Mega Edition: Prince Andrew And His Ever Shrinking Circle Of Friends (9/25/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

0:00
Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
0:05
Speaker 1: So Prince Andrew is still blaming everybody else for his
0:08
Speaker 1: own problems. And now his friends are insisting that Prince
0:12
Speaker 1: Andrew still has hope to come back and make a
0:16
Speaker 1: comeback in the public life. After Virginia Roberts said that
0:19
Speaker 1: she was mistaken about Alan Dershowitz. as if that situation
0:24
Speaker 1: bleeds into his. Buddy, you already settled. You had your
0:27
Speaker 1: chance to go to court and fight these allegations. You
0:31
Speaker 1: didn't do it. Alan Dershowitz, on the other hand, did.
0:35
Speaker 1: So if you truly believe that you were innocent and
0:38
Speaker 1: that all of this was BS, then why didn't you
0:40
Speaker 1: go to trial and defend yourself the way you said
0:43
Speaker 1: you were going to do? Well, my guess is because
0:47
Speaker 1: old boy's goose was cooked. We got the pictures. We
0:50
Speaker 1: got the corroborating evidence. What more does this guy want? Now,
0:55
Speaker 1: of course, he's going to blame every single person on
0:57
Speaker 1: the planet but himself. And that's how these people are.
1:00
Speaker 1: It's never their fault. It's always someone else's fault. We
1:03
Speaker 1: can never take responsibility for our actions. And you see
1:09
Speaker 1: it with the way they live their lives. Never any
1:12
Speaker 1: remorse when these people mess up or when they hurt
1:14
Speaker 1: other people. It's always just on to the next one, right? Oh,
1:17
Speaker 1: I'll let my lawyers take care of that. oh, those allegations,
1:21
Speaker 1: don't worry, I signed an NDA, as if that protects you.
1:26
Speaker 1: But Prince Andrew has friends who continually blow up his tires,
1:30
Speaker 1: pump air in them, and have this guy thinking that
1:33
Speaker 1: there's a pathway back. That ship is sailed. Nobody wants
1:38
Speaker 1: this guy back. And if he truly wanted to defend
1:40
Speaker 1: himself and defend his name, he had ample opportunity at
1:44
Speaker 1: the hearing. But instead, he chose to settle. So I
1:48
Speaker 1: don't want to hear any nonsense about, oh, well, Prince Andrew,
1:51
Speaker 1: he thinks there's a comeback now because of what happened
1:53
Speaker 1: with somebody else.
1:55
Speaker 2: Guess what?
1:55
Speaker 1: Apples and oranges. Your situations aren't the same. So the
2:00
Speaker 1: whole commentary about Prince Andrew having a way back is
2:05
Speaker 1: just absolute BS, and I just don't see it happening.
2:09
Speaker 1: Unless there is some drastic new producing of evidence that
2:14
Speaker 1: gets this dude off and proves that he is telling
2:17
Speaker 1: the truth, then I just don't see it happening. Because
2:20
Speaker 1: one would have to think if he had these receipts,
2:22
Speaker 1: he had this evidence, he would have brought it forward
2:24
Speaker 1: already and brought it into the general conversation. He has
2:28
Speaker 1: not done that. His lawyers haven't done that. None of
2:31
Speaker 1: his friends have done that. Today's article is from the
2:35
Speaker 1: Daily Mail. Headline. Prince Andrew's friends insist there is still
2:39
Speaker 1: hope for his reputation after Virginia Roberts' mistake in U.S. case.
2:44
Speaker 1: As it emerges, pals gave Duke false hope. His scandals
2:47
Speaker 1: would all blow over before a bombshell meeting with Charles
2:51
Speaker 1: left him in tears. Those aren't your friends. People who
2:54
Speaker 1: do that, you know what your friend does? Your friend
2:56
Speaker 1: tells you the truth. Even if it's painful, even if
2:59
Speaker 1: it's going to cause some friction, your friend says to you, hey, look,
3:03
Speaker 1: this is the truth. This is how I see it.
3:06
Speaker 1: They don't say to you, oh, yeah, you're going to
3:08
Speaker 1: get your way back.
3:08
Speaker 2: Don't worry.
3:09
Speaker 1: This is all going to blow over. It's not going
3:12
Speaker 1: to blow over. There's no way at this point that
3:16
Speaker 1: this blows over. Way too many people have questions and
3:20
Speaker 1: way too many people that are well-connected have been placed
3:25
Speaker 1: here at, let's just call it what it is, the
3:27
Speaker 1: scene of the crime. So until real answers come in,
3:32
Speaker 1: people are going to have these questions. And for me,
3:35
Speaker 1: the whole reason I even got involved in this case
3:37
Speaker 1: in the first place was because of the corruption that
3:40
Speaker 1: was brimming from every single aspect of it. And that
3:45
Speaker 1: still remains my focus. This article was authored by Brittany Chain.
3:52
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's misguided belief he would one day return to
3:55
Speaker 1: public life was instilled in him by close advisors who
3:59
Speaker 1: assured him the fallout of his sex abuse lawsuit would
4:02
Speaker 1: would all blow over in due time. I mean, talk
4:05
Speaker 1: about bad advice. What sort of people are giving you
4:08
Speaker 1: that kind of advice? He was brought back down to
4:12
Speaker 1: earth during a one-on-one meeting with his brother, the Prince
4:14
Speaker 1: of Wales, in the days before the Queen's death on
4:17
Speaker 1: September 8th.
4:19
Speaker 2: The Duke of York was left bereft and tearful.
4:21
Speaker 1: When Charles told him, in no uncertain terms, that his
4:24
Speaker 1: days as a working royal were over. Now, even if
4:29
Speaker 1: you take the Virginia allegations out of there, okay? Say
4:32
Speaker 1: they never existed, or say Prince Andrew produced evidence proving
4:37
Speaker 1: what he said about being in the pizza joint and
4:39
Speaker 1: woking and all of that stuff, and it proved true.
4:43
Speaker 1: Say that was the case. How does he explain hanging
4:46
Speaker 1: out with a sex offender, partying with them, hanging out
4:49
Speaker 1: at his house, even if you didn't partake in the abuse?
4:53
Speaker 1: You were an enabler. You were a vehicle being used
4:56
Speaker 1: And willingly, by the way, for this guy to continue
4:59
Speaker 1: to rise up in society so he can continue with
5:01
Speaker 1: the abuse. Remember, there are scores of unnamed girls out
5:08
Speaker 1: there who were abused and still haven't come forward. At
5:13
Speaker 1: the time, a source told Daily Mail on Sunday, Andrew
5:16
Speaker 1: was totally blindsided and utterly bereft. He always believed that
5:20
Speaker 1: there was a way back. Now, a new report by
5:23
Speaker 1: The Times alleges Andrew's closest closest advisers and confidants had
5:28
Speaker 1: instilled that belief in him. A source said advisers vowed
5:32
Speaker 1: to get him back to work and repeatedly provided optimistic
5:36
Speaker 1: briefings about his sex abuse lawsuit and links to convicted
5:39
Speaker 1: pedophile Jeffrey Epstein. Look, every single person who gave him
5:44
Speaker 1: that advice, he should fire. You don't need yes men
5:47
Speaker 1: around you when the shit's going down. What you need
5:52
Speaker 1: is people who are going to tell you the truth
5:55
Speaker 1: and who are going to give you good guidance. Andrew
6:00
Speaker 1: has denied being close to Epstein, who killed himself in jail, allegedly,
6:04
Speaker 1: in August of 2019, while awaiting trial on child sex
6:08
Speaker 1: trafficking charges. And here's another reason why I can't believe Andrew.
6:12
Speaker 1: Because he can't even be honest about his relationship with
6:14
Speaker 1: Epstein in the first place. Oh, we weren't close. I
6:17
Speaker 1: hardly knew him. I flew across the pond so we
6:20
Speaker 1: could break up, but I slept on his couch. So
6:23
Speaker 1: how can anyone believe what this guy has to say?
6:26
Speaker 1: You want to talk about credibility issues? Epstein's former girlfriend, co-conspirator,
6:32
Speaker 1: general all-around, scuzzbag, fellow child abuser, and bipedal serpent, Ghislaine Maxwell,
6:38
Speaker 1: is currently serving 20 years in a Florida jail after
6:41
Speaker 1: being found guilty last December on child sex trafficking and
6:45
Speaker 1: other charges. And it appears some within his circle still
6:49
Speaker 1: believe a reputation rehab is possible, particularly after his accuser,
6:55
Speaker 1: Virginia Roberts, extraordinarily backed down on her sexual abuse claim
6:59
Speaker 1: against lawyer Alan Dershowitz. Look, there's no doubt that it
7:04
Speaker 1: opens the door for some of these people. And if
7:08
Speaker 1: you're somebody like Prince Andrew, you have to be saying
7:10
Speaker 1: to yourself, damn, why didn't I just wait this out?
7:14
Speaker 1: Because you would have at least had some tenable ground
7:16
Speaker 1: here or a way to punch holes in some credibility.
7:20
Speaker 1: But now there's no chance for this guy. What? We're
7:22
Speaker 1: going to go back and we're going to revisit it.
7:24
Speaker 1: You settled, bro. Why did you settle if there was
7:27
Speaker 1: nothing there? I always ask that question. If there's nothing there,
7:30
Speaker 1: why are you settling? Why aren't you trying to defend
7:33
Speaker 1: your name and defend your honor? Paul Tweed, a media
7:38
Speaker 1: and libel lawyer who has known the Duke for many years,
7:41
Speaker 1: told the Telegraph, I wouldn't slam all doors just yet.
7:44
Speaker 2: Oh, OK, sure, Paul.
7:46
Speaker 1: How much are you getting paid by the prince? And
7:48
Speaker 1: whatever amount he's giving you, you should probably give back
7:51
Speaker 1: because your advice isn't great. The battle has moved from
7:56
Speaker 1: the court of law to the court of public opinion,
7:59
Speaker 1: but I don't think anything is insurmountable. OK, well, let's
8:03
Speaker 1: see some evidence.
8:04
Speaker 2: See, here's the thing.
8:06
Speaker 1: I'm willing to believe wherever the evidence goes. If you
8:09
Speaker 1: have evidence proving that Prince Andrew is innocent here, let's
8:12
Speaker 1: see it. I will gladly present it to the audience.
8:16
Speaker 1: But so far, we haven't seen any of that, have we? Ms.
8:21
Speaker 1: Roberts' admission that she may have made a mistake about Mr.
8:24
Speaker 1: Dershowitz prompted some to question whether there was any possibility
8:28
Speaker 1: she could have mistaken in her accusation against Andrew to,
8:32
Speaker 1: come on now, stop it. The Duke initially planned to
8:36
Speaker 1: contest the allegations in court, but later decided to settle
8:39
Speaker 1: the civil case in February for a reported 12 million
8:43
Speaker 1: pounds without accepting liability. It's understood he made his decision
8:47
Speaker 1: under the assumption it would allow him to return to
8:50
Speaker 1: royal duties. Why would you assume that? Nobody's going to
8:55
Speaker 1: let you return.
8:56
Speaker 2: The royal duties. Because, buddy, you are a royal duty.
9:01
Speaker 2: Are you tired of.
9:04
Speaker 1: His mother, the late queen, also reportedly failed to explicitly
9:08
Speaker 1: tell him there would be no way back to public life.
9:10
Speaker 1: He should have known. Once his mom was gone, do
9:12
Speaker 1: you really think your brother, dude who grew up giving
9:15
Speaker 1: you noogies and shit all day, who doesn't like you,
9:17
Speaker 1: is going to let you come back to public life?
9:23
Speaker 1: Andrew was extremely close to the queen and tried to
9:25
Speaker 1: raise the issue of his return to public life many
9:28
Speaker 1: times with her, a source said. On some occasions, she
9:32
Speaker 1: would say mildly conciliatory things, but most of the time,
9:35
Speaker 1: she would change the subject immediately to avoid talking about it.
9:39
Speaker 1: As a result, he was slow to see what the
9:42
Speaker 1: remainder of his family and the public had recognized for months.
9:47
Speaker 1: Until the face-to-face meeting with his brother, Andrew always believed
9:50
Speaker 1: that there was a way back, that somehow he could
9:53
Speaker 1: be rehabilitated and play a role in the firm going forward.
9:58
Speaker 1: The source said he came out of the meeting Well,
9:50
Speaker 1: guess what?
9:50
Speaker 2: Such is life. Stop making bad decisions.
10:11
Speaker 1: I can't feel empathy for people who have had the
10:13
Speaker 1: whole world given to them and they've squandered it. I
10:15
Speaker 1: just can't find it in me to have empathy for
10:18
Speaker 1: these people when there are so many people around the
10:20
Speaker 1: world that deserve my empathy. In the meeting, Charles, who
10:25
Speaker 1: was not yet king, said, Go off and have a
10:28
Speaker 1: good life, a nice life. But public life as a
10:31
Speaker 1: royal is at an end. You have to accept this. Andrew, 62,
10:34
Speaker 1: was stripped of his military affiliations and royal patronages in
10:39
Speaker 1: January after he lost his bid to quash the civil
10:42
Speaker 1: lawsuit in America brought by Epstein's survivor, Virginia Roberts, who
10:47
Speaker 1: claimed she had been forced to have sex with the Duke.
10:51
Speaker 1: The Duke denied her claims, but at the time, Buckingham
10:54
Speaker 1: Palace had said that the decision to strip Andrew of
10:56
Speaker 1: his titles was made by the late Queen. He was
11:00
Speaker 1: barred from wearing his military uniform during the Queen's funeral.
11:03
Speaker 1: but was allowed to wear it at the private vigil
11:06
Speaker 1: after Charles took pity on him and relented. Since the funeral,
11:10
Speaker 1: the man who was once dubbed Air Miles Andy because
11:13
Speaker 1: of his frequent trips abroad has been confined to his
11:16
Speaker 1: home Royal Lodge in Windsor Great Park.
11:19
Speaker 2: Oh, the poor guy. The poor guy.
11:22
Speaker 1: I mean, how rough must it be to be hanging
11:26
Speaker 1: out at your mansion all day, riding your horse, playing
11:29
Speaker 1: with your corgis and watching pay-per-view? He occasionally has been
11:36
Speaker 1: seen spotted in Windsor Great Park, but has become a
11:40
Speaker 1: virtual recluse, according to a source who adds, he has
11:43
Speaker 1: no idea what the future holds and he has no
11:45
Speaker 1: real plans. He is struggling to accept that this is
11:49
Speaker 1: the end of the road for him as a royal.
11:51
Speaker 1: It is all he has ever known.
11:53
Speaker 2: Well, guess what?
11:54
Speaker 1: Sometimes life comes at you fast and you have to adjust.
11:57
Speaker 1: Welcome to the real world, Joe Exotic of the Windsor family. Well, folks, look,
12:04
Speaker 1: I don't see any pathway back for Prince Andrew at
12:06
Speaker 1: this point, no matter what happens. So he can continue
12:10
Speaker 1: to try. His friends can continue to throw out feelers.
12:13
Speaker 1: But I highly doubt the sentiment is going to change
12:17
Speaker 1: anytime soon. Now, if they have some evidence that they have,
12:21
Speaker 1: you know, that points towards him being innocent. Love to
12:23
Speaker 1: see that, too. Been calling for it for years. Haven't
12:26
Speaker 1: seen it yet. So there you have it, folks. That's
12:29
Speaker 1: going to do it for this one. And we will
12:31
Speaker 1: be back later on with some more. Until then, if
12:35
Speaker 1: you'd like to contact me, you can do that at
12:37
Speaker 1: bobbycapucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. You can also
12:46
Speaker 1: find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I. The link
12:52
Speaker 1: that I discussed can be found in the description box.
12:57
Speaker 1: We have another article from The Sun. And it's talking
13:00
Speaker 1: about Prince Andrew some more, right? We're staying on this
13:03
Speaker 1: topic because, as I've said before, it's a very, very
13:05
Speaker 1: important topic in this story because this is the thread
13:08
Speaker 1: that I think is going to be pulled, and it's
13:10
Speaker 1: going to bring the whole entire house of cards down,
13:12
Speaker 1: I think. So we got this article from The Sun,
13:16
Speaker 1: and yeah, the headline is pretty interesting.
13:21
Speaker 2: Pedophile enabler.
13:22
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew could be forced to give evidence in British
13:25
Speaker 1: court as he's accused of enabling pedophile pal. So that's
13:29
Speaker 1: the headline of the story. I wonder what the content
13:31
Speaker 1: has to say. Shall we take a look? Before we
13:34
Speaker 1: jump into that, though, if you want to get in
13:36
Speaker 1: contact with me, you can do that at B-O-B-B-Y C-A-P-U-C-C-I
13:41
Speaker 1: at ProtonMail.com That's BobbyCapucci at ProtonMail.com Alright, let's check this
13:47
Speaker 1: article out. A U.S. lawyer for five of the Shamed
13:51
Speaker 1: Tycoon's victims is preparing evidence for a legal move which
13:54
Speaker 1: would require he appears in a British court to tell
13:57
Speaker 1: what he knows. Well, wouldn't that be nice? Any court
14:00
Speaker 1: at this point for this guy to get on record.
14:02
Speaker 1: Not just a news interview, not just canned statements from
14:06
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace, but actually on record with authorities. Lisa Bloom
14:13
Speaker 1: said the prince had been an enabler of Epstein's crimes
14:16
Speaker 1: and should now cooperate in full with the authorities. And
14:20
Speaker 1: she told the Sunday Times if he won't testify voluntarily,
14:23
Speaker 1: she is ready to get a court order requiring him
14:26
Speaker 1: to give evidence. Okay, well, that's promising. I hope you
14:30
Speaker 1: don't have to subpoena him. We certainly could if we
14:33
Speaker 1: determine that he has relevant information to our case, as
14:35
Speaker 1: she said. I would fly to the UK, take his deposition.
14:39
Speaker 1: This happens all the time. It's only unusual because it's
14:41
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew. That is true, I have to admit. That's
14:45
Speaker 1: the way it works. You know, when people have information
14:48
Speaker 1: in a case and they're in a different country, well,
14:51
Speaker 1: the lawyer flies over, they give a deposition... Or if
14:54
Speaker 1: they're in trouble with the law, sometimes it's the authorities
14:56
Speaker 1: that fly over to get the information. So this is,
15:00
Speaker 1: like she said, it's not like it's some kind of
15:02
Speaker 1: uncommon practice. It happens all the time. Legal experts said
15:08
Speaker 1: if a court order requiring him to give evidence were
15:11
Speaker 1: granted in the U.S., Andrew would be compelled to give
15:14
Speaker 1: a statement to a British High Court judge under oath.
15:18
Speaker 1: So for all those people saying, I forget, he's not
15:21
Speaker 1: going to get in any trouble. This is the end
15:23
Speaker 1: of it. The disgrace is enough. Well, here you go.
15:25
Speaker 1: It's already accelerating. It's like a fire when a fire
15:28
Speaker 1: gets started, right? There's no putting it out. There's no
15:30
Speaker 1: stopping it unless you have the proper stuff to put
15:34
Speaker 1: it out. You know, you have a fire hose, et cetera,
15:36
Speaker 1: et cetera. Well, Andrew has none of that. Miss Bloom added,
15:41
Speaker 1: The way we look at this is, if Prince Andrew
15:43
Speaker 1: saw something, and surely he did, because everybody who spent
15:47
Speaker 1: time with Jeffrey Epstein says there was girls coming in
15:49
Speaker 1: and out all of the time. This could have been stopped,
15:52
Speaker 1: and instead, because there were so many enablers around Jeffrey Epstein,
15:56
Speaker 1: and apparently Prince Andrew was one of them, it just
15:59
Speaker 1: went on and on and on. Well, she's right about
16:02
Speaker 1: that as well. Because I've said that from the very beginning,
16:05
Speaker 1: the enablers are just as guilty. Everybody that was around
16:09
Speaker 1: him that took part in not saying anything and bringing
16:12
Speaker 1: this to light and blowing the doors off of it.
16:14
Speaker 1: I don't know how you sleep at night. I have
16:16
Speaker 1: no idea how these people put their heads on their
16:18
Speaker 1: pillows at night. It has already been reported that the
16:23
Speaker 1: prince is preparing to talk to the FBI about Epstein
16:26
Speaker 1: as the palace fears a U.S. court summons is imminent.
16:29
Speaker 1: We talked about that already as well. And from what
16:32
Speaker 1: I've heard, you know, a couple of whispers from some sources,
16:38
Speaker 1: it's definitely looking like that's going to be the case.
16:40
Speaker 1: He's definitely going to get served with the subpoena. How
16:43
Speaker 1: it all goes down, I don't have any details on that.
16:45
Speaker 1: But if he doesn't talk voluntarily, expect the Prince of
16:48
Speaker 1: England to be subpoenaed. The Duke of York made the
16:53
Speaker 1: unprecedented move of stepping back from public life after a
16:56
Speaker 1: BBC interview about his relationship with the disgraced U.S. financier
17:00
Speaker 1: spectacularly backfired. Disgraced U.S. financier, I guess that's code word
17:05
Speaker 1: for pedophile. Andrew was also hoping to draw a line
17:09
Speaker 1: under allegations made by Virginia Roberts, one of Epstein's sex
17:13
Speaker 1: slaves who claimed she had sex with Andrew three times.
17:16
Speaker 1: The Duke has categorically denied the allegations and claimed during
17:19
Speaker 1: the interview he was in Pizza Express in Woking during
17:22
Speaker 1: one of the alleged encounters. But just four days after
17:25
Speaker 1: the car crash interview, the Queen summoned her favorite son
17:28
Speaker 1: to Buckingham Palace to strip him of all royal duties.
17:31
Speaker 1: But mummy, but mummy, I still need to go to
17:35
Speaker 1: the bar, mummy. He also pledged to cooperate with authorities
17:41
Speaker 1: investigating Epstein, opening him up to serious criminal risk. The
17:46
Speaker 1: Duke is believed to be preparing to give formal evidence
17:49
Speaker 1: to a U.S. criminal probe after saying in a statement
17:52
Speaker 1: he would help any appropriate law enforcement agency with their investigations. Boy,
17:58
Speaker 1: he really opened himself up with that one, huh? On
18:01
Speaker 1: record saying he's willing to help, willing to give information,
18:04
Speaker 1: and now if he doesn't, he looks even worse than
18:06
Speaker 1: he looked beforehand. Because he said, yeah, I'll talk. I
18:09
Speaker 1: have nothing to hide, blah, blah, blah. Well, let's see it.
18:12
Speaker 1: Let's hear the talking. Let's get it started. Words are wind, right?
18:15
Speaker 1: Let's see some action. And Buckingham Palace is understood to
18:20
Speaker 1: be ready for U.S. authorities to issue the Duke with
18:22
Speaker 1: a subpoena, which would require he gives testimony over his
18:25
Speaker 1: friendship with Epstein under oath. Wow. So they have, the
18:31
Speaker 1: Buckingham Palace is prepared for this to occur today. They
18:34
Speaker 1: think it's going to happen. It's not like, you know,
18:40
Speaker 1: they wouldn't have a good feel for what's coming, right?
18:45
Speaker 1: Sourcely suggested summons is eminent, the Telegraph reports. Meanwhile, Epstein
18:50
Speaker 1: victim Maria Farmer has claimed that the pedophile socialite pal
18:54
Speaker 1: Ghislaine Maxwell would recruit girls from New York Central Park
18:57
Speaker 1: for her master. Wow. Ms. Farmer, who claims Epstein and
19:02
Speaker 1: Maxwell sexually assaulted her in 1996, said, I saw Ghislaine
19:08
Speaker 1: going to get the women. She went to places like
19:10
Speaker 1: Central Park. I was with her sometimes and she would
19:13
Speaker 1: just say, stop the car. She would dash out and
19:15
Speaker 1: get a child. Maxwell denies all allegations of wrongdoing. We
19:20
Speaker 1: talked about this last night. I mean, what sort of sick, depraved,
19:24
Speaker 1: disgusting lunatic of an individual stops a car and says, quick,
19:28
Speaker 1: let me jump out. There's a child I want to grab.
19:32
Speaker 1: And furthermore, how has this never been, how has she
19:35
Speaker 1: never been caught? Why is Ghislaine Maxwell still running around
19:38
Speaker 1: town acting like a fool, just doing whatever she wants,
19:41
Speaker 1: and there's nobody there to step up and stop her?
19:43
Speaker 1: Nobody to give her a slap in the chops? This
19:47
Speaker 1: is absolutely ridiculous, folks. How is she getting away? with this?
19:50
Speaker 1: We have several people now saying that she was involved
19:52
Speaker 1: in not only raping them, but now snatching kids. What
19:56
Speaker 1: in the world is going on? And why is Ghislaine
20:01
Speaker 1: Maxwell still not under arrest? She's living her life, cruising around.
20:10
Speaker 1: I'm sure right now she's living it up. I'm sure
20:12
Speaker 1: she's eating all kinds of good food. You know, living
20:15
Speaker 1: in the lapses of luxury. While these victims are still
20:19
Speaker 1: dealing with their trauma on a day in and day
20:22
Speaker 1: out basis. All because these sick and depraved people are
20:26
Speaker 1: being protected by other sick and depraved people who are
20:28
Speaker 1: in positions of power. Isn't this fun? In another development,
20:34
Speaker 1: a letter to the Times from Buckingham Palace is cast
20:36
Speaker 1: out on when Andrew first met Epstein. The 2011 letter
20:40
Speaker 1: from the Duke of York's then-private secretary says they met
20:43
Speaker 1: in the early 90s, not 99, as he said in
20:46
Speaker 1: his Newsnight interview. Look, everything he said in that interview
20:51
Speaker 1: has been pretty much blown to pieces at this point.
20:54
Speaker 1: So he's set the precedent already. He's already set the
20:57
Speaker 1: tone of being a liar. Why should we believe anything
20:59
Speaker 1: else he has to say when none of his story
21:00
Speaker 1: lines up? Because he's a prince? Because he's a royal? Well,
21:05
Speaker 1: that doesn't work for me. Alright, that certainly doesn't work
21:08
Speaker 1: for me. I don't care if he's a royal, I
21:09
Speaker 1: don't care if he's a prince, I don't care if
21:11
Speaker 1: he's God himself. Alright, if you're accused of doing the
21:15
Speaker 1: things that you're accused of doing, I'm sorry buddy, but
21:19
Speaker 1: you need to stand tall before the man and you
21:21
Speaker 1: need to answer questions. The palace said he stands by
21:26
Speaker 1: his recollection of events. Wow. So the palace says he
21:31
Speaker 1: stands by the recollection of his event of his recalling
21:35
Speaker 1: of the events. So that sounds good. I mean, he's
21:38
Speaker 1: really just, you know, standing firm with what he said.
21:40
Speaker 1: Nothing like, you know, telling a lie and then digging
21:43
Speaker 1: in to protect it. Right. This guy is so incredibly,
21:47
Speaker 1: ridiculously guilty, in my opinion, that it's not even funny
21:50
Speaker 1: at this point. You know, I just I don't even
21:54
Speaker 1: know at this point, honestly. So we have another article
21:58
Speaker 1: from The Sun we're going to read real quick. And yeah,
22:01
Speaker 1: it just gives more background on this knucklehead. More background
22:05
Speaker 1: on the things he was up to, Prince Andrew. All right.
22:08
Speaker 1: The headline is Prince Andrew stayed at the Bahamas home
22:10
Speaker 1: of a fashion mogul who paid to settle allegations of
22:13
Speaker 1: sexual harassment has emerged. So, again, he's hanging out with
22:16
Speaker 1: other sexual predators. It's not just one mistake. All right.
22:20
Speaker 1: And that's what these that's what these articles are. That's
22:23
Speaker 1: why I'm reading these articles to show you that this
22:26
Speaker 1: man has a pattern of behavior. All right. A definite
22:29
Speaker 1: a definite pattern of behavior. And it's obvious for everybody
22:32
Speaker 1: who's paying attention. The Duke of York reportedly stayed at
22:36
Speaker 1: a Mayan-style mansion owned by Peter Nygaard, 78, known as
22:41
Speaker 1: the Hugh Hefner of Canada, after he had been accused
22:44
Speaker 1: of misconduct by three different women. Nygaard, worth a reported £ 1. 3 billion,
22:51
Speaker 1: runs a women's clothing company, Nygaard International, that was subject
22:57
Speaker 1: of the allegations in the 90s. He has always denied
23:01
Speaker 1: any wrongdoing and says his company settled to avoid the
23:04
Speaker 1: costs involved with litigation. His lawyers claim that the women
23:07
Speaker 1: had made the allegations as part of an attempt to
23:09
Speaker 1: secure better severance pay. Yeah, okay. Okay. Nygaard later said,
23:15
Speaker 1: in hindsight, we should have fought it, but that's hindsight. Yeah,
23:19
Speaker 1: you should have fought it. Right, buddy. An article published
23:22
Speaker 1: in June 2000 in the Chicago Tribune said that Prince
23:25
Speaker 1: Andrew had recently stayed at Nygaard's property with then-wife Sarah Ferguson.
23:29
Speaker 1: The mansion is located in the exclusive Lyford Cay neighborhood
23:33
Speaker 1: on the Bohemian Island of New Providence and features 12
23:36
Speaker 1: themed luxury huts, a helipad, and a casino. Now, we
23:40
Speaker 1: know that Andrew made stops in the Bahamas before scurrying
23:45
Speaker 1: off to go over to Epstein's Island. Was this one
23:48
Speaker 1: of the trips, maybe? The Duke announced this week he
23:51
Speaker 1: would be standing down from the royal duties after a
23:53
Speaker 1: widely criticized BBC interview addressing his longtime friendship with late
23:57
Speaker 1: pedophile financier Jeffrey Epstein. made sexual advances and fondled himself.
24:03
Speaker 1: The allegations against Nygaard were made in the 1990s by
24:06
Speaker 1: three former female employees. One, a 27-year-old travel coordinator, alleged
24:10
Speaker 1: she had repeatedly brushed off Mr. Nygaard's touches and sexual advances,
24:15
Speaker 1: the Winnipeg Free Press reported. A 39-year-old communications manager said
24:20
Speaker 1: that when called into Nygaard's office, she would find him
24:22
Speaker 1: in a state of undress, pants open, no shirt, or
24:25
Speaker 1: with his hands down in front of his pants fondling himself. Oh,
24:29
Speaker 1: sounds like, definitely sounds like the kind of guy Andrew
24:31
Speaker 1: would hang out with. Same kind of guy that Epstein was, right?
24:34
Speaker 1: Same sort of stuff. She also claimed he once added
24:38
Speaker 1: naked swimming to the agenda of a business meeting, and that,
24:41
Speaker 1: while in the Bahamas, frequently was grabbing himself wearing a
24:44
Speaker 1: very small bathing suit. In 1980, the Winnipeg Free Press
24:49
Speaker 1: also reported that Nygaard had been charged with the rape
24:52
Speaker 1: of an 18-year-old, though the charges were later dropped after
24:55
Speaker 1: the woman involved declined to testify at a preliminary hearing.
24:58
Speaker 1: I wonder how much he got paid for that. This
25:00
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, he really shows a lot of good judgment, huh?
25:03
Speaker 1: He really, really is the kind of guy that, you know,
25:06
Speaker 1: nobody should ever believe allegations of somebody that hangs out
25:09
Speaker 1: with people like this. Nygaard denies any wrongdoing in relation
25:14
Speaker 1: to any of the claims. Among other famous names reported
25:17
Speaker 1: to have stayed at the Bohemian complex are President George H.W. Bush,
25:21
Speaker 1: Oprah Winfrey, and Michael Jackson. Oh, wow, a bunch of
25:25
Speaker 1: great folks, huh? A war criminal... a big fat-mouthed liar,
25:30
Speaker 1: and another child sex offender. Boy, you sure keep great company.
25:35
Speaker 1: The complex is also the focus of an ongoing legal
25:38
Speaker 1: case against Nygaard, who is alleged to have illegally dredged
25:43
Speaker 1: the seafloor surrounding it and built on Crown land as
25:46
Speaker 1: part of an expansion. Earlier this week, he was sentenced
25:49
Speaker 1: in his absence to 90 days in prison and a $ 150, 000
25:52
Speaker 1: fine after breaching a court order prohibiting the disclosure of
25:56
Speaker 1: stolen emails. All right, so this guy's obviously a crook
25:59
Speaker 1: criminal son of a bitch. And again, why is Andrew
26:02
Speaker 1: hanging out with people like this? You are the Prince
26:05
Speaker 1: of England. You can't find better people to hang out with?
26:07
Speaker 1: You could come stay at my pad. I have a
26:10
Speaker 1: spare room. You can come sleep in the office there, Prince.
26:12
Speaker 2: I mean, unbelievable.
26:16
Speaker 1: Nygaard is currently in Canada and claims to be too
26:19
Speaker 1: ill to travel, but has instructed his lawyers to file
26:22
Speaker 1: an urgent appeal of the decision. Wow.
26:27
Speaker 2: So he's too ill.
26:28
Speaker 1: To travel, huh? Yeah, too mentally ill to travel, I'm guessing. Sick, sick,
26:33
Speaker 1: sick people we're dealing here with, folks. This is what
26:35
Speaker 1: we're up against. These sort of billionaires that rally around
26:38
Speaker 1: each other, they close ranks, and they protect each other.
26:41
Speaker 1: And then what they do is they cavort together and
26:43
Speaker 1: they get involved in all this sick disgustingness. You know,
26:46
Speaker 1: all this weird spirit cooking and all this other weird
26:49
Speaker 1: stuff that these people do. That if somebody would have
26:52
Speaker 1: told you about it, you would not believe it without
26:55
Speaker 1: any evidence. I certainly wouldn't have. Unless I have evidence
26:58
Speaker 1: to see this stuff that was in front of my face,
27:00
Speaker 1: I would think that we're on some kind of crazy journey,
27:02
Speaker 1: some kind of weird adventure on like coast-to-coast AM or something.
27:06
Speaker 2: But alas, this is all real life. This is all
27:08
Speaker 2: really happening.
27:10
Speaker 1: And the whole entire conspiracy theory has just blown off.
27:15
Speaker 1: This is a large criminal conspiracy that has evolved into
27:20
Speaker 1: a cover-up. That's exactly what's going on right now. And
27:23
Speaker 1: the doors are getting blown off. What's up everyone and
27:26
Speaker 1: welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. Today we're going to
27:31
Speaker 1: go all the way back to 2011 and look at
27:35
Speaker 1: some of the controversy as it started to swirl around
27:39
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew and look at how some of the people
27:42
Speaker 1: responded to it. And when I say people, I mean
27:45
Speaker 1: people like David Cameron who were in positions of great
27:49
Speaker 1: power at the time, Prime Minister of the country, refusing
27:53
Speaker 1: to listen to what anybody had to say about the guy,
27:57
Speaker 1: and in fact, doing the most to try and keep
28:00
Speaker 1: him in his position as a trade envoy. Because guess what?
28:05
Speaker 1: As all of this was beginning to break, back in 2011,
28:10
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew sent a message to his friend, Goga Ashkenazi,
28:16
Speaker 1: talking about how worried he was about all of this
28:19
Speaker 1: controversy surrounding Jeffrey Epstein, and his relationship to him. So
28:24
Speaker 1: if you want to have a full picture of what
28:26
Speaker 1: went down here over the years, you have to go
28:29
Speaker 1: back to the very beginning, right?
28:31
Speaker 2: So let's go.
28:32
Speaker 1: Back to 2011 and let's see what Prince Andrew was
28:38
Speaker 1: saying and what the general feeling was around him in 2011.
28:45
Speaker 1: This article is from the Daily Mail.
28:47
Speaker 2: Headline.
28:48
Speaker 1: Pressure piles on Prince Andrew as Friend reveals he was very,
28:52
Speaker 1: very worried he would lose envoy role and disturbing phone
28:55
Speaker 1: logs emerge from Friend's sex den. Boy, that's nice, huh?
29:00
Speaker 1: Imagine being the Prince of England and this is the
29:03
Speaker 1: sort of shit you're getting up to. This article was
29:08
Speaker 1: authored by Daily Mail Reporter, whoever that is. I'm guessing staff.
29:13
Speaker 1: And remember, this article was first published in 2000. 2011
29:18
Speaker 1: March 8th 2011 Prince Andrew feared he would lose his
29:23
Speaker 1: post as Britain's trade envoy following the controversy over his
29:28
Speaker 1: ties to a convicted pedophile a friend has claimed and
29:32
Speaker 1: now remember keep in mind that this is in 2011
29:35
Speaker 1: so not too much is known about the length and
29:39
Speaker 1: the depth of their relationship, at least not known publicly
29:42
Speaker 1: at this point. Goga Ashkenazi revealed the Duke of York
29:47
Speaker 1: left her a Blackberry message saying that he was.
29:50
Speaker 2: Very, very worried about whether.
29:52
Speaker 1: He could remain in his role. Well, he didn't have
29:54
Speaker 1: to worry, did he? When we look back now with hindsight,
29:57
Speaker 1: we know that he was being protected not only by
30:00
Speaker 1: the palace, but by various law enforcement agencies in America
30:05
Speaker 1: and in England. And over in England, it's not even disputable.
30:08
Speaker 1: We know that Scotland Yard was not receptive to helping out,
30:12
Speaker 1: according to Jeffrey Berman, who was in charge of the investigation.
30:16
Speaker 1: So I don't know what he would have to gain
30:17
Speaker 1: by lying about what went down here. And if Scotland
30:22
Speaker 1: Yard really wanted to help out, if the authorities in
30:25
Speaker 1: London really wanted to help out, they would have. The
30:31
Speaker 1: revelation will be an embarrassment to the prince after he
30:34
Speaker 1: earlier snubbed a reporter's questions on the affair.
30:37
Speaker 2: Of course he did.
30:38
Speaker 1: Remember, keep in mind that Prince Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein
30:41
Speaker 1: and all of the rest of these people, they were
30:43
Speaker 1: under the illusion that all of this was going to
30:46
Speaker 1: go away if they just waited it out long enough.
30:50
Speaker 1: The news cycle would bury it. People would forget. And
30:53
Speaker 1: we just keep it moving. And for a long time,
30:55
Speaker 1: they were right.
30:57
Speaker 2: But guess what?
30:58
Speaker 1: They never expected that the survivors themselves would take their
31:03
Speaker 1: story to the people, to you. And that's what the
31:05
Speaker 1: survivors did. They used social media. They harnessed the power
31:09
Speaker 1: of social media. And they took this whole entire story
31:14
Speaker 1: to the public square.
31:16
Speaker 2: And you know why?
31:17
Speaker 1: That's because the people who were supposed to protect them
31:20
Speaker 1: refused to do it. So what else do you do?
31:23
Speaker 1: You expose the bullshit and you hope that the fallout
31:26
Speaker 1: fixes things. The message has raised fresh doubts about the
31:32
Speaker 1: Royals' precarious position following a barrage of media coverage over
31:36
Speaker 1: his links with American billionaire Jeffrey Epstein, pedophile, who was
31:40
Speaker 1: sentenced to 18 months in prison in 2008 for soliciting
31:45
Speaker 1: a minor for prostitution. You know, they make it sound
31:47
Speaker 1: like he was out, you know, driving around the Blade,
31:50
Speaker 1: whatever the track is down in Tampa Bay or whatever,
31:54
Speaker 1: Palm Beach, and he picked up some girl and had
31:57
Speaker 1: no idea her age. That's what they make it sound like.
32:00
Speaker 1: And even that is deplorable. But that's not what this is.
32:04
Speaker 1: This MF-er knew the deal. He knew that these were
32:06
Speaker 1: young girls, and in fact, sent his lieutenants out to
32:09
Speaker 1: find them young girls. So Prince Andrew and the rest
32:13
Speaker 1: of these clowns who were out here hanging out with him,
32:17
Speaker 1: and especially the law enforcement officials that let him get off,
32:21
Speaker 1: they're all enablers at the very least. A picture emerged
32:27
Speaker 1: of the Duke with his arm around Virginia Roberts while
32:29
Speaker 1: she was employed by Epstein. The government rallied around Prince
32:34
Speaker 1: Andrew yesterday with David Cameron's official spokesman, saying the Prime
32:38
Speaker 1: Minister was fully supportive of him staying on. Oh, what
32:41
Speaker 1: do you know, Dave Cameron, huh? Another fantastic human being.
32:46
Speaker 1: I mean, is it really out of the realm of
32:48
Speaker 1: possibility for the United States or the UK to have
32:51
Speaker 1: just a decent person running the country for once? Why
32:55
Speaker 1: is it that we're saddled with such douchebags at every turn?
33:01
Speaker 1: And just go and look at all the people running
33:03
Speaker 1: for office this election cycle here in America.
33:05
Speaker 2: CIA agent, lawyer, doctor. No regular people.
33:11
Speaker 1: Right? Where are the regular folks from the neighborhood that
33:14
Speaker 1: are supposed to represent districts? That shit's all gone by
33:17
Speaker 1: the wayside. And it's because of people like David Cameron.
33:20
Speaker 1: A bunch of do-nothing sons of bitches who get elected
33:23
Speaker 1: for one reason and one reason only. Their own personal wealth.
33:30
Speaker 1: and to consolidate more power. That's all it comes down to,
33:34
Speaker 1: because really, who is looking out for you? When you
33:38
Speaker 1: look at it, right, and you take a look at
33:40
Speaker 1: the whole entire chessboard laid out before you, who is
33:44
Speaker 1: really advocating for you to have a better life?
33:48
Speaker 2: Prince Andrew? David Cameron?
33:55
Speaker 1: The comments were in contrast to earlier media reports, which
33:58
Speaker 1: quoted an unnamed Whitehall source as saying, there would not
34:01
Speaker 1: be many tears shed if Andrew quit. And I'm guessing
34:04
Speaker 1: a lot of this was pressure from the Buckingham Palace
34:08
Speaker 1: as well. I almost said the White House. Koga Ashkenazi,
34:13
Speaker 1: a Kazakhstan socialite, today revealed that the prince expected to go.
34:18
Speaker 1: She told the Evening Standard, I told Andrew not to worry,
34:21
Speaker 1: that he'd done nothing wrong, and that it was being
34:24
Speaker 1: blown out of proportion.
34:26
Speaker 2: Oh, well, is that right? Since Goga Ashkenazi had that
34:29
Speaker 2: to say.
34:31
Speaker 1: Look, at this point, if you call yourself a socialite,
34:35
Speaker 1: or you're somebody who runs around with these kinds of folk,
34:39
Speaker 1: I have questions. Now, maybe again, that's just me being cynical, but.
34:45
Speaker 2: The proof is in the pudding, if you will.
34:47
Speaker 1: Every time we turn around, there's another one of these
34:49
Speaker 1: so-called elites doing something dastardly, doing something disgusting, and then
34:54
Speaker 1: getting away with it. Imagine someone saying to Prince Andrew, Nah, bro, don't.
34:59
Speaker 2: Worry, you're good. You're gully here. No big deal that
35:01
Speaker 2: you had your arm around the trafficking victim. I mean,
35:04
Speaker 2: for real.
35:07
Speaker 1: Of course he knows it was unwise to fraternize with
35:10
Speaker 1: this Epstein character, and it was silly to be photographed
35:13
Speaker 1: with his arm around Epstein's masseuse. Imagine calling her Epstein's masseuse.
35:17
Speaker 1: And remember now, this is 2011, so this is the
35:21
Speaker 1: perspective and the picture that the media was drawing for people.
35:26
Speaker 1: I want you to keep that in mind as we
35:27
Speaker 1: move forward. But I know Andrew as a lovely, lovely man. Kind-hearted,
35:34
Speaker 1: impeccably behaved, and honorable. And I'm quite sure that at
35:38
Speaker 1: the time, he had no idea that she was underage
35:41
Speaker 1: or anything more than a masseuse to Epstein. I am
35:44
Speaker 1: sure that he had no idea because Prince Andrew would
35:46
Speaker 1: never do anything untowards, right? He would never step out
35:50
Speaker 1: of bounds. He is the salt of the earth, a
35:53
Speaker 1: pillar of our community, says the daughter of another scumbag, scammer,
36:00
Speaker 1: piece of garbage. Today, Prince Andrew was embroiled in further
36:06
Speaker 1: controversy as it was revealed Kazakhstan had asked for his
36:09
Speaker 1: help in recruiting investors to the country. Kairat Kelimbedov, head
36:15
Speaker 1: of the country's multi-billion dollar sovereign wealth fund, said he
36:18
Speaker 1: hoped the Duke would organize meetings to explain to British
36:22
Speaker 1: financial circles about what's really happening, according to the Times. Yeah,
36:26
Speaker 1: because Kazakhstan was just, you know, a fantastic place to
36:29
Speaker 1: go and invest your money. It wasn't run by dictators
36:32
Speaker 1: or strongmen or anything like that. Buckingham Palace told the
36:37
Speaker 1: paper the two had met at the request of the
36:39
Speaker 1: government in what was absolutely core business for the special representative,
36:45
Speaker 1: finding opportunities for the British companies the world over, and
36:49
Speaker 1: doing so, it is incorrect to suggest, he is working
36:52
Speaker 1: for Kazakhstan. He is working entirely for the UK. Buckingham
36:57
Speaker 1: Palace has done nothing but protect Prince Andrew this whole
37:00
Speaker 1: entire time, so that makes them complicit in my opinion.
37:04
Speaker 1: I know a lot of people don't like hearing that,
37:06
Speaker 1: but I'm sorry. I don't really care about the royal family.
37:10
Speaker 1: I don't care about their feelings. And I don't care
37:12
Speaker 1: if they continue going on as a royal family. What
37:16
Speaker 1: I care about is that they were here to massage
37:19
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew's bullshit for decades. The investor plea came after
37:25
Speaker 1: the former Soviet Republic's president's son-in-law had bought the prince's former...
37:30
Speaker 1: a marital home for $ 3 million above asking price, 3
37:33
Speaker 1: million pounds, I should say. So that was the whole
37:36
Speaker 1: deal with Tamar Kulabayev, who was the oligarch from Kazakhstan
37:41
Speaker 1: who bought the property from Andrew, bought it for more
37:44
Speaker 1: than it was worth. And you know, no big deal
37:46
Speaker 1: because people just give.
37:47
Speaker 2: You $ 3.
37:48
Speaker 1: Million more than the asking price and there's nothing expected
37:51
Speaker 1: on the back end of that. Oligarch Tamar Kulabayev paid
37:57
Speaker 1: 15 million pounds for Sunning Hill Park, but it has
38:00
Speaker 1: remained empty and has been allowed to fall into disrepair.
38:04
Speaker 1: The father of Ms. Ashkenazi's son, they met through business
38:09
Speaker 1: in 2005, and according to gossip, soon fell in love.
38:12
Speaker 1: But not only was he married, he was the son-in-law
38:15
Speaker 1: of the Kazakh president and was reportedly told to end
38:18
Speaker 1: the affair or risk losing his wealth. When asked about
38:22
Speaker 1: the Daily Mail last year, Mr. Ashkenazi said simply, If
38:27
Speaker 1: I speak about him, there are very serious implications in
38:29
Speaker 1: Kazakhstan for him. All I can say is he is
38:32
Speaker 1: a fantastic man. He's one of the most talented businessmen
38:35
Speaker 1: I've ever met. People don't realize how worldly he is,
38:39
Speaker 1: even though he lives in Kazakhstan. I'm proud to be,
38:42
Speaker 1: at this point, his friend. Oh, is that right? Proud
38:46
Speaker 1: to be his friend, huh? Last year he told Hello
38:48
Speaker 1: Magazine of the Sunning Hill sale. It was like any
38:51
Speaker 1: property deal between friends. Yo, Prince Andrew sure has a
38:54
Speaker 1: lot of goofy friends. I don't know about you folks,
38:57
Speaker 1: but I don't know anybody like this. A Buckingham Palace
39:02
Speaker 1: spokesman later denied the Duke had contacted Mr. Ashkenazi about
39:06
Speaker 1: his future. He said, we can confirm the Duke of
39:09
Speaker 1: York did not at any time discuss his future as
39:12
Speaker 1: a special representative with Goga Ashkenazi. He remains, as ever,
39:17
Speaker 1: fully committed.
39:18
Speaker 2: To his role.
39:19
Speaker 1: Oh yeah, to the role of grifting, to the role
39:22
Speaker 1: of manipulating people from a position of power.
39:25
Speaker 2: That's what you mean, right? News of the prince's despair came.
39:31
Speaker 1: After it was revealed that Jeffrey Epstein paid off the
39:33
Speaker 1: Duchess of York's debts within days of Prince Andrew flying
39:37
Speaker 1: out to visit him in New York. Sarah Ferguson was
39:40
Speaker 1: in negotiations with the disgraced American financier, pedophile, for nine
39:45
Speaker 1: months last year as he insisted on presenting her with
39:49
Speaker 1: a 58,000 pound gift to pay off her debts. And
39:52
Speaker 1: now remember when Prince Andrew said he flew over to
39:55
Speaker 1: America to cut off the relationship with Epstein?
39:58
Speaker 2: We know he didn't do that. We know that he.
40:00
Speaker 1: Flew over to New York for whatever other reason. But
40:04
Speaker 1: one of those reasons was to negotiate this money for Fergie.
40:09
Speaker 1: You would think that would be a much bigger story,
40:12
Speaker 1: but here we are. But the now infamous deal was
40:17
Speaker 1: eventually struck in December as her ex-husband holidayed with Epstein
40:21
Speaker 1: for the first time since 2006, sources confirmed. The two
40:26
Speaker 1: men were pictured strolling through Central Park together during a
40:29
Speaker 1: four-day break at the start of December after the Duke
40:32
Speaker 1: of York abandoned plans to stay at the exclusive Carlisle
40:36
Speaker 1: Hotel in favor of Epstein's mansion. Again, why would you
40:39
Speaker 1: do that? We've talked about this at length now. If
40:43
Speaker 1: you're Prince Andrew, you could stay anywhere you want. I mean,
40:45
Speaker 1: the Carlisle has you hooked up, but you're going to
40:48
Speaker 1: go stay over at Jeffrey Epstein's? A man who was
40:51
Speaker 1: convicted of sexual crimes? Epstein threw a cocktail party in honor...
40:59
Speaker 1: in his honor, attended by Woody Allen and CBS News
41:02
Speaker 1: presenter Katie Couric. And then the first installment of £ 15, 000
41:05
Speaker 1: in cash was paid to Johnny Sullivan, the Duchess's former
41:10
Speaker 1: personal assistant. So Andrew comes, then the payment is made.
41:14
Speaker 1: I'm sure there is no correlation of that. I mean,
41:17
Speaker 1: for real, you have to be real stupid or really
41:20
Speaker 1: in the bag for the royal family or Prince Andrew
41:23
Speaker 1: to buy any of this nonsense. O'Sullivan and Epstein fell out,
41:32
Speaker 1: so no further money was ever transferred. The Duke's office
41:35
Speaker 1: has consistently refused to comment on suggestions that he brokered
41:38
Speaker 1: the deal. But Sarah yesterday admitted that Andrew and his office,
41:44
Speaker 1: four staff funded by the Queen, had been more than
41:47
Speaker 1: marvelous and sorted out my debts. So, of course, he
41:50
Speaker 1: negotiated it.
41:51
Speaker 2: I mean, come on. What do you think, Prince Andrew
41:55
Speaker 2: was just out here, you know, not making these moves?
41:58
Speaker 2: Of course he was.
41:59
Speaker 1: And for Epstein, if he pays these debts, if he
42:02
Speaker 1: gives them money, then they're under his thumb, right? So
42:06
Speaker 1: it makes sense for him. In a fawning interview, she
42:11
Speaker 1: sought to distract from her increasingly beleaguered ex-husband's involvement in
42:15
Speaker 1: Epstein's finances and issued a groveling apology for her terrible,
42:20
Speaker 1: terrible error of judgment. She described the Duke fourth in
42:25
Speaker 1: line for the throne as a first-rate man who does
42:28
Speaker 1: not know how to tell an untruth or behave dishonorably,
42:32
Speaker 1: and added, I would throw myself under a bus for him.
42:35
Speaker 2: Well, go ahead and do it.
42:37
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew is a man who does not know how
42:41
Speaker 1: to tell an untruth or behave dishonorably? Sure, and I'm
42:45
Speaker 1: 55 feet tall. Females for J.E., Disturbing log of telephone
42:52
Speaker 1: calls from schoolchildren found in sex den of Duke's billionaire friend.
42:57
Speaker 1: You mean pedophile friend, right? And none of that's disturbing
43:00
Speaker 1: or anything. Details of the disturbing lifestyle led by Jeffrey
43:04
Speaker 1: Epstein emerged last night after the Daily Mail uncovered logs
43:09
Speaker 1: of telephone messages left at his Florida child sex den.
43:13
Speaker 1: Schoolchildren were among hundreds of callers who apparently rang to
43:17
Speaker 1: arrange massages for for the 58-year-old billionaire friend, pedophile, of
43:22
Speaker 1: Prince Andrew, who was later convicted of child sex offenses.
43:27
Speaker 1: Glenn Maxwell, 49-year-old daughter of the disgraced media mogul Robert Maxwell,
43:32
Speaker 1: is named in several messages. Of course she is, because
43:35
Speaker 1: she was a gigantic part of this. And it's always
43:38
Speaker 1: interesting when we go back in time and we look
43:41
Speaker 1: at these articles from 2011 and we see just how
43:45
Speaker 1: little people were really talking about the depth and the
43:49
Speaker 1: scope of what Epstein was really up to. In One
43:54
Speaker 1: Left for Her, or Sarah, a caller says she doesn't
43:57
Speaker 1: know at what time she must come this night for
44:00
Speaker 1: the massage. Other messages for Epstein, the sources of which
44:03
Speaker 1: are not clear, contain such phrases as, she has females
44:07
Speaker 1: for Mr. J.E., and I have a female for him.
44:10
Speaker 2: Oh, that's nice.
44:11
Speaker 1: What does that even mean? And why does he only
44:14
Speaker 1: have young female masseuses? What, men massage guys can't do
44:17
Speaker 1: the same gig? Another with sickening overtones comes from someone
44:23
Speaker 1: called Jean-Luc for Epstein. He did a good one. 18 years.
44:27
Speaker 1: She spoke to me and said, I love Jeffrey. Yeah,
44:30
Speaker 1: not disturbing or anything. Especially now with hindsight. The long
44:37
Speaker 1: list of women is punctuated by regular references to Epstein's
44:42
Speaker 1: celebrity friends, including the business magnate Donald Trump, film producer
44:48
Speaker 1: Harvey Weinstein, and magician David Copperfield, referred to as Magic David.
44:54
Speaker 1: And it's always interesting for me to see the names
44:56
Speaker 1: that were being talked about surrounding Jeffrey Epstein before all
45:01
Speaker 1: of this became super popular inside of mainstream media and
45:05
Speaker 1: before people tried to use it as a political cudgel.
45:09
Speaker 1: It's very telling the names that pop up before all
45:12
Speaker 1: of that started to happen. And that's how you know
45:14
Speaker 1: that those names actually have legs. Because remember, we're going
45:18
Speaker 1: back to 2011 here. We had a divided political climate,
45:22
Speaker 1: but certainly nothing like this. So it's very interesting to
45:26
Speaker 1: me and very telling to see who was being talked
45:29
Speaker 1: about from the very beginning. The sheer volume of phone
45:34
Speaker 1: traffic shows the frequency of Epstein's massages, many of which
45:38
Speaker 1: were erotic and allegedly involved the abused girls. The evidence
45:43
Speaker 1: is from documents confiscated by police during a criminal investigation
45:47
Speaker 1: into Epstein and seen yesterday by the mail. One message
45:51
Speaker 1: left for Epstein reads, she is wondering if 2.30 is
45:54
Speaker 1: okay because she needs to stay in school. Imagine this
45:58
Speaker 1: girl is in school sending these messages to Epstein. Tell
46:02
Speaker 1: me that doesn't make you want to vomit all over
46:04
Speaker 1: your computer or all.
46:06
Speaker 2: Over your desk or wherever you're at.
46:10
Speaker 1: It was left in February of 2005, the same year
46:14
Speaker 1: that the mother of a 14-year-old girl alerted police to
46:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's abuse. Another note shows that Colleen phoned to tell
46:21
Speaker 1: Epstein going into class will be out in 45 minutes.
46:25
Speaker 1: Last night, the Daily Mail tried to contact the people
46:28
Speaker 1: whose names and telephone numbers are included in the logs.
46:31
Speaker 1: One girl named Jenny, who had left her number, hung
46:34
Speaker 1: up immediately when asked about Epstein. Of course, everybody was scared.
46:39
Speaker 1: Everybody was scared of what Epstein was up to and
46:41
Speaker 1: what he was going to do to them. And a
46:43
Speaker 1: lot of people took money from him, hush money. A
46:48
Speaker 1: man listed only as Darren said, I have no comment
46:52
Speaker 1: to make on that. Oh, Darren, Darren Indyke is my guess. Yesterday,
46:56
Speaker 1: he attempted to perform business as usual as he visited
46:59
Speaker 1: an East London school and met rail bosses in a
47:03
Speaker 1: canary wharf. He steadfastly ignored questions from journalists asking whether
47:08
Speaker 1: he was an embarrassment to his country, meaning Prince Andrew,
47:11
Speaker 1: and whether he would resign from his trade ambassador role
47:14
Speaker 1: as he arrived for a briefing from business executives at
47:18
Speaker 1: the headquarters of the 15 billion pound train project Crossrail.
47:23
Speaker 1: So there you have it, folks, all the way back
47:25
Speaker 1: to 2011. We were talking about this. Well, not us, but,
47:29
Speaker 1: you know, there were rumors and conversation about what Epstein
47:33
Speaker 1: was up to, what Prince Andrew was up to. The
47:36
Speaker 1: real question is, why weren't more people interested? Could it
47:41
Speaker 1: have to be with, you know, the fact that people
47:43
Speaker 1: like Katie Couric and George Stephanopoulos and Mike Rose and
47:48
Speaker 1: a whole bunch of other people? I mean, Mike Wallace
47:51
Speaker 1: and Charlie Rose, all these other media folks were hanging
47:55
Speaker 1: around Epstein. You mean to tell me that that doesn't
47:57
Speaker 1: cast any sort of shadow of a doubt about the
48:01
Speaker 1: stories they would tell about him? Sorry, I don't trust
48:04
Speaker 1: them that much. And really, when you look at the evidence,
48:09
Speaker 1: there's not much there as far as the legacy media
48:12
Speaker 1: going after Epstein. So when you go back and you
48:18
Speaker 1: look at these stories from 2011, 2005, it really adds
48:23
Speaker 1: a lot of context and puts some more meat on
48:25
Speaker 1: the bone. And at the end of the day here,
48:28
Speaker 1: that's our goal, to have as much context as possible
48:31
Speaker 1: and to continue to build this puzzle from the corners inward.
48:36
Speaker 1: All right, folks, it's going to do it for this episode.
