Tom is the owner of Katie’s Ice Cream in Dickson, TN. Named after his daughter.The shop opened in 2019.

The display drew national attention and widespread support within the Catholic community. The shop is known for making fresh, on-site ice cream and hosting a monthly Rosary club.
