Fifteen ambitious high schoolers just completed a groundbreaking two-week summer program hosted by the Inter-American Development Bank, designed to ignite their futures in international development. From July 13th to 24th, these rising twelfth graders—mostly young women from underserved communities—gained real-world experience, shadowed professionals, and explored sustainable development in The Bahamas.
