- 0:04Speaker 1: Let's make welcome Apostle Joshua Smad allelujah. Let's give Jesus
- 0:24Speaker 1: a big hand clap this morning. Is that how you're
- 0:28Speaker 1: celebrating the King of Kings, the Lord of Lords, the
- 0:32Speaker 1: Rose of Sharon, Alpha Omega beginning the end, the captain
- 0:39Speaker 1: of our salvation, the healer, restorer, the giver of rest.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Round about, is someone excited, Let's give.
- 0:48Speaker 1: Jesus a big, big, big hand clap this morning?
- 0:55Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 0:57Speaker 1: The Sami said, I was glad when they said, unto me,
- 1:02Speaker 1: let us go into the house of the Lord, because
- 1:05Speaker 1: there are things you only find in his presence.
- 1:09Speaker 2: The Bible says, in.
- 1:10Speaker 1: His presence there is fullness of joy and at his
- 1:14Speaker 1: right hand pleasures even forevermore. I am honored again to
- 1:19Speaker 1: be bringing the Word this morning, and while standing, I
- 1:22Speaker 1: still want us to honor our father and our mother.
- 1:25Speaker 2: Reverend sam aboy G thank you so much, sir, Thank you.
- 1:30Speaker 1: I equally want to communicate my honor to all who
- 1:35Speaker 1: are standing. Thank you so very much. Thank you for
- 1:38Speaker 1: this opportunity. In the name of Jesus Christ. Can we pray, Father,
- 1:44Speaker 1: we thank you again for this opportunity to hear your
- 1:47Speaker 1: word the Bible declares that the entrance of your word
- 1:50Speaker 1: gives light and understanding onto the symbol. We have come
- 1:56Speaker 1: this morning with hearts humble, meek open to receive. We
- 2:02Speaker 1: pray that you will speak to us in the name
- 2:04Speaker 1: of Jesus. And I pray that all it takes for
- 2:08Speaker 1: us to step into the reality of rest on every side,
- 2:12Speaker 1: release on towards this morning in Jesus' name. I decree
- 2:16Speaker 1: and declare upon everyone hearing that there is the hearing
- 2:19Speaker 1: of faith and the working of miracles. And we vow
- 2:23Speaker 1: us always that you'll be glorified in our midst in
- 2:26Speaker 1: Jesus' mighty name.
- 2:28Speaker 2: We pray he say it all right?
- 2:30Speaker 1: If I ask you to walk up to five people
- 2:32Speaker 1: and profess I rest on every side for them.
- 2:35Speaker 2: Will that be fair enough?
- 2:36Speaker 1: Look for a good neighbor, a smiling neighbor, a happy naghbor,
- 2:40Speaker 1: this morning, and tell them I profess I rest on
- 2:44Speaker 1: every side, Rest on every side, Rest on every side,
- 2:54Speaker 1: rest on every side.
- 3:00Speaker 2: Did they reply you?
- 3:02Speaker 1: If they didn't tell you anything, PROPHESSI to yourself, saying
- 3:05Speaker 1: the name of Jesus, I experience.
- 3:07Speaker 2: Rest on every side.
- 3:09Speaker 1: One more time, saying the name of Jesus, I experience
- 3:14Speaker 1: rest on every side, So shall it be for you.
- 3:18Speaker 2: In Jesus' name, Lord, we pray that you help us.
- 3:26Speaker 1: Speak to us in Jesus' name, Please, you may be
- 3:29Speaker 1: gloriously seated. You may be gloriously seated. I love to
- 3:41Speaker 1: teach the Word of God because contained in the teaching
- 3:46Speaker 1: of the Word of God is the wisdom of God.
- 3:51Speaker 1: And the Bible, speaking about wisdom, says that wisdom is
- 3:54Speaker 1: the principal thing. It says, therefore, get wish, and that
- 4:01Speaker 1: in all your getting, it says, get understanding, exalt her,
- 4:04Speaker 1: and she shall promote you. She shall put a crown
- 4:08Speaker 1: of glory upon your head when doub does embrace her.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Wisdom speaking says, by me king's reign and princess decreed justice, by.
- 4:17Speaker 2: Me noble's rule.
- 4:19Speaker 1: It says, with me our riches, wealth and honor, yet
- 4:22Speaker 1: durable riches and righteousness. The wisdom of God is profound,
- 4:29Speaker 1: because when we access his wisdom, even from his word,
- 4:33Speaker 1: then we are able to do exploit. May that be
- 4:36Speaker 1: your testimony. In Jesus' name. I'll take off from where
- 4:40Speaker 1: we leftop yesternight. And for those of you who were
- 4:44Speaker 1: not here or for the sake of those connecting by
- 4:46Speaker 1: way of television, we began to discuss.
- 4:48Speaker 2: Along the line of the team.
- 4:51Speaker 1: First acknowledging yesterday that it is not unusual for men
- 4:56Speaker 1: to be plagued with all kinds of calamities and challenges.
- 5:00Speaker 2: The Bible did not leave us in.
- 5:01Speaker 1: The dark as to the fact that, as far as
- 5:05Speaker 1: our sojourn on earth is concerned, there will be many, many,
- 5:10Speaker 1: many afflictions. In fact, the Bible puts it this way,
- 5:13Speaker 1: that many are the afflictions of the righteous, he says,
- 5:17Speaker 1: but the Lord delivered him from them all. We examined
- 5:22Speaker 1: a few examples of men and women, even righteous people,
- 5:26Speaker 1: who went through seasons of pain, distress, discomfort.
- 5:30Speaker 2: And afflictions.
- 5:31Speaker 1: In the Bible, considered Abraham, the nation of Israel, the
- 5:35Speaker 1: famine in Samaria, Naomi and Ruth. We looked at the
- 5:39Speaker 1: life of Namman, the captain in Syria, the woman with
- 5:42Speaker 1: the issue of blood, and so on and so forth.
- 5:45Speaker 1: We also consider the life of Job as the clearest
- 5:49Speaker 1: example of a man.
- 5:50Speaker 2: Who had been troubled on every side.
- 5:53Speaker 1: The Bible says that it is possible that a man
- 5:56Speaker 1: can be troubled, not just in your finances, alone, not
- 6:00Speaker 1: just in your marriage, not just in your health, not
- 6:03Speaker 1: just in your career, but that it is possible that
- 6:05Speaker 1: a man can.
- 6:06Speaker 2: Be troubled on every side.
- 6:09Speaker 1: But we also did establish the fact that in Christ
- 6:13Speaker 1: there is a possibility for walking in total victory.
- 6:17Speaker 2: The Bible says, now, thanks.
- 6:19Speaker 1: Be to God, which causes us all ways to triumph.
- 6:23Speaker 2: Are we still together?
- 6:24Speaker 1: And then we agreed yesterday that to have rest means
- 6:28Speaker 1: the following. Number One, it means security. Rest means security.
- 6:36Speaker 1: Number two, that rest means freedom from and dominion over
- 6:41Speaker 1: troubles and fears. Rest means freedom from and dominion over
- 6:49Speaker 1: troubles and fears. Number three, we agreed that rest means peace.
- 6:56Speaker 1: That in all your definitions of the word rest, if
- 6:59Speaker 1: peace is not captured, your definition is not whole.
- 7:03Speaker 2: Rest means peace.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Then we also agreed answering the question can a believer
- 7:11Speaker 1: experience rest on every side?
- 7:14Speaker 2: Is there a.
- 7:14Speaker 1: Possibility that in a believer's work you can experience rest
- 7:20Speaker 1: on every side? And we answered that question from Genesis
- 7:23Speaker 1: chapter twenty four and verse one. The Bible says, and
- 7:27Speaker 1: Abraham was old Genesis twenty four and verse one, Abraham
- 7:32Speaker 1: was old and well stricken in age, and your Bible says,
- 7:37Speaker 1: and the Lord had blessed.
- 7:38Speaker 2: Him in all things, all things, not just some things.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Once appointed time in his life he had tragedies around
- 7:49Speaker 1: childbirth and several other things. But at the end of
- 7:52Speaker 1: his life we are encouraged by the end of his
- 7:56Speaker 1: state that the Lord had blessed him in all things. So, yes,
- 8:00Speaker 1: it is possible for a believer to experience rest roundabout.
- 8:06Speaker 2: And then we went further to discuss the keys.
- 8:09Speaker 1: That experiencing rest on every side is predicated upon our
- 8:14Speaker 1: understanding and walking in keeping with certain keys. Now, when
- 8:19Speaker 1: we mentioned the word key to the believer and in
- 8:22Speaker 1: the kingdom, a key represents access, that which gives you
- 8:27Speaker 1: access to a realm, that which gives you access to
- 8:31Speaker 1: a dimension, that which gives you.
- 8:33Speaker 2: Access to a possibility.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Jesus was speaking, and he said, and I will give
- 8:38Speaker 1: you the keys of the Kingdom. I did point out
- 8:42Speaker 1: yesterday that there is only one key to the kingdom,
- 8:45Speaker 1: and that.
- 8:46Speaker 2: Key is not a thing, it's not a principle, is
- 8:49Speaker 2: a person. His name is Jesus. He is the key
- 8:53Speaker 2: to the kingdom.
- 8:54Speaker 1: But now that you are in the kingdom, there are
- 8:57Speaker 1: the keys of the Kingdom. They represent the mysteries by
- 9:02Speaker 1: which the Saints command results, the mysteries by which the
- 9:06Speaker 1: Saints command exploit. In Matthew chapter thirteen and verse eleven,
- 9:11Speaker 1: Jesus is speaking, and he says, it has been given
- 9:15Speaker 1: onto you Matthew thirteen eleven to know the mysteries of
- 9:19Speaker 1: the Kingdom of Heaven.
- 9:23Speaker 2: Allelujah.
- 9:24Speaker 1: So you're excelling as a believer depends on your access
- 9:29Speaker 1: to these keys, the mysteries of the kingdom. And as
- 9:33Speaker 1: touching the issue of rest on every side, we examine
- 9:37Speaker 1: the following keys. Number one that the first key to
- 9:40Speaker 1: step into rest roundabout rest on every side is the
- 9:46Speaker 1: decision to be spiritually minded. Please do not forget the
- 9:51Speaker 1: decision to be spiritually minded. According to Romance, chapter eight
- 9:56Speaker 1: and verse six, the Bible says for to be cannally
- 9:59Speaker 1: minded is death, and to be spiritually minded is life
- 10:05Speaker 1: and peace. And we further explain that being spiritually minded.
- 10:13Speaker 2: Involves a number of things.
- 10:16Speaker 1: First, your encounter with Jesus, the son of the Living God,
- 10:20Speaker 1: who himself is called the Prince of Peace. To be
- 10:24Speaker 1: spiritually minded begins with your encounter with Jesus. In Matthew
- 10:29Speaker 1: chapter eleven, and verse twenty eight. Jesus himself is speaking,
- 10:33Speaker 1: and he says, come onto me, all ye that are
- 10:37Speaker 1: weary and heavy.
- 10:39Speaker 2: Leaden.
- 10:40Speaker 1: He leaves you with an assurance, he says, and I
- 10:43Speaker 1: will give you rest. He is able to give rest
- 10:48Speaker 1: only to those who come to him, not just those
- 10:51Speaker 1: who need rest, not just.
- 10:53Speaker 2: Those who desire rest.
- 10:55Speaker 1: You must come onto him like the prodigal son return
- 10:59Speaker 1: back to his father, and he found rest. And I
- 11:03Speaker 1: did say, in addition to your encounter with Jesus, you
- 11:07Speaker 1: must have a rob boss.
- 11:08Speaker 2: And a healthy prayer life. Allelujah.
- 11:11Speaker 1: These are the keys that altogether help a man to
- 11:15Speaker 1: become spiritually minded. The strength of your prayer life. Look
- 11:19Speaker 1: eighteen and verse one. You speak a parable to the
- 11:23Speaker 1: end that men always ought to pray and not to faith.
- 11:27Speaker 2: First Thessalonians five p.
- 11:29Speaker 1: Seventeen, he says, pray without season.
- 11:33Speaker 2: James five p. Thirteen.
- 11:35Speaker 1: Is any man afflicted, the Bible says, let him pray.
- 11:39Speaker 1: Mark eleven twenty four. He says, what things soever ye
- 11:43Speaker 1: desire when ye pray, believe that thou receivest them, and
- 11:48Speaker 1: thou shall have them, allelujah. Jesus prayed the early Apostles prayed.
- 11:55Speaker 1: It was customary for the church to pray. It was
- 11:59Speaker 1: part of the apple Stolic model that was revealed and
- 12:03Speaker 1: handed over by Jesus to the Apostles and then to
- 12:07Speaker 1: the early Church. In Adds, chapter two and verse forty two,
- 12:10Speaker 1: the Bible says, and they continued steadfastly in the apostles doctrine,
- 12:15Speaker 1: and in fellowship and in breaking of bread, and in prayer.
- 12:20Speaker 1: That was the Apostolic model that was given to them.
- 12:23Speaker 1: In Acts chapter six and verse four, the Bible says,
- 12:26Speaker 1: But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to
- 12:31Speaker 1: the ministry of the world. The believer who does not
- 12:36Speaker 1: pray habitually, who does not pray as a kingdom responsibility,
- 12:42Speaker 1: will remain a victim of the vicissitudes of life. It
- 12:46Speaker 1: is a fact, Allelujah. We pray for many reasons. One
- 12:53Speaker 1: of them is for our growth and transformation. The primary
- 12:57Speaker 1: assignment of prayer is for the belief growth and transformation.
- 13:01Speaker 1: Luke chapter nine and verse twenty nine, the Bible says,
- 13:05Speaker 1: and as he prayed, the he in Jesus, the Bible says,
- 13:09Speaker 1: the version of his countenance was altered, and his raymn
- 13:13Speaker 1: became white and glistering. Men can pray into superior versions
- 13:19Speaker 1: of themselves. A weak you can become a strong you
- 13:23Speaker 1: through prayer. A timid you can become a powerful, fearless
- 13:28Speaker 1: you through prayer. A cannal flesh sensory you can become
- 13:34Speaker 1: a spiritual version of.
- 13:36Speaker 2: You through prayer.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Prayer is able to create evolution and transformation that believers
- 13:42Speaker 1: can become more superior versions of themselves when we pray.
- 13:47Speaker 1: We did say yesterday again that in addition to prayer,
- 13:50Speaker 1: we must become students of scripture. The Bible says, and
- 13:54Speaker 1: that from a child thou hast known the Holy Scripture,
- 13:58Speaker 1: which is able to make you wise even onto salvation.
- 14:03Speaker 1: In Adds, Chapter twenty and verse thirty two, it says,
- 14:08Speaker 1: I commend you to God and to the world of
- 14:11Speaker 1: his grace, which is able to number one build you up,
- 14:16Speaker 1: and then number two to give you an inheritance among
- 14:20Speaker 1: them that are sanctified. When we study scripture, we become enlightened. Enlightened.
- 14:28Speaker 1: To be enlightened means that the eyes of your understanding,
- 14:32Speaker 1: like Paul prayed over the church and Ephisos, that the
- 14:35Speaker 1: eyes of your understanding is flooded with light, so that
- 14:39Speaker 1: you may know the hope of your calling and the
- 14:43Speaker 1: exceeding greatness of His power to us. Word who believe
- 14:47Speaker 1: believe us must become students of scripture. This kingdom, the
- 14:52Speaker 1: life of God that we call eternal life, does so away.
- 14:55Speaker 1: Life is only released experientially on the strength of knowledge.
- 15:03Speaker 1: This life that we have received in Christ can only
- 15:07Speaker 1: find expression in our lives when we access the riches
- 15:13Speaker 1: in that life through knowledge. The Bible says, according as
- 15:17Speaker 1: its divine power have given us all things that pertains
- 15:21Speaker 1: onto life and godliness, than it says through the knowledge
- 15:25Speaker 1: the knowledge of Jesus Christ, that means in ignorance, even
- 15:30Speaker 1: if saved, your life will not become a beauty that
- 15:34Speaker 1: will bring glory to God.
- 15:35Speaker 2: In fact, the Bible puts it.
- 15:37Speaker 1: This way in Galatians, For it says an heir, for
- 15:41Speaker 1: as long as he is a child, he differed nothing
- 15:44Speaker 1: from a slave, were together or a servant, even though
- 15:49Speaker 1: he be lord of all. And the characteristic future of
- 15:53Speaker 1: children is ignorance.
- 15:55Speaker 2: The Bible says, foolishness.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Is bound in the heart of a child, or the
- 16:00Speaker 1: lod of correction will drive it far from him.
- 16:03Speaker 2: So when a believer is void.
- 16:05Speaker 1: Of knowledge, high level spiritual illumination, you will only wish
- 16:10Speaker 1: things and never be able to work in that experience.
- 16:13Speaker 2: Are we learning now?
- 16:15Speaker 1: So to be spiritual in minded involves your encounter with
- 16:19Speaker 1: Jesus Christ, involves the health of your prayer life, consistency
- 16:26Speaker 1: in prayer, consistency in the ministry of the world, and
- 16:30Speaker 1: of course your passion for the House of God.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Learning.
- 16:34Speaker 1: He says, I was glad when they said, unto me,
- 16:37Speaker 1: let us go to the house of the Lord. It
- 16:40Speaker 1: was Asamis who said, Oh Lord, you are my God.
- 16:42Speaker 1: He said, early will I seek you? My heart longs
- 16:46Speaker 1: for you, as in a dry and a wary land,
- 16:48Speaker 1: it says, to see your power and your glory as
- 16:52Speaker 1: I have seen in the sanctuary. There are things you
- 16:55Speaker 1: only experience in the House of God. Number two can
- 17:00Speaker 1: chaos with this cause yesterday that is responsible for accessing.
- 17:09Speaker 2: Rest around about.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Is that you must learn to leave by faith.
- 17:16Speaker 2: The just shall leave by faith.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Can someone say that, please, the just shall leave by
- 17:25Speaker 1: faith one more time? Please, the just shall leave by faith.
- 17:31Speaker 1: The Bible says in verse John five and verse four,
- 17:35Speaker 1: this is the victory.
- 17:37Speaker 2: That overcome at the world.
- 17:39Speaker 1: Even our faith, whatsoever is born of God.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Over comet the world, it says.
- 17:46Speaker 1: And this is the victory that overcome at the world,
- 17:50Speaker 1: even our faith.
- 17:53Speaker 2: Allelujah. I told us yesterday that faith, in one word,
- 17:58Speaker 2: is obedience.
- 18:00Speaker 1: No matter what definition you bring to explain faith, if
- 18:04Speaker 1: it does not capture orbeying God, you are not working
- 18:07Speaker 1: by faith. Two definitions yesterday, we consider for faith. Number one,
- 18:13Speaker 1: that faith is the confidence you have in God and
- 18:18Speaker 1: the integrity of His word. The confidence that you have
- 18:24Speaker 1: in God and the integrity of His word. Number two,
- 18:30Speaker 1: that faith is the name given to the action of
- 18:33Speaker 1: obedience that demonstrates that you believe, the name given to
- 18:39Speaker 1: the action of obedience, not just the believing, the action
- 18:45Speaker 1: of obedience that proves that you believe God. If it
- 18:49Speaker 1: be thou bid me come, and he said come, and
- 18:53Speaker 1: Peter began to work on water. Allelujah, I did say yesterday.
- 19:00Speaker 1: And it's important that we take note of this that
- 19:03Speaker 1: God is only committed to what he said. God is
- 19:09Speaker 1: only committed to what he said. He does not just
- 19:13Speaker 1: do what we want. He does not just do what
- 19:16Speaker 1: we desire. He does not just do what we pray for.
- 19:20Speaker 1: He does what we desire and what we pray for.
- 19:23Speaker 1: That is consistent with what.
- 19:25Speaker 2: He has said. Are we together? God is not some
- 19:30Speaker 2: slave or a robot or.
- 19:32Speaker 1: A machine that is just committed to doing anything fulfilling
- 19:36Speaker 1: the loss of our desires. No, the Bible says, and
- 19:39Speaker 1: this is the confidence that we have in Him that
- 19:42Speaker 1: when we ask anything in.
- 19:45Speaker 2: Our God dance to his will.
- 19:47Speaker 1: That he heard us. There is a condition. The assignment
- 19:51Speaker 1: of the power of God is to work within the
- 19:54Speaker 1: jurisdiction of the will of God. In fact, the principle
- 19:58Speaker 1: assignment of the power of God is to bring all
- 20:02Speaker 1: things that are in disalignment to the will of God
- 20:06Speaker 1: to become lined up with the will of God. So
- 20:10Speaker 1: outside of the will of God, the power of God
- 20:13Speaker 1: has no assignment. It's important that we understand this. God
- 20:19Speaker 1: is only committed to what he has said. So if
- 20:22Speaker 1: you can find what God has said, you have also
- 20:26Speaker 1: found what God will do.
- 20:27Speaker 2: Let me repeat it again. If you can find.
- 20:30Speaker 1: What God has said, you have also found what his
- 20:33Speaker 1: power can do. Genesis chapter twenty one and verse one.
- 20:38Speaker 1: And the Lord visited Sarah as he had said. And
- 20:42Speaker 1: the Lord did onto Sarah as he has spoken. He
- 20:46Speaker 1: did not just visit Sarah as she desired. He visited
- 20:49Speaker 1: Sarah because he said he would, and he didn't do
- 20:53Speaker 1: Sarah because he said he would.
- 20:56Speaker 2: Genesis one and verse three.
- 20:57Speaker 1: And God said, create only started the moment God said
- 21:03Speaker 1: recreation only started the moment God said. Nothing moves in
- 21:08Speaker 1: the believer's life until God says, allelujah.
- 21:20Speaker 2: I want you to believe.
- 21:23Speaker 1: That you're coming here in this conference and this convention
- 21:28Speaker 1: is not just because of the routine, but that God
- 21:32Speaker 1: has spoken already. And if God has spoken that it
- 21:35Speaker 1: desires to bring rest round about, then it means that
- 21:40Speaker 1: that must become your experience.
- 21:42Speaker 2: It is your responsibility to insist. By faith.
- 21:45Speaker 1: Lord, you said it. I have come, I have come
- 21:48Speaker 1: to the feast. Let me experience that rest. Take it
- 21:51Speaker 1: down for me.
- 21:52Speaker 2: Please. If you have said it, then you will do.
- 22:01Speaker 1: You have a truck record of keeping your word.
- 22:06Speaker 2: You're not about you know that song help me?
- 22:15Speaker 3: You were mighty along o my buy oh shad baggy
- 22:24Speaker 3: left food or show shall be one of fu chorus
- 22:32Speaker 3: show Hodah.
- 22:34Speaker 2: Listen, this is a part I wanted to get.
- 22:36Speaker 1: There is nothing you cannot do help me, there's no
- 22:43Speaker 1: mo take you can on more.
- 22:47Speaker 2: If you are said it, then you will do it.
- 22:53Speaker 2: You are a track record of keeping your word. Show
- 22:58Speaker 2: on about how to start doing it. There is nothing,
- 23:04Speaker 2: there is nothing you can not yes, no know me.
- 23:11Speaker 2: You you will say it, you will do it. You
- 23:20Speaker 2: haven't sad, You're not about to stop doing it.
- 23:28Speaker 1: Is not.
- 23:31Speaker 2: God looks like an I don't wash it back.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Called Abraham, coming from all of the Chaldians, and he
- 23:39Speaker 1: begins to speak to him in Genesis chapter twelve.
- 23:42Speaker 2: I will make your name great. You will be a
- 23:44Speaker 2: great nation.
- 23:46Speaker 1: I will bless them that bless you, and curse him
- 23:48Speaker 1: that cursed you. And he says, in this shall all
- 23:51Speaker 1: the families of the earth be blessed.
- 23:53Speaker 2: Today.
- 23:55Speaker 1: The three tom religions in the world have come out
- 23:58Speaker 1: of that one man. Chris Eternity, Islam, Judaism all came
- 24:03Speaker 1: out of that one man. Simply because God said you
- 24:07Speaker 1: shall be great. It didn't matter what happened. Again, God
- 24:11Speaker 1: has spoken in the name of Jesus, I bring a
- 24:14Speaker 1: world of hope for someone. If you have not yet
- 24:16Speaker 1: seen what my father has said concerning you, hold on
- 24:19Speaker 1: His word does not fail. It may take time, but
- 24:23Speaker 1: if he has spoken, I want you to believe in
- 24:25Speaker 1: the God who told you you will be proud.
- 24:27Speaker 2: Of your children. Forget about what you are saying. Now,
- 24:31Speaker 2: My Bible says, now are we the sons of God?
- 24:34Speaker 2: And if not yet appear, what we shall be like?
- 24:37Speaker 1: It says, for our light afflictions, which is but for
- 24:41Speaker 1: a moment, that what can be not.
- 24:43Speaker 2: A far more exceeding way of glowing.
- 24:46Speaker 1: While we look not at the things that are unseen
- 24:49Speaker 1: or seen, or but.
- 24:50Speaker 2: The things that are on seeing. For the things that
- 24:53Speaker 2: are seen at them are out, and the things that
- 24:56Speaker 2: I seeing, I turn out. Alle Lujah, Please be seated
- 25:06Speaker 2: faith in God.
- 25:07Speaker 1: I believe him, and I will stake my life obeying him.
- 25:12Speaker 1: The Bible says, if you be willing and obedient, there
- 25:17Speaker 1: is good in every land. Your portion only comes to you,
- 25:21Speaker 1: not just by political connection. It comes by obedience. Because
- 25:26Speaker 1: vain is the help of man. Thesami said, it is
- 25:32Speaker 1: vain to wake up early in the morning and to
- 25:35Speaker 1: sleep late at night, only to eat the bread of sorrow.
- 25:38Speaker 2: He said, but he giveth his beloved sleep.
- 25:42Speaker 1: Hey war betides a man who tries to accomplish anything
- 25:46Speaker 1: outside of the assistance of God. Now many have tried it,
- 25:50Speaker 1: and it did not work. The help of man is
- 25:53Speaker 1: truly vain. It is only God who can lift men.
- 25:57Speaker 1: It is only God who can help men is called
- 26:00Speaker 1: a beniza, the stone of help. Allelujah number three very quickly.
- 26:12Speaker 1: So all that I've said so far is a recap
- 26:14Speaker 1: of yesternight's teaching. Now let's go to tonight's teaching or
- 26:18Speaker 1: today this morning. Number three?
- 26:21Speaker 2: What is the third key for experiencing rest on every side?
- 26:26Speaker 2: Are you ready.
- 26:30Speaker 1: Engaging praise with understanding? The third key that controls the
- 26:37Speaker 1: manifestation of rest round.
- 26:39Speaker 2: About engaging praise the mystery of praise with understanding.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Talakabad praise with understanding, Psalm forty seven and verse seven.
- 27:03Speaker 2: The Bible says, for God is the king of all
- 27:07Speaker 2: the earth.
- 27:08Speaker 1: Then it says singing praises not as a tradition, not
- 27:15Speaker 1: as a church ritual, singing with this understanding that God
- 27:20Speaker 1: is the king of all the earth. You get that
- 27:22Speaker 1: now that there is an understanding.
- 27:25Speaker 2: That sponsors praise.
- 27:26Speaker 1: That when I'm singing, I'm not singing just to a
- 27:30Speaker 1: political figure, not just some ambassador.
- 27:32Speaker 2: Of the nation.
- 27:33Speaker 1: I am singing to the King of the ages, the
- 27:37Speaker 1: one who can manipulage all things to my advantage. Let
- 27:42Speaker 1: me declare over someone here, o, Lord Borrow will turn
- 27:47Speaker 1: your life around, all Borrow sturning things around, All Borrow
- 27:57Speaker 1: turning things around in the name of Jesus. This will
- 28:04Speaker 1: be the song you will be singing bad more. You
- 28:07Speaker 1: will sing it that people will say why are you dancing?
- 28:10Speaker 1: And you will tell them I am praising the King
- 28:12Speaker 1: who has turned my life around, who has did me right,
- 28:16Speaker 1: And all the pos rest round about when the Lord
- 28:20Speaker 1: trying again. The captivis your sire is satin way. Where
- 28:23Speaker 1: like damn that dream, our mouths were dealt with love
- 28:26Speaker 1: come and then said a long they giddens the Lord
- 28:29Speaker 1: and don't great things for them?
- 28:31Speaker 2: It says, the Lord has don't great things for us?
- 28:33Speaker 1: Where we are glad turn again our captivity like the
- 28:37Speaker 1: strengths of the decad. My Bible says that there that
- 28:41Speaker 1: solid yes that will read in charge I from Besycles somewhere,
- 28:46Speaker 1: mad my God, did you rest round about?
- 28:49Speaker 2: May my God, did you rest round about? In the
- 28:52Speaker 2: name of Jesus.
- 29:00Speaker 1: It is true that God can tony man's life around.
- 29:03Speaker 1: It is true that God can tony business around. It
- 29:07Speaker 1: is true that God can tonic destiny around. It is
- 29:10Speaker 1: true that God can turn.
- 29:12Speaker 2: The entire tragedy of a man. If you do not
- 29:15Speaker 2: believe this, then you are not a Christian. Hallelujah.
- 29:21Speaker 1: The Bible says in Genesis chapter one, from verse one,
- 29:27Speaker 1: in the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth.
- 29:31Speaker 1: It says, Then the Bible now brings a very tragic scenario.
- 29:36Speaker 1: Verse two, it says, now the earth was without form,
- 29:41Speaker 1: it was void, and darkness was upon the face of
- 29:46Speaker 1: the deep. It is from the Hebrew expression to who
- 29:49Speaker 1: ah boho, confusion and chaos. My Bible says, and the
- 29:54Speaker 1: spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
- 29:57Speaker 1: Then verse three, it says, and God, the literal Hebrew
- 30:01Speaker 1: remraction is and the talking spirit said light pea, And
- 30:07Speaker 1: the Bible says, there was light. Now I don't know
- 30:11Speaker 1: about you, but I have learned a very powerful principle,
- 30:16Speaker 1: and interestingly I lanted by my interaction with the West,
- 30:21Speaker 1: particularly the Euroban nation. When you go for a wedding,
- 30:25Speaker 1: there are people who beat drums and dance around you.
- 30:28Speaker 1: I'm sure everyone has seen those kinds of people. They
- 30:31Speaker 1: usually want you to do something for them, and usually
- 30:34Speaker 1: you didn't plan to give them anything, but the way
- 30:36Speaker 1: they sing and call your name. They say all kinds
- 30:39Speaker 1: of nice things about you. Who is that man who
- 30:42Speaker 1: has taken care of children? And you feel guilty for
- 30:45Speaker 1: leaving them without rewarding them When you want to get
- 30:49Speaker 1: into the car, Then they dance again, Then they sing again.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Then they call your name. They remind you that you
- 30:55Speaker 1: are kind, They remind you that you are loving. They
- 30:58Speaker 1: remind you that you are too blessed to live them
- 31:00Speaker 1: in that condition. And even without planning, you will not
- 31:03Speaker 1: know when you reach down and bring out something from
- 31:06Speaker 1: your pocket and give them. Once they collect, they're done
- 31:08Speaker 1: with you. They go to the next verson. If a
- 31:11Speaker 1: man can be moved by praise, how much more the
- 31:14Speaker 1: God of heaven, allelujah? Do you know?
- 31:22Speaker 2: Listen?
- 31:23Speaker 1: A prophet's head went as a reward because a young
- 31:27Speaker 1: girl danns before a king, John the Baptist, the greatest
- 31:33Speaker 1: of all prophets. That man could not kill this man.
- 31:38Speaker 1: The Bible says, of all the prophets, there was none
- 31:41Speaker 1: as great as John, not Elijah, not Moses, not easy Kirl,
- 31:45Speaker 1: not Jeremiah. And a little girl dances before the king
- 31:50Speaker 1: praising him. And the king said, what should I give you,
- 31:54Speaker 1: even not to half of my kingdom. Kings were not
- 31:57Speaker 1: foolish people. This is what praise can do. Allelujah. Listen
- 32:10Speaker 1: to me for someone. After this session and this convention,
- 32:15Speaker 1: you may need to go back home, go and write
- 32:18Speaker 1: everything that has mocked God. Lock the door and begin
- 32:22Speaker 1: to dance and prays around it. It may not make sense,
- 32:26Speaker 1: but listen to me when you begin to dance before
- 32:30Speaker 1: the king.
- 32:31Speaker 2: The Bible says, when the church listen, please.
- 32:34Speaker 1: When the church prayed over Peter, it was an angel
- 32:40Speaker 1: that came to the prison and lose his bands and
- 32:43Speaker 1: brought him out. But your Bible says at midnight, Paul
- 32:47Speaker 1: and silas in the same prison. The difference is that
- 32:51Speaker 1: they did not only pray, they now sang. And this
- 32:54Speaker 1: time it was not angels that came. God himself came.
- 32:58Speaker 1: And the Bible says that the right to the foundation
- 33:01Speaker 1: of the prison, because who can stand when he comes?
- 33:05Speaker 1: What dog can stand when he comes? The door was
- 33:08Speaker 1: it was rooted from his foundation, and the Bible says,
- 33:12Speaker 1: and all doors open, say it up to me, All
- 33:16Speaker 1: doors opened one more time.
- 33:19Speaker 2: All doors open.
- 33:21Speaker 1: That includes financial calls, that includes doors of fruitfulness, that
- 33:26Speaker 1: includes doors of jobs.
- 33:27Speaker 2: Can I prop aside to someone in your praise. May
- 33:31Speaker 2: all doors offer in your praise, May all doors open. Listen,
- 33:41Speaker 2: then listen.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Don't you think I'm just shouting to entertain. Those who
- 33:51Speaker 1: know this mystery have mastered the art of taming life
- 33:55Speaker 1: like an animal. Bad reports from your office. Carry that
- 34:01Speaker 1: report and drop it on the ground. You don't have
- 34:03Speaker 1: to be a music shan. Get some mess, Get some
- 34:06Speaker 1: music that someone has already done. Lock yourself in the
- 34:09Speaker 1: room and says, say time. You will not see my tears.
- 34:12Speaker 1: The Bible says it's glorious in holiness, he is fearful
- 34:17Speaker 1: in praises. You want to see the Mighty God begin
- 34:21Speaker 1: to praise him. You want to see the Mighty God
- 34:24Speaker 1: begin to sing onto him. You want to see the
- 34:26Speaker 1: God that is jealous over his says pray now hear me,
- 34:36Speaker 1: hear me please. Many people dance in church, and that
- 34:40Speaker 1: is wonderful. Many people sing in church. The reason why
- 34:45Speaker 1: it does not produce power is because it is rather
- 34:48Speaker 1: a ritual that is not supported by understanding. Are we together?
- 34:57Speaker 1: There are an believers who can slip for every part
- 34:59Speaker 1: of the is onto praise that they is so dancing.
- 35:03Speaker 2: You are wondering, who are you dancing to.
- 35:05Speaker 1: The secret to releasing the power of praise is not
- 35:08Speaker 1: the act of singing and dancing. I tell you, I
- 35:11Speaker 1: sense the power of God in this place. Let me
- 35:13Speaker 1: profess high again to someone. I don't know what door
- 35:16Speaker 1: has refused to open, But in the name of Jesus,
- 35:19Speaker 1: I stand upon the grace here and I say it again.
- 35:22Speaker 1: In your praise, you will not try again. In your praise,
- 35:26Speaker 1: you will not try again. Mama, in your praise, you
- 35:29Speaker 1: will not try again. Sah, I speak to you as
- 35:32Speaker 1: one sends by the Lord, that your tears comes to
- 35:36Speaker 1: an end. Now the Bible says, start weeping and joe
- 35:39Speaker 1: for a night, but joy comes with the money. May
- 35:43Speaker 1: all does open for you in the name of Jesus,
- 35:46Speaker 1: the Son of the Living God.
- 35:48Speaker 2: May doors open for you in the name of Jesus,
- 35:51Speaker 2: rife praise, mm hmm, Psalm sixty seven from US five
- 36:09Speaker 2: to seven. From the rising of.
- 36:13Speaker 1: The sun to the setting of the same, your name
- 36:19Speaker 1: is to be hallo.
- 36:23Speaker 2: Ah. From the rising of the sun to the setting
- 36:31Speaker 2: of the same, Your name to me, hallo Ah.
- 36:41Speaker 1: From the rising the sun to the setting of the same,
- 36:50Speaker 1: Your name is to HALLOWE. Please give it to once
- 36:59Speaker 1: very quickly Psalm sixty seven. Let the people praise THEE
- 37:06Speaker 1: O God. Let the people praise thee for six then
- 37:12Speaker 1: shall they head. That means the ed has increased. But
- 37:17Speaker 1: it will not just come because we desired. There is
- 37:20Speaker 1: a mistering the spirit that forces the head to yield
- 37:23Speaker 1: his increase, and that the head shall yield its increase.
- 37:28Speaker 1: And even our God shall bless us, even our God.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Next verse, please, it says God shall bless us as
- 37:38Speaker 1: a result of our praise, and all the head, the
- 37:43Speaker 1: ends of the head shall fear Him for the kind
- 37:46Speaker 1: of thing.
- 37:46Speaker 2: You will do in your life. Let me speak to someone.
- 37:51Speaker 1: Stop crying. You have cried from January to November. You
- 37:55Speaker 1: have one more month left. Turn it into a month
- 37:57Speaker 1: of praise. Turn it into a top praise cry. It
- 38:01Speaker 1: does not help. It may comfort what it does not deliver.
- 38:10Speaker 1: Allelujah praise. Let's consider the scripture where we got the
- 38:22Speaker 1: anchor scripture for the convention. I like this Second Chronicles,
- 38:27Speaker 1: chapter twenty from verse twenty one. May I please request
- 38:31Speaker 1: for your attention as we read. We're reading twenty one
- 38:35Speaker 1: down to thirty. The Bible says, and when you have
- 38:39Speaker 1: consulted with the people. This was in the days of
- 38:43Speaker 1: Jehoshah pad Remember there were nations that had can doomp
- 38:47Speaker 1: come against God's people. The Bible says, he have pointed, singers,
- 38:51Speaker 1: there are battles that you do not need a sword,
- 38:54Speaker 1: and is fair. You will be defeated under that condition.
- 38:58Speaker 1: There are times where the challenges are bigger than you.
- 39:02Speaker 1: At those points you need to keep your sword, and
- 39:05Speaker 1: keep your spear, and carry your instruments of praise.
- 39:08Speaker 2: The Bible says that should praise the beauty of His holiness.
- 39:12Speaker 1: And they went out before the army and to say,
- 39:15Speaker 1: praise the Lord for his mercies and your forever next verse, please.
- 39:19Speaker 2: And when they began to sing.
- 39:23Speaker 1: And to praise the Lord, to praise the Lord's set
- 39:27Speaker 1: and pushment against the children of Ammon, Moab and Mountseer,
- 39:34Speaker 1: which were against Judah, and they were smitten. Watch this,
- 39:38Speaker 1: for the children of Ammon and Moab stood up against
- 39:42Speaker 1: the inhabitants of Mountseer to utterly destroy and to slay them.
- 39:47Speaker 2: And when they had made an end.
- 39:49Speaker 1: Of the inhabitants of Seer, everyone helped destroy another. Can
- 39:53Speaker 1: you imagine these were intelligent warriors. What turned their minds
- 39:58Speaker 1: around that is what praise can do. Next verse, when
- 40:02Speaker 1: Huldah came towards the watch tower in the wilderness, they
- 40:07Speaker 1: looked onto the multitude, and behold they were dead bodies
- 40:11Speaker 1: falling to the earth, and none escaped.
- 40:15Speaker 2: Next verse.
- 40:16Speaker 1: And when Jehoshaphat and the people came to take away
- 40:19Speaker 1: the spoils of them, they found among them in a pondance,
- 40:23Speaker 1: both riches with the dead bodies.
- 40:26Speaker 2: Do you go to war with riches? Do you carry
- 40:29Speaker 2: your treasures to war? This is what praise can do.
- 40:33Speaker 1: Which they stripped off for themselves more than they could
- 40:37Speaker 1: carry away. And they were three days. Can you imagine
- 40:41Speaker 1: in cathering the spoil, it was so much? Twenty six
- 40:48Speaker 1: And on the fourth day they assembled themselves in the
- 40:51Speaker 1: valley of Baraka, for they were for there they blessed
- 40:56Speaker 1: the Lord. Therefore the name of the place is called
- 40:59Speaker 1: the valley of Veraka. Onto this day were reading to
- 41:02Speaker 1: thirty twenty seven. And they return watch this every man
- 41:07Speaker 1: of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphad in the forefront of them,
- 41:13Speaker 1: to go again to Jerusalem with joy, for the Lord
- 41:16Speaker 1: had made them to rejoice over their enemies.
- 41:18Speaker 2: Twenty eight.
- 41:20Speaker 1: And they came to Jerusalem with saltries and harps and trumpets,
- 41:26Speaker 1: onto the house.
- 41:27Speaker 2: Of the Lord.
- 41:27Speaker 1: Two more verses, and the fear of God was on
- 41:33Speaker 1: all the kingdoms of those countries when they had heard
- 41:39Speaker 1: that the Lord fought against the enemies of Israel. Please
- 41:42Speaker 1: read for staty if you believe already want to read.
- 41:46Speaker 1: So the realm of Jehoshaphad was quiet for his God
- 41:52Speaker 1: gave him rest roundabout.
- 41:55Speaker 2: I want you to read that skip joy day. This
- 41:58Speaker 2: time around you will put your name.
- 41:59Speaker 1: You already saw the realm of Joshua Salman, who was
- 42:04Speaker 1: quiet for his God gave him rest roundabout. Shouted believing amen.
- 42:13Speaker 1: Shout another believing amen.
- 42:17Speaker 2: Please be seated when the saints understand the power that
- 42:28Speaker 2: is in praise.
- 42:29Speaker 1: With understanding the understanding there is that you are praising
- 42:33Speaker 1: the King. There was one woman in the Bible who
- 42:37Speaker 1: died barn and the reason for her barrenness was she
- 42:42Speaker 1: loved to scorn a king.
- 42:44Speaker 2: Who was dancing before the God who had made him king.
- 42:48Speaker 1: The Bible says, he's dancing in such an undignified manner.
- 42:52Speaker 1: She looked at him and said, you are compromising the
- 42:55Speaker 1: ethics of royalty. Kings don't dance like this. And he said,
- 42:59Speaker 1: I'm and seen before the God who took the kingdom
- 43:02Speaker 1: from your father and gave it onto me.
- 43:04Speaker 2: My Bible says God heard her, and she died burrying.
- 43:14Speaker 1: Allelujah. You can sing your way to victory. You can
- 43:19Speaker 1: rejoice your way to victory. My Bible says the shouts
- 43:22Speaker 1: of joy and victory shall not depart from the tent
- 43:26Speaker 1: of the righteous. Show me a man who refused to
- 43:28Speaker 1: stop his praise. I'll show you a man who victory
- 43:31Speaker 1: cannot stand against. Number four. This will be the final point.
- 43:40Speaker 1: So I've given you three keys. Number one being spiritually minded,
- 43:46Speaker 1: Number two living by faith.
- 43:50Speaker 2: Number three engaging praise with understanding. Are you ready for
- 43:55Speaker 2: number four? Just a moment. I want you to get
- 43:59Speaker 2: this one. The fourth and final principle that I will
- 44:03Speaker 2: share with you.
- 44:04Speaker 1: This is an irrefutable kingdom principle that commands rest on
- 44:09Speaker 1: every side. Is called the covenant of service, the Covenant
- 44:16Speaker 1: of service, the Covenant of Service, Exodus, chapter twenty three.
- 44:22Speaker 1: Please from verse twenty five to twenty six. I want
- 44:26Speaker 1: to show you how believers find rest in this kingdom,
- 44:31Speaker 1: and ye shall serve the Lord that is your part,
- 44:37Speaker 1: and your God shall bless your bread and your water.
- 44:42Speaker 2: Is that in your bible?
- 44:44Speaker 1: And I will take sickness away From the midst of
- 44:48Speaker 1: the next verse, please, there shall nothing cast high young,
- 44:53Speaker 1: nor be buried in thy land. And then it says
- 44:57Speaker 1: the number of your days I will for feel believe us,
- 45:03Speaker 1: Please hear me. There is something called the Covenant of
- 45:07Speaker 1: Service Job thirty six and verse eleven. May I request
- 45:14Speaker 1: that we read it please when we find it projected
- 45:16Speaker 1: Job thirty six eleven, ready want to read please?
- 45:22Speaker 2: If they obey and serve him, Aha, they.
- 45:25Speaker 1: Shall spend their days in prosperity and their years in pleasure.
- 45:34Speaker 1: What does it mean to serve God? To save God
- 45:37Speaker 1: does not mean to come to church. No, coming to
- 45:42Speaker 1: church does not necessarily mean serving God. Most believers come
- 45:46Speaker 1: to church, and they believe by coming to church they
- 45:49Speaker 1: are serving God.
- 45:50Speaker 2: Let me tell you what it means to serve the Lord.
- 45:52Speaker 2: To serve the Lord means that your.
- 45:55Speaker 1: Time, your energy, your resources, and your every I think
- 46:00Speaker 1: most participate directly.
- 46:03Speaker 2: In this project called Kingdom.
- 46:05Speaker 1: Com in this project of the revelation of Jesus and
- 46:09Speaker 1: the glorification of the same. You are not serving the
- 46:12Speaker 1: Lord if your time, your energy, your resources, all kinds
- 46:20Speaker 1: of resources intellectual resources, financial resources.
- 46:26Speaker 2: Influence and access.
- 46:28Speaker 1: If you're all does not contribute to making His program happen,
- 46:34Speaker 1: you are not serving God.
- 46:35Speaker 2: Even if you are in church.
- 46:39Speaker 1: You can save a man and not serve God. You
- 46:43Speaker 1: can save a church and not serve God. The reward
- 46:47Speaker 1: is only for those who serve God. The covenant of service.
- 46:56Speaker 1: There was a woman in the Bible who was so
- 46:59Speaker 1: benevolent and in her giving. She was so part of
- 47:05Speaker 1: encouraging the move of the early Church that the Bible
- 47:08Speaker 1: tells us that one time she died. And when she died,
- 47:12Speaker 1: the Bible says, widows and other women came and they
- 47:15Speaker 1: told the apostle, this woman cannot die. Who will be
- 47:18Speaker 1: the one to continue this act of kindness and benevolence.
- 47:21Speaker 1: The appostle was so touched, and that woman came back
- 47:24Speaker 1: to life. Ladies and gentlemen, there are people who are
- 47:27Speaker 1: on key label by reason of the extent of your
- 47:31Speaker 1: contribution towards Kingdom.
- 47:32Speaker 2: Come.
- 47:33Speaker 1: Your Bible says, I shall not die. Then it says,
- 47:36Speaker 1: but leave and declare the works of the Lord. That means,
- 47:41Speaker 1: if your life is not participating directly in world evangelization.
- 47:47Speaker 1: If your life is not participating directly in the maturity
- 47:51Speaker 1: of the saints, if your life is not participating directly
- 47:55Speaker 1: in territorial transformation, you are not serving God. For this
- 48:00Speaker 1: the three facets of the Great Commission. The Great Commission
- 48:04Speaker 1: is divided into three. Number one is world evangelization. Number
- 48:09Speaker 1: two the maturity of the Saints. Number three the transformation
- 48:15Speaker 1: of territories and society. If your life is not involved
- 48:20Speaker 1: in any of this, I hate to be a beer
- 48:23Speaker 1: of bad news, but you are not serving God. There
- 48:27Speaker 1: are people who the devil has no power over. These
- 48:32Speaker 1: are men who have literally given themselves to the service
- 48:37Speaker 1: of the King. In my definition of ministry, I don't
- 48:43Speaker 1: define ministry with respect to your ability to stand behind
- 48:46Speaker 1: a pulpit, holding a mic and speaking to an audience.
- 48:51Speaker 2: That is not my definition of ministry. I define ministry as.
- 48:55Speaker 1: Any activity that is motivated by your love for Jesus
- 49:00Speaker 1: and intended to make Him known. It is called ministry.
- 49:05Speaker 1: If that is business, it is ministry. If that is parenting,
- 49:09Speaker 1: it is ministry. Provide that it is motivated by your
- 49:12Speaker 1: love for Jesus and the intention is to see Jesus revealed.
- 49:17Speaker 1: It is called ministry. So I can be behind the
- 49:22Speaker 1: pull pit a good preacher, but I may not be
- 49:26Speaker 1: in ministry. Ministry is not vettered just by the spirituality
- 49:31Speaker 1: of the activity.
- 49:33Speaker 2: My motive. Do I love Jesus and do I love
- 49:36Speaker 2: His people?
- 49:37Speaker 1: And the goal for the singing, the goal for the teaching,
- 49:41Speaker 1: the goal for the business, is it to bring him
- 49:44Speaker 1: glory and to advance the cause of His kingdom.
- 49:48Speaker 2: If so, then you are serving. Ladies and gentlemen, please
- 49:53Speaker 2: hear me.
- 49:54Speaker 1: God is calling us into a covenant partnership through service.
- 50:01Speaker 1: There are people who call upon the name of the
- 50:03Speaker 1: Lord once and he will answer in a way by fire.
- 50:08Speaker 2: Do you know why?
- 50:09Speaker 1: Because their lives are too significant to the kingdom?
- 50:12Speaker 2: Come project.
- 50:15Speaker 1: Many of us, Yeah, our directors, many of us, yeah,
- 50:19Speaker 1: head our own businesses and our own companies and help
- 50:23Speaker 1: me for a moment. How many of you know that
- 50:26Speaker 1: if you run a company, you had a company that
- 50:29Speaker 1: has say, a staff, a structure of five hundred or
- 50:33Speaker 1: one thousand people, if there is need to downsize, what
- 50:37Speaker 1: would be the principal basis for downsizing?
- 50:40Speaker 2: Inefficiency? Am I right on? That inefficiency becomes the.
- 50:44Speaker 1: Principal consideration for downsizing, you will sell them downsized. People
- 50:50Speaker 1: who are the nerve the nerve center of that organization.
- 50:56Speaker 1: Do you know that there are people today who, on
- 50:58Speaker 1: account of the value and contribution that they bring to
- 51:02Speaker 1: certain corporations, even when they tender their resignation, their superiors
- 51:08Speaker 1: receive it and keep it and negotiate with them at
- 51:11Speaker 1: dinner and launch and say, listen, if he say pay raise,
- 51:15Speaker 1: we will give you a salary lease, but do not
- 51:17Speaker 1: leave this organization. Was that not what happened between Jacob
- 51:20Speaker 1: and Laban. Jacob said leave me, I want to go.
- 51:23Speaker 1: But Lob and used divination to find out the reason
- 51:27Speaker 1: behind his prosperity, and he was told that the presence
- 51:31Speaker 1: of Jacob was the reason why he was blessed. And
- 51:35Speaker 1: he kept manipulating, using all kinds of things to keep
- 51:38Speaker 1: Jacob there. There are men who are the epitomy of
- 51:43Speaker 1: blessings themselves, and that happens because of the degree of
- 51:47Speaker 1: your contribution.
- 51:48Speaker 2: Can I tell you there.
- 51:50Speaker 1: Are people because of their commitment to serving God. When
- 51:54Speaker 1: the devil wants who come to bring shame and reproach
- 51:57Speaker 1: the jealousy of God will answer and say, who wants
- 52:00Speaker 1: to touch this one? Who has been the principal financier
- 52:04Speaker 1: behind my program, who then will bring the finances and
- 52:08Speaker 1: God will arise. The Bible says, let God arise. Watch this,
- 52:13Speaker 1: he says, and let not your enemies his enemies. I
- 52:20Speaker 1: did a teaching back home. Let me define for you
- 52:22Speaker 1: who God's enemy is. God's enemy may not necessarily be
- 52:26Speaker 1: your definition. God's enemy is anyone, including a believer, who
- 52:32Speaker 1: becomes a perpetual indrance to the manifestation of his purposes.
- 52:37Speaker 2: It's called God's enemy. That's why when he.
- 52:40Speaker 1: Appeared to Joshua, Joshua said, are you for us or
- 52:44Speaker 1: against us?
- 52:44Speaker 2: He said, neither.
- 52:45Speaker 1: That's not how I work. Whoever is part of my
- 52:48Speaker 1: program becomes an ally with me. So when the Bible says,
- 52:53Speaker 1: let God arise, before you pray that prayer, make sure
- 52:57Speaker 1: you are not God's enemy, because if it does arise,
- 53:02Speaker 1: all his enemies will scatter. You become a friend of
- 53:07Speaker 1: God when your life is committed to serving the Lord.
- 53:12Speaker 1: I love him and I serve him today, not because
- 53:14Speaker 1: I'm a preacher. Even if He never called me to
- 53:17Speaker 1: the work of the ministry. I have given my life
- 53:19Speaker 1: in total surrender to serving His purposes. In whatever way
- 53:24Speaker 1: I can not everybody will be a preacher.
- 53:27Speaker 2: But let me tell you this.
- 53:28Speaker 1: There are three categories of serving the Lord, and then
- 53:31Speaker 1: we pray. As I begin to wrap up Number one,
- 53:36Speaker 1: in this end time, there will be three categories of people.
- 53:39Speaker 2: Who will be called servants.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Indeed, one those who are called prophetic intercessors. They have
- 53:47Speaker 1: the mandate of praying his program over nations, over territories,
- 53:53Speaker 1: over four square. The program of God is at the
- 53:57Speaker 1: messy of prophetic intersear. When God does not find the
- 54:02Speaker 1: people who can pray down his program, his purposes will
- 54:06Speaker 1: be aborted again and again. Prophetic intercessors, men and women,
- 54:12Speaker 1: in the simplitude of another prophetess, we must know how
- 54:16Speaker 1: to pray the program of God.
- 54:18Speaker 2: What is the next program of God? For four square?
- 54:21Speaker 1: You must begin to pray Your kingdom come, your will
- 54:24Speaker 1: be done. Number two the second set of those who
- 54:29Speaker 1: will be serving the Lord and those who will step
- 54:32Speaker 1: into the system and represent Him as weaknesses. Those who
- 54:37Speaker 1: will step into the system we call them the seven mountains,
- 54:41Speaker 1: the mountain of religion, education, media, politics. I was so
- 54:46Speaker 1: blessed listening to our father and uncle who was communicating
- 54:50Speaker 1: his perspectives about believers participating in politics was.
- 54:54Speaker 2: Such an intelligent presentation.
- 54:56Speaker 1: Allelujah. I was so so blessed just listening to him. Yes, true,
- 55:01Speaker 1: I think he deserves a round of applause for that, Allelujah.
- 55:10Speaker 1: Believers must be active serving the Lord, Please watch this.
- 55:15Speaker 1: You may be called an engineer, you may be called
- 55:18Speaker 1: a medical doctor. You may be called an architect, a builder.
- 55:21Speaker 1: You may be called, you know, a businessman. That is
- 55:25Speaker 1: just a description of the geography of your weakness. There
- 55:29Speaker 1: is one name that binds all of us in Christ.
- 55:31Speaker 1: As far as our function and services concern, we are
- 55:35Speaker 1: called witnesses. As one and verse eight, it says, but
- 55:39Speaker 1: you shall receive power after that the Holy Goos has
- 55:42Speaker 1: come upon you.
- 55:43Speaker 2: Then it says you shall be witnesses.
- 55:45Speaker 1: Never said you will be men of God, never said
- 55:48Speaker 1: you'll be businessmen, never said you'll be politicians. What you
- 55:51Speaker 1: call business, politics, career is simply a description of the
- 55:55Speaker 1: geography of your weakness. But in Christ we are called witnesses.
- 56:05Speaker 1: A preacher is a witness on the pulpit. The businessman
- 56:09Speaker 1: is a witness in the marketplace. A politician is a
- 56:13Speaker 1: witness in governance. Are we together an academician is a
- 56:17Speaker 1: weakness in the realm of the academia. A doctor is
- 56:22Speaker 1: a witness in the hospital, and as far as medical
- 56:26Speaker 1: practice is concerned, you must.
- 56:27Speaker 2: Be more conscious of the description of.
- 56:31Speaker 1: Your present from the lens of God's eternal perspective, not
- 56:35Speaker 1: just the geography of your witness. That means when you
- 56:38Speaker 1: are giving an employment or you set up a firm,
- 56:41Speaker 1: beyond making money, you are there to represent.
- 56:43Speaker 2: The purposes of the kingdom. That must become your orientation.
- 56:47Speaker 2: A terrorist knows is a terrorist. Even if the terrorist
- 56:50Speaker 2: is called doctor so, so, so and so.
- 56:54Speaker 1: So, you can call it terrorist for you know, just
- 56:58Speaker 1: for clarity of expression, as if you mean an individual
- 57:01Speaker 1: is a terrorist.
- 57:01Speaker 2: He may be a doctor, a medical doctor.
- 57:04Speaker 1: He spent five years, six years, ten years in medical school,
- 57:09Speaker 1: but from day one he knew he was a terrorist.
- 57:12Speaker 1: He only became a doctor to give him access to
- 57:15Speaker 1: the place where he would perform that role. So even
- 57:19Speaker 1: though he's now a doctor, he knows that he's not
- 57:22Speaker 1: a doctor.
- 57:22Speaker 2: To save lives.
- 57:23Speaker 1: He's a terrorist who just became qualified. You are a
- 57:27Speaker 1: witness who just found yourself in the business realm. Be
- 57:30Speaker 1: more conscious of yourself being a witness than a money maker,
- 57:34Speaker 1: be more conscious of yourself being a witness than a
- 57:38Speaker 1: politician acquiring all kinds of political credentials. The Bible consults witnesses.
- 57:45Speaker 1: In fact, the Bible puts it beautifully. Mark Chapter five,
- 57:48Speaker 1: from thirteen to sixteen. Here's what Jesus says. He had
- 57:52Speaker 1: the salt of the earth. He says, but if the
- 57:56Speaker 1: salt has lost its several Matthew, Matthia, Matthew, my apologist,
- 58:01Speaker 1: Matthew five point thirteen is the salt has lost in
- 58:04Speaker 1: several that it is good for nothing except to be
- 58:08Speaker 1: thrown down and trample the foot of men. Then the
- 58:11Speaker 1: next verse says, you are the light of the world.
- 58:13Speaker 1: It says a city that is set on a hill
- 58:16Speaker 1: which cannot be hidden. It says, neither do men light
- 58:20Speaker 1: a lamp and put it under a bushel, but that
- 58:23Speaker 1: it is kept on a candlestick, so that it would
- 58:27Speaker 1: give light to all who are within that place. Then
- 58:30Speaker 1: verse sixteen says, let your light so shine. The word
- 58:33Speaker 1: let means permit, allowed to not withhold, do not restrain.
- 58:38Speaker 1: Let your light so shine before men, that they might
- 58:42Speaker 1: see your good walks. It says, and glorify your father,
- 58:46Speaker 1: which is in heaven. Allelujah. Please say after me, I
- 58:51Speaker 1: am a witness. One more time. Please shout say I
- 58:55Speaker 1: am a witness. A witness is a validator of a claim.
- 59:00Speaker 1: When you go to the court of law in making
- 59:04Speaker 1: defense of your case, usually the judge will ask you
- 59:07Speaker 1: to present a weakness, and the assignment of the weakness
- 59:11Speaker 1: is to bring credence to your claim.
- 59:14Speaker 2: Are we together?
- 59:15Speaker 1: No witness is a true witness until he brings a
- 59:18Speaker 1: token of truthfulness called an evidence. That's why God gave
- 59:22Speaker 1: you power to go to the marketplace. He gave you
- 59:25Speaker 1: power to do business. He gave you power to heal
- 59:28Speaker 1: the sick. He gave you power to prosper. That power
- 59:32Speaker 1: becomes your evidence that you are a witness indeed.
- 59:38Speaker 2: Service.
- 59:40Speaker 1: The meaning of that is that everyone who has contributed
- 59:44Speaker 1: to making this convention and success, through your prayers, through
- 59:48Speaker 1: your finances, through your participation, through.
- 59:51Speaker 2: Your love and label. My Bible says that God is
- 59:55Speaker 2: a rewarder. There is a name.
- 59:57Speaker 1: He is called he Brews eleven and verse six that
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: without faith it's impossible to please him. For he that
- 1:00:04Speaker 1: comment on to God must come believing that number one
- 1:00:07Speaker 1: he exists, and then number two that is the reward.
- 1:00:11Speaker 1: God rewards. God rewards. I'm saying this to someone, God rewards.
- 1:00:16Speaker 1: Do not be surprised if someone gives you a house you.
- 1:00:19Speaker 2: Did not buy. It is the reward God rewards. To
- 1:00:22Speaker 2: not be surprised.
- 1:00:23Speaker 1: If God gives your children scholarship anywhere to study without
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: your bringing one nine er one dollar.
- 1:00:30Speaker 2: It is how God rewards.
- 1:00:32Speaker 1: To not be surprised if you find out that that
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: medical report of cancer or fibro cuddenly disappears. God rewards.
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: It is called the convenant of service. You shall serve
- 1:00:45Speaker 1: the Lord and he shall bless. You shall serve the
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: Lord and he shall bless. You shall serve the Lord
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: and he shall bless. You shall save the Lord and
- 1:00:56Speaker 1: he shall bless. Ladies and gentlemen, Show me a man
- 1:01:00Speaker 1: and a woman who has decided to be spiritually minded,
- 1:01:04Speaker 1: accepting the lordship of Jesus, committing to the ministry of prayer,
- 1:01:09Speaker 1: committing to the ministry of scripture. Show me a man
- 1:01:12Speaker 1: and a woman who is determined to live by faith.
- 1:01:17Speaker 1: Show me a man and a woman who is determined
- 1:01:20Speaker 1: to engage praise as a lifestyle. Show me a man
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: and a woman who is determined Watch this now to
- 1:01:31Speaker 1: work service as a covenant. My time is oh, I
- 1:01:37Speaker 1: would have given you one more? Can I just give
- 1:01:40Speaker 1: you that one more? Let me make it the final key.
- 1:01:46Speaker 1: The final key to entering rest roundabout is receiving the prophetic.
- 1:01:52Speaker 1: The prophetic is a mystery that can bring men into rest.
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: And by a prophet. The low God brought Israel out
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: of Egypt, and by a prophet where they established. Believe
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: in the Lord your God, so shall you be established,
- 1:02:12Speaker 1: believe his prophets, so shall you prosper. The prophetic has
- 1:02:17Speaker 1: been sadly abused in our world, to the point that
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: when you hear the name prophet now you become so
- 1:02:24Speaker 1: irritated because it's been associated, unfortunately with falsehood, manipulation, and
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: so on and so forth. I believe that God is
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: working upon his church and curifying even the prophetic ministry.
- 1:02:37Speaker 2: But let me tell you this, Please do.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: Not, because of you unfortunate things that have plagued the prophetic,
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: reject the prophetic. Read through church history, Jesus himself, as
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: the son of the Living God, depended on three prophets
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: in his life to rise. Number one Simeon, the prophet,
- 1:02:57Speaker 1: number two Anna, the prophet number three shown the prophet,
- 1:03:02Speaker 1: who you call the Baptist Jesus, the son of the
- 1:03:04Speaker 1: Living God, need that the prophetic ministry to rise. Without
- 1:03:10Speaker 1: the prophetic, man cannot rise no matter your degree of encounter.
- 1:03:15Speaker 1: That is how God designed his system. The prophetic does
- 1:03:18Speaker 1: not necessarily mean working in the office of a prophet.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: There is the office of a prophet. Unbelievers, especially politicians,
- 1:03:27Speaker 1: they are not said they don't love Jesus, but they understand.
- 1:03:29Speaker 1: I don't know if you can just say, God bless you.
- 1:03:31Speaker 1: They're not the power of the prophetic. As I speak
- 1:03:37Speaker 1: over your life this morning, and as our Father would
- 1:03:40Speaker 1: come maybe later on in the course of the convention
- 1:03:43Speaker 1: to speak, do not be familiar with the prophetic, open
- 1:03:47Speaker 1: up your heart and receive it. The prophetic can rey
- 1:03:50Speaker 1: rits the narrative of the lives of men alas master,
- 1:03:54Speaker 1: for it was borrowed and the problem. Don't assume that
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: God knows mention every area. The Bible says, be answers
- 1:04:02Speaker 1: for ansupplication. Let your someone, this blood disease, this cancer,
- 1:04:14Speaker 1: this high blood pressure.
- 1:04:17Speaker 2: Stand God.
- 1:04:20Speaker 1: Visit my business, wipe my tears. Turn my captivity like
- 1:04:24Speaker 1: the streams of the negative. Pray over the trouble in
- 1:04:28Speaker 1: your office, Pray over the issue in your nation. Pray
- 1:04:33Speaker 1: for Nigeria. Go ahead and pray cause the spirit of
- 1:04:40Speaker 1: untimely death.
- 1:04:42Speaker 2: That asked me one more minute.
- 1:04:46Speaker 1: You're praying, shas take up. Can I give you one
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: more prayer request. I'd like you to list all these
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: five here. Let me list them for you.
- 1:05:02Speaker 2: The grace to be spiritually.
- 1:05:03Speaker 1: Minded, the grace to walk by faith, the grace to
- 1:05:07Speaker 1: engage praise as a lifestyle, the grace to plunge yourself
- 1:05:12Speaker 1: into service in the house of God especially, and finally
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: one go ahead and pray. Go ahead and pray. Now
- 1:05:20Speaker 1: that you know these things, happy are you if you
- 1:05:23Speaker 1: do them? You're talking to the Lord. You're talking to
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: the Lord. You're maker, You're talking to the Lord.
- 1:05:59Speaker 2: Alleluis. Yeah, prays the name of the Lord. Please.
- 1:06:03Speaker 1: I want you to spend me the next five minutes.
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: I just want to do something prophetic. This is my
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: final session number one. I want to speak over you.
- 1:06:13Speaker 1: But there are people here who have been under the.
- 1:06:16Speaker 2: Yoke and the captivity of bondage.
- 1:06:19Speaker 1: My Bible says upond Mount Zion, there shall be deliverance
- 1:06:25Speaker 1: and then holiness and the sons of Jacob two, minister
- 1:06:29Speaker 1: to those who are sick.
- 1:06:30Speaker 2: You don't have to come out or pray for you.
- 1:06:32Speaker 2: Then I'll speak over our lives. And I'm done.
- 1:06:38Speaker 1: God a Chance has won my patter from me. God
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: of Miracles has won my.
- 1:06:47Speaker 2: Pattle for me.
- 1:06:49Speaker 4: I'm away a man away a man. There's one my
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: battle for me. I'm away a man away a man.
- 1:06:57Speaker 4: There's one my battle for me.
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: God fain chances has one mind for me. God Miracle
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: has one my man for me. I'm away of man
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: away a man is one for me. I'm away the
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: man away.
- 1:07:19Speaker 2: The man is one man.
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: Listen, there are many, many people who have not enjoyed
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: the liberty that is in Christ because of all kinds
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: of demonic oppressions. I want to pray for you now,
- 1:07:34Speaker 1: and as I speak over your life. I wanted to
- 1:07:36Speaker 1: believe that those age long chains, that they must be
- 1:07:39Speaker 1: broken forever. I wanted to believe this Father in the
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: name of Jesus, I stand upon the grace that is
- 1:07:47Speaker 1: in this house, and I decreate, declare for everyone who
- 1:07:51Speaker 1: has been a victim of witchcraft, a victim of satanic manipulation,
- 1:07:57Speaker 1: manipulations of ancestry, and.
- 1:08:00Speaker 2: Every kind of Satanic manipulation.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: My Bible says, we are being called out of every tribe,
- 1:08:06Speaker 1: and every tongue and every nation.
- 1:08:08Speaker 2: My Bible says, blotting out every handwriting and.
- 1:08:11Speaker 1: The ordinances that spoke against us, that.
- 1:08:14Speaker 2: He nailed it to his cross. Therefore, I decree and declare,
- 1:08:18Speaker 2: be set free this moment in the name of Jesus.
