Mega Edition: Jeffrey Epstein And His Fugazi Science Foundation (9/29/26) · The Epstein Chronicles

Speaker 1: What's up everyone and welcome to another episode of the
• 0:03
Speaker 1: Epstein Chronicles. Now picture this if you will folks, a
• 0:07
Speaker 1: convicted sex offender strolling into his science office every morning
• 0:11
Speaker 1: like he's running NASA, except the only thing this guy
• 0:13
Speaker 1: ever launched was another scam. Jeffrey freaking Epstein. Supposedly serving time,
• 0:20
Speaker 1: supposedly under probation, and what does Florida let him do?
• 0:23
Speaker 1: Open up a science foundation right next door to his
• 0:26
Speaker 1: lawyer's office. It's hard to even say that with a
• 0:29
Speaker 1: straight face. It's like letting a bank robber run the
• 0:32
Speaker 1: vault as long as he promises to wear a name tag.
• 0:36
Speaker 1: This man turned his probation into a part-time job in deceit,
• 0:40
Speaker 1: and the state of Florida just nodded along.
• 0:42
  Speaker 2: Seems legit.
• 0:44
Speaker 1: I mean, you'd think that somebody, anybody would have said,
• 0:47
Speaker 1: hold up, this feels off.
• 0:48
  Speaker 2: But nope.
• 0:49
Speaker 1: Instead, they treated him like some misunderstood genius on a
• 0:52
Speaker 1: mission to save humanity instead of the predator that he was.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: He wasn't researching quantum physics. He was researching how to
• 0:59
Speaker 1: keep the grift alive. And the best part, the office
• 1:03
Speaker 1: didn't do a damn thing. No employees, no grants, no discoveries,
• 1:07
Speaker 1: no purpose. Unless, of course, you count being a front
• 1:12
Speaker 1: for his movements and his ego. The whole thing was
• 1:15
Speaker 1: a glorified permission slip stamped by the very system that
• 1:18
Speaker 1: was supposed to be watching him. And we're supposed to
• 1:21
Speaker 1: believe it was all just a coincidence? The Science Foundation
• 1:24
Speaker 1: was a cover story so paper thin it should have
• 1:27
Speaker 1: come with a Florida state seal. He was out here
• 1:29
Speaker 1: playing scientist, playing philanthropist, playing the whole damn system like
• 1:33
Speaker 1: a fiddle, while the survivors watched the same people who
• 1:36
Speaker 1: were meant to protect them sign off on his field trips.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: It's disgusting, it's infuriating, and it's exactly what happens when
• 1:44
Speaker 1: money becomes the cure-all for morality. Because make no mistake,
• 1:48
Speaker 1: this was not an accident. It wasn't some bureaucratic mix-up.
• 1:52
Speaker 1: It was corruption and khakis smiling for the cameras, pretending
• 1:55
Speaker 1: it was rehabilitation. The same justice system that throws kids
• 1:58
Speaker 1: in jail for skipping probation meetings let Epstein run a
• 2:01
Speaker 1: fake lab next to his lawyer's office. And nobody, not
• 2:05
Speaker 1: the judge, not probation, not the state attorney, lifted a finger.
• 2:10
Speaker 1: They all just pretended this was fine, like the rules
• 2:12
Speaker 1: don't apply if your bank account comes with a few
• 2:15
Speaker 1: zeros and a vault full of dossiers full of names
• 2:18
Speaker 1: that scare politicians. So yeah, before Congress pats itself on
• 2:22
Speaker 1: the back for looking into Epstein again, maybe they should
• 2:24
Speaker 1: start there. You know, with the Florida officials who greenlit
• 2:28
Speaker 1: a conman science foundation, maybe they should ask why a
• 2:31
Speaker 1: predator was allowed to play scientist while his survivors were
• 2:35
Speaker 1: trying to piece their lives back together. Because until someone
• 2:38
Speaker 1: answers that, the rest of this show is just noise.
• 2:41
Speaker 1: The fix wasn't just in, it was built right into
• 2:44
Speaker 1: the foundation, literally. And that's why, if we're being real,
• 2:48
Speaker 1: the whole Jeffrey Epstein Science Foundation thing was never about science.
• 2:52
Speaker 1: It was about bullshitting the state of Florida into thinking
• 2:55
Speaker 1: he was some noble intellectual instead of a sex-offending dirtbag
• 2:59
Speaker 1: with friends in high places.
• 3:01
Speaker 2: You know the type.
• 3:02
Speaker 1: Rich guy in a bad suit who talks about curing
• 3:04
Speaker 1: cancer when he's really curing his own boredom.
• 3:07
  Speaker 2: And the kicker?
• 3:08
Speaker 1: His foundation just happened to be right next door to
• 3:10
Speaker 1: his lawyer Jack Goldberger's office. Real subtle. Because when I
• 3:15
Speaker 1: think rehabilitation... I think let's set up a research foundation
• 3:19
Speaker 1: next door to the guy defending me in court. The
• 3:22
Speaker 1: whole thing stank worse than week-old shrimp left in the
• 3:24
Speaker 1: Florida sun. Epstein was supposedly serving time, right? Except his
• 3:29
Speaker 1: version of probation looked more like a networking retreat. He'd
• 3:32
Speaker 1: stroll in and out of that so-called science office like
• 3:36
Speaker 1: he was Einstein reincarnated. Only difference is, Einstein actually did
• 3:41
Speaker 1: something with his brain. Epstein's greatest discovery was figuring out
• 3:45
Speaker 1: How far he could stretch the law before it snapped.
• 3:47
Speaker 1: And surprise, surprise, it never did. Because the people who
• 3:51
Speaker 1: were supposed to enforce it bent over backwards to accommodate him.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: He was under watch, sure. But it must have been
• 3:57
Speaker 1: the kind of watch you buy at a gas station
• 3:59
Speaker 1: for five bucks because it clearly didn't work. The Science
• 4:04
Speaker 1: Foundation itself was about as scientific as a magic eight ball.
• 4:08
Speaker 1: No research, no staff, no labs. Just a fancy sign
• 4:12
Speaker 1: on the door and an excuse to say, see, I'm working.
• 4:15
Speaker 1: and the state bought it. The probation officers nodded along
• 4:18
Speaker 1: like bobbleheads signing paperwork, while this creep came and went
• 4:22
Speaker 1: like he owned the courthouse. Meanwhile, survivors, hey, remember them?
• 4:27
Speaker 1: They were left wondering how the hell the justice system
• 4:30
Speaker 1: could be so stupid or so corrupt.
• 4:32
  Speaker 2: Take your pick.
• 4:33
Speaker 1: Either one fits. And right next door to Jack Goldberger, huh?
• 4:37
Speaker 1: You gotta hand it to Epstein, the guy had guts.
• 4:40
Speaker 1: Who else sets up shop right next to their lawyer
• 4:42
Speaker 1: and calls it a foundation? Bros like robbing the bank,
• 4:45
Speaker 1: then renting the apartment above it. Every inch of that
• 4:49
Speaker 1: setup screamed inside job, but nobody blinked. Not the judge,
• 4:52
Speaker 1: not probation, not even the press. Everyone acted like it
• 4:55
Speaker 1: was normal for a convicted sex offender to have a
• 4:58
Speaker 1: cushy work-release gig in an office that didn't even do
• 5:01
Speaker 1: any work. Barry Krischer's office should have been the first
• 5:04
Speaker 1: to blow the whistle, but instead, they handed him a megaphone.
• 5:08
Speaker 1: They knew damn well what was going on, and they
• 5:10
Speaker 1: didn't care. Epstein wasn't some first offender trying to turn
• 5:14
Speaker 1: his life around. He was a predator who never stopped hunting.
• 5:17
Speaker 1: And Florida handed him the camouflage. They said, sure, Jeff,
• 5:21
Speaker 1: you can run your little science thing. Just make sure
• 5:23
Speaker 1: you check in once in a while.
• 5:25
  Speaker 2: And he did.
• 5:27
Speaker 1: Right before heading back to do whatever he wanted. Real
• 5:30
Speaker 1: tight supervision there, boys. And you know what makes the
• 5:33
Speaker 1: blood boil? The sheer arrogance of it all. None of
• 5:37
Speaker 1: this shit was subtle. It wasn't buried. The man had
• 5:40
Speaker 1: an entire fake foundation operating under the state's nose. People
• 5:43
Speaker 1: saw it, knew it, and shrugged. You'd think after the
• 5:47
Speaker 1: scandal broke, someone, anyone, would step forward and say, yeah,
• 5:50
  Speaker 1: we messed up.
• 5:51
  Speaker 2: But no.
• 5:52
Speaker 1: Everyone suddenly struck with selective memory loss. Who approved that address?
• 5:56
Speaker 1: I don't recall. Who checked on him? I'd have to
• 5:59
Speaker 1: review the file. They all sound like they've been coached
• 6:02
Speaker 1: by the same PR firm. And let's not pretend the
• 6:05
Speaker 1: foundation fooled anyone. It was just a glorified permission slip,
• 6:09
Speaker 1: a get-out-of-jail-whenever card dressed up in a charity talk. Epstein
• 6:13
Speaker 1: knew the system was built to protect guys like him.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: He'd flash a few checks to the right people, mumble
• 6:19
Speaker 1: something about science and education, and boom, probation signed off.
• 6:23
Speaker 1: He could have called it the Jeffrey Epstein Dolphin Smiles Initiative,
• 6:27
Speaker 1: and they'd have still had let him waltz out the door.
• 6:29
  Speaker 1: Because when you're rich enough, everything's a non-profit. Now look,
• 6:34
Speaker 1: if a regular guy tried that, say opened a construction
• 6:38
Speaker 1: charity while on probation and just used it to hang
• 6:41
Speaker 1: out with his buddies, he'd be back behind bars before
• 6:43
Speaker 1: he finished his coffee. But Epstein, he got treated like
• 6:47
Speaker 1: a misunderstood genius. He's contributing to the community, they said.
• 6:52
Speaker 1: If you mean by community, the Palm Beach elite, the
• 6:55
Speaker 1: guy couldn't spell redemption if you spotted him the first
• 6:58
Speaker 1: eight letters. And at this point, if you don't laugh,
• 7:01
Speaker 1: you're going to cry at how they dressed it up.
• 7:03
Speaker 1: They called it a philanthropic initiative to promote science. What science?
• 7:07
Speaker 1: The science of probation loopholes? The science of pretending to
• 7:10
Speaker 1: serve time while living like a king? The only experiments
• 7:13
Speaker 1: happening there involved seeing how far the Florida justice system
• 7:17
Speaker 1: could bend before it broke. Spoiler alert, that shit snapped
• 7:21
Speaker 1: clean in half. And that office next to Goldberger's, we
• 7:24
Speaker 1: all know it wasn't an accident. It was a tactical move.
• 7:27
Speaker 1: Epstein knew that proximity meant protection. If anyone ever dropped
• 7:31
Speaker 1: by to check on him, his lawyer was right there
• 7:33
Speaker 1: to run interference. It was like having a built-in firewall
• 7:37
Speaker 1: between his lies and the law. Look, I'm not saying
• 7:39
Speaker 1: Goldberger was in on it, but come on. The guy
• 7:42
Speaker 1: had to know what was happening next door. The smell
• 7:45
Speaker 1: of hypocrisy must have wafted through the drywall. The probation officers, meanwhile,
• 7:50
Speaker 1: were out here playing see no evil, hear no evil.
• 7:52
Speaker 1: They'd show up, tick a few boxes, maybe ask a
• 7:55
Speaker 1: question or two, and leave. As long as Epstein looked
• 7:58
Speaker 1: like he was doing something official, nobody wanted to rock
• 8:01
Speaker 1: the boat. Because rocking the boat in Florida apparently means
• 8:05
Speaker 1: you stop getting invited to fundraisers. And we can't have
• 8:07
Speaker 1: that now, can we? And the optics, boy, let's talk
• 8:12
Speaker 1: about the optics. A convicted pedophile claiming to run a
• 8:15
Speaker 1: science foundation? It's like putting a fox in charge of
• 8:18
Speaker 1: a hen house and calling it poultry management. The sheer
• 8:22
Speaker 1: audacity of it should have made headlines daily, but instead
• 8:25
Speaker 1: the media yawned. They called him a financier with scientific interests. Yeah,
• 8:29
Speaker 1: and I'm a rocket scientist because I once fixed a toaster.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: The bigger picture here is what it says about power.
• 8:36
Speaker 1: Epstein didn't have superpowers, he had leverage. The kind of
• 8:40
Speaker 1: leverage that made cops, lawyers, and politicians suddenly forget how
• 8:44
Speaker 1: to do their jobs. The kind of leverage that made
• 8:47
Speaker 1: probation look more like a business arrangement. The Science Foundation
• 8:51
Speaker 1: was just a mask, one of many he wore to
• 8:53
Speaker 1: keep the machine running. And now, years later, we're still
• 8:57
Speaker 1: wondering who was behind the curtain. Someone signed off on
• 9:00
Speaker 1: that foundation. Someone approved those work hours. Someone decided it
• 9:03
Speaker 1: was perfectly fine for him to keep mingling with the
• 9:06
Speaker 1: same crowd that helped him offend in the first place.
• 9:08
Speaker 1: And guess what? None of them have been held accountable.
• 9:12
Speaker 1: They're probably all retired somewhere sipping margaritas, pretending they didn't
• 9:16
Speaker 1: play a part in enabling one of the worst predators
• 9:18
Speaker 1: of our time. Meanwhile, Congress has the nerve to hold
• 9:22
Speaker 1: hearings about Epstein while letting the Clintons skip their depositions
• 9:25
Speaker 1: to go raise money for a Friends campaign? You couldn't
• 9:29
Speaker 1: make a bigger mockery of justice if you tried. The
• 9:32
Speaker 1: same people who claim to be fighting corruption are out
• 9:34
Speaker 1: here protecting the very network that made Epstein untouchable. The
• 9:39
Speaker 1: whole case, the Science Foundation, the probation farce, the state's complicity,
• 9:44
Speaker 1: it's all one big reminder that the system isn't broken.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: It's working exactly as designed. It's built to protect the
• 9:51
Speaker 1: wealthy and grind the rest of us into dust. Epstein
• 9:54
Speaker 1: just happened to be the one arrogant enough to flaunt
• 9:56
Speaker 1: it in public and even then it took years for
• 9:59
Speaker 1: anyone to care. Look, the thing is, the survivors have
• 10:03
Speaker 1: never got a break. While Epstein was working next to
• 10:05
Speaker 1: his lawyer, they were trying to rebuild their lives. Oh,
• 10:09
Speaker 1: they were told justice was being served, that he was
• 10:11
Speaker 1: being watched, that the system was keeping tabs.
• 10:14
Speaker 2: But all along, it was just theater.
• 10:17
Speaker 1: The only thing being watched was the clock ticking down
• 10:19
Speaker 1: until everyone could pretend it never happened. And the Florida officials, well,
• 10:24
Speaker 1: they're still out here acting like it was all above board.
• 10:27
Speaker 1: We followed procedure, they say. Oh, I bet you did.
• 10:30
Speaker 1: Just the wrong damn procedure. The one that billionaires write
• 10:33
Speaker 1: their own rules with and everyone else plays along. If
• 10:37
Speaker 1: there was any real oversight, half those people would have
• 10:39
Speaker 1: lost their jobs. The second Epstein-Cham Foundation opened its doors.
• 10:44
Speaker 2: So yeah. The fix was in from the very start.
• 10:47
  Speaker 2: I mean it.
• 10:48
Speaker 1: The Science Foundation wasn't just some side note. It was
• 10:51
Speaker 1: Exhibit A in the case against our so-called justice system.
• 10:55
Speaker 2: It proved that if.
• 10:56
Speaker 1: You've got enough money, you can turn punishment into performance art.
• 10:59
Speaker 1: And look, at the end of the day, that's the
• 11:01
Speaker 1: real science experiment Jeffrey Epstein conducted. Not in biology, not
• 11:05
Speaker 1: in physics, but in corruption. He tested the limits of privilege,
• 11:09
Speaker 1: and the results are conclusive. The law does not apply equally.
• 11:13
Speaker 1: And as long as the people who made that possible
• 11:16
Speaker 1: keep dodging accountability, nothing's ever going to change. Same script,
• 11:20
Speaker 1: same actors, same ending. The only thing that evolves is
• 11:24
Speaker 1: the excuse. All of the information that goes with this
• 11:28
Speaker 1: episode can be found in the description box.
• 11:31
Speaker 2: Happy owner. What's up, everyone?
• 11:33
Speaker 1: And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. We've been talking
• 11:37
Speaker 1: about the financial portion of the Jeffrey Epstein criminal enterprise
• 11:41
Speaker 1: for For quite some time here on the podcast. And
• 11:45
Speaker 1: I think it's one of the most underreported. And least
• 11:49
Speaker 1: talked about portions of this case. Which is very odd
• 11:55
Speaker 1: to me. Considering we all know that it's the financial
• 11:57
Speaker 1: ties that bind. We all know that if you follow
• 12:00
Speaker 1: the money. Eventually you're going to find a criminal.
• 12:05
  Speaker 2: But the government.
• 12:07
Speaker 1: Even after Jeffrey Epstein's death and arrest. They didn't seem
• 12:10
Speaker 1: to have any desire. To follow the money. They didn't
• 12:14
Speaker 1: seem to have any desire to bring in the proper
• 12:17
Speaker 1: people to go through this stuff forensically and figure out
• 12:20
Speaker 1: what the hell went on here. Because Jeffrey Epstein was
• 12:23
Speaker 1: manipulating the system at every turn. Whether it be with
• 12:28
Speaker 1: his offshore money spots. Whether it be with business deals
• 12:35
Speaker 1: or fake charities even like we're going to talk about today.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: You name it, Jeffrey Epstein was involved in it. When
• 12:43
Speaker 1: it comes to financial ill-gotten gains and financial misdeeds, Jeffrey
• 12:49
Speaker 1: Epstein was involved in all of it. And it's something
• 12:52
Speaker 1: that doesn't get enough talk. Because, I'll tell you what,
• 12:57
Speaker 1: if these investigators were really serious about all of this,
• 13:00
Speaker 1: and they were really serious about bringing the remnants of
• 13:03
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's criminal enterprise under heel, they'd slap a RICO
• 13:08
Speaker 1: charge on all of these people. And then they dive
• 13:10
Speaker 1: into their financials with a fine-tooth comb. And until we
• 13:14
Speaker 1: see that happening, then I have to say, we're never
• 13:18
Speaker 1: getting the full look at what went on here. We're
• 13:22
Speaker 1: only getting little pieces, right? A little look in the room, maybe.
• 13:27
Speaker 1: Whereas we all know Ghislaine Maxwell is a disgusting excuse
• 13:31
Speaker 1: for a human being. She's not the only one involved here.
• 13:35
Speaker 1: She was the underboss, right? The Epstein's right-hand woman. but
• 13:40
Speaker 1: she wasn't the only one involved. She certainly wasn't involved
• 13:43
Speaker 1: in the financial angle like Indyk or Khan or some.
• 13:47
Speaker 2: Of these other people.
• 13:50
Speaker 1: So what I would like to see, probably never going
• 13:52
Speaker 1: to see it, but what I would like to see
• 13:54
Speaker 1: is a nice fat RICO case.
• 13:57
Speaker 2: All of these people caught up.
• 13:59
Speaker 1: Anybody who ever had money transferred to them by Jeffrey Epstein.
• 14:03
Speaker 2: Has to have a look.
• 14:05
Speaker 1: Because we know that all of his money originated from
• 14:08
Speaker 1: a dark place, right? Ill-gotten gains. So if you're receiving
• 14:12
Speaker 1: ill-gotten gains from somebody who is caught up in a
• 14:15
Speaker 1: RICO case, well, now you are a target in that
• 14:18
Speaker 1: RICO case as well. And that's how RICO works. And
• 14:21
Speaker 1: that's why everybody's so terrified of it. I've seen it firsthand.
• 14:26
Speaker 1: I've seen RICO applied to people I care about firsthand
• 14:30
Speaker 1: and seen how it ruined them. over illegal sports gambling,
• 14:34
Speaker 1: by the way. Meanwhile, you have Jeffrey Epstein and his
• 14:38
Speaker 1: friends opening up banks, all kinds of crazy shit, and
• 14:42
Speaker 1: no penalties, nobody's going to jail, his banker doesn't go
• 14:45
Speaker 1: to jail, his lawyer doesn't go to jail, his accountant
• 14:48
Speaker 1: doesn't go to jail. And you wonder why people have
• 14:52
Speaker 1: no faith in the system or in these institutions. All right,
• 14:57
Speaker 1: today our article is from the New York Times. And
• 15:01
Speaker 1: the headline of this article is Jeffrey Epstein's Charity, an
• 15:05
Speaker 1: image boost built on deception. This article was authored by
• 15:10
Speaker 1: Steve Etter and Matthew Goldstein. Now, we reached back into
• 15:14
Speaker 1: the vault for this one, folks. This is an article
• 15:17
  Speaker 1: from November 26th of 2019. And considering there's a bit
• 15:22
Speaker 1: of a lull today as far as new news, I
• 15:25
Speaker 1: thought we'd slide this one in and keep things rolling
• 15:29
Speaker 1: on the financial track. Jeffrey Epstein's foundation looked for all
• 15:35
Speaker 1: the world like a charitable powerhouse. On its websites and
• 15:39
Speaker 1: in its press releases, the foundation was described as a
• 15:42
Speaker 1: patron of hospitals, universities, and film festivals run by a
• 15:47
Speaker 1: global philanthropist. And this is what's so galling, right? Everybody
• 15:52
Speaker 1: knew what this guy was up to. All of the
• 15:53
Speaker 1: scumbags in his atmosphere knew.
• 15:56
Speaker 2: What do you think?
• 15:56
Speaker 1: They sat around and his hubris didn't have him acting
• 16:00
Speaker 1: in a brazen manner, telling these people what he was about?
• 16:03
Speaker 1: Maybe not directly, but hinting at it. And then, if
• 16:06
Speaker 1: you're one of these people hanging out with him all
• 16:08
Speaker 1: the time, you mean to tell me you never had
• 16:10
Speaker 1: any questions? Why he's there without any, uh, I mean,
• 16:13
Speaker 1: with these young girls?
• 16:15
Speaker 2: Where are their parents?
• 16:16
Speaker 1: He's not his niece or his nephew or anything like that.
• 16:19
Speaker 1: He just happens to have all of these young girls around,
• 16:22
Speaker 1: and nobody has any questions for him? The organization, known
• 16:27
Speaker 1: by various names, but usually called the J. Epstein Virgin
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Islands Foundation... wasn't officially a charity for much of its existence,
• 16:36
Speaker 1: having lost its tax-exempt status in 2008. But it worked
• 16:42
Speaker 1: to his advantage, helping improve the reputation of Mr. Epstein,
• 16:46
Speaker 1: a convicted sex offender. And remember, that's what it was
• 16:49
Speaker 1: all about. After his arrest, Epstein went on the full
• 16:52
Speaker 1: court press trying to refurbish his reputation. He wanted to
• 16:56
Speaker 1: come back into civil society. He wanted to make his comeback.
• 17:00
Speaker 1: And he was convinced that it was going to be
• 17:02
Speaker 1: able to happen if these sort of people would help
• 17:05
Speaker 1: him refurbish his disgusting and beat up reputation. And the
• 17:09
Speaker 1: sad part is, folks, a lot of these so-called elites,
• 17:13
Speaker 1: a lot of these scumbags that are out there crowing
• 17:16
Speaker 1: about this or that, They let him do it. There's
• 17:21
Speaker 1: no investigations. No IRS agents dispatched to go and talk
• 17:25
Speaker 1: to him. Just left up to his own devices, to
• 17:29
Speaker 1: the perils of everybody else. A review of tax documents...
• 17:37
Speaker 1: Government records and information provided by federal officials shows that
• 17:41
Speaker 1: the foundation lost its tax exempt status for an unknown
• 17:45
Speaker 1: reason in the same year Mr. Epstein pleaded guilty to
• 17:48
Speaker 1: soliciting prostitution from a minor.
• 17:51
Speaker 2: An unknown reason, huh?
• 17:53
Speaker 1: Oh, I'm sure it had everything to do with him
• 17:56
Speaker 1: not being involved with abusing kids, right?
• 18:00
  Speaker 2: It's absurd.
• 18:01
Speaker 1: We all know what the reason is. But the crazy
• 18:04
Speaker 1: part is, all of these people knew behind the scenes
• 18:07
Speaker 1: what was going on, and nobody acted. None of these
• 18:10
Speaker 1: law enforcement officials, none of these officials down in the
• 18:13
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands who knew what was going on, nobody. All
• 18:17
Speaker 1: because they were too busy stuffing their pockets full of
• 18:20
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's disgusting ass, gross, ill-gotten money. In the years
• 18:29
Speaker 1: between that case and his suicide in August, as he
• 18:32
Speaker 1: faced federal sex trafficking charges, Mr. Epstein was unshackled from
• 18:36
Speaker 1: the rigorous financial disclosures that charities are supposed to file
• 18:40
Speaker 1: every year with the government, allowing him to exaggerate his
• 18:43
Speaker 1: philanthropy as he sought to rebuild his reputation. The foundation's
• 18:48
Speaker 1: portrayals of its giving ranged from simple embellishment to staggering overstatement.
• 18:53
Speaker 1: That means lying, okay? Let's just be very real with
• 18:56
Speaker 1: what it means. Epstein and his team... They were forging everything.
• 19:00
  Speaker 2: If they were.
• 19:01
Speaker 1: Anything besides sick, disgusting, twisted, wannabe human beings, they were
• 19:06
Speaker 1: all liars as well. They sure had a huge idea
• 19:10
Speaker 1: about who they were, and it certainly didn't match up
• 19:14
  Speaker 1: with reality.
• 19:18
  Speaker 2: One of Mr.
• 19:18
Speaker 1: Epstein's websites said the foundation had helped to underwrite the
• 19:22
Speaker 1: Tribeca Film Festival when in fact it had donated $ 28, 000
• 19:27
Speaker 1: to a related organization that offers grants to filmmakers and
• 19:31
Speaker 1: educational programming to students in.
• 19:34
  Speaker 2: New York City.
• 19:35
Speaker 1: So that's definitely always been a trademark of Epstein. He's
• 19:38
Speaker 1: always been one of those guys who likes to exaggerate
• 19:42
Speaker 1: about things. That's why you always have to take what
• 19:45
Speaker 1: he says with a grain of salt, right? When you
• 19:47
Speaker 1: hear quotes from Epstein, you know, it's very difficult. to
• 19:50
Speaker 1: take him at face value. The foundation sent out news
• 19:56
Speaker 1: releases touting donations to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology to
• 20:01
Speaker 1: restore Mark Rothko murals and teach coding to five-year-olds, claims
• 20:06
Speaker 1: that officials at the school later called inaccurate. Oh, I'm
• 20:10
Speaker 1: sure they were inaccurate. Again, look, I don't trust MIT either.
• 20:13
Speaker 1: Considering their relationship with Epstein and the way they're trying
• 20:16
Speaker 1: to foster their image now and fix their image after
• 20:19
Speaker 1: it was revealed, how deep their ties were with Epstein.
• 20:23
Speaker 1: Of course, they're going to be in cover-your-ass mode as well. Oh, well,
• 20:27
Speaker 1: we had no idea what was going on here. That's inaccurate.
• 20:30
Speaker 1: That never happened. It also issued a statement in 2013
• 20:36
Speaker 1: saying researchers at Mount Sinai Hospital had made a major
• 20:39
Speaker 1: advance in breast cancer research with the backing of Mr. Epstein,
• 20:43
Speaker 1: although the health system's own release makes no mention of him.
• 20:48
Speaker 1: I mean, stolen valor, wearing the Navy SEAL shit, acting
• 20:51
Speaker 1: like he's, you know, a big wig here, helping out
• 20:53
Speaker 1: people with breast cancer, which I take umbrage with, considering
• 20:58
Speaker 1: the love of my life battled through stage 2B breast
• 21:01
Speaker 1: cancer a few years ago, and it was one of
• 21:04
Speaker 1: the most grueling, rigorous, 18 months of my, I can't
• 21:08
Speaker 1: even explain how rigorous the 18 months was. It was very,
• 21:12
Speaker 1: very difficult watching somebody I care about and love more
• 21:15
Speaker 1: than the world suffer like that and not be able
• 21:18
Speaker 1: to do anything but provide emotional and mental support. Wake
• 21:23
Speaker 1: up every day, take her to the doctor, chemotherapy, then
• 21:27
Speaker 1: on to radiation, then after that, still back and forth
• 21:31
Speaker 1: to the doctors for a while.
• 21:32
Speaker 2: It is all bad.
• 21:33
Speaker 1: And I don't wish that on nobody. And anybody acting
• 21:36
Speaker 1: like they're involved in that and helping people who are
• 21:39
Speaker 1: going through that and they're really not, Well, they certainly
• 21:43
Speaker 1: make my list of top scumbags, folks. Because that is
• 21:46
Speaker 1: not something to joke around with. It's not something to
• 21:49
Speaker 1: make pretend you're helping out with if you're not. Because
• 21:51
Speaker 1: it's serious business. People's lives are shattered when they're sitting
• 21:56
Speaker 1: in that hospital room and they get that diagnosis. I'm
• 21:59
Speaker 1: sorry to tell you, you have cancer. Let me tell
• 22:01
Speaker 1: you what. Everything changes that day, folks. Every single thing changes.
• 22:06
Speaker 1: And it certainly was the case for me. So when
• 22:08
Speaker 1: I see people out here acting like, you know, they're
• 22:11
Speaker 1: helping people with cancer, and then pulling a pump fake
• 22:14
Speaker 1: and shit, it really, really bothers me. But the most
• 22:19
Speaker 1: glaring exaggeration appeared on Wikipedia. A username apparently connected to Mr.
• 22:24
Speaker 1: Epstein edited the page for the foundation and put its
• 22:28
Speaker 1: annual outlay at $ 200 million a year, just under the
• 22:32
Speaker 1: amount the Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg contributed to charity in 2018. Now,
• 22:37
Speaker 1: we know Epstein wasn't dumping that kind of dough into
• 22:42
Speaker 1: any kind of charity. Zero chance. That money was better
• 22:47
Speaker 1: used for his criminal enterprise. In reality, the foundation was
• 22:52
Speaker 1: worth a small fraction of that amount, according to documents
• 22:56
Speaker 1: obtained by the New York Times through a public records
• 22:58
Speaker 1: lawsuit in the Virgin Islands. 18 years of financial statements
• 23:04
Speaker 1: show that just under $ 20 million flowed into the foundation
• 23:07
Speaker 1: since it was founded in 2000. A lot less than
• 23:10
Speaker 1: the $ 200 million, huh? Again, you see what I'm talking
• 23:13
Speaker 1: about with these scumbags? They'll even use this.
• 23:15
  Speaker 2: They're charity.
• 23:16
Speaker 1: They'll wrap themselves in this charity stuff and use it
• 23:19
Speaker 1: as a shield, as armor. And I really, really detest it.
• 23:23
Speaker 1: It's really gross. There's not enough words to really explain
• 23:28
Speaker 1: the grossness of it. Roughly $ 16. 6 million was spent on
• 23:34
Speaker 1: donations and grants. Most of the rest paid unspecified general
• 23:39
Speaker 1: and administrative expenses and $ 1. 5 million in interest for what
• 23:43
Speaker 1: appears to be an undisclosed debt. Oh, an undisclosed debt, huh?
• 23:47
Speaker 1: I wonder which scumbag was getting that chunk of change.
• 23:50
Speaker 1: Which scumbag had their hands in that pie? The documents,
• 23:55
Speaker 1: which were filed with the Virgin Islands Division of Corporations
• 23:58
Speaker 1: and Trademarks, do not offer details about where the money
• 24:01
Speaker 1: came from, or ended up. That information would be contained
• 24:05
Speaker 1: in the public document, Form 990, that charities are required
• 24:09
Speaker 1: to file each year with the Internal Revenue Service. But
• 24:14
Speaker 1: there is just one publicly available Form 990 from the Foundation,
• 24:19
Speaker 1: a single-page filing in 2002, and it does not include
• 24:24
Speaker 1: any information on grants or donations. So you see, here's
• 24:27
Speaker 1: my big problem, all right? You have all of these
• 24:29
Speaker 1: government officials and all of these people who are now
• 24:33
Speaker 1: talking about how these financial crimes occurred and how the
• 24:37
Speaker 1: system was manipulated. Meanwhile, this guy wasn't even filing the
• 24:41
Speaker 1: right paperwork, wasn't following any of the FinCEN regulations, and
• 24:47
Speaker 1: nothing happened to him. There was never an investigation. There
• 24:50
Speaker 1: was never a raid. Nobody was arrested. In fact, he
• 24:53
Speaker 1: was hooked up in the Virgin Islands. And this is
• 24:55
Speaker 1: why I say the Virgin Islands should not see one
• 24:58
Speaker 1: single dollar. They're the ones who let all of this
• 25:01
  Speaker 1: happen down there.
• 25:03
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 25:04
Speaker 1: So they shouldn't just be let off the hook, the
• 25:06
Speaker 1: officials down there. Nobody's going to get arrested.
• 25:08
  Speaker 2: None of that.
• 25:09
Speaker 1: Until that happens, I don't want to hear about the
• 25:11
Speaker 1: Virgin Islands thinks they should have some of this money
• 25:14
Speaker 1: because all of this shit happened on all of their
• 25:16
Speaker 1: watch and nobody wanted to do anything about it until
• 25:21
Speaker 1: the wall started to fall down. Mr. Epstein's website portrayed
• 25:26
Speaker 1: the foundation as an organization with high standards and high
• 25:30
Speaker 1: aspirations for changing the world. I mean, yeah, you know,
• 25:34
Speaker 1: definitely what it was, definitely an organization with high standards.
• 25:39
Speaker 1: If high standards to you mean no standards whatsoever. A
• 25:45
Speaker 1: page from one site described a multi-stage grant process that
• 25:49
Speaker 1: asked applicants to describe how their project was innovative, the
• 25:52
Speaker 1: pressing need it would address, and an explanation of how
• 25:56
Speaker 1: they would evaluate their results. The page from 2010 also
• 26:00
Speaker 1: said it was vital to understand that the foundation and
• 26:04
Speaker 1: another run by Mr. Epstein were not piggy banks. No,
• 26:07
Speaker 1: they were a way for Epstein to get his claws
• 26:09
Speaker 1: into some of these scientists or some of these projects.
• 26:12
Speaker 1: And then that way, he can do what he wished
• 26:14
Speaker 1: with the information. Sell it onto his handler, whatever it is.
• 26:18
Speaker 1: That was the whole goal for Epstein. But that was
• 26:25
Speaker 1: the term that Martin Scheel, a retired supervisory special agent
• 26:29
Speaker 1: with the Criminal Investigations Division of the IRS, used to
• 26:32
Speaker 1: describe the foundation. Its lack of disclosures, he said, could
• 26:36
Speaker 1: be an overt act of concealment. Oh, it could be, huh?
• 26:39
Speaker 1: So where is the IRS kicking in the doors? Where's
• 26:42
Speaker 1: the IRS sending in all of the agents? Oh, they
• 26:45
Speaker 1: only do that if it's you.
• 26:47
  Speaker 2: Guess what?
• 26:47
Speaker 1: Tax day is coming, folks. You better make sure yours
• 26:49
Speaker 1: are filed. It's not clear if such misrepresentations amounted to
• 26:55
Speaker 1: a crime. False statements meant to fraudulently solicit donations are
• 26:59
Speaker 1: illegal and generally prosecuted by state attorneys general. Yeah, when
• 27:03
Speaker 1: they're not in the pocket of the accused. When they're not,
• 27:07
Speaker 1: you know, dipping their hands into the trough. Yeah, then
• 27:12
Speaker 1: you might have some indictments. But Jeffrey Epstein? No way.
• 27:14
Speaker 1: The dude was protected, obviously, wherever he went and was
• 27:18
Speaker 1: able to initiate these sorts of schemes, scams, and plots.
• 27:22
Speaker 1: and nobody wanted to do anything about it. The New
• 27:26
Speaker 1: York State Attorney General's Office began inquiring in 2015 whether
• 27:30
Speaker 1: the foundation, which said on one of its sites that
• 27:33
Speaker 1: it had offices in Manhattan and the Virgin Islands, needed
• 27:37
Speaker 1: to register as a charity in New York.
• 27:40
  Speaker 2: Mr.
• 27:40
Speaker 1: Epstein's longtime lawyer, Darren Indyke, replied that the site was
• 27:44
Speaker 1: inaccurate and that the foundation was operated out of an
• 27:47
Speaker 1: office in St. Thomas. So they can't even get their
• 27:49
Speaker 1: act together as far as where a business is being
• 27:54
Speaker 1: conducted in this company, right? Oh, the Virgin Islands.
• 27:57
Speaker 2: Oh, it's in New York.
• 27:58
Speaker 1: And then the regulators are just like, oh, okay, whatever
• 28:00
  Speaker 1: you say, Mr.
• 28:01
  Speaker 2: Epstein.
• 28:02
Speaker 1: Instead of really digging in like they usually do, we'll
• 28:06
Speaker 1: move on to an easier target, lower hanging fruit, if
• 28:08
  Speaker 1: you will.
• 28:10
  Speaker 2: Mr.
• 28:11
Speaker 1: Indyk, who is one of two executors of Mr. Epstein's estate,
• 28:15
Speaker 1: did not respond to messages seeking comment. Before regulators closed
• 28:20
Speaker 1: their inquiry, Mr. Indyk provided them with a copy of
• 28:23
Speaker 1: a letter the foundation received from the IRS in 2000,
• 28:27
Speaker 1: verifying its status as a charitable, tax-exempt organization. Oh, I'm sure.
• 28:32
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's getting passports from Saudi Arabia and, you know,
• 28:36
Speaker 1: other countries. You really think he's going to have a
• 28:37
Speaker 1: problem pulling some levers here to get tax-exempt status? But
• 28:45
Speaker 1: he never disclosed that the agency had dropped the foundation
• 28:48
Speaker 1: from its official role of tax-exempt organizations. The foundation was
• 28:52
Speaker 1: set up as part of Mr. Epstein's participation in a
• 28:55
Speaker 1: lucrative program in the Virgin Islands that offered big tax
• 28:59
Speaker 1: breaks to his businesses. Financial Trust and Southern Trust, in
• 29:03
Speaker 1: return for philanthropic commitment to charities in the territory. And
• 29:07
Speaker 1: you see where the whole ask for the money comes
• 29:09
Speaker 1: in now, down in the Virgin Islands. But again, these
• 29:14
Speaker 1: officials are the ones that put Jeffrey Epstein into business, right?
• 29:17
Speaker 1: They let him set up shop down there. They're the
• 29:19
Speaker 1: ones that should have been regulating this, going over it
• 29:22
Speaker 1: with a fine-tooth comb, but instead they set it all up,
• 29:24
Speaker 1: then they turn around, and then they want to play
• 29:27
Speaker 1: the fool and act like they had no idea? Sorry,
• 29:29
  Speaker 1: that doesn't work.
• 29:35
  Speaker 2: One of Mr.
• 29:35
Speaker 1: Epstein's sales pitch to his wealthy wealthy clients was offering
• 29:38
Speaker 1: tax advantage strategies that sometimes included charitable giving. Reports from
• 29:44
Speaker 1: the agency that approved the tax incentives show the foundation
• 29:47
Speaker 1: made more than $ 1. 8 million in donations to charities, educational scholarships,
• 29:53
Speaker 1: and symposiums there. In an emailed statement, the Virgin Islands
• 29:56
Speaker 1: Economic Development Authority said the foundation was established primarily for
• 30:01
Speaker 1: the purpose of making charitable contributions to the Virgin Islands community. Well, $ 1. 8
• 30:07
  Speaker 1: million in donations.
• 30:08
  Speaker 2: All right.
• 30:09
Speaker 1: But public records show it also carried out some unusual transactions.
• 30:13
Speaker 1: Of course it did. He wasn't being regulated or monitored.
• 30:17
Speaker 1: He throws $ 1. 8 million towards the Virgin Island Economic Development Authority.
• 30:21
Speaker 1: They look the other way. You guys all know how
• 30:23
Speaker 1: this game is played. I don't need to explain this
• 30:26
Speaker 1: to you. You've all been seeing this for how many
• 30:28
Speaker 1: years now? In 2017, the foundation, also known as Enhanced Education,
• 30:35
Speaker 1: cut a check for $ 160, 000 to pay fines Mr. Epstein
• 30:39
Speaker 1: incurred for permanent violations on his private islands. Its funds
• 30:45
Speaker 1: also back the causes of political officials in the Virgin Islands,
• 30:49
Speaker 1: including up to $ 30, 000 to support a computer giveaway by
• 30:53
Speaker 1: an elected official. The Foundation has also contributed tens of
• 30:57
Speaker 1: thousands of dollars to other groups, including the territory's Chamber
• 31:01
Speaker 1: of Commerce. So you see, they've already gotten their cut,
• 31:04
Speaker 1: the Virgin Islands. And this is why I'm so adamant
• 31:06
Speaker 1: about them not getting any more of this money, especially
• 31:09
Speaker 1: considering we see how a lot of these survivors got lowballed,
• 31:13
  Speaker 1: $ 125 million, $ 135 million going out to the survivors, a
• 31:17
Speaker 1: mere one-sixth of Jeffrey Epstein's fortune. And the Virgin Islands,
• 31:21
Speaker 1: with all of this in mind, still thinks they're entitled
• 31:23
Speaker 1: to a little piece? Federal investigators have taken an interest
• 31:28
Speaker 1: in the foundation. In August, the FBI contacted the Virgin
• 31:32
Speaker 1: Islands Department of Planning and Natural Resources about the payment
• 31:36
Speaker 1: to resolve the permit violations. Agents asked whether the department
• 31:40
Speaker 1: had a policy prohibiting a charitable foundation from paying the penalty,
• 31:44
Speaker 1: said Jamal Nielsen, a spokesman for the department. He said
• 31:48
Speaker 1: the contribution did not violate any department rules. Oh, of
• 31:52
Speaker 1: course it didn't. You know, It never violates any rules
• 31:55
Speaker 1: when they're the ones benefiting from it, does it? The
• 31:59
Speaker 1: FBI in New York declined to comment, citing an ongoing investigation.
• 32:04
Speaker 1: It's not clear how the foundation lost its tax-exempt status.
• 32:07
Speaker 1: It could have given it up, or it may have
• 32:10
Speaker 1: been taken away after an IRS investigation. Eric L. Smith,
• 32:14
Speaker 1: a spokesman for the IRS, said the agency could not comment,
• 32:18
Speaker 1: citing federal privacy laws. That's another thing the government likes
• 32:23
Speaker 1: to do, right? Oh, there's an investigation right now. We
• 32:25
Speaker 1: can't give you any information. The IRS can also revoke...
• 32:30
Speaker 1: tax-exempt status if a foundation fails to file a Form
• 32:34
Speaker 1: 990 for three consecutive years, although that rule took effect
• 32:38
Speaker 1: in 2010. Stephen T. Miller, a former acting IRS commissioner
• 32:44
Speaker 1: and now the National Director of Tax at Alliant Group,
• 32:47
Speaker 1: said Form 990s are vital both for regulators and the
• 32:51
Speaker 1: general public to understand the finances of a given entity.
• 32:55
Speaker 1: Zero chance we were ever going to get a look
• 32:58
Speaker 1: behind the curtain at Jeffrey Epstein's finances. This guy was
• 33:02
Speaker 1: not a genius like everybody says, but the dude certainly
• 33:06
Speaker 1: was good at hiding money and manipulating the financial sector,
• 33:10
Speaker 1: especially considering all of the people he had dispersed throughout
• 33:14
Speaker 1: it to help him out. The scanned filings by Mr.
• 33:18
Speaker 1: Epstein's foundation, he said, showed a lack of transparency. And
• 33:22
Speaker 1: over the years, Mr. Epstein operated at least three other charities,
• 33:26
Speaker 1: including one based in the Virgin Islands. Mr. Endyke, his lawyer,
• 33:30
Speaker 1: long served as an officer for Mr. Epstein's charities and
• 33:34
Speaker 1: other businesses. Again, Darren Endyke's name all over the place.
• 33:37
Speaker 1: No indictment, no deposition, no self-responsibility.
• 33:45
  Speaker 2: Two of Mr.
• 33:46
Speaker 1: Epstein's foundations relied on on wealthy business titans to provide
• 33:51
Speaker 1: millions in seed capital. His COUQ Foundation received about $ 21
• 33:56
Speaker 1: million in stock and cash from charities of Leslie H. Wexner,
• 33:59
Speaker 1: the billionaire retail magnate whose company owns Victoria's Secret.
• 34:04
  Speaker 2: Mr.
• 34:04
Speaker 1: Epstein's Gratitude America Foundation received $ 10 million in donations in
• 34:10
Speaker 1: 2015 from a company tied to the private equity billionaire,
• 34:13
Speaker 1: Leon D. Black. And you see what I mean, folks,
• 34:16
Speaker 1: and why I call this such a sham? All of
• 34:19
Speaker 1: these guys are donating to these sham-ass foundations, and this
• 34:24
Speaker 1: turns into ill-gotten gains, and this is a RICO case
• 34:27
Speaker 1: right here, right here in front of us. And believe me,
• 34:29
Speaker 1: I'm certainly no FBI agent, or IRS agent, or Treasury
• 34:32
Speaker 1: Department official, but come on. If you're going to slap
• 34:35
Speaker 1: people with RICO over illegal gambling or wire fraud, you
• 34:40
Speaker 1: mean to tell me this doesn't deserve at least a
• 34:42
  Speaker 1: full-on investigation, a full-on look? Mr. Epstein's other foundations complied
• 34:49
Speaker 1: with federal disclosure rules, making his namesake foundation the outlier.
• 34:55
Speaker 1: It doesn't pass the smell test, said Mr. Scheel, the
• 34:58
Speaker 1: retired IRS special agent. After his 2008 conviction, Mr. Epstein
• 35:03
Speaker 1: took great pains to burnish his reputation, and the foundation
• 35:07
Speaker 1: played a key role. And so did all of those
• 35:09
Speaker 1: enablers that were around him that we talk about all
• 35:11
Speaker 1: the time. In 2013, a Wikipedia user named Turville made
• 35:16
Speaker 1: a number of changes to the page for the foundation.
• 35:19
Speaker 1: The changes including saying the foundation had given more than
• 35:23
Speaker 1: $ 200 million to a long list of notable scientists since
• 35:27
Speaker 1: its inception, then raised its claim further by describing that
• 35:32
Speaker 1: sum as its approximate annual outlay. So basically, just lying
• 35:36
Speaker 1: about things, this person went on Wikipedia and just started
• 35:39
Speaker 1: changing the Wikipedia page to all sorts of fanciful, wismical BS.
• 35:46
Speaker 1: The user's name connection to Mr. Epstein is evident from
• 35:49
Speaker 1: information he disclosed in New Mexico as a result of
• 35:52
Speaker 1: his 2008 conviction. He provided a list of online usernames,
• 35:57
Speaker 1: including those used by third-party reputation management services he hired.
• 36:03
Speaker 1: On that list was a Wikipedia handle, Turville, that does
• 36:07
Speaker 1: not appear anywhere on the website. But the similar name,
• 36:11
Speaker 1: Turville Does, and that user had a particular focus on
• 36:15
Speaker 1: editing articles about Mr. Epstein.
• 36:19
Speaker 2: So you see how this.
• 36:20
Speaker 1: Works, right? Epstein out there trying to foster his image,
• 36:22
Speaker 1: then hits the internet to do a quick sweep to
• 36:25
Speaker 1: make sure everything lines up. Meanwhile, the IRS, the government,
• 36:32
Speaker 1: Nobody's the wiser, huh? Nobody has any idea what's going on.
• 36:37
Speaker 1: As we continue to dive deeper into this disgusting rabbit hole,
• 36:43
Speaker 1: it becomes very apparent that all of these people had
• 36:46
Speaker 1: at least a clue what was going on. And frankly,
• 36:50
Speaker 1: they didn't care. All right, folks, that's going to do
• 36:54
Speaker 1: it for this morning's update. As usual, on the way,
• 36:58
Speaker 1: some context episodes. Then I will be back later on tonight.
• 37:03
Speaker 1: If you'd like to contact me, you can do that
• 37:04
  Speaker 1: at bobbycappucci at protonmail.com. That's B-O-B-B-Y-C-A-P-U-C-C-I at protonmail.com. The article
• 37:15
Speaker 1: that we discussed can be found in the description box.
• 37:18
  Speaker 2: All right, everybody.
• 37:19
Speaker 1: I'll be back later on tonight, and we will pick
• 37:22
Speaker 1: up where we left off. Have a great morning. What's up, everyone,
• 37:26
Speaker 1: and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. It's pretty much
• 37:32
Speaker 1: a common known fact at this point that while Jeffrey
• 37:36
Speaker 1: Epstein was out on work release, that he was still
• 37:38
Speaker 1: molesting girls. Well, the Palm Beach Police Department, the Palm
• 37:43
Speaker 1: Beach County Sheriff's Office, they say that that never happened
• 37:47
Speaker 1: and that Jeffrey Epstein was closely guarded and that their
• 37:50
Speaker 1: deputies were all over this. The problem, folks, is that
• 37:56
Speaker 1: reality just doesn't line up with any of that. And
• 38:01
Speaker 1: we're going to show you how in this episode. First,
• 38:04
Speaker 1: we're going to talk about how Palm Beach police and
• 38:08
Speaker 1: the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office denies that this ever happened.
• 38:12
Speaker 1: And then directly after we read this article, I'm going
• 38:15
Speaker 1: to read another shorter article about how the Palm Beach
• 38:18
Speaker 1: County Sheriff's Office and the deputies who were guiding Jeffrey
• 38:22
Speaker 1: Epstein or guarding Jeffrey Epstein, I should say, well, how
• 38:25
Speaker 1: they were destroying records as well. So once again, You're
• 38:29
Speaker 1: being lied to. And no legacy media is here to
• 38:34
Speaker 1: call this shit out.
• 38:35
  Speaker 2: Where are they?
• 38:36
Speaker 1: So it's up to us, once again, the insurgent media,
• 38:40
Speaker 1: to tell you folks what really went down here and
• 38:43
Speaker 1: to shine a spotlight on the obvious lies and the
• 38:47
Speaker 1: obvious deceit. You see, you would expect that from Jeffrey
• 38:50
Speaker 1: Epstein and his friends, right? But from the government, well,
• 38:54
Speaker 1: not so much. Today we have an article from... Channel
• 38:59
Speaker 1: 12 News. It's a local channel down in Florida.
• 39:03
  Speaker 2: And the headline.
• 39:04
Speaker 1: PBO disputes claim that Jeffrey Epstein had sex on work release.
• 39:09
Speaker 1: This article was authored by Chuck Weber. It was published
• 39:14
Speaker 1: on Wednesday, July 17th of 2018. And 19.
• 39:19
Speaker 2: So right off the bat.
• 39:20
Speaker 1: You know it's BS. How could you tell if Jeffrey
• 39:23
Speaker 1: Epstein had sex. Or didn't have sex. While he was
• 39:26
Speaker 1: on work release. Your guards were with them. Well, can
• 39:29
Speaker 1: we see the paperwork? Can we see the receipts? Can
• 39:31
Speaker 1: we see the trail? Oh, you guys destroyed that. There
• 39:34
Speaker 1: is no paper trail.
• 39:35
  Speaker 2: Gotcha.
• 39:37
Speaker 1: On Wednesday, the Palm Beach County Sheriff's Office fired back
• 39:40
Speaker 1: on the notion that Epstein may have had sex while
• 39:44
Speaker 1: on work release more than a decade ago. The sheriff's office,
• 39:48
Speaker 1: responding via email, pointed CBS 12 News to their in-house
• 39:52
Speaker 1: video of Chief Deputy Michael Geiger discussing Epstein's work release
• 39:58
Speaker 1: with a documentary crew. Very carefully guarded. Gager said in
• 40:03
Speaker 1: the interview, each deputy had to file a report of
• 40:06
Speaker 1: any activity that occurred that day. There was a sign
• 40:09
Speaker 1: in sheet and it was very closely monitored by our team. Now,
• 40:13
Speaker 1: remember what he's saying here, OK? Remember who's telling you this?
• 40:16
Speaker 1: Chief Deputy Michael Gager, Gager, whatever, G-A-U-G-E-R, however you want
• 40:22
Speaker 1: to spell his name, Gager, whatever. So this is the
• 40:25
Speaker 1: guy who is telling you and lying to you, by
• 40:28
Speaker 1: the way, that all of this paperwork was checked, that
• 40:33
Speaker 1: there was a paper trail, everything was on the up
• 40:35
Speaker 1: and up, and nothing goofy was going on here. Well,
• 40:39
Speaker 1: that's not what these survivors have to say. And that's
• 40:42
Speaker 1: not what the Attorney General's office down in the Virgin
• 40:46
Speaker 1: Islands have to say either. So somebody's lying to you,
• 40:49
Speaker 1: and my guess is it's the people here in Palm Beach.
• 40:52
Speaker 1: Because one thing is certainly clear. The law enforcement situation,
• 40:57
Speaker 1: in Palm Beach especially, is absolutely foobar. There's no way
• 41:02
Speaker 1: in hell that this should have ever went on. And
• 41:05
Speaker 1: then you have the whole entire investigation launched by DeSantis
• 41:09
Speaker 1: that comes up with Bubkiss. How's that even possible? You see,
• 41:12
Speaker 1: because they're all in on it. And when I say that,
• 41:14
  Speaker 1: I don't mean they're all in on Epstein's crimes. I mean,
• 41:17
Speaker 1: they're all in on making sure that there's no dirt
• 41:21
Speaker 1: on the face of the government. They all have skin
• 41:22
Speaker 1: in the game, right? They don't want to look bad.
• 41:24
Speaker 1: They're all your elected officials. They don't want to have
• 41:27
Speaker 1: to answer these questions. So they'd rather just sweep it
• 41:29
Speaker 1: underneath the rug. Back in 2008, after Epstein pleaded guilty
• 41:35
Speaker 1: to procuring an underage girl for prostitution, he ended up
• 41:38
Speaker 1: serving 13 months in jail, most of the time spent
• 41:42
Speaker 1: on work release at a downtown West Palm Beach office building.
• 41:46
Speaker 1: Epstein was supposed to be doing work for his science foundation. Imagine,
• 41:50
Speaker 1: science foundation? What kind of work can you possibly be doing?
• 41:53
Speaker 1: We know you're not a scientist. We know you're not
• 41:55
Speaker 1: running a foundation. So stop lying to us down in
• 41:58
Speaker 1: Palm Beach. Are the police officers that dumb down there?
• 42:02
Speaker 1: Or is it something else going on? With Epstein now
• 42:06
Speaker 1: facing new federal charges of sex trafficking minors at his
• 42:09
Speaker 1: homes in Palm Beach and New York, one Palm Beach
• 42:12
Speaker 1: County accuser, Courtney Wilde, addressed the media Tuesday in Manhattan.
• 42:16
Speaker 1: CBS 12 News attended the briefing. Again, no mention of
• 42:21
Speaker 1: New Mexico. Why is it that they're so hesitant to
• 42:23
Speaker 1: talk about New Mexico? I mean, what really went on
• 42:27
Speaker 1: over there? We don't have a full picture of what
• 42:30
Speaker 1: went down in New Mexico. All we know is that
• 42:33
Speaker 1: there was some weird shit happening. And we know that
• 42:35
Speaker 1: girls were being abused. But no investigation, no raid of
• 42:40
Speaker 1: the property, no search, no anything. So why is it
• 42:45
Speaker 1: that when they bring this story up, they never talk
• 42:47
Speaker 1: about New Mexico? Remember, lies of omission, folks, are still lies.
• 42:51
Speaker 1: I know I have to say that all the time,
• 42:52
Speaker 1: but when we're dealing with this bullshit-ass media.
• 42:57
Speaker 2: This is what you got to do.
• 42:58
Speaker 1: If you don't keep them in check and try and
• 43:00
Speaker 1: read in between the lines and see what they're trying
• 43:02
Speaker 1: to really say, well, you'll just continue to get dog
• 43:05
Speaker 1: walked and believe whatever bullshit narrative they want to pump
• 43:08
Speaker 1: out there. Because until we see a real robust investigation
• 43:13
Speaker 1: here where all of this stuff is looked at, I'm
• 43:16
Speaker 1: going to continue to be critical of how this investigation
• 43:19
Speaker 1: went down and how it's still going down. Wilde's lead attorney,
• 43:24
Speaker 1: Brad Edwards, said he had just spoken with a new
• 43:26
Speaker 1: witness who told him they knew Epstein had at least
• 43:29
Speaker 1: some sexual encounters while on work release at the West
• 43:33
Speaker 1: Palm Beach office. He was not sitting there conducting some
• 43:36
Speaker 1: scientific research for the betterment of the community, Edwards said,
• 43:40
Speaker 1: but he was having office visitors, some of whom were
• 43:44
Speaker 1: flown to him from New York and continuing to engage
• 43:47
Speaker 1: in similar conduct literally while he was in jail. And
• 43:51
Speaker 1: it wasn't just Brad Edwards who has said this. A
• 43:53
Speaker 1: lot of other people have come forward and said this too.
• 43:55
Speaker 1: The girls who were being abused have said this. You
• 43:58
Speaker 1: really think that Epstein wasn't doing this?
• 44:01
  Speaker 2: He just stopped.
• 44:02
Speaker 1: He was like, you know what? I'm going to shelve
• 44:03
Speaker 1: my proclivities. I'm not going to be a sick fuck anymore.
• 44:07
Speaker 1: That's not reality. These people can't stop. They can't help themselves.
• 44:11
Speaker 1: They're degenerates. They're sick bastards. They have to touch kids.
• 44:16
Speaker 1: There's no stopping. Edwards clarified he had no knowledge any
• 44:22
Speaker 1: visitors then were underage. The sheriff's office explained Epstein's foundation
• 44:27
Speaker 1: paid for the deputies guarding him, and Epstein was only
• 44:30
Speaker 1: allowed visits from his attorneys or business partner. No family, friends,
• 44:34
Speaker 1: or guests. Oh, please, such BS. Look, we literally know
• 44:38
Speaker 1: that that didn't happen, and we know that they didn't
• 44:41
Speaker 1: keep a paper trail.
• 44:42
Speaker 2: Oh, Bobby, you're just saying that. I wish I was.
• 44:45
Speaker 1: I wish I was out here just pulling your leg
• 44:47
Speaker 1: and bullshitting you and that none of that ever occurred.
• 44:50
Speaker 1: But as you're going to see in a few minutes
• 44:52
Speaker 1: when we get to the end here, they didn't keep
• 44:56
Speaker 1: this record that they're talking about, this stellar record keeping.
• 44:59
Speaker 1: And in fact, there was a bunch of documents that
• 45:01
Speaker 1: were destroyed. So is anyone going to answer for that?
• 45:05
Speaker 1: Is any one of these people in this office ever
• 45:07
Speaker 1: going to answer for that? How about Terry Barbera, the
• 45:10
Speaker 1: spokeswoman for the sheriff's office? Any comment, ma'am? Terry Barbera,
• 45:17
Speaker 1: the spokeswoman for the sheriff's office, said in her email,
• 45:20
Speaker 1: if he violated any conditions of his release, he would
• 45:23
Speaker 1: have been brought back to the stockade and work release
• 45:26
Speaker 1: would have been terminated. You mean like when he was
• 45:28
Speaker 1: caught in the parole violation that we talked about the
• 45:30
Speaker 1: other day? When he was walking where he shouldn't have
• 45:32
Speaker 1: been walking, got nailed by the cop, and then his
• 45:35
Speaker 1: probation officer, Carmen Sloan, covered for him? You mean like that?
• 45:40
Speaker 1: Stop lying to us in Palm Beach. You know, people
• 45:43
Speaker 1: in Florida, they better demand some accountability here because this
• 45:46
Speaker 1: is straight up bullshit. If I lived in Palm Beach,
• 45:49
Speaker 1: I would not vote for one single person who was
• 45:51
Speaker 1: around during this escapade. But published reports quoted the sheriff's
• 45:59
Speaker 1: office saying Epstein's work release visitor logs had been destroyed,
• 46:03
Speaker 1: as is routinely done per state law. Oh, convenient. Very,
• 46:07
Speaker 1: very convenient. You don't think that it would be a
• 46:09
Speaker 1: good idea to keep a record of these documents? Of
• 46:13
Speaker 1: course not, because then they can come out with this bullshit. Oh,
• 46:16
Speaker 1: he was watched and guarded. Just trust us. I mean,
• 46:19
Speaker 1: we're very trustworthy people, so you should listen to us.
• 46:23
Speaker 1: It is so absurd, folks, that I'm sitting here on
• 46:25
Speaker 1: a Sunday morning and I'm shaking my head as we
• 46:28
Speaker 1: read this article together and asking myself if this is
• 46:32
Speaker 1: even real life. Do they really think we're this stupid
• 46:35
Speaker 1: that we're just going to suck this shit up and
• 46:37
Speaker 1: believe every word of it? CBS 12 News also attended
• 46:44
Speaker 1: the Monday hearing in New York City where Epstein's bond
• 46:46
Speaker 1: issues were addressed. Federal District Judge Richard Berman pointed out
• 46:51
Speaker 1: under the law in a sex trafficking case, the presumption
• 46:54
Speaker 1: is a defendant remains in custody until the case is resolved. Yeah,
• 46:59
Speaker 1: that's how it should be. You know, no diddlers out
• 47:01
Speaker 1: on the street touching your kids. Probably the best scenario
• 47:04
Speaker 1: we can hope for. Still, he said, prosecutors still have
• 47:09
Speaker 1: the burden of proving detention is warranted. In filings in court,
• 47:13
Speaker 1: prosecutors made the case Epstein's wealth makes him a flight risk.
• 47:17
Speaker 1: Epstein's attorney said in all the years their client has
• 47:20
Speaker 1: been under suspicion of illicit sexual activity, he's never taken off.
• 47:25
Speaker 1: They proposed mortgaging Epstein's Manhattan mansion worth $ 77 million and
• 47:30
Speaker 1: other assets to back a bond for his release. Judge
• 47:34
Speaker 1: Berman set a hearing Thursday morning to announce his bond decision.
• 47:38
Speaker 1: So you notice how they mention the destruction of documents
• 47:41
Speaker 1: is sort of like a byline here, right? Like it
• 47:43
Speaker 1: doesn't even matter. But that's really the whole issue. They
• 47:46
Speaker 1: can tell us whatever they want, but I'm at the
• 47:48
Speaker 1: point where it's a show me phase. Okay, sure, I
• 47:52
Speaker 1: believe you, but you need to prove it. And they
• 47:54
Speaker 1: can't prove that because they destroyed the documents. Now, to
• 47:57
Speaker 1: this next article I was talking about, a short little
• 47:59
Speaker 1: quick one here to finish up this episode. This article
• 48:02
Speaker 1: is from Law and Crime, and the author of this
• 48:05
Speaker 1: article is Jerry Lamb. Former Epstein work release guard. Destroyed
• 48:10
Speaker 1: PBSO records are the smoking gun.
• 48:13
Speaker 2: Well, yeah, they are.
• 48:14
  Speaker 1: That's why they're destroyed. Just like Acosta's emails. Look, I
• 48:18
Speaker 1: tell you folks all the time, I am not some
• 48:20
Speaker 1: fucking smart guy sitting around here who thinks he's some genius.
• 48:24
  Speaker 1: I am not. All I know is that I don't
• 48:26
Speaker 1: know nothing, folks, all right? But I'm also not naive.
• 48:30
Speaker 1: And I'm not going to be lied to. I'm not
• 48:32
Speaker 1: going to be gaslit. And I'm not going to be
• 48:34
Speaker 1: told that it's nighttime when it's obviously daytime out. And
• 48:38
Speaker 1: these motherfuckers over here down at PBSO, they have some
• 48:42
Speaker 1: explaining to do. This article was first authored, excuse me,
• 48:47
Speaker 1: first published on September 21st, 2019. A West Palm Beach
• 48:53
Speaker 1: County Sheriff's deputy on Friday divulged firsthand information relating to
• 48:57
Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's controversial work release program. The deputy who spoke
• 49:02
Speaker 1: to WPTV on the condition of anonymity is the first
• 49:06
Speaker 1: PBSO deputy to speak about the office's special treatment of
• 49:10
Speaker 1: the now deceased Epstein. So he's calling it special treatment,
• 49:14
Speaker 1: the officer here, not me. And that's exactly what it was,
• 49:18
Speaker 1: special treatment. And for Palm Beach to come out and
• 49:21
Speaker 1: to act like everything was on the up and up
• 49:23
Speaker 1: and for there to be no penalties for them, that's
• 49:26
Speaker 1: straight up garbage. I swear to you, folks, I'm at
• 49:28
Speaker 1: the point where I'm going to run for fucking Senate.
• 49:31
Speaker 1: And my whole entire platform is I'm going to say, look,
• 49:34
Speaker 1: I'm going there for one term. I'm not running for reelection.
• 49:37
Speaker 1: And my whole goal is to hold everybody who was
• 49:39
Speaker 1: hanging out with Jeffrey Epstein accountable.
• 49:42
  Speaker 2: That's it.
• 49:42
Speaker 1: I'm not even I wouldn't even have an office in D.C., folks.
• 49:45
Speaker 1: I do all my remote work from here in Nevada
• 49:48
Speaker 1: and I'd only show up to D.C. to have time
• 49:50
Speaker 1: on the floor to rail about how bad shit was
• 49:54
Speaker 1: investigating Epstein and people like him. Enough is enough already.
• 49:58
Speaker 1: How many lawyers do we need in Congress or the
• 50:01
Speaker 1: Senate that are just going to go there and not
• 50:03
Speaker 1: do anything about shit like this? Oh, but they'll get
• 50:06
Speaker 1: up there and they'll spend their time yipping and hawing
• 50:09
Speaker 1: about how you should hate your neighbor or about how
• 50:11
  Speaker 1: this one's a scumbag or that one's a scumbag. Meanwhile,
• 50:14
Speaker 1: not one hearing. Not one council meeting, not one anything
• 50:19
Speaker 1: in regards to what went on here. You would think
• 50:21
Speaker 1: that one of these Senate committees would want to have
• 50:24
Speaker 1: a real investigation. Not one of them has called for
• 50:28
Speaker 1: a financial look at what Epstein was up to. And
• 50:31
Speaker 1: I'm at the point now where I'm not even kidding.
• 50:35
Speaker 1: Run for office just on that platform alone. That and
• 50:38
Speaker 1: bringing water to Nevada.
• 50:40
Speaker 2: That's it. Obviously, just kidding.
• 50:43
Speaker 1: I have about as much desire to run for office
• 50:45
Speaker 1: as I do of getting hit by a bus, considering
• 50:49
Speaker 1: all that comes with it. But the frustration is what
• 50:51
Speaker 1: I'm talking about. It's so frustrating to see these people
• 50:54
Speaker 1: who are supposedly our leaders go to D.C. and talk
• 50:58
Speaker 1: a big game, but never do anything about it. When
• 51:02
Speaker 1: you go against the grain, if you rock the boat,
• 51:04
Speaker 1: if you raise your voice about something that you don't
• 51:07
Speaker 1: think is on the up and up, the sheriff's office
• 51:09
Speaker 1: is very vindictive, the deputy told Contact 5. And look,
• 51:13
Speaker 1: I had the same issue. When I went to New
• 51:16
Speaker 1: Mexico and I was talking to my sources down there,
• 51:20
Speaker 1: one of them was ex-law enforcement and they left their
• 51:23
Speaker 1: job in law enforcement because of the way the Epstein
• 51:26
Speaker 1: situation was handled in New Mexico.
• 51:29
Speaker 2: That should tell you everything you need to know.
• 51:31
Speaker 1: And then this person was so terrified that they wouldn't
• 51:35
Speaker 1: speak on the record as far as put their name
• 51:37
Speaker 1: to it. They didn't want to lose a pension. They
• 51:39
Speaker 1: didn't want blowback. Is that really the kind of society
• 51:43
Speaker 1: we should live in? Cops that are outing their scumbag
• 51:46
Speaker 1: compatriots are the ones that have to look over their shoulder?
• 51:51
Speaker 1: Seems like we have way too many Vic Mackeys and
• 51:53
Speaker 1: not enough Serpicos. The deputy then described Epstein's 2008 and
• 52:00
Speaker 1: 2009 work release program, a privilege he was able to
• 52:03
Speaker 1: attain despite pleading guilty to soliciting prostitution from a minor,
• 52:07
Speaker 1: as being a clear violation of protocol, which called for
• 52:10
Speaker 1: deputies to have eyes on Epstein at all times. So again,
• 52:14
Speaker 1: the deputy is basically telling you that his bosses are lying.
• 52:18
Speaker 1: So who are you going to believe? The bosses with
• 52:20
Speaker 1: skin in the game or this guy who's coming out
• 52:22
Speaker 1: and playing whistleblower? I'm going to believe the whistleblower every day, folks.
• 52:28
Speaker 1: For starters, when you signed up for that detail, it
• 52:30
Speaker 1: was a plain closed detail and that almost never happens,
• 52:34
Speaker 1: the deputy said. We were told to follow his vehicle
• 52:37
Speaker 1: in our own sheriff's issued vehicle. I was told when
• 52:40
Speaker 1: he went to his house to stay in the driveway.
• 52:42
Speaker 1: I don't know what happened behind closed doors when he
• 52:45
Speaker 1: went into his house and allegedly had lunch, you know?
• 52:48
Speaker 1: He could have been doing anything during that time frame.
• 52:50
Speaker 1: That is one of the reasons I stopped working the detail.
• 52:53
Speaker 1: So it's not like they were connected to him. They
• 52:55
Speaker 1: had him handcuffed to their arm, right? And then there's
• 52:59
Speaker 1: no documentation to go along with it. So if you
• 53:03
Speaker 1: want to believe that this is true, that Epstein wasn't
• 53:05
Speaker 1: doing this, that's totally fine. Again, I'm not here to
• 53:07
Speaker 1: try and convince anyone of shit. I'm just telling you
• 53:10
Speaker 1: the way I see it and the way it breaks
• 53:13
Speaker 1: down when I'm looking at it. And folks, it's all bad.
• 53:18
Speaker 1: This is real bad stuff here. When we have so
• 53:20
Speaker 1: many different government officials, unelected bureaucrats playing kingmaker like they're
• 53:26
Speaker 1: Kristen Cole, We're in a big situation, folks.
• 53:30
  Speaker 2: A big situation.
• 53:33
Speaker 1: When asked who Epstein consorted with while working, the deputy
• 53:36
Speaker 1: said the majority of the people he remembered seeing were
• 53:39
Speaker 1: 20-year-old females in well-dressed business attire. I thought that it
• 53:43
Speaker 1: was strange that, besides me, myself, and Mr. Epstein, we
• 53:47
Speaker 1: were the only males in the office. I remember I
• 53:50
Speaker 1: took note of it mentally, the deputy said. What else
• 53:52
Speaker 1: was unusual about it was the fact that he was
• 53:55
Speaker 1: allowed to leave the office and go to his residence
• 53:57
Speaker 1: to have lunch. I've never, ever been to a detail
• 54:01
Speaker 1: where that was allowed to happen. So again, why Epstein
• 54:04
Speaker 1: was getting these special favors is beyond me. I'll leave
• 54:08
Speaker 1: it up to you to figure out. But how is
• 54:12
Speaker 1: it that he's the only one to get this sort
• 54:14
Speaker 1: of treatment? Multiple women have filed lawsuits alleging they were
• 54:19
Speaker 1: flown from New York to Palm Beach and forced to
• 54:22
Speaker 1: have sex with Epstein during his work release hours. So
• 54:25
Speaker 1: who are you going to believe?
• 54:26
  Speaker 2: The PBSO?
• 54:27
Speaker 1: Or are you going to believe these survivors? Obviously, the
• 54:30
Speaker 1: government believes the survivors. They got a conviction out of it.
• 54:34
Speaker 1: But they don't believe them when it comes to this, right?
• 54:36
Speaker 1: When it has to do with a little slapback for
• 54:39
Speaker 1: the government or for the government being accountable for their
• 54:41
Speaker 1: fucking bullshit. Nah, we don't believe them then. Well, I'm
• 54:46
Speaker 1: here to tell you, It's time to start listening. And
• 54:49
Speaker 1: all of these prosecutors out there that think they're doing
• 54:52
Speaker 1: the Lord's work, it's time to do the right thing
• 54:55
Speaker 1: for once. Get some backbone. Get some spine. The deputy
• 55:00
Speaker 1: further told Contact 5 he and others were mainly supposed
• 55:04
Speaker 1: to sit in front of Epstein's property and just log
• 55:06
Speaker 1: the names of any person who came or left the office.
• 55:09
  Speaker 2: However.
• 55:10
Speaker 1: When Contact 5 requested a copy of the logs kept
• 55:14
Speaker 1: by deputies guarding Epstein, PBSO spokeswoman Terry Barbera confirmed that
• 55:19
Speaker 1: the records were destroyed according to the public record schedule.
• 55:23
Speaker 1: Because all the records have to be destroyed, right? You
• 55:25
Speaker 1: can't save anything? You can't save these important documents? Of
• 55:29
Speaker 1: course not, because it looks bad for them. Now, if
• 55:32
Speaker 1: this was just the only situation, I'd be like, all right, coincidence,
• 55:36
Speaker 1: I get it. But folks, how many coincidences have there
• 55:39
Speaker 1: been throughout this whole thing? And for those of you
• 55:41
Speaker 1: who have been following it the whole time, you know
• 55:43
Speaker 1: exactly what I'm talking about. That sounds like a smoking
• 55:49
Speaker 1: gun right there, said the deputy about the destruction of
• 55:52
Speaker 1: the records. That is highly suspect, especially with the sheriff's office,
• 55:56
Speaker 1: where they keep records of everything.
• 55:58
  Speaker 2: Bingo.
• 55:59
Speaker 1: Stop lying to me, Terry Barbera. In the email, the
• 56:04
Speaker 1: news outlet, Barbera said any such allegations were false. The
• 56:08
Speaker 1: allegations you are depicting below are factually untrue and or inaccurate.
• 56:13
Speaker 1: Due to the ongoing criminal investigation that is being completed
• 56:16
Speaker 1: by FDLE, no other response regarding these allegations will be
• 56:20
Speaker 1: given by the sheriff or the PBSO. Further, your email
• 56:23
Speaker 1: will be forwarded to the FDLE for further investigation into
• 56:27
Speaker 1: the deputy's allegations. Shut up.
• 56:31
Speaker 2: Shut up and do your job. I'm tired of all these... Oh,
• 56:33
Speaker 2: I'm gonna forward this or forward that. The FDLE. Vafangul. Okay?
• 56:39
Speaker 1: Vafangul to all of that. All of these deputies. All
• 56:42
Speaker 1: these assholes that took part in this shit. Should be embarrassed.
• 56:45
Speaker 1: The whole entire thing was a gigantic sham. And the
• 56:50
Speaker 1: fact that the government is out here still trying to
• 56:53
Speaker 1: cover their ass instead of accepting responsibility.
• 56:56
Speaker 2: It's disgusting to me. And hopefully.
• 57:00
Speaker 1: one day, probably not in my lifetime, we'll have a
• 57:03
Speaker 1: politician or two that really gives a shit about what
• 57:05
Speaker 1: happens to people. That really cares about the country and,
• 57:08
Speaker 1: you know, his or her constituents and is not up
• 57:12
Speaker 1: here playing political theater for a couple of extra clicks
• 57:15
Speaker 1: on Twitter or wherever the fuck these people get their
• 57:17
Speaker 1: joy from. Because there's real work that needs to be done, folks.
• 57:21
Speaker 1: We got real corruption going on. And You don't think
• 57:25
Speaker 1: that there's a committee in the Senate or in Congress
• 57:28
Speaker 1: that should be looking at what happened here? A real
• 57:30
Speaker 1: look at what happened here? Give it the January 6th treatment.
• 57:35
Speaker 1: Why won't they do that? Why not go get everyone's
• 57:38
Speaker 1: bank records like they did for January 6th? But like usual,
• 57:43
Speaker 1: no movement here. Seems like nobody in D.C.
• 57:45
  Speaker 2: Cares.
• 57:46
Speaker 1: And we're stuck putting the pieces together ourselves. But guess what, folks?
• 57:51
Speaker 1: I'm pretty good at this puzzle game we're playing here.
• 57:53
Speaker 1: And so are you. So we're going to continue on,
• 57:55
Speaker 1: continuing on, putting these pieces together and calling these modern
• 58:00
Speaker 1: day robber barons out on their bullshit at every turn.
• 58:04
Speaker 1: All right, folks, that's going to do it for this one.
• 58:07
Speaker 1: I hope that all of you are having a great day.
• 58:10
Speaker 1: and I certainly will be back with a little more
• 58:13
Speaker 1: later on. If you'd like to contact me, you can
• 58:16

Speaker 1: You can also find me on Twitter at B-O-B-B-Y underscore C-A-P-U-C-C-I.
