- 0:00Speaker 1: Okay, so nobody in this studio.
- 0:02Speaker 2: You guys were talking about it forever, about devil Wor's Product.
- 0:05Speaker 1: Two, and none of nobody saw it.
- 0:07Speaker 2: No, Okay, I've never seen devil Wor's Product one, right,
- 0:11Speaker 2: But I happened to go to Hawaii last week because
- 0:13Speaker 2: my son graduated college, and I watched it on the airplane.
- 0:16Speaker 1: Oh you did?
- 0:17Speaker 3: It was on the airplane.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Well, I downloaded on my phone.
- 0:20Speaker 3: Oh the first one or the second one? The first one?
- 0:23Speaker 1: Said? I never saw the first one, but I watched
- 0:25Speaker 1: it on the airplane.
- 0:26Speaker 4: Got it.
- 0:26Speaker 2: And I have so many questions about the sequel because
- 0:29Speaker 2: I really liked the first one.
- 0:31Speaker 1: But anyway, so Tommy, you saw Devils Product two?
- 0:36Speaker 5: I did, and how is it? It was really good.
- 0:40Speaker 5: I really enjoyed it. I actually saw it right before
- 0:42Speaker 5: it opened, on the Thursday before it opened. I felt
- 0:46Speaker 5: it took a little bit of a long time to
- 0:49Speaker 5: get to why Emily wasn't involved right away?
- 0:54Speaker 2: Okay, So when I watched when I saw the first one, right,
- 0:58Speaker 2: And I don't know if it's fresh and your guys'
- 0:59Speaker 2: heads or not.
- 1:00Speaker 1: It's been a long time.
- 1:01Speaker 2: It came about twenty years ago, so that's what so,
- 1:03Speaker 2: so what It was interesting because I don't think Emily
- 1:07Speaker 2: was his big at star. She is now right, and
- 1:09Speaker 2: the same with Anna Hathaway, and so they brought up
- 1:11Speaker 2: these big players. The person that bothered me the most
- 1:14Speaker 2: was Anne Hathaway's boyfriend, which is the dude from Entourage, right.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I just felt that he was just he was just
- 1:18Speaker 2: he was So I hope he's not in the sequel?
- 1:21Speaker 1: Is he?
- 1:24Speaker 5: I don't recall, to be honest with you, you saw.
- 1:27Speaker 2: The movie, I don't think.
- 1:28Speaker 1: So.
- 1:28Speaker 5: Okay, I saw the movie, but I don't think. I
- 1:30Speaker 5: don't think. I don't think they showed much of him
- 1:32Speaker 5: if he was in there as a cameo.
- 1:34Speaker 2: Okay, I mean hold on, let me talk to Linda
- 1:35Speaker 2: real quick. You said, lindsay, what is the boyfriend in
- 1:38Speaker 2: Devils product you?
- 1:41Speaker 6: I don't recall that he was in it?
- 1:44Speaker 2: But I.
- 1:47Speaker 7: Enjoyed it, So.
- 1:48Speaker 1: Yeah, so did they do this?
- 1:49Speaker 2: Here's what I was curious about because in two thousand
- 1:52Speaker 2: and six, when The Devil was Proud of One came out,
- 1:55Speaker 2: people weren't as woke as they are now, and the
- 1:58Speaker 2: Devil was Product one. There there's lots of fat shaming
- 2:01Speaker 2: because she's a size six and she has to get
- 2:03Speaker 2: down to a size four. And I was wondering if
- 2:05Speaker 2: that's if that storyline, that stuff still came up in
- 2:08Speaker 2: the modeling world.
- 2:11Speaker 5: I don't think. I don't think they can kind.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Of do that now, right, That's what I was wondering,
- 2:14Speaker 1: if they.
- 2:15Speaker 8: Changed a lot of things change.
- 2:16Speaker 9: I saw like Anne Hathaway, like in an interview before
- 2:19Speaker 9: like press before the movie came out, she talked about
- 2:22Speaker 9: how it was really important to her that they didn't
- 2:24Speaker 9: do any of that kind of stuff.
- 2:25Speaker 1: But they do that in real life in the modeling world.
- 2:28Speaker 1: So that's what I was what I was wanted.
- 2:29Speaker 4: To know a different way.
- 2:31Speaker 8: There was supposed to be some surprise scene about like
- 2:35Speaker 8: honoring all types of women's bodies or something like that,
- 2:37Speaker 8: but since I hadn't seen it what the surprise scene
- 2:40Speaker 8: was anyway, I really it was really.
- 2:42Speaker 7: Cool to also feel like the people's like cameos, like
- 2:45Speaker 7: Lady Gaga is in it, and like.
- 2:47Speaker 6: A ton of other people.
- 2:49Speaker 1: Oh that's good, that's very cool. Yeah.
- 2:51Speaker 8: The first no, the boyfriend, I guess is not an
- 2:53Speaker 8: Oh good, keep bothering me the whole time.
- 2:55Speaker 1: Did make the cut.
- 2:56Speaker 2: You know what's funny is when you watched the first one,
- 2:58Speaker 2: there there was a cameo the first one. This woman
- 3:01Speaker 2: looked very familiar to me and I wasn't sure who
- 3:03Speaker 2: it was, and I goes, that's so and so and
- 3:05Speaker 2: so this is two thousand and six, and I was right.
- 3:06Speaker 1: It was just Elbuncheon. She played an assistant.
- 3:10Speaker 6: That would have been like that would have been the
- 3:11Speaker 6: height of her modeling times though.
- 3:14Speaker 2: But I'm so excited for Anne Hathaway's character, for like,
- 3:16Speaker 2: I wanted to know what had she done with her
- 3:17Speaker 2: life after she.
- 3:18Speaker 1: She was the assistant and then she wanted to be
- 3:20Speaker 1: a writer, and she wanted to be whatever.
- 3:21Speaker 3: You know, we were all excited to see it, except
- 3:23Speaker 3: you know, life happens busy.
- 3:24Speaker 1: We'll see to Actually, Lindsey, thanks for calling in.
- 3:28Speaker 4: Thank you.
- 3:28Speaker 1: I have a wonderful Dan. Thanks for listening.
- 3:30Speaker 2: Anyway, Devil was pridably was number one of the box
- 3:32Speaker 2: office again, so it beat out Immortal Kombat.
- 3:35Speaker 1: So I really hope to see it.
- 3:36Speaker 2: Hey, here's your shot at one thousand bucks right now,
- 3:39Speaker 2: keyword bam one.
- 3:40Speaker 1: O four seven.
- 3:41Speaker 3: Kiss FM has your chance to win one thousand dollars
- 3:44Speaker 3: just under this nation. Why keyword on our website.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Phil that Bill interru now at one four to seven
- 3:51Speaker 2: Kiss FM dot com.
- 3:55Speaker 1: All right, so good luck.
- 3:56Speaker 2: We do it every single hour, thousand bucks every single
- 3:58Speaker 2: hour from six oh five to five five pm every weekday.
- 4:01Speaker 2: That's one thousand bucks, twelve times a day. It's brought
- 4:03Speaker 2: to you by a learner in row. So good luck. Also,
- 4:07Speaker 2: speaking of movies, I watched a lot of TV in
- 4:11Speaker 2: the last week. I was texting with Kyle about some
- 4:15Speaker 2: of the shows. Did you watch any of them? Have
- 4:17Speaker 2: you watched Legends yet?
- 4:18Speaker 8: I started Legends this morning. I think I'm about one
- 4:21Speaker 8: episode in.
- 4:22Speaker 2: It's a top ten show on Netflix right now, and
- 4:24Speaker 2: I'm about episode three or four.
- 4:26Speaker 1: It's really good. What's not about I haven't seen them
- 4:29Speaker 1: and it's a true story.
- 4:30Speaker 2: It's about these people in England in the nineties dealing
- 4:33Speaker 2: with heroin and they don't know how to stop it.
- 4:37Speaker 2: And Margaret Thatcher and the Queen want to stop heroin
- 4:40Speaker 2: abuse and traveling or what do you call it, the
- 4:43Speaker 2: smuggling trafficking, So they don't have a budget, so they
- 4:48Speaker 2: interview a bunch of people from that already working in
- 4:50Speaker 2: customs that have crappy jobs and customs, like they're ones
- 4:52Speaker 2: that are going through the suitcases and doing that stuff,
- 4:55Speaker 2: and they give them all tests and they hire four
- 4:57Speaker 2: people to infiltrate the drug cartel in Britain. That sounds
- 5:01Speaker 2: wild and there's a lot of killing and it really could.
- 5:05Speaker 2: It's really good. And then the other show I'm watching
- 5:07Speaker 2: on Netflix is Chestnut Man.
- 5:09Speaker 3: Did you start that one with the chest up Man?
- 5:11Speaker 8: Okay, you told me to watch it, and I searched
- 5:13Speaker 8: it as chestnut just that and I'm like, where is
- 5:16Speaker 8: it here?
- 5:17Speaker 3: I don't think it's the Chestnut Man, but I guess
- 5:19Speaker 3: it is. So No, I didn't start that.
- 5:20Speaker 2: This is the thing with Kyle like her and I
- 5:21Speaker 2: saw chestnut Man season one, Yeah, and a chestnut Man two.
- 5:28Speaker 1: I have to tell her in the text you saw
- 5:30Speaker 1: season one you liked.
- 5:32Speaker 2: It, and if I recommend chestnut Man, it's it's serial killer.
- 5:38Speaker 2: But one of those is like the guy before he
- 5:40Speaker 2: kills people, he texts them videos of themselves like minutes
- 5:44Speaker 2: after they were doing something.
- 5:46Speaker 1: So cray, it's so creepy. That's horrible. It's so creepy.
- 5:49Speaker 1: And Peyton, what were you watching? Did you finish Running Point?
- 5:52Speaker 4: Yeah? I finished Running point, which was really good.
- 5:54Speaker 9: Definitely leaves us off for a season three, which I'm
- 5:57Speaker 9: excited about.
- 5:57Speaker 4: But I watched that show Should I marry?
- 5:59Speaker 1: And that's number one right now? Yeah, not anymore?
- 6:02Speaker 9: No, oh no, no, I'm sorry, I don't Yeah, I
- 6:04Speaker 9: don't know, but it was really it was really good.
- 6:06Speaker 9: The first episode I'm watching it, I'm like, Okay, why
- 6:09Speaker 9: is this like a documentary? Like I'm not seeing where
- 6:11Speaker 9: we're going here. And then you get into episode two
- 6:14Speaker 9: and you're like, oh my goodness, this is actually bananas
- 6:16Speaker 9: and this girl is crazy, but also you sympathize with
- 6:20Speaker 9: her because of what she's going through and basically she's
- 6:23Speaker 9: debating if she should marry her fiance even though she
- 6:26Speaker 9: knows he did absolutely something awful and terrible.
- 6:30Speaker 4: But highly recommend you should watch it, Kyle. I think
- 6:32Speaker 4: you'd like it.
- 6:33Speaker 3: It sounds like it.
- 6:34Speaker 2: Well, no, right now, I think number one is is
- 6:37Speaker 2: a killing.
- 6:38Speaker 1: That's what it is.
- 6:39Speaker 2: I have the worst ex boyfriend ever, and I started
- 6:42Speaker 2: watching it and it's uh, is it like.
- 6:44Speaker 3: A new version, because I feel like we already watched that.
- 6:47Speaker 2: No, we watched the document because the vido, the picture
- 6:50Speaker 2: is the guy with the tattoos on his face and
- 6:52Speaker 2: we saw the documentary on him.
- 6:54Speaker 1: This is a season two and it's other stories. Oh, okay,
- 6:57Speaker 1: of another.
- 6:58Speaker 2: Like it's kind of slow actually, so I'm month I
- 7:00Speaker 2: kind of bail out of it.
- 7:03Speaker 1: But anyway, I just.
- 7:04Speaker 3: Plus, I'm sure we all caught up on Euphoria.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Oh that was amazing. Cut up on that. But I've
- 7:09Speaker 1: I've got a billion messages on it.
- 7:11Speaker 8: Well, yeah, it's totally at your rally. In the first
- 7:14Speaker 8: ten minutes of the episode, I'd.
- 7:15Speaker 6: Say, yeah, that might be the best TV you've ever
- 7:17Speaker 6: seen for you for Simmons, but it gets it gets
- 7:21Speaker 6: to a point where I was like, Okay, enough enough.
- 7:24Speaker 4: I felt that way too. I felt that way too.
- 7:27Speaker 6: And it's like, now they're pushing it so far. They're
- 7:29Speaker 6: just waiting for people to complain, Like you know, the
- 7:32Speaker 6: stories on You four, you could be like, did they
- 7:33Speaker 6: take it too far? You know that's what's going to happen.
- 7:35Speaker 9: But yeah, they're definitely pushing the limits for sure, Like
- 7:38Speaker 9: the stuff that you see on season or on episode
- 7:41Speaker 9: five of Euphoria last.
- 7:43Speaker 4: Night, you're like, I'm shocked that this is on my TV.
- 7:46Speaker 3: Sea almost are we?
- 7:49Speaker 9: Yeah, Like I feel like I'm invading your privacy right now.
- 7:53Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 7:54Speaker 1: Really?
- 7:54Speaker 6: Oh yeah, it went really that's the farthest.
- 7:57Speaker 4: Is for sure.
- 8:00Speaker 9: But yeah, it's it's pretty good between like Maddie and Cassie.
- 8:03Speaker 9: It's pretty a heavy episode on them too.
- 8:05Speaker 2: That's where I'm met, where Maddie shows up at the
- 8:07Speaker 2: pool and the fur coat.
- 8:08Speaker 9: Oh yeah, Maddie, she's playing the long game. She's getting
- 8:11Speaker 9: her revenge the long way.
- 8:13Speaker 2: You know. There seems to be a theme right now
- 8:14Speaker 2: because if you go to Apple and you watch another
- 8:16Speaker 2: top show is Margo's Got Money Problems.
- 8:18Speaker 1: That's also fetish stuff only fans that, Yeah, very heavy.
- 8:22Speaker 9: I guarantee that episode of Euphori is like running circles
- 8:25Speaker 9: around Margot's Got Money Problem.
- 8:27Speaker 1: Oh for sure.
- 8:28Speaker 4: I don't know that.
- 8:29Speaker 6: I haven't seen it, Like it was like almost rated X.
- 8:32Speaker 6: I think is there because there's the.
- 8:35Speaker 8: First ten minutes, Yeah, yeah, wave the show as a whole.
- 8:40Speaker 2: I don't know, Margo's Got Money Problems and gets pretty racy,
- 8:44Speaker 2: don't you think.
- 8:44Speaker 1: Yeah, are you up to date on that?
- 8:46Speaker 3: I no, I'm not.
- 8:47Speaker 2: But there's a lot of like, well, there's lots of
- 8:49Speaker 2: stuff with only fans. Amanda, good morning, what's going on?
- 8:55Speaker 7: Just dropping my kids off at school, running late to work?
- 8:58Speaker 1: Oh, you said us a text about something? Right? Yes,
- 9:03Speaker 1: the other day my.
- 9:04Speaker 7: Mom sent me this video of the and it was
- 9:07Speaker 7: baby Noah up and then also putting the wheel and
- 9:13Speaker 7: go with the showcase showed down. I'm like, why have
- 9:16Speaker 7: nobody talked about this?
- 9:17Speaker 2: Okay, you went, you cut out, you said a couple
- 9:20Speaker 2: of very important you saw baby know where on.
- 9:23Speaker 7: The price is right, and nobody is talking about it.
- 9:26Speaker 1: Yeah, we're going to talk about it today.
- 9:28Speaker 3: It just happened.
- 9:29Speaker 7: What Yeah, but I'm sure he went earlier and nobody
- 9:33Speaker 7: knew he was. Don't mean if Peyton was going on
- 9:35Speaker 7: a game show.
- 9:36Speaker 3: Actually, Noah kept its secret from everybody.
- 9:38Speaker 4: Yeah, I had no clue. I saw it on Instagram. Wow.
- 9:41Speaker 8: Yeah, I think I wanted I say he signed an
- 9:43Speaker 8: NBA or something like.
- 9:44Speaker 3: There was some he had to keep it a secret.
- 9:46Speaker 1: Well, okay, we're gonna get that.
- 9:48Speaker 7: Make that was a rerun or if it was new.
- 9:51Speaker 7: But we have to talk about this.
- 9:53Speaker 5: That's awesome.
- 9:54Speaker 2: We're gonna get into it in about fifteen twenty minutes.
- 9:57Speaker 2: We're also going to speak to one of the producers
- 9:58Speaker 2: of the show. And they're gonna tell us what they
- 10:00Speaker 2: were looking for and why they picked Noah the actual person.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Yeah, so we're gonna get all that going down this
- 10:05Speaker 1: one too.
- 10:06Speaker 7: Okay, I can't wait to hear.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Thanks Amanda, thanks for listening. But yeah, not spoiler alert.
- 10:11Speaker 2: But she did say he got to the Showcase Showdown,
- 10:14Speaker 2: which is surprising. When I was a little kid, I
- 10:16Speaker 2: used to watch Price Right with my grandmother.
- 10:18Speaker 9: That was what I've never seen an episode, So I
- 10:20Speaker 9: want to know what the Showcase Showdown is.
- 10:22Speaker 1: Oh my gosh, everything.
- 10:25Speaker 8: My kids love the Prices Right, like we watched it.
- 10:27Speaker 8: We were like on vacation one time. The TV only
- 10:30Speaker 8: had like a few channels and it was like an
- 10:32Speaker 8: entire channel dedicated to the Prices Right, and they're obsessed
- 10:35Speaker 8: with it now they like share. That's my dream to
- 10:38Speaker 8: go on the show like we went when I was
- 10:41Speaker 8: in college, Me and my sorority friends. We went to it,
- 10:44Speaker 8: and I thought for sure I had it nailed.
- 10:46Speaker 3: Like they're definitely.
- 10:47Speaker 8: Picking me because they asked everyone else one question, they
- 10:49Speaker 8: asked me three or four questions. I was like yes,
- 10:51Speaker 8: And then they go down to Literley, my authorty mate
- 10:55Speaker 8: who actually planned the trip, and she's like, I would
- 10:56Speaker 8: cut off my left toe for this, and then she
- 10:58Speaker 8: got picked to be honest, I would cut off my
- 11:00Speaker 8: right leg for I don't actually know if I would
- 11:03Speaker 8: cut off my toe, but yeah.
- 11:04Speaker 6: But.
- 11:07Speaker 1: Instagram account an entire galaxy.
- 11:12Speaker 2: There's in fact, like the unflugged foot account is the
- 11:15Speaker 2: only account I saw it in the country that didn't
- 11:17Speaker 2: lose anybody on the on the on the big Instagram thing,
- 11:21Speaker 2: what was that bought the box? Yeah, I lost three
- 11:24Speaker 2: thousand people on that thing.
- 11:25Speaker 8: Really well, I lost a few hundred two, and I
- 11:27Speaker 8: was like, I didn't know how any bots follow me.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Here's a text John Jay and Rich Noah on the
- 11:32Speaker 2: price is right, dare I say this is more exciting
- 11:34Speaker 2: than Zindeia at Peyton's wedding, Big.
- 11:38Speaker 1: Pretty big, all caps wow to watch.
- 11:41Speaker 2: Yeah, So we are going to get into that, and
- 11:44Speaker 2: we're going to kick it off by playing the game
- 11:46Speaker 2: involving prices right, and you'll get tickets to see Demi Lovato.
- 11:50Speaker 2: But we got another thousand bucks on the line with
- 11:52Speaker 2: minutes to win it. Later today, another thousand bucks would
- 11:54Speaker 2: pay your bills, then another thousand bucks and pay your
- 11:56Speaker 2: bills again. You got to keep a cute call and
- 11:58Speaker 2: the keywords before all that, O Mars, we need a contestant.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Eight seven, seven, nine three seven, one oh four seven.
- 12:03Speaker 2: It is John Ja and rich On Kiss. It's John
- 12:11Speaker 2: Jay and rich So that's Bruno Mars. So I was
- 12:13Speaker 2: in Hawaii last week, right, So my son Kemp graduated,
- 12:16Speaker 2: so he's home now, and he played basketball in Hawaii
- 12:21Speaker 2: and every time we'd go to the gym to watch
- 12:24Speaker 2: him play basketball.
- 12:25Speaker 1: There's certain.
- 12:27Speaker 2: Milestones, are places that we drive by that were famous
- 12:30Speaker 2: that within the culture. Like that school right there, that's
- 12:33Speaker 2: the high school Bruno Mars went to, so over. I mean,
- 12:36Speaker 2: every time I drove by it, I would go, oh,
- 12:37Speaker 2: that's just high school. Brunomrs school too. And then later
- 12:40Speaker 2: there's another high school. They're right next to each other.
- 12:42Speaker 2: That's that's the high school Obama Barack Obama went to
- 12:45Speaker 2: right and and then and and then there's other places
- 12:49Speaker 2: that we'd go around. One place, my wife and I
- 12:50Speaker 2: would go walking and there'd be tour buses would pull
- 12:52Speaker 2: up and they look at this beautiful view of.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Hawaii, but we always walked by it.
- 12:55Speaker 2: So one day I was in the in the hot
- 12:57Speaker 2: tub at the hotel, and I was talking to these
- 12:58Speaker 2: two people from Saint George, Utah, and they had gone
- 13:02Speaker 2: on a tour bus and I hadn't done any tours
- 13:04Speaker 2: or anything, and I was like, so, what'd you guys do?
- 13:07Speaker 1: They're like, oh man, it was great, Like what what?
- 13:10Speaker 2: The tour bus took us by where Bruno mars with
- 13:12Speaker 2: the high school, and then it took us that we're
- 13:14Speaker 2: Barack Obama went to high school, and then it took
- 13:17Speaker 2: us by this one of this this viewpoint. I go,
- 13:19Speaker 2: how much that costs? The whole tour was seventy bucks.
- 13:21Speaker 2: I'm like, I've been going for four years. I've been
- 13:24Speaker 2: going there and I had no idea that I was
- 13:27Speaker 2: going to all these hot spots for tourism.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Saved yourself quite a bit of money there.
- 13:32Speaker 6: You could make money there by doing your own little tour.
- 13:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I would assume that's what people are doing, because
- 13:37Speaker 2: that there's it's a hot tour business over there. You know.
- 13:39Speaker 2: It's kind of like selling fruit in its slide of
- 13:41Speaker 2: the road. But anyway, I'm done going to Hawaii.
- 13:43Speaker 1: Sadly.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Something else about my son Kemp. I've told you guys.
- 13:48Speaker 2: I told you guys that you know, well he's a
- 13:49Speaker 2: gen Z right. It's gen Z right. He's twenty two, okay,
- 13:53Speaker 2: And he's one of these guys that tries to stay
- 13:56Speaker 2: away from the blue light.
- 13:57Speaker 1: He turns off his phone, you know, hour before he
