- 0:00Speaker 1: H close your eyes and make yourself comfortable. Take a big,
- 0:40deep breath in through your nose and slowly and gently
- 0:46breathe out through your mouth. Take another deep breath in
- 0:55and slowly and gently breathe out through your mouth. One
- 1:02last time, deep breath in and slowly and gently breathe
- 1:09out through your mouth. And just feel a gentle rhythm
- 1:15of your breath, the steady beat of your heart, and
- 1:21just take a moment to listen to your heartbeat. Feel
- 1:27the gentle rise and fall of your chest as it
- 1:30moves in time with your heartbeat. And with each beat
- 1:36of your heart, you feel more and more relaxed, more
- 1:42and more calm, more and more peaceful. Every time you
- 1:49breathe in, you're breathing in deep relaxation. It's making you
- 1:55feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Now, imagine yourself standing
- 2:03on a beach filled with beautiful golden sand, and as
- 2:09you look down at it, it feels all warm and
- 2:12soft under your bare skin. Just feel the sensations in
- 2:18your feet. How does it feel to you? Maybe it's
- 2:23be itchy, maybe it's just soft. As you look up,
- 2:29see lots more sand. It's everywhere. It's so beautiful to see.
- 2:38And as you stand there, smiling to yourself, you realize
- 2:42that you can hear the wonderful sounds of the ocean
- 2:44in the distance. So you walk towards it, noticing how
- 2:49very blue it is. It's the same color as the sky,
- 2:53so much so that you can't see where the ocean
- 2:56ends and the sky begins. As you walk, you can
- 3:02feel the warmth of the sun on your skin. You
- 3:06can feel a gentle breeze moving through your hair, and
- 3:10you notice the smell of the cool salty air. You
- 3:14feel so clean and fresh. Oh, it's so wonderful here,
- 3:18and you like it very much. As you continue walking
- 3:23towards the ocean, you notice the sand under your feet
- 3:28starts to get a bit fairmer the closer you get
- 3:31to the ocean. While that way, the gentle waves of
- 3:35the ocean have been coming on to the sand, and
- 3:38you can see the little waves coming up and down,
- 3:41up and down, up and down. As the waves come
- 3:46and go, you see some things in the sand, like shells,
- 3:50pieces of seaweed, your own footprints, and you wonder where
- 3:55the shells came from, the seaweed, where did that come from?
- 4:01Speaker 2: You wonder.
- 4:04Speaker 1: As you reach the water's edge, you begin to notice
- 4:07more of your surroundings. What kind of sounds do you hear?
- 4:14Can you hear the seabirds flying overhead? Can you hear
- 4:19the wind gently blowing? Can you feel the warm song
- 4:25on your skin? What does it feel like? You turn
- 4:51and look back out over the sand and can still
- 4:55see your footprints that you left behind you, But this
- 5:00time you see another set of footprints right beside yours.
- 5:06You're mystified. There is no one else around or even
- 5:10on the beach.
- 5:11Speaker 2: How can that be?
- 5:14Speaker 1: How can there be two sets of footprints in the
- 5:16sand when there is no one else there?
- 5:21Speaker 2: You are very puzzled.
- 5:25Speaker 1: It's there that you hear a little giggle, a happy
- 5:28little giggle, And very slowly, by special magic, a pony
- 5:35appears before you, a beautiful little pony with the cheekiest
- 5:41grin and the longest, floppiest ears that you've ever seen.
- 5:47And this fine looking pony is looking right at you. Well,
- 5:53some ponies are black, some are brown, some are tann
- 5:57so white, when some well, there are more than one color.
- 6:03What color is your pony? Does it have a long
- 6:07mane and tail as well as long floppy ears? It's
- 6:14a little known fact that ponies can't talk if you
- 6:20know how.
- 6:20Speaker 2: To hear them. So you introduce yourself.
- 6:24Speaker 1: In a very friendly way and ask your pony it
- 6:28to name. Your pony tells you his name is Brian,
- 6:32and he is very happy to meet you today. He
- 6:36tells you that he has magical powers, and one of
- 6:39them is that he can make himself invisible. That's why
- 6:43you could only see his footprints. Ryan thought that this
- 6:46was very funny. Indeed, Brian asks you what your name is,
- 6:52and then asks you if you've got any carrots for him,
- 6:55as he's a tired, hungry Now, well you're telling me name,
- 6:59but you say, very read booked, you don't have any carrots,
- 7:03and Brian says, oh, but I think you do. Check
- 7:07your pockets please, So you do, and out pops a
- 7:12nice juicy carrot for Brian. Oh, and he's ever so pleased.
- 7:16He says, thank you very much. Tony's a really good
- 7:21at eating carrots and really good at talking too, And
- 7:25they are especially good at taking children to places, and
- 7:28this one loves to do just that.
- 7:31Speaker 2: In fact, Brian looks right out you would gain and.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Says, hey, are we going to stand here all day
- 7:38or would you like to go somewhere? Absolutely, you would
- 7:42love to, So you hop up on Brian's back, and
- 7:46as soon as you do, an idea pops into your
- 7:48mind about where you'd like to go. Maybe it's one
- 7:52of your favorite places we someplace you've heard about but
- 7:56you've never been before but would like to do. Anyway,
- 8:00you just want to ride along the beach, or maybe
- 8:03a trip to the park or a store, or to
- 8:05a friend's house to pop in and see how they are.
- 8:08You can go anywhere you want to go. And it's
- 8:12then that you realize you're moving and you can feel
- 8:17a gentle rocking of Brian's back as he silently clip plops,
- 8:21clip plops, clip plops.
- 8:23Speaker 2: Along the beach.
- 8:25Speaker 1: You can't hear any sounds he makes, though that's because
- 8:28you're on the sand.
- 8:29Speaker 2: Remember when there's no sound.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Give Brian a little rub on his neck, in his back,
- 8:36touching him firmly but softly, and you can feel how
- 8:40warm his fair is, how very soft his fairies. And
- 8:46Brian is very happy trotting along with you on his back.
- 8:49He tells you that this is his favorite thing to do.
- 8:53He loves to help people feel happy.
- 8:56Speaker 3: Now.
- 8:57Speaker 2: Brian has four speeds.
- 9:00Speaker 1: He walks, he trots, he gallops, and he has a
- 9:06very special speed called fly ply fly.
- 9:12Speaker 2: You're walking with Brian.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Now, so you ask him for a trot. Brian obliges,
- 9:19and you notice how much faster you go. Notice how
- 9:22the scenery changes around you. Everything seems to be moving
- 9:26a little bit quicker now, and you can feel Brian's
- 9:29body weighing a little bit harder beneath. You want to
- 9:34dry a gallup, so you ask Brian for a gallop.
- 9:38Oh my, you are moving twice as fast now, so
- 9:42hang on. Notice how quickly the scenery is going by now,
- 9:48how Brian's strong body is moving faster. You can feel
- 9:53the wind whipping through your hair. Now, wow, this is
- 9:56so much fun. You and Brian are now both laughing
- 9:59her heads off.
- 10:03Speaker 2: There is only one.
- 10:03Speaker 1: Speed left for you to try and learn with Brian,
- 10:06so why not give it a go. So shout as
- 10:11loud as you can fly pony fly. This time Bryan's
- 10:17feet leave the ground and you really are flying.
- 10:21Speaker 2: Wooh.
- 10:23Speaker 1: Hold on tight now because you are zooming through the
- 10:25air at great speed and you rise higher and higher,
- 10:30and the scenery is a blade as you fly past,
- 10:33But the ride becomes silky smooth and so quiet. Well
- 10:38you can hear is the sound of the wind rushing
- 10:41past your ears.
- 10:46Speaker 2: You arrive at your.
- 10:47Speaker 1: Destination, your very favoritest place, Brian lands with a gentle bump.
- 10:55So just for a little while, go and explore this
- 10:59wonderful place with Brian. Now you're free to spend some
- 11:03time doing whateff you wish to do. Find out what
- 11:08it's like being here. What can you see being here?
- 11:14Take as long as you like to be here, and
- 11:16just enjoy yourself with Brian. Maybe you meet some of
- 11:20your friends, maybe they have ponies of their own.
- 11:23Speaker 2: Two maybe you will all.
- 11:25Speaker 1: Ride and fly together. So just for now, have some
- 11:30fun for a little while with Brian.
- 13:19Speaker 4: N to hol.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Wow, wasn't that amazing? Now it's time for you to
- 14:35return home. Can you find yourself wrapped up snuggling in
- 14:40your very own bed? How did that happen? Remember Ryan
- 14:45is a magical pony. Ryan is standing next to your bed.
- 14:51He sees that you're very sleepy now, and he tells
- 14:55you it's time for him to go home too. But
- 14:59before you go, he tells you it was a great
- 15:02day to day, and the best thing about it was that.
- 15:07Speaker 2: He met you his new best friend.
- 15:13Speaker 1: Brian takes a big breath and gently blows into your
- 15:17face and he'll pop lots of tiny little sleep sparkles,
- 15:23and as they land on you, you begin to fall
- 15:27into the best night sleep ever, and you know you
- 15:31will come back and see Brian any time you want to.
- 15:38Because you're so sleepy now, you whisper night night to Brian,
- 15:44and very gently close your eyes.
- 15:47Speaker 2: Drift off into.
