- 0:03Boy and a felon. Thanks for listening to the
- 0:05slippery slope. Today, I have a guest guess with
- 0:09me all the way from Victoria in the southern part of Australia,
- 0:14if you don't know Australia that well and name is Tabitha regard
- 0:18Tabitha actually ran for state election last year in November
- 0:23in Victoria. She had I would say she was
- 0:28fairly successful out of the candidates and come through.
- 0:32Very impressive, very impressive resume in my opinion.
- 0:37And I really wanted to have to have atha, come on here today
- 0:41and talk about some of the issues, which seemed to be
- 0:44transpiring in our in Australia, here especially when it comes
- 0:48to, when it comes to ladies women's.
- 0:52To me, it seems like women's voices have been shut down here
- 0:56on YouTube. There's some stuff I don't put
- 0:58on YouTube anymore because I can see it.
- 1:01I get notices is going to shut. It down, be shut down, this will
- 1:04be on YouTube, no matter what. And I'll put it on the other,
- 1:07the other platforms as well where it doesn't get.
- 1:09Shut down. Tabitha.
- 1:13Hello I looked it up. Sorry I stuffed it up.
- 1:19Hey thanks very much for joining me on the slippery slope as we
- 1:23discussing before. Very welcome, you're discussing
- 1:27for how we want to help some of the things that we want to go
- 1:30through and just, what, what's happening.
- 1:34You just gives a bit of an intro, a bit yourself and tell
- 1:37us what you've been up to. And I've totally brought a you
- 1:39were involved in the state election last year.
- 1:41Victoria. I'm you just a little background
- 1:43on yourself. Yeah, I've always been a
- 1:47community leader even when I didn't realize it, even as a kid
- 1:51that looking back, I was always in school student school council
- 1:55and I was vice president of year 12 as a school Captain.
- 2:02I've always been involved in like youth boards and committees
- 2:06and things like that. Youth Council.
- 2:09I moved out of home and I was 16 I was a strong advocate in
- 2:14regards to bullying, I used to go around to forums and share my
- 2:17own lived experiences of being in in domestic violence
- 2:23situations and being second-rate, homeless and
- 2:28bullying, which led me, which is why I moved out of home and I
- 2:30was 16 and as a mother, I I also volunteered and was a strong
- 2:39Advocate still touring around talking about that sort of
- 2:42stuff. Yeah.
- 2:44So as a young adult, I decided after I went to UNI, as an
- 2:48actress after I do my BA in acting, I thought I'd go through
- 2:52and I felt led by the Lord to go on and do a certificate in
- 2:56community services, protective care and Community Services,
- 2:59youth work and I did a bunch of missions working with Aboriginal
- 3:03young people up in Bathurst island off.
- 3:06A Darwin, which was really great.
- 3:08And then I landed a job in government, which is where I
- 3:12worked for 14 years as a youth engagement and events officer
- 3:16and as somebody who is really passionate about quality and
- 3:21things like that I volunteered and in a program to become an
- 3:25equal opportunity officer within local government for all
- 3:28protected attributes and yeah I got LED on a journey in 2002
- 3:372020. Strangely enough, I think we're
- 3:39are selected for leadership program and and that just God
- 3:46put me on a journey in regards to community leadership that I
- 3:48did not expect. I would I would ever walk, it
- 3:51was I learned a lot about leadership in but in ways that I
- 3:55didn't expect and it threw me more into the political realm
- 4:03and which sort of yeah, open some Doors.
- 4:07I was on ABC QA talking about diversity and inclusion within
- 4:12the sports industry where I posed a question after everybody
- 4:16talked about how diversity was so important.
- 4:19I posed a question around y. Then the unvaccinated are still
- 4:24being excluded from professional sports, and it went viral, and
- 4:30yeah, and then the door opened to run in the election.
- 4:33So, Being the kind of person I am.
- 4:36Yeah, yes. Said yes, who were you running
- 4:40for what was a Democrat, Labour party.
- 4:44Okay, so what, why why then why did you choose that?
- 4:50Sorry, their policies were very much in line of mine as a
- 4:53conservative Conservative, Christian woman and ironically,
- 5:00I don't know what any Christian woman is allowed in any other
- 5:03party at the most. It was it's growing harder for
- 5:11anyone, if they identify as a Christian to be allowed in any
- 5:17other party strangely enough, If you cannot identify as anything
- 5:24anything other than other than, being a Christian.
- 5:28Yep. Yeah, it's kind of like I got
- 5:30it's my dirty little secret if I want to stay in this party.
- 5:34So a bit yet it was it was just timing.
- 5:38I believe it was a lot of the Lord's leading and I willingness
- 5:42and it was an answer to prayer because sort of I was praying
- 5:46Lord, use me. I didn't know, I didn't know
- 5:48what to do. Regards to being in Victoria
- 5:50over the last 34 years is just increasingly gotten harder and
- 5:54harder if the my secret society and I knew New, even through
- 5:58the, the leadership program at I really identified.
- 6:02Courage is one of my strengths, my top drinks, and I know I had
- 6:06the courage to stand up for what I believe in, and I just, I was
- 6:10just praying. Lord, use me here.
- 6:12I am. I'm available.
- 6:13And then doors just started. Started out me being and I just
- 6:18This led I've got a place in, but background and I talked a
- 6:24lot about what I believe the difference between leadership
- 6:29and management, and my observations in the police that
- 6:32I'm from Queensland. Police was that, I think that
- 6:36they lack a lot of leadership and they've trained up, managers
- 6:41people who manage situations can guide through situations when
- 6:45they actually need leadership. We constantly see Valleys,
- 6:48because they don't actually have a lot of leaders.
- 6:51You've been talking a lot about leadership.
- 6:53What, what's your idea is on leadership?
- 6:55Because I've listened, I listen to you think, okay?
- 6:57You sound a bit more like At leader.
- 7:01Okay, not someone who just learned to management system.
- 7:03What's your thoughts on it? Look, it was really interesting
- 7:06and the program that I was in really opened my eyes up to some
- 7:09people who take on leadership positions or board memberships
- 7:13and things like that, like, Girl Guide Badges, and it's, and it's
- 7:19all about, it's actually quite selfish and about up themselves
- 7:23within the corporate world looking on the outside, as
- 7:28though they're doing stuff and that.
- 7:29It's incredibly tokenistic and prideful and it just and and and
- 7:37and that was a time of repentance for me because I was
- 7:39like, oh, I was almost in that like institutionalized within
- 7:43local government for so long and I was almost like heading down
- 7:47that path honestly and it opened the Lord just opened my eyes to
- 7:51that and I was and humbled me so been one of the biggest things
- 7:56that I learned in that time. His daring leadership isn't
- 8:01scared to talk about hard things and the me as a leader I decided
- 8:08to I went on a deep dive into Jesus.
- 8:10I thought he was one of the best leaders in the world.
- 8:14He wasn't scared to walk with the marginalized people the
- 8:17oppressed had a heart for people and humbleness about him.
- 8:22And so then I sort of went down that path.
- 8:26Yeah, of course, I think a great leader is okay.
- 8:30So when you took me L what you think a great leader is you're
- 8:34touching on the inclusion work that you were doing and
- 8:40inclusion your modeling Jesus who?
- 8:45You know, in my opinion, the best leader that you could the
- 8:50best person that you could model something on obviously.
- 8:57But when you're striking that, that issue with your work, as
- 9:03the inclusion officer and you were talking to touched a bit on
- 9:05that. How did that?
- 9:07How is that? How would that change now?
- 9:09And you know, as the leader have been wanting to stand up?
- 9:14How did you see that change? And how how are you trying to
- 9:17effect on trying to change that yourself?
- 9:19And how can you see our society is pushing away from what you
- 9:24initially had, as the inclusion officer and we're, we're leading
- 9:28where they're leading us now? Yeah, well a lot of changed and
- 9:32I think it's got to do with also.
- 9:34Even the changes that happened very recently in Victoria and
- 9:38regards to our child safe standards.
- 9:41And so there's this push for inclusion.
- 9:44Of a couple of attributes at the expense of everybody else has.
- 9:49And so you're saying like within the include what used to be
- 9:53equal opportunity offices. Now is inclusion offices that
- 9:59just for lgbtiq just the LGBT. So when you were, when you were
- 10:04there for the inclusion role, what was your who are you trying
- 10:08to include? Oh protected attributes,
- 10:12disability, women breastfeeding moms Aboriginal and Torres
- 10:17Strait called community and linguistically.
- 10:20Diverse communities religion, lgbtq still.
- 10:26But all of them, all of them which are which are all still it
- 10:31all still protected attributes. Yep.
- 10:34But it's almost like the umbrella of one is over
- 10:37shattering. Everybody else is and and
- 10:40they're just demanding attention so much that that people who are
- 10:45literally being forgotten about. And and and it is a messy
- 10:50subject because as one group wants to be included, what
- 10:54they're demanding, that is means the exclusion and discrimination
- 10:57of another protected attribute. So, people are just trying to
- 11:02avoid having these messy messy conversations and sort of
- 11:07protect like, shove it under the rug and Not talk about it.
- 11:11Yeah. Has to talked about we've got
- 11:13some really serious issues especially in high schools
- 11:16helping some constituents in high school here in Ballarat.
- 11:19And it's just Mind-boggling what's happening?
- 11:23What's that me? I've no.
- 11:25So we've got a constituent here in Ballarat, 14 year old son,
- 11:31and having to get changed in the change, rooms twice a week.
- 11:38With a biological female, who's exposing yourself in front of
- 11:41all the boys twice a week. Yeah.
- 11:45So so in summary an attempt to be Elusive with this one
- 11:51individual, this school actually didn't engage in any
- 11:55conversation. Nothing with the majority in
- 12:00this situation like they didn't even do a risk management plan.
- 12:06They didn't even follow Child Safe, standards in regards to.
- 12:08So in child, safety and erds. Children should be included in
- 12:13discussions around decisions. That impact them, that did not
- 12:17happen. And so when the Mother rang to
- 12:22the school to have this conversation.
- 12:23She just kept being thrown the lgbtiq policy.
- 12:29And I don't look at my tonight. They need to be giving you
- 12:31child-safe, standards all these other policies and then when I
- 12:34started looking at their policies is one protected
- 12:38attribute that's missing in all their policies.
- 12:42Can you guess what? It is?
- 12:43What religion, they've listed? They've released it, they've
- 12:48listed every protected attribute in their policies, except
- 12:51religion. Okay, so these young people, if
- 12:56they're even to look at all the other policies, not the lgbtiq
- 12:59one, but all the other policies in their school.
- 13:02They would be led to think that they don't hold a protected
- 13:05attribute and therefore, don't have protections like they do.
- 13:09When in fact, they actually have the same protections that smile.
- 13:13Okay. I can't believe, it's really
- 13:15misleading. Yeah, I think that I can't
- 13:17believe that. That young girl, is allowed to
- 13:21go and use the change rooms like that.
- 13:25Yep, she identifies. Okay.
- 13:28And they, I asked them if they had engaged Caza, which is
- 13:32Center against sexual assault, to have a trauma-informed.
- 13:37At aspect to to doing this and they said that they they got the
- 13:45inclusions officer from the local YMCA, which their job is
- 13:49only to Advocate the lgbtiq. So that was the expert they got
- 13:53in to help them navigate this whole situation any meant it,
- 13:59what would happen? If one of the boys let's, let's
- 14:08just say you have one of these boys are Highly aggressive.
- 14:14Very it's a this section many risks.
- 14:18So many, really young young girl who's suffering from gender
- 14:22dysphoria. I assume is putting herself or
- 14:27they're allowing her to put herself in a, what I would have
- 14:30thought II mean at 14, you giving some some weird hormones
- 14:34Rocco. And don't forget these kids,
- 14:37mmm, but this was happening. So, this was towards the end of
- 14:39last year. Don't forget, these are so
- 14:41these, are you 9? Ines.
- 14:42Yeah, it wasn't their first he two years of high school in
- 14:45isolation. Yeah, because the code as well.
- 14:48So the social skills The risks of just normal.
- 14:55Well, okay, and I didn't do a risk management plan.
- 14:58They did a transitional plan for that.
- 15:01One individual, So they didn't even so.
- 15:07So it's almost like here in Victoria too scared to even talk
- 15:11about the risks. Yep.
- 15:13Because needing that might be seen if you raise a concern that
- 15:16all, if we do this, this might happen or that might happen
- 15:18which you would normally do in managing the risks.
- 15:22Yep. That that if you even raise that
- 15:25concern, you're being transphobic because just flips,
- 15:28just, it's like you're constantly walking under
- 15:31eggshells and they don't want to talk about it.
- 15:34You've blown my mind right now. Sorry.
- 15:36Just that's so and that's and and all the training and stuff
- 15:40that's come through in regards to Child Safe standards.
- 15:42He has been because of the new changes being pushed around
- 15:46Aboriginal Torres Strait and lgbtiq.
- 15:49So that's at the Forefront of people's minds and they suggest
- 15:52about all the other child safe standards and in response to
- 16:00include the minorities they're putting.
- 16:04Shoot the majority at huge risks.
- 16:07Yep. In breach of childhood status.
- 16:11Are you crazy? Okay.
- 16:16Um so you also touched on on religion there and talking about
- 16:22how religion is not included. If we can go down this path with
- 16:27religion, you're in Victoria. Now I've had I've done a couple
- 16:30of episodes mainly just on the audio stuff on Spotify and that
- 16:34but talking my opinion is that religion.
- 16:38Sorry. Not Religion.
- 16:39My opinion. Is that the Bible will soon.
- 16:42Be labeled as hate speech and really is what you mean.
- 16:48Like properly legally, it'll be able there, you know, put out
- 16:52there and I think that being a bible-believing have to say
- 16:58specifically because there's a lot of Flakes, a
- 17:01bible-believing, okay? You believe in the Bible from
- 17:05Genesis to Revelation bye. Believing Christian, I think
- 17:10will soon become it'll be it'll be outlawed Italy it.
- 17:15I think it'll probably seem go down that path of what's
- 17:18happened in China, where you can be a Christian As Long as You
- 17:20Follow what the Chinese Communist party's Bible version
- 17:24is and you can be that kind of Christian, okay?
- 17:27You don't want to make waves, you don't want to point out that
- 17:29hey the Bible says this and that I think that's the kind of
- 17:32Christian and that if you're another kind of Christian who
- 17:34believes now, the reason why I believe this is because of the
- 17:36stories that we've seen obviously in In, when the
- 17:39pandemic, the, the plan demick started with the Charlie Victor.
- 17:44We saw, you know, like in Victoria Pastor getting arrested
- 17:48because he kept his church open. Okay, I tried to control to
- 17:52contact him actually, and he was eat to me.
- 17:54Sounded, he was scared, he couldn't talk to anyone, but I
- 17:58don't blame him. But obviously that government
- 18:01down there at luring prayer in America, like, can't pray in a
- 18:06certain can't pray. Getting arrested in England for
- 18:10praying it silently, everyone remember which states don't have
- 18:15it now but I know Victoria Shaw Queensland, you know, if you are
- 18:18talking to, if you're a pastor or someone in church and someone
- 18:22of the rainbow Community comes up and wants to talk to you
- 18:26about there and thinks, you know, they're having issues and
- 18:28they want to get some guidance. Well, okay, you can now get
- 18:31charged, you can get charged, you can possibly go to jail.
- 18:35I've had Christian say, well, you know, that's not, that's
- 18:38just Obviously, it's people don't believe in the Bible or
- 18:41read their Bible but all I'm saying is I think my will end up
- 18:45being hate speech. Christians will end up being
- 18:48it'll end up being a legal and all these other things.
- 18:51Everything to me all these stories that are coming along
- 18:55from going from the pastor and Victoria getting arrested two
- 18:58even stories where Christianity is painted as some kind of weird
- 19:05religion. Like, you know, the people who
- 19:06were responsible for the The slaying of those officers in the
- 19:12people here in Queensland. Now the Queensland police come
- 19:15out with the story saying oh you know they were that will kind of
- 19:17these fundamentalist Christians. I'm sitting on this Loop but
- 19:21what are you talking about? They shape this Christian belief
- 19:24saying oh you know that we've seen some videos we've seen this
- 19:26they'll Christians Christians getting painted as being weird
- 19:32extremists every second day we see bad stories coming out about
- 19:38Houston for that reason, is, I'm not the biggest fan, but where
- 19:42do you think it's going? Where do you think it's going
- 19:45for religion, obviously you've coming across other issues with
- 19:48religion being shut down. What do you think?
- 19:51Yeah, even even the narratives around the school shooting
- 19:56that's recently happened to me guards to the Christian school
- 19:59in America like. Yeah, it's yeah, there's it.
- 20:05There's this Narrative of trying to To paint.
- 20:08Yeah. Us as the bad guys, the
- 20:11spiritual wolf or thing Proverbs 11, which one?
- 20:17Yeah, Proverbs 11:2. I've got here.
- 20:22When pride comes then comes shame but with the humble is
- 20:27wisdom and Shame. We're in shame at moment, like,
- 20:32it's if you watch even the protests and things like that,
- 20:35towards any conservatives trying to have conversations and stuff,
- 20:40it's just throwing Shame, Shame, Shame, Shame, Shame, Shame,
- 20:43Shame, and like that. I see them as, like, arrows at
- 20:50the enemy. And there's this real push to
- 20:54shame our morals and our values and things like that.
- 20:58And I've just right, Shane will Da morals, literally take it by
- 21:03force and Decay self-worth, and less compassion gets in.
- 21:09And so, all the stuff, like, if all the stuff that they're st.
- 21:15On media, our leaders, our government leaders, just
- 21:18shaming, you know, if you're not see your is this to that.
- 21:24That is a coercive abuse tactic. And it's, I have no doubt that
- 21:30it's, it's not just accidental that that that it is a strategic
- 21:36strategy into silencing people. And, and the worst thing you can
- 21:41do is allow any of those arrows to just take root and fester
- 21:46because it will metastasize and you will maybe even start to
- 21:49believe those shameful comments that they're throwing at us, but
- 21:54The trajectory is, is that we are the minority now.
- 21:59Apparently, like we know we've had votes against marriage
- 22:01equality and stuff like that. Like we are the minority
- 22:03according to, according to the political realm and and the
- 22:11mainstream. And they getting in at the kids
- 22:14really early is that that although shameful comments are
- 22:19just throwing throwing at us that we are transpo big home.
- 22:24Beak beak. It's you know, and that's just
- 22:29what bullies do when they don't when they can't argue or have
- 22:34acceptance of diversity. Then it's the easy thing is to
- 22:37shine somebody, and like I said, it's coercive tool to use and
- 22:45they did it. We've had Daniel Andrews doing
- 22:47that at 11 a.m. every single day for like a year.
- 22:51I'm towards you, the unjammed people.
- 22:54Like there and and it worked. And I think everyone's cottoned
- 23:00onto how great it works and I using that strategically for
- 23:06even this new agenda to cancel women and mutilate and sterilize
- 23:13the Next Generation. And it's yeah, yeah.
- 23:19It's we know, we know in the Bible that it's going to get
- 23:22worse before it gets better. So, in you getting worse, it's
- 23:27getting worse. So Victoria how it's hard to see
- 23:30sometimes old or take. I feel move on.
- 23:34I'll call me while I'm getting a little.
- 23:36Take too long. I'd love to have you on in.
- 23:38For another time, we have to chat a bit more specifically
- 23:41about Victoria. I think.
- 23:43Oh yeah. Probably got just be done at 10
- 23:46minutes left. I just want to talk.
- 23:49Are you going, man? Hey, being a conservative Mom,
- 23:52I'm working from home. Hello, I've got my son here.
- 23:56Yes, Gracie is freaking him out. Okay.
- 24:03Thanks how so she playing tricks on you?
- 24:09Okay. Okay, just be quiet, buddy.
- 24:18Oh yeah, I'd love to have you on another time because I think
- 24:24we've got a lot more to talk about, but if can we touch on
- 24:29what's happened? A couple of weeks ago, I see
- 24:33Parker. It's not real line but she gets
- 24:36Posey. Parker was he came here from the
- 24:38UK? You know, I read through her
- 24:41biography and it she just sounds like a No one that it's a couple
- 24:47easy, I would have been something very outstanding,
- 24:50she's the lady who stands up and talks for what, you know what?
- 24:54I would have thought were obvious with obvious, right?
- 24:57Obviously, then we have more at deeming and then she attends
- 25:04this. This Woman's March, what do you
- 25:08want to call it? And then it's all over taken.
- 25:11By Will trans activist go there. The police are able to stop the
- 25:16trans activists for some reason, but then we have supposed
- 25:19neo-nazis. The police couldn't stop the
- 25:22neo-nazis from walking past and doing the, I'll hit lists
- 25:26salute, which blows my mind. And then obviously, it's all
- 25:31Myra demons fold and Posey Parker because they are
- 25:35neo-nazis, obviously, Can you can you explain to me?
- 25:40I wasn't there. You were there in Victoria.
- 25:42Can you explain anything about what's going on there?
- 25:47Honestly, wouldn't surprise me if that were planted there at
- 25:51and to create a distraction from actually what the women are
- 25:56actually, it's just taken away completely from the whole
- 25:58situation of what they were actually standing up for, which
- 26:02ironically, just like, what's the word?
- 26:07Oh, Caleb sound off buddy, which ironically justifies what they
- 26:14were talking saying, is happening in the sun.
- 26:16It's Like, let women speak, and the whole like counter counter
- 26:21stuff. That happened is all about
- 26:23silencing women. It's just, it's incredible and I
- 26:28think the media and the Liberal Party have really just jumped at
- 26:31that opportunity to make a virtue signal that, that there
- 26:36that they are basically more for the lgbtiq and, and rather than
- 26:44women's rights. And in the name of like
- 26:48anti-nazis, I do Daniel Andrews, has I think a lot to blame too
- 26:52because he is the leader of our state, and toxic leadership for
- 26:57long periods of time in any organization and I've learned in
- 27:00any state just trickles down. So, of course, like Nazis is
- 27:07just a word that has been thrown around way way, way too much in
- 27:12Victoria that it's just like a You know, if I don't agree with
- 27:16you, you're a Nazi. And so like so it's like this
- 27:22this tokenistic thing that people just canceled you for
- 27:25even though you aren't an artsy like the fact the truth of the
- 27:29matter is you're not an artsy not even associated with them
- 27:34and it's I do it's because it's such a big taurine and I think
- 27:39too because Daniel and restarted it with his daily.
- 27:42Like if you're not Jarred, you're an artsy.
- 27:46Every single day at 11 a.m. if you're not, if you haven't got
- 27:50the jab, you're not see ya apparently.
- 27:55And and even like when the Liberals were like like
- 28:02connected with other parties and stuff during the election like
- 28:05with and that like he, Dana Andrews come up and go.
- 28:09Oh, that's you know, the Liberals laws because they
- 28:11can't, you know, they did deals with the Nazis.
- 28:15Like they're Nazis. Yeah, yeah.
- 28:20Yeah. I'll change the definition of
- 28:22not seen the dictionary soon. I'm sure.
- 28:24Just like they are women and yeah, married.
- 28:26What is a woman really? I mean, it's yeah.
- 28:31Anyway, so yeah. And this basically what's
- 28:37happened to more are in her party is sexism, it's sexist is
- 28:41being sexist. Yeah, it is.
- 28:45Taking loop back to being to leadership.
- 28:49Daniel Andrews. I don't like the man.
- 28:50I think he's there's something very wrong with him.
- 28:54Whoever he's a good leader, he is are not a good, but he can
- 28:59lead. And I ever know I've noticed
- 29:02that every opposition leader that you've had down.
- 29:04There is very weak. Very weak is because when they
- 29:08don't stand for something, they stand for nothing.
- 29:11Yep. So that's the problem with the
- 29:12liberal party is a stand for nothing at the moment.
- 29:15Don't know whether to go woke or whether they stand for that
- 29:19actual conservative values. And so, yeah, we need strong
- 29:24leadership who are going to actually stand and withstand the
- 29:28shame and abuse. Yeah.
- 29:30From the last and stand strong in in in Integrity.
- 29:35Yeah. So Proverbs 11 3 the Integrity
- 29:38of the upright will guide them and just let the perversity of
- 29:42the Unfaithful because it will destroy them that That they'll
- 29:46do their own destroying their own like that aren't and we're
- 29:49seeing some of that now in a lot of aspects, there are not doing.
- 29:55Yep. Yeah.
- 29:56There are none doing and it's like, it plays so much into
- 29:59Daniel Andrews hands because he stands up and I don't agree with
- 30:04anything that comes out of his mouth, but he stands up and he's
- 30:07just had menu goes for. This is what he's staying for.
- 30:09This is what he's doing and he doesn't back down and then you
- 30:12have these other people in the background.
- 30:13There's like it's almost like they just they're there on
- 30:17purpose, just kind of giving it over to him because they like I
- 30:20said, they don't stand for anything, nothing at all and
- 30:24then something like more redeeming to me, that was the
- 30:27perfect opportunity to stand up and say, hey, this is, but, no,
- 30:31no, don't stand behind it, don't back her.
- 30:34Don't point out that there were so many other things wrong that
- 30:37Victorian police did so many things wrong that the Nazis
- 30:40don't have any place these neo-nazis if they were actually
- 30:43Neo-Nazi, they have my doubts. It's but none.
- 30:47I just throw her under the bus at the let women speak rally.
- 30:51Don't let women speak and I don't know if they'd just don't
- 30:54understand the irony and not let letting women speak.
- 30:58Yeah. Let women be suspended for nine
- 31:00months. He's literally shot her down and
- 31:03silenced her. Yeah.
- 31:05Like, which is exactly what what the whole thing was talking
- 31:10about. Like.
- 31:12Yeah. And we're living in a In a time
- 31:15where coercive control is literally, like who works who
- 31:19control uses threats intended to incite beer, it uses insults and
- 31:24humiliation to break down people's self-esteem again to
- 31:28learn. You don't speak up because you,
- 31:31you know, you're embarrassed to hold even these morals or
- 31:34values. Yeah, it's uses physical
- 31:36violence assault. And I think that everyone's so
- 31:40emboldened right now that we're going to just see an escalation
- 31:44of physical violence. Lens because they're emboldened,
- 31:47they're doing it and getting away with it.
- 31:49Yeah, use of isolation. So isolating people, the more
- 31:54and that's the worst thing about silencing people is because the
- 31:57more silence. You are the more isolated you.
- 31:59I know you don't realize that actually you're not alone.
- 32:02Yeah, that's what the protest over covid and staff in was so
- 32:07wonderful with, especially with the non mainstream media because
- 32:10I felt so alone. Yeah, when I saw that the
- 32:13protest with the construction workers in that, You're like,
- 32:15wow, like I'm not alone. Yeah.
- 32:20And and then yeah and then you got Financial control like
- 32:25seeing seeing they've tested it out in covid to control people.
- 32:29Like going, you know we're going to shut down your bank accounts
- 32:32if you know protest or whatever getting away with it.
- 32:35I think like these are all coercive control methods and in
- 32:40Victoria. Daniel Andrews has the
- 32:42behavioral insights team. Yeah.
- 32:45So what's the behavioral? The behavioral, T, behavioral
- 32:51insights team. Hang on a second, I'll just pull
- 32:53up their websites that give a great great behaving ins.
- 33:03They have a great. Let's go.
- 33:08Oops. Victoria.
- 33:16The behavioral insights unit. So this was brought to my
- 33:19attention when my daughter's contact tracing information was
- 33:24collected from her school principal.
- 33:27So personal information was given from the school principal
- 33:31to contact tracers when she was a close contact in a classroom.
- 33:35Hmm. And look like during the whole
- 33:39thing and by DHS and then one day A, I had the behavioral
- 33:46insights team trying to make contact with my then seven or
- 33:49eight-year-old to engage her in study and research around covid.
- 33:54And I was like, who is behavioral insights team what?
- 33:57So this is behavioral insights team.
- 33:58That Daniel Andrews has directly under Premier and cabinet.
- 34:03We improve outcomes victorians by applying behavioral insights
- 34:07to policy service design and internal processes in the
- 34:11Victorian public sector. We are a multidisciplinary team
- 34:15of Behavioral Science. Experts quantitative and
- 34:17qualitative researchers and policy offices who have worked
- 34:21with Partners across government since 2006.
- 34:23Mean to develop behaviourally, informed Solutions.
- 34:31Behavioral scientists. Wow.
- 34:36So that's using psychology and the understanding of of people
- 34:42people's behavior to then use that.
- 34:46So I think all that big time in Victoria that so the staged, the
- 34:52staged, inclusions of things is a tactic in regards to Adaptive
- 34:58leadership. So you can do that in an
- 35:00organization for positive results, but as I saw, you can
- 35:03see in - as well, Well, and so that that can sorrow just so
- 35:10many questions there. I just realized it's not a, not
- 35:16just coincidental that Daniel Andrews, just got back from a
- 35:20trip to communist China, where they've been using that kind of
- 35:27analysis for a long time with their surveillance.
- 35:33Well restrictive surveillance and what they now do to coerce
- 35:38or just control people basically manipulate manipulate.
- 35:43Yeah I mean if you like okay yeah.
- 35:47Okay I didn't know about that either.
- 35:49They. Yeah, so I did say I dare say
- 35:53cuz he'll say he's the mandates in regards to being allowed to
- 35:56work in. That was a recommendation from
- 35:59experts. I think I've just identified who
- 36:02Those experts actually were. Yeah, octave.
- 36:06They went this. They'll behavioral behavioral
- 36:09scientists. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 36:12Recommend, I always loved that when you heard these follow
- 36:15stand up and say, all the experts are telling us, he's the
- 36:17guy who these experts please, you've got to and then, you
- 36:20know, and then when you look into what they would bring
- 36:22forward as an expert, you think you have are not exactly an
- 36:26expert and they very, very one-sided.
- 36:29Always liked it when, you know, you hear an expert and they
- 36:31would talk about Pros and cons give you both sides of the
- 36:34stories you see the guy? Yeah okay this is an educated
- 36:37person who's made a decision they're looking at everything.
- 36:40The experts that get throwing up when we had the Charlie Victor
- 36:44plan going ahead was that were paid paid Stooges by the
- 36:49government. That's what I think.
- 36:52Yeah. And there's this is probably
- 36:54going into the vote at the moment that's going to happen
- 36:58with the referendum. My biggest concern is will have
- 37:01they'll hope they'll strategically-placed puppets.
- 37:05To reflect their own. Yeah.
- 37:08Yep. What you did the voice?
- 37:11The voice? Yeah, the voice.
- 37:13Oh yeah. Yeah, I'm not.
- 37:16Anyway, I have concerns about the boys.
- 37:21Yeah, I've considered this is like a whole other podcast.
- 37:24Yeah, that's a whole other thing.
- 37:27I think people some people make comments and they would
- 37:30obviously assume that I'm for the voice.
- 37:34I'm just I've just got It's a at the voice to be honest.
- 37:37Just because of indigenous doesn't mean I have to be for
- 37:40it. Come on but whatever.
- 37:42Yeah you're talking it sounds like you've got a voice.
- 37:45Yeah yeah yeah I've got my own voice and yeah anyway that's
- 37:53that is a whole other podcast. Something on the our now is
- 37:56there anything else that you'll just before we go?
- 37:58Is there anything else that you what else you have to in the
- 38:01near future? Anything else your any other
- 38:03project you're doing needed? Tell people about if people want
- 38:08to follow along, I'm on Instagram.
- 38:11Tabitha Ricard on Instagram. I nothing I can probably talk
- 38:17about Yeah, I got a few projects happening, probably more in the
- 38:24art realm than the political, but I do have an event coming up
- 38:31by the sounds of things. We just trying to look in date
- 38:33some regards to a bit of a launch of a wellness initiative,
- 38:37within bright, hope and things like that.
