Federal agents just shut down two major hacking tools, QScan and QTRouter, allegedly run by a Chinese-linked group tied to Nanjing Xinjiuwei Network Technology. These platforms, active since 2018, targeted U.S. critical infrastructure including NASA, the Federal Reserve, and key government departments — even the U.S. Senate.
