Transcript
- 0:00[SPEAKER_00]: Welcome to OnlyFin's Q&A Live, a question and answer show as exclusive to OnlyFin's.
- 0:06[SPEAKER_00]: And Miami Dawkins Discord server.
- 0:08[SPEAKER_00]: Now here's your host.
- 0:10[SPEAKER_00]: Out!
- 0:12[SPEAKER_00]: And we're on, this is only Fin's Q&A Live for March the 10th, 2026, it's one day into the tapering period of the NFL 2026, free agency period, which means like if you haven't built your team already and you're not ready to win the Super Bowl tomorrow, it's probably over for you.
- 0:34[SPEAKER_00]: Dolphins have done a little bit of work here.
- 0:35[SPEAKER_00]: Of course, they traded, make a Fitzpatrick, they cut to a tongue of aloa.
- 0:40[SPEAKER_00]: On the make up, it's Patrick's trade.
- 0:41[SPEAKER_00]: It seemed to me like that trade was probably rushed for cap space.
- 0:47[SPEAKER_00]: And they essentially took a contract.
- 0:49[SPEAKER_00]: I mean, they took a trade offer that was gonna pick up the entire freight of the contract.
- 0:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that that's probably what sold them.
- 0:57[SPEAKER_00]: Anyway, we're doing this show on only fence Q&A, this show only fence Q&A live, which we do every single week on our Discord only fence.
- 1:07[SPEAKER_00]: To do that, you have to go to our Discord if you want to participate, you want to ask questions.
- 1:12[SPEAKER_00]: You want to listen to us record this live.
- 1:15[SPEAKER_00]: You've got to go to our Discord, and that is at discord.gg4x-only fence, where you become a member there all access for $4.99 a month.
- 1:27[SPEAKER_00]: All right, so let's get to it right away.
- 1:29[SPEAKER_00]: This, uh, Malik Wallist thing has been,
- 1:34[SPEAKER_00]: received, I want to say mixed results, like I would say half the fan base, get it, the other half let's just face it and I've been having them in my mentions for almost two days now.
- 1:49[SPEAKER_00]: And yes that I just sent out a tweet which kind of encapsulates the whole thing.
- 1:53[SPEAKER_00]: Look, just tell me you want to tank and that way we could cut this conversation short.
- 1:59[SPEAKER_00]: And that seems to be the whole thing.
- 2:02[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, the people that are criticizing this move, they just seem to be in on tanking, like they just want to tank.
- 2:10[SPEAKER_00]: They just want to lose a lot of games as many games as possible if they could lose 17 great.
- 2:15[SPEAKER_00]: Now, here's what I don't understand.
- 2:16[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, tanking for losers.
- 2:19[SPEAKER_00]: That's not something that either works or something that you want to do.
- 2:23[SPEAKER_00]: Okay.
- 2:24[SPEAKER_00]: Now,
- 2:26[SPEAKER_00]: Now I keep hearing you got to build a winning culture and you want to lose 18 you know you don't want to lose what 17 games how is that Building a winning culture No
- 2:42[SPEAKER_00]: You want as many swings at a franchise quarterback as you can get, and that is what this is.
- 2:50[SPEAKER_00]: Look, it's two years 45 million guarantee, essentially.
- 2:54[SPEAKER_00]: The guarantees run out at the end of the 2027 season, which means that you can cut him in 2028 with a dead cap charge of about $7 million, which is essentially nothing, okay?
- 3:05[SPEAKER_00]: Now, why wouldn't you do this?
- 3:09[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, let's talk about the player.
- 3:12[SPEAKER_00]: If we're going to talk about the player, you got to talk about his film, now, it's not a large sample size.
- 3:18[SPEAKER_00]: It's a small sample size.
- 3:20[SPEAKER_00]: Granted, you know, he wasn't to start a Jordan love was to start her for the Green Bay Packers.
- 3:25[SPEAKER_00]: But if you put on that film and you go through it and you look at every single snap that he took, you
- 3:31[SPEAKER_00]: Last season.
- 3:32[SPEAKER_00]: You can't come away thinking that this is the guy who was really really good last year.
- 3:36[SPEAKER_00]: You can't come away thinking anything other than his film was absolutely undeniable.
- 3:41[SPEAKER_00]: And it's not me just saying it.
- 3:43[SPEAKER_00]: Warner has said it.
- 3:44[SPEAKER_00]: Chase Daniels has said it.
- 3:46[SPEAKER_00]: The car brothers said it.
- 3:48[SPEAKER_00]: Everybody else who watches or grades film has already said look, he was really really really good last year.
- 3:55[SPEAKER_00]: And quite frankly, he was really really good in 2024 as well.
- 3:58[SPEAKER_00]: So, let's get that out of the way.
- 4:01[SPEAKER_00]: The money is the money prohibitive.
- 4:03[SPEAKER_00]: No, it's not.
- 4:04[SPEAKER_00]: First of all, you have a lot of money.
- 4:05[SPEAKER_00]: You have a lot of cash space.
- 4:06[SPEAKER_00]: Roughly about 108 million ready for 2027 gobs more in 2028.
- 4:13[SPEAKER_00]: So you gotta pay somebody.
- 4:14[SPEAKER_00]: You essentially just have Zax sealer and Jalen Waddle on the till for any type of contract that's of any consequence in 2027.
- 4:25[SPEAKER_00]: So you can, you might as well just add some of them, right?
- 4:28[SPEAKER_00]: So how about, you know, doing it with a guy that you think can be your franchise quarterback, can be your quarterback of the future?
- 4:38[SPEAKER_00]: Why not?
- 4:40[SPEAKER_00]: It's a good swing and look, there's very, very little downside here if the guy is really, really good.
- 4:46[SPEAKER_00]: Congratulations, you know?
- 4:48[SPEAKER_00]: You find a quarterback and I don't need to find a quarterback, but you find them at a great cost.
- 4:52[SPEAKER_00]: You're talking about 21st rank quarterback salary in the NFL, you know?
- 4:59[SPEAKER_00]: And you don't have to worry about an extension of his great until 2028.
- 5:03[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, like that's pretty good.
- 5:07[SPEAKER_00]: If he's just okay, you know, if he's just an okay player, guess what?
- 5:12[SPEAKER_00]: You still have the 2027 draft class, which is in my estimation, the best I've seen in a very, very long time.
- 5:21[SPEAKER_00]: And you don't need the first overall pick.
- 5:23[SPEAKER_00]: So the fear here is from the fans that don't like the move.
- 5:28[SPEAKER_00]: It's not even the player.
- 5:29[SPEAKER_00]: They're using the player as an excuse.
- 5:31[SPEAKER_00]: The move here from these fans is they want to tank and they're afraid the Malik will smite wind them too many games.
- 5:38[SPEAKER_00]: So they're doing that thing again.
- 5:41[SPEAKER_00]: They're not going to tank.
- 5:43[SPEAKER_00]: And if they work going to tank, there is no guarantee that it will be successful.
- 5:49[SPEAKER_00]: So there really is no downside here, and if he's bad, of course, if he's just bad, who knows, maybe you'll be in the position to take the quarterback anyway, but doesn't stop you from joining the quarterback draft pool in 2027.
- 6:05[SPEAKER_00]: And to be honest with you, unless Malik Willis is an absolute superstar in 2026, I'm probably taking a quarterback in 2027, and in fact, I want to take a quarterback this year in the middle rounds, like if I could get one, you know, in the fourth fifth round, I'd probably do it.
- 6:22[SPEAKER_00]: So.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_00]: uh... where do we go from here with uh... maliquilist well first of all you can't hand them the roster as currently constituted you do have a very very good still you have a you know you're handing him a good starter kit you're handing him a star running back handing him a star wide receiver very good left tackle in my estimations and my estimation and an all-pro center
- 6:49[SPEAKER_00]: I'm not going to mention the other pieces because the other pieces are still, you know, they're question marks and you know, you may like guys like Greg Dalsuch, you may like guys like Malik Washington, but you know, they're replaceable.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_00]: They're replacement level players.
- 7:01[SPEAKER_00]: Although, I think you can expect Greg Dalsuch to be actually pretty damn good this year.
- 7:06[SPEAKER_00]: I think that that's a thing that can happen for you.
- 7:10[SPEAKER_00]: So, where do you go from here?
- 7:12[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I think where you go from here is that you've got a first while become Capcom client by Wednesday.
- 7:17[SPEAKER_00]: Second of all, try to figure out a way to create a little bit more cap space to fill a couple of these holes.
- 7:26[SPEAKER_00]: And remember, you need to cap space anyway to pay your draft class.
- 7:33[SPEAKER_00]: And how do you do that?
- 7:35[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I think you've got to get going
- 7:38[SPEAKER_00]: Now, the armbrower one just became a lot more difficult because Tyler Lindobomb just signed a ridiculous contract with the Las Vegas Raiders.
- 7:48[SPEAKER_00]: It's about 27 million APY, which is about, let me see how much is it, it's about 8.5 million more than the highest paid center, which is Creed Humphrey.
- 7:59[SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it was that ridiculous of a contract, okay.
- 8:03[SPEAKER_00]: So now you can't even get away with offering Aaron Brour, you know, one million more per season than Creed Humphrey and calling it a day at 19 million APY.
- 8:12[SPEAKER_00]: Now you have this this this clown show in Las Vegas giving a center 27 million dollars a year.
- 8:20[SPEAKER_00]: So that one's going to be a little bit more difficult, but I think you could get a 10 square away and you could get Jordan Brooks square away and with those two alone, it should open up enough cap space to keep you compliant, sign your drive class and fill some holes this year.
- 8:37[SPEAKER_00]: Now you gotta be judicious man, you gotta be judicious and another thing you can do is remember, you have to stay static with all these draft picks.
- 8:46[SPEAKER_00]: Now you want to keep as many of these draft picks as you can, right?
- 8:49[SPEAKER_00]: Like, because you're rebuilding team, you need to have a decent draft class.
- 8:55[SPEAKER_00]: But it doesn't mean that you can't look for an opportunity and dangle a fifth-rond pick out there somewhere for somebody, for a useful player.
- 9:08[SPEAKER_00]: You can get pretty damn good players as you've seen over the years for day three picks.
- 9:15[SPEAKER_00]: So, I'd be doing something similar to that, but I'd most likely be, you know, getting a move on these extensions, so I could have the cap space to try to help my young quarterback.
- 9:28[SPEAKER_00]: I think first and foremost, man, you gotta find a guard.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_00]: You gotta find a guard, because you still have the whole draft process, which can help you fill out the offensive line.
- 9:37[SPEAKER_00]: And then you have the post draft process, the post draft process, try to say that five times in a row.
- 9:48[SPEAKER_00]: and you still have to do cuts right so and you have the third wave of free agency so you have you have a lot of opportunities and remember sometime in July sometime in August maybe in the second preseason game some veteran that you're actually kind of liked is probably going to be cut and while on now you have your new right card so
- 10:08[SPEAKER_00]: you know there's going to be opportunities it doesn't mean you have to add to go out there and spend a ton of money for you know an adequate guard to put around uh... milk willus but i think you have to be looking for opportunities and i would personally try to look for a wide receiver one that i can afford that's in budget
- 10:30[SPEAKER_00]: I know that one after Kendrick born.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_00]: He got two years 11 million.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_00]: I think that that's probably slightly above budget, but it's not crazy.
- 10:40[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's probably a million APY per year off.
- 10:45[SPEAKER_00]: You know, maybe two for eight is probably what's max in their budget.
- 10:52[SPEAKER_00]: But they kind of get going on that and there's going to be plenty of good players out there that you can get for for that for that kind of budget You know There's a player out there that you can afford that can do the job for you at least You know until you get to the draft and you can evaluate the whole draft class the whole wide receiver class and decide which is the one that you want to go with Because I'm almost certain that they're going to need a pass catcher in this draft
- 11:18[SPEAKER_00]: And I'm talking about day one of day two.
- 11:20[SPEAKER_00]: I think definitely day two.
- 11:22[SPEAKER_00]: Day two, I would absolutely target one of those third rompics.
- 11:25[SPEAKER_00]: One of those third rompics is obviously going to be a past catcher.
- 11:28[SPEAKER_00]: Tie it in a wide receiver.
- 11:30[SPEAKER_00]: That's a lock.
- 11:31[SPEAKER_00]: And I would say that the other one, because I have three of them, another one will be on a cornerback.
- 11:37[SPEAKER_00]: So, all right, we're gonna go to break.
- 11:39[SPEAKER_00]: And when we come back, we will take your questions on the other side of the break.
- 11:43[SPEAKER_00]: But first, let me tell you about factor.

- 13:18[SPEAKER_00]: and we are back.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_00]: All right, let's see if we could get to your questions here.
- 13:24[SPEAKER_00]: That's a pretty good question to start off with.
- 13:27[SPEAKER_00]: Did you ever find out how the NFL forced the dolphins to be on the in-season hard knocks?
- 13:35[SPEAKER_00]: Was it the Eagles game?
- 13:37[SPEAKER_00]: Were the penalties were a 10-0?
- 13:38[SPEAKER_00]: Or was there something more I would call Mike McDaniel stating at a press conference that he would share a one day it would be known.
- 13:45[SPEAKER_00]: They were on a short list.
- 13:46[SPEAKER_00]: I actually know the entire story about how they got onto the in season hard knocks.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_00]: They were on a short list.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_00]: And I believe, I think that there was like scouts from the production company at several games.
- 14:04[SPEAKER_00]: And the decision was made as far as I'm told after the Denver game.
- 14:09[SPEAKER_00]: When they scored, uh,
- 14:11[SPEAKER_00]: The score to 70 points.
- 14:12[SPEAKER_00]: I believe it was the Denver game or was not the Denver game.
- 14:15[SPEAKER_00]: It was before the Denver game.
- 14:17[SPEAKER_00]: It was before the Denver game.
- 14:18[SPEAKER_00]: They played a game against New England on a Monday night.
- 14:22[SPEAKER_00]: I believe that's the game that they were at.
- 14:25[SPEAKER_00]: And because I believe that the scouts were there to watch New England as well.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_00]: And the decision was made very early on in the season.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_00]: So it wasn't like, you know, they saw them, you know, get under, you know, get on a mini roll, because I believe the first episode was against the Raiders when they played the Raiders that year.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't the Denver game.
- 14:46[SPEAKER_00]: It was the New England game.
- 14:47[SPEAKER_00]: It was a Monday night football game where there were scouts looking at both teams and who knows, maybe the Patriots had one night game, maybe they put the Patriots in the in season.
- 14:58[SPEAKER_00]: hard knocks, but, you know, there is no conspiracy theory.
- 15:02[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea what the hell Mike McDaniel was talking about.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_00]: It was really just about, they had a short list, they went to go see several teams.
- 15:10[SPEAKER_00]: I believe they went to go see three games that weekend, and they just decided the dolphins.
- 15:17[SPEAKER_00]: And the reason they decided on the dolphins is essentially because they were a little bit forward thinking they were just handicapping the situation going forward.
- 15:26[SPEAKER_00]: That was in the group was the Dallas Cowboys, which kind of fit for them as well because the Cowboys did go to the playoffs and they won 12 games So the Cowboys were pretty good too Or they won 11 games, they won 11 games So they were pretty good too So, you know, the Cowboys could have been a team that they could have followed well as well But they just chose the Dolphins like they made a decision to say, you know what?
- 15:48[SPEAKER_00]: This is a team that
- 15:49[SPEAKER_00]: That we're gonna go with and we chose the doll.
- 15:52[SPEAKER_00]: They chose the dolphins to be in the in season hard knocks There is no conspiracy theory.
- 15:56[SPEAKER_00]: It was just they did that process Early on the season week two in that game one and I football against the New England Patriots and they chose the Miami dolphins And like I said in the running was New England and I do know Dallas Cobb was Warren another team that was in the running
- 16:13[SPEAKER_00]: Alright, uh, next question.
- 16:15[SPEAKER_00]: So what does the reclamation project?
- 16:18[SPEAKER_00]: I love that word of Jonah Savannah Look like if you are the coach right tackle right guard left guard and how do you fix the issue look?
- 16:28[SPEAKER_00]: Here's the thing we do have a new offensive line coach right Apple bomb Now he was here before he does like to cross train players
- 16:38[SPEAKER_00]: So I wouldn't expect maybe an OTA's to see Josephine trying out a different position, I don't think right tackles in the future, I just don't.
- 16:48[SPEAKER_00]: Unless they need it in an emergency, I think he's going to play guard.
- 16:53[SPEAKER_00]: I think they're just going to try to play him, but I think that
- 16:56[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to approach this with competition in mind.
- 16:59[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they're going to hand him a position and quite honestly, I'm to be honest with you.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that that's something that they should do either.
- 17:08[SPEAKER_00]: He did not earn a position last year.
- 17:11[SPEAKER_00]: He did not earn the right to just be handed the position this year.
- 17:16[SPEAKER_00]: I think what you saw from him last year was a player that kind of deserves to have stiff competition this season.
- 17:23[SPEAKER_00]: probably from a veteran that you're going to pick up here in free agency or possibly even maybe a draft pick that you take maybe day two possibly even day one.
- 17:35[SPEAKER_00]: Although they're taking a guy day one and that guy's actually starting a not in any competition because they're going to need.
- 17:42[SPEAKER_00]: They have five picks in the top 100.
- 17:44[SPEAKER_00]: Man, I hate to say this, but I think you need four starters out of those five picks.
- 17:51[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, I'm using a draft pick on day one or day two, which means you already have like three committed draft picks.
- 18:01[SPEAKER_00]: You need one for a corner back, one for a wide receiver and one for a guard.
- 18:05[SPEAKER_00]: So you have two picks you could play with and you could and you probably guess in that you need an edge player.
- 18:12[SPEAKER_00]: Although if you look at the the edge class this year, I could easily see a run on edge players early in the first round and if you buy past one at 11, you're probably not going to get one at 43.
- 18:24[SPEAKER_00]: So yeah, a reclamation project is going to look like Jones of I and I getting plenty of competition.
- 18:33[SPEAKER_00]: And not being handed a position because he really doesn't deserve one.
- 18:37[SPEAKER_00]: Especially now with the season he had last year.
- 18:39[SPEAKER_00]: He was that bad 17 games
- 18:44[SPEAKER_00]: like how many of those games can you point to and say he was actually pretty good I thought he was pretty decent I guess the bills at home So I mean two three games.
- 18:53[SPEAKER_00]: I use pretty good against jets.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: I know that for a fact.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_00]: He was he was damn good against jets But other than that you're talking about like you know, it was a 15 to two ratio on good the back games I mean bad the good games so no
- 19:07[SPEAKER_00]: Regulation Project looks like a lot of competition for John Fatt, Savannah, and his position is not guaranteed and he doesn't deserve to have a guaranteed.
- 19:15[SPEAKER_00]: It's going to have to work for it.
- 19:17[SPEAKER_00]: Next question with Willis, what one two other larger signings?
- 19:21[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they're going to have any larger signings.
- 19:23[SPEAKER_00]: But the question goes with Willis, what other one or two other larger signings do you think we do?
- 19:28[SPEAKER_00]: I don't think they're going to have one or two larger signings.
- 19:33[SPEAKER_00]: You know?
- 19:36[SPEAKER_00]: just don't see it.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_00]: You're talking about like, you know, it's, like, men deals are obviously, men and women deals, men and women deals are obviously on the table and maybe four or five of them are on the table to fill out the bottom end of the roster.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_00]: But a larger deal, like, maybe do they have, you know, four million APY for a wide receiver and the budget, maybe that's what
- 20:06[SPEAKER_00]: I look, last year they got Jack Jones for $1.1 million and they got Russell Douglas for $1.5.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_00]: They're going to have to repeat that.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_00]: By the way, I am told that they do have some interest in bringing both of them back.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_00]: Obviously, they don't have the budget to compete for either one.
- 20:24[SPEAKER_00]: And I think that both of them are guys that are going to hang around and try to latch on to a team that's going to pay them a little bit more, especially Jack Jones.
- 20:35[SPEAKER_00]: Who still hasn't been paid and Russell Douglas who essentially just signed on really really late last year had a really good season last year Somebody's gonna look at him and say, you know what this guy's worth much more than 1.5 million dollars Let's give him one modest raise and let's bring him in to help us out in the secondary I think Miami can use both guys It'll it'll it'll be a great help if they could bring both of them back or at least at least one of them
- 21:03[SPEAKER_00]: But it's gonna have to be it on their terms, meaning it's gonna be it.
- 21:07[SPEAKER_00]: It's gonna have to be at the vet minimum and I don't think that those are signings that you're gonna complete now on March 10th I think those are signings that just they're gonna show up some time in July Alright, uh next question Do you feel like Willis can take the pounding he will take from running like he does?
- 21:25[SPEAKER_00]: No, he has to stop taking unnecessary hits I'm pretty sure he's they're gonna get him into the building and
- 21:34[SPEAKER_00]: uh... and do you see a free to why receiver used to want yes uh... a little jodder home free is a guy i would absolutely bring in other than that man i'm almost hesitant to talk about any other player uh... because we've seen what these guys have gone for i thought that can't report was going to be attainable and he was just slightly off of their budget now they did it on him which tells you that
- 21:59[SPEAKER_00]: they have figured in their budget a budget for not even a mid tier.
- 22:05[SPEAKER_00]: It's a lower tier wide receiver as far as pay scale, but it's much higher than vet minimum.
- 22:11[SPEAKER_00]: We're talking about three four times the vet minimum is what he got with
- 22:19[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, he went to the cardinals.
- 22:21[SPEAKER_00]: Yes.
- 22:22[SPEAKER_00]: So he gets four times the minimum is that right.
- 22:26[SPEAKER_00]: Uh, three times the vet minimum with the cardinals, you know, like let's just say Miami is somewhere on two and a half and that will put you at about four million APY.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_00]: If that's in their budget, then I think they're going to get a pretty good wide receiver, but, you know,
- 22:41[SPEAKER_00]: This is what you pay, you know, Johnny Raksalov in the big bucks, man, he's going to have to square this away with a guy who's going to fit the system, the Bobby Slower is okay with, and a guy that you actually foresee contributing for you this season.
- 22:56[SPEAKER_00]: All right, next question, as we're winding down.
- 23:00[SPEAKER_00]: As you watch what this front office is doing does it feel night and day different?
- 23:07[SPEAKER_00]: Well, I'll tell you one thing.
- 23:08[SPEAKER_00]: I did like Desquire the way this two of thing quickly I'm told that they did try to trade them, okay, and they had one offer that wasn't to their liking and know It was not that ridiculous, you know, you give us your first rompick and we take the contract off your hands I told that that was just an inquiry that story was a bit sensationalized
- 23:29[SPEAKER_00]: And not completely accurate.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_00]: It wasn't an actual offer.
- 23:33[SPEAKER_00]: But I do know that they did try to trade them and They had one offer that they considered legitimate that they rejected Now, obviously once they got wind on Sunday of the Atlanta Falcons having interest in Tutsungovaw.
- 23:48[SPEAKER_00]: Oh, they tried to work out a trade
- 23:50[SPEAKER_00]: Now obviously try to get a little bit of capital if I'm told that they try to get some capital not much less than 10 million and I guess what they offered because in this case it's gonna be a negative
- 24:03[SPEAKER_00]: Pixwap, you can offer a fifth for 47th or something like that, so you're gonna lose on the trade so you could get a little bit of cap relief.
- 24:12[SPEAKER_00]: I told that that went nowhere, the island of Falcons declined and the island of Falcons correctly played a right, like they knew they can get them for the minimum because he was going to be released.
- 24:22[SPEAKER_00]: and they got him for the minimum because he was released and I was very very impressed with how quickly they squared away Malik Wilson and and their diligent work on Greg Dolsoch, like they didn't mess around, you know, they got that done.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_00]: So I'm very interested to see what they're going to do next because, you know,
- 24:41[SPEAKER_00]: I do have a lot of faith in John Erick Sullivan.
- 24:43[SPEAKER_00]: I have no idea what Jeff Half was gonna do for us as a head coach But I'm pretty certain that John Erick Sullivan knows what the hell he's doing as a good philosophy It's a good ethos come from a great program and I think he's getting off to a good start like I said I want more swings at a franchise quarterback not less
- 25:05[SPEAKER_00]: uh... yet uh... did uh... he writes uh... this person writes ck and simon almost seem hopeful again yeah the milk will a thing like i was down on the dumps to on this thing okay absolutely despised uh... the roster coming into this and i looked at the cap situation and i say man i don't see how they're gonna get any better but the milk will a thing was always something that could get me a little bit excited now they're not gonna make the playoffs like let's just be real you know you can catch a perfect song
- 25:33[SPEAKER_00]: Like it's not hopeful, it's not hopeless.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_00]: You know, you can't be a little hopeful that you catch, you know, the perfect storm and then my liquid says great and then you say kind of healthy and you make the playoffs like that can always happen.
- 25:46[SPEAKER_00]: It happens literally happens all the time where a team is completely not expected to do anything and they make the playoffs.
- 25:53[SPEAKER_00]: But it's not likely, right?
- 25:54[SPEAKER_00]: I think the signing of my liquid has injected a little bit of life a little bit of hope into this season.
- 26:01[SPEAKER_00]: And like I said, I love the strategy.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_00]: I like them taking more swings.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_00]: Not less.
- 26:06[SPEAKER_00]: All right, that's it.
