- Mark Garrett: Ms. Lewinsky, the statement that there was no sex of any kind in any manner, shape, or form with President Clinton was an utterly false statement. Is that correct? Yeah. It depends upon what the meaning of the word is. Can you provide a definition for the word woman? Can I provide a definition? No. Yeah. I can't. You can't? Not in this context. I'm not a biologist. meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can't give me a definition? Senator, in my work as a judge, what I do is I address disputes. If there's a dispute about a definition, people make arguments and I look at the law and I decide. So I'm not the fact that you can't give me a straight answer about something as fundamental as what a woman is underscores the dangers of the kind of progressive education that we are hearing about. Okay. ⁓ do do you believe then that men can become pregnant and have abortions? Yes. So the Democrat Party has a long history of not being able to understand andor define the simplest words and terms. It depends on what your definition of is is. I'm only a judge. I can't define what a woman is. ⁓ pregnancy, anybody can get pregnant. Pregnant is not ⁓ tied to any sex or gender or whatever. Anybody can get pregnant, don't know what that means. And so their inability to understand simple terms continues. What am I talking about? The Supreme Court just ruled that temporary protective status is just that. Temporary TPS. By the way, not to be confused with T D S that the Democrats also have a huge problem with. So take a look at this video. And it'll kinda open up your eyes a little bit to what I'm talking about. I'm Congresswoman Melanie Stansbury and proud to represent New Mexico's first congressional district, a proud border border state. And what I want to say is today we are watching an administration that is un-American, undemocratic, and unjust, and a Supreme Court that has not only lost its moral compass, but its legal compass. A nation built by immigrants that is now denying built by immigrants. US citizens legal immigrants to be clear. Another term, another word they don't understand. This country was built by United States citizens, some born here, some naturalized, but they were citizens. Today we watched as the Supreme Court sided with an administration that is seeking to strip away. The basic human rights protected under international law for hundreds of thousands. You mean like ⁓ in Syria and Iran and in China and North Korea, those international laws? And where are they being told to return to? These are immigrants who are coming from countries that have faced warfare. Political instability, humanitarian crises. And now the Supreme Court has cleared the way to allow this administration to carry out a mass deportation plan against immigrants who have nowhere to go. So I want to talk about that in a minute about where did they come from? Let me go and cover this a little bit with your favorite publication of mine, ⁓ CNN article here. Again, this sapadunter state Supreme Court rules that. Temporary protective status is just that. Protected status. It's just that. It is temporary. It is not indefinite. It is at the discretion of the United States government. Period. Until Thursday morning, hundreds of thousands of Haitians were legally living and working in the US along with thousands of Syrians. Now their work permit permits are set to expire and their deportation protections will be terminated. Throwing them into legal limbo. The abrupt change in fate stems from the Supreme Court decision, which found that the Department of Homeland Security had broad discretion in determining when to extend or terminate. I emphasize that because you only extend something that is not permanent permanent or terminate something that is not permanent, ma'am, in that video. A form of humanitarian humanitarian relief known as temporary protected status. In the 663 decision, the court said Lord Court had no ability to overrule DHS's decision on the TPS designation, which allows nationals from certain countries. By the way, that word allows is important. That is humanitarian. It allows certain nationals from certain countries who are experiencing humanitarian or natural crisis to legally live and work in the US along as long as. The TPS designation is valid. 17 countries have TPS designation. The Trump administration has moved to the end that status for 13 of them. Now, why 13 of the 17? Well, what do you think? What do you think is the difference between 13 and the remaining four of those countries? I'll tell you exactly what it is, because 13 of those countries are either total ass holes. With cultures that are not healthy for American culture, or they oppose an immediate security threat and or pose a security threat to this country. That is why. So this takes me to multiculturalism, which I've talked a lot about on this show. You know, if you talk to a Democrat, a liberal, a leftist. A Democrat Socialist of America, all the same now, as far as I'm concerned. If you talk to them and tell them that multiculturalism stinks because not all cultures are equal, they'll call you a racist or a xenophobe or whatever other derogatory label they want to give you. They'll call you all these bad names. But you just heard this representative right here from the border state. Of New Mexico, I wonder if she can define the word border. Tell us, tell you, the American people, that the Supreme Court ruling is going to send these people back to countries that are dangerous for them. That's what she just said. But multiculturalism tells us, in fact, it orders us to embrace every culture from around the world because they hate American culture, the Democrat Party does, and they want to subvert it with. Every other culture around the world, and you are not allowed to dem ⁓ denigrate any culture other than U.S. culture. They are when it plays into their political playbook. That's exactly what she's doing right there. Listen to this legal challenges against the administration are over revoking TPS for multiple countries, will likely be dismissed because of the court's decision. In other words, these rogue judges, these circuit courts, things like this that are trying to stop an administration from carrying out their constitutional duty and acting with their constitutional authority, it's gone, at least as far as this particular topic is concerned. The Trump administration has argued that TPS ⁓ designations were always meant to be what? Temporary. The word is in the name. Temporary. Haiti's original TP affected nation stemmed from the 7.0 magnitude earthquake in 2010. Remember that? Remember Bill Clinton flying down there with his charity and making untold millions of dollars off of this? Total scam. Remember this? 16 years ago. At that time, DHS determined Haitian nationals already in the U.S. should be granted temporary protections for being sent back to their country, given the conditions following. The earthquake. Remember that? I do. 16 years ago, I think that's been temporarily long enough, wouldn't you say? Advocates asked Congress to consider legislation. Now, this is important. Do you remember this lady here in the video? Go back and watch it here. I won't play it for you again. She talked about the Supreme Court being roll, ⁓ being rogue, pardon me, and acting illegally. But right here in CNN, this is why I use CNN here, advocates asked Congress to consider legislation that would extend TPS for Haitians through the Trump administration. Don't hate the Supreme Court of the United States. The six justices ruled that the law said it's temporary. They were they were ruling on based on what the US Congress. had written into law. They didn't make it up on the bench like so many lefty judges do. So if you hate this decision, why don't you call your representatives like all of these liberal freaks right here on this video and tell them to change the law and turn T to P and then they can have the Haitians and the Syrians here for the rest of their lives if they really want that. By the way, they do. Fortunately right now there's not enough votes to do it. I continue. Juan Wattum, CEO of IHRMC Hotel and Resorts, will likely have to lay off roughly 20% of his staff at dozens of hotels in Florida, my state, and the wake of the ruling. Now, again, I skipped over a lot of this. They're talking about the financial, the fiscal impact of Haitians being deported from this country if the Trump administration chooses to do so en masse. Now I'm kind of curious here. Juan says that hotels here will have to lay off 20% of its staff if these Haitians are deported. I have no idea what that means. Why would you lay off 20% if the workforce is leaving? If metro layoff right there, continue. Without the workers, he could have to keep some rooms closed at times because the hotels won't be able to properly. Prepare them for the next guest. Plus, we'll have to spend time finding new employees already challenging tasks and shell out thousands of dollars training each of them. I wonder what happened before the earthquake in 2010. How did they possibly find people to clean the rooms and maintain the ho hotels in general before the Haitian influx of 2000? It's magic. I don't know how they did it. They must have done it with the skeleton crew. This is such a scam. It is such a scam. It's a lie. They'll have to lay off 20% of the staff, and you and I won't be able to go get rooms because the Haitians won't be there working. These are childish scare tactics, and they're also absolutely in defiance of economics. Those jobs will be filled if they are available. Plain and simple. Want to remind you of something. Between 1892 and 1954, I believe it was, the US brought in, allowed in 12 million immigrants approximately, came through Ellis Island. How come only 12 million? Why only 12 million? You're telling me that there weren't more than 12 million people around the world who wanted to come to the US between 1892 and 1954, the the the industrial revolution, the massive expansion of the economy, post-World War II economy, that you didn't have 12 more than 12 million people? I'll tell you why it was 12 million people. It was only 12 million people because that Is all that the United States government felt it needed to increase our economy with the types of workers and yes, citizens that we needed to be a more formidable country. Period. It was for our benefit. It doesn't mean that there wasn't also humanitarian aims in there, but ultimately any country. Every country must look out for their benefit, for their security, for their safety, for their growth, or there is no country to come to. There is no country to provide humanitarian aid if you crumble. And that's what's happening here, has been happening until Trump came along to reverse this trend. Ladies and gentlemen, the Supreme Court made it simple that temporary means temporary. And when a particular administration decides that time is up for that status for an individual, that's what it means. That is following the rule of law that the United States Congress put into place. For your Leonation, I'm the chief Mark Garrett. God bless you. Make sure you subscribe, share, click, like, comment, all the above. We'll see you next time.
