- 0:01SPEAKER_00: Hello, everyone, and welcome to The Joy Jolt podcast this week.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: My name is Natalie Ledwell.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: And I'm Susan Patrick.
- 0:08SPEAKER_00: And we have a very special guest because who you are listening to this week is
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: the dream team that is running the Real Joy Retreats.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: So we want to welcome Dr. Diane Kayser.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: How are you, darling?
- 0:22SPEAKER_02: Oh, Diane is in the house.
- 0:24SPEAKER_02: Let's keep on.
- 0:25SPEAKER_02: Invite you to put your own on as well.
- 0:27SPEAKER_02: Hi, everybody.
- 0:29SPEAKER_02: Hi.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: So happy is not the right word.
- 0:33SPEAKER_02: So joyful.
- 0:34SPEAKER_02: So excited.
- 0:35SPEAKER_02: It's filled with life to be here with you ladies and everybody who's listening.
- 0:40SPEAKER_01: Well, you're going to understand by the end of this podcast how this group
- 0:43SPEAKER_01: of wonderful women came together to create the Real Joy Retreat experience
- 0:49SPEAKER_01: that we are going to be hosting coming up here in October in Pamul in Mexico.
- 0:56SPEAKER_01: And we're just so excited about what we're creating and the invitation
- 1:02SPEAKER_01: that we're making to a really beautiful curated group of women.
- 1:07SPEAKER_01: And so what we wanted to do is we wanted to spend a minute kind of talking about it,
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: introducing you to the genius that is Dr. Kayser.
- 1:17SPEAKER_01: Her entire life is dedicated to helping you feel good.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: You know, it's that sense of you deserve to feel good.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: And so do you want to talk a little bit about kind of your area of expertise?
- 1:30SPEAKER_01: And then we're going to talk about,
- 1:31SPEAKER_01: and it'll obviously be why it links right into this dream team.
- 1:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, for sure.
- 1:36SPEAKER_02: So first of all,
- 1:37SPEAKER_02: I want to clarify,
- 1:37SPEAKER_02: when you guys think Mexico, some people are like, oh, Mexico, it's so dangerous.
- 1:41SPEAKER_02: I can't go down there.
- 1:42SPEAKER_02: Where's that?
- 1:43SPEAKER_02: And so there's a reason, you know, that Susan and I live down here.
- 1:46SPEAKER_02: It's in Quintana Roo.
- 1:48SPEAKER_02: Amul is a beautiful sacred beach.
- 1:51SPEAKER_02: It's private and it's where we're hosting the retreat.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: It's about an hour and a half south of Cancun.
- 1:55SPEAKER_02: So it's so beautiful.
- 1:57SPEAKER_02: And there's a lot of expats here.
- 1:58SPEAKER_02: There's a lot of people that are just like you listening.
- 2:00SPEAKER_02: So it's not one of those scary places.
- 2:02SPEAKER_02: You know, some people get turned off about Mexico.
- 2:04SPEAKER_02: We're like, no, no, this place is full of joy.
- 2:08SPEAKER_02: And magic, and magic.
- 2:10SPEAKER_02: Total magic.
- 2:11SPEAKER_02: And we'll talk about how this all came to manifest or we'll manifest in a minute.
- 2:14SPEAKER_02: But yeah,
- 2:16SPEAKER_02: my journey,
- 2:17SPEAKER_02: and I'm a doctor now,
- 2:18SPEAKER_02: I'm a board certified doctor of traditional naturopathy,
- 2:20SPEAKER_02: which means that we like to use nature first.
- 2:24SPEAKER_02: And it's like, what are women?
- 2:27SPEAKER_02: And when we think about what women are,
- 2:28SPEAKER_02: it's like,
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: we are nature,
- 2:29SPEAKER_02: we are nurture, we're the pollinators, we're the creators, we're the co-creators.
- 2:34SPEAKER_02: And we do best when we're connected to our source, which is nature.
- 2:39SPEAKER_02: And so I like to,
- 2:40SPEAKER_02: as much as possible,
- 2:41SPEAKER_02: and it's nothing against prescription medications or Western medicine.
- 2:45SPEAKER_02: I think that everything has its place, but we like to start first with nature.
- 2:49SPEAKER_02: And so, because a lot of people are so disconnected from that.
- 2:53SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 2:54SPEAKER_02: Bring back the elements of, and this sounds a little, but we really do need the sun.
- 3:00SPEAKER_02: That's where we get like 70% of our energy.
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: That's where our cells make mitochondria.
- 3:04SPEAKER_02: So people who were like, Gosh, I really wish I could feel some joy.
- 3:07SPEAKER_02: I'm like, we'll go sit in the sun and maybe yourself get charged, you know?
- 3:11SPEAKER_02: So that's number one, step away from the screens.
- 3:14SPEAKER_02: But I like to try to,
- 3:15SPEAKER_02: especially now in menopause,
- 3:16SPEAKER_02: keep it as simple as possible because our lives have become so complicated so
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: that sometimes it's not a matter of like, what do I take?
- 3:24SPEAKER_02: What do I do?
- 3:25SPEAKER_02: As a health detective, I like to ask the question, what do we undo?
- 3:28SPEAKER_02: Because for me, they were making me sick.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: I love that because how many of us feel like I don't have the capacity to do anything else?
- 3:38SPEAKER_01: And so that invitation to undo some things really feels so much lighter.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 3:46SPEAKER_02: It's like people want to lose weight,
- 3:47SPEAKER_02: but it's like, we have to drop the weight of the things that aren't working for us.
- 3:51SPEAKER_02: Then we're just like dead weight.
- 3:52SPEAKER_02: And it's,
- 3:53SPEAKER_02: and we're carrying around these things that what we think should work
- 3:55SPEAKER_02: or what we read in a magazine.
- 3:57SPEAKER_02: Do we even have magazines anymore?
- 3:58SPEAKER_02: Well, you heard the podcast that worked for them or whatever.
- 4:02SPEAKER_02: And then people come to knocking on my metaphoric door and I've been doing this
- 4:06SPEAKER_02: for 17 years now.
- 4:07SPEAKER_02: And they're like, here's my list of supplements.
- 4:09SPEAKER_02: It's not like one line.
- 4:10SPEAKER_02: It's like a treasury map.
- 4:12SPEAKER_02: It's like, Yeah.
- 4:13SPEAKER_02: I'm like, how'd you get on 30 supplements?
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: Like, yeah, but I still feel the same.
- 4:17SPEAKER_02: Like, no, no, let's simplify.
- 4:18SPEAKER_02: Let's figure out why you're sick.
- 4:20SPEAKER_02: Let's figure out what toxins that might be in your environment.
- 4:23SPEAKER_02: You know, what pathogens I say, do you guys swear on this podcast?
- 4:27SPEAKER_02: We can.
- 4:33SPEAKER_02: There's four things fundamentally that make us feel like shit and that spells shit.
- 4:38SPEAKER_02: It's stress, hormone imbalances, infections, and toxicity.
- 4:42SPEAKER_01: Okay.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: I'm never going to think about shit the same ever again.
- 4:47SPEAKER_01: I have to take responsibility for my shit, right?
- 4:51SPEAKER_01: What's the I?
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: What's the I?
- 4:54SPEAKER_02: Infections,
- 4:55SPEAKER_02: because some people think antibiotics is the answer,
- 4:59SPEAKER_02: and they just keep getting antibiotic prescriptions,
- 5:00SPEAKER_02: and that's like the number one Western medicine treatment.
- 5:03SPEAKER_02: But then that could lead to antibiotic resistance because it kills your healthy gut microbes.
- 5:07SPEAKER_02: By the way, fun fact, many people don't know this.
- 5:10SPEAKER_02: I was like, why all of a sudden is everybody taking GLP to lose weight?
- 5:13SPEAKER_02: Because I love peptides.
- 5:15SPEAKER_02: I use that in my practice as a powerful tool in the toolbox.
- 5:18SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, hold on a second.
- 5:19SPEAKER_02: I like to ask the question why.
- 5:20SPEAKER_02: I'm like, I'm YDI.
- 5:23SPEAKER_02: Why are we air quotes GLP deficient to begin with?
- 5:29SPEAKER_02: And GLPs are actually peptides that are made by healthy microbes in the gut.
- 5:34SPEAKER_02: But when we take antibiotics and when we eat certain foods like seed oils
- 5:38SPEAKER_02: that are not made by nature, They're very toxic to the gut microbes.
- 5:41SPEAKER_02: And those gut microbes, there's three different main ones.
- 5:45SPEAKER_02: Those gut microbes start to die and they can't make healthy GLP anymore
- 5:48SPEAKER_02: and your body can't lose weight.
- 5:49SPEAKER_02: So I'm like,
- 5:50SPEAKER_02: what if we just populate their gut again with healthy microbes
- 5:53SPEAKER_02: and stay away what's killing them,
- 5:55SPEAKER_02: the healthy microbes, which is just antibiotic, antibiotic.
- 5:58SPEAKER_02: I'm like infections.
- 5:59SPEAKER_02: Let's do a parasite cleanse.
- 6:00SPEAKER_02: Let's do some herbs.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: Let's do it the right way.
- 6:01SPEAKER_02: Let's not kill the body in the process.
- 6:03SPEAKER_02: That's what I mean by shit.
- 6:04SPEAKER_01: Let's not.
- 6:05SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: And hormones.
- 6:09SPEAKER_01: We always think of our hormones.
- 6:10SPEAKER_01: My hormones hate me.
- 6:11SPEAKER_01: My hormones hate me.
- 6:12SPEAKER_02: No, your hormones don't hate you.
- 6:14SPEAKER_02: It's just because oftentimes we're so toxic and our body competes with xenoestrogens.
- 6:18SPEAKER_02: So I like to simplify.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and I mean,
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: and I think our bodies are completely recalibrating,
- 6:23SPEAKER_00: not just our bodies,
- 6:24SPEAKER_00: but our brains and our minds are completely recalibrating,
- 6:27SPEAKER_00: which is why it can be challenging.
- 6:29SPEAKER_00: And I have a friend of mine that says,
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: look, Menopause is mandatory, but suffering through it is not.
- 6:36SPEAKER_00: So we, you know, this is why this dream team came together.
- 6:40SPEAKER_00: Because, you know, we were talking about, you know, we're looking at a mind, body, soul.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: And when we look at what we're creating here and curating as an experience for you,
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: if you choose to come and join us,
- 6:52SPEAKER_00: is, yes, understanding what's happening with your body.
- 6:55SPEAKER_00: Yes, understanding or figuring out,
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: you know,
- 6:58SPEAKER_00: daring to dream about what your future could look like
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: or what this next chapter looks like.
- 7:02SPEAKER_00: And if anything has been holding you back,
- 7:05SPEAKER_00: any old programs or any old thought patterns,
- 7:07SPEAKER_00: then we can also, you know, focus on that as well.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: And then having these experiences where we drop in spiritually.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: Um, with ourselves and each other as, as a sisterhood and as women.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Now, it's not like we've got,
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: you know, a jam packed thing where you're on the go, go, go all the time.
- 7:24SPEAKER_00: We also want to make sure that when you're getting these,
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: you know, having these workshops and getting this.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: Yes, hit that.
- 7:51SPEAKER_01: And, you know,
- 7:52SPEAKER_01: I have to go back to something that you were talking about, Diane,
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: with about nature, real,
- 7:57SPEAKER_01: nurture,
- 7:58SPEAKER_01: and really why this retreat kind of was born is I've been living in Mexico
- 8:03SPEAKER_01: for 11 years, and I've been threatening to kind of throw a retreat.
- 8:08SPEAKER_01: And I go to different all-inclusives, you know, and I'm like, it just didn't feel right.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: It didn't feel right.
- 8:14SPEAKER_01: And then I'm remodeling my home right now,
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: and I've had the chance to actually live in my friend's home in Pamul
- 8:20SPEAKER_01: because she was out vacationing with her son and her family,
- 8:24SPEAKER_01: and we had been living there for several months.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: And I went to this virgin beach.
- 8:28SPEAKER_01: It's a virgin beach, people, where you go out, you look to your left, you don't see anybody.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: You look to your right, you don't see anybody.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: And I was standing on this beach, and I said to my husband, I go, this is unreal.
- 8:43SPEAKER_01: And he goes, you know what, Susan?
- 8:45SPEAKER_01: This is as real as it gets.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: He said,
- 8:48SPEAKER_01: not long ago,
- 8:50SPEAKER_01: where this was available to all of us as human beings,
- 8:53SPEAKER_01: you could just walk outside your front door and you could be in real nature,
- 8:59SPEAKER_01: in a real space.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: And when he said the word real,
- 9:03SPEAKER_01: it was as if my feet just bound themselves like roots, grew through them.
- 9:08SPEAKER_01: And I felt kind of the frequency of this virgin beach.
- 9:13SPEAKER_01: And I was like, this is where real joy needs to be born.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Because that's what we want to bring people back to.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: And man, I get the chills just talking about it because what a privilege.
- 9:28SPEAKER_02: It's funny because when you and I were talking about that that day,
- 9:31SPEAKER_02: sorry, now I'll just say one thing.
- 9:32SPEAKER_02: You and I were looking around like, People use the term unreal.
- 9:39SPEAKER_02: And we're so programmed to say unreal.
- 9:42SPEAKER_02: And it's like, no, no.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: Or this is unbelievable.
- 9:45SPEAKER_02: Or this is actually, this is unreal.
- 9:47SPEAKER_02: Like this can't be real.
- 9:48SPEAKER_02: No, it's real.
- 9:49SPEAKER_02: And we need to celebrate nature for her realness as much as we can before we lose it
- 9:56SPEAKER_02: because we are not celebrating it.
- 9:58SPEAKER_02: That's why I want my main mission is for people to come back to themselves
- 10:01SPEAKER_02: because we're coming back to our nature so we can reconnect to nature.
- 10:05SPEAKER_02: And we don't destroy nature.
- 10:06SPEAKER_02: And we become harmonious with it again.
- 10:08SPEAKER_02: And hor-monious with it again.
- 10:11SPEAKER_02: Yay, hor-monious.
- 10:17SPEAKER_00: And the other thing too,
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: like this is not the kind of time where you come down and you're going
- 10:20SPEAKER_00: to be exhausted by the end of it.
- 10:22SPEAKER_00: Because not only will you be like completely relaxed in your body,
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: emotionally regulated,
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: your nervous system is going to be calm,
- 10:30SPEAKER_00: but we will also be teaching you how to take that back home with you.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: So that you can carry that back into your life because,
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: you know, as we've said before, I don't think the world is coming down anytime soon.
- 10:43SPEAKER_00: We are on for the ride and it is a very interesting time in history right now.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: And if you've been feeling super stressed and out of control and overwhelmed,
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: then what we're going to do is equip you with how to navigate this world in a way
- 10:58SPEAKER_00: that you can keep your nervous system regulated,
- 11:00SPEAKER_00: that you can keep your emotions regulated, that you can tap into your joy every day.
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: And so now life is completely different.
- 11:08SPEAKER_00: You have better choices.
- 11:09SPEAKER_00: You better have better opportunities because you're resonating at
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: a completely different frequency.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: And that's what we're going to be sending you home with.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: I'm ready.
- 11:18SPEAKER_01: I'm going to
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: sign up.
- 11:24SPEAKER_02: Retreats can also feel like people get nervous.
- 11:27SPEAKER_02: They get intimidated.
- 11:28SPEAKER_02: It's like, oh gosh, there's people I don't know.
- 11:30SPEAKER_02: It's a blind spot.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: And people can convince themselves out of going because they feel like,
- 11:35SPEAKER_02: oh, I'm not one of you gals that's on the screen right now.
- 11:38SPEAKER_02: Or I, oh, I don't have my shit together.
- 11:41SPEAKER_02: Or, you know, God, I'm going through so much.
- 11:43SPEAKER_02: I don't want people to see me like this.
- 11:45SPEAKER_02: Like we're all human right now.
- 11:46SPEAKER_02: Yes, we are.
- 11:47SPEAKER_01: We're all human.
- 11:48SPEAKER_02: We're all going through this together.
- 11:50SPEAKER_02: I mean, I was crying on the floor this whole week because my dog isn't doing well.
- 11:54SPEAKER_02: So I'm a human too.
- 11:55SPEAKER_02: And we're all human here.
- 11:57SPEAKER_02: Susan's been sick.
- 11:58SPEAKER_02: Nat just went through what she went through with her mom.
- 12:01SPEAKER_02: We're just like you.
- 12:02SPEAKER_02: And so this is feeding us as much as it's feeding you.
- 12:05SPEAKER_02: And that's what we want women to remember is that we...
- 12:07SPEAKER_02: We pollinate each other.
- 12:09SPEAKER_02: We share with each other and it's a regenerative relationship.
- 12:12SPEAKER_02: So this is going to be one of those ones where it's not like,
- 12:15SPEAKER_02: oh, it's one of those women who thinks she's better than everyone else.
- 12:18SPEAKER_02: She talks down to me.
- 12:19SPEAKER_02: No, this is real.
- 12:21SPEAKER_02: This is real.
- 12:23SPEAKER_00: This is really real.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: So Diane,
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: do you want to share a little bit about some of the things you'll be covering at
- 12:30SPEAKER_00: the retreat and helping women with?
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 12:34SPEAKER_02: It's my favorite thing to do.
- 12:36SPEAKER_02: Sue and I were talking about this before we even got on the call.
- 12:39SPEAKER_02: It's like some of the calls that Sue's had with you guys,
- 12:42SPEAKER_02: you gals, it's like, you know, where are these people coming from?
- 12:45SPEAKER_02: My question is, where are these people coming from?
- 12:47SPEAKER_02: Where are these women hearing about us?
- 12:48SPEAKER_02: Because I know a few of my ladies have signed up and I'm excited to meet you
- 12:53SPEAKER_02: because we could be back here behind our screens and doing Zoom calls
- 12:58SPEAKER_02: and doing live things and people may have and we're leaders and we're doing this
- 13:03SPEAKER_02: because we want you to lead yourself, you know, like we're talking about this.
- 13:06SPEAKER_02: We can be leaders, but we've never met you in person.
- 13:09SPEAKER_02: Some of you know us from the work that we do,
- 13:13SPEAKER_02: but how cool that we get to hug those of you who come and we get to look you in
- 13:18SPEAKER_02: the eyes and say, Yay, you're my sister.
- 13:21SPEAKER_02: And we get to do this together.
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: So that's,
- 13:23SPEAKER_02: that's my favorite part of helping women is to remind them that they have
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: a home instead of their own hearts and how to plug back into that.
- 13:30SPEAKER_02: So that's first and foremost.
- 13:32SPEAKER_02: And that's why,
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: you know,
- 13:33SPEAKER_02: the S is in the shit because we get stressed out when we are spread too thin and
- 13:39SPEAKER_02: so many are right now and they're forgetting,
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: you know,
- 13:42SPEAKER_02: who they are or their mission or,
- 13:43SPEAKER_02: you know,
- 13:44SPEAKER_02: what they're Because the things that we come here to do,
- 13:47SPEAKER_02: they're sometimes bigger than us and they pull us.
- 13:49SPEAKER_02: And that's the vision that we have for you is that you have a different sense
- 13:52SPEAKER_02: of purpose and being.
- 13:54SPEAKER_02: Because that actually increases oxytocin and reduces cortisol.
- 13:58SPEAKER_02: I mean, talk about like HRT.
- 14:00SPEAKER_02: You could be your own HRT with your own purpose-driven mission.
- 14:04SPEAKER_02: And it's also hard to feel like...
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: You love your life.
- 14:08SPEAKER_02: It's hard to connect to joy when you are absolutely exhausted, when your course is low.
- 14:14SPEAKER_02: That is why I look at hormones too.
- 14:16SPEAKER_02: We're not going to be doing lab tests and everything when you guys are here.
- 14:19SPEAKER_02: Although I'm happy to talk about it with you ladies,
- 14:21SPEAKER_02: because most doctors in allopathy,
- 14:24SPEAKER_02: They may test,
- 14:25SPEAKER_02: and usually it's about a fourth of the amount of hormone markers that we test
- 14:29SPEAKER_02: in our industry.
- 14:30SPEAKER_02: I've been lab testing people all around the world.
- 14:32SPEAKER_02: We ship labs directly to people.
- 14:34SPEAKER_02: And we look at two times more amount of markers to see what's really going on from
- 14:38SPEAKER_02: a perspective of, oh, is your TSH off?
- 14:40SPEAKER_02: Here, take some Synthroid.
- 14:42SPEAKER_02: Well, maybe your body is actually producing antibodies to your thyroid
- 14:47SPEAKER_02: because you have toxins and infections.
- 14:49SPEAKER_02: And if we eliminate those toxins and those infections,
- 14:53SPEAKER_02: then maybe your body will stop attacking itself and therefore not make enough
- 14:56SPEAKER_02: or stop producing too much of your thyroid hormone.
- 15:00SPEAKER_02: So sometimes HRT can help and it can be a shortcut for some,
- 15:04SPEAKER_02: but for the most part,
- 15:05SPEAKER_02: women are walking around going, oh,
- 15:06SPEAKER_02: I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease or I have this and my doctor put me
- 15:10SPEAKER_02: on this medication for life.
- 15:11SPEAKER_02: And I'm like,
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: Your body,
- 15:12SPEAKER_02: and this is why I want all women to understand and understand,
- 15:15SPEAKER_02: your body is a beautiful, it's a mechanism of communication.
- 15:23SPEAKER_02: It is a feedback loop.
- 15:24SPEAKER_02: It's trying to speak to you the way a baby would speak to you or cry
- 15:29SPEAKER_02: if it was hungry or if it was in pain.
- 15:31SPEAKER_02: We have not been taught how to listen to the whispers before they- That is our body.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: That is our body.
- 15:37SPEAKER_01: We're listening to the yelling of everyone around us.
- 15:40SPEAKER_01: But listen to the whispers of our bodies so that we can start being the mother
- 15:45SPEAKER_01: to ourselves that we always wish we had.
- 15:50SPEAKER_01: That really is such a, what a beautiful invitation.
- 15:55SPEAKER_02: We always talk about taking care of the future of our children.
- 15:57SPEAKER_02: I'm like, well, that starts with taking care of the inner child of us.
- 16:01SPEAKER_02: What is screaming for help?
- 16:03SPEAKER_02: What is yearning for love and connection and joy?
- 16:06SPEAKER_02: And it's like, give your body that.
- 16:08SPEAKER_02: Because like Sue says,
- 16:10SPEAKER_02: she's like overflowing all the time with love and joy and giving it to everybody.
- 16:13SPEAKER_02: She's a joy pollinator.
- 16:15SPEAKER_02: I'm over here many days like, oh my God, I need some money to fill up.
- 16:18SPEAKER_02: Hey, Sue, can you come over here and fill me up?
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: I'm exhausted over here.
- 16:22SPEAKER_02: Do I tell?
- 16:22SPEAKER_02: Do I tell?
- 16:26SPEAKER_02: So we have moments too, and I'm on HRT.
- 16:29SPEAKER_02: I'm in menopause.
- 16:30SPEAKER_02: So I know what that looks like, that transition.
- 16:32SPEAKER_02: It's like, okay, I'm kind of done with the bullshit.
- 16:34SPEAKER_02: I just want to simplify life.
- 16:35SPEAKER_02: And what am I not willing to put up with?
- 16:37SPEAKER_02: That's what I like to talk about the stress.
- 16:39SPEAKER_02: Anyway, that's a little bit more of going into both of your lanes.
- 16:41SPEAKER_02: I'll go into the infections and toxicity.
- 16:44SPEAKER_02: What we can talk about at the retreat as well is I've been leading parasite cleanses
- 16:49SPEAKER_02: for decades.
- 16:50SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: And I want to say,
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: Diane, that was one of the things that one of the women that I just talked to.
- 16:55SPEAKER_01: And again,
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: if you're interested in the retreat and everyone's been talking about,
- 16:59SPEAKER_01: well, Susan's been talking to people, how do you get there?
- 17:02SPEAKER_01: Well, visit realjoyretreats.com, fill out the inquiry form.
- 17:07SPEAKER_01: And I'll give you a personal phone call and we'll see if you're a right fit for this.
- 17:12SPEAKER_01: But one of the women that I was talking to just yesterday was so excited
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: because she's been in relationship with you for years.
- 17:19SPEAKER_01: And she's like, I've gone through her parasite protocols and her cleanses.
- 17:23SPEAKER_01: And it's like,
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: and I love how she was really speaking about you with just such an energy
- 17:28SPEAKER_01: of already, you haven't met her, but friendship, you know?
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: And so it's going to be fun for you to meet her when she leaves.
- 17:37SPEAKER_02: That just warms my heart to know.
- 17:39SPEAKER_02: It's like, cause we're behind these screens and we never know who's listening.
- 17:43SPEAKER_02: But, but oftentimes it's like, am I, you know, I feel like sometimes I'm talking into a wall.
- 17:47SPEAKER_02: Is anybody hearing me?
- 17:48SPEAKER_02: Is anybody doing anything about it?
- 17:50SPEAKER_02: Are you,
- 17:52SPEAKER_02: are you experiencing,
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: you know,
- 17:53SPEAKER_02: you know, better,
- 17:54SPEAKER_02: better sex,
- 17:55SPEAKER_02: you know,
- 17:56SPEAKER_02: better sleep,
- 17:57SPEAKER_02: but getting to hear back from you matters so much because your voice does matter.
- 18:02SPEAKER_02: So you're doing parasite cleanses.
- 18:03SPEAKER_02: It's such a big relief because I feel like, Yeah.
- 18:07SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 18:30SPEAKER_02: And that could be $1,500 a month people pay for it.
- 18:32SPEAKER_02: But that's where I like to ground people in reality that you are your own peptide factory.
- 18:36SPEAKER_02: You make 8,000 a day.
- 18:38SPEAKER_02: You're your own oxygen factory.
- 18:39SPEAKER_02: You're your own oxytocin factory.
- 18:42SPEAKER_02: You can make these things again if we remove the interferences.
- 18:45SPEAKER_02: And so I love to talk about what we can do too.
- 18:48SPEAKER_02: And I can talk with you guys about this in person.
- 18:50SPEAKER_02: It's like toxin assessments.
- 18:51SPEAKER_02: Like where are the toxins in your environment?
- 18:54SPEAKER_02: Might you have parasites?
- 18:55SPEAKER_02: What are the patterns of those?
- 18:56SPEAKER_02: Because the more parasites we have in our body that are sucking the life out of us,
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: The more that the body frequency will lower and then we attract people in the form
- 19:05SPEAKER_02: or parasites in the form of people.
- 19:07SPEAKER_02: And then we allow them to match that energy, right?
- 19:11SPEAKER_01: All matching energy.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: And that's why we really are being the invitation of pulling people out of kind of
- 19:18SPEAKER_01: the circumstantial drift of their life.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: You know, it's not about changing your life.
- 19:23SPEAKER_01: And, you know,
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: when you get back,
- 19:24SPEAKER_01: you're going to still have the same home and your same relationships,
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: but you're going to enter back in with a different perspective,
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: a different energy, a different feeling of grounding.
- 19:34SPEAKER_01: And instead of just getting right back into that drift of your life,
- 19:38SPEAKER_01: you're going to stand in the current for a minute and you're going to figure out
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: which is the most productive way for me to flow.
- 19:44SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 19:46SPEAKER_00: You'll be excited about your future because we'll help you to figure out what's next
- 19:52SPEAKER_00: or what's possibly next.
- 19:53SPEAKER_00: And even if you have no idea what that is right now,
- 19:56SPEAKER_00: and you may not have a super clear idea at the retreat,
- 20:00SPEAKER_00: but I'll help you to find what is the direction that you want to lean in to move
- 20:05SPEAKER_00: towards whatever is going to show up for you, which is amazing.
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: I love this.
- 20:11SPEAKER_01: I'm super excited.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: We're kind of coming to the end of our time,
- 20:14SPEAKER_01: but that doesn't mean that we're coming to the end of our excitement.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: If you're wanting to learn more about the Real Joy Retreat experience that is going
