me is it's like... Unreal.
- 3:23Speaker 3: I mean, I know that there's some private things that
- 3:25Speaker 3: happen in this world, and I know that you can,
- 3:27Speaker 3: you know, use the field and you can rent it
- 3:29Speaker 3: and you can do things.
- 3:30Speaker 2: It's basically just a venue. Yeah, but I never thought
- 3:32Speaker 2: you could have it. Does anyone say that it's a
- 3:33Speaker 2: venue only for this or that? For a funeral? Yeah,
- 3:36Speaker 2: who does that? I don't know. I mean, I went
- 3:38Speaker 2: to Michael Jackson's funeral at Staples Center. Oh, you did.
- 3:41Speaker 2: That's true. People knew about it, though. They, like, sold
- 3:43Speaker 2: tickets to it. You ate a hot dog there. I did.
- 3:46Speaker 3: But it was weird knowing I'd seen the Lakers play here.
- 3:49Speaker 2: That is weird. And seen Justin Bieber perform here. And
- 3:51Speaker 2: then you're watching a funeral.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Right.
- 3:54Speaker 2: That's strange.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Yeah, that is crazy.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Yeah, it was pretty wild.
- 3:58Speaker 1: So I guess your dreams still can come true, whatever
- 4:01Speaker 1: wild dreams you have.
- 4:03Speaker 2: But I just, I was there.
- 4:05Speaker 1: You know, I was there and I got to witness
- 4:07Speaker 1: this very rich man have a secret funeral on the
- 4:10Speaker 1: middle of a professional football field.
- 4:13Speaker 2: It just proves that if you have enough money, you
- 4:15Speaker 2: can make anything happen. Yeah, you can do what you want.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Just do whatever. Yeah. I mean, I want to have
- 4:20Speaker 2: it on your caskets on the star.
- 4:22Speaker 3: The owner can allow whatever they want to happen in
- 4:25Speaker 3: the building they own, right? We need to sage this field.
- 4:28Speaker 3: Is this who Dak was thrown into a couple of
- 4:30Speaker 3: weeks ago? The ghost in the end zone? No, no,
- 4:33Speaker 3: they were in Brazil. Oh, that's right.
- 4:35Speaker 1: That's right.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Okay. Wow.
- 4:40Speaker 3: I mean, there's something there. I think there's, I've witnessed
- 4:42Speaker 3: a funeral on that, on that. During games sometimes. I
- 4:47Speaker 3: feel like I'm actually sadder than funerals sometimes. If there's
- 4:52Speaker 3: some ghosts in the house, they can help with that defense.
- 4:54Speaker 2: Yeah, that's true. Can they play secondary?
- 4:57Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 4:59Speaker 2: Well, listen, that is mind-blowing. I mean, all jokes aside. Yeah,
- 5:05Speaker 2: I've never heard of anything like that. Yeah, I'm trying
- 5:07Speaker 2: to think about where I'd want my funeral if I
- 5:09Speaker 2: could have it anywhere. I'm trying to think of who
- 5:10Speaker 2: it was. Where, Billy, where?
- 5:12Speaker 3: I don't know. I'm trying to think of where I
- 5:13Speaker 3: would have my funeral if I could have it anywhere.
- 5:15Speaker 3: I mean, I might have it at, I almost said
- 5:17Speaker 3: the name of the place. I don't want to say it.
- 5:19Speaker 3: I might have it there.
- 5:20Speaker 1: Really?
- 5:21Speaker 2: Yeah, why not? I don't want to do it on
- 5:22Speaker 2: the star. I feel like that's disrespectful. Right, yeah, yeah.
- 5:25Speaker 2: I want to come down from the banners, like hang me. Oh,
- 5:28Speaker 2: my gosh. I want to come flying in with some pyro.
- 5:31Speaker 2: That's getting wild. Like it's a halftime performance? Like Monster Jam.
- 5:38Speaker 2: You know what I mean? Grave digger.
- 5:39Speaker 3: Remember how Lady Gaga flew into the stadium in the
- 5:43Speaker 3: Super Bowl? Yeah.
- 5:44Speaker 2: Oh, she looked like a spider monkey. Never forget that.
- 5:46Speaker 3: Yeah, never forget that. That's how I want to come in.
- 5:48Speaker 3: Just my stiff body.
- 5:50Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 5:52Speaker 2: Oh, boy. Looking like Mitch McConnell floating out. Oh, my gosh.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Oh, man.
- 5:59Speaker 2: Well, I don't know.
- 6:01Speaker 3: That's something I have to think about. But that is
- 6:02Speaker 3: an amazing secret. Thank you so much. I can't wait
- 6:06Speaker 3: to talk about this because, well, obviously I won't say
- 6:08Speaker 3: your name and all that good stuff.
- 6:09Speaker 2: And it definitely didn't happen at AT & T Stadium. No, never.
- 6:14Speaker 2: We could be talking about the Frisco Cowboys Little League. Yeah,
- 6:17Speaker 2: there's a star. Yeah, who knows? Well, thank you so much,
- 6:22Speaker 2: and we appreciate your secret.
- 6:24Speaker 1: Yeah, well, thanks for letting me share this just totally awesome,
- 6:28Speaker 1: interesting experience I had that I have to not let
- 6:31Speaker 1: anybody know, so it feels good to share it.
- 6:33Speaker 2: You witnessed history, that's for sure. Totally.
- 6:38Speaker 1: Totally.
- 6:38Speaker 2: There you go. Dirty Little Secret. We'll do it again
- 6:40Speaker 2: tomorrow morning at 730.
- 6:41Speaker 3: Now, I know they did, you know, Chris Cowell's public
- 6:43Speaker 3: memorial there.
- 6:44Speaker 2: Yeah, I didn't realize that. The sniper. But that's completely
- 6:47Speaker 2: different than just.
- 6:48Speaker 3: Someone with 20 people there.
- 6:50Speaker 2: Yeah, weird. 20 people in just the casket sitting on
- 6:53Speaker 2: the star. Right. Just chilling. Oh, my God. I mean,
- 6:57Speaker 2: for enough money, though, why not?
- 6:58Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Bury me in the end zone.
- 7:01Speaker 3: Oh, boy.
- 7:01Speaker 2: Fine.
