  episode of Spunky Spirit. Today we are going to talk about the eight most
• 0:38
  things or the top things that spirits bring through in readings that they want as
• 0:43
  messages. So I am an evidential medium, which means I like them to
• 0:48
  bring me evidence, evidence of who they are, memories of you, things
• 0:51
  that you've done, and things that you're going through now. And I sometimes
• 0:56
  get so involved with the evidence that I just get so into it that I
• 1:00
  forget the message. And I just want to talk about most I'm working on
• 1:04
  that and it's and they don't let me forget the message, so I shouldn't
• 1:07
  say that. But what I want to talk to you today about is the
• 1:12
  message is the most important messages that most of them like to bring through.
• 1:17
  Now every reading is different and they all have different significant messages depending on what
• 1:22
  you're going through in your life. But the top ones that I want to
• 1:23
  talk about because this lets you know that they're with you, Like the top
• 1:29
  ones that come through, or the ones that come through the most are ones
• 1:32
  that you probably are wondering yourself. So I want to talk about them today
• 1:37
  in this session because I want you to be able to know that this could
• 1:41
  be an answer to you. For some of you that have lost loved ones
• 1:44
  in past, loved ones then know and kind of know what their top message
• 1:49
  is for you today. I feel like the number one message is that they
• 1:53
  say I love you. They want you to know that they love you.
• 1:57
  And this could mean even if they had even if you had passed evens with
• 2:00
  them, or if there was tension before they passed, or things got kind
• 2:05
  of you know, maybe something happened before they pass they always come through with
• 2:09
  I love you, because what happens is they don't really carry those feelings over
• 2:13
  to the other side with them because they go into their life review and they
• 2:16
  see they see the whole perception of why people do the things they do,
• 2:21
  so they know why you said the same things you said they know why they
• 2:24
  said the things they said, and so they come through mostly with I love
• 2:28
  you. And this during readings is such a strong feeling, like it's so
• 2:34
  I've had a couple of spirits before, even before they even bring in messages,
• 2:37
  will be like I love you, and I'll be like, wait,
• 2:38
  we have to figure out who you are first. And so it's kind of
• 2:43
  interesting because they very much know, they very much want you to know how
• 2:47
  much they love you, and that love doesn't change. They're eternal, You're
• 2:50
  eternal, and so their love for you is going to be eternal. It
• 2:54
  doesn't end, and your grief is just like proof that you have love for
• 3:00
  them. It's just grief is like love with nowhere to go right, Like
• 3:04
  it's just kind of stuck. So because there's nobody, give that love too.
• 3:07
  And you think that they're gone, Really they're still with you. So
• 3:12
  the next one is I know you love me. It is crazy to me
• 3:15
  that when I do reading sometimes that people will be like I'll be giving the
• 3:21
  reading and the spirit will be right there in the room and they'll say,
• 3:23
  well, you tell them I love them, and they can already hear you.
• 3:25
  You don't need me to tell them that they already know, they already
• 3:30
  hear you, they already know, and so they love it. They already
• 3:34
  know that you love them, and they love it when you say it.
• 3:37
  In fact, the next one is talk to me out loud. They love
• 3:39
  it when you talk to them out loud. Here's why. Because they are
• 3:43
  an eternal being. They're at a frequency their energy, because everything is energy.
• 3:47
  So when you talk to them out loud, it's like you tune into
• 3:51
  their radio station. Like they're always around, just like your WiFi and your
• 3:54
  radio, and they tap into you. But when you directly talk to them
• 3:59
  out loud, then they know. It's like they know and they tap into
• 4:02
  that and they go directly. It's like you tune into their radio stations.
• 4:05
  So they love it when you talk out loud to them. So when you
• 4:09
  do talk out loud to them, make sure that you pause in between of
• 4:13
  your senses and things like that so you can actually listen and see if you
• 4:17
  can hear a response. And sometimes you're going to think the response is your
• 4:20
  own imagination. But more you start doing this, the more you're going to
• 4:24
  feel like that it's not your imagination and it truly is them. And I
• 4:28
  don't want you to feel crazy when you do this, because they are eternal,
• 4:32
  They're still around. And I don't also want you to think that they're
• 4:34
  too busy for you, because they're not. Because I want you to ask
• 4:38
  yourself this one thing. If you were to pass over tomorrow, what would
• 4:41
  you do. You would want to check on your family. You would want
• 4:44
  to be there for your family. You would want them to know you're still
• 4:46
  around, and you would want them to know that you love them, and
• 4:48
  you know that they love you. So that's super important. Mostly that you
• 4:54
  don't need me to talk to them. They can hear you without me.
• 4:57
  I am the medium, because I you can't. Some people can't hear them
• 5:02
  without me being in the middle. You can, you just don't realize you
• 5:06
  can. So I help with that. I help with that transition. Okay,
• 5:11
  now the next one is I'm still with you. Obviously, they are
• 5:15
  always still with you. No. I know some mediums believe that they have
• 5:17
  to have permission to be with you or that they are doing other things.
• 5:21
  And that is not the case that I have learned. When I do my
• 5:25
  readings, they say I'm always with you now even if they're like because they
• 5:29
  still can do things on the other side, and you have to remember their
• 5:31
  frequency. They don't have a body, and we have a hard time thinking
• 5:35
  of this. So they can be with you, ten percent with you,
• 5:40
  ten percent with somebody else, ten percent with somebody else. Their frequency can
• 5:43
  be all over the place, kind of like the wind everyone or Wi fi.
• 5:46
  Those who tap into it can feel it, or those that they that
• 5:50
  need it the most. So they're always with you. So don't let somebody
• 5:54
  say they've got more important things to do on the other side, because you
• 5:58
  are their important thing. You have been through other lives other things with them,
• 6:02
  and you are part of their soul family, so you are their important
• 6:06
  project. Now do they do things on the other side. Yes, they'd
• 6:11
  help other people transition to especially similar situations of how they died. They help
• 6:15
  people transition over to the other side, or they help find people on the
• 6:19
  other side to bring them to certain medium. They can do a lot of
• 6:24
  stuff on the other ship. They can go from what I've understand, they
• 6:27
  can go to any memory that they've ever had and relived that memory. They
• 6:30
  can pretty much go to any place that they want to. They're a frequency,
• 6:33
  So just remember that. The next one is I'm not mad. They
• 6:39
  don't very much, honestly. Carry If a media ever tells you that a
• 6:44
  spirit is mad at you, you probably need to look for a different medium
• 6:46
  because they don't carry that with them. Here's why they see their life review.
• 6:53
  They know, they see the big picture, so they know exactly why
• 6:57
  you did the things that you did. They know exactly why they did the
• 7:00
  things that they did, and it could trigger back to something that happened when
• 7:03
  you were little, or happened when they were little, and so they know
• 7:06
  why and they understand it. So they're not mad. They very, very
• 7:11
  very seldom carry anger or frustration with them to the other side. Now,
• 7:15
  sometimes they will say they were a little frustrated with this, or they're frustrated
• 7:17
  because certain things that have happened, you know, something like that. But
• 7:20
  you have to remember this. When we're on Earth, our emotions are at
• 7:24
  a volume ten on the frequency like the volume, so you think of our
• 7:28
  energy as like a radio station. The volume for our emotions out of ten.
• 7:31
  We cannot handle our emotions on Earth most of the time, and it's
• 7:34
  like trying to navigate through all this emotion stuff. Our emotions have a ton
• 7:41
  of energy with them, So it's at a level ten for us on earth.
• 7:45
  For them it's like a level two. They are not consumed by their
• 7:47
  emotions. They can think logically without letting their emotions be involved. So it's
• 7:53
  a little bit different. So I want you to remember that. So if
• 7:55
  a medium tells you they're sad or they're mad, it's not that it's just
• 8:00
  one either. The medium is getting the feeling mixed up because they don't know
• 8:03
  how to the spirit doesn't know how to portray or transition that feeling to the
• 8:09
  medium, or that they maybe we're upset at a situation, but they're not.
• 8:13
  Now nine times, most of every reading I've ever done, never has
• 8:18
  been a spirit that comes through mad at anybody. So this I have to
• 8:22
  get closer to my microphone. The next one is we will be together again.
• 8:28
  So yes, you'll be together again. And this one's kind a hard
• 8:31
  one, especially for widows, because here's why I've been. I've given readings
• 8:35
  before, and you know, sometimes the sitter or the way client wants to
• 8:41
  start dating and they feel this guilt, this tremendous guilt that they can't move
• 8:43
  on or they can't move forward and start dating. Now, moving on,
• 8:46
  is different than moving forward. Moving forward is continuing with your life. The
• 8:50
  grief is still there. The grief is still In fact, grief is always
• 8:54
  there. It's never going to leave, it's always going to be there.
• 8:56
  You just you. It's just going to be different. So when I say
• 9:03
  something like he says it's okay you date again, or they know that there's
• 9:07
  a new relationship, sometimes my sitters get overwhelmed and sad because they think that
• 9:11
  that means the person on the other side is going to move on too,
• 9:15
  or the person on the other side is going to find somebody. That's not
• 9:16
  what it means. It means that they want you to find joy on this
• 9:22
  earth and they want you to be happy, and they know that you still
• 9:26
  have more life to go for. Timing over on their side is like ten
• 9:30
  minutes, so they're going to see you like in ten minutes, and they
• 9:33
  don't have things like jealousy, or they don't have things like they know they
• 9:37
  see the divine guidance and they know how it all works out. So if
• 9:39
  they come through and say it's okay, don't feel bad that don't feel like
• 9:43
  they've forgotten you or they don't love you anymore. That's not what it means.
• 9:46
  It just means that they want you to be happy, and they want
• 9:50
  you to have a good life. And sometimes the human nature to want to
• 9:54
  have a companion and or to want to be in a companionship, it's just
• 9:58
  we thrive on relationships, and so don't feel guilty about this because they're still
• 10:03
  going to be with you. A lot of clients are like, well,
• 10:05
  if I find a relationship, how is that going to work? Don't figure.
• 10:09
  Don't worry about that it'll work out because you don't know that other person
• 10:13
  might have somebody on the other side too. You don't don't worry about that.
• 10:16
  Just live in the moment and live on earth and do the best you
• 10:18
  can and move forward. And they don't care about that too, because they
• 10:22
  know they know the big picture. They know that they're going to be with
• 10:26
  you again. So so don't don't don't carey guilt about that, and don't
• 10:31
  carry guilt about being happy again. They want you to be happy. So
• 10:35
  if you find yourself like laughing and you're like, oh my gosh, I
• 10:39
  should be laughing, because I just don't do that because they want you to
• 10:43
  move on, to move forward. They want you to find joy in your
• 10:46
  life again. And that's what they want if you were to pass tomorrow,
• 10:50
  Isn't that what you would want for your for your family is to not sit
• 10:54
  in it. And I mean you can sit in it for grief is crazy,
• 10:56
  and so you can sit in it for you know, grief, you
• 11:00
  do you like. There's no book on how to do grief. There is
• 11:03
  books on how grief works, but there is no right or wrong on how
• 11:07
  you do it yourself. So the next one is, I know what you're
• 11:13
  going through, they do. They'll bring through. They'll bring through things that
• 11:16
  you're going through in your life, hard things, and they don't bring these
• 11:20
  things up in readings just to be like, oh, yeah, you know
• 11:22
  you know that thing that you're going through right now, well, good luck
• 11:24
  with that. They bring it up because they know you're going through some hard
• 11:28
  times and they love you and they want you to know that they're with you.
• 11:31
  They're actually trying to help you get through this hard time. So just
• 11:35
  know that they're with you and they're helping you. That's why in readings they
• 11:39
  will bring stuff up, like things that you're going through, because they want
• 11:41
  you to know that they're with you and that they're helping you and it's beautiful.
• 11:45
  I think it's a beautiful thing. I think it's one of my favorite
• 11:48
  parts of the reading. A lot of mediums will be like, well,
• 11:50
  you're tapping in psychically. Nope, I'm not. I'm listening to what the
• 11:54
  spirit's telling me, and the spirit's telling me they're going through this really hard
• 11:56
  time right now and that they're with them while they're going through it. So
• 12:01
  there goes that. And the last one. This one's not quite as often
• 12:05
  as the other ones, but a lot of times spirit will come through and
• 12:09
  apologize. They will come through and apologize for something that they did on earth,
• 12:13
  and you have to remember its perception. They could be apologizing for something
• 12:16
  that you're like, oh my gosh, that didn't even bother me, but
• 12:18
  to them it did and they want to apologize for it. And sometimes I'll
• 12:22
  even tell my clients if somebody comes through in this reading and they want to
• 12:26
  apologize for something that you're not ready to forgive, just let me know.
• 12:28
  One will move forward, because that will happen too, because they see their
• 12:31
  life review and they see the damage that they caused and they want to make
• 12:35
  it right. And so sometimes if you're not ready, then that's not fair
• 12:39
  for you. So go ahead and feel free to be like, I don't
• 12:43
  want to talk about this like right now, and then you can wait till
• 12:45
  you're ready. Okay, Now, when we do these readings, When I
• 12:50
  do these readings, it's amazing, and they they they when I disconnect at
• 12:56
  the end, they just disconnect from me. They don't leave you. A
• 12:58
  lot of times these spirits will leave with you when you walk out of the
• 13:03
  reading. They'll they'll leave with my clients. They don't stay with me.
• 13:07
  I know some mediums have had spirits stay with them. My thing is is
• 13:09
  they show up early sometimes and they can get involved in other readings. And
• 13:13
  it's kind of hard because as a medium, I just want you to like
• 13:18
  picture yourself at a really you and your family are at this big at this
• 13:22
  restaurant and you're around this really big table and you're all there, and then
• 13:26
  you shut your eyes, and then I want you to imagine, whoever in
• 13:28
  your family talks the loudest is the one you're going to hear the most.
• 13:33
  So a whole bunch of people can come through in the reading, and the
• 13:37
  one who's the loudest is going to talk about. So if you go to
• 13:39
  a group reading where there's an event and lots there's a medium and lots of
• 13:43
  people, tell your loudest, loudest ancestor to come through first because they will
• 13:48
  make the biggest noise and then they can bring through some of the ones that
• 13:50
  you want to hear. But I just want you to know the reason why,
• 13:56
  or it's so hard because they can. So if a medium has like
• 14:01
  if you're at a medium ship reading or you're at an event and sometimes they
• 14:03
  get their messages mixed, it's because there's multiple spirits in the room and each
• 14:09
  one's trying to take their turn. But sometimes some of them don't have the
• 14:11
  patience and they yell things out so and not gonna happen to you too,
• 14:16
  not just mediums. So if you have ancestors that are like yelling thse but
• 14:20
  you don't even you aren't even aware of what's going on, sometimes you can
• 14:22
  forget who's who or what's what. So you can tell your ancestors, I
• 14:26
  want grandma to be this sign which is dimes, or I want grandpa to
• 14:30
  be pennies, and I want my husband to be feathers. And just so
• 14:37
  you know, too when they first pass over. Some of the clearest signs
• 14:39
  that they use at first, because this is easy for them to manipulate,
• 14:43
  are feathers, dimes, pennies, birds, animals, lights, electricity,
• 14:48
  music, and just feeling them around. If you're empathic, those are the
• 14:54
  strongest ones. And don't feel like you're crazy when you feel this, because
• 14:56
  you're not. It's very, very it's night ninety nine percent them and because
• 15:01
  they love you and they want you to know that you're there around you.
• 15:05
  So that's how you can be your own medium. You can kind of tap
• 15:09
  into that stuff and be aware too, because sometimes when we're in grief,
• 15:13
  really deep grief, we look so hard for the science that we miss them.
• 15:16
  And that's not your fault. It's just that's how grief is. So
• 15:20
  don't be hard on yourself. That's just how it is. So try to,
• 15:24
  you know, communicate with your ancestors. Tell each ancestor a different sign
• 15:28
  to show you and see if they bring that in for you. It's amazing
• 15:33
  and once you start seeing it and once it starts working, it's like the
• 15:37
  best thing ever. It's like you don't want to stop, you want to
• 15:39
  just keep going. It's the greatest thing ever. So I love you guys
