Kansas City’s iconic, decades-old flag mural along Van Brunt Boulevard is fading and in need of a revival — and the city’s calling on YOU to help restore it. Painted nearly 20 years ago to honor the Historic Northeast community, this massive, block-spanning artwork has weathered time and vandalism. Join volunteers on July 18th (8 AM–11 AM) to prep, then paint from 9 AM–3 PM on July 20th — all supplies provided.
