A leader on Beardy's and Okemasis Willow Cree Nation. Now a running candidate for Chief. Hal talks about what it truly means to lead a Nation forward. He shares his vision on leadership, the importance of understanding Treaty rights and how strong governance can create long term success. Economic growth, community programming and empowering the youth are some of the topics we cover. Hal has become one of my greatest friends. He is someone I trust and respect highly. I am proud to see everything he does and I'm excited to watch his next chapter.
