- 0:00Speaker 1: Live from the WOR LifeVac studios, the Mark Simone Show. Hey,
- 0:06Speaker 1: it's hour number three. A lot going on. So it
- 0:11Speaker 1: looks like, you know, this crazy race in Michigan. You've
- 0:14Speaker 1: got Mike Rogers, normal, solid, sort of a guy against
- 0:17Speaker 1: this crazy Islamic extremist anti-Semite Al-Sayed. As we said, Obama
- 0:27Speaker 1: will be heading to Michigan. Looks like Trump will head
- 0:28Speaker 1: to Michigan this week. So you'll have Obama and Trump
- 0:32Speaker 1: both campaigning in Michigan. This is going to be the
- 0:35Speaker 1: race that most likely decides who runs the Senate. Whoever
- 0:42Speaker 1: wins Michigan, that's going to clinch it for the party.
- 0:45Speaker 1: So if they win Michigan, the Republicans will have control
- 0:48Speaker 1: of the Senate. This early voting is very big this year.
- 0:51Speaker 1: Early voting is underway in a lot of states. 18
- 0:55Speaker 1: million people have already voted. in the country, early voting.
- 0:58Speaker 1: 18 million votes have already been cast. Early voting starts
- 1:03Speaker 1: in New York State this weekend. You can go vote
- 1:06Speaker 1: for Bruce Blakeman. Make sure you vote for the Republican
- 1:10Speaker 1: Attorney General candidate. Nobody can pronounce her name. Sabitha Kamateti-something.
- 1:17Speaker 1: Brilliant woman. Would make a great Attorney General. Vote for
- 1:21Speaker 1: Bruce Blakeman, obviously, but vote for the Republican candidate for
- 1:25Speaker 1: Attorney General, Get rid of this awful Letitia James. So
- 1:30Speaker 1: you can do that starting Saturday. You can start early
- 1:32Speaker 1: voting Saturday in New York State. By the way, Brad
- 1:39Speaker 1: Lander is up for re-election. It would be great to
- 1:43Speaker 1: get rid of Brad Lander. He's this anti-Semitic, left-wing kook
- 1:48Speaker 1: Brad Lander. So he's trying to get publicity for his campaign.
- 1:52Speaker 1: He's over in Israel. He went over there with a
- 1:56Speaker 1: bunch of left-wing rabbis. Now, Lander yesterday made news. He
- 2:02Speaker 1: was detained by the Israeli Defense Forces. He was detained.
- 2:06Speaker 1: He was arrested. He was this. He was that. He
- 2:09Speaker 1: tried to make a big spectacle out of himself. It
- 2:11Speaker 1: turns out, you know, he said all we were doing
- 2:14Speaker 1: was picking olives. Well, you're Brad Lander. You're in New
- 2:18Speaker 1: York City. What the hell are you doing over there
- 2:20Speaker 1: picking olives? You know, if Brad Lander, if anybody in
- 2:23Speaker 1: New York City said, yeah, I need some olives, you'd
- 2:26Speaker 1: walk over to the supermarket and get some olives. You
- 2:29Speaker 1: wouldn't fly halfway around the world and pick them yourself.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Nobody would do that. So it was obvious he's just
- 2:35Speaker 1: to get attention, just to do some anti-Israel nonsense. It
- 2:39Speaker 1: turned out he wasn't arrested. He was wherever they were
- 2:42Speaker 1: trying to pick these olives. It turned out it was
- 2:44Speaker 1: a restricted military zone that was closed to the public.
- 2:49Speaker 1: They were in a restricted military zone. The Israeli defense
- 2:54Speaker 1: forces came in and grabbed these people, but all they
- 2:56Speaker 1: wanted was to find out who they were and check
- 2:58Speaker 1: their identification. And that's all they did. They came in.
- 3:03Speaker 1: They didn't detain them. I mean, they did for, you know,
- 3:05Speaker 1: a minute and a half, just checking their identification, saw
- 3:09Speaker 1: who they were, and let them go. So it was
- 3:11Speaker 1: Lander making, you know, the anti-Semitic Lander making a big
- 3:15Speaker 1: something out of nothing. Here's Lander.
- 3:18Speaker 2: What I'm angry about as an American Jew and a
- 3:21Speaker 2: human being is the violence that is being done to Palestinians,
- 3:25Speaker 2: an effort to push them off their land and out
- 3:27Speaker 2: of their homes.
- 3:28Speaker 1: He's the biggest anti-Semite of all. And he talks like
- 3:33Speaker 1: your typical left wing. I am so angry about what
- 3:36Speaker 1: I am angry about.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Yes.
- 3:40Speaker 1: He's accused Israel of genocide. Nobody's trying to push anybody
- 3:43Speaker 1: out of anything. Israel has never attacked anybody ever, except
- 3:47Speaker 1: when they were attacked. I mean, there was a Holocaust
- 3:50Speaker 1: launched on Israel on October 7th. Can you imagine the
- 3:54Speaker 1: Hamas genocide where they're shooting babies, raping women, slitting the
- 4:00Speaker 1: throats of babies? Lander had no problem with that. Understandable.
- 4:05Speaker 1: But he's just an anti-Semitic guy. And of course, they
- 4:09Speaker 1: The Kuki Mamdani jumps in to support Lander.
- 4:12Speaker 3: The Israeli military found that as an offense worthy of detention.
- 4:17Speaker 3: It begs a larger question of their conduct over the
- 4:20Speaker 3: course of not just this week, not just this month,
- 4:23Speaker 3: not just this year, but so many years prior to this.
- 4:27Speaker 3: And it is unacceptable.
- 4:30Speaker 1: You see, this is what I mean. What they did
- 4:32Speaker 1: with the detention, it was unacceptable. It was outrageous.
- 4:36Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 4:36Speaker 1: It's a restricted military zone. If I broke into a
- 4:39Speaker 1: military base and started walking around, I would expect the
- 4:42Speaker 1: military to grab me and say, who the hell are you?
- 4:45Speaker 1: Let me see some identification. And then they let you go.
- 4:50Speaker 1: They take you out of the restricted zone and let
- 4:52Speaker 1: you go. That's all that happened. What else would you do?
- 4:55Speaker 1: The most logical thing in the world. You know, the
- 4:57Speaker 1: problem is these guys, you know, these anti-Semites, Lander and Mamdani,
- 5:03Speaker 1: they can't come right out and be honest. You know,
- 5:05Speaker 1: be honest. Just say, I hate Jews. I hate Israel. Oh,
- 5:09Speaker 1: I hate Israel. I can't stand Jews. Just say it.
- 5:13Speaker 1: It's terrible, but if that's what you feel, just say it.
- 5:15Speaker 1: And give these Trump derangement syndrome people credit. They come
- 5:19Speaker 1: right out and say it. I hate Trump. They don't,
- 5:22Speaker 1: you know, try to hide it in any way. They
- 5:25Speaker 1: come right out and say it. This anti-Semitism is absolutely
- 5:29Speaker 1: out of control. It's unbelievable. We never thought we'd ever
- 5:31Speaker 1: see this in our lifetimes, but... Hey, a lot of
- 5:36Speaker 1: credit to Robert Kraft, Bob Kraft, New England Patriots owner.
- 5:40Speaker 1: He formed this group. It's a foundation. It's called Blue Square.
- 5:44Speaker 1: You should support this group. Blue Square, it's trying to
- 5:47Speaker 1: combat anti-Semitism all over the world. They've been raising money.
- 5:52Speaker 1: They've been doing stuff. And last night they had their
- 5:53Speaker 1: first gala dinner. It's going to be an annual thing.
- 5:56Speaker 1: They had a big gala dinner in the Waldorf. Big
- 6:00Speaker 1: Waldorf ballroom holds a thousand people. And they really filled
- 6:05Speaker 1: it up, even more than the Al Smith dinner. I
- 6:07Speaker 1: was looking at it. I was sitting in the ballroom.
- 6:09Speaker 1: I was looking up at the balconies were all full.
- 6:12Speaker 1: The second balconies were all full. They really filled this room.
- 6:16Speaker 1: And I couldn't believe the records they set, the money
- 6:20Speaker 1: they rose. This is all to combat anti-Semitism. You know,
- 6:23Speaker 1: when you do a big, fancy charity gala dinner, In
- 6:28Speaker 1: New York City, in the ballroom of the Plaza, the Pierre,
- 6:32Speaker 1: wherever you do it, you hope to raise $ 1. 2 million,
- 6:36Speaker 1: $ 1. 4 million, maybe $ 1. 5 million to rent the ballroom for
- 6:41Speaker 1: your expense, to have everybody in a ballroom. If it's
- 6:45Speaker 1: the Plaza, the Pierre, you're going to end up spending
- 6:48Speaker 1: $ 400, 000 or $ 500, 000 in expenses. Waldorf ballrooms, very expensive. They're
- 6:52Speaker 1: really overcharging now that they reopened. Your expense there can
- 6:55Speaker 1: be $ 600, 000, $ 700, 000 for the ballroom. But you try to
- 7:00Speaker 1: make $ 1. 5 million in a ballroom charity gala dinner. The
- 7:04Speaker 1: Al Smith dinner. The Al Smith. That's a big one.
- 7:07Speaker 1: They can raise like $ 3 million in one night. And
- 7:11Speaker 1: there's some of those Robin Hood Foundation kind of big,
- 7:14Speaker 1: big charity. They'll raise $ 4 million in one dinner. Well,
- 7:18Speaker 1: last night, Robert Kraft with this Blue Square dinner. Tom
- 7:23Speaker 1: Brady was the emcee. Bon Jovi was the second emcee.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Cardinal Dolan spoke. These guys, by the way, are all
- 7:30Speaker 1: what they call forks. A fork is what they call
- 7:33Speaker 1: themselves forks. Friends of Robert Kraft. So they were all there.
- 7:38Speaker 1: But I couldn't believe they announced how much money they
- 7:41Speaker 1: raised that night in one ballroom in one night. $ 32 million.
- 7:47Speaker 1: I've never heard of that in my life. It's actually
- 7:49Speaker 1: over $ 32 million. Pretty amazing feat for Robert Kraft and
- 7:54Speaker 1: all for a great cause. But you should support them.
- 7:56Speaker 1: It's Blue Square. to combat anti-semitism uh cnn is threatening
- 8:03Speaker 1: the white house they've been banned from air force one
- 8:06Speaker 1: uh they're threatening to sue they're going to take legal
- 8:09Speaker 1: action to demand demand to be on air force one
- 8:13Speaker 1: uh you could get some kooky left-wing judge but it'll
- 8:15Speaker 1: get appealed and when it goes to a real court
- 8:18Speaker 1: they'll probably rule there's no law that says you have
- 8:22Speaker 1: to be allowed on air force one it's the president's
- 8:24Speaker 1: plane he's traveling on he doesn't have to let you
- 8:26Speaker 1: on his plane He's going to Iowa today for a
- 8:31Speaker 1: big rally. If you're CNN and you want to cover it,
- 8:34Speaker 1: you can go cover it. Book some plane tickets. Get
- 8:37Speaker 1: a flight to Iowa. Go there and cover it. He
- 8:39Speaker 1: doesn't have to take you with him on his plane.
- 8:43Speaker 1: So I don't know what grounds they have for a lawsuit.
- 8:45Speaker 1: He can ban you from his plane. He doesn't have
- 8:49Speaker 1: to take you with him and his entourage. You're perfectly
- 8:52Speaker 1: free to go to Iowa and cover him. So that
- 8:55Speaker 1: suit going absolutely nowhere. Hey, Connecticut is all upset. Connecticut
- 9:00Speaker 1: is furious. There's a big new study that came out,
- 9:03Speaker 1: the best state for pizza. It's based on Google reviews
- 9:07Speaker 1: and all kinds of stuff. What state is number one
- 9:09Speaker 1: for pizza? Guess who won? New York. Well, of course,
- 9:14Speaker 1: all the top pizza spots in America, John's of Bleecker Street, DeFaro,
- 9:19Speaker 1: you know all the names. They're all in New York.
- 9:22Speaker 1: Connecticut is all upset because they were number 16. Number 16. Now,
- 9:27Speaker 1: you know, Connecticut has been on this thing of trying
- 9:29Speaker 1: to convince everybody that they're the number one pizza state
- 9:32Speaker 1: in America. They even spent a fortune putting up the signs.
- 9:37Speaker 1: Now entering Connecticut, the number one pizza state. Signs everywhere.
- 9:41Speaker 1: The pizza capital. Well, that's not true. Connecticut is very
- 9:45Speaker 1: good for pizza. Some of the most famous pizzas in
- 9:48Speaker 1: the world are in Connecticut. Frank Pepe. New Haven, Frank Pepe's, Sally's,
- 9:54Speaker 1: and of course the Colony in Stanford. These are legendary pizzas,
- 9:58Speaker 1: but I could name three or four. or five maybe
- 10:01Speaker 1: new york you could name 50 of the greatest pizza
- 10:03Speaker 1: places in america so connecticut came in number 16 that's
- 10:07Speaker 1: not right they should be in the top five but
- 10:11Speaker 1: they're furious that they're number 16 and some of these
- 10:14Speaker 1: states This doesn't make any sense. Texas, Oregon, Missouri, you
- 10:20Speaker 1: can't get good pizza in those places. Absolutely ridiculous. The
- 10:26Speaker 1: government investigating all kinds of fraud. They're finding more and
- 10:29Speaker 1: more things. Here they got a guy in Atlanta, this
- 10:32Speaker 1: rap star, Merciless New. He's an influencer. Ooh, an influencer.
- 10:38Speaker 1: A rapper. Apparently they got him on fraud charges. Looks
- 10:43Speaker 1: like $ 42 million in food stamp fraud between 2020 and 2026.
- 10:50Speaker 1: This 39-year-old rapper allegedly raided state-administrated supplemental nutrition assistance programs.
- 10:59Speaker 1: The hell of a name, but apparently was running what
- 11:02Speaker 1: turned out to be a $ 4. 6 million fraud scheme. All
- 11:07Speaker 1: in all, down there, they uncovered about $ 42 million in fraud. J.D.
- 11:11Speaker 1: Vance and his task force. Good for them. Also, the
- 11:15Speaker 1: feds just announced moments ago they have filed charges against
- 11:21Speaker 1: a Democrat state senator. It looks like he was accused
- 11:27Speaker 1: of leading a marijuana distribution enterprise. OK, but they got him.
- 11:34Speaker 1: That's good news. Bruce Blakeman. Go vote for him. Looks
- 11:38Speaker 1: like he could win. He could be the first Republican
- 11:41Speaker 1: since Pataki years ago to become governor. Now, once again,
- 11:46Speaker 1: let me repeat this. There's a Quinnipiac poll out there
- 11:48Speaker 1: everybody's quoting showing Blakeman down 14%. Don't take this poll seriously.
- 11:55Speaker 1: It's one of these junk, fake polls. They keep warning
- 11:59Speaker 1: you about these public polls. They rig them. They slant them.
- 12:02Speaker 1: They bias them. Take this Quinnipiac poll. We had the
- 12:06Speaker 1: greatest pollster go in and look at the methodology, look
- 12:09Speaker 1: at the sample. It stinks. It absolutely stinks. In this
- 12:13Speaker 1: Quinnipiac poll, Republicans were only 22% of the sample, which
- 12:19Speaker 1: means 80% of the sample was Democrats. It's basically a
- 12:22Speaker 1: poll of Democrats. They didn't use likely voters. It was
- 12:27Speaker 1: randomly dialed numbers, no voter list. This is absolutely disgusting.
- 12:34Speaker 1: They tried to quote demographic groups, but this is unusual.
- 12:37Speaker 1: There was no disclosure of the demographics, no race, no age,
- 12:41Speaker 1: no education, no religion. Absolutely a total junk poll. Do
- 12:47Speaker 1: not take it seriously. Why do they do this? Well,
- 12:50Speaker 1: it's to suppress turnout among Republicans. It's a really, really
- 12:55Speaker 1: stupid thing to do. You know, in your car, your speedometer...
- 13:01Speaker 1: It goes to like 160 if you've got a really
- 13:04Speaker 1: fast car. Any car, it goes to 120. And you
- 13:07Speaker 1: look at that speedometer. Who's ever going to go 120? Well,
- 13:11Speaker 1: look at this guy. Easton, Connecticut. Easton, Connecticut. That's way
- 13:15Speaker 1: above Westport. Police are trying to seek this guy. They're
- 13:18Speaker 1: looking for this guy. He was going over 100 miles
- 13:21Speaker 1: an hour. Now you're saying, wow, 95? No, not on
- 13:24Speaker 1: a highway. Regular streets. In fact, in a school zone,
- 13:30Speaker 1: he was going 100 miles an hour on Route 59
- 13:35Speaker 1: in front of the school there. Now, police, apparently there's
- 13:40Speaker 1: a Connecticut law. The police are not allowed to engage
- 13:44Speaker 1: in a high-speed chase. It's dangerous. People can get hurt.
- 13:49Speaker 1: So they're not, you know, because if you chase him
- 13:52Speaker 1: at 100, he's going to go 110. You go 110,
- 13:53Speaker 1: he'll go 120. So they don't allow high-speed chases in Connecticut.
- 13:57Speaker 1: You have to let the guy go. They do that
- 13:59Speaker 1: in New York sometimes where it just, you know, sometimes
- 14:03Speaker 1: there's a stolen car and the guy's going 100. They
- 14:05Speaker 1: don't start the high-speed chase. But in Connecticut, you're not
- 14:08Speaker 1: allowed to. So they couldn't chase the guy. And the
- 14:10Speaker 1: thing is, if you're going 100, you're going so fast,
- 14:12Speaker 1: they can't see your license plate number. They could try
- 14:15Speaker 1: to read it, but you're going so fast, you can't
- 14:17Speaker 1: see it. So they don't know who the guy is.
- 14:20Speaker 1: They're asking the public to help. Easton, Connecticut, they're unable
- 14:25Speaker 1: to identify the plate or the vehicle. It went so fast. Hey,
- 14:31Speaker 1: we'll take some calls next. 800-321-0710 is the number. Give
- 14:36Speaker 1: me a call, especially if you're a new caller. We
- 14:38Speaker 1: like to hear from new callers.
- 14:39Speaker 3: 800-321-0710.
