Hailing from the Piedmont region of Italy, Chef German received his training at the Culinary Art School in Torino and went on to travel internationally, gaining experience throughout Italy, Spain, Denmark, Sweden and Canada, Hungry for more experience and opportunities, he went to New York where he began working for the renown Cipriani Group.
