- 2:28Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:30We're on a
- 2:32number of platforms. The links to those are on our website, The Matrix

- 2:55Unknown: Well, I'm sorry. I got well,
- 2:57Unknown: it's I I try to, generally, as you know, and, I just got discombobulated
- 3:03on my time this morning.
- 3:05Because I also have to cover a couple of coffees and and fix my drink. And today, I had to take the garbage out and, you know, that kind of stuff. It's just Mhmm. And I could get up earlier, but I don't choose to, quite frankly.
- 3:19At this stage of my life,
- 3:21Unknown: like sleeping. I like sleeping late, and I've been sleeping a lot lately. That's good.
- 3:26Little siestas kicking in and all of that.
- 3:29Unknown: So, anyway, here we go on the Tuesday.
- 3:33So, Paul, Paul, somebody's after you, Paul. Hang on. More problems?
- 3:38Unknown: Yeah. The, the what is it? GCN, the link, the listen is not working.
- 3:44Unknown: Damn.
- 3:47The You're welcome.
- 3:49Thank you.
- 3:51Okay. Well, the recording was running, but the stream dropped. Why did the stream drop?
- 3:57Unknown: That's one of the mysteries
- 3:59of the world. We it happens at RBN too.
- 4:03Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 4:04Alright. The stream is back up. I hope picked
- 4:08us up again.
- 4:09We'll see. Honestly,
- 4:13I think we have gremlins.
- 4:14Unknown: It's Tuesday the fourteenth,
- 4:16Paul.
- 4:18Well
- 4:20Tuesday the fourteenth. Okay. It's working.
- 4:22Unknown: We go. Alright.
- 4:24Unknown: Thank you, Tom. Okay. Let me get a little sip of my drink here.
- 4:29Unknown: Gonna take a big drink of that coffee.
- 4:32Unknown: No. A big sip is something else with the way this this show is starting.
- 4:37Unknown: Day.
- 4:38Unknown: Oh, is it best deal thing? Okay. No. It's my drink this morning, and I you,
- 4:44the basis of it is generally always mango
- 4:47mango juice.
- 4:49And then, with this one, I put some little vitamins and minerals stuff in and a little iodine
- 4:55from Alex and couple of raw eggs and
- 5:00and some papaya today, which is delicious,
- 5:04by the way. So
- 5:05that's that morning drink. I take my supplements with it that I take and all of them. That kind of stuff. Good morning, radio. I don't know if you wanna hear my routine this morning.
- 5:15But, anyway, welcome. I hope you're here, and, we're
- 5:19here, and we hope you are too
- 5:22or something like that.
- 5:24Well, what's happening? Are we bombing or not bombing or at war or not at war? What what the hell is going on? I need somebody in the audience to tell me because I don't have a morning show to fall back on anymore. I don't have a clue what is going on.
- 5:40It's it's really it's really messed up with a capital n. Riyadh?
- 5:45Yes. Borey.
- 5:47We bombing today?
- 5:49Not bombing. Do you heard?
- 5:51Unknown: Well,
- 5:52Iran announced that they killed Lindsey Graham.
- 5:58Iran did? Took the the blame. Yeah. Iran did. Yes.
- 6:03Unknown: Well, he was in Ukraine. They're not in Ukraine.
- 6:08Unknown: Well, but they're looking for these people. You know?
- 6:12Unknown: Okay. Well, we'll find out how more is all well, hell, we won't know killed Joe. We
- 6:18don't know who killed Charlie Kirk. Hell, there's all kind of crap on that. We got Lindsey Graham now. It appears maybe to have been blown up with a Russian missile. That's
- 6:27but maybe not. Maybe he made it back and had a heart attack. Yeah. Arteriosclerosis,
- 6:32whatever.
- 6:33I'm telling you folks is these days, I mean, nobody can just simply die
- 6:38without all of this, equivocation around it.
- 6:42You can't just get anybody to die anymore. Hell, look at old look at old turtle up there, old, Mitch McConnell.
- 6:49And we don't know if he's dead or not.
- 6:52But he showed up yesterday
- 6:54in a picture that didn't look like him and may have been AI with a newspaper. So there you go. What the hell hell the what the hell am I supposed to do a radio show on? You can't get anything concrete.
- 7:06Unknown: Hey. Hey, Raj.
- 7:09Unknown: I'm gonna go back to bed. I'm
- 7:11Unknown: not gonna believe
- 7:13that Iran took out Lindsey Graham
- 7:16until
- 7:18I see three
- 7:21Iranian news sources
- 7:23that make the claim. Confirm that. Okay. Confirm it. Because,
- 7:30who knows? It's probably just the globalist
- 7:33just
- 7:34Unknown: giving Well one more one more reason for America to hate Iran. I'm gonna give him an attaboy. If you did, that's an attaboy for me. Now go get Netanyahu.
- 7:45Jesus. Hey, Rod. Dave,
- 7:48he's our he's our news alert guy, Dan, and indeed beep beep beep beep beep He's our news junkie.
- 7:56Unknown: Yeah. I don't have any breaking news, but what I heard
- 8:00was that old sugar britches
- 8:02was on a date with Zelensky
- 8:05in in The Ukraine
- 8:07before he when he came, you know, before he came back. I think that night with Zelensky probably was just too much for that old man. What? And then he dropped dead when he got home. Putin's Putin is slipping. You could've got both of them at the same damn time.
- 8:22Unknown: Uh-huh. Right?
- 8:25Unknown: Hey. Did you ever watch Saturday Night Live with Chevy Chase and he says,
- 8:29here's the news.
- 8:31Senator,
- 8:32Israel, US senator Lindsey Graham is still dead.
- 8:39Unknown: I hadn't heard that yet, Tom. It's a mess, man. Let me here we are. We're in the middle of summer now. This isn't when all the action's supposed to be happening. It's supposed to be everybody's off, you know, getting a little suntan and having a little vacation and with their family at the beach and all that. That's what's supposed to be happening. And here we got Oh, it could've been it could've been the COVID traffic killing too. You know? I'm sure he probably took the shot.
- 9:02He's
- 9:03pulling
- 9:04up pulling these long three foot blood clots at everybody. I wonder what his offenses show. Kennedy has I think he's messing with the schedule on no no more forced vaccine shops for kids on on on this stuff, I think.
- 9:20I heard a little glimmer. You know? It's hard. Everybody's on vacation. There's so much happening. It's extremely confusing
- 9:27with Trump in there. You never know from one minute to the next way. Well, we're we're gonna sign this memorandum.
- 9:34Oh, no. Hold it. They they touched the pin.
- 9:37That means we gotta bomb them. I mean, you just never know what the hell's coming up next. It's the weirdest thing. Never in my life, and I don't think in history has anything happened like this.
- 9:49It's pretty strange.
- 9:50Mister Trump, I just don't know. I think you've
- 9:54I think you've stepped off the platform.
- 9:56We'll see.
- 9:58At this point, you think the guy does Franco, you know.
- 10:01Do what, Rick, now?
- 10:05Unknown: I'll tell him, Tom, that was Francisco Franco that Sherry Chase used to say he's still dead.
- 10:11Unknown: Oh, okay.
- 10:13Unknown: He's the Spanish guy. They spot that. Yeah. Yeah. I was just improvising. Yeah. We just replaced something like Franco Franco with with Lindsey Graham. Yeah. Well, Tom's just a little more current than you are, Rick. That's all.
- 10:26Just a little more current.
- 10:29So what else? I was trying to think anything that happened yesterday. I didn't hear any kind of of
- 10:36hubbub
- 10:38out of congress there on merging and marrying Israel.
- 10:43Every page, well, it looks like it's gonna go through. What as nobody,
- 10:48I've not heard Barnes or any of these lawyer types.
- 10:51This can't be constitutional.
- 10:55Can it?
- 10:58We're gonna marry with another country. This can't be constitutional,
- 11:02can it? We're not gonna we're just gonna do it through congress.
- 11:07We're not gonna do it with the treaty where the senate's gotta vote on it and all that other stuff.
- 11:11I'm
- 11:12I'm
- 11:14Well Damn. I'm damn glad I'm in Ecuador. I'm a tell you that.
- 11:18Unknown: Well, here's the thing.
- 11:21The US military,
- 11:24you know, they're they're a creation of the deep state. They're a creation of the administrative state.
- 11:32You know? I mean, nobody wants to admit that or nobody wants to believe that, but
- 11:37Well the constitution
- 11:39specifically
- 11:40forbids having a standing army.
- 11:43Unknown: Sure does, except in times of war and emergency.
- 11:46That's what's in which case war one.
- 11:49Unknown: In which case, the constitution is put aside and then all powers,
- 11:54all military powers rest with the commander in chief, the president. That's right. It's where we are still.
- 12:00Unknown: Because every seven years, they have to extend the emergency, and they do it. A war on drugs, a war on this, a war on that, a war on you.
- 12:09It doesn't matter as long as they extend it. So we're still under that, and that's what Jean Schroeder said. That was the conclusion of that wonderful two hour tape. By the way, if you're new and listening, we should promote those things instead of just casually
- 12:21referring to them. There is an opus.
- 12:24And I mean, it's an opus of research. 10 people involved in the, team, I believe.
- 12:30Joe, have is is
- 12:32doc the only one left?
- 12:35Are there you well, you you were you were on the periphery, but it's of the main core.
- 12:40Is he the only one left? Yep. He's the last man standing.
- 12:44Okay. Well, doc Trotter's still alive. God bless him.
- 12:48Lives out in Southeastern
- 12:51Colorado,
- 12:52a veterinarian.
- 12:54And he and a team of nine or 10 people put together
- 12:58this wonderful research opus. It's called Warren Emergency Powers Act. Is that what the title is?
- 13:04Well,
- 13:05some people call it different things,
- 13:08but it's all Warren Emergency Powers.
- 13:10And you go over to the website to the, matrixdocs.com,
- 13:15and you go to the new student section.
- 13:18And our virtuoso here, Paul, ran
- 13:22this this,
- 13:23two hour thirty year old audio track
- 13:27through some kind of hyper AI stuff and got it all cleaned up for you.
- 13:34You go watch about two hours long. Hush, Paul. I'm complimenting you. About two hours long I didn't use AI.
- 13:40Unknown: You're not complimenting me. I didn't cheat. I didn't use AI. I actually used old school audio tools.
- 13:48Unknown: Okay. Well, I'm stand corrected.
- 13:50He used old school audio tools, not this fancy AI thing. They can't even Yeah. Run a car manufacturing
- 13:58plant for god's sakes. And they went through there and cleaned up that audio,
- 14:03unmuted. I'm unmuted now. They cleaned up that audio for you. I will. Okay. Me. I don't know. They muted me. I'm a I I don't know if I'm gonna comment on that or not. Regardless, I'm trying to get back to doctor Gene here, just a congenial gentleman. Go for it. Joe was nice enough to put us on a call with him, and it was my pleasure. Of course, I've been around this shooting match long enough where I remember that when it came out.
- 14:30Okay? And and our our our community was so small
- 14:34that it didn't really get all the impact that they you would have thought it would. Regardless,
- 14:39it goes over this whole
- 14:41war and emergency powers act from 1917
- 14:44when we brought the army in. Constitution says we're not supposed to have a standing army.
- 14:50We got one, buddy. We had one for a hundred and twenty years, and it all came from this. And they passed that damn war and emergency powers act, and they named Germans as the enemy.
- 15:02And when they went through the bankruptcy in '33, they took Germans out, didn't change another word to my knowledge,
- 15:08and put citizens of The United States in. So if you ever have felt when you're earlier before you learned our stuff and became exposed to it, if you thought you felt like you were their enemy, well, guess what? You were. And you want a further proof? You want further proof?
- 15:24During the, time between,
- 15:26presidencies
- 15:27and mister
- 15:28mister Trump was being had five lawsuits
- 15:32going at one time on him with Jack Smith and all this other travesty stuff we've been dealing with. Why didn't Jack Jack Smith been charged with anything, by the way? None of them have been. How about Mayorkas?
- 15:44How about Joe
- 15:46Liebergew up there as attorney general?
- 16:04All those cases,
- 16:06and he goes,
- 16:07they're char they're trying to charge me with some 1917
- 16:11espionage act.
- 16:13But what do you think that was?
- 16:16War and emergency powers. Go back if you haven't been exposed to it. It's two hours. It'll give you the total foundation of what we have built around and on. But at the end of that, the point I was trying to make
- 16:29was doctor Schroeder there. At the end, he goes, well, all you need to do is get one president to to sign this emergency away, and it's all gone.
- 16:41We're not gonna find one of those, though,
- 16:44because he's not gonna be the president that pressed the red button. Remember Catherine Austin Fitz's example, the red button,
- 16:51talking about all these problems. She's got a room full of people she's lecturing to. She said we can make all this go away. You wanna you wanna you wanna change that?
- 17:04Holy shit. Were we out on the back 40 or what there, Paul?
- 17:13She says you wanna change everything? You want this all go away? Well, here, I got this red button right here. All you gotta do is press it.
- 17:19Oh, by the way, your pensions
- 17:21and everything else go with it.
- 17:24One guy in the audience said he'd press the red button. Well, right now, Trump's gotta press the red button because we can't get enough people that wanna file affidavits.
- 17:33Because, see, we can run an end run around that.
- 17:36We don't have to have president Trump sign away the emergency.
- 17:41We can do it,
- 17:42but we can't do it like we've been doing. We gotta some some catalyst has gotta come in.
- 17:48Some, some awareness has gotta change the people's mindset
- 17:52to where they're not so damn scared and they're not so damn conditioned and they're really looking for answers.
- 17:57And somehow or another through the through the gift of god, they stumble on our message, which I think most of us do.
- 18:04And, hey. Anyway, they come here. We get that. We get on one of these big big platforms. I heard Alex mentioned
- 18:11yakking about it yesterday and Harrison.
- 18:13You know? We we get one of those platforms right there, especially like Harrison.
- 18:18And the reason I say that is Harrison will listen.
- 18:21Alex, sometimes he'll listen, sometimes he won't.
- 18:26Guess it, you know, just depends on whatever happened to him that day or the night before or whatever.
- 18:35But he always wants to interrupt.
- 18:38Harrison would listen, I think. So one of the things I thought I might do,
- 18:43actually,
- 18:44Paul, while you're
- 18:47transitioning,
- 18:50Paul's gonna transition.
- 18:52Don't don't put the new definition to that. Don't don't do it. Don't do it. Have to say it like that. Don't do it. Good.
- 19:02Lord. Transitioning.
- 19:05Unknown: Oh, shit.
- 19:07I give up. I'm going back to bed. An Oklahoma guy.
- 19:11Unknown: He's gonna go down in forty. You know what he's gonna do before he hits the city limits down there? He's gonna pull over and put on a furry uniform,
- 19:19and he can drive that that carnival with that bus and and the truck behind it into town with furry uniforms on. That's what I heard. I don't know if it's true or not. Might as well just drive right through town.
- 19:31Unknown: Cross cross the across the Kansas State line. Just go right on down the street and just keep freaking going until I get to Texas.
- 19:41Unknown: This is where you call Chris and say, you still have that house open in California?
- 19:47Unknown: No.
- 19:48No. I might as well just keep going. Don't don't stop. Don't you stop.
- 19:52You damn Yankee. Don't you even stop. That's right. Paul's transitioning.
- 19:57Unknown: He's transitioning to be a sooner,
- 19:59down there. And,
- 20:03oh, if you don't laugh, you're gonna cry, folks. Come on. It's better sooner than later. Jeez.
- 20:10What days? Okay. Well, see there, he's already picking the slang up. He already got the little cliches and stuff down. The big
- 20:18Unknown: you better paint the big,
- 20:22rebel flag on that bus.
- 20:25Unknown: That'd be a good idea, man.
- 20:27Unknown: Maybe I'll put it on the roof.
- 20:30Oh. The only people that can see it is the people that are flying over and the drones. Yikes. Well, it is flyover country.
- 20:38Unknown: Anyway, Paul's gonna head down there down south, and we wanna get in flags from it.
- 20:44Unknown: You know, them big flags. That that bustle tow a pretty big flag.
- 20:51Unknown: They do it on the back of Harley. I don't I don't see it. I don't see the stars and bars enough lately.
- 20:58Need to see it around more of these demonstrations
- 21:01and stuff.
- 21:03So are we by any chance we're here. I know we have this camaraderie
- 21:08and everything.
- 21:11But we're really here for you who is nameless, the you who is nameless.
- 21:17The you who is faceless.
- 21:20Yeah. The you who has not identified themselves yet. There's one right there. There's a you.
- 21:26And it's for you that wanna get free from the satanic
- 21:29Jew
- 21:31slavery system. And if that's you
- 21:33and you'd like to learn more about it, you have found the right place.
- 21:39And matter of fact, you may have found one of the only places on the face of the earth that can do that for you. Easy,
- 21:45not expensive,
- 21:47non
- 21:48confrontational.
- 21:51I guarantee you that you'll win.
- 21:54And if you don't, you get quadruple
- 21:57your money back.
- 21:59Go buy find a better deal.
- 22:03I look. I that even that even
- 22:06supersedes the two for one deal on Infowars.
- 22:09K?
- 22:10Doesn't it?
- 22:13Oh, yeah. All you get's a a a crummy jar, some kind of sea moss there. Here, you get your freedom, but you may even get some some funds back from the individuals representing Satan.
- 22:25You you may get unraised
- 22:27because all that withholding isn't gonna be taken out anymore. There's a number of things and ways that you can advantage yourself here at the Radio Ranch.
- 22:36All we wanna do is speak to you and get to know you.
- 22:39Find out what your questions are.
- 22:41Grab your little hand that's sweating because you're nervous.
- 22:45It's just sweating away. We'll grab that little hand, and we'll just firmly walk you down the path to freedom. Is there a better guarantee
- 22:53on the face of the Internet than that right there? Is there?
- 22:57I hadn't heard one.
- 23:00Somebody's got their mute open. Are you trying to say something?
- 23:06Anybody I kinda wanted to chime in on,
- 23:10Unknown: on
- 23:11Alex Jones and his seamoths,
- 23:13his crummy seamoths.
- 23:15I've seen some videos of Alex raking up seamoths on the beach into big piles,
- 23:21and, Harrison and Dew were sitting there shoving it in bottle.
- 23:25Unknown: I know. Shoving it in capsules.
- 23:28You
- 23:30know, Jay you know, Dave, that's really something to seaweed. I'd love to try I wanna try some of that stuff that comes out of the caves,
- 23:37whatever you call it, and and I I'd like to try some of that. They've got I'd love to try some of their colostrum.
- 23:43I'd there's a couple products. They've got they've got some dynamite products. They're cutting edge. Can't beat them. I thought you're talking about that one.
- 23:52Pardon me?
- 23:56Unknown: I said sorry. Got out
- 23:58of the caves.
- 24:00Unknown: Oh.
- 24:01Unknown: You talking about
- 24:02Unknown: Sheila's shield? Yeah. Yeah. That stuff. Sheila's stuff.
- 24:07About the Guano Islands? Dave, we're gonna send you the Guano Islands, buddy.
- 24:13Unknown: Actually, I gotta reach out to him. Is that where the the
- 24:17the the great what what the hell is that lizard?
- 24:21Unknown: That giant No. No. Dragon. No. No. No. That no.
- 24:26That boy's in the out in the Dave,
- 24:30he hold on, man. He they're out there in the,
- 24:34out in the island chain here that's, Ecuador. Yeah. The Gualapagos
- 24:38is
- 24:40where you get those big old lizards
- 24:44and turtles. You get the big turtles out there too.
- 24:49Unknown: Well, them them,
- 24:50them kimono dragons are some big bad voodoo daddies, boy. Holy moly.
- 24:56Unknown: You don't wanna get you you don't wanna get bit by one of those things.
- 25:01No, sir. You're done. You thought your you thought your mouth was nasty? Anyway,
- 25:09I was somewhere. I was talking about something, and I had a point to make, and all of it's gone. So I don't know
- 25:15what else to do. I was trying to chalk up all the greedy, Roger. You're greedy. You're about greedy. Better than That's right. Now it's Joe, you crummy. You beat boss.
- 25:25That's right. Well, I was gonna mention. I'm glad you brought that back up. It did trigger. You know, that's what the the Irish survived the potato famine by eating that sea moss.
- 25:37Okay?
- 25:38Because it's loaded
- 25:40with minerals and vitamins and good good North Sea stuff,
- 25:44and they couldn't get any potatoes because the English were trying to starve them and kill them.
- 25:48And so they went down to the beach and,
- 25:51well, I wanna see if we can get us some crustaceans or something down there.
- 25:56And,
- 25:57looking, lo and behold, here's this weed. Well, it might I don't know how it tastes. I know it's real good for you, though.
- 26:03Do you remember? Alright. Here's a good here's a good trivia question for all you folks,
- 26:09especially you music oriented folks. Paul,
- 26:13do you remember the,
- 26:15name of Jimmy Buffett's first album?
- 26:18No.
- 26:21Anybody remember the name of Jimmy Buffett's first album back in the seventies?
- 26:29Unknown: Was it living and dining three quarter time?
- 26:32Unknown: No. That was one of the early ones, but you'll remember that. I tell you, I was in radio back then,
- 26:38and ABC
- 26:39had signed him, and they signed him with the country division.
- 26:42And so when they sent the the first album out, it had a picture on him, and they didn't want all the country guys to see this long haired hippie, and they'd send out the album with no cover
- 26:54Unknown: picture. Down to Earth.
- 26:56Down to Earth. Nope. Nope.
- 26:58Unknown: No. No. Closer, though. The the name of the album was a white a white sport coat and a pink crustacean.
- 27:08A white sport coat and a pink
- 27:11crustacean.
- 27:13Yep.
- 27:15I remember Robbie.
- 27:18Pardon me?
- 27:19Unknown: That's a take off on Marty Robbins.
- 27:22Life on the flip side. A white sport coat and a pink carnation was a Marty Robbins song.
- 27:28Unknown: Right. And he said a white sport coat and a pink crustacean. If I remember, that's the name of the album.
- 27:34So when you were back in my wee days, oh, I was a wee lad.
- 27:39I was but a wee lad.
- 27:41I I was so damn nervous.
- 27:44I mean, you gotta get the scene going here. I'm down there in the Florida Panhandle.
- 27:49We got a pretty good little radio station down there. It's on the low end of the dial, 590.
- 27:55Get good reception, big wave,
- 27:57and
- 27:59we're at the beach. There's all kinds of people down there about half the time of the year and
- 28:04all that and
- 28:05the manager who I had gotten to know because I'd hang out out there when I was on selling
- 28:10women's shoes.
- 28:12And I'd hang out out there on my day off. I knew one of the jocks. I'd met the GM.
- 28:17And I'm sitting in his office one day, the new GM, and he goes, you go get a license. I'll give you a job.
- 28:24Oh, god. The thought of it petrified me.
- 28:27And so, I didn't do anything for a couple weeks, and I was out there again a couple weeks later. He said, were you gonna take me up on my offer, or do I need to find somebody else? I said, well,
- 28:38I guess I'm your man. So, anyway, that's where I started. Right there, midnight to six, station had never been on the air. They've been licensed to do that slot, time slot. See, at night, there's waves get skipped, especially down there by the beach,
- 28:53and they skip on water and stuff like that and get out great distances. So they'd never been on at night. And so,
- 29:01here I am, and I promise you, Rick,
- 29:03it took me for the first month,
- 29:06I had to carry a bottle of Maalox into work every night to be able to get through the show.
- 29:12Well, on a station where they'd never been broadcasting at that time, and they had no listeners.
- 29:19Hell, I'm still nervous.
- 29:22Oh, yes. The old memories. Now I tell you something else funny, Paul. This happened.
- 29:27As I was in a little town outside, a little municipality outside of Panama City called Springfield
- 29:33On the way out there to Tyndall, the Air Force Base, and,
- 29:36so they had a cop
- 29:39there at night. And,
- 29:40him and I, because we're about the only ones awake in that little town,
- 29:46a little suburb there, and so he'd come by the radio station. We got to be real good friends and,
- 29:53all that stuff. You get this. We used to have those PSAs back in those days, public service announcements.
- 29:59It's like, here's the air force with Roger Carroll, and he'd be playing records or introduce, interviewing somebody or whatever.
- 30:07And those are, like, thirty minute programs. And then on the log, you'd check them off as public service announcement because radio stations
- 30:15are using the public air airways, and they're supposed to do things like put on public service stuff for free.
- 30:21And so what we do, Paul, you'll like this.
- 30:24The, the cop would come up in his dinner hour about 03:00 in the morning.
- 30:31And I'd put on one of those thirty minute records
- 30:35and go out in the cop car and go on patrol or we'd go off and do his lunch, his dinner, or something, drive around. Well, hell, man. I'd carry a joint and I'd be in the cop car listening to the radio station smoking a joint. How about that, Tom? Can you beat that?
- 30:52Unknown: Oh, good lord.
- 30:54Unknown: Hey, Rod. Beat it. Beat it. I guarantee you can. So, anyway, unfortunately, that guy moved down to
- 31:01we we both had motorcycles and we'd go on our you know, during the day, we'd go off motorcycle riding, became good friends,
- 31:08and he moved to Tampa and got killed in a in armed robbery, unfortunately.
- 31:15But, those were pretty cool times, man.
- 31:18Unknown: Raj.
- 31:20Unknown: Yes, sir. Now I'm reminiscing on radio here again. I'm going back. You know I'm getting old. I'm going back and giving you all my memories.
- 31:28Yes, Paul. Okay.
- 31:31Unknown: Yeah. I'm not picking on you or nothing. Purely for for accuracy's
- 31:35sake.
- 31:36Jimmy Buffett's debut studio album was down to earth. It was released on 08/11/1970.
- 31:46The,
- 31:47a white sport coat and a pink crustacean
- 31:51was the third studio album
- 31:53released on 06/04/1973,
- 31:57and it was the first album released under the Dunhill
- 32:01record label.
- 32:03Unknown: Ah, okay. So Dunhill was part of ABC,
- 32:06I believe.
- 32:07Mhmm. And so okay. Well, it's pretty close. It's one of the early ones. That's the one I remember. That's first one they ever sent out to radio stations where I was one. As first time he ever had a hit single too. So the other two just kinda flopped right there, and they took a role on the third one, and third one hit magic. So mister Buffett's no longer with us. Hey, brother. He's the first album of note.
- 32:30Oh, okay. Well, there you go.
- 32:32First one that ever sent out to a radio station.
- 32:36Anyway,
- 32:37good good on you, mister Buffett. You're an incredible businessman, quite wealthy.
- 32:42We're able to really merchandise and everything your stuff. Yes, Rick. Yes. Not I'm trying to ignore you. Was that Rick
- 32:48Unknown: or it's not? No. It's not Rick. Yeah. Didn't that have kind of a takeoff of Billy Joel's
- 32:55was it pink sidewinders and a bright orange pair of pants?
- 33:01Unknown: I believe he was for I believe he was I
- 33:04believe he was before mister
- 33:07mister Joel.
- 33:09But you know what's interesting?
- 33:11Well, it's no. You never know. I will tell you something interesting that most people don't know, though.
- 33:17Billy Joel, remember the Piano Man? It's his first hit. And I'm the piano man. Remember all that?
- 33:24He, used to do that, go around bars and play piano while he had a backer, somebody that saw him, saw his talent, recognized him, and backed him, and that guy got 50%
- 33:33of everything he made.
- 33:38Sure enough.
- 33:39Unknown: So It's a lot.
- 33:42Yep. So, he did real well. I'm just having a beer. Better than a 100% of nothing.
- 33:47Unknown: Yeah, buddy.
- 33:49So, anyway, more stories from radio and the record business because I can't get anybody up to tell me if we're Warren or not. I think we're Warren. Then then next minute, we hear we're not Warren, so we don't know.
- 34:01One minute kiss,
- 34:03Trump is is is, snuggling
- 34:06up to these mollas, and the next moment, he's calling them slime. So, hell, I just don't know.
- 34:12How about y'all?
- 34:14Unknown: Dialectic. It's
- 34:15it's dialectic. It's the push and shove. It's the,
- 34:19it's it's the binary
- 34:21stuff.
- 34:21The,
- 34:23the the good, the bad, the left, the right, the top, the bottom, the inner, the outer. It's it's
- 34:30all opposites, dude.
- 34:32Unknown: It's bipolar. It's the guy it's like the guy is that Gary?
- 34:38Yep. That's Gary. Hey. Hey, Gary. It's like the guy that tell tells his wife,
- 34:44you know, when he takes her around, he introduces her. He introduces her as his current wife just to keep her on her toes.
- 34:55Unknown: Hey, Gary. Morning, Gary.
- 34:58Unknown: Good morning. First of all, I'm hoping well, everybody that
- 35:04I won't know anything till next week till I meet with the doctors and they do some blood work.
- 35:10But Dave's got me on a protocol
- 35:12that I'm following, so hopefully that'll help.
- 35:16Unknown: Okay. Thank you, Dave.
- 35:18Well, Gare,
- 35:19talk to us, buddy.
- 35:23Unknown: Well, now I forget what I was gonna say.
- 35:26Unknown: Oh, you're like me.
- 35:28Unknown: Yeah. I wanna say thank you to everybody that sent me information on trying to help my kidney problem. I appreciate that.
- 35:36Also, the other thing is that, Gina and I now have Starlink,
- 35:40Unknown: so I'll be able to interact with the show more. Oh, cool. So you went ahead and took the plunge. How do you like it?
- 35:47Unknown: Oh, I love it. I should have done it
- 35:51way before now.
- 35:53Unknown: How much do they charge you per month?
- 35:56Okay. 55. Yeah.
- 35:59Unknown: I mean,
- 36:00that's nothing.
- 36:02Unknown: No. It's pretty reasonable, really.
- 36:04Well, cool, Gary. Well, you're bringing us some good news. Hopefully, after you see these docs, you'll bring us some more good news.
- 36:13Unknown: I'm crossing my fingers.
- 36:15Unknown: Yes too, buddy.
- 36:18So anybody wanna say hello?
- 36:20But then Gary's one of our for somebody that you like to hike hiker that's here. She doesn't know who Gary is. Gary's one of our old time listeners, him and his Hawaiian wife, Gina. They live out in Flathead County, Montana. I was talking about y'all the other day
- 36:34on what you built out there in that county and its importance and all that kind of stuff.
- 36:40So if you didn't know or you're kinda new around here and you hadn't heard Gary, yes, Gary's been a listener for,
- 36:46oh, over ten years.
- 36:50Yeah. Best I recall.
- 36:52Yeah, man. Well,
- 36:54we're just tickled to death to hear your voice. Well,
- 36:58Unknown: we're thinking about having our
- 37:00reunion meeting next month
- 37:02for a national fantastic. Group here.
- 37:04Oh,
- 37:07Yeah. I think it would.
- 37:09Unknown: I bet you your little group has grown considerably just off of word-of-mouth of what you started.
- 37:16Unknown: Well, let's hope so.
- 37:18Unknown: They had what do you have? 50 people a week coming to one night on Monday night, and then it got to the point where
- 37:25you have to go back and cater to the new people because they don't know what you're talking about. And so you started having another night on Wednesdays
- 37:33for new people up in Flathead County, Kalispell, Montana.
- 37:37His guy and his wife were having two meetings a week on our on our
- 37:42info.
- 37:43Unknown: That's impressive too. Two meetings. We didn't do the two meetings all the time. We only did them occasionally.
- 37:49Unknown: Right. When you had people. Yeah.
- 37:52Unknown: Enough new people that needed to go back to the basics.
- 37:56So, yeah, there's probably over a 100 nationals in this county now, at least. Man,
- 38:02Unknown: it's the single preeminent county in the country.
- 38:07Thanks to Gary and Gina laying this groundwork and driving in thirty minute drive out of town to the meetings and home and all the rest of stuff. And then the people that ran the place
- 38:19got on you for some reason said you couldn't use that anymore, and then I think you changed their mind, and there's been some tugs both ways, but, that's great that you guys are maybe even thinking about having a get together
- 38:32Unknown: next month. I bet you all Now that meeting now that meeting place has upped their cost
- 38:38to $300
- 38:39a night.
- 38:42Unknown: What was it before?
- 38:4430.
- 38:46Holy shit.
- 38:49Unknown: Yeah.
- 38:50Yeah. So I doubt if I doubt if we use that as a meeting place. But I would I wouldn't just so you wouldn't wouldn't give them an exorbitant raise
- 38:59Unknown: like that's ridiculous.
- 39:01Yep. It is. But Well, what you ought to do is find out somebody else they're renting it to and see if they're charging them 300
- 39:10and then go after them on discrimination.
- 39:14Unknown: Yeah. That's an idea.
- 39:16K. We'll see.
- 39:18Unknown: Yeah. Well, man, you sound great. Your connection's good. Your voice is strong, it sounds like, and,
- 39:24and it's really good to hear you.
- 39:27Unknown: Well, thanks.
- 39:29Unknown: Anybody got questions or comments for Gary here?
- 39:34Unknown: The one thing you're talking about, the Emergency Powers Act.
- 39:38Yes. We were. One thing people need to be aware of, you need to link that
- 39:43with the Libra code,
- 39:46and you'll see that that's where they're getting a lot of their stuff that they've done to us.
- 39:51Unknown: Could be.
- 39:52It's just a real good foundational
- 39:54video for people that are just new to this,
- 39:57and you
- 39:58you take our information and look at it. But, boy, the research they did on that piece
- 40:05is extremely,
- 40:06extremely detailed,
- 40:08deep,
- 40:09and impressive.
- 40:11There's 85
- 40:13Yeah. I don't know. Exhibits.
- 40:15I remember, Gary,
- 40:16there's 80
- 40:17go ahead. I'll shut up. Go ahead.
- 40:20Unknown: Does Paul have the PDF
- 40:22of that
- 40:23on the website?
- 40:25Unknown: I don't know. Paul, do you?
- 40:27Unknown: The the PDF,
- 40:29you mean the,
- 40:30you mean the the book?
- 40:34Unknown: Well, whatever. I don't I mean, it's just a PDF of the book. Downloaded.
- 40:40No. The PDF of the show of the two hour
- 40:44presentation.
- 40:46If you if
- 40:48you really wanna get in a good understanding,
- 40:50download the PDF and have it printed out or read it, and then you can really get a good understanding of the emergency
- 40:59power war emergency powers act.
- 41:03Unknown: Oh, okay. You mean the the transcript
- 41:06of that
- 41:08video?
- 41:11Unknown: Well, you made a transcript, but there's an actual PDF out there.
- 41:16That's like It's
- 41:17Unknown: 60 It's a book. Pages long.
- 41:19Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. It's the book.
- 41:22Unknown: Well, I don't call it a book. You download it as a PDF. I call it a PDF.
- 41:27Unknown: But okay. Well, it's a PDF of the book.
- 41:31Unknown: Yeah.
- 41:32Unknown: Yeah. The war and emergency powers book.
- 41:36You gotta get our semantics right here. We have that we have that in both physical copy, and I believe we have it in PDF, or
- 41:44I'm thinking that the PDF, some of the exhibits in the back of the the back of the book are very, very difficult
- 41:52to read.
- 41:53I do have a physical copy of the book, and I will be scanning
- 41:57the
- 41:58the exhibit pages that didn't come out right.
- 42:02I'll be scanning them in high def.
- 42:04But in the meanwhile, I can actually
- 42:07take the audio track from that video. I could send it up to Pod Home, and I could have the, Pod Home AI generate a transcript of that video.
- 42:16Unknown: Now that'd be good.
- 42:19Unknown: Well Dumb. Paul, there's already a very good PDF
- 42:23that you can download off the Internet of that
- 42:26murder war emergency powers act.
- 42:30That's what I'm referencing.
- 42:32That was done by Jean Schroeder.
- 42:35I have the PDF.
- 42:37Unknown: Send it can you send it to Paul, please, and he can double check? I I think I agree with that.
- 42:43But What I wanna mention, though, while we're talking about this is a very serious subject. I hope everybody listening has seen that.
- 42:50If not, when you,
- 42:53get get a couple hours and you're looking for something to look at, I'd watch that. It's got all the foundational stuff. It's an excellent job. Doctor Jean,
- 43:02not any kind of a professional orator, did a wonderful job on it.
- 43:07And, you know what amazes me, guys, about that?
- 43:10I hear all these kind I don't know what's going on. Well, back in the nineties or back in the eighties,
- 43:15and nobody references
- 43:17this wonderful,
- 43:19informative,
- 43:21super important work.
- 43:22Everything's right there in that two hours.
- 43:25Here's what they did. Here's how they did it. Here's why they did it. And then we take our at the end when he says, well, all we need is one president just to sign this way, and it's done. Well, right there, you pick up from us and go, but we don't need just one president. We can do it on our own. But
- 43:42it's tough sledding, folks.
- 43:45Listen.
- 43:46This this this
- 43:48hell, I thought it was hard when I used to have to work some of those crappy records they'd give me to work.
- 43:54This is hard.
- 43:56Unknown: Right now, William.
- 43:57Unknown: William, hey, buddy. I've been working at it for fifteen years, folks. And, yeah, we've made a dent. Yeah. We've we've done a little bit, but it's it's not easy.
- 44:06It's not easy at all. Yeah. William, how you doing, friend?
- 44:10I'm good. I'm in Dallas, Texas today. Oh, yeah. Don't go to the Daily Plaza.
- 44:16Unknown: That's right.
- 44:20The I didn't wanna interrupt Gary if he was done.
- 44:24Unknown: Don't know. Gary, were you done, buddy? Did you hear what William has done,
- 44:31Unknown: Yeah. I was done. And, yeah, William, you're doing a commendable job. Thanks.
- 44:36Unknown: Well, the, the other attorney put in his appellate
- 44:40appellee brief.
- 44:42Unknown: And
- 44:45Unknown: and I'm Can't be your wife. Have my my theories or our theories, as he calls them, have no no basis in constitutional law.
- 44:54Unknown: That's funny. Well Yeah. Tell him ask him who the people that are in
- 44:59well, who are who are in not subject to the jurisdiction thereof in the fourteenth amendment, mister Constitution?
- 45:05Unknown: His brief,
- 45:07Unknown: Trump v Barbara tries to bring that against me and says, well, there's a narrow exception to Anne's subject to, and it's the children of diplomats. And he doesn't meet one of these narrow exceptions,
- 45:18so he's a citizen of The United States by fact of birth.
- 45:28Unknown: Oh, aren't you glad that that's the kind of attorney you're going out and hiring if you need an attorney is this guy?
- 45:34Yep.
- 45:36Unknown: I think you're gonna have to fill you're gonna have to fill this all the way to the Supreme Court.
- 45:41Unknown: Well, I'm putting a reply brief.
- 45:44Know, I'm putting a reply brief to his brief, and then that's it. Okay. That's all the briefs. Alright.
- 45:49Unknown: Well, hold on. Alright. Here's what I wish you'd do. This guy responded pretty quick. Didn't you just put that brief in last week?
- 45:56Yep. And just today, he he finally got it. That's right. You got twenty days. That says something, folks,
- 46:04to me, because almost everybody will wait because they wanna do their thinking correctly and get it prose correctly.
- 46:10He jumped right on it with this specious argument of his.
- 46:14So noodle on it. Take
- 46:17it down. Don't don't take it to the end, but take down close to the end and give you the maximum of time to think about or us to help you if you wanna use us,
- 46:27craft your response
- 46:29to him.
- 46:31Did you ask him about the why? Because there's a
- 46:35well, see, there's a lot of things now you can go back and bring up again title 42.
- 46:39Who's the white citizens here? What happened to Whitey and Jim Crow, buddy? If
- 46:44that's the case, what happened to all there's there's how many? Thirty, forty, fifty, sixty up to the 50. There's about eighty years of Jim Crow here. Why didn't it affect them like you're saying?
- 46:56Who were they? Where did they go?
- 46:59Unknown: Yep.
- 47:01Unknown: You got a lot of ammunition there, William. Good. And I'm I'm Right
- 47:06Unknown: there. I mean, that whatever the is in the secretary's possession is the fact, not what some opinion on birthright citizenship related to children of sojourners.
- 47:17Yeah. That doesn't happen.
- 47:20Unknown: By some black woman who doesn't even know what a freaking woman is.
- 47:25I'd bring that up in that reply, by the way, when you address that case.
- 47:29I believe she wrote the majority opinion.
- 47:33Here's a woman who wrote the majority opinion on the case he's referring to, who in senate questioning did not know what a woman is.
- 47:43Unknown: And thinks that she steals a Japanese wallet. She's Japanese.
- 47:49Unknown: Well and I agree with Gary. I I don't know how you know, this is your call, William, of course, because every one of these little step ups cost a lot of money and takes a lot of time, a lot of thinking, a lot of aggravation, a lot of all that stuff,
- 48:06and then you very well may get ruled against. So what's the next step?
- 48:10Supreme Court of the United States. Now you're talking about your friend have about a $150
- 48:16back you up? Because I think that's about what it costs to file one of those certioris.
- 48:22Unknown: Supreme Court of Georgia.
- 48:24And then if they deny it, then they can go there. Then exactly.
- 48:28Unknown: So, anyway, well, William, we'll see what happens. I know you'll be noodling on that. If you need our help, please feel free to come call on us. No. These people here don't wanna talk to me anymore. They don't like me or something. So,
- 48:41so if you if we need some to fill the void, if you wanna help write that brief, we'd love to bring the, bring the hive mind
- 48:49Yep. Here together and see if we can help you.
- 48:52Unknown: I got a rough real rough first draft because, I mean, I've just been
- 48:56Unknown: I wake up in the middle of the night and go, damn. I need to put To think about. You know? Alright, folks. Now listen. Thank you. Thank you for saying that. Hold on.
- 49:04Should you
- 49:06choose
- 49:07to become offensive with this information
- 49:10just like Williams chosen? It's just story. I didn't tell him to do it.
- 49:14He said, I think I'm gonna do this. Go ahead. I'm I'm gonna encourage you if you want to,
- 49:19but I'm gonna tell you there's a lot of pitfalls up there, and this is one of them right there.
- 49:25Remember, you know, I asked you that question, William, how well do you like to sleep at night?
- 49:30Is that what you what you just told me,
- 49:33echoes that statement, okay, is that you make up in the middle of the night thinking about your brief and all this stuff, and I don't know if you consider that a good night's sleep or not.
- 49:44Unknown: Yeah. Do you, do you know the Greek fable of Sisyphus?
- 49:49Unknown: I have heard of Sisyphus,
- 49:52but I'm not sure that I'm intimately familiar with his fable.
- 49:57Unknown: So Sisyphus was, he was a trickster,
- 50:00and he would he was mortal, but he would trick all the gods. He would trick he would trick the gods, and he he would play tricks on them. And
- 50:09I think he trapped Hades down in the underworld at one point.
- 50:14So finally, I think it was Zeus or somebody, had enough of Sisyphus scrap
- 50:18and
- 50:20brought him back to the underworld
- 50:21and gave him a boulder, a huge boulder,
- 50:24and says he had to push this boulder
- 50:26up this hill
- 50:28for the rest of eternity.
- 50:30And when the boulder gets to the top of the hill, it rolls all the way back down to the bottom,
- 50:34and he has to start pushing that boulder again. Start again.
- 50:39Yep. And so,
- 50:41there was a philosopher named Cam Camus, I think, was his name. Yeah. Camus. And he said, yeah, he said, Sisyphus wins
- 50:49if we picture him smiling.
- 50:52Unknown: Boy, that's nice, isn't
- 50:56Well, that's about like, that's about like,
- 50:59all this paper chase stuff. Do you know, William, that attorneys hate what they do for a living worse than any other profession?
- 51:07Unknown: I can imagine.
- 51:11Unknown: Well,
- 51:12interesting.
- 51:13I'm Bill. Well, I tip my hat to William,
- 51:16and he's got a backer. He's got some folks there, friends of his, that see this same way he does, say this needs to be adjudicated or we need to press the envelope. You can see what the envelope pressing is is like in fighting an attorney who brings up this recent case
- 51:31written
- 51:32well, again, the opinion written by a black woman who, when she was being confirmed,
- 51:37didn't could not answer a question on what a woman was and came back constant. Well, I'm not a scientist.
- 51:45We're not asking you a scientist, lady. We're asking you, do you squat to pee or do you pee against the wall?
- 51:53K.
- 51:56Unknown: Won't Yeah. Answer
- 51:58Unknown: Scary.
- 52:01Unknown: The problem William is facing
- 52:03is not an attorney.
- 52:06It's the whole state of Georgia.
- 52:08Of course. William, do you realize do you realize that this how this will upset the apple cart?
- 52:14Not just in Georgia,
- 52:16but it'll be All over. Be utilized all
- 52:19over.
- 52:20Unknown: Correct. Sure could. Sure could.
- 52:23That's why you're gonna send it. You send you send it up to the appellate level.
- 52:28Which one of those justices is gonna be the one that will pull the house of cards, the bottom part out? Now the other thing is
- 52:36the level of the appellate level
- 52:39is, I was told years ago, the first place you ever really get real law.
- 52:44So you're also approaching a trough that could have realism in it, William.
- 52:50Right. We'll see. It's very admirable what you're doing, and we thank you. Just a kind of a first draft of my, conclusion.
- 52:59Unknown: I said as stated in Patel's law of nations,
- 53:02echoed in the UN charter, all peoples have an innate right of personal political self determination.
- 53:07Without the right of exit, consent of the governed becomes fiction.
- 53:13Yes. Both in Efrahim v both in Efrahim v Rusk and United States v Cruikshank,
- 53:19the US Supreme Court found that citizenship of the state state or federal is a voluntary condition in which one must submit themselves.
- 53:27An attempt to justify his unlawful exaction, the appellee's arguments attempt to force citizenship and jurisdiction upon the appellee
- 53:34by continuing to rely upon rebutted presumptions of law and even go so far as to claim that mere physical presence confers jurisdiction.
- 53:46Unknown: William,
- 53:48you you've you've done very well. You got a real talent in this area. Pretty obvious to me.
- 53:54Unknown: And One other thing you tried to pull on me, Roger, in the in that brief is he says,
- 54:00well, you don't need citizenship
- 54:01or res we don't need residency
- 54:03to tax him because the statute says it applies to all natural persons, and a natural person
- 54:10is a living, breathing individual.
- 54:20Unknown: Read that again. Down.
- 54:23Unknown: So he said I don't wanna use the exact words in his brief.
- 54:30I went in in my brief, and I've put in
- 54:33that legal persons, both natural and juristic, are entities to whom the law describes rights and duties. Under the fourteenth amendment, legal persons who are who are citizens of The United States or residents
- 54:44are ascribed civil rights from The United States and owe correlated duties.
- 54:48Citizens of the several states are different legal persons than those persons whom are United States citizens or residents.
- 54:54Citizenship or residency established as the basis for legal personhood.
- 54:59To claim, as does the appellee,
- 55:01that neither citizenship nor residency is required to establish legal personhood
- 55:06is absurd and inconsistent with fundamental legal jurisprudence.
- 55:10No one is stateless. Every person has ascribed rights and duties from a sovereign.
- 55:16And Napoleon conceded on the record he conceded on the record that residency
- 55:20is, quote, all that's required for taxation.
- 55:23However, Charlie Apelli takes a stance that only physical presence of any natural person is necessary for lawful taxation.
- 55:31Apelli fails to provide clear statutory authority that the natural persons mentioned in Forrester v Culpepper
- 55:38are any legal persons other than US citizens or residents.
- 55:41Any court will be hard pressed to determine that mere physical presence of any natural person satisfies the requirement
- 55:47for a nexus between the state and the person that seeks to tax.
- 55:52Unknown: Have you brought up Jim Crow laws anywhere so
- 55:55far?
- 55:56Unknown: I haven't. No.
- 55:59Unknown: Well, isn't that the perfect rebuttal here?
- 56:02Unknown: It could be. Pretty
- 56:04Unknown: the eighty years
- 56:06from '25
- 56:08to '68 until 1954,
- 56:12even though not as pronounced at the end,
- 56:15are these separate political statuses.
- 56:18You can't deny them. They're in The United States code
- 56:22more than once.
- 56:25What happened to him?
- 56:27And that maybe that's a general question for the appellate
- 56:31judges.
- 56:32What happened to Jim Crow?
- 56:34He was eclipsed.
- 56:36Boy, you know what? This may really I'm just gonna plant these seeds for you, William.
- 56:41Jim Crow was eclipsed
- 56:46by Brown versus Board of Education
- 56:51where they tell us equal in the classroom,
- 56:54equal in the society,
- 56:56overturns
- 56:57Plessy versus Ferguson.
- 57:01Can what tortured legal reasoning
- 57:05can you offer
- 57:08to show where somebody who gets god given rights and owes duties
- 57:13is equal
- 57:14to someone who gets civil rights from the fourteenth amendment?
- 57:19How in what tortured legal reasoning
- 57:23can those be equal?
- 57:28Because that's what the Supreme Court found that he's referring to the Supreme Court on his argument on this latest decision by a woman who doesn't know what a woman is. What happened to the white citizens of Plessy versus Ferguson?
- 57:42Where did you legislate them out of existence?
- 57:49Unknown: Yep.
- 57:50Unknown: That's the only thing. The only way they can get rid of them is through congress. Right?
- 57:55Right. Or else there's no constitution
- 57:57because those are the people the constitution was written for.
- 58:03So he'd noodle on that. If you could weave that in, that may be impactful.
- 58:08Okay.
- 58:10Unknown: So, you know, my standard I was supposed to in my reply brief, I'm only supposed to answer
- 58:15issues that, you know, he raised, but, mean, he did raise that issue. Well, he did raise that.
- 58:22Unknown: He says there's only one, and you're a child of a black slave, former.
- 58:27Unknown: Well, I gave him,
- 58:29I gave him slaughterhouse that that cemented that we have two citizenships in this country
- 58:35Yeah. In this nation, and Right. And they're separate and distinct.
- 58:39Unknown: Okay. Well, now you're not only giving them the slaughterhouse and the basic law, but you're giving them the example that was in a inactive and not inactive.
- 58:48Active for fifth eighty years from whatever 1868
- 58:52to 1954
- 58:53is.
- 58:55Oh, Lori. Okay. We gotta take a break, William. Go study real quick. We'll be back shortly.
- 59:01Here's Paul.
- 59:12Unknown: Thank you for joining us for the Radio Ranch with Roger Sails on

- 59:43There's exhibits there,
- 59:45a veritable plethora of information,
- 59:49pack a lunch, stay the day. We'll be back to the program in just a minute. Thank you.
- 1:01:00And we're back.
- 1:01:02Unknown: Yeah, baby.
- 1:01:04While we were gone, I'm sitting there thinking, William, Jim Crow. Jim Crow is such a wonderful
- 1:01:10example. It was in effect.
- 1:01:12Virtually, everybody remembers it, although none of these people wanna talk about it.
- 1:01:17But I guess they figured since Brown came along, did Plessy and all that shit just doesn't apply.
- 1:01:22Or it's absolutely totally wrong
- 1:01:25because it's not what color you are.
- 1:01:29It's from where you get your rights and to whom you owe your duties. It's a political question, not a ethnic question.
- 1:01:35It's just framed
- 1:01:37as that
- 1:01:38because you can see from the eighteen sixties and the civil war,
- 1:01:42which I believe was started to set this conflict up of pitting blacks against whites.
- 1:01:49I think you're seeing it. Never hear anybody hardly refer to it. And with those those chapters and statutes entitled forty two nineteen eighty one,
- 1:02:00I think you referenced, I believe, '8 1983.
- 1:02:03You just said Ed said Ed said again following.
- 1:02:06It's in there a couple of times.
- 1:02:08I don't remember exactly which ones,
- 1:02:10but it's pretty damn,
- 1:02:12straight and to the point. Citizens of The United States are equal to all the same rights and immune privileges and immunities of the white citizens?
- 1:02:21Sir,
- 1:02:22mister judici
- 1:02:24who is this?
- 1:02:26Who is it? Because all I hear him is denigrating now, the white whiteness whiteness.
- 1:02:31What about a white citizen that got god given rights and owed god their duties under a document called the constitution
- 1:02:37without the fourteenth amendment?
- 1:02:40Because that's a civil rights, and those are from the federal government. You get rights, not god. I prefer my rights from god. My choice stands.
- 1:02:49Here's me officially,
- 1:02:51submitting that, and here's you not responding
- 1:02:55and officially accepting it
- 1:02:57because silence deems consent.
- 1:03:00Unknown: So
- 1:03:01just to show you how how much this guy is really struggling, he's struggling with this.
- 1:03:06Unknown: Of course, he is.
- 1:03:08Why do you think he hey, William. Why do you think he answered in a week?
- 1:03:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:03:13Even if this court were to determine that there's no question regarding the appellate, there's a question regarding the appellant's citizenship,
- 1:03:20there is certainly no dispute regarding his residency status.
- 1:03:24The appellant incorrectly argues that he is nonresident alien
- 1:03:28under 267701
- 1:03:30b a one b because he's neither a citizen of The United States nor a resident of The United States within the sub meaning of paragraph a.
- 1:03:38Yet he misreads sub paragraph a, which says an alien individual shall be treated as a resident of The United States with respect to any calendar year if and only if such individual meets the requirements of clause one, two, or three.
- 1:03:52And b one a clause two is a substantial presence test, which says that the individual must be present in The United States
- 1:03:59at least thirty one days during the calendar year, yada yada yada.
- 1:04:04Given that the appellant has a Georgia driver's license that applied for him and granted a homestead exemption with the Columbia County Tax Commissioner registered to vote, did vote in the twenty forty four election, has owned a residence in Columbia County since 2018,
- 1:04:17has not provided any evidence to suggest he lived outside The United States to such an extent of not qualifying under 26 USC seventy seven zero one. In summation, there's no factual or legal dispute that the appellant is at least a US resident for the purposes of federal law.
- 1:04:33Once again, the appellant's claim of exemption from Georgia TADS is premised upon his incorrectly alleged nonresident alien status. His appeal should be denied on that basis.
- 1:04:44Also, the appellant argues there's no sufficient nexus between the state and the person
- 1:04:49or transaction it seeks to tax. Specifically,
- 1:04:52the appellant argues that Georgia statutes relating to TADS is exclusively
- 1:04:56the persons who are US citizens or resident aliens, and that due to his alleged renunciation
- 1:05:02because he gets into this whole renunciation thing earlier on. He is not a person to whom the statute applies. As laid out above, the appellant is a US citizen or, at the very least, a resident alien, and therefore,
- 1:05:13OCGA
- 1:05:14forty eight five four seventy one is applicable.
- 1:05:17The case is even more clear than that. However, the statute declares that every motor vehicle owned in this state by a natural person is subject to ad valorem tax by the various tax jurisdictions authorized to impose ad valorem tax on property provided in code section
- 1:05:31blah blah blah.
- 1:05:33As the undisputed factual record clearly demonstrates, the appellant is a natural person, I e, a human individual and not a corporation, c Martin Esby State Georgia appellate court twenty thirteen.
- 1:05:44Unknown: Well, that's nice. Vehicles
- 1:05:46Unknown: he he owns a vehicle in question in Georgia. He is subject to Avalorum taxes.
- 1:05:52Unknown: Sticky wickets were in.
- 1:05:56Interesting.
- 1:05:57Just bring you know what? By the way, sir, what happened to Jim Crow?
- 1:06:02No. Where'd he go? You you know all this stuff. You're good at researching. Where did they where did they legislate him away,
- 1:06:08by the way?
- 1:06:10It's because he's either he's either there he's either there hiding
- 1:06:15or he's been legislated away.
- 1:06:17Which one is it, and where is the the facts?
- 1:06:22Boom. I'm
- 1:06:23resident alien.
- 1:06:24Unknown: If I'm not a US citizen,
- 1:06:26why do I have a passport?
- 1:06:28And if I'm a resident alien,
- 1:06:30Unknown: why do I have a passport?
- 1:06:31Yes. Exactly.
- 1:06:34Unknown: Exactly. There was some another point I'm I'm not a I'm not a foreign national. I'm American national.
- 1:06:40And passports are only issued to nationals and citizens of The United States.
- 1:06:45Unknown: It says it right on the first page. Hey, buddy. What can't you understand? Yeah. Okay. Paul was first. Somebody else wanna say something. Paul, what you have? William.
- 1:06:53Mark is coming in. She's third. Paul? Okay.
- 1:06:59Unknown: So what they're what they're trying to get you to believe is that
- 1:07:04a lodial right or property
- 1:07:06right does not exist in the state of Georgia
- 1:07:09because
- 1:07:11you
- 1:07:12bought the vehicle,
- 1:07:14you bought an automobile,
- 1:07:17and then did something
- 1:07:20to actually
- 1:07:21surrender
- 1:07:22your property right in that vehicle?
- 1:07:25Well, course, what you did was you registered it, and you registered
- 1:07:30it under the doctrine of necessity
- 1:07:33and in order to keep the peace, because if you had not done that,
- 1:07:37you would have been shot on the side of the road by a dozen cops wearing flak vests.
- 1:07:44Where did your right to own property
- 1:07:48free and clear,
- 1:07:50your alodial right, where did it go? Mhmm.
- 1:07:53Unknown: Well, don't forget he bought that. I don't know if this bear has a bearing. He bought it in Florida and brought it to Georgia.
- 1:07:59I don't know if that has a bearing on what you're stating there. I'm just saying that's part of the fact pattern here.
- 1:08:05Unknown: Okay. Rick next, then Mirka.
- 1:08:07Unknown: Okay, Rick. I think it was Rick or Gregory. Who who was it? It was Rick.
- 1:08:12Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:08:15Unknown: I heard on this program that whoever holds the manufacturer's certificate of origin is the actual owner. Do you have that? Well, that's true. I don't. No. I don't.
- 1:08:25Unknown: The previous owner surrendered
- 1:08:27it to Florida.
- 1:08:29Unknown: Yep.
- 1:08:31Unknown: Just like everybody. State of Georgia should own it. It should have that, shouldn't they?
- 1:08:36Unknown: Well, they got the Florida title and then issued a Georgia title input in place of it. No. The certificate of origin.
- 1:08:42I don't know.
- 1:08:44They take the certificate of origins, and then
- 1:08:46I've heard they destroy them. I heard I heard jokes about they destroy them, and then they issue a state title in in place of that. Yeah. Scan the originals,
- 1:08:58Unknown: then they destroy the originals. However,
- 1:09:01that is a good point.
- 1:09:02If the state of Georgia
- 1:09:05actually holds the certificate of origin,
- 1:09:08how did they get
- 1:09:10the right to that alodial property?
- 1:09:14How'd they get it? You were the one that bought the car.
- 1:09:18Unknown: He volunteered it.
- 1:09:22Unknown: Mirka.
- 1:09:26Unknown: William, I'm sending you a If I can't
- 1:09:29Unknown: No. You may not, Dave. Murka was on. She's been waiting. Go ahead, Murka.
- 1:09:36Unknown: Good morning. I'm sending
- 1:09:39William a message directly on Telegram,
- 1:09:41but what
- 1:09:43let me see. Let me go back in there. I was gonna mention to him the nonresident alien
- 1:09:50that
- 1:09:51attorney
- 1:09:52is ignorant of the law and I want to make sure he says that on his
- 1:09:58response because ignorance of the law is no excuse
- 1:10:02and he is using resident alien instead of non resident alien and William is a non federal
- 1:10:11non
- 1:10:12resident alien
- 1:10:14as
- 1:10:16tax
- 1:10:17terms
- 1:10:20IRS uses non
- 1:10:24US
- 1:10:25persons.
- 1:10:26We are non US persons.
- 1:10:29So that's important to
- 1:10:31write on there.
- 1:10:33And I was
- 1:10:35pointing out about the non resident alien
- 1:10:38on the message to him. It says
- 1:10:42he wrote third alternative if this court were hold that there is a dispute as a to appellant citizenship
- 1:10:49there is still no factual dispute
- 1:10:52contrary to his assertion
- 1:10:54but he is documenting
- 1:10:56on his
- 1:10:58appellant
- 1:10:59response that
- 1:11:02he's non resident alien
- 1:11:04but
- 1:11:05he writes resident alien
- 1:11:07and he is incorrect
- 1:11:10so
- 1:11:10you know we need to make sure that he documents
- 1:11:15not a US person
- 1:11:17and their terms are federal
- 1:11:21they are charging the federal
- 1:11:23US resident alien taxpayers.
- 1:11:27So we wanna make sure that we do point out point that out. He thinks a legal person,
- 1:11:32Unknown: a natural person is everybody.
- 1:11:35Because everybody is you know, every individual is a natural person.
- 1:11:39But
- 1:11:40but what what defines what type of person you are
- 1:11:44Unknown: Before you get your rights and whom you owe your duties. Yep. That's right. And
- 1:11:51Unknown: put an affidavit. Like, I I mentioned it to you before
- 1:11:55directly
- 1:11:56tell
- 1:11:58the state the state of who is a subdivision of The United States Corporation
- 1:12:05under District Of Columbia
- 1:12:07they have no authority.
- 1:12:10You have to put it on an affidavit.
- 1:12:13Unknown: They will not rip up that because they declared he declared in there that I'm a citizen of The United States, and he has no authority in law to do that. So I He's a tyrant by doing that. He he can't assign who you get your rights and duties from. That's your choice. I haven't heard, by the way, yet, the term resident is a rebuttable presumption that's straight out of the Georgia code, by the way.
- 1:12:36And it comes down to his residence.
- 1:12:38He
- 1:12:39Unknown: hits he hits on the presumption. Let me find it again.
- 1:12:43Back up here in the citizenship stuff because he's like,
- 1:12:47basically, I didn't meet one of those
- 1:12:50definitions
- 1:12:51out of
- 1:12:53Trump v Barbara to be exempt from the citizenship clause,
- 1:12:58so the presumption should stand.
- 1:13:03Unknown: Roger, on in California,
- 1:13:06we we we have a state controller.
- 1:13:09And on my affidavit about of my private property,
- 1:13:14I told them
- 1:13:16because Malia Cohen
- 1:13:18is the State Controller of California and on there she says oh you know we safeguard
- 1:13:24we safeguard
- 1:13:26property
- 1:13:26until the rightful owner
- 1:13:29you know, claims it. So that's what William
- 1:13:33needs to do.
- 1:13:34Tell them they have no authority. This is my property.
- 1:13:38Unknown: And, you know, just tell me they Well, I'm pretty sure that's what he started the lawsuit on, Mirka.
- 1:13:44This is going to the appellate level.
- 1:13:48So we're talking about right now.
- 1:13:52Unknown: A child born on American soil is and subject to American law is
- 1:13:57made an American citizen. That's from
- 1:14:00Trump v Barbara.
- 1:14:02The only exceptions to this general rule are those children to whom the fiction of extra territoriality
- 1:14:08applies.
- 1:14:11The ordinary applicability of the clause, however, has a broad reach and narrow exceptions.
- 1:14:16The same groups included and excluded by just solely were included and excluded
- 1:14:21by the conventional
- 1:14:22understanding of the of jurisdiction. Excluded by both were children of the foreign ministers and members of the nineteenth century Indian tribes
- 1:14:30over whom The United States had ceded part of its territorial jurisdiction
- 1:14:34to preserve its relationship with a foreign sovereign or quasi foreign or quasi sovereign.
- 1:14:40Since the appellant has presented no evidence that he fell into one of the traditional limited exceptions to birthright citizenship, he is legally presumed
- 1:14:48Unknown: to be a United States citizen, and that presumption should stand. How about Elk versus Wilkins, buddy? See, they're now what how did the Jim Crow and the Whitey
- 1:14:58proliferate himself for eighty years if they weren't there?
- 1:15:03Unknown: The appellant asserts that he renounced any claim, I did not say that, any claim to US citizenship while remaining a US national.
- 1:15:11This simply is not possible. However, formal renunciation of citizenship is governed by eight USC fourteen eighty one. For renunciation to be effective, a citizen must make a formal renunciation of nationality
- 1:15:22before a diplomatic or counselor office counselor office of the United States in a foreign state such as in a form as may be prescribed by the secretary of state.
- 1:15:30The appellant's alleged renunciation is invalid for two reasons. First, the appellant's informal.
- 1:15:36Unknown: Pellant's informal letter. He's saying you've extradited.
- 1:15:39He's using renunciation
- 1:15:41for extradited.
- 1:15:43You did not go through the extradition process,
- 1:15:46and this gentleman is trying to fool the court.
- 1:15:50Unknown: Yep. Yep. Yep. First, the appellant's informal notarized form is not sufficient under eight USC, which requires
- 1:15:57renunciation to be made before a diplomatic or consular officer of The United States in a foreign state and in such form as may be prescribed by the secretary of state.
- 1:16:05A simple notarized declaration mailed to The United States secretary secretary of state is insufficient.
- 1:16:10It must be made while in a foreign territory before prescribed officially declared in a specific manner.
- 1:16:16Unknown: Second, it not possible.
- 1:16:18I think the attorneys up on the 7th Floor of the state department know the difference that you don't,
- 1:16:24Unknown: sir. Right. Second, it is not possible to renounce US citizenship while retaining US national status.
- 1:16:30The Akasta the Islamic
- 1:16:33the Akasta v. The Islamic Republic Of Iran. This is a 2008 case. In that case in it in that case, another court had previously determined that Rabbi Kahini
- 1:16:45used to be a citizen of The United States because he voluntary voluntarily
- 1:16:49renounced his American citizenship in order to pursue a political career in Israel.
- 1:16:53He subsequently
- 1:16:54attempted to withdraw his renunciation.
- 1:16:57When that was unsuccessful, the plaintiffs argued that even though the rabbi
- 1:17:01was no longer a US citizen, he remained a US national by virtue of his continued allegiance to The United States. The court disagreed, however, holding that
- 1:17:10the rabbi knew or should have known that when he renounced his American citizenship,
- 1:17:14the result would be the loss of his United States nationality rights and privileges.
- 1:17:19The this is clear from the code of federal regulations which states a person desiring to renounce US nationality under section three forty nine a five
- 1:17:26of the Immigration Nationality Act must include on the form he signs in the statement that he absolutely and entirely renounces his US nationality
- 1:17:33altogether with rights and privileges and all duties of allegiance and fidelity thereunto pertaining.
- 1:17:39Thus, the appellant's attempt to renounce citizenship while maintaining nationality was not effective.
- 1:17:45Since his entire argument rests on the assertion that he is not subject to the tax because of his nonresident alien status,
- 1:17:51which itself is reliant upon the allegation of having renounced citizenship,
- 1:17:55the rest of his arguments naturally fail.
- 1:17:58Unknown: William William, can we go back to that title a thing where it says if you're in an altercation, the state department will send a clarification,
- 1:18:08basically a citizenship of nationality
- 1:18:10to the court or the administrative judge or whoever's in the proceeding.
- 1:18:16Just in a whim, if you got a minute or two,
- 1:18:19if you could drop them a note, let's see if that works.
- 1:18:22Because this is a good place to apply it right here. Okay?
- 1:18:26Okay. Go ahead, Paul.
- 1:18:28Unknown: I think you really, really, really need to hammer what happened hammer
- 1:18:32what happened to Whitey.
- 1:18:35You need to hammer that point.
- 1:18:37I agree. Agree. Where'd go? Because there is because there is the linchpin. There is the difference. That is where it went from republic
- 1:18:47to corporatocracy.
- 1:18:49Where is Whitey,
- 1:18:50and how can how can you not be Whitey?
- 1:18:56Unknown: Right.
- 1:18:57Unknown: It really rubs their nose. Not lie. It rubs it it rubs their nose in the differentiation
- 1:19:03of the two and the existence of the two,
- 1:19:05and they can't get around it. I don't believe, William. Anyway, I I would also stick that in there. There's some real good dart you could chunk at them with that.
- 1:19:16Now was there somebody else trying to say something, or we Paul and I both stepping
- 1:19:20on William. Okay. Let let me ask I
- 1:19:23know, Mirka. William, did you have anything to add to what we're just conversing about?
- 1:19:29No.
- 1:19:30Okay. Mirka.
- 1:19:32So just to show Now Mirka or Mirka, before you start running off,
- 1:19:37he can't add anything
- 1:19:39to the briefing process
- 1:19:42that has not already been brought up or if he's not addressing Yeah.
- 1:19:46He's regretting whatever they're saying. He can't he can't take all this stuff and just throw it in there. They don't accept it at this stage.
- 1:19:54Just to make that clear, if you don't bring it up at the hearing or the trial, you can't bring it up as the
- 1:20:01procedure progresses.
- 1:20:04Unknown: Right. Miss Barr. He's rebutting whatever they're stating.
- 1:20:09So here to show what the state does and the attorneys and lawyers at the state level,
- 1:20:16he's mixing
- 1:20:18the resident alien and the non resident alien.
- 1:20:21Trying to make it sound like he's right.
- 1:20:24So that's that for sure needs to be pointed out. Then there's a difference between the federal non resident alien who is a green card holder who is working here from a foreign country.
- 1:20:36And you
- 1:20:37William, are under natural law. There's a difference between that, and you know that already.
- 1:20:42So, you know,
- 1:20:43I just wanted to point out that they mix the words, the legal words,
- 1:20:48and they can't do that. There are But here's here's you know, words mean things.
- 1:20:53Unknown: After all these years,
- 1:20:55I believe I finally figured out what they're doing here.
- 1:21:00I just came on it recently.
- 1:21:02Okay?
- 1:21:03So we know there's two definitions of resonant. One's geographical and one's legal.
- 1:21:09Right?
- 1:21:10They're using all these geographical
- 1:21:13ties
- 1:21:15to tie you in
- 1:21:17to the fourteenth amendment deal of residency. Oh, he lives here. Oh, he's got kids here. Oh, he's got a school here. Yeah. He's got this. He's got that. But yet the term resident stays a rebuttable presumption, doesn't it?
- 1:21:30The geographical
- 1:21:31can't lock you into the to the, the the to the the the the ambassadorial
- 1:21:37way
- 1:21:38because
- 1:21:39it's rebuttable presumption.
- 1:21:42Well, that's why the law of the Georgia
- 1:21:45Unknown: that that Culpepper case, it says that all property is taxable whether you're a resident or nonresident
- 1:21:52because you're still a US resident.
- 1:21:56Unknown: Well, that's just it. We're not US resident.
- 1:21:59Unknown: If you're nonresident to Georgia,
- 1:22:01then you're still resident to some other state.
- 1:22:04Unknown: It's well, you know, this is what John said. When I was contemplating this, he was still alive.
- 1:22:10I called him up asking him about the code of federal regulations and residents,
- 1:22:14and I remember the first thing he said. I remember he's always very calm unlike me.
- 1:22:19And he goes, well,
- 1:22:22everybody on Earth is a resident or a nonresident.
- 1:22:28Unknown: Yep. There's only two things you can be.
- 1:22:30Unknown: K.
- 1:22:32Unknown: And that's what I put in my you know, my case, I said, you know, in that handbook of elementary law, either you're a resident alien
- 1:22:39or you're a citizen or a nonresident alien. Those are your only two options of what you can be.
- 1:22:45Unknown: And, see, they've got this
- 1:22:47residency
- 1:22:48thing locked into the fourteenth amendment in the state wherein they reside.
- 1:22:53Now they come back
- 1:22:55knowing the origin of that word. And as I've told y'all numerous times, if somebody wants to do the etymology research here and go back and find the origin of where they assigned
- 1:23:08a geographical
- 1:23:10definition
- 1:23:11to resident.
- 1:23:13And when there where they did that, I believe you'll find the origins of this plan because they're using the other one, but they're tying it in and tricking you on equivocation on the geographical definition.
- 1:23:26Unknown: Well, one of your students, Roger, called me and,
- 1:23:29and I was talking to him, and he said,
- 1:23:31he said, well, I don't understand how US citizens I know. He's talking about, the sixteenth amendment. He says, I don't know how because the courts ruled that income
- 1:23:42or, you know, the fruits of your labor, if you're gonna tax that, it's a direct tax, and direct taxes have to be apportioned.
- 1:23:49And I said, well, they made it by decree in the sixteenth amendment. They said, yep. It's a direct tax, but
- 1:23:55for the purposes of taxation, it's not anymore by decree.
- 1:23:59Yeah. And I said they made they did the same thing to US citizens
- 1:24:02even though that, technically,
- 1:24:04a citizen that's, if the facto, a citizen of The United States because he's a citizen of the state, is not a resident.
- 1:24:11They said if you're this, then you're that by decree. You're a resident by decree.
- 1:24:16Unknown: There you know, the deeper you get into this, and if you're new and you're still around listening
- 1:24:21and you're not totally confused,
- 1:24:24this is how they pull this off.
- 1:24:26Okay? And boy, it's a slick plan
- 1:24:29and and and I'm even still thirty four years later, I'm still coming to understand it. Okay?
- 1:24:35And it all revolves around that word
- 1:24:38with that definition.
- 1:24:40Right there.
- 1:24:42Note, they never ask you. They never ask you, Tom d, are you a resident of Texas?
- 1:24:48They just ask you if you're a resident.
- 1:24:52Never have I seen them ask you, are you a resident of a specific state?
- 1:24:57Never. Not once.
- 1:24:59Unknown: Well, they they do Roger for state taxation like I'm running into here, and that's why they say you can be nonresident to Georgia.
- 1:25:07Unknown: Okay.
- 1:25:09Unknown: You know what I'm saying? Right. So then you can Yes, sir. I do. Which are still a US resident.
- 1:25:16When you look at, like, like, all these
- 1:25:19lotteries and things like that, one of all their Like the one that's calling me?
- 1:25:23Yeah. Yeah. The the one at the at the bottom, it'll say that you have to be a US resident. It doesn't say Or US person. I've seen them use US person in there before. Let's see what Tom has to weigh in here. Because they Tom, what would you guys say? Those proceeds.
- 1:25:37Unknown: Yeah. Yes. They do.
- 1:25:40Alright. Yo. Tom, go ahead.
- 1:25:44Okay. K. The phone stopped. First
- 1:25:47Unknown: first thing I wanna ask him is is can he,
- 1:25:50can he post the, the citation for his case? I wanna go in and read some of this stuff. It's not no. Tom, it's not a citation.
- 1:26:00Unknown: He he he went in. He paid the tax. He learned this stuff. He said, I can fight this right here. I wanna fight it, and he brought key to get the tax returned. That's the lead up to it.
- 1:26:14Unknown: The one note No. I wanna I wanna see I wanna see I wanna see all the paperwork. I'm gonna, you know, I'm gonna log in to the the the court and and pull down all of the the briefs and everything. Okay? I wanna I wanna read this because I'm
- 1:26:27Unknown: I just sent it to you, Tom.
- 1:26:31What's that? I'm sorry. I just send it to you right now
- 1:26:35Unknown: directly. Yeah.
- 1:26:36Because, you know, I'm I'm I write federal complaints, so I'm not I mean, I don't know anything about Georgia,
- 1:26:42but I wanna read all this. Now that that when they're saying that you're a natural person, everything every all of these terms gotta have a definition somewhere. Where are they coming out with this? Well, he doesn't like definitions.
- 1:26:53Person.
- 1:26:54Unknown: Well, he just comes out and calls you sovereign citizenship. He don't ever give any definitions.
- 1:26:59He just throws the label around.
- 1:27:02Unknown: Right. No. You were you were right about, you know, you can't bring up anything that wasn't in the original case because then you're getting the, what they call, the second bite of the apple.
- 1:27:12And they don't, like, allow that unless there's a really, really serious, you know, issue.
- 1:27:17You know? But
- 1:27:19Unknown: Now I'm trying to discredit him because he he put in his facts of the case that I that I was a constitute a citizen of the constitutional contract of seventeen eighty seventeen eighty seven or whatever was in my notice, and that was my reason for appeal and why I was exempt from Georgia law.
- 1:27:37And that's not true. What I put in my appeal was that I was a nonresident alien individual.
- 1:27:42And
- 1:27:43I'm gonna quote that and say, he lied right here in his statement of facts. So he's already started lying right out of the gate.
- 1:27:51Unknown: Yeah. And you've gotta quote that in your brief. You know, you rebuttal. Yeah. I will. Yeah. And then
- 1:27:56Unknown: at the end and this is something else that it's a persnickety thing, Roger,
- 1:28:01but it's something to think about is he's
- 1:28:04he's saying that sovereign citizen sovereign citizen is a status,
- 1:28:09and national
- 1:28:10is a status.
- 1:28:12And it's not a status. It's a citizenship.
- 1:28:15Unknown: And that It doesn't have a position.
- 1:28:17It doesn't have a any position in law. It's a made up freaking label. Sovereign citizen. What is the definition?
- 1:28:24Don't give me yours. I want you to find give me the definition
- 1:28:28that some legislative
- 1:28:29body gave to it.
- 1:28:31Unknown: Well, that was written that was written by the Missouri State Police. That that that sovereign
- 1:28:37citizen, if you you have to look it up, it was but it was a it was a big thing put out by the either Missouri or the
- 1:28:45yeah. I think it was the Missouri state police put out a big Came out of the sov it came out of the SPLC
- 1:28:51Unknown: in Montgomery, Alabama.
- 1:28:53Okay.
- 1:28:54Yep.
- 1:28:55Unknown: Do we have to go you know, we do the secretary of state stuff. We have to say we're a national because that's a state citizen.
- 1:29:01But then if I say I'm a national
- 1:29:04in these court cases, then they go, well, that's, you know, that's frivolous.
- 1:29:08But, like, state citizenship
- 1:29:10is not frivolous. So if you're saying that national is is
- 1:29:15Unknown: is frivolous, then so is state citizenship that's in article four section two. I I so I'm not sure how You know? I'm not sure how frivolous it can be. It came up in in legislation
- 1:29:26in the nineteen forties.
- 1:29:28It was transferred over to The United
- 1:29:30States code. It's positive law,
- 1:29:32and it's in the Immigration and Naturalization
- 1:29:34Act. Just how damn frivolous is that? And what has what state
- 1:29:39am I totally,
- 1:29:41by giving allegiance to, by the way?
- 1:29:44State of confusion here in this court?
- 1:29:48Unknown: And the the state department issues passports to nationals.
- 1:29:51It says it right there. Passports to frivolous? Do they issue passports to frivolous
- 1:29:56citizenships?
- 1:29:57Unknown: You're ridiculing
- 1:29:58the whole federal system,
- 1:30:00buddy.
- 1:30:05Yeah. You got him in a corner, William.
- 1:30:10Unknown: It's just like Mark said. About this natural this natural person definition or natural what what they call you?
- 1:30:17Unknown: He's a natural person
- 1:30:19Unknown: because the statute says define that that? Do they do they cite a a
- 1:30:24Unknown: definition It's of a it's a living, breathing individual. It's a human being. Where did he get so where did he get that from? I mean, is there a legislative history on that? I don't know. But there's only two types of legal persons. There's there's
- 1:30:37natural persons and there's touristic persons.
- 1:30:41That's the only two types
- 1:30:43of legal persons.
- 1:30:45Unknown: Well, you gotta you gotta follow it back to its to the legislative history on it. Go back to where they
- 1:30:53either the debates on the section that they're trying to pin on you and see if they actually what they actually said because the intent of the lawmaker is the law, not what the judge said, not what the court thinks.
- 1:31:06It's what the the the the lawmakers
- 1:31:09meant it to mean. Question.
- 1:31:12Unknown: Brother.
- 1:31:13Unknown: Right. Right, Tom.
- 1:31:16Unknown: Question. Yes. Can you can you take everything that that lawyer is claiming or accusing you of being and ask him to provide evidence
- 1:31:27that supports
- 1:31:28his position?
- 1:31:30So what he's gonna have to do is he's gonna have to come up with a definition
- 1:31:33of natural person.
- 1:31:37Unknown: Well, how do you peruse somebody Yeah. They probably go to Webster's dictionary and then, you know.
- 1:31:43Unknown: What what do you say? Citizen of The United States.
- 1:31:47Unknown: They can't
- 1:31:49they prove it on what you say.
- 1:31:53Unknown: Yeah. I don't say anything.
- 1:31:55Unknown: They ask. Well, if you don't say anything and object or tell them different, they're gonna put you under this presumption that steamrolls everybody.
- 1:32:04And that's what you're doing here is you're saying, no. No. No. No. No. Hold on. What I am, where I get my rights and my dues is my my choice, not yours. If it's your choice, you're an open tyrant because I don't choose those. These are the ones I choose. I put them in an official document, court testimony called an affidavit,
- 1:32:23and I sent it to the highest authority in the land.
- 1:32:26They didn't refuse. In fact, not only did they not refuse,
- 1:32:30they issued me the highest form of identification,
- 1:32:33they issued you based on it. And here it is. Fine. I'm putting bam. I'm putting that warning box in my, brief too, Roger. The warning box on the application.
- 1:32:43Good. Good.
- 1:32:45So you got them. They don't know what to do. I'd continue to say, where is the definitions you're relying on?
- 1:32:54I don't know about natural citizen that may apply, but this this
- 1:32:58sovereign
- 1:32:59citizen thing, you you you need to confront them and I'll put them in a corner on that because they can't come up with anything. I promise you.
- 1:33:07Unknown: Well, if you're saying you're a person and they're given they have to give a definition to that. If they give you a definition, they gotta come back with a a reference point. And if they're just pulling out a Webster dictionary, has nothing to do with the law.
- 1:33:21Unknown: See, all I know is in the law when they say individuals,
- 1:33:25that's what they mean persons. I've not been confronted with natural persons.
- 1:33:30Although it sounds like that probably fits.
- 1:33:33Okay?
- 1:33:33But what definition are you? You know, here's Voltaire.
- 1:33:37Before we brief,
- 1:33:39let us confirm our definitions.
- 1:33:43Right.
- 1:33:44Unknown: Roger, there is there is is an incidental
- 1:33:47Unknown: they're the same thing. Yes. Of course. I think they are. Yes, Mirka.
- 1:33:52Unknown: They're using
- 1:33:53on this
- 1:33:54appellate it says appellate is a United States citizen.
- 1:33:58They're saying that he's a fourteenth amendment citizen I know of course that's what they are and they're they're presuming
- 1:34:07they're saying since the appellant has presumed no evidence or presented no evidence
- 1:34:13that he fell into one of the traditional limited exceptions
- 1:34:17to birthright citizenship, he is legally presumed Hold it. To be an assassin.
- 1:34:23Unknown: No. He's not. He presented a document called an affidavit,
- 1:34:27which is court testimony.
- 1:34:29Exactly. Submitted it to the head guy and got ID with it behind it. What are you talking about,
- 1:34:36sir?
- 1:34:37Unknown: But he's saying the They didn't say that.
- 1:34:40And he says that the presumption the presumption should stand.
- 1:34:44Unknown: No. No. No. No fact there. It's a presumption. No. There's no pre no. The presumption
- 1:34:49is rebuttable because
- 1:34:51the resident is a rebuttable presumption,
- 1:34:54and it's in the damn Georgia codes.
- 1:34:57Sir?
- 1:34:58Unknown: And then there it says 13.
- 1:35:01Unknown: Says my argument fails
- 1:35:03on documentation
- 1:35:04in the possession of the secretary because he has a copy of my birth certificate,
- 1:35:10and that makes me a US citizen.
- 1:35:13Unknown: Well, it did until you gave him an affidavit. You were born, but you you denied that by sending the affidavit to the secretary of state. And not only did they not no. But not only did they not rebut it, they actually
- 1:35:26actually,
- 1:35:28confirmed it by giving you a passport.
- 1:35:30Unknown: Absolutely.
- 1:35:31In that black box it says in that warning label that, all documentation or statements sent to the secretary of state are subject to verification.
- 1:35:40Unknown: Yep. Yep.
- 1:35:41Unknown: And you can't make all statements.
- 1:35:43Unknown: Yeah. Just keep that's right. And and,
- 1:35:47well, they take passport fraud real seriously.
- 1:35:51So, boy, yeah, that you're you they don't know what to do with you, William.
- 1:35:57So keep going. What's a sovereign citizen? What happened to Whitey and Jim Crow? I mean, you're reasoning,
- 1:36:04sir, Jim Crow laws never existed in the history of the country.
- 1:36:09According to the way you're defining this, Jim Crow, Whitey never existed in eighty years.
- 1:36:17Unknown: They don't Georgia doesn't wanna be the state that unwinds the entire thing for the other forty nine Well, no. As well. Nobody does. Okay? I mean, William took this on voluntarily.
- 1:36:28Unknown: You know? I don't I don't know if you really knew what you're getting into, William, but you've done very well in the arena. Okay? Well, I mean, they could come slap me down and say, you know, you owe the tax. Keep the tax. But but to say that it's frivolous to say that the argument is frivolous and that I need to pay attorney's fees No. Uh-uh. That's a wrong one to uphold.
- 1:36:48Unknown: Sure is. Sure is.
- 1:36:51So, anyway, we're right there, and and William has taken, picked up the gauntlet and said, I'm coming at you and
- 1:36:58we're here and you can see the confusion in the enemy's camp. If you want to use that as a metric, you've already won, haven't you?
- 1:37:06Unknown: Yep.
- 1:37:07Well, I keep pushing the boulder up the hill and Yeah. I gotta say, doctor, your your your your information makes me smile because I know that Yes, sir. That I'm winning. You know?
- 1:37:17Unknown: Well, thank John Benson.
- 1:37:19I wouldn't have known if it wasn't for John Benson. God rest his soul.
- 1:37:26Man, I wish we could've gotten a little a little extractor on his brain and gotten that knowledge out of there before he passed. He was a incredible
- 1:37:33individual.
- 1:37:36So, anyway, I certainly
- 1:37:38look. I just buy
- 1:37:40the pure act of god that I cross paths with those guys.
- 1:37:46Thirty four years ago, they were only teaching for six months.
- 1:37:52You know, I I I was worth saying again because it still amazes me.
- 1:37:57The chances that we're here at all or that Williams got this kind of a basis to
- 1:38:03be aggressive with this type of a lawsuit.
- 1:38:06Because back then, let's say there's 300,000,000 people in the country.
- 1:38:10So, out of 300,000,000 people, here are these two guys are going around teaching for six months
- 1:38:16and out of that experience, I crossed paths with them. Well, what are the chances of that?
- 1:38:24One out of 300 plus million?
- 1:38:27And then 1,200
- 1:38:29people go through the course pay,
- 1:38:33and then they get raided and everybody goes away. And I'm the only one left.
- 1:38:38And doggedly pursuing this, doggedly pursuing it, I knew there was something of great substance
- 1:38:46in 26 CFR 1.1
- 1:38:49dash one a.
- 1:38:50They went to a lot of trouble to hide that other whitey guy.
- 1:38:56K?
- 1:38:57And, man, all these years later
- 1:39:01just let me just finish with well, just let me say this. There's only one citizenship,
- 1:39:06and this is frivolous. And Well, that's just bullshit. Genuine issue. Yeah. It's replete in all of the slaughterhouse forward. Okay. Okay, sir. What about let me tell you who I am. Elk v Wilkins.
- 1:39:18I'm Elk.
- 1:39:19I'm a sovereign.
- 1:39:21I can't register
- 1:39:23or vote under the fourteenth amendment according to your rules and the supreme court. That's who I am. Was he a sovereign citizen, sir? Elk?
- 1:39:37Unknown: Yep.
- 1:39:39Unknown: I brought that up in my appeal brief. I know. I remember you did. So, anyway, you got buffaloed. He's having to chase his tail to come up with any kind of conclusions.
- 1:39:48What happened to Whitey?
- 1:39:51Why haven't you mentioned Whitey and Jim Crow? It ran our country for eighty years. You hadn't even mentioned him once,
- 1:39:58and you're trying to deny his existence.
- 1:40:07You got all the cards.
- 1:40:09But you're in their arena.
- 1:40:12That's the difference.
- 1:40:13Anybody got any comments on that besides the ones who have been discussing this at this point here?
- 1:40:19Thank you, Raj.
- 1:40:21Well, there. Yes. There's Ed from Michigan. He's probably got something to add.
- 1:40:28Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. Just
- 1:40:30been reading John Benson lately.
- 1:40:33Unknown: And
- 1:40:34Unknown: Good for you. You know, just been doing a lot of reading. And and in fact, I I looked at the red amendment book the other day and I'm like, they got nothing in here that's helpful to me
- 1:40:44compared to John Benson. But
- 1:40:47yeah, the thing I was thinking about when we talk about Whitey, I don't think that I think what we should use instead of that word is state citizen.
- 1:40:57Unknown: Because Well, you could. They're interchangeable. People. Yeah.
- 1:41:00Unknown: Yeah. That's yeah. When you say state citizen, I've had a number of people go, okay.
- 1:41:06You know, it's like Well, even you.
- 1:41:09Unknown: Yeah, what you should bring up is the Clarence Thomas opening to that to that court discussion
- 1:41:15when he said there's clearly a state citizen and a federal citizen.
- 1:41:20Did Clarence not know what he's talking about?
- 1:41:23Unknown: Yeah. He's he said, you know, that that the fourteenth amendment overcame Dred Scott, but we have a definition
- 1:41:31for a state citizen over here.
- 1:41:33Why is it still there? Do we even need it anymore?
- 1:41:37Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. To be the federal side, you've got to reside in the state.
- 1:41:42To be on our side, you don't reside.
- 1:41:46Go ahead, Ed.
- 1:41:48Unknown: Yeah. That's that's just what I wanted to bring up, the state citizen stuff because, like You could be had a few conversations with people in administrative
- 1:41:56type roles. And when I brought that up, that kinda
- 1:42:00Unknown: seemed to That got their eye people down. Yeah. Well, they'd heard of that.
- 1:42:03Heard of that. They just don't know the equivocated difference between them. Hey. How about this, William? If you're hiking back to OJ Simpson, remember that trial?
- 1:42:13If with the glove, if it fits, you must have quit. You need to use someone.
- 1:42:24Oh, lordy. Good luck, William. Thanks. Thank you. Thank you, Ed. Thank you, Ed. Anybody else?
- 1:42:33Oh, somebody's hitting the star six. Yes, ma'am? Yes, sir. Who was it?
- 1:42:39Okay, William. We'll plunge ahead. Was
- 1:42:42that a voice?
- 1:42:44Was that I'll keep going.
- 1:42:49Alright. Okay.
- 1:42:51But Mer Mer's trying to say something. I think there's somebody else every time everybody waits, and then y'all come back at the same time. So Mer's one of them. Who's the other one?
- 1:43:04Unknown: When you can hear the touch tones,
- 1:43:07they're going from
- 1:43:08unmuted to muted.
- 1:43:10You won't hear those tones if they're unmuting
- 1:43:13because they wanna talk.
- 1:43:15Unknown: I see. Okay. Thank you for correcting me. Alright. The other person doesn't wanna come forward. We gave you a chance. Murr?
- 1:43:22Murr. Murr.
- 1:43:24Unknown: Yeah. I was just looking up because I remembered because the one that goes by Bob Tuscan,
- 1:43:29his real name is Ryan Katz and he has a show again at RBN
- 1:43:33as Tom D probably knows.
- 1:43:35But when he was after his show, he brought I
- 1:43:39think he came to Round Rock visiting
- 1:43:43John and everyone was on the show there
- 1:43:45and he had this slick video he was pushing.
- 1:43:48So I thought okay, I bet it's Florida. So I found a video about sovereign citizens from ten years ago and I remember researching it at the time and it goes back to an insurance company which I'm not finding right now and I don't remember the name of which one it was and it doesn't really matter they're all arms of the international Jewish bankers.
- 1:44:07But so this was to promote
- 1:44:09again, division and strife
- 1:44:11and so the insurance companies can collect.
- 1:44:15But I do have that video if anyone wants it. It's in the in the numeral two radioranch.satango.com,
- 1:44:21and I'll put it in the one for the FCC.
- 1:44:24Unknown: Alright. Thank you, Murrah. I thought it came out of Montgomery, Alabama and the Sodophile pedophile Mart Lursey Center down there. They certainly jumped on it real quick when it came out that term.
- 1:44:38To my knowledge, there's no legal definition anywhere for it. And, boy, I certainly
- 1:44:43here's here's my my
- 1:44:45adversary.
- 1:44:46They're using terms that have no legal definition.
- 1:44:52Unknown: Because they have no foundation in laws.
- 1:44:54Unknown: They have no foundation in law. They hadn't been approved by anybody. They hadn't been to find anybody, but my opponent here uses it liberally and the concept behind it that he can't prove either. I can prove what I am. This is The United States code. This is right out of the Nationality Act of 1940.
- 1:45:11In fact, it's definition
- 1:45:13number a
- 1:45:15in that organic legislation.
- 1:45:18You can't show me any definition
- 1:45:21from any source
- 1:45:23on sovereign citizen, but yet you liberally apply it to me.
- 1:45:31Unknown: William somebody
- 1:45:33Unknown: William think the fact that he answered that brief in a week
- 1:45:37speaks
- 1:45:38volumes.
- 1:45:39Go ahead, Murr.
- 1:45:42Unknown: Yes. Straw man three six nine, I know it's not Mark. Mark. I had put in the FCC chat. I thought it was pretty clear in the congressional record proceeding in debates of the ninetieth congress first session volume one thirteen part 12 that the fourteenth amendment was never properly ratified.
- 1:46:01Let me read here now. I have to scroll.
- 1:46:04Unknown: And had absolutely nothing to do with You're not. You're not gonna yeah. Fine. Good. You're right. It's not gonna be decided
- 1:46:12on by this appellate court.
- 1:46:14K?
- 1:46:15Mhmm. Yeah. You can't bring that in to an existing argument.
- 1:46:20Not that you're wrong.
- 1:46:21Okay? I'm just reading But the the other thing is nobody is ever gonna overturn that because the whole fucking system has been built on it for all these years. They're not gonna go in and do that. They're gonna claim custom and usage
- 1:46:36every time.
- 1:46:39Unknown: When the host says for the language. Down, it will come down, but we're just being folded into Israel blatantly now. So
- 1:46:46Unknown: Yeah.
- 1:46:47Yep. Well, it's pretty true. Wait and see what develops here today on that. If anybody starts raising a scrap about anything up there on it, you know they won't. They're probably gonna try and run it back through. But here's my question, Murr. Is it constitutional?
- 1:47:06Unknown: What do they do that's constitutional?
- 1:47:09Unknown: Pardon me?
- 1:47:12Unknown: Do they uphold the constitution?
- 1:47:14Unknown: Washington and general court When you get to the court
- 1:47:18when you get to the upper level courts, they must adhere to it,
- 1:47:23apparently.
- 1:47:25K?
- 1:47:26Unknown: So I'm Well, like, what I'm saying, there's all these lies right away in what he's given. You
- 1:47:33know? I mean, they're just liars. But we're yeah.
- 1:47:36Unknown: We all know that, Murr. Okay.
- 1:47:39Anyway We're trying to as it goes forward. Discrediting.
- 1:47:43If they're gonna merge the intelligence agencies in the military,
- 1:47:47you some of you folks, you really ought to think about not living there
- 1:47:51if you're if you're able.
- 1:47:53You don't want,
- 1:47:54damn drones flying down your street that we're having to pay Israel for.
- 1:48:01Unknown: Your street. Hey, Rod. Hey, Roger.
- 1:48:05Unknown: Yes, Gary.
- 1:48:07Unknown: Something that may help. William
- 1:48:11is the McCarran
- 1:48:13Walter Act of 1952.
- 1:48:16In that act, they plainly state in the definitions that a national
- 1:48:22owes total allegiance to a smallest state.
- 1:48:25They're about
- 1:48:26Right there.
- 1:48:28And since he's already referenced nationals,
- 1:48:30Unknown: he could introduce that Okay. As part of his appeal. William, you got a pencil? What was the style of the case again, Gerr? It's 1952,
- 1:48:39I heard you say.
- 1:48:41Unknown: McCarran Walter Act.
- 1:48:44Unknown: McCarran Walter
- 1:48:46Act.
- 1:48:48Unknown: Think that was an update that was an update to
- 1:48:51the Immigration and Nationality Act of 1940. Well, that's why he's using that sentence. They've updated the they've updated that act, like, three times. I think the last time was, like, '86.
- 1:49:02Unknown: It's to revise the laws regard relating to immigration,
- 1:49:06naturalization,
- 1:49:07and nationality and other and for other purposes.
- 1:49:11Unknown: Yeah. Yeah. They revised it three
- 1:49:14they revised it three times. They hadn't taken that sentence out.
- 1:49:18Unknown: Nope.
- 1:49:19Unknown: If it didn't apply, they'd long since taken it out. It wouldn't be in the state code. It wouldn't be in these acts,
- 1:49:27sir.
- 1:49:28Yeah. I mean, damn.
- 1:49:30Goddamn.
- 1:49:31Unknown: You guys are Alright. Hold on. We got field the other day. One of issue, please note.
- 1:49:38I'm sorry. Go ahead. No. Go ahead. No. You go ahead.
- 1:49:41Unknown: Well, please note that in that act
- 1:49:44and in the Nationality Act of 1940
- 1:49:47and other places,
- 1:49:49it's referenced as a national.
- 1:49:52There is no US national there.
- 1:49:55The US national was done to confuse people
- 1:49:58to make them believe that their way Swain's Island and whatever.
- 1:50:03Yep. Term that you're wanting to utilize and rebut
- 1:50:08this lawyer
- 1:50:10is the his use of the term US national because I kept hearing that through all his brief that you read.
- 1:50:17Unknown: Yeah. Straighten that one out.
- 1:50:20Okay.
- 1:50:24Unknown: I'm a go here in a second, but, you guys were talking about Rodney Dangerfield the other day, and
- 1:50:29I just wanna kick out one of his jokes was, if it weren't for pickpockets, I wouldn't get any action at all.
- 1:50:38Unknown: And he straightened his tie. William, thank you. You're
- 1:50:42flying here in Dallas, so I'm sure you got things to do.
- 1:50:46Okay, bud. Well, listen. Fly safely.
- 1:50:49Unknown: Yep. I'll let you know how it goes. Thank thank
- 1:50:52Unknown: you for the dialogue, fodder. I've been on the soapbox by myself. Thank you.
- 1:50:57Yeah. One thing I just kinda tune in a little bit more. I'm Yeah. Come back and read it to us. You don't mind. I wish you would. Let's come back and and fine tune it if we can.
- 1:51:07Okay. Sounds good. Thank you. Great, buddy. Alright. Give them hell.
- 1:51:12Good going, man. How proud am I of you guys? The somebody like William doing this, going because I know what's involved in this. Many of you have never done this before. Okay? But but there's a lot of sad remember I tell you there's a lot of sacrifice to do this? Well, here you go.
- 1:51:28Right here. Think of John and Glenn.
- 1:51:31Think of John and Glenn out there when they came after them with the feds. Didn't have anything to do with this, and I can prove that very easily.
- 1:51:40One observation,
- 1:51:41the local US attorney handled the case.
- 1:51:46If it's a tax case anywhere in the country,
- 1:51:49they will fly in a tax specialists,
- 1:51:52usually a little Jew or Jewish
- 1:51:55from, the tax division
- 1:51:58of the IRS. They'll fly them in on you. The fact that this was a US attorney tells you that that was not the case.
- 1:52:05And because John was so adept at the law,
- 1:52:09Glenn, a quick understudy,
- 1:52:11and Glenn, a very, very accomplished writer even at an early stage,
- 1:52:17and they'd appeal it.
- 1:52:19So Salt Lake District Court, they'd have to appeal it, have it go over to Denver, get on the docket, wait for the tenth circuit,
- 1:52:26get a decision,
- 1:52:28come back and restart the district court. You know, Paul, if I told you how long it took them in in
- 1:52:35that trial to get them.
- 1:52:39Paul's not there.
- 1:52:41About five years, if I remember correct,
- 1:52:44because of those delays.
- 1:52:47So boom, boom, boom, boom, boom, delay, delay, delay. And,
- 1:52:51if
- 1:52:53you've never been in one of these, well, it is a little bit different, William. He's the he's the plaintiff and not the defendant.
- 1:53:01And,
- 1:53:02so he's got a little bit different situation.
- 1:53:05But
- 1:53:06if you wanna do something like this, man, I applaud you, but William's showing you.
- 1:53:12Should you do that, what you have to go through? You see, we're in a court setting when we file the affidavit.
- 1:53:20We're in the administrative court side
- 1:53:23because department of state, even though it's cabinet officials now an agency,
- 1:53:28all the ones that go under it.
- 1:53:30So they're in the administrative state side. So what do we know about the administrative state?
- 1:53:35If you gotta beef with them, you gotta straighten it out over there. And if you've done everything you can get, there's no satisfaction,
- 1:53:43then you can move that case over to federal court,
- 1:53:46possibly state court. I'm just using this as an example.
- 1:53:49K?
- 1:53:51So
- 1:53:52so you so you've got all of that, and
- 1:53:56just
- 1:53:57but I I I just wish, and I know it's impossible
- 1:54:01with words,
- 1:54:02but I wish y'all could realize
- 1:54:05the sacrifice
- 1:54:06of
- 1:54:07John Glenn and myself,
- 1:54:09to get us to this point.
- 1:54:11And what I was trying to allude to earlier
- 1:54:14is so damn important.
- 1:54:16If and I'm I I try not to aggrandize myself in this, really, because I don't know honestly how it happened, really.
- 1:54:25But all of a sudden, I found something that just yeah. I I it grabbed me, and it was not letting go, and that's this. I tried to give it to other people along the way. I tried to explain it to other people. Nobody could understand it.
- 1:54:39So at that point, at some point, I get to the point where, okay,
- 1:54:43nobody can understand it. I can't dish this off to anybody.
- 1:54:47I'm the one that understands it even over my teachers.
- 1:54:51And I guess if it's gonna get out there and it's really important, I don't know all that then, but I do to some extent. If it's really that important,
- 1:55:00it needs to be in the public domain.
- 1:55:03So let's get this information
- 1:55:05in the public domain. We did that fifteen years ago.
- 1:55:10Those early shows with Jeff Bennett.
- 1:55:14Ma'am.
- 1:55:15Unknown: Yeah. I wanted to add money, added a couple of things to the Chitango
- 1:55:19and
- 1:55:21about the endless,
- 1:55:23you know,
- 1:55:24contradictions. And I posted the law she posted
- 1:55:28in the FCC chat
- 1:55:29and the it speaks
- 1:55:31of sovereign
- 1:55:33citizens
- 1:55:34preparing them to to be used. So
- 1:55:36it's double speak like always, but Always. And I'll link
- 1:55:41to the Chitango in here again. But for those listening, it's numeral2radioranch.chatango.com.
- 1:55:48So you can find it after the FCC chat is not
- 1:55:52available to you.
- 1:55:53Unknown: We ought to confront anytime we hear and and can address that
- 1:55:59identifier being used sovereign citizen,
- 1:56:01it ought to be addressed and confronted.
- 1:56:04Where's that coming from? What's the definition of that? What is it? It sounds like a damn oxymoron
- 1:56:10to me.
- 1:56:11Well, give us some information on this, and don't just throw labels around.
- 1:56:16Invictives.
- 1:56:19Unknown: Yeah. It's So anyway
- 1:56:22This is a public law,
- 1:56:24and it's from 1940.
- 1:56:26House joint resolution four thirty seven authorizing the president of The United States to make American population American citizenship day.
- 1:56:35And then it goes on to about the sovereign citizens. Let me see if I can enlarge this a little bit.
- 1:56:41Unknown: We're about to go out of here, I guess. Is this a public law you're reading that has sovereign citizens in it?
- 1:56:48Unknown: 05/03/1940.
- 1:56:51Unknown: Okay.
- 1:56:53What does it say about sovereign citizens?
- 1:56:56Unknown: Right here. Whereas it is desirable that the sovereign citizens of our nation
- 1:57:02be prepared for the responsibilities
- 1:57:04and impressed
- 1:57:05with the significance of their status in our self governing republic.
- 1:57:09Unknown: Therefore, be it resolved by the senate and house and blah blah blah. So That's pretty interesting. Okay. Well, I've never heard that before or or link to that, so that's good.
- 1:57:19And, that's something you might could throw back in their face.
- 1:57:23So, don't too bad William isn't with us. Anyway, he'll be back.
- 1:57:27Okay. There's our whistler. He's here,
- 1:57:30and, that means that we're at the end of our little get together for the day.
- 1:57:35And, don't know who you are or where you are,
- 1:57:39but I'm glad you were listening. Took time out of your day to go over this may confusing
- 1:57:44certainly, but really important information.
- 1:57:47What drove me so many years ago
- 1:57:50say I'm getting this in the public domain come hell or high water.
- 1:57:54And we were able to do that. Here we are fifteen years later resetting
- 1:58:00our goals and going to just how far can we spread this and how scared of they justifiably
- 1:58:08are they of this?
- 1:58:11Because they ignore us for a big reason, folks.
- 1:58:14They'd
- 1:58:15well, anyway, that's where we are. We'll pick up and reconvene.
- 1:58:19Manana and La Manana on the fifteenth,
- 1:58:23Wednesday,
- 1:58:25and see where we go from there. See you then or be here or be square.
- 1:58:45Oh, there you go.
- 1:58:48Was that Paul flushing the toilet?
- 1:58:52Unknown: Hey, Ryan.
- 1:58:54Unknown: Well, there's Bory. Hey, Bory.
- 1:58:57Unknown: Hey. But why these people are talking so much about sovereign and sovereign? We are sovereign.
- 1:59:02We've made the government.
- 1:59:05Why people forget about this?
- 1:59:07Unknown: Because
- 1:59:09our enemies have picked up that label and started to use it against people.
- 1:59:17They're
- 1:59:19using it in somebody's in the bathroom. I I can hear somebody, man. I know.
- 1:59:24So there you because our enemies are using it. I've never seen it defined
- 1:59:28like whoever put that in the chat. Thank you very much.
- 1:59:32It will be But are we are sovereign or not, Roger? Are we are sovereign or not? Well, I don't I I I don't like using that term. You can use it if you want.
- 1:59:41Sovereigns We are are not sovereign citizens. Sovereigns. Sovereigns
- 1:59:47countries,
- 1:59:48Bory.
- 1:59:49Unknown: Right.
- 1:59:50Only one sovereign.
- 1:59:52There's only one sovereign. Is sovereign.
- 1:59:56Unknown: Okay. So alright.
- 2:00:00So but mainly because our our enemies have used it pretty proficiently
- 2:00:05to try and demonize what we are is a national.
- 2:00:09And I've never been able to prove any kind of definition on sovereign citizen
- 2:00:14previous what Murrah read us there.
- 2:00:17To my knowledge, it's not defined
- 2:00:19anywhere.
- 2:00:20K? But they picked it up, Southern Poverty Law Center,
- 2:00:24and it got starting to be used in the vernacular, the patriot movement. Southern Poverty Law Center picked it up and made it a negative.
- 2:00:33So,
- 2:00:35no, I and you know why?
- 2:00:38Here, Bory, because it's not defined anywhere.
- 2:00:41And I don't want them calling me that if we can't go and say, no. I'm not that. I'm this national here because that's in the law. I can find it in court cases.
- 2:00:53I can find it in statutes.
- 2:00:55I can find it in regulations,
- 2:00:57but I can't find sovereign citizen anywhere.
- 2:01:00So I'm not gonna claim to be that.
- 2:01:05Unknown: Okay?
- 2:01:06Sounds good, Dreyer. Thank you. My suggestion,
- 2:01:09Unknown: if anybody ever asked you what you are, don't say that.
- 2:01:13Say national.
- 2:01:15You can prove that. You pulled your passport
- 2:01:18Unknown: asked me say.
- 2:01:19Right. I
- 2:01:20am the only Puerto Rican national. That's it.
- 2:01:25Unknown: Well, I promise you that very well may be true, Bory.
- 2:01:28If so, congratulations.
- 2:01:30Go convert your people, baby.
- 2:01:34Unknown: That's what I that's what I was thinking about because these people are talking about, you know, they want to be out of the colony,
- 2:01:43but they are doing it wrong.
- 2:01:45You know? They are doing it like they don't know that that's voluntarily,
- 2:01:49you know, like, we know. Yep.
- 2:01:54Unknown: Yep. They don't know a lot, Bory.
- 2:01:56That's what we're here for. Hey. Right. Unfortunately, that's our first job as educators
- 2:02:01Unknown: because we're doing They're fighting about the 13 amendment, and the 13 don't apply to them.
- 2:02:07Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:02:07Like like Alex in that lawsuit. Tom, was that you?
- 2:02:12Unknown: No.
- 2:02:13Just Oh,
- 2:02:15Unknown: hey. Okay. I used to do I
- 2:02:17Unknown: used to do promotions,
- 2:02:19and, a lot of the way we used to get word out was T shirts, flyers,
- 2:02:23stickers,
- 2:02:24you know, because we didn't have a lot of money.
- 2:02:27Yeah. And that's also in the nineties, I was, you know, meeting with a a group that taught law,
- 2:02:33and that's how they had everybody that was first come in that really was getting into this stuff.
- 2:02:38They would have them go put out flyers and stuff. And for that, they would, you know, get something out of it, maybe free time with somebody that had the
- 2:02:45information that would sit down and teach them,
- 2:02:48like an incentive.
- 2:02:50So you might consider that. Well,
- 2:02:53Unknown: I've thought about, you know, the T shirts and stuff. And,
- 2:02:58you know, the problem is that I'm not a very good self promoter. That's the problem.
- 2:03:05I can promote other people's shit up one side and down the other. I did it for a living. I can't promote myself.
- 2:03:13Unknown: Oh, just wearing that T shirt around, people are gonna ask you.
- 2:03:16Unknown: Well, I I know that. I know that, but then you gotta find somebody to print them, and you gotta go through all the other stuff. And, you know, quite frankly, up until maybe recently,
- 2:03:27we hadn't had enough people interested to do something like that.
- 2:03:31We hadn't had enough people involved to think about organizing
- 2:03:34like Gary and Gina did out there in Flathead County. We didn't have enough people to justify any of that.
- 2:03:43Unknown: I want a T shirt
- 2:03:46as what happened to Whitey with a QR code that goes directly to
- 2:03:52the phrase
- 2:03:55equal to the white citizen.
- 2:03:58Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:04:00Well, I Well, you know what? I
- 2:04:03Unknown: I I just wanted to add here, you know, Bill Whitaker, there was the freedom party thing and one of the things they even had on billboards and lawn signs.
- 2:04:12Diversity means chasing down the last white person.
- 2:04:17Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:04:18There you go. I
- 2:04:20like the one, the T shirt I've got, which says diversity,
- 2:04:24and then it's got about 15 different types of weapons on there.
- 2:04:32Unknown: Well, I've seen the one that has, you know, blonde red hair and brunette. So
- 2:04:36Unknown: Okay.
- 2:04:38My my old friend Pete gave me that T shirt. I was down there just hunting a lodge one time.
- 2:04:44So, who else has got something good show today? We got to discuss a lot of very pertinent we didn't even have to mention Iran one damn time in the whole second half. We were we're ahead of the game now.
- 2:04:55So, thank you all for participating, being here, and all that. Anybody else got something?
- 2:05:03We're in the summer doldrums.
- 2:05:05Thank you, Bory. We're in the summer doldrums,
- 2:05:08Paul.
- 2:05:11Unknown: Yeah. We are.
- 2:05:13Unknown: So
- 2:05:13Unknown: well I like the one to say is a gum kills people,
- 2:05:17a spoon made people fat, and Pencil write the wrong sentences.
- 2:05:23Okay.
- 2:05:24Unknown: Thank you, Bory.
- 2:05:27Alright. Anybody else got little pearls of wisdom for us?
- 2:05:32No pearls.
- 2:05:34Well,
- 2:05:36I'm gonna go see what's going on. It's a beautiful day here.
- 2:05:40Gotta go to the grocery store. I procrastinated
- 2:05:42it yesterday, Paul. So gotta go today and,
- 2:05:48will do.
- 2:05:50So I will see y'all tomorrow,
- 2:05:53and I'll try and check-in earlier, Paul. Today, I got a little behind in my work. K?
- 2:05:59Uh-huh. So Well Love all of you. Thank you.
- 2:06:02Unknown: I'm usually monitoring
- 2:06:04this room.
- 2:06:06I'm usually monitoring this room at the
- 2:06:10bottom of the hour when I launch I'm
- 2:06:14monitoring that. So if you're waiting to come into the room,
- 2:06:19I don't know. You could speak up anytime between
- 2:06:2209:30 and ten.
- 2:06:24Unknown: Yeah. I just usually say, hey, Paul. We say, hey. Good morning. How are you doing? This, that, and the other, and go on about our way.
- 2:06:30But that today, I didn't do that, so we got caught in the, what's your audio? Sounds like crap syndrome.
- 2:06:38Unknown: Yeah.
- 2:06:39Oh, it seriously did.
- 2:06:41Unknown: I was not kidding. I'm glad you fixed it. I didn't I didn't accuse you of lying or exaggerating.
- 2:06:48Okay. Love all of you. Little to
- 2:06:52you, and we will see you up tomorrow. Have a great day. I just love you. We're we're a big family, folks. There ain't very many of us. We're growing, I think, but,
- 2:07:04we gotta spread the word.
- 2:07:06Growing is little bit sure. We can ever just get to one of these big platforms,
- 2:07:12and then we'll know we'll know.
- 2:07:15And the longer it takes to get to it,
- 2:07:19probably the more impact it's going to have
- 2:07:22when and if we do.
- 2:07:24Now one of the things that I've had on my mind, Paul,
- 2:07:28was when we're going and we're transitioning you to Oklahoma
- 2:07:33is that I could monitor Alex live,
- 2:07:37and maybe now with the phone, I could call in and get through, k, or Harrison.
- 2:07:42So we'll see. We'll see how all that works out.
- 2:07:45But, anyway, we'll see you tomorrow. Have a great day. Roger.
- 2:07:49Unknown: Roger. Yes,
- 2:07:51Unknown: sir. Got something real quick for you on your way out, and that is if there any laws that are being passed,
- 2:07:58if they're not refuted or rebuttled within seven years, they're considered law.
- 2:08:03I forget exactly where that is, but that was told to me many years ago. So if it's not rebuttled
- 2:08:09within seven years, it's considered law.
- 2:08:12Unknown: Well, then that would address the fourteenth amendment, wouldn't it?
- 2:08:16I don't know if you ever heard that, Piper. Don't I haven't heard that, so I don't know, but thanks for the injection,
- 2:08:23and
- 2:08:24we'll see. It well doesn't make any difference. Is that we say it's law. A law what?
- 2:08:30A law where they can move it down to the agency so they can do regulations or some type of thing like the Nationality Act of 1940,
- 2:08:38and there's a little ambiguity there, but I don't know. Okay? Anyway, I know this. I've been paying attention riding hard for two hours. It takes a lot out of me, and I'm gonna see y'all, tomorrow.
- 2:08:50Have a great day. Ciao.
- 2:08:53Unknown: Thank you, Raj. Adios.
- 2:08:55Adios.
- 2:08:56Okay, guys. I'm gonna take the stream down,
- 2:08:59because I have to grab a local recording and update it
- 2:09:04so we have a complete archive because this stream dropped for one reason or another.
