- 0:10Speaker 3: It is kiss them all right. So we're here this morning.
- 0:14Speaker 3: It's Friday. I popped out of it a little easier
- 0:17Speaker 3: this morning, knowing that was the end of the week. Normally,
- 0:20Speaker 3: I I make audible moans when I get out of
- 0:24Speaker 3: bed in the morning. Oh like those kinds of sounds
- 0:28Speaker 3: in those things, there's nothing to wake up, not waking
- 0:30Speaker 3: up anybody. So I can make all kinds of sounds
- 0:34Speaker 3: and moans as I work my way to brush my teeth.
- 0:36Speaker 1: You guys wake up quietly, I think, so I don't
- 0:39Speaker 1: moan that loud. I find you you will soon.
- 0:43Speaker 2: If I'm sore from like a workout, yes, I think
- 0:46Speaker 2: I'm just sore from life. I feel like so sore
- 0:48Speaker 2: you can't even sit on the toilet that those type
- 0:50Speaker 2: of workouts.
- 0:51Speaker 3: Actually I enjoy sitting on the toilet and resting.
- 0:55Speaker 2: Oh no, that is the worst roamon thing. When I'm
- 0:59Speaker 2: so sore that I'm.
- 0:59Speaker 3: Like, oh no, I just I look forward to a
- 1:03Speaker 3: moment of peace and five moments of piece now. Sometimes
- 1:06Speaker 3: if people are over, you can't go too long because
- 1:08Speaker 3: it's like, why are you?
- 1:09Speaker 1: I do guys go so long?
- 1:10Speaker 2: I don't understand it.
- 1:12Speaker 1: It's our only time of silent piece and gathering thos.
- 1:15Speaker 2: I want to be in there for the least amount
- 1:18Speaker 2: of time possible out no business handled.
- 1:23Speaker 3: Back in the day, I would take a newspaper. My
- 1:26Speaker 3: mom had magazines the shelf.
- 1:29Speaker 2: How gross are those magazines?
- 1:30Speaker 1: And you think of im? They just sit there in
- 1:32Speaker 1: that magazine.
- 1:33Speaker 3: It was called Southern Living, and it was like, oh
- 1:37Speaker 3: my god, I look at the pictures. All right, So
- 1:40Speaker 3: here we are on a Friday, memorning a weekend coming up,
- 1:42Speaker 3: today's National Taffy Day?
- 1:44Speaker 1: Do you guys eat taffy? I don't like taffy? You don't.
- 1:47Speaker 1: It's just too chewy go to It's like it's too
- 1:52Speaker 1: tough for me to deal with that.
- 1:53Speaker 2: But if that was like the only candy like being
- 1:56Speaker 2: served on a platter.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I'd have a platter. What kind of people are you?
- 2:00Speaker 1: Did serve their canaan a platt candy?
- 2:02Speaker 4: That's like the cool thing now, like a charcootery board
- 2:04Speaker 4: with like candy.
- 2:06Speaker 1: I never seen one of those. Really?
- 2:08Speaker 2: Is it for like a kid party?
- 2:09Speaker 5: Bean?
- 2:10Speaker 2: You for a kid party?
- 2:10Speaker 4: Let me send you a photo.
- 2:13Speaker 1: Okay.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I did do a board party once where I had
- 2:16Speaker 2: all my friends come with a different board and they
- 2:19Speaker 2: were all assigned different stuff. So one was like our charcooterie,
- 2:22Speaker 2: one was like sliders, one was a sweet board, one
- 2:26Speaker 2: was chips and dips.
- 2:28Speaker 1: It was cool.
- 2:29Speaker 3: But I think every time I throw a party to
- 2:30Speaker 3: board party, just walk away really bored.
- 2:34Speaker 1: That's not true, Yes, it's true.
- 2:36Speaker 3: Remember I had a couple of friends and I said,
- 2:39Speaker 3: who talk all the time at work?
- 2:40Speaker 1: And I said, let's get together tonight and not speak.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Let's just sit.
- 2:43Speaker 2: Well, when you invite people over like that, who wants
- 2:47Speaker 2: to come over?
- 2:47Speaker 1: That's a weird invitation.
- 2:49Speaker 3: I actually invited people over for dinner tonight, and I
- 2:51Speaker 3: said I have to. I always have to put a
- 2:53Speaker 3: finished time in there. I say, you know, arrive at seven,
- 2:57Speaker 3: but I got a wrap by ten.
- 2:59Speaker 2: I always said, they come at this time. You say
- 3:03Speaker 2: five pm arrivals.
- 3:05Speaker 1: And then yeah, I do say.
- 3:06Speaker 2: By the way, I've stolen because.
- 3:07Speaker 1: It sounds so.
- 3:10Speaker 3: Thirty arrivals five thirty, and we have to rap. I
- 3:13Speaker 3: got a wrap by ten. You have to put the
- 3:16Speaker 3: rap in there. And I always I'll even tell my friends.
- 3:19Speaker 3: I'll even go as far as I say, you can
- 3:20Speaker 3: double book tonight.
- 3:22Speaker 1: Wow, you tell people that.
- 3:24Speaker 3: Yeah, I tell people to double book. I don't like
- 3:26Speaker 3: a rap a double book. They go somewhere else, it's great,
- 3:30Speaker 3: and then they actually are the ones that got a
- 3:32Speaker 3: roll out of a double booked. Oh the art of hosting.
- 3:37Speaker 3: Let's see Morgan, that is you. You dial that number?
- 3:40Speaker 3: How are you, Morgan?
- 3:42Speaker 1: Good?
- 3:42Speaker 5: How are you guys?
- 3:43Speaker 1: We're okay? Actually, all things consider, we're good.
- 3:46Speaker 3: So you say your friend moved in to your place
- 3:49Speaker 3: and started sleeping, oh with another person?
- 3:52Speaker 1: Okay.
- 3:54Speaker 5: Yeah. So one of my really good friends broke up
- 3:57Speaker 5: with her boyfriend who she was living with of us
- 4:00Speaker 5: five years, and so while she's in between places, I
- 4:03Speaker 5: told her that she could come and live with me.
- 4:06Speaker 5: I have a roommate. It's a guy. He's become one
- 4:08Speaker 5: of my really good friends. But my friend that is
- 4:13Speaker 5: staying with us just told me that they're now hooking up.
- 4:17Speaker 5: I am a little nervous about this. I'm afraid that
- 4:19Speaker 5: it's going to totally blow up my living situation and
- 4:23Speaker 5: cause an issue for me. I mean, also, she literally
- 4:27Speaker 5: just got out of a relationship, a very serious one.
- 4:29Speaker 5: Of five years. So I'm not sure if I should
- 4:33Speaker 5: kind of voice my worries or just see how it
- 4:35Speaker 5: plays out.
- 4:36Speaker 1: What are your worries? What are your real worries.
- 4:39Speaker 5: I'm worried that it's going to cause a risk between
- 4:41Speaker 5: my roommates and I.
- 4:43Speaker 1: And three of you are living together.
- 4:46Speaker 5: Yeah for right now?
- 4:48Speaker 6: Yeah?
- 4:49Speaker 1: Yeah, And.
- 4:53Speaker 5: No, she's been staying on the couch. I mean maybe
- 4:57Speaker 5: she's staying in his room. Like they kept it a
- 4:58Speaker 5: secret from me for a bit until.
- 5:00Speaker 2: She for sure.
- 5:03Speaker 4: Okay, well, yeah, didn't you do this at some point
- 5:11Speaker 4: in your life?
- 5:11Speaker 1: I think I did. Yeah, and so your point.
- 5:14Speaker 4: You can shed some advice.
- 5:16Speaker 1: Yes, let me shed some light on it. This happened
- 5:19Speaker 1: to me.
- 5:19Speaker 3: I lived with a bunch of people actually down in
- 5:23Speaker 3: Santa Monica. Yes, yes, yes, and uh we lived with
- 5:29Speaker 3: one girl and I did end up that way and
- 5:34Speaker 3: it ended up okay. Actually, no one really cared about it,
- 5:38Speaker 3: So I don't know that's something like we didn't stay together,
- 5:41Speaker 3: but it was.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I would just support it, Morgan, like, go with the flow,
- 5:45Speaker 2: see what happens, because otherwise you're going to be this
- 5:50Speaker 2: like wet blanket that they don't want to be around.
- 5:52Speaker 3: She's off the couch and in the room. Make her
- 5:54Speaker 3: go to the room. Use that bathroom too, don't share
- 5:56Speaker 3: the bathroom.
- 5:57Speaker 5: OM, I know it's true.
- 6:00Speaker 1: She canna start paying, that's true.
- 6:03Speaker 3: Well, we split the rent five ways when I was
- 6:06Speaker 3: living in Santa Monica on Ocean Park, and it was great.
- 6:10Speaker 3: Everything utility is five ways and everything ways. The parking
- 6:14Speaker 3: was issued because we had a divvy up like withdrawal
- 6:16Speaker 3: for parking.
- 6:17Speaker 4: Probably tandem parking.
- 6:18Speaker 1: It was tandem for sure. Was tanam and Tanas was
- 6:20Speaker 1: always blocking my tanem yeah uh or Louis.
- 6:25Speaker 3: Louis blocked my tannem sometimes. Anyway, she and I ended
- 6:27Speaker 3: up being friends afterwards for a long time.
- 6:31Speaker 5: All right, that's good.
- 6:33Speaker 1: Oh what does it mean? I'm sorry? It's starting to
- 6:36Speaker 1: get under my skin? Yeah what because it doesn't you
- 6:41Speaker 1: just say it for anything. It doesn't have any meaning anymore.
- 6:43Speaker 1: Do you hear it?
- 6:44Speaker 2: I hear it all the time. It's her crutch.
- 6:46Speaker 1: It's a crutch. Oh. I don't think you're knowing? You
- 6:48Speaker 1: are you?
- 6:48Speaker 6: Do?
- 6:48Speaker 1: You know you're saying Yes?
- 6:49Speaker 4: I knew I was saying it because what you.
- 6:51Speaker 1: Sorry Morgan, luck, thank you. It's gonna be okay. Okay,
- 6:57Speaker 1: all right, what did it mean when you don't say
- 6:59Speaker 1: almost say you're saying about it differ.
- 7:02Speaker 4: It's different in the in the context in which I owe,
- 7:06Speaker 4: which was what, and this context was yes, she maybe
- 7:11Speaker 4: the one that got away.
- 7:13Speaker 1: Hey, No, that's not what you meant. And no she wasn't.
- 7:15Speaker 4: Yes, it was what I meant.
- 7:17Speaker 1: Well, then say that next time. Say that. Don't go
- 7:20Speaker 1: oh it's weird. It's not weird.
- 7:26Speaker 4: Everybody raised her hand. If you think it's weird, No
- 7:29Speaker 4: one raised their hand.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Everybody literally, Mark dubs me a fonso.
- 7:34Speaker 1: It's not creepy yet, but it's getting there.
- 7:35Speaker 4: Okay, No, no, and no.
- 7:39Speaker 1: All right.
- 7:40Speaker 3: Tanya overheard an argument at a restaurant. Now, this also
- 7:45Speaker 3: happened to me the other night, and I found myself
- 7:48Speaker 3: unable to focus on the table I was with yes
- 7:51Speaker 3: and only yes, listen to and I figured out what
- 7:54Speaker 3: they're arguing about.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Jealous? What's what happened?
- 7:58Speaker 4: I don't know, and it's been like on my mind
- 8:00Speaker 4: ever since. So it was like two girls are sitting
- 8:03Speaker 4: at a table when Robby and I sat down to eat,
- 8:05Speaker 4: and they already had their food. Then one man walks
- 8:08Speaker 4: up sits next to one woman, and then another man
- 8:09Speaker 4: walks up and sits next to the other woman and
- 8:11Speaker 4: they're all chatting, not really thinking anything of it. One
- 8:14Speaker 4: man walks off, and then the man that's left at
- 8:16Speaker 4: the table starts just saying a.
- 8:18Speaker 1: Lot of the man that walk off.
- 8:21Speaker 4: Yes, and like bad words, using like bad word after
- 8:23Speaker 4: bad word, and his voice is very loud. So then
- 8:25Speaker 4: at that point Robby and I were like, what's going on?
- 8:27Speaker 4: We're kind of trying to like eavesdrop. We couldn't really tell.
- 8:31Speaker 4: Obviously he was mad at this one man, and then
- 8:33Speaker 4: he gets mad at the other woman. Then basically there's
- 8:35Speaker 4: just one woman sitting at the table alone by herself.
- 8:38Speaker 4: So I'm like, right, do everybody go?
- 8:40Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 8:41Speaker 4: The men stormed off, The men stormed off, and then
- 8:44Speaker 4: the one other woman I think she was in the
- 8:45Speaker 4: bathroom because the one woman ended up coming back.
- 8:49Speaker 1: So the two women were there, yes.
- 8:52Speaker 4: But there was one woman there at.
- 8:53Speaker 1: One point in relationships with these guys, it.
- 8:55Speaker 4: Didn't appear to be so So this happened to me
- 8:59Speaker 4: the other night, and I got it all.
- 9:01Speaker 1: I couldn't, I really I can't. I cannot. I cannot
- 9:03Speaker 1: focus on any of the table. So it was a couple.
- 9:05Speaker 3: They were having dinner, and I think she had an
- 9:08Speaker 3: opportunity to go away for a good job. But she'd
- 9:12Speaker 3: be away for like eight nine months from the family,
- 9:15Speaker 3: and it was a big discussion about you know.
- 9:18Speaker 1: Doing that or not doing that.
- 9:20Speaker 3: And they were pretty good at their arguing, like they
- 9:24Speaker 3: were hearing each other out. But I established they were
- 9:27Speaker 3: married with kids and then she had an opportunity and
- 9:30Speaker 3: he's he's he's supportive, but he also feels like it's
- 9:33Speaker 3: really gonna be hard on the relationship. And I did
- 9:35Speaker 3: want to chime in by saying, it's tough on the relationship,
- 9:38Speaker 3: but there's probably way to balance it out.
- 9:41Speaker 1: Where you can visit each other tomorrow.
- 9:44Speaker 3: Yeah, do you have a problem with just sharing this
- 9:45Speaker 3: with us tomorrow because we need a break after seven
- 9:47Speaker 3: to morrow.
- 9:48Speaker 4: But at least you know, Like I wanted to talk
- 9:50Speaker 4: to the woman just to figure out what was going on,
- 9:52Speaker 4: and Robbie said, no, it's none of our big.
- 9:54Speaker 1: Kids is you can't do that.
- 9:57Speaker 4: First of all, they were making it my business by
- 9:59Speaker 4: how loud they were.
- 10:00Speaker 3: But you need to understand a word, and that is
- 10:03Speaker 3: a word I'm gonna give to you now.
- 10:06Speaker 1: It starts with a B and ends with a red.
- 10:09Speaker 1: It's boundary. You need to establish a boundary for different
- 10:13Speaker 1: things in your life, including us.
- 10:15Speaker 4: First of all, excuse me, what boundaries do I need
- 10:19Speaker 4: to include with y'all?
- 10:22Speaker 1: You take it from here.
- 10:24Speaker 2: Sometimes you get in our like little like bubble space,
- 10:28Speaker 2: which is fine. I invite it, but then it like
- 10:32Speaker 2: lingers for too long.
- 10:35Speaker 1: It's like a close talker that keeps close talking talker.
- 10:39Speaker 4: I have gotten much better with my long.
- 10:41Speaker 2: Honestly, I don't care. He's just asking me to do an example.
- 10:44Speaker 1: I'm trying to find something.
- 10:45Speaker 3: But with strangers, you need to have a boundary, like
- 10:48Speaker 3: we get it, but they're not gonna want to tell
- 10:50Speaker 3: you their problems.
- 10:50Speaker 4: I was gonna ask for what was going on. I
- 10:52Speaker 4: was gonna say, are you okay, ma'am?
- 10:57Speaker 2: What whatever they were talking about was like illegal? And
- 10:59Speaker 2: then then then came back and they're like, why are
- 11:01Speaker 2: you talking to this girl? Now she knows our business?
- 11:04Speaker 1: And then what if you were kidnapped?
- 11:07Speaker 4: Seactions, It did seem kind of what if they put
- 11:09Speaker 4: you in the.
- 11:09Speaker 1: Trunk of their car and Bobby couldn't say you because.
- 11:15Speaker 3: There were two guys and Robbie would say thank you
- 11:17Speaker 3: for taking her.
- 11:20Speaker 1: At least for an hour, take the neighborhood kiss.
- 11:25Speaker 3: All right, let me get into this for a second here,
- 11:27Speaker 3: and then we will get the headlines for you. There's
- 11:31Speaker 3: a this is dating. There's a dating expert that cheered something.
- 11:34Speaker 3: I thought it was very interesting. The mistakes that we
- 11:37Speaker 3: make early on when we're dating somebody early in a
- 11:39Speaker 3: relationship that can leave your partner with an instant and
- 11:42Speaker 3: may keep them from falling in love. Maybe a wall
- 11:46Speaker 3: that you're building. And I don't disagree with some of this.
- 11:50Speaker 3: One is with if they baby talk to you at
- 11:54Speaker 3: the beginning. I find baby talk is not something that
- 11:58Speaker 3: is inspiring.
- 12:01Speaker 1: How would you.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Do it, Ryan, baby talk? If you were to baby.
- 12:04Speaker 1: Talk, I don't even know how to do that. It's
- 12:07Speaker 1: like how you would talk to Georgia. Yes, but that's weird.
- 12:10Speaker 1: It's so weird to talk to you human like I
- 12:12Speaker 1: talked to my dog.
- 12:12Speaker 2: I don't know I've ever done that to a significant other.
- 12:14Speaker 2: I don't think I have either. The baby talk.
- 12:16Speaker 1: Come here, look what I your?
- 12:26Speaker 6: No?
- 12:26Speaker 1: Okay? Picking your teeth during a meal, I don't pick
- 12:30Speaker 1: somebody's like shoot air to.
- 12:34Speaker 3: Get poppy seeds out or she has seeds out, but
- 12:37Speaker 3: I don't do it. I turn to the side.
- 12:39Speaker 1: But like in public, I feel like I've heard him
- 12:41Speaker 1: do that because.
- 12:43Speaker 3: I eat seeds a lot and I get seeds in
- 12:45Speaker 3: my teeth. And the third thing they say, don't do
- 12:49Speaker 3: this when you first start seeing somebody is get angry
- 12:52Speaker 3: at your technology, Like, don't get angry at your phone
- 12:56Speaker 3: and then toss it or throw it or do something aggressive.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Lamb the lap.
- 13:00Speaker 3: Yeah, they say to you act like that to your tech,
- 13:03Speaker 3: you might act like that to your person.
- 13:05Speaker 1: That's an interesting red flag. Concert.
- 13:08Speaker 2: Yeah, aggression in general is a big red flag.
- 13:12Speaker 3: What about when you're growing your teeth? That seems bad?
- 13:16Speaker 3: Like you talk like that when you put your teeth
- 13:17Speaker 3: on the groaning situation.
- 13:18Speaker 1: I think that's bad to grind my tea that night,
- 13:20Speaker 1: but I don't know I'm doing it. You know what
- 13:21Speaker 1: I mean? You put them in front of your Uh.
- 13:29Speaker 1: That's it. Let's get a quote for today.
- 13:31Speaker 3: Every time you choose ground over comfort, you win, even
- 13:35Speaker 3: if it feels like a loss.
- 13:38Speaker 1: True, And today's Friday. That's all I want to say.
- 13:43Speaker 3: Kiss Tanya is in for sistany with the headlines right
- 13:45Speaker 3: now kiss at Them headlines with Tanya rad yes Well.
- 13:49Speaker 4: Governor Newsom is urging drivers not to fill up at
- 13:53Speaker 4: dvound stations this holiday weekend, saying drivers can save money
- 13:56Speaker 4: by filling up at unbranded stations instead. The LA Unified
- 14:00Speaker 4: Board voted to eliminate over six hundred jobs concentrated in
- 14:03Speaker 4: the district's central office. More than one hundred and twenty
- 14:06Speaker 4: vote centers will open across LA County tomorrow for the
- 14:09Speaker 4: June second statewide primary election, and Shakira posted that she
- 14:14Speaker 4: is looking for dancers to join her for her performance
- 14:17Speaker 4: at the first ever World Cup Final halftime show. She
- 14:20Speaker 4: is co headlining with Madonna and BTS.
- 14:23Speaker 1: It's another bill here today on kiss f m Well.
- 14:26Speaker 3: I just was looking at my phone and it says here,
- 14:29Speaker 3: I got a notification Sisiny met Michael sixteen years ago today.
- 14:33Speaker 1: Oh lovely, you have that on your phone.
- 14:35Speaker 4: That is a notification in your phone.
- 14:37Speaker 1: It's weird the things I have. I love that. Yes,
- 14:40Speaker 1: I got again there because I can't put my own
- 14:42Speaker 1: calendar in my phone.
- 14:43Speaker 2: A true blind day. I didn't know anything about him
- 14:45Speaker 2: besides his name and where he worked, and I didn't
- 14:48Speaker 2: know what he looked like.
- 14:49Speaker 1: I just met him.
- 14:50Speaker 3: You guys both got lucky. You're both catches. You know
- 14:53Speaker 3: you you're both catches. Eight hundred five A one O
- 14:57Speaker 3: two seven. Alyssa's on the line. Hi, Alyssa, good morning,
- 15:00Speaker 3: it's all of us here, it's kids.
- 15:01Speaker 1: How's your day gone?
- 15:03Speaker 6: It's great?
- 15:04Speaker 1: Great, great great great. How can we help you?
- 15:08Speaker 7: Well, I have kind of a funky situation at work,
- 15:12Speaker 7: and I'm not sure what to do. So my boss
- 15:16Speaker 7: brings her dog to work every day, and you know,
- 15:19Speaker 7: I love dogs, and I would be fine with that,
- 15:22Speaker 7: but we're on the eighth floor of our building, and
- 15:25Speaker 7: she doesn't keep track of it at all. She just
- 15:27Speaker 7: letsn't roam around. And like a few times it's gotten
- 15:31Speaker 7: on the elevator, which has led to like a whole
- 15:34Speaker 7: building wide search, which is crazy. And like, like, like,
- 15:41Speaker 7: I love dogs and I don't want this dog to
- 15:43Speaker 7: get lost, and like if it got on the elevator
- 15:47Speaker 7: and went to the first floor, she could end up
- 15:50Speaker 7: out on the street. And so like, I basically end
- 15:54Speaker 7: up following this dog around all day and I'm like
- 15:56Speaker 7: not getting anything done. And it wasn't something that was
- 16:00Speaker 7: assigned to me. It's just that I can't.
- 16:03Speaker 1: Write your love for dogs in general.
- 16:05Speaker 7: Yeah, I can't let it like roam around and get
- 16:07Speaker 7: lost or hurt or whatever.
- 16:09Speaker 8: So like, what do I do?
- 16:11Speaker 7: Because I don't feel like I can really talk to
- 16:13Speaker 7: her about this and suggest she not bring her in anymore.
- 16:18Speaker 7: I just I just don't know what to do.
- 16:19Speaker 1: It's my boss, you know, that's your boss.
- 16:23Speaker 4: It's not like a coworker.
- 16:25Speaker 3: What would you do if we had somebody in there
- 16:28Speaker 3: bringing in their dog every day?
- 16:29Speaker 1: I just want to bring my dog in every day too.
- 16:32Speaker 1: Your dog is very well behaved. I wouldn't mind.
- 16:34Speaker 6: It's fair.
- 16:34Speaker 1: My dog's human. Yeah, she's incredible.
- 16:37Speaker 2: But if it was a dog that was yes on
- 16:39Speaker 2: the loose and now you're feeling that the way.
- 16:42Speaker 1: Something goes bad, you're gonna like it's not.
- 16:44Speaker 2: Right because something happens and you saw it go down
- 16:46Speaker 2: the elevator.
- 16:47Speaker 1: Didn't say anything, then what I know?
- 16:50Speaker 4: But it's her boss. You's you supposed to say something.
- 16:52Speaker 2: It's your boss.
- 16:53Speaker 1: You just tell your boss how you feel.
- 16:56Speaker 4: You can't do that.
- 16:57Speaker 3: You can't tell your boss how you feel. No, have
- 17:00Speaker 3: you never told your boss how you feel?
- 17:02Speaker 4: Well, let's see my boss is beatta. I tell her
- 17:06Speaker 4: how I feel. But if she brought her dog every day,
- 17:10Speaker 4: I wouldn't And I don't think I would go to
- 17:12Speaker 4: her and say, hey, don't bring your dog.
- 17:14Speaker 1: No way, listen, what do you think the best way
- 17:16Speaker 1: to handle this is? What do you think the best
- 17:19Speaker 1: way to handle it?
- 17:19Speaker 6: Is me?
- 17:22Speaker 7: I just I just don't know. It's like it's like
- 17:24Speaker 7: judging the house someone's parents, you know, like how they
- 17:26Speaker 7: deal with their dog.
- 17:27Speaker 5: True, Like I just I don't know.
- 17:31Speaker 1: You just have to deal with it. There's nothing you
- 17:34Speaker 1: can't do.
- 17:34Speaker 2: This reminds me of when I lived in an apartment
- 17:36Speaker 2: and the manager lived above me, and she was so
- 17:40Speaker 2: loud it sounded like she was rollerblading or moving the
- 17:43Speaker 2: furniture every night. No, but I couldn't tell. I couldn't
- 17:48Speaker 2: complain because that was the manager kick you out for
- 17:51Speaker 2: them being too loud. But but I you know, it's
- 17:54Speaker 2: like it was like, can you get other people at
- 17:57Speaker 2: work to create a committee that might explain this to
- 18:00Speaker 2: her that it's a little not good, not just us,
- 18:04Speaker 2: It's not just you.
- 18:05Speaker 4: What if you leash the dog to your desk or
- 18:08Speaker 4: buy a nice bed so it doesn't want to leave
- 18:09Speaker 4: the nice bed.
- 18:11Speaker 1: There's three great options.
- 18:12Speaker 4: Listen, treats, lots of treats.
- 18:15Speaker 1: All right, it's like a cute.
- 18:17Speaker 3: It's a cute horrible situation, you know what I mean.
- 18:19Speaker 3: It's adorable but also very difficult and tricky and sticky.
- 18:22Speaker 2: Only in LA we have like bosses bring their dogs.
- 18:26Speaker 5: And so.
- 18:28Speaker 1: My dog's a good dog.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Your dog is great. That's why I said I wouldn't
- 18:31Speaker 2: have an issue with her.
- 18:32Speaker 1: Well, then you watch what happens next week.
- 18:34Speaker 4: I know I wish we could bring our dogs here.
- 18:36Speaker 1: I think we can. Who said that.
- 18:40Speaker 4: A lot of people, but mainly the building management.
- 18:43Speaker 1: I'm emotionally attached to mine. Well there's that. So you
- 18:47Speaker 1: tell them that I don't think the better I don't
- 18:50Speaker 1: think they can. I think they will care, but we
- 18:52Speaker 1: have to care.
- 18:54Speaker 2: You're just everywhere.
- 18:57Speaker 1: No one said anything not here though. Haven't brought like
- 19:00Speaker 1: in here? Yeah? I have actually once, but I didn't.
- 19:04Speaker 1: I didn't know I know about that. That was just
- 19:06Speaker 1: one time drink.
- 19:07Speaker 3: Bring her to the forums come up next to going
- 19:11Speaker 3: to pay your bill?
- 19:12Speaker 1: A kissed kiss up Friday morning. All right, it's hello
- 19:17Speaker 1: to the back room. Hi everybody. Okay, who do we
- 19:22Speaker 1: have back there this morning. Squad, Squad.
- 19:27Speaker 3: We've got a big team this morning. Everybody's ready to
- 19:30Speaker 3: go for the weekend. So I'm looking at the number
- 19:33Speaker 3: of cars registered. There are six million registered cars in
- 19:36Speaker 3: Los Angeles, so parking is obviously a challenge. There's limited
- 19:39Speaker 3: parking spaces and tickets are hassled. The most common tickets
- 19:44Speaker 3: in LA are for street cleaning, red zones, and expired meters.
- 19:49Speaker 3: A shout out to Secret Los Angeles who did some
- 19:51Speaker 3: digging and figured out where in LA you're most likely
- 19:53Speaker 3: to get a ticket. So they looked at all the
- 19:55Speaker 3: tickets this year through June first, and if you're parking
- 19:59Speaker 3: in these areas, be careful.
- 20:00Speaker 1: There's a lot of ticketing going.
- 20:01Speaker 3: On eastbound sixth Street downtown, particularly at Broadway and Grand
- 20:07Speaker 3: over three thousand tickets this year.
- 20:09Speaker 1: There's a lot of homework that they did. They really
- 20:11Speaker 1: get to those cars.
- 20:13Speaker 3: Another hot ticketing spot Lexington Avenue in Hollywood near Highland
- 20:16Speaker 3: in Santa Monica. It's the most ticketed spot for street cleaning.
- 20:21Speaker 3: H So Mariposa just off Wilshire in Koreatown. That's where
- 20:26Speaker 3: they get you for parking in a red zone more
- 20:28Speaker 3: often than anywhere else Pacific Avenue and Windward in Venice,
- 20:32Speaker 3: lots of tickets for double parking because it's the beach area.
- 20:36Speaker 3: Parking by the beach and Rubio Avenue just Southaventure in
- 20:41Speaker 3: Encino is no parking eight am to six pm, and
- 20:45Speaker 3: they hand out tickets up plenty. But they did all
- 20:48Speaker 3: this at secret Los Angeles to sort of highlight where
- 20:51Speaker 3: the most densely ticketed areas are and you probably know,
- 20:55Speaker 3: like if you freak in those areas, you probably know
- 20:57Speaker 3: this is a spot where you don't want to mess around.
- 21:00Speaker 1: Street cleaning tickets seventy three bucks.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Parking in the red zone is eighty and a ticket
- 21:03Speaker 3: for parking in a bus lane.
- 21:06Speaker 1: Ninety three dollars. Whoa three hundred bucks? Three hundred bucks
- 21:10Speaker 1: are parking in the bus that's wild.
- 21:12Speaker 4: One time I was parked in a meter in West
- 21:14Speaker 4: Hollywood and my tires were like on the front line,
- 21:17Speaker 4: like a little bit above the front line. No big deal.
- 21:19Speaker 4: They'll give you lots of space for multiple cars. Because
- 21:22Speaker 4: my car was over the line. I got a ticket.
- 21:25Speaker 1: They use I mean, the line is the line, right line,
- 21:28Speaker 1: but it's your tire.
- 21:30Speaker 2: It all comes down to your tire. The line is
- 21:32Speaker 2: a guy that comes down to your tires. Your car
- 21:35Speaker 2: can be over the line, but not your tires.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Maybe your tires were over the line.
- 21:38Speaker 4: They were for sure.
- 21:39Speaker 1: Oh okay, okay, Well, just.
- 21:41Speaker 2: Like when you got that red light ticket.
- 21:44Speaker 1: The light was red, but I didn't know why. I mean, wait,
- 21:47Speaker 1: yellow for a second? Only a second? All right?
- 21:50Speaker 3: Free gas neck DJ it trip likes h on one
- 21:54Speaker 3: to two point seven kiss FM finishing there. So there's
- 21:59Speaker 3: a a trend of bubbling for wedding invitations, and it's
- 22:04Speaker 3: very unique. And these are brides and grooms that are
- 22:08Speaker 3: setting out edible wedding invitations.
- 22:11Speaker 1: Yes, think about it.
- 22:13Speaker 2: Tell when you get a wedding invitation in the mail,
- 22:16Speaker 2: it's usually paper and there's like a wax seal on
- 22:20Speaker 2: the back. Maybe there's fancy tissue inside, but at the
- 22:23Speaker 2: end of the day, it just goes in the garbage.
- 22:26Speaker 3: Actually, Tony, when you sent to ours out and it
- 22:28Speaker 3: got to me eventually, I didn't open it till like
- 22:32Speaker 3: the day I've left.
- 22:34Speaker 1: My God, what good thing you got there?
- 22:36Speaker 3: Well, no, I knew because I asked you guys about
- 22:38Speaker 3: it here, but I just sort of put it to
- 22:39Speaker 3: the side and I realized I haven't even read the
- 22:41Speaker 3: wedding invitation.
- 22:41Speaker 1: I probably should.
- 22:42Speaker 2: But what's crazy is like we had all the info already,
- 22:44Speaker 2: like as long as you have the bride and grooms website.
- 22:47Speaker 1: Or whatever you need it.
- 22:49Speaker 3: But the wording of like the old English wording of invitations,
- 22:53Speaker 3: I don't even understand understand it sometimes Yeah, so your.
- 22:56Speaker 1: Your attendance has been requested to try inted at half
- 23:02Speaker 1: past the hour of six. What are you spell out
- 23:05Speaker 1: the time?
- 23:06Speaker 3: I can't read time. Put the numbers in. I can't
- 23:09Speaker 3: read time?
- 23:11Speaker 1: Luck time? What are some examples?
- 23:15Speaker 2: So this one is crazy? Okay, this this couple totally
- 23:18Speaker 2: flipped the script. They sent out loaves of bread as
- 23:21Speaker 2: their invitations. Each loaf had a custom stamp of the
- 23:25Speaker 2: couple's initials, and it came in this cute maroon box
- 23:28Speaker 2: with clear wrap around it and the cheeky little bread
- 23:31Speaker 2: puns like.
- 23:32Speaker 1: Bready or not here we come.
- 23:35Speaker 2: And so then after you get this loaf of bread
- 23:37Speaker 2: which you can eat and enjoy, which guests loved. It's
- 23:41Speaker 2: a QR code that has all the information for the wedding.
- 23:45Speaker 1: Just put the wedding down on a piece of paper
- 23:46Speaker 1: with the numbers of.
- 23:47Speaker 2: The actually this costs less than printing out invitation.
- 23:53Speaker 1: To ship, that ship the whole thing to ship.
- 23:58Speaker 2: It costs less than normal invites. The bread itself was
- 24:03Speaker 2: probably cheaper than the invitation itself and the color or
- 24:06Speaker 2: the wax stamp.
- 24:08Speaker 1: Have your shipped a bag at to anybody? It's cheap.
- 24:10Speaker 4: It's not cheap.
- 24:11Speaker 2: You guys both have never shipped bagattes to anybody.
- 24:16Speaker 4: Wedding invites alone was crazy.
- 24:18Speaker 2: According to people dot com, where I got this article,
- 24:20Speaker 2: they said, it actually costs less than sending out normal invites. Fine,
- 24:25Speaker 2: you want to know I'm exciting. This is gonna excite you.
- 24:27Speaker 2: There's another trend that I wanted to tell you about. Yes,
- 24:30Speaker 2: it has to do.
- 24:31Speaker 1: It will set you.
- 24:32Speaker 2: Trust me, You're gonna think it's genius. You're gonna think
- 24:35Speaker 2: it's genius. It comes down to the RCPs and how
- 24:38Speaker 2: people r s up, etcetera. ET said, Okay, so recently,
- 24:40Speaker 2: this girl on Instagram incentivized her guest to r s
- 24:44Speaker 2: v P first, and that would be the order in
- 24:46Speaker 2: which you'd be allowed to go get your food from
- 24:48Speaker 2: the buffet at the wedding. So if you were the
- 24:50Speaker 2: first to r VP, you're the first.
- 24:52Speaker 1: To eat, get tickets numbers. When you think whatever, they
- 24:55Speaker 1: announce them. The DJ would announce them.
- 24:57Speaker 2: Tanya was the first one to RZP SA Tania and Robbie,
- 24:59Speaker 2: you guys can.
- 25:00Speaker 1: Oh get you that time is wedding.
- 25:02Speaker 3: I was so confused because I went to the buffet
- 25:04Speaker 3: and then I saw another buffet on the other side,
- 25:06Speaker 3: and I'm like, oh, let's go to that one too.
- 25:08Speaker 1: It was the same buff It's the same things.
- 25:11Speaker 3: I was like, it's an exciting new group of foodings.
- 25:15Speaker 1: What are we doing Friday morning? Let's just get through it.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Kiss FM on air with Ryan Seacrest one or.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Two point seven Kiss FM. Let's talk about these cameras
- 25:29Speaker 3: at the house, Sisaney, what do you know? Okay, which
- 25:31Speaker 3: ones do you use?
- 25:33Speaker 2: I have a mix, Actually I do nest. I have
- 25:36Speaker 2: the Ring camera, so yeah, basically between Google homes and Ring.
- 25:43Speaker 2: So the one that we have in the front is
- 25:45Speaker 2: our ring. And the other day we had a random
- 25:49Speaker 2: stranger knock on our door and say, hey, I'm I'm
- 25:53Speaker 2: doing construction down basically across the street in one of
- 25:55Speaker 2: your neighbor's houses, and my car was hit and he's like,
- 26:00Speaker 2: I'm pretty sure it was one of I'm pretty sure
- 26:02Speaker 2: it was one of your neighbors and they're not like
- 26:05Speaker 2: owning up to it basically or something like that. And
- 26:07Speaker 2: so you wanted to see if I could look if
- 26:09Speaker 2: we could check our ring.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Footage to see if it captured the incident. And then
- 26:14Speaker 1: I was like, oh, I actually speak to them. Were
- 26:17Speaker 1: you there?
- 26:17Speaker 6: Yes?
- 26:18Speaker 1: And so I was just like you outside or through
- 26:20Speaker 1: the mic? No, I was outside.
- 26:22Speaker 2: I was like speaking to him like in person, and
- 26:24Speaker 2: but in my head I was like, Okay, I'll check.
- 26:26Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 26:27Speaker 2: I like kind of acted dumb, and then I was like,
- 26:28Speaker 2: we'll figure it out.
- 26:29Speaker 1: Plus, he didn't even know the exact day.
- 26:31Speaker 2: He's like it could have been this date or this date,
- 26:32Speaker 2: and I'm like, bro, I might be.
- 26:35Speaker 1: I'm nervous about this, yeah, and drama like I don't
- 26:39Speaker 1: knocks on my door. I'm afraid.
- 26:41Speaker 4: If you could be of service to your neighbors, you
- 26:43Speaker 4: should be of service to you.
- 26:44Speaker 2: Now here's the kicker, Tanya rad What I wouldn't be
- 26:47Speaker 2: of service to my neighbors. I would be throwing them
- 26:49Speaker 2: under the bus if there was an incident that was
- 26:52Speaker 2: captured and if they were guilty.
- 26:54Speaker 4: If your neighbors hit your other set across the street man, neighbor,
- 26:58Speaker 4: then they should be held accountable for their period.
- 27:01Speaker 2: One is stop yelling at the yelling you are yelling.
- 27:06Speaker 2: One is a neighbor, and one is the guy that's
- 27:08Speaker 2: working construction. He doesn't live in the neighborhood. So my
- 27:11Speaker 2: loyalty stands with my neighbor. No, your should stand with them.
- 27:15Speaker 1: Who was that fault? What happened?
- 27:17Speaker 2: I don't know because it didn't capture it, and I'm
- 27:19Speaker 2: so happy that it didn't because I don't want to
- 27:22Speaker 2: be a part of it. What would you do if
- 27:25Speaker 2: it captured it and it totally showed your neighbor was.
- 27:27Speaker 1: At fault, I'd give him the footage.
- 27:30Speaker 2: Then you're the neighbor on the block that ratted out
- 27:33Speaker 2: your neighbor across the street.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Yeah, are the good neighbors, the ones that are older.
- 27:38Speaker 2: All my neighbors are fantastic. I love all my neighbors.
- 27:43Speaker 1: No, I don't think so.
- 27:44Speaker 4: My neighbors did it for me When I got hit.
- 27:46Speaker 4: My car was parked on the street and in the
- 27:48Speaker 4: middle of the night got hit by I assuming was
- 27:51Speaker 4: a drunk driver.
- 27:52Speaker 2: Tables or turned totally the stranger was against you, and.
- 27:56Speaker 4: They were neighbors, but they were up the street maybe
- 27:58Speaker 4: like twenty houses up, but all houses in between our
- 28:01Speaker 4: houses came running down knock, knock, knock.
- 28:03Speaker 1: Can I asked you a question, how much footage do
- 28:05Speaker 1: you actually watch of these cameras? Do you go back
- 28:07Speaker 1: and just like watch strings of stuff or do you
- 28:10Speaker 1: fast forward? Like how much do you see? Sometimes?
- 28:13Speaker 2: I do, Like it's like I had four notifications of
- 28:15Speaker 2: people at my friend door and be like who was that?
- 28:17Speaker 7: Oh?
- 28:17Speaker 2: That was Amazon, that was whoever? That was the kids
- 28:19Speaker 2: getting home from school like whatever. You know, It's like
- 28:21Speaker 2: you kind of just see the little clips of it.
- 28:24Speaker 1: But yeah, for me, and normally it's like a raccoon
- 28:26Speaker 1: who came by the door. Yeah, you know, it's a badger.
- 28:30Speaker 1: So interesting here tany you'd be more aggressive?
- 28:34Speaker 2: No, I actually don't watch any footage like.
- 28:36Speaker 1: Zero no, no, no, no, you'd be more aggressive in the situation.
- 28:38Speaker 4: Oh yes, yes, yes, because I have been. I have
- 28:41Speaker 4: been the victim of it, and I was grateful to
- 28:45Speaker 4: have neighbors that said you who look twenty doors up?
- 28:48Speaker 4: Because that car is definitely the one that hate you.
- 28:52Speaker 3: So do you think of Airbnb's differently now because of
- 28:56Speaker 3: these indoor cameras. I do consider it, you do, Yeah,
- 29:00Speaker 3: they allowed to, were not allowed to.
- 29:02Speaker 1: I don't know what the rules are, but I don't
- 29:03Speaker 1: love it.
- 29:04Speaker 4: When you sign those contracts for an airbnb, you really
- 29:07Speaker 4: sign your life away.
- 29:08Speaker 2: You sign any of those contracts reads anything, It's like
- 29:11Speaker 2: sign sigin sing.
- 29:12Speaker 1: Yeah. I'm afraid.
- 29:14Speaker 3: I mean I'm afraid to walk out of the bathroom
- 29:17Speaker 3: get into the bed with you know.
- 29:18Speaker 1: My normal is nothing. But I actually rented this. Funny,
- 29:23Speaker 1: I rented this. I rented this house over the summer
- 29:26Speaker 1: and guess what they had as a feature above the bed?
- 29:29Speaker 1: A mirror?
- 29:30Speaker 3: Yes, who puts a mirror above the bed and then
- 29:34Speaker 3: rents the house?
- 29:35Speaker 1: Freaky deaky people. Yeah, kind of liked it.
- 29:38Speaker 2: Yeah, so you put it to you.
- 29:41Speaker 1: Good for you. I mean I woke up in the
- 29:43Speaker 1: morning lonely and I just you know, looked at me like, okay, hello,
- 29:47Speaker 1: motivation to get out of bed, let's do it.
- 29:49Speaker 2: Funny.
- 29:50Speaker 1: But but just a question, like.
- 29:51Speaker 3: If a single guy who's single back there, I'm running
- 29:57Speaker 3: out options, Mikayla. If a god went out with you
- 30:01Speaker 3: you came back to his place, Let's see he has
- 30:03Speaker 3: a house, right, and he had a mirror above his bed.
- 30:08Speaker 1: Oh I don't like.
- 30:13Speaker 9: You mean right?
- 30:14Speaker 4: Yeah I don't. He might, I said, do you think
- 30:18Speaker 4: like behind like his bed frame?
- 30:21Speaker 1: No? No, no, on the ceiling.
- 30:24Speaker 4: Oh okay yeah no, okay, that's.
- 30:28Speaker 1: Like but that's not so weird.
- 30:30Speaker 2: Now one would probably put a mirror on the ceiling
- 30:32Speaker 2: so it would.
- 30:33Speaker 4: Capture Yeah, I don't like personal person for sure.
- 30:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I would think that's weird.
- 30:43Speaker 3: So a major streamer now recommending shows based on your
- 30:45Speaker 3: astrological signs.
- 30:47Speaker 1: Let's walk it down and then see what we think.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Well, it's Netflix, and it's called your Zodiac watch List.
- 30:54Speaker 2: It will be updated throughout the year to keep pace
- 30:57Speaker 2: with the zodiac calendar and the few examples that we
- 31:02Speaker 2: can pull from here. So let's start with Leo's tubs.
- 31:06Speaker 2: Supposically confident, generous, and loyal. So their recommendations will include
- 31:12Speaker 2: content like The Crown, Emily in Paris.
- 31:18Speaker 3: It's actually it's actually good.
- 31:23Speaker 2: Your cancer cancer, It's like to cry a lot if
- 31:27Speaker 2: you want that. Maybe Gilmore Girls, Ginny and Georgia Grey's Anatomy. No,
- 31:32Speaker 2: I love all those shows, but you're gonna also like
- 31:35Speaker 2: the ones that they suggest for mine, which are competition
- 31:39Speaker 2: shows like Squid Game, Love Is Blind, Building the Band.
- 31:43Speaker 1: I'm an as I.
- 31:44Speaker 4: Love those two.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Harry's rising interesting because for me I not. I don't
- 31:50Speaker 2: care for Squid Game, I don't care for Love Is Blind.
- 31:52Speaker 7: You.
- 31:53Speaker 1: I did watch Building the Band and that was actually
- 31:55Speaker 1: very good.
- 31:57Speaker 2: Ryan Capricorn's Netflix Things that you should watch Suits, Hostage.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Department Q. Whe're some relaxation or some R and R shows.
- 32:08Speaker 2: Scorpios are a little bit more charismatic, seductive, a mysterious,
- 32:12Speaker 2: maybe Wednesday, Untamed or you see.
- 32:15Speaker 1: I can pick and pool from all of these. Hostage
- 32:17Speaker 1: I've not seen Hostage, Intrigued, Department U. Somebody did recommend
- 32:23Speaker 1: to me. I didn't get there yet. That's and you
- 32:24Speaker 1: did love Suits? I did, okay, I.
- 32:28Speaker 3: Did, But actually you're gonna find the shocking. I love
- 32:31Speaker 3: this idea.
- 32:32Speaker 2: I do too, but I feel like that's not spot
- 32:34Speaker 2: on for mine.
- 32:35Speaker 1: But you can.
- 32:36Speaker 2: They'll give you suggestions for every sign.
- 32:38Speaker 3: So it's also it's like just one more way to
- 32:41Speaker 3: find something that's easier, because if you just search sarch
- 32:45Speaker 3: search without some something some like I need them to
- 32:47Speaker 3: say top ten, I need them to say most watch.
- 32:51Speaker 1: Otherwise I'll never find anything.
- 32:53Speaker 2: I'll just I'm just getting used to the new algorithm
- 32:56Speaker 2: of the new design that they did, because it took
- 32:58Speaker 2: me a minute.
- 32:59Speaker 3: Well, we have new presets on the iHeart Radio app.
- 33:01Speaker 3: It doesn't take long. I love them.
- 33:02Speaker 1: That one's easy, doesn't take long.
- 33:04Speaker 3: It doesn't take long. Kiss streaming everywhere iHeart Radio app.
- 33:07Speaker 1: It is free. Get it.
- 33:08Speaker 3: We're on Kiss FM, your car radio. We are on
- 33:11Speaker 3: your smart device. We'll get the podcast later if you
- 33:14Speaker 3: miss anything. So you know, this show is is great
- 33:18Speaker 3: for so many reasons.
- 33:20Speaker 1: We love it. We love the connection that we get
- 33:23Speaker 1: with you. It's very important.
- 33:24Speaker 3: But we we definitely think a lot about that and
- 33:30Speaker 3: appreciate that connection that we get, especially if you're here
- 33:32Speaker 3: all the time. But we learn so much about each other.
- 33:36Speaker 3: I thought, I every day, I think I've heard it all.
- 33:39Speaker 3: Not to tell you about a hairstyle that will hurt,
- 33:41Speaker 3: like the chiropractors say, going to hurt your body, don't
- 33:43Speaker 3: tell you about that.
- 33:44Speaker 1: Didn't know anything about this. Then Tony starts something her
- 33:46Speaker 1: nail journey.
- 33:47Speaker 4: Yeah, my not nail journey, my natural nail journey.
- 33:50Speaker 1: So what is a natural nail journey? Tony, And why
- 33:52Speaker 1: are you talking.
- 33:53Speaker 4: About Because I feel like natural nails have kind of
- 33:57Speaker 4: become more popular right now, like everybody is trying to
- 34:00Speaker 4: do more like a natural nail look, and I feel
- 34:04Speaker 4: as though my nail Like I feel like nails to
- 34:07Speaker 4: women are like the equivalent to hair on men. Like
- 34:11Speaker 4: it's kind of this like security blanket. Whenever I have
- 34:14Speaker 4: my nails done, I feel put together and polished. So
- 34:18Speaker 4: it's kind of been like this hard journey going from
- 34:21Speaker 4: having like my gel extenders to just my natural pause.
- 34:27Speaker 4: And so I'm in this like you have to go
- 34:29Speaker 4: through this like phase because you can't just your nails
- 34:31Speaker 4: are all messed up from doing all that stuff, so
- 34:34Speaker 4: like you have to phase it out. And I'm in
- 34:35Speaker 4: phase one. These are my natural nails with one layer
- 34:38Speaker 4: of polish, and then next next month, I'll do no
- 34:42Speaker 4: polish and then.
- 34:44Speaker 2: So the goal is the goal is to not have
- 34:46Speaker 2: anything on there ever, correct.
- 34:47Speaker 4: Just have like my natural pause.
- 34:52Speaker 3: Now I'm only thinking about the efficiency of that. That
- 34:54Speaker 3: seems like that saves time in your route.
- 34:56Speaker 4: It saves time, it saves money. It's saved.
- 34:59Speaker 2: The money alone is like what you're going to be
- 35:01Speaker 2: really seen.
- 35:02Speaker 4: And I'm still gonna get manicures, Like, I'm still gonna
- 35:04Speaker 4: get them like trimmed and like you know, but just no,
- 35:08Speaker 4: just letting my natural man toes. Why the toes gotta
- 35:11Speaker 4: stay painted? I can't don't think I can go that far.
- 35:16Speaker 1: What's the point of this?
- 35:17Speaker 2: I thought it was because you're trying not to get
- 35:18Speaker 2: the toxins on you or something.
- 35:24Speaker 4: These are chapter there's only even.
- 35:26Speaker 1: Doing this journey. Yeah.
- 35:28Speaker 4: For me, taking off all my like gel and stuff
- 35:30Speaker 4: was like very I was very insecure about it. And
- 35:33Speaker 4: Robbie's like, your nails are so beautiful natural and they're
- 35:36Speaker 4: so gorgeous, and your hands are beautiful, and I'm like, oh,
- 35:38Speaker 4: I feel so weird, but I'm in it.
- 35:41Speaker 1: That's what it takes. It takes someone. You got to
- 35:43Speaker 1: hear it. Right now, you hear it, you feel better
- 35:45Speaker 1: about it.
- 35:46Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 35:47Speaker 1: On air with a Ryan Secret it is kiss FM.
- 35:52Speaker 3: Good morning, Everett is on the line every good morning,
- 35:55Speaker 3: How are you.
- 35:56Speaker 6: Hey, good morning? Thanks for having me.
- 35:58Speaker 1: It is a pleasure.
- 35:59Speaker 3: So so your wife tells her sister everything and that's
- 36:02Speaker 3: bothering you.
- 36:04Speaker 6: Yeah, it's definitely bothering me.
- 36:07Speaker 1: What is she telling your sister? Right?
- 36:12Speaker 8: Well, she's basically I mean, you know, like I get
- 36:15Speaker 8: that sisters are close, and like I completely respect their bonds,
- 36:21Speaker 8: but at this point, like I just feel like nothing
- 36:24Speaker 8: in our relationship stays just between us.
- 36:29Speaker 6: It could be like and it could be.
- 36:30Speaker 8: Something small like what we argued about last night, or
- 36:35Speaker 8: something like super personal. It basically, if it happens between us,
- 36:40Speaker 8: her sister knows about it almost immediately.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Well, let me ask you, the sister. Do you do
- 36:45Speaker 1: that with your sister or anybody in your life?
- 36:48Speaker 2: Yeah, to an extent, But I kind of know where
- 36:51Speaker 2: the filter is, and I know where the line is.
- 36:53Speaker 2: You know, I don't cross. I know there's things that
- 36:55Speaker 2: are just between Michael and I and I keep it
- 36:57Speaker 2: that way.
- 36:57Speaker 1: But tell us then, sure, I tell everybody else here.
- 37:02Speaker 3: Look, here's the thing, Everett. You should probably talk to
- 37:07Speaker 3: your wife about how this makes you feel uncomfortable. But
- 37:10Speaker 3: I don't know that there's ever any situation where people
- 37:14Speaker 3: don't share some things with somebody close to them about
- 37:17Speaker 3: their relationship. But that's just part of like getting it
- 37:19Speaker 3: off your chest or yeah or or whatever.
- 37:23Speaker 2: But she needs somebody to talk to too, especially when
- 37:25Speaker 2: you do have those arguments. It's good to bounce those
- 37:27Speaker 2: feelings off of someone else.
- 37:29Speaker 1: You know, you.
- 37:30Speaker 3: Probably want her sister as the recipient of a lot
- 37:33Speaker 3: of this stuff, not just you.
- 37:34Speaker 1: Otherwise you got to hear it all.
- 37:37Speaker 3: But you think you could say, look, measure it to
- 37:39Speaker 3: your wife, measure it a little bit like, I don't
- 37:40Speaker 3: want your sing everything that is going on between us.
- 37:43Speaker 2: If it's something specific when you're telling her in the
- 37:45Speaker 2: moment and be like, hey, by the way, this this
- 37:47Speaker 2: we need to stay between us.
- 37:49Speaker 9: Yes, this will stay between that's the thing that No,
- 37:54Speaker 9: she like, we're pregnant. I'm we're pregnant, and we read
- 38:00Speaker 9: not to tell anyone the baby's gender until the reveal.
- 38:05Speaker 1: Do we say we still like, you're not really pregnant.
- 38:08Speaker 1: Let him have this. It's funny saying like we're not
- 38:10Speaker 1: doing any of the.
- 38:11Speaker 2: Work here, right, It's exciting, right, I know that.
- 38:13Speaker 3: But I don't feel like I think it's a lot
- 38:16Speaker 3: more of a lift for the other person in this
- 38:19Speaker 3: case would be your wife. But that's just I'm not married,
- 38:22Speaker 3: I don't have kids, so who am I so anyway?
- 38:24Speaker 8: Good, Yeah, she's mostly pregnant, So you know, I like,
- 38:30Speaker 8: we just told we agree that we weren't going to
- 38:32Speaker 8: reveal the baby's gender, and you know, we wanted it
- 38:35Speaker 8: to be special, and but you know, sure enough she
- 38:38Speaker 8: told her sister anyway. So I don't know. I guess
- 38:40Speaker 8: it's just like, do I just accept that whatever I
- 38:43Speaker 8: tell my wife, it's basically just gonna that's the easy.
- 38:47Speaker 1: Way to go about. I think it's a too prong approach.
- 38:50Speaker 3: Accept it, and then say to her and look her
- 38:52Speaker 3: in the eye, like, please keep this between us. Those
- 38:54Speaker 3: are the only two moves there. But good news, congratulations,
- 38:58Speaker 3: you guys are pregnant, and come in. That's all happiness,
- 39:01Speaker 3: that's the big picture. You're blessed.
- 39:04Speaker 6: Cool. Well, thank you so much. I really appreciate it.
