• 0:25
Speaker 1: And if you're not sure if that's the right next step for you, don't worry, I'm also going to share other ways I can help you move forward.
• 0:33
Speaker 1: So let's get started.
• 0:35
Speaker 1: Welcome to the Mind your Time podcast.
• 0:37
Speaker 1: I'm Shannon Baker, your coffee loving host and business operations strategist.
• 0:42
Speaker 1: If your business feels chaotic and you're tired of spinning your wheels, you're in the right place.
• 0:47
Speaker 1: Each episode contains bold strategies and practical insights rooted in my power and motion framework to help you streamline your operations, reclaim your time and grow without burnout.
• 0:56
Speaker 1: So, whether you're just starting out or scaling the six figures and beyond, I'll help you simplify, set boundaries and build a business that works for you.
• 1:03
Speaker 1: So grab a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage and let's dive in.
• 1:07
Speaker 1: Imagine waking up on Monday morning, sitting down with your cup of coffee and feeling genuinely excited about your week.
• 1:15
Speaker 1: Your priorities are set, you have a plan, your systems are in place, your operations are running efficiently and you're finally stepping into your role as the CEO of your business.
• 1:26
Speaker 1: That means you're not doing it all yourself.
• 1:30
Speaker 1: No more scrambling to figure out what needs to be done or feeling like you're constantly behind.
• 1:35
  Speaker 1: You're in control.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: But right now, that is not your reality.
• 1:42
Speaker 1: Instead, I know you're buried under a never ending to do list, constantly playing catch up and spending more time putting out fires than actually working and growing your business.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: Does that sound familiar?
• 1:53
Speaker 1: Now, while this may be your reality right now, it doesn't mean that you haven't tried to change how this is going.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: And while you may, you know, take a few steps forward.
• 2:06
Speaker 1: Every time you try to get organized, I know you find yourself back at square one.
• 2:11
Speaker 1: You're Googling solutions, you're downloading another free checklist, you're buying yet another course that you're not going to finish that's if you even get started.
• 2:21
Speaker 1: So you keep looking for the one thing that will finally get you out of this cycle, but nothing seems to stick.
• 2:30
Speaker 1: I know this cycle because I've been in it.
• 2:32
Speaker 1: I remember sitting at my desk one day and I was staring at my planner, thinking why does it feel like I'm always working but never actually making progress?
• 2:46
Speaker 1: And it took me years to realize the key to breaking free from this vicious cycle.
• 2:51
Speaker 1: It wasn't working harder or putting in more hours.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: I needed to be working smarter, with the right systems in place.
• 2:57
Speaker 1: And once I figured that out, I started helping other entrepreneurs do the same, because I saw a pattern.
• 3:04
Speaker 1: So, my friend, trust me, it's not just you.
• 3:09
Speaker 1: The missing piece in most businesses.
• 3:11
Speaker 1: It's not about more marketing, getting more clients or even hustling harder.
• 3:17
Speaker 1: It's about systems, ones that allow you to grow without burning out.
• 3:23
Speaker 1: And when I say systems, I'm not talking about complicated tech, heavy processes that take weeks to set up.
• 3:30
Speaker 1: I started with a lot of simple spreadsheets and then I built my systems out over time, and I know because you think it's very complicated.
• 3:39
Speaker 1: This is why you haven't done this Really.
• 3:43
Speaker 1: When I say create your systems, I mean a simple, documented process that takes the mental load off your plate so you can actually focus on growth instead of just staying afloat.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: And I see this all the time with my clients.
• 3:58
  Speaker 1: They're like you.
• 3:59
Speaker 1: It's not that they lack ambition or skill, they just need a system that works for them, not against them.
• 4:06
Speaker 1: And that's exactly why I created the Mighty Society.
• 4:10
Speaker 1: Membership is to give you that system and the space that you need to actually get it in place.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: I built this membership because I know firsthand what it takes to break free from the chaos and step into the role of really running your business efficiently.
• 4:28
Speaker 1: And over the years, I've helped countless entrepreneurs implement systems that turned their business around.
• 4:36
Speaker 1: And when you join the Mighty Society, you're not just getting access to resources and tools, you're getting my direct guidance to help you create a business that actually supports your life, not the other way around.
• 4:49
Speaker 1: And before you start thinking well, shannon, this is just another thing that you're telling me to add to my plate.
• 4:54
Speaker 1: I want you to hear me out.
• 4:56
Speaker 1: Most entrepreneurs assume that setting up systems is going to take forever.
• 5:00
Speaker 1: Now, it does take an investment of time, but when you're inside the Mighty Society membership, I stress that you only need 30 minutes a week to start seeing real results.
• 5:14
Speaker 1: Think about the time you spend each week just searching for documents, rewriting the same emails or fixing mistakes that you made because you were rushing.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: In just 30 minutes a week, you can save hours in the future and you can get ahead instead of failing at keeping up.
• 5:37
Speaker 1: Here are a few things that you can do In 30 minutes, you can document a process that saves you hours every month because you keep doing the same thing.
• 5:45
Speaker 1: In 30 minutes, you can automate a repetitive task using tech tools so you never have to think about it again until you check it, of course, and then, in 30 minutes, you can fix an inefficiency that's costing you time and money.
• 6:01
  Speaker 1: Think about this.
• 6:02
Speaker 1: That's costing you time and money.
• 6:06
  Speaker 1: Think about this.
• 6:06
Speaker 1: One example is setting up canned email responses or creating canned email templates, which will instantly cut down the amount of time you spend in your inbox.
• 6:12
Speaker 1: Or maybe even creating a simple intake form that screens people as they book a call using your online scheduler which saves you hours of back and forth trying to get meetings scheduled.
• 6:26
Speaker 1: Small, intentional moves create massive results and the great thing is, you don't have to figure it out by yourself.
• 6:33
Speaker 1: Now, at this point, you may be thinking okay, this sounds great, but how do I know this will actually work for me?
• 6:41
Speaker 1: Well, I'm going to introduce you to Imani Guy.
• 6:45
Speaker 1: She is the founder and CEO of Made New Marketing.
• 6:49
Speaker 1: Imani has been exactly where you are and I'm going to let you hear what she had to say about the membership in her own words.
• 6:58
Speaker 2: I'm Imani Guy, ceo of Made New Marketing, and I wanted to come on here and shout out Shannon Baker of TSB Management Solutions.
• 7:05
Speaker 2: I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of her NYT Society membership and this program has really been instrumental in my growth as an entrepreneur.
• 7:15
Speaker 2: I always told Shannon when I first became an entrepreneur, I Googled how do you start a business and it told me LLC, ein, website, but it didn't speak about the importance of having an efficient back office operations and automating your system so that you don't have to focus on them as much.
• 7:33
Speaker 2: This membership allowed me to do just that.
• 7:37
Speaker 2: Not only did it give me the platforms, but the information, and also allowed me to talk to Shannon to see how can I build a foundation now for the success I see in the future, and that's one of the biggest things I've learned the success of your business starts with the foundation you lay it on.
• 7:52
Speaker 2: So I highly recommend this membership program to entrepreneurs, no matter the level you're on.
• 7:59
Speaker 1: So, as you can see, it's not just about having resources.
• 8:03
Speaker 1: It's about being able to use them without wasting time.
• 8:06
Speaker 1: That's why, inside of the Mighty Society membership, you don't just get resources.
• 8:11
Speaker 1: You get a safe space and support from the community and me to actually implement.
• 8:19
Speaker 1: Here are some of the things that we do inside of the membership Quarterly live masterclasses to help keep you focused and motivated, with fresh strategies.
• 8:30
Speaker 1: Hands-on task planning and SOP creation, which ensures you're not just learning but you're actually setting up the systems that you need.
• 8:39
Speaker 1: Coworking sessions so you can focus on business tasks and finally tackle the things that keep getting pushed to the bottom of that long to-do list you have.
• 8:49
Speaker 1: There will be dedicated implementation weeks to help you reset, catch up and refine your operations so you don't fall behind.
• 8:58
Speaker 1: And there are exclusive challenges inside that will push you to take action, take small steps and get quick wins.
• 9:07
Speaker 1: And the best part, everything is housed in a distraction-free app called Heartbeat.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: It's not a noisy Facebook group, so there are no ads.
• 9:20
Speaker 1: You can focus on building your business, not fighting algorithms and having to hide a bunch of stuff that you don't want to see.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: Now let me be clear.
• 9:29
Speaker 1: This is not just another membership, it's not a course, it's not just a resource hub, and it's definitely not another thing to just add to your plate.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: It's the thing that will finally clear your plate of all the busy work that's slowing you down.
• 9:47
Speaker 1: This is a high touch, results driven membership where you get direct access to me, access to the right tools and a system for actually making progress.
• 10:02
Speaker 1: Let me share something about one of the members.
• 10:05
Speaker 1: Nicola McKenna came into the membership feeling overwhelmed by her business.
• 10:09
Speaker 1: She was struggling to manage her workload and she was constantly saying yes to things that weren't serving her.
• 10:15
Speaker 1: This is what she had to say Before joining.
• 10:19
Speaker 1: I was always caught up in saying yes to everything because I didn't want to disappoint people.
• 10:24
Speaker 1: Now I'm standing firm in my decision, staying focused on what actually moves my business forward, and for the first time, I feel in control.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: Now let me tell you this isn't just about feeling in control.
• 10:38
Speaker 1: That is a bonus, but when you have the right systems in place, the impact is real.
• 10:44
Speaker 1: One of my clients saved over $700 a month after her VA suddenly quit because we had streamlined her back office and then we cut out inefficiencies before rehiring.
• 10:57
Speaker 1: Another client stopped working 12 hour days overnight just by us getting two key systems in place, and these aren't isolated success stories.
• 11:09
Speaker 1: This is what happens when you stop letting your business run you and you take control of your business instead.
• 11:15
Speaker 1: So imagine stepping away from your business for a few days or weeks, even without stressing about it.
• 11:21
Speaker 1: No waking up in the middle of the night wondering if a client email got missed.
• 11:25
Speaker 1: No scrambling to make sure you don't miss a deadline, not feeling chained to your inbox, because the truth is, the longer you wait, the more time you lose.
• 11:35
Speaker 1: Every minute you spend fixing inefficiencies manually is a minute stolen from growing your business and actually enjoying the business that you worked so hard to build.
• 11:48
Speaker 1: Now I know you're thinking well, I just don't have time for another membership.
• 11:55
Speaker 1: I hear this all the time.
• 11:56
Speaker 1: But let me ask you this how much time have you already lost trying to figure things out on your own?
• 12:01
Speaker 1: If you don't make the time to get your business in order, you're going to keep losing time to inefficiencies, overwhelm and burnout.
• 12:09
Speaker 1: And remember, just 30 minutes a week is all it takes to start getting results.
• 12:14
Speaker 1: And if you're wondering, well, is that really possible?
• 12:19
Speaker 1: Yes, it is, and it's because of the way I intentionally created the content inside of the membership.
• 12:26
Speaker 1: There aren't a bunch of long, boring videos you're not going to watch, but there are bite-sized tutorials to help you learn how to use your tech tools, and that's what Krista Hutchins loved when she joined the Mighty Society.
• 12:40
Speaker 1: This is what she had to say.
• 12:43
Speaker 3: The Mighty Society is a great resource for anyone who's just starting to build out the systems in their business.
• 12:50
Speaker 3: I love that the videos are stripped down to just what you need to know to get started, so you can save hours of Googling and YouTubing.
• 12:59
Speaker 3: When I first joined, I started looking around a little bit inside the membership, but mostly I was able to go straight to what I was looking for because it was so easy to navigate.
• 13:11
Speaker 3: I could find just what I need when I needed it.
• 13:15
Speaker 1: Krista's experience is one of the biggest reasons I created the Mighty Society, because I know you don't need more information.
• 13:23
Speaker 1: You don't need another course to collect dust.
• 13:25
Speaker 1: You need a clear, guided process and support so that you actually get things done.
• 13:32
Speaker 1: That's the accountability that you need as well.
• 13:34
Speaker 1: So let's do a quick recap of what we covered today.
• 13:36
Speaker 1: So let's do a quick recap of what we covered today.
• 13:39
Speaker 1: The reason you feel stuck isn't because you need more clients, more marketing or more hustle.
• 13:45
Speaker 1: It's because you don't have the right systems in place.
• 13:48
Speaker 1: Trying to Google your way to efficiency or downloading more checklists is not the answer.
• 13:54
Speaker 1: You need structure, guidance, support and space to implement.
• 14:00
Speaker 1: That's exactly what the Mighty Society gives you A distraction-free, high-touch membership that is intentionally designed to help you create the foundation your business needs to run smoothly.
• 14:12
