Anthropic signs $1.5B/month compute deal with xAI's Colossus data center
Anthropic will pay xAI $1.5 billion per month for compute resources from the Colossus data center near Memphis, Tennessee. The Colossus facility will dedicate all 300 megawatts of its computing power to Anthropic under the deal. The deal represents one of the largest single compute procurement agreements ever disclosed publicly.
