- 0:00Speaker 1: Everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein chronicles. When we
- 0:03talk about Jeffrey Epstein and the way he was able
- 0:06to maneuver and snake his way through the system for
- 0:09so long, there was one person especially who really helped
- 0:14him out along the way, and that person is none
- 0:17other than Less Wexner. Now, this is a man who
- 0:21was extremely rich, extremely powerful, and for whatever reason, decided
- 0:25that he's going to give the keys of the kingdom
- 0:27to Jeffrey Epstein. That sounds like a great idea. Then
- 0:31later on down the road, Wexner tries to pitch to
- 0:34everybody that Jeffrey Epstein stole thirty seven million dollars from him.
- 0:38I said at the time, and I still believe that
- 0:41that was a baked in defense mechanism for the both
- 0:43of them. If Epstein ever got busted, then Wexner would
- 0:47just say, look, Epstein stole this money from me, and
- 0:49I have nothing to do with him. I'm a victim too,
- 0:52And that was all part of the plan. Because if
- 0:55you don't think people like this have failsafes, you have
- 0:57not been paying attention. Today's art is from Cincinnati dot
- 1:02Com headlined what we learned about Les Wexner and Jeffrey
- 1:06Epstein in document release nothing we didn't know already and
- 1:10anybody telling you any different, Well thereb Essin all of
- 1:13these relationships that people are all of a sudden outraged
- 1:16by have been relationships that are well known that Jeffrey
- 1:20Epstein fostered over the years. That's why the whole thing
- 1:23with the Senate has me shaking my head, as if
- 1:26we needed to have this document dump come out for
- 1:29us to know what was going on. Today's article is
- 1:33authored by Mark Williams. The thousands of pages of court
- 1:37documents released over the past week from a New York
- 1:39lawsuit revealed no fresh allegations about the relationship between New
- 1:44Albany billionaire and retail magnate Les Wexner and his ties
- 1:48to accuse sexual abuser Jeffrey Epstein accused, No convicted, Okay,
- 1:53convicted sexual abuser is the legacy media? Okay, did they
- 1:58fall and collectively hit their head because the nonsense that
- 2:01they spew about Jeffrey Epstein and his buddies is pretty sickening,
- 2:05But they do serve as a reminder of just how
- 2:08tight Epstein, Wexner's one time financial manager and Wexner the
- 2:12driving force behind well known brands such as Victoria's Secret,
- 2:16Abercrombie and Fitch, and Bath and Body Works were at
- 2:19one time. We didn't need those court documents to tell us.
- 2:22We all knew Epstein was running around telling everybody he
- 2:26could get them jobs at Victoria's Secret, that he was
- 2:29the man over there, and then less Wexner for his part,
- 2:32he gave Jeffrey Epstein power of attorney, so Epstein had
- 2:35control over his whole last fortune. Ask yourself, why, Ask
- 2:39yourself why a guy like Les Wexner, supposedly one of
- 2:43the smartest men in the room, Why are they going
- 2:45to give the keys to Jeffrey Epstein's bitch ass. Wexter's
- 2:49name came up more than forty five times in a
- 2:51twenty fifteen civil lawsuit filed by Virginia Roberts, who accused
- 2:55Epstein and partner Glenn Maxwell of directing her sexual involvement
- 2:59with prominent men. The case was settled in twenty seventeen.
- 3:04Last month, US District Judge Loretta Presca of the Southern
- 3:07District of New York ordered the list of names and
- 3:10related documents to be released because there was no longer
- 3:13a need for them to remain hidden. And this was
- 3:16the final result of the order that PRESCA passed a
- 3:19few years ago. And that order stated that all of
- 3:22this documentation was going to be unsealed. So this is
- 3:26the climax, if you will, of that order. None of
- 3:30those who were mentioned in the documents have been charged
- 3:33with any crime. Now read that again and tell me
- 3:36that's not fucked up. How is it that all these
- 3:38people who are mentioned in these documents from Sarah kelan
- 3:41On and nobody's been charged with a crime. Their inclusion
- 3:45on the list only constitutes a possible association as a witness, victim, plaintiff,
- 3:50or having business or social contact with Epstein and or Maxwell,
- 3:54who is serving twenty years in federal prison for her conviction.
- 3:57And there was no list. This isn't about a list.
- 4:00This is about receipts. And what this dump did is
- 4:03provide those receipts. So as far as lists or anything
- 4:06like that, that was never going to occur. Like I
- 4:08told you before, this all happened just like the other dumps.
- 4:12We were aware of all these names. All it does
- 4:15is fill in the blank spaces authority say Epstein killed
- 4:18himself in August twenty nineteen, while awaiting trial on charges
- 4:22that he sexually exploited and abused dozens of underage girls
- 4:26between two thousand and two and two thousand and five.
- 4:29He had already been previously convicted of similar crimes. The
- 4:33most salacious allegation about Wexner that came out in the
- 4:36document when Roberts, after being prompted in a deposition, testified
- 4:41that she had sex multiple times with Wexner, a claim
- 4:44that Wexner has strongly denied. Even an attorney who represented
- 4:48Roberts at one time has said he had doubts about
- 4:51the claim about Wexner and some of the others that
- 4:54Roberts claimed she was forced to have sex with. So
- 4:57this article, whoever this author is, is just another worm
- 5:01who has no idea what they're talking about. Just another
- 5:04idiot that's probably getting money from Less Wexner one way
- 5:07or the other. Because we all know that Les Wexner
- 5:10runs Ohio like it's his own little fiefdom. Who is
- 5:15Jeffrey Epstein. Epstein's social circle was filled with the rich
- 5:18and the famous, including former Presidents Donald Trump and Bill Clinton,
- 5:22as well as Prince Andrew of England. Epstein was a
- 5:26New York City financial manager pedophile when he met Wexner
- 5:30in the nineteen eighties. Their relationship was so tight that
- 5:33Wexner granted Epstein power of attorney That gave Epstein wide
- 5:36latitude to act on Wexner's behalf, and at one point,
- 5:40Wexner was Epstein's only known client. Yeah, nothing to see here.
- 5:45Virginia is a big old liar. This is just all coincidence.
- 5:50I mean, how could anyone believe that? Like, how could
- 5:52you believe that Les Wexner had no idea what was
- 5:55going on? Even if you don't believe Virginia put that
- 5:58to the side, how could you leave that Wexner, who
- 6:01was giving Epstein power of attorney, knew what Epstein was
- 6:04up to, seeing all these girls around, had the reports
- 6:07coming in that Epstein was using Victoria's secret to lure
- 6:10girls in, but Wexner had no idea what was going on. Huh, Look,
- 6:15if you want to buy that, that's fine me, I'm
- 6:17not buying it. In nineteen ninety eight, Epstein was identified
- 6:22as president, along with Wexner, of the New Aubany Company
- 6:25in Ohio. Business records. Epstein owned land in the New
- 6:28Aubane development, including a house on King George Drive Amidland
- 6:33owned by A Wexner. Epstein owned the house from nineteen
- 6:36ninety four until selling it for zero dollars to the
- 6:39Wexners in December of two thousand and seven. Funny right
- 6:43after he got nailed. Huh, right after things started to
- 6:46fall apart. All part of that baked in scheme to
- 6:50protect Wexner, That's my speculation. Wexner and Epstein also shared
- 6:55an interest in a Manhattan mansion bought in nineteen eighty
- 6:58nine for thirteen point two million dollars at the time,
- 7:01a record price for a Manhattan town home by a
- 7:04corporation controlled by Wexner and Epstein, according to The New
- 7:08York Times. Nine years later, Wexner transferred his interest in
- 7:12the property to Epstein for twenty million dollars. The Times reported, Yeah,
- 7:16we've heard one dollar, so I don't know if I
- 7:19believe the Times over the other sources that we've heard
- 7:22as far as survivors and people close to what happened.
- 7:26Either way, the property was transferred to Epstein eventually. Epstein
- 7:30had lived in the mansion for several years, though Wexner
- 7:33never lived there. Epstein was a longtime trustee of the
- 7:37Wexner Foundation, focused on Jewish education and leadership, though the
- 7:42foundation says he participated in name only and was not
- 7:45involved in any of the day to day activities. Oh,
- 7:48I'm sure in name only, because that's the kind of
- 7:50guy that Jeffrey Epstein was, right in name only. Who
- 7:53do they think they're kidding? Who is Les Wexner. Wexner
- 7:57is Ohio's richest person, with an estimated wealth of sin
- 8:00six billion according to Forbes. Wexner started the Limited in
- 8:04nineteen sixty three with five thousand dollars on loan from
- 8:07his aunt, beginning a retail vampire that would one day
- 8:10include Victoria's Secret, Bath and Body Works, Abercrombie and Fitch,
- 8:14and other brands. He opened the first Limited store in
- 8:18Kingsdale shopping Center in Upper Arlington. He retired in twenty
- 8:22twenty as CEO and president of el Brands, which at
- 8:25the time consisted of Victoria's Secret and Bath and body Works.
- 8:29The following year, he and his wife, Abigail Wexner stepped
- 8:32down from the corporate board and the company split into
- 8:35two companies. Yeah, no shit, he stepped down. He was
- 8:39forced to step down because of all of the attention
- 8:41to his relationship with Epstein. That's the only reason he
- 8:44stepped down. His decision to resign came after he had
- 8:49received criticism for his ties to Epstein and years of
- 8:52sliding sales at Victoria's Secret during the met To era
- 8:55as customers offended by the retailers hyper sexual emphasis move
- 9:00down to other brands. So basically, what this author would
- 9:03have you believe is that there's nothing to see here,
- 9:06that Wexner was just a guy that was hanging out
- 9:08with Epstein and everything else is just a bunch of talk. Well,
- 9:12mister author, here's an idea. Do your homework, please. Beyond
- 9:16his retail history, Wexner has left his mark across Columbus
- 9:20and many of its buildings, including one hundred million dollar
- 9:24donation to Ohio State in twenty ten, a one hundred
- 9:27and sixty three million dollar gift to the Columbus Foundation,
- 9:30and tens of millions of dollars to other nonprofits and charities.
- 9:34Wexner has said repeatedly that he was not aware of
- 9:37Epstein's activities. Oh well, in that case, let's just believe them. Huh.
- 9:42I think I'll believe Virginia instead, how about that? What
- 9:45happened between Wexner and Epstein. In February two thousand and eight,
- 9:49Wexner announced he was replacing Epstein as his investment manager.
- 9:54The move followed Epstein's plea in Florida to charges of
- 9:57soliciting sex from a minor. Epstein he paid a settlement
- 10:01five point five million in total to three of more
- 10:04than two dozen teens who sued them. By two thousand
- 10:07and seven, as allegations of sexual misconduct were emerging against
- 10:11Epstein in Florida, it was agreed that he should step
- 10:14back from managing the Wexner family finances. Wexner said in
- 10:17a letter in twenty nineteen to the Wexner Foundation, who
- 10:22believes that, sure, that's a nice cover story, but nobody
- 10:25buys it, at least I don't. Maybe other people do,
- 10:27but I certainly don't buy it. And I think that
- 10:30the whole entire thing was baked in as protection. So
- 10:33if this ever happened and Epstein was exposed, well, Captain
- 10:38Les Wexner over here, could you know? Just plead ignorance?
- 10:41I had no idea what was going on, and in
- 10:43fact he was stealing from me in that process, we
- 10:47discovered that he misappropriated vast sums of money from me
- 10:51and my family, Wexner said. Wexner accused Epstein of stealing
- 10:55tens of millions of dollars from the family, and forty
- 10:58seven million was returned to the family to a new
- 11:00foundation set up by Abigail Wexner in December two thousand
- 11:04and seven. The foundation was dissolved three years later. Sounds
- 11:07like money laundering to me. Sounds like a whole lot
- 11:10of that. But what do I know? Wexner has said
- 11:13he didn't know anything about Epstein's alleged sex activities. I
- 11:16would have never guessed that a person I employed more
- 11:19than a decade ago could have caused so much pain
- 11:21to so many people. My heart goes out to each
- 11:24and every person who has been hurt. Wexner, setting an
- 11:27email in twenty nineteen to l Brands, I severed all
- 11:31ties with mister Epstein nearly twelve years ago. I would
- 11:34not have continued to work with any individual capable of
- 11:37such egregious, sickening behavior as was reported about him. As
- 11:42you can imagine, this past week, I have searched my soul,
- 11:45reflected and regretted that my path ever crossed his, Well,
- 11:49you'd have to have the soul for you to reflect
- 11:51on it, sir, And you might call it reflection, but
- 11:54the rest of us call it excuse making. So there's
- 11:57no doubt that Less Wexner and Jeffrey Epstein were super tight,
- 12:01and there's certainly no doubt that he's been accused by
- 12:04Virginia Roberts. But like the rest of Epstein's fellow travelers,
- 12:08looks like Les Wexner is never gonna be held to account.
- 12:12All right, folks, that's gonna do it for this one.
- 12:14All the information that goes with this episode can be
- 12:17found in the description box. What's up everyone, and welcome
- 12:21back to the program. Dalymail dot Com filed a Freedom
- 12:26of Information Act and received some pretty interesting information. Now
- 12:31it has to do with Les Wexner, and it has
- 12:33to do with Jeffrey Epstein lobbying on behalf of Les
- 12:38Wexner to his good pal Bill Clinton. So, without any
- 12:43further ado, why don't we just jump into this article
- 12:46and let's see what old Bubba was up to with
- 12:49Jeffrey Epstein. Headline exclusive when Jeffrey met Bubba, Epstein lobbied
- 12:55Bill Clinton to change trade laws on behalf of Victoria's
- 12:59secret boss, Les Wexner, but ended up forging a bond
- 13:02with former president, visiting the White House seventeen times and
- 13:06flying them on the Lolita Express, or, as I like
- 13:09to call it, the Plan of Horrors. You imagine how
- 13:13many people were assaulted and abused those on that plane.
- 13:18But Bill Clinton thinks it's a good idea, you know,
- 13:21to hang out with Jeffrey Epstein and to invite him
- 13:24to the White House seventeen times. This article was authored
- 13:28by Daniel Bates. Jeffrey Epstein made his first connection with
- 13:33Bill Clinton by lobbying on behalf of his associate, Les Wexner.
- 13:37Dailymail dot Com can reveal the late pedophile financier tried
- 13:41to change US trade laws in nineteen ninety four in
- 13:44an effort to save the limited Wexner's clothing company one
- 13:48point two billion dollars. But while those efforts did not succeed,
- 13:52Epstein made seventeen visits to the Clinton White House and
- 13:55forged the bond with the then president that would last
- 13:59more than a decade. Lasts a lot longer than that,
- 14:02if sources are to be believed, And I don't see
- 14:04why they shouldn't be. Then they were friends for a
- 14:07lot longer than that. Now, again, let me be very clear,
- 14:10I'm not saying that Bill Clinton was abusing any women
- 14:14with Jeffrey Epstein. I haven't heard any of those reports
- 14:17or seen any evidence that points me in that direction anyway.
- 14:20But he was one of the biggest enablers, and Jeffrey Epstein,
- 14:24without a doubt funded Bill Clinton's philanthropic goals, Clinton Global Initiative,
- 14:31and the Clinton Foundation. Jeffrey Epstein was involved with all
- 14:35kinds of seed money when all of that was first starting.
- 14:38And the source of that, well, the source of that
- 14:41is Jeffrey Epstein's own lawyers. The purpose of those visits
- 14:46was unclear until newly released documents from the Clinton Presidential
- 14:49Library show that Epstein appears to have been attempting to
- 14:53influence the drafting of US law. Well, that's what he
- 14:56always did. He was representing the intro of his client,
- 15:01Les Wexner, and that meant in this instance, to lobby
- 15:04for him. Among the people Epstein visited was Robert Rubin,
- 15:11Clinton's director of the National Economic Council and later his
- 15:15treasure Secretary. Letters related to Epstein's work were put in
- 15:19a file by the Clinton White House mark Jeffrey Epstein
- 15:22and hands it over to the National Archives. YO, really
- 15:26talk about embarrassing. You would think that this would be
- 15:29all over the news. The only people running this is
- 15:32dailymail dot Com. Where's ABC News, Where's the Post, Where's
- 15:38the New York Times? This isn't worthy of a mention.
- 15:42Even what it shows you is how corrupt even the
- 15:46most highest parts of our power structure are. And if
- 15:50you think any of these elected politicians care about you
- 15:54while you're out there doing their dirty work, hating your neighbor,
- 15:57hating this one, hating that one, I got news for you,
- 16:00It's not the case. These people do not care about you,
- 16:03and they don't have your best interests in mind. Clinton's
- 16:09relationship with Epstein was put back in the public spotlight
- 16:12last week after a journalist asked him about it at
- 16:15a rally in Texas ahead of the midterm elections. Right there,
- 16:19that alone is horrible to even read. How is it
- 16:22that he was even out of the conversation in the
- 16:25first place. Guess where he wasn't out of the conversation
- 16:28Right here on this podcast. Bill Clinton needs to be
- 16:31held accountable, just like everybody else, I don't care that
- 16:34you were a president, and I certainly don't care what
- 16:36political party you're in. That means nothing to me, less
- 16:40than nothing to me. Just another grifter, just another crook.
- 16:46Clinton brushed it off by saying the evidence is clear
- 16:49and walked away in a clip which went viral. Now,
- 16:52where are all of the big time investigative journalists going
- 16:56after Bill Clinton? Not interested in doing that? What's your
- 16:59motive for not doing it? And as a consumer of
- 17:03the news, you should ask yourself why these big outlets
- 17:06with all of this money, all of this funding, aren't
- 17:09going after this story. The Epstein file from the Clinton
- 17:14white House consists of three pages of faxes that were
- 17:17sent to senior White House officials in the summer of
- 17:20nineteen ninety four, a period which coincided with the peak
- 17:23of Epstein's visits to the White House. The first is
- 17:27dated August first, nineteen ninety four, and is from Claude Fonteime,
- 17:31a lobbyist who work for the Limited whose brands include
- 17:34the Lingerie chain Victorious Secret. Fontime objected to propose changes
- 17:39that were being brought in under the Uruguay round of
- 17:42international trade talks, which at the time was the biggest
- 17:45trade deal in history and paved the way for the
- 17:48creation of the World Trade Organization. Boy, that's all fantastic stuff. Huh,
- 17:53that's all worked out well for us. Fonteim said the
- 17:56changing of the rule of origin laws about clothing, which
- 17:59to term where a garment originated from, had not been
- 18:02done fairly, openly and honestly, and accused the White House
- 18:06of trying to circumvent normal procedures without mentioning Epstein by name.
- 18:11The fact says the Limited has now met with a
- 18:14range of administration officials on the issue, noting that the
- 18:17meetings had been very positive, but there were still some
- 18:21arguments that Fonteim wanted to make, which he explained in
- 18:25the letter. So you see how this all works. When
- 18:28you have the kind of money somebody like Les Wexner does,
- 18:30and you run a company like that, you can get
- 18:33access to the President's office. You know why, because they
- 18:36have another election coming up eventually, right, Well, they're going
- 18:39to need some money, aren't they. And that's how it
- 18:42all works, folks. It's all about the mighty dollar. And
- 18:46these people like Less Wexner, Jeffrey Epstein, they're no different
- 18:49than a bad boy on the corner. The second facts
- 18:52was from a month before, was addressed to Reuben by
- 18:55Margaret Wigglesworth, executive director of the Coalition of Service Industries
- 19:00trade group for the Service Economy. It says that the
- 19:03proposed changes would directly contradict the policies of fair trade
- 19:07and would call into question our credibility as we pursue
- 19:11open markets for American exports in the future. And this
- 19:15is all part of, you know, how we globalized, basically,
- 19:18how we became a one world market for good or
- 19:22for ill. Wexner claimed that the proposed changes would have
- 19:26cost a limited six hundred million, which in today's money
- 19:29would be one point two billion. That's with a B.
- 19:32While Epstein's lobbying initially paid off with a victory and
- 19:36a vote in the Senate Finance Committee, the language he
- 19:39opposed did make it into the final bill. The hilarious
- 19:43part is that it even made it through the committee.
- 19:45But if anyone thinks that our senators or our congressmen
- 19:49or women have any kind of morality these days, just
- 19:53take a look at their bank accounts before they get
- 19:55into DC and then when they leave, and then you
- 19:58tell me that they're not grifting. The documents give new
- 20:05insight into how Epstein represented Wexner, the sole client for
- 20:09his financial management company. By the time Epstein began visiting
- 20:13the White House, Wexner had already signed over power of
- 20:16attorney to Epstein for everything in his life, including his finances.
- 20:20I just want to make a clarification. Leon Black was
- 20:22also a client, or at least that's what he says. Right.
- 20:25One hundred and fifty eight million dollars for advice sounds
- 20:29like a client to me unless there was something else
- 20:31going on. White House visitor logs showed that Epstein visited
- 20:36Reuben at the White House in February nineteen ninety three,
- 20:39and visited the White House a dozen times in nineteen
- 20:42ninety four, with Clinton adviser Mark Middleton signing him in,
- 20:45most frequently. Middleton, who was later banned from the White
- 20:49House for abusing his access, was found dead at a
- 20:51ranch in Arkansas earlier this year, having shot himself dead
- 20:55at the age of fifty nine. Now. I won't even
- 20:58dive into that one, but there's a lot lot of
- 21:00people out there, you know, they'll make that Clinton connection
- 21:02and they'll be running with it. Epstein's efforts were part
- 21:06of an industry wide effort to oppose the new trade laws,
- 21:09and executives from J. C. Penny, The Gap and Kmart
- 21:13also contacted the White House, but the extent of Epstein's
- 21:16access and his subsequent friendship with Epstein shows it was
- 21:21the start of something more than just a professional relationship.
- 21:25And he means Clinton here his subsequent friendship with Clinton.
- 21:30Flight logs from Epstein's planes show that after leaving office,
- 21:33Clinton flew at least twenty six times on the Pedophiles
- 21:37jet known as the Lolita Express, and as many as
- 21:40ten times with no secret service detail. I'm sure he
- 21:43just left them home because it was an oversight, just
- 21:46a mistake. I have a home. I'm not going to
- 21:48bring house security with me on this trip. Somebody bring
- 21:50me my trombone. The trips included a multi stop tour
- 21:55in Asia in November of two thousand and three to
- 21:57destinations including Russia, os Hong Kong, Shanghai, and Beijing. The
- 22:02log show in two thousand and two, Clinton took a
- 22:05trip to Africa aboard Epstein's plane with the disgraced actor
- 22:10Kevin Spacey and comedian Chris Tucker. Now I highly encourage
- 22:14you to check out what Juliette Bryan has to say
- 22:17about Bill Clinton, the trip to South Africa and everything
- 22:21that followed. Photos previously published by daily mail dot com
- 22:26showed Clinton being given a massage on the trip by
- 22:29Schante Davies, one of Epstein's survivors. So an ex president
- 22:34getting a massage by a human trafficking victim. Nothing wrong
- 22:38with that picture, right, No more investigations needed there. In
- 22:43twenty ten, Epstein's Madam Glenn Maxwell, was among the guests
- 22:47at the wedding of Chelsea Clinton, Clinton's daughter. H wonder
- 22:51how that happened. I guess that was an oversight too,
- 22:53just a mistake. Let's not forget. They never ad it,
- 22:56but I'll add it for you, because that's why you
- 22:58folks come here after all. Alexander Dorossi was also given
- 23:02a job at the State Department. Alexander Dorossi, Well, that's
- 23:06Glen Maxwell's nephew who was running the State Department at
- 23:09the time he got the job. That would be Hillary Clinton.
- 23:14After Epstein's arrest in twenty nineteen on sex trafficking charges,
- 23:18he hanged himself allegedly before a trial. Clinton spokesman Angel
- 23:23Urena said the former president knows nothing about the terrible crimes.
- 23:27Fonteime Bro and Wigglesworth did not request did not return
- 23:31requests for comment. Well there it is, folks, just another
- 23:35little look, right, another little look into the morbid, disgusting,
- 23:40corrupt political class that we're burdened with. And when you're
- 23:45letting people like Jeffrey Epstein come hang out of the
- 23:48White House, what you're really telling me is that you
- 23:50don't care about anything but money. We knew that already,
- 23:54but it's always nice to see it reinforced. Right, So
- 23:58I'm really interested to see how Bill Clinton reacts to
- 24:01all of this. He's gonna get away with some more
- 24:03canned bs, I'm sure of it, but he shouldn't be
- 24:06able to. And the same way that The Daily Mail
- 24:10was dog it in their pursuit of Prince Andrew, I
- 24:13hope they do the same here. You know, people might
- 24:15not like their tactics, but they have resources, and that's
- 24:18what it comes down to, folks. Look, it's all about
- 24:20dollars and cents, right. If you don't have the money
- 24:23to pursue this shit, well you're stuck in neutral and
- 24:26these big outlets. That's supposed to be their job as
- 24:28the fourth estate. So it's nice to see the Daily
- 24:30Mail continue down this path and I hope they continue
- 24:33to do it. As for me, well that's going to
- 24:36do it for this one. If you'd like to contact me,
- 24:38you can do that at Bobby Kapuchi at ProtonMail dot com.
- 24:42That's Bo Bby cap you Cci at ProtonMail dot com.
- 24:48You can also find me on Twitter at Bobby underscore
- 24:52cap you Cci. The link that I discussed can be
- 24:56found in the description box. What's up everyone, Welcome back
- 25:00to the Epstein Chronicles. In news that should shock nobody,
- 25:05Les Wexner is trying to avoid a subpoena in the
- 25:09Virgin Islands lawsuit. So he's been using all kinds of bodyguards,
- 25:14all kinds of evasive maneuvers in order to not be served.
- 25:18And if any of these gross ass sons of bitches
- 25:21ever deserved to be served and put under oath, it
- 25:24most certainly is Les Wexner. Today we have an article
- 25:28from the Columbus Dispatch and the headline JP Morgan, Sue's
- 25:33former executive with ties to Epstein, but Wexner rebuffs the subpoena.
- 25:39This article was authored by Ken Sweet. JP Morgan Chase
- 25:44suited its former executive Jeff Daily on Wednesday, alleging that
- 25:48he ateed in hiding Jeffrey Epstein's years long sex abuse
- 25:52and trafficking in order to keep the financier pedophile as
- 25:56a client. Nothing untrue about any of that. That's all factual, okay.
- 26:01And look, I'm not a big fan of the US
- 26:04Virgin Islands. You all know that. I feel like they're
- 26:06in it for a cash grab. But that doesn't mean
- 26:09what they're saying here is incorrect or untrue. It is true.
- 26:14And while I might not be a fan of their motivations,
- 26:18I'm happy to see all of these scumbags get pants
- 26:21in the process. The New York Bank seeks to hold
- 26:24Jess Staley personally liable for any financial penalties that JP
- 26:28Morgan may have to pay in two related cases. It
- 26:32is also seeking to force Staley to pay back wages
- 26:35he earned during the time he allegedly was aware of
- 26:38the abuse and personally observed Epstein's behavior on multiple occasions.
- 26:44I highly doubt they're ever gonna recoup that money, but
- 26:47it's a good ask on their part. You might as
- 26:48well add it, right, who knows what will happen, so
- 26:51add it to your lawsuit. Look, we're gonna blame Jess Staley.
- 26:55That's the strategy meeting, all right. They walked in. It's
- 26:57jeff Staley's fault. Let's pinet all on him, and let's
- 27:01act like we had no idea what was happening with Epstein.
- 27:04But we know that's not the case. We know about
- 27:06the emails, and we know about all of the bankers,
- 27:09all of the big wigs, laughing about what Jeffrey Epstein
- 27:12was up to. That's how they really feel about you.
- 27:15When people tell you how they feel. My advice is
- 27:19you should listen. And the financial sector doesn't give one
- 27:22single fuck about you or your children. In light of
- 27:27Staley's intentional and outrageous conduct in failing to disclose pertinent
- 27:31information and abandoning JP Morgan's interests in favor of his
- 27:35own and Epstein's personal interests, the bank is entitled to
- 27:40punitive damages. The bank said in its lawsuit. I mean,
- 27:43for real, how much did the bank make throughout the
- 27:46time that Jeffrey Epstein was there? And what's the bank
- 27:49going to do with that money? Oh, I'm sure they're
- 27:51going to donate it, right, They're gonna give it all
- 27:53back like they want Jeff Staley to. Here's an idea.
- 27:56You were all in on it. You knew what Staley
- 27:59was up to, and now you're backpedaling, trying to do
- 28:02the marathon to create distance between you and your boy.
- 28:05But guess what, nobody's gonna allow it. Everybody's been paying attention.
- 28:10Everybody knows the players on this stage, and the party
- 28:13is over for these lying ass financial institutions. A lawyer
- 28:18for Staley had no comment on the lawsuit. JP Morgan's
- 28:22lawsuit was filed after the bank was sued by the
- 28:24government of the US Virgin Islands as well as by
- 28:28a woman identified as Jane Doe, who was allegedly abused
- 28:32by Epstein. Those lawsuits claimed JP Morgan should have seen
- 28:36evidence of Epstein's sex trafficking and knowingly benefited from it.
- 28:40Same goes for the US Virgin Islands. Let's not act
- 28:44like the US Virgin Islands and the officials on the
- 28:46island had no idea what Epstein was up to or
- 28:49what Epstein was. They did, they knew it's documented. Hell,
- 28:54people at the airport were talking about it when Epstein
- 28:56would show up with a bunch of young girls. You
- 28:58need to tell me the politicy Titians in the USVII
- 29:01who were all getting fat at the trough of Jeffrey
- 29:04Epstein had no idea what he was Stop it already,
- 29:08And for me, that's my biggest beef with the United
- 29:11States Virgin Islands and their nonsense. If they really meant
- 29:14what they were saying, and they were truly looking for
- 29:17their pound of flesh, there would be indictments. It wouldn't
- 29:20just be a cash grab, right, if all of this happened.
- 29:23You mean to tell me that there was no criminal
- 29:25activity that's been documented that can be acted upon. I
- 29:29don't believe that. I'm sorry, but I don't believe it.
- 29:32The lawsuit by the US Virgin Islands repediately mentioned Epstein's
- 29:36close ties to New Albany billionaire and L Brand's founder
- 29:40Les Wexner, who was denied knowing of any illegal activity
- 29:44by Epstein. Oh yeah, you know, Less Wexner is a
- 29:47very believable guy, folks. Okay, I believe everything that this
- 29:50guy has to say because he's been so truthful and
- 29:53so transparent about all of his behavior said nobody ever,
- 29:56who the hell believes what les Wexner has to say
- 29:59about any Before Staley, Epstein relied heavily on the massive
- 30:04wealth bestowed upon him, primarily by one individual, Leslie les
- 30:09Herbert Wexner, to give him the appearance of grand importance,
- 30:13while relying on his then Madam Nope, you're wrong about that,
- 30:16his co conspirator, partner in crime and captain of industry,
- 30:21Glen Maxwell, to find in groom young women to be abused.
- 30:25The lawsuit states without Wexner, Epstein's sex trafficking operation could
- 30:30never have occurred to the extent that it did, as
- 30:32Epstein needed the appearance of extraordinary wealth to attract his
- 30:36victims and force them to stay silent. Well, it wasn't
- 30:40the appearance he did have this wealth. We know he
- 30:43pilfered it, and we know that less Wexner gave him
- 30:45a big fat chunk of change to get things off
- 30:47the ground. Wexner is not a party to the Virgin
- 30:51Islands case, but prosecutors there have sought information from him
- 30:55for the case, including information about a payment of one
- 30:59hundred and twenty four thousand, two hundred and thirty two
- 31:02dollars made from an Epstein organization to Wexner. What Wexner
- 31:06will say is, well, Jeffrey Epstein stole forty seven million
- 31:09dollars from me, and I don't buy that either. I
- 31:12believe that plan was all in place and it was
- 31:15a burn after reading type of plan. If Epstein ever
- 31:18got busted, that was the fallback. So Wexner didn't catch blowback.
- 31:22I'll just say that you stole money from me, You're
- 31:24already in trouble. What does that matter. Sounds like a
- 31:27pretty logical idea and a pretty logical plan to me,
- 31:31especially for people who are moving in the hallways of
- 31:34intelligence and shit, what you think they don't sit around
- 31:37plan and plot for the future. Of course they do.
- 31:42The government seeks documents concerning the transactions and relationship between
- 31:46Wexner and Epstein and communications with JP Morgan regarding Epstein,
- 31:51according to a motion filed last month in US District
- 31:54Court in New York seeking the court's help in serving
- 31:57Wexner with a subpoena. It noted multiple efforts made to
- 32:02subpoena Wexner in February were rebuffed, including when security guards
- 32:06at Wexner's home prevented the person with the subpoena to
- 32:09communicate with Wexner must be nice. Huh. How many of
- 32:13you have some big burly ass x masad goon protecting
- 32:17your door. Pretty sure most of us do not have
- 32:19that benefit. And if somebody's trying to serve us, guess
- 32:22what we get served and then we have to go
- 32:25through the process. But if you have a big, gigantic
- 32:28mansion and a bunch of goons protecting you, you're dancing
- 32:31too your own tune. The motion also says the efforts
- 32:35to serve the subpoena through the Columbus law firm Zieger,
- 32:38Tiggts and Little, which has represented Wexner, were also unsuccessful.
- 32:43A spokesman for Wexner declined to comment. You would think
- 32:46that Les Wexner will want to help out here, right,
- 32:49help out all of these girls who were abused in
- 32:51all of that stuff, But no, he doesn't because he's
- 32:54a scumbag who took part in all of it. So
- 32:57if you're waiting for Les Wexner to help out here
- 33:00and have a conversation, you're going to be waiting for
- 33:03quite some time. Previous lawsuits have shown Staley and Epstein
- 33:08exchanged hundreds of emails and text messages over the years,
- 33:11and they were seen to have a close relationship that
- 33:14went beyond the professional relationship a banker would have with
- 33:18a wealthy client, unless, of course, that client had something
- 33:21to offer the banker, and we all know what Epstein
- 33:24was offering. The bank continues to deny allegations in its lawsuit. However,
- 33:30it appears to allege that Staley may have committed sexual assault.
- 33:34It notes in its lawsuit that the anonymous dough described
- 33:37a powerful financial executive could use his clout with JP
- 33:41Morgan to make Epstein untouchable. The bank says that the
- 33:45financial executive was Staley. Well it was. It's not just
- 33:49the bank saying that. It's a fact. Jeff Staley was
- 33:52one of Jeffrey Epstein's top supporters, one of his most
- 33:56powerful brokers, and somebody who certainly, according to these allegations anyway,
- 34:03has a little bit more to answer for than just
- 34:05having a relationship with Jeffrey Epstein. Remember, there's layers to
- 34:09this shit. You have the enablers, you have the hangers on,
- 34:12and then you have the most vile of all the
- 34:14people who actually took part in the abuse Epstein was
- 34:19arrested in twenty nineteen on federal charges accusing him of
- 34:23paying underage girls hundreds of dollars in cash for massages
- 34:27and then molesting them at his homes in Florida and
- 34:30New York. He was found dead in jail on August
- 34:33tenth of that year, at age sixty six. A medical
- 34:36examiner ruled his death a suicide. Yeah, okay, I guess
- 34:40that's what you want to call it. Staley left JP
- 34:42Morgan in twenty thirteen to become CEO of London based
- 34:46bank Barclays. He resigned last year following a report by
- 34:51British regulators into his past links with Epstein. The dude
- 34:55should have never been hired at Barclay's in the first place,
- 34:58and then Barclays keeps them on throughout all of the
- 35:01financial turmoil for one reason and one reason only, Like
- 35:04I said back then, so they could secure that bag.
- 35:07Besides that, the second that it became a good idea
- 35:11to jettison Staley. That's exactly what Barclays did. They got
- 35:15rid of the dude. And now Staley finds himself bearing
- 35:18the brunt of all of this fallout. And guess what
- 35:22his bitch ass deserves it all right, folks, that's gonna
- 35:25do it for this one. All of the information that
- 35:27goes with the episode can be found in the description box.
- 35:31What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 35:36Today we're going to talk a little bit more about
- 35:38Les Wexner and what's going on down in the United
- 35:42States Virgin Islands. We know that Les Wexner has been
- 35:46subpoenaed and he tried to dodge those subpoenas by having
- 35:50his security run interference when the process server showed up. Well,
- 35:55the judge decided, after a request from the prosecutors, that
- 35:59less Wexner could be subpoenad via mail. And that's something
- 36:03that we don't see all that often. Usually when you're
- 36:06getting served, you have to have the process server hand
- 36:09you those papers. But when you're playing games like Les
- 36:13Wexner or the way Golaine Maxwell was, these judges they're
- 36:17not gonna let you get away with it. Eventually, it's
- 36:21gonna come to the point where they've had enough and
- 36:23they'll take it to the next step and let you
- 36:25get subpoenaed via mail. We've seen it before, and I'm
- 36:29sure we're going to see it again. So let's get
- 36:32into this article from Inside Edition, and let's see what
- 36:35Chris Spargo has for US. Headline Jeffrey Epstein's staff who
- 36:40say pedophile had underage girl on island and less Wexner
- 36:44subpoenaed in the JP Morgan case. And the staff that
- 36:48they're talking about here are the island managers and their
- 36:52names are Miles and Kathy Alexander. All right, onto the article,
- 36:58and this article was originally published on February twenty first
- 37:01of twenty twenty three, in a civil lawsuit against JP
- 37:06Morgan Chase Bank. Lawyers for the Virgin Islands have also
- 37:09issued a subpoena for les Wexner, requesting information directly related
- 37:14to the billionaire businessman's work with Epstein. Les Wexner may
- 37:19finally be forced to reveal new details about his relationship
- 37:23with Jeffrey Epstein. I highly doubt it. I'm sure he's
- 37:26going to have to release some information, but it's going
- 37:30to be curated. You really think that les Wexner, the
- 37:33King of Columbus, Ohio, is going to come into this
- 37:36ill prepared without a billion dollar legal team. You already
- 37:40know that they're working behind the scenes to mitigate the
- 37:43fallout for their client, Les Wexner, in a civil lawsuit
- 37:47against JP Morgan Chase Bank, lawyers for the government of
- 37:50the US Virgin Islands have issued a subpoena for Wexner,
- 37:54requesting information directly related to the billionaire businessman's work with
- 37:58Epstein and why he ended his professional relationship with the
- 38:03convicted pedophile. Well, he'll tell you it has to do
- 38:06with Epstein stealing money from him. But I've always said
- 38:09that was the cover that was put in place from
- 38:12the very beginning, all right, So if you ever get nailed,
- 38:15we'll say that you stole money from me, and that'll
- 38:17be my cover. Pretty simple, right, but effective. Obviously effective,
- 38:22considering less Wexner has not been called to the carpet yet.
- 38:27Of particular interest to prosecutors is a payment JP Morgan
- 38:31allegedly processed from an Epstein charitable organization Enhanced Education, to
- 38:37Wexner in the amount of one hundred twenty four thousand,
- 38:40two hundred and thirty two dollars, according to a recent
- 38:44court motion filed by the lawyer for the Government of
- 38:47the Virgin Islands. Inside addition, obtained a copy of that
- 38:51motion and the subpoena prosecutors issued for Wexner. The less
- 38:56Wexner subpoena. Lawyers for the government submitted the motion in
- 39:00hopes of getting the judge to issue an order allowing
- 39:03service of the subpoena to Wexner by certified mail after
- 39:07his staff members allegedly blocked a court server from delivering
- 39:11the document to Wexner on multiple occasions. And this is
- 39:14a tactic that's used by rich people the world over.
- 39:17If they don't want to get served, they'll just retreat
- 39:20back into their mansion. It's private property. They'll have their
- 39:23guards patrol the grounds and they won't let anybody on
- 39:26the grounds. And you'll have to play a game of
- 39:28cat and mouse, and hopefully you catch them when they're
- 39:31going to Starbucks or maybe when they're headed out for
- 39:33their alfalfa sandwich or whatever the hell these weirdos eat.
- 39:38The filing claims that attempts to serve Wexner in person
- 39:41on February eighth and February eleventh at his home in
- 39:44Ohio failed after a court server was allegedly refused access
- 39:49to the eighty five year old founder of l Brands.
- 39:52A security guard allegedly would not allow the server to
- 39:55access or communicate with Wexner on the first attempt, says
- 39:59the fire and the security guard allegedly prevented service again
- 40:04during that second visit, according to the motion motion to
- 40:08serve Les Wexner by certified mail. An attempt to serve
- 40:12Wexner at the offices of his charitable foundation also failed
- 40:16on February eighth, says the court document, after the server
- 40:20was blocked from physical entry and was told via intercom
- 40:23that Wexner was not present and only came into the
- 40:26foundation two or three times per year. Now, why would
- 40:30somebody like Les Wexner be trying to avoid this? Why
- 40:33wouldn't he just go and handle his business like any
- 40:37of us would have to. Oh, that's right, special treatment,
- 40:40I forgot. Wexner is being asked in the subpoena to
- 40:44provide the prosecutors with all documents reflecting all communications with
- 40:49or concerning Epstein, including but not limited to, all communications
- 40:55regarding services or advice provided to you by Epstein and
- 40:59your termination of Epstein, All documents reflecting or concerning all
- 41:05communications with JP Morgan Chase regarding Epstein, all documents reflecting
- 41:10concerning Epstein, and introductions or payments to women from massages
- 41:16or for modeling services, or regarding trafficking or sexual abuse
- 41:21of women by Epstein. Lawyers for the government are also
- 41:26hoping to get more information about communications between Wexner and
- 41:30JP Morgan from two thousand and eight, the year that
- 41:33Wexner ended his professional relationship with Epstein. According to the motion,
- 41:37and again, that whole entire thing was a cover the
- 41:41whole he stole money from me, the whole entire Oh,
- 41:45I had no idea what Epstein was up to. All
- 41:48of that was bull You don't give somebody the keys
- 41:50to the kingdom the way less Wexner gave Jeffrey Epstein
- 41:53the keys to the kingdom if you don't know what's
- 41:55going on. And not only that, but Epstein used those
- 41:59keys to the kingdom to further his criminal enterprise and
- 42:02to abuse women, all under the pretext that they're going
- 42:06to get a job working for Victoria's secret. It's frustrating
- 42:10because this is all common knowledge to those of us
- 42:13who have been following this for all of these years,
- 42:15Because something should have been done about this a very
- 42:18long time ago. After being unable to serve Wexner, prosecutors
- 42:23attempted to facilitate service through his attorneys, says the motion,
- 42:27but those efforts failed as well. According to Singer, lawyers
- 42:31for Wexner at the Ohio firm of Zeger, Tiggis and
- 42:35Little did not respond to requests for comment. I mean,
- 42:38why would they. They have nothing to say here. If
- 42:41they just keep silent and keep it moving, nothing's ever
- 42:44going to happen to less Wexner. Wexner told members of
- 42:47his foundation that Epstein agreed to step back from the
- 42:50management out of our personal finances in two thousand and seven,
- 42:54shortly after prosecutors in Palm Beach County drafted a fifty
- 42:58three page indictment following an investigation into claims that Epstein
- 43:03solicited underage girls for prostitution. That indictment was never filed
- 43:08in court, and Epstein ultimately agreed to plead guilty to
- 43:11one count of solicitation of prostitution and one count of
- 43:16solicitation of a minor four prostitution in two thousand and
- 43:20eight as part of a deal with prosecutors. Wexner wrote
- 43:25in a twenty nineteen letter to members of the foundation
- 43:28obtained by Inside Edition Digital that after Epstein stepped down,
- 43:33we discovered that he had misappropriated vast sums of money
- 43:36from me and my family. At that time, with his
- 43:40credibility and our trust in him destroyed, Wexner said that
- 43:44he immediately severed ties with Epstein. It's very convenient that
- 43:48they found that money right at the time where Epstein
- 43:51was under the microscope. Does anybody believe that? Honestly? Do
- 43:55any of you believe that out there? It's all a
- 43:58cover story, And I don't hear anybody else even talking
- 44:00about that. The fact that he gave Epstein this money
- 44:04with the intent of saying that the money was pilfered
- 44:08if shit went south is a pretty standard move when
- 44:12you're talking about people like this. It's all about plausible deniability, right, Oh, yeah,
- 44:17we were friends. Oh he worked for me. But that's
- 44:19as far as it went. But the reality is, we
- 44:22know that's not the truth. Wexner is not the only
- 44:26one of Epstein's former associates being asked to provide documents
- 44:30to lawyers for the Virgin Islands. Miles and Kathy Alexander,
- 44:34the couple who managed Epstein's private island, Little Saint James
- 44:38from nineteen ninety nine to two thousand and seven have
- 44:41also been subpoenaed in the case and asked to sit
- 44:44for a deposition. According to subpoenas obtained by Inside Edition Digital,
- 44:49Kathy and Miles are both being asked to provide lawyers
- 44:53with documents, communications and agreements related to your employment by
- 44:59Jeffrey Epstein, including but not limited to, one employment and
- 45:03severance agreement, two non disclosure agreements, three all payments in
- 45:09any form received from or on behalf of Jeffrey Epstein.
- 45:14Four all communications with Jeffrey Epstein, Kallayne, Maxwell, Bella, Kleine,
- 45:19Daphne Wallace, Harry Beller, Leslie Groff, Sarah Kellen, Sarah Kensington
- 45:25or Sarah Vickers. All the same person by the way,
- 45:28Erica Keller, Hall's Richard d conn d or Darren k
- 45:32endyke And that's basically the inner circle right there, and
- 45:36all of the people that were helping him make moves
- 45:38financially or otherwise. Miles Alexander subpoena. Kathy said in a
- 45:44twenty eleven interview with Daily Mail that she had been
- 45:47suspicious about the ages of the girls who arrived on
- 45:50the island from the start. I saw some girls who
- 45:53I thought were very young, looking, about sixteen or seventeen easily,
- 45:58and it bugged me because I have a daughter, and
- 46:01although she was in her twenties, I didn't like the
- 46:03idea that another woman's child was in that situation. I
- 46:06didn't feel comfortable about it. Kathy said in that interview. Yeah,
- 46:10but you kept working for him, right. You didn't do
- 46:12anything to stop it, did you. They looked like they
- 46:15had stepped out of an underwear catalog. They walked around
- 46:18with very few clothes on, or lounged around by the
- 46:21pool with nothing on. It was like that most of
- 46:24the time. I was concerned about their ages. A few
- 46:27of them looked very young, and I couldn't help but
- 46:29wonder if their mothers knew where they were. Now, keep
- 46:33this in mind, folks, when we're talking about all of
- 46:35the people who visited this island. This was commonplace on
- 46:39the island. These girls lounging around topless, no clothes on,
- 46:43scantily clad. And if everybody else is recognizing that these
- 46:48girls are very young looking, you need to tell me
- 46:50that none of these bozos who went to the island
- 46:53were hipped to it. Of course they were, but guess
- 46:57what they didn't care, and the only time they ever
- 46:59cared is when they get exposed. Her husband, Miles, said
- 47:03in the same interview that he had actual proof of
- 47:06one underage girl being on the island. One was definitely underage,
- 47:11but she had a letter of consent from her parents
- 47:13and was under the guardianship of a model agency, said Miles, Folks,
- 47:19I don't know how much more I can stress the
- 47:21fact that these modeling agencies are not good for your children.
- 47:25There is not enough gold on this planet that you
- 47:27could give me to leave my child in the care
- 47:30of any modeling agency anywhere in the world. He also
- 47:36said in the interview that this underage girl arrived on
- 47:39the island during his first day working as the manager
- 47:42of the Little Saint James property. Now, if that's your
- 47:45first day, why did you stick around? If I show
- 47:48up to work and there's an underage girl running around
- 47:51with a bunch of other scantily clad women, your boys
- 47:54getting on the first boat off the island and getting
- 47:57out of Dodge and reporting what he saw. The attorneys
- 48:01for the Virgin Islands are assuing JP Morgan, arguing in
- 48:04court papers that the bank helped fund and conceal Epstein's
- 48:08alleged sect trafficking ring. JP Morgan knew, including at the
- 48:13highest level of the bank, that Epstein was an extremely
- 48:16high risk client. Between two thousand and five and twenty thirteen,
- 48:20there were reports that Epstein sexually abused women and girls.
- 48:25Reads the filing. In two thousand and eight, Epstein pled
- 48:28guilty to sexual offenses and registered as a sex offender.
- 48:33Despite JP Morgan's acknowledgment that it needed to closely monitor Epstein,
- 48:38JP Morgan ignored numerous red flags and failed to comply
- 48:42with federal banking regulations until years later, after J P
- 48:46Morgan was no longer benefiting from Epstein's business. JP Morgan
- 48:51has moved to have the case dismissed in court papers.
- 48:54The bank cut ties with Epstein in twenty thirteen, and
- 48:58we know that that failed. We weren't able to dismiss
- 49:01the case, and the case is moving forward. But this
- 49:03gives you a little bit more of a look into
- 49:06the games that these fuckers are playing, and all the
- 49:09dancing around, all the avoidance. This is what's been going
- 49:12on for decades, and finally, at least some of them
- 49:16are getting called to the carpet. The question is when's
- 49:19it going to be time for Les Wesner to dance
- 49:23to the tune the prosecutors are playing. All right, folks,
- 49:27that's gonna do it for this one. All of the
- 49:29information that goes with the episode can be found in
