- 0:00Speaker 1: Hello, Yeah, what, yes, this is you know we we
- 0:06Speaker 1: say this is an innovative radio feature, a call in feature.
- 0:09Speaker 1: It's also really a stupid one.
- 0:12Speaker 2: Why is it stupid?
- 0:13Speaker 1: Because we're just walking on air here. It's a tightrope
- 0:18Speaker 1: taking a chance here.
- 0:19Speaker 3: I think we enjoy talking to friends of the program
- 0:22Speaker 3: about whatever they want to talk about.
- 0:24Speaker 1: I do enjoy that. But you know, most people, most
- 0:27Speaker 1: people on the radio. As a matter of fact, I
- 0:29Speaker 1: think no people on the radio risk taking live phone
- 0:32Speaker 1: calls anymore.
- 0:33Speaker 3: It's true if you if you hear calls coming in
- 0:35Speaker 3: on another radio station, they're either totally fake like actors,
- 0:41Speaker 3: or they're very carefully curated.
- 0:44Speaker 2: Yeah, very We're not carefully curating anything.
- 0:46Speaker 4: I mean.
- 0:47Speaker 1: I think all Katie does is say what do you basically,
- 0:50Speaker 1: what do you want to talk about?
- 0:51Speaker 2: And don't swear and don't swear other than that.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Yeah, and when Katie says don't swear, that people really
- 0:59Speaker 1: know she means it. It's it's where we can talk
- 1:01Speaker 1: to you and you can talk to us, and you
- 1:03Speaker 1: can mention things or say things.
- 1:05Speaker 4: You.
- 1:05Speaker 1: People have taken to getting smart about this and promoting
- 1:09Speaker 1: a few things here and there, you know, charity events.
- 1:11Speaker 2: And questions, comments, criticisms, or jokes.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:16Speaker 1: Sure, there's only one question we don't answer, and that's
- 1:18Speaker 1: how much money do you make? Because it is because
- 1:20Speaker 1: it's embarrassing.
- 1:21Speaker 3: Do you want to know the truth? Bill doesn't know
- 1:24Speaker 3: how much money he makes. Do you know how I
- 1:26Speaker 3: know this because once or twice a year I get
- 1:28Speaker 3: a text from Bill saying how much do we make?
- 1:31Speaker 2: Because we need to know it? For something you can't remember?
- 1:35Speaker 1: I never can remember. Well, it's it's because it fluctuates
- 1:38Speaker 1: so much. It does, it's always different. Here we go,
- 1:41Speaker 1: the calls are coming in. All right, let's begin with Jason. Jason,
- 1:48Speaker 1: it's fine. Is this another one of those gaming con things?

- 2:10Speaker 5: and it'll be both floors. There's gonna be hundreds of vendors,
- 2:15Speaker 5: There'll be a bunch of special guests.
- 2:17Speaker 4: There'll be a costume special guests like.
- 2:19Speaker 5: The So, there's gonna be a couple of artists, for like,
- 2:26Speaker 5: there's like Adrian Ropie.
- 2:27Speaker 6: He's an artist that's.
- 2:29Speaker 5: Done stuff for Disney. There's gonna be Brian Cummings that's
- 2:33Speaker 5: done voiceovers for things like G I.
- 2:36Speaker 7: Joe.
- 2:37Speaker 4: Okay, so it's gonna be really great.
- 2:39Speaker 5: There's gonna be some tattoo artists there doing live tattoos.
- 2:42Speaker 1: Even so, it's at the Utah State Fair Park, in
- 2:45Speaker 1: the Unta State Fair Park, and it's probably in the
- 2:47Speaker 1: Grand Building and they're assume there's an admission, right.
- 2:52Speaker 5: Yeah, so it's only ten dollars and then it is
- 2:56Speaker 5: Kids eight and under are also free. Okay, so the
- 2:59Speaker 5: cost contest is also free.
- 3:01Speaker 1: All right, so you got it covered. Thanks Jason, Thanks Jas,
- 3:05Speaker 1: thank you. See see that's what you can do.
- 3:08Speaker 4: I'll be out there because I did voice work on
- 3:10Speaker 4: the G I. Joe cartoon. I was the voice of
- 3:12Speaker 4: snake Eyes. But he doesn't speak. Isn't that the one
- 3:16Speaker 4: that doesn't speak?
- 3:17Speaker 2: See, Carrie's doing it right now.
- 3:19Speaker 4: Yeah, right now, let's go to line two.
- 3:22Speaker 8: Hello.
- 3:22Speaker 9: Yeah, what a Sid?
- 3:24Speaker 4: Hello said Sid? What's up?
- 3:27Speaker 10: Hi?
- 3:27Speaker 11: So my birthday is next week and it's my fortieth
- 3:32Speaker 11: birthday and I was just wondering what you all did
- 3:35Speaker 11: for your fortieth birthdays.
- 3:38Speaker 1: I have my somebody threw me a surprise party at
- 3:41Speaker 1: my mother I think you were there, Carrie, at my
- 3:43Speaker 1: mother's house. And that's the one where the missionary from
- 3:47Speaker 1: Hell showed up with a pizza. Yes, yes, who later
- 3:51Speaker 1: turned out to be a murder murderer. This is a
- 3:53Speaker 1: It was an exciting party because yeah, he was not invited.
- 3:57Speaker 1: It was a surprise party. He just showed up, but
- 4:00Speaker 1: somehow he found out about it. And as he was
- 4:02Speaker 1: a guy who listened to our show all the time,
- 4:04Speaker 1: his name was Doug Luna, and he showed up with
- 4:09Speaker 1: a pizza and wish me a happy birthday. And then
- 4:11Speaker 1: the next time I saw Doug Luna was doing a
- 4:13Speaker 1: remote at Nordstrom. Oh yes, And Doug Luna came in
- 4:16Speaker 1: and got some stickers and stuff. He was with some
- 4:18Speaker 1: other guy and then they took off and come to
- 4:21Speaker 1: find out where he had come from was murdering one
- 4:24Speaker 1: of their roommates up in North at.
- 4:28Speaker 4: So you know, some along those lines. I wanted to
- 4:30Speaker 4: try that out something like that. It was memorable. It
- 4:34Speaker 4: was a memorable birthday.
- 4:36Speaker 3: You treat yourself side or go bowling to spoil yourself.
- 4:41Speaker 4: You know, are you going to invite people to show up?
- 4:43Speaker 11: And you know so far, what I've requested is I
- 4:48Speaker 11: just don't want to do chores like they just want
- 4:50Speaker 11: to be lufty.
- 4:50Speaker 12: That is fair, that's the that's the best thing you spoil.
- 4:54Speaker 1: Yourself to say, I don't want to do chores, and
- 4:56Speaker 1: make sure you bring me a present.
- 4:59Speaker 9: Excellent.

- 10:59Speaker 3: Yeah, so they call they'll call out uh actions, and
- 11:04Speaker 3: you have to do this certain Now let's.

- 11:21Speaker 10: Well, there's three different parts of the drill team. There's
- 11:24Speaker 10: color guard, there's armed, and there's unarmed. The armed one
- 11:27Speaker 10: is the one with the rifles they throw up in

- 12:04Speaker 10: Well, they should be fundraising.
- 12:06Speaker 4: It's character.
- 12:08Speaker 10: I agree, I agree, but I'm sending it out to
- 12:11Speaker 10: the universe. We need, I believe, like I said about it,
- 12:14Speaker 10: we're just shy at two thousand dollars to get there.
- 12:18Speaker 10: You know, we're eleven years.
