- 0:24Speaker 2: Stui?
- 0:25Speaker 1: All right, we're back this week and we are going
- 0:26Speaker 1: to Tennessee, Stuceland, No, No, Knoxville. I watched Uh so
- 0:34Speaker 1: we're gonna be covering an episode of Mean Girl Murders
- 0:38Speaker 1: that I watched on I think it's on Discovery, but
- 0:42Speaker 1: it's also on Max. I need to find out if
- 0:45Speaker 1: anybody knows, because I don't want to be paying for
- 0:47Speaker 1: two subscriptions. It seems like everything that's on Max on
- 0:52Speaker 1: Discovery is on Max. And we pay for the Max
- 0:55Speaker 1: ad on because it's got all the Lord of the
- 0:57Speaker 1: Rings movies and everything.
- 0:58Speaker 2: Is that why we pay for Max?
- 1:00Speaker 1: Yes?
- 1:01Speaker 2: I did not realize that. You know me.
- 1:03Speaker 1: I like to put my Lord of the Rings on
- 1:05Speaker 1: in the background. Tooty loves our son, he loves Lord
- 1:10Speaker 1: of the Rings. He likes to watch the fighting. This
- 1:12Speaker 1: dude's like, should he be watching that?
- 1:15Speaker 2: The fine?
- 1:17Speaker 1: He's fine, he's a nice boy. Anyways, it seems like
- 1:22Speaker 1: they're It seems like everything that's on Max is on Discovery,
- 1:26Speaker 1: so I don't know if they're owned by the same thing.
- 1:27Speaker 1: But I need to find that out, so I can
- 1:29Speaker 1: stop paying for a Discovery if I can watch it
- 1:30Speaker 1: on Max. But if anybody has the same issue as
- 1:34Speaker 1: me streaming problems, you know, well, we tried to cut
- 1:39Speaker 1: ours back though, so Disney ended. I know. We have
- 1:42Speaker 1: three children and I canceled the Disney one. It's because
- 1:45Speaker 1: they're just not into any I mean, they like some
- 1:48Speaker 1: Disney movies, like my daughter loves The Little Mermaid and stuff,
- 1:50Speaker 1: but it's not their go tos right now. So it's like,
- 1:54Speaker 1: what's the point of paying for it? Could they find
- 1:56Speaker 1: something on there that they like, Yes, but should we
- 1:59Speaker 1: be paying now? It's ridiculous how much it costs each month.
- 2:03Speaker 2: Today we got Scooby Doo, Where Are You On?
- 2:05Speaker 1: Yes, Stu got them on Scooby Doo, Where Are You
- 2:07Speaker 1: On Prime Video? The old ones from the seventies. He's
- 2:09Speaker 1: very proud of himself. So they love that right now.
- 2:13Speaker 1: So we're going to ride with the with Scooby Scooby
- 2:16Speaker 1: in the Gang. Thank you to all of our patrons.
- 2:21Speaker 1: We appreciate you. If you'd like to support the podcast,

- 2:28Speaker 1: I think it's in the show notes find us on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I have been posting more on the TikTok because I've
- 2:37Speaker 1: had to work late every night this week, so I've
- 2:40Speaker 1: been putting on lots of true crime documentaries and stuff
- 2:43Speaker 1: like that on in the background. So I've been sharing
- 2:46Speaker 1: the ones that I've been watching in case you need recommendations.
- 2:50Speaker 1: I've been doing that on TikTok and then sometimes I
- 2:52Speaker 1: remember to share it over on Instagram and Facebook. But
- 2:56Speaker 1: follow us there and then, oh, rate review, subscribe unless
- 3:01Speaker 1: your name's Alice, Wow, stay far away. She's still there,
- 3:06Speaker 1: stew She's just living writ free.
- 3:08Speaker 2: Yes she is, because she did.
- 3:10Speaker 1: We mentioned last week she made it to the Facebook page.
- 3:12Speaker 2: Yeah, we mentioned, yeah, to.
- 3:13Speaker 1: Write a review as well.
- 3:15Speaker 2: So yeah, I was in rew. She just did not
- 3:18Speaker 2: recommend us.
- 3:19Speaker 1: Oh she did not recommend We can.
- 3:20Speaker 2: We don't get reviews on Facebook anymore.
- 3:23Speaker 1: It's no, it's recommendations. Yes, yeah, so she does not,
- 3:28Speaker 1: but it still didn't affect our one hundred recommended writing.
- 3:32Speaker 1: So suck it, Alice. And then I think that's uh,
- 3:39Speaker 1: that's it, STU. Do you have anything else?
- 3:41Speaker 2: No?
- 3:42Speaker 1: Okay, well it is late, it is it is ten
- 3:45Speaker 1: forty at night and I have to go to work
- 3:47Speaker 1: in the morning. So let's get this show started. So
- 3:53Speaker 1: this this one we're going to do. Like I said,
- 3:54Speaker 1: I watched I'm just cut. We're covering the mean Girl's
- 3:57Speaker 1: episode about I'm sure some of you have heard of her,
- 4:00Speaker 1: Christa Pike. No has not heard. I'll be honest with you.
- 4:04Speaker 1: I hadn't heard of her before. Maybe i'd heard of
- 4:07Speaker 1: her in passing, but I didn't really know what she'd done.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I knew she was terrible.
- 4:11Speaker 2: Well, I was a little laid up, so I didn't
- 4:13Speaker 2: watch this with you.
- 4:14Speaker 1: No, he did not watch this with me. All right,
- 4:17Speaker 1: So we are in Knoxville, Tennessee, and they're in Knoxville.
- 4:20Speaker 1: You have the University of Tennessee as well as a
- 4:23Speaker 1: school called job Corps, which is kind of a trade
- 4:28Speaker 1: school type thing. I don't know if those are still
- 4:30Speaker 1: I guess they're still around. This was back in the nineties.
- 4:34Speaker 1: I don't know. I didn't know there was actually schools
- 4:36Speaker 1: called jobs job Corps, corps, job Corps. Why are you
- 4:42Speaker 1: looking at me like that?
- 4:45Speaker 2: Do you know of this job Corps? No? I don't know. Okay,
- 4:49Speaker 2: probably some government thing, like.
- 4:51Speaker 1: I think it. I don't know if Peace Corps. Yeah,
- 4:55Speaker 1: oh okay, maybe I don't know.
- 4:57Speaker 2: Maybe it was a job corps thing that they hadn't
- 4:59Speaker 2: the teach trades.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's kind of like a trade type school.
- 5:03Speaker 1: You could do like nursing, culinary school, computer science, things
- 5:07Speaker 1: like learn something actual useful that instead of what you
- 5:11Speaker 1: learned at like regular university, you could actually learn something
- 5:14Speaker 1: that you could actually go out and probably get a job.
- 5:16Speaker 1: And so the school after they graduated would help them
- 5:19Speaker 1: get a job, unlike the universities who promised to help
- 5:23Speaker 1: you get employed afterwards, and then they just like peace out,
- 5:27Speaker 1: or you're not paying tuition, you were done with you,
- 5:29Speaker 1: you graduated, and we're not gonna help you anyone. Yeah.
- 5:31Speaker 1: It's yeah, it's such a lie the way they say
- 5:34Speaker 1: that they'll help you get a job afterwards. It's they
- 5:38Speaker 1: do just the traditional things like update your LinkedIn, send
- 5:41Speaker 1: out these resumes. Here's a search engine, you can look
- 5:43Speaker 1: for it, but they don't actually help you. All right,
- 5:46Speaker 1: so here we meet or so this job Corps was
- 5:50Speaker 1: it still was like a traditional college in the sense
- 5:52Speaker 1: that you would they lived on campus and everything. At
- 5:55Speaker 1: that it was just more of a trade type school
- 5:57Speaker 1: rather than a regular university. So here we meet Kim
- 6:01Speaker 1: and Amy and now Kim and Amy. They met Krista
- 6:05Speaker 1: Pike while attending school. Now Christa they said, was a
- 6:09Speaker 1: force of nature stew She was larger than life, but
- 6:13Speaker 1: was small in stature, only five two and ninety pounds,
- 6:17Speaker 1: soaking wet. They said that her They felt like her
- 6:22Speaker 1: personality was kind of she used it to kind of
- 6:24Speaker 1: make up for her, like it's just being yeap and
- 6:29Speaker 1: so along with that loud personality, she had this huge
- 6:33Speaker 1: mop of like curly hair, and she just made an
- 6:36Speaker 1: entrance whenever she came into a room. She loved being
- 6:38Speaker 1: the center of attention. Completely opposite of me. I don't
- 6:41Speaker 1: want anybody to pay attention to It's whatever. Just pretend
- 6:44Speaker 1: I don't exist.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Would be I try, but you keep talking to me anyway.
- 6:48Speaker 1: I know. So Christa she had a bit of a
- 6:52Speaker 1: rough childhood. Her parents were divorced, so she would shuffled
- 6:56Speaker 1: between West Virginia and North Carolina. And I think they
- 6:59Speaker 1: didn't really go into much of what they did say.
- 7:01Speaker 1: She had kind of a rough upbringing, so she ended
- 7:05Speaker 1: up dropping out of high school, but her mother encouraged
- 7:07Speaker 1: her to attend job corps to try and get a
- 7:10Speaker 1: better start in life, not school. Christa ran around with Kim, Amy, Colleen,
- 7:16Speaker 1: and Shidola. These were the four the four friends, and
- 7:20Speaker 1: Christa was definitely the leader of that pack. Now, Kim
- 7:25Speaker 1: and Amy were studying nursing and were described as just
- 7:27Speaker 1: like very nice girls, you know, kind of quiet, quiet,
- 7:31Speaker 1: I would say, in compared to Christa, because again Christa
- 7:33Speaker 1: is just so loud and obnoxious and just wants to
- 7:36Speaker 1: be the center of Attentiony.
- 7:37Speaker 2: She's a force of natures.
- 7:39Speaker 1: She's a force of nature. That is true. That's how
- 7:42Speaker 1: people say nicely that somebody's obnoxious and loud. Is there
- 7:47Speaker 1: a force of nature? So anyway, So, and then Shidola
- 7:52Speaker 1: was the other one in the group, and she was
- 7:54Speaker 1: studying culinary arts and was very much a follower, very quiet,
- 7:59Speaker 1: and they said that she was just really loyal to Christa.
- 8:02Speaker 1: They were she was always whatever Christa was doing, she
- 8:05Speaker 1: was going along with it. Now Colleen, she was studying
- 8:08Speaker 1: computer science and she was very studious. She made good grades,
- 8:13Speaker 1: focused on her studies. That was her main interest was
- 8:16Speaker 1: computer science and making sure she made good grades so
- 8:19Speaker 1: she could get a good job. Afterwards.
- 8:22Speaker 2: Now all things were not peachy with the friends.
- 8:25Speaker 1: Well, I mean they're young girls. They're young girls, do
- 8:28Speaker 1: are they eighteen?
- 8:29Speaker 2: Nineteen years old, doesn't matter, nineteen thirty forty. Probably just
- 8:34Speaker 2: gonna be bitchy toward each other.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Probably women are terrible, they can be.
- 8:41Speaker 2: Christa was very volatile, and one minute she was nice
- 8:44Speaker 2: and the next minute she was screaming and cussin and
- 8:47Speaker 2: very obnoxious. So she just doing what women.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Do, Stuart, shut up.
- 8:53Speaker 2: Christa was still one of the most popular girls at
- 8:55Speaker 2: job Corps. Krista met to Darryl Ship while at job
- 8:58Speaker 2: Corps and it was a very intense romance from the beginning.
- 9:04Speaker 2: I don't want to make the sounds no to Daryl
- 9:06Speaker 2: was studying culinary arts and he was six foot one,
- 9:11Speaker 2: so with Christa, he towered over her and she loved it.
- 9:14Speaker 1: Yeah, she just I mean five to two, six's one.
- 9:17Speaker 1: That's a huge difference. I mean she just.
- 9:22Speaker 2: Tiny compared to him. Yeah, to Darryl, like, Christa had
- 9:25Speaker 2: a temper, and when he was angry, you stayed away
- 9:28Speaker 2: from him.
- 9:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Her friend said that she just uh. Anytime they
- 9:33Speaker 1: saw to Darryl starting to get mad, they just kind
- 9:35Speaker 1: of quickly left and they're like, I don't want anything
- 9:37Speaker 1: to do with that.
- 9:37Speaker 2: I don't want to deal with this shit.
- 9:38Speaker 1: Yeah, accordingly it was so angry.
- 9:42Speaker 2: I don't know. According to the friends, they were inseparable
- 9:45Speaker 2: and to Darryl made Christy Chris Christa squeeze me feel special. However,
- 9:51Speaker 2: Christa's friends were not very happy about her relationship with him,
- 9:55Speaker 2: but they were too afraid to say anything because Chris
- 9:58Speaker 2: Crystal was crazy and Daryl was an ass to Darryl
- 10:02Speaker 2: was into Satanic worship and he was worshiping the Underlord.
- 10:07Speaker 1: Yes, that's what he would say. He worshiped the Underlord.
- 10:10Speaker 2: Now, as Christa continued her relationship with to Darryl, she
- 10:15Speaker 2: also embraced Satanism and the occult.
- 10:18Speaker 1: Yes, just for funzies, Yeah, something to do on a
- 10:20Speaker 1: Saturday night. She's like Julia Roberts in A Runaway.
- 10:26Speaker 2: Bride where, Oh I love that movie.
- 10:29Speaker 1: You're such a liar?
- 10:31Speaker 2: Oh yeah?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Where She At the end, he's like, how do you
- 10:35Speaker 1: even like your eggs? Because basically Julia Robert's her character.
- 10:38Speaker 1: Whoever she's dating at the time, she just morphs into that,
- 10:42Speaker 1: like so like she was dating a coach then all
- 10:45Speaker 1: of a sudden, she's into like football. She was dating
- 10:47Speaker 1: I can't remember the other person, but she couldn't even
- 10:50Speaker 1: decide how she liked her eggs. She would just eat
- 10:53Speaker 1: her eggs. However, the boyfriend had their eggs and he's like,
- 10:56Speaker 1: how do you do you even know how you like
- 10:58Speaker 1: your eggs? Like? Do you just you're just mirroring whoever
- 11:02Speaker 1: you're with. You just lose yourself into this person and
- 11:04Speaker 1: just become take on their personality traits. So anyways, similar
- 11:10Speaker 1: situation with satanism.
- 11:12Speaker 2: I find it hilarious. What ninety eight percent of the
- 11:17Speaker 2: people that listen to this podcast are female and you're
- 11:19Speaker 2: explaining Runaway Bride to a largely female.
- 11:24Speaker 1: Okay, what does that have to do?
- 11:27Speaker 2: I don't know. They don't know what it is.
- 11:28Speaker 1: They don't know. I didn't say they they didn't know
- 11:30Speaker 1: what it was.
- 11:31Speaker 2: You were explaining Runaway.
- 11:32Speaker 1: I'm also old, and there's problem might be young. I
- 11:35Speaker 1: don't know that's true. Runaway Bride's a old movie and
- 11:39Speaker 1: they probably wouldn't have remembered maybe the specific scene I
- 11:41Speaker 1: was talking about where he's like, where Richard Gear's like,
- 11:44Speaker 1: how do you even like your eggs?
- 11:45Speaker 2: Richard Gear. Yeah he was in it with no Gerbils
- 11:48Speaker 2: in it.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Stuart, what's wrong with you? Oh my god? This is
- 11:51Speaker 1: why I can't even talk to you. Okay, shut up, Stu.
- 11:54Speaker 2: You didn't hear about the Gerbils And no, I don't.
- 11:56Speaker 1: Want to talk about it. That's not even true, all right.
- 11:59Speaker 1: To Dare will introduce Christa to Ouiji board seances, you know,
- 12:04Speaker 1: just casual things, and at topping off, he had her
- 12:07Speaker 1: kneel on the altar he had created in his room
- 12:10Speaker 1: to Satan. Keep keep in mind, this is all occurring
- 12:13Speaker 1: in a dormitory. I can just imagine, Like to Darryl
- 12:18Speaker 1: has like this roommate named Steve, and he's over there
- 12:23Speaker 1: in his bed.
- 12:24Speaker 2: Okay, god damn, he's worshiping the Underlord again. He's got
- 12:27Speaker 2: his girl friend.
- 12:28Speaker 1: Over there kneeling at the altar. And Steve's just trying
- 12:30Speaker 1: to study his computer science.
- 12:32Speaker 2: Like what the fuck, I'm just trying to watch a
- 12:34Speaker 2: little porn wa sit there, bedtime stop?
- 12:38Speaker 1: Why do you take it there? Oh my god, you're
- 12:41Speaker 1: so annoying. All right, that's not Why would you say that?
- 12:46Speaker 2: Because I know Steve and that's what he was probably doing.
- 12:49Speaker 1: No, anyways, so yeah, he's doing things are getting deep
- 12:53Speaker 1: over there. Now. They would chant and perform rituals right
- 12:57Speaker 1: in that dorm room, and it was very strange and
- 13:00Speaker 1: unsettling to everyone that knew about it. To Darryl had
- 13:03Speaker 1: a tattoo that said baby Satan, so Christa got one
- 13:07Speaker 1: in turn that said little Devil. So very cute see
- 13:10Speaker 1: together matching tats. Now, while this was strange and unsettling,
- 13:14Speaker 1: her friends thought it was maybe just a phase y'or
- 13:17Speaker 1: just being weird. They're trying things out in college, like
- 13:20Speaker 1: they're probably thinking, this is kind of odd because when
- 13:24Speaker 1: they knew Christa before, they would have never even a
- 13:26Speaker 1: million years, thought she'd be into Satanism. It wasn't on
- 13:30Speaker 1: her horizon. Now, Christa was possessive of to Daryl, and
- 13:35Speaker 1: one day Colleen waved it to Daryl. So Colleen was
- 13:38Speaker 1: one of the friends, so she just casually waves in
- 13:41Speaker 1: the hallway and to Daryl waves back. The other friends
- 13:44Speaker 1: in the group saw this, it was nothing, very just
- 13:47Speaker 1: a casual Well, Christa did not like that. She took
- 13:52Speaker 1: it as a threat and decided Colleen was out to
- 13:56Speaker 1: steal her man to Still, to Darryl, oh Lord. Now,
- 14:01Speaker 1: nothing could be further from the truth. Colleen was just
- 14:04Speaker 1: not really into boys at the time. She wasn't into
- 14:07Speaker 1: girls either, Stewarts where you start. She just was really
- 14:10Speaker 1: focused on school.
- 14:11Speaker 2: She just wanted were experiment I didn't know if Colin
- 14:14Speaker 2: was experiment with something with kim.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Uh No, No, she just was one of those girls
- 14:20Speaker 1: that was just really laser focused on school and just
- 14:24Speaker 1: didn't really wasn't like and things like that. She's just
- 14:28Speaker 1: trying to to make good grades and everything like that. Now,
- 14:31Speaker 1: her mom, they interviewed her mom on the show, and
- 14:34Speaker 1: she called her a geek, like in a fun in
- 14:36Speaker 1: a cute way, saying that she always had her computer
- 14:39Speaker 1: with her and that's all she cared about. Now Christa
- 14:42Speaker 1: confronted Colleen, and Colleen said that she was not into Daryl,
- 14:46Speaker 1: but Christa did not believe her. Now Christa started bullying Colleen,
- 14:50Speaker 1: started spreading rumors about her being a slut, and which
- 14:54Speaker 1: again it was completely not even in the realm of truth.
- 14:57Speaker 1: She'd call her a bitch in the hallway. She'd like
- 14:59Speaker 1: walk by and she'd be like bitch, Like the fuck,
- 15:04Speaker 1: like just terrible, terrible behavior. I mean, I think that's
- 15:08Speaker 1: beyond bullying, that's probably more like harassment. Now, after weeks
- 15:13Speaker 1: of this behavior, Colleen finally works up the strength to
- 15:16Speaker 1: confront Christis. Remember Christa is the force of nature, so
- 15:19Speaker 1: she's having to deal with this and the leader of
- 15:22Speaker 1: this little pack. She and so Colleen tells her that
- 15:27Speaker 1: she's not into to Darryl and that she just doesn't
- 15:29Speaker 1: like guys like that. Well, Christa took it as Colleen
- 15:33Speaker 1: was racist, and that's why she was saying, I'm not
- 15:37Speaker 1: into guys like that. Whenever I heard that, I thought,
- 15:40Speaker 1: I'm not into guys who worship Satan and have.
- 15:42Speaker 2: Alters and get really passed off and everybody has to
- 15:45Speaker 2: clear the room.
- 15:46Speaker 1: Yes, So I thought that's more along lines. And that's
- 15:50Speaker 1: what Kim and Amy, who were also in the group,
- 15:53Speaker 1: they said that they didn't believe they like, Colleen wasn't
- 15:57Speaker 1: a racist or anything. They didn't know what she meant
- 15:59Speaker 1: by that, but that's what I assumed was like, I'm
- 16:01Speaker 1: not into Satan worshippers. But Christa she decided she was
- 16:06Speaker 1: just gonna run with this racist thing. So she goes
- 16:08Speaker 1: to Shidala and starts telling her how much that Colleen
- 16:11Speaker 1: hates black people. And blah blah blah blah and gets
- 16:14Speaker 1: her all going on her and again all the friends
- 16:19Speaker 1: are saying that that no calling say that this isn't
- 16:21Speaker 1: even true. She was friends with to Daryl, she's friends
- 16:23Speaker 1: with with Shidala anyway, So Christa she just wanted to
- 16:28Speaker 1: get as many people as possible to hate Colleen. This
- 16:31Speaker 1: was her new mo is I'm going to get her
- 16:34Speaker 1: where nobody likes her and she has no friends.
- 16:37Speaker 2: Well, christ is a bit of a twat waffle, isn't she?
- 16:39Speaker 1: Stuart?
- 16:41Speaker 2: I got the okay from who Patreon members to say, waffle?
- 16:46Speaker 1: Who said that nobody told you?
- 16:48Speaker 2: I'm telling no, yeah, okay, Shaun's telling me. I could
- 16:53Speaker 2: say that yeah, no yeah, and she did. She actually
- 16:58Speaker 2: puts it in in quotes okay comments, I guess said.
- 17:02Speaker 1: So if she said it's okay, I'll let it slide.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Well, this is the Patreon only episode, right, no what? Well?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Sorry if you're not sorry, Alice, Sorry Alice. One particular evening,
- 17:16Speaker 2: Colleen went into her dorm room and saw that her
- 17:18Speaker 2: room had been trashed and things had been stolen. Krista
- 17:23Speaker 2: denied any involvement, but Colleen was pretty sure that Christa
- 17:27Speaker 2: was the only one that would do this to her.
- 17:30Speaker 1: Colleen didn't have a bunch of enemies around campus, and
- 17:33Speaker 1: she wasn't quite just one bitch, just one crazy bitch.
- 17:37Speaker 2: Colleen contacted the Programmed to Nect directors and let them
- 17:40Speaker 2: know what Christa had done. Krista had been in trouble
- 17:43Speaker 2: several times at the school already, so this was possibly
- 17:47Speaker 2: her last strike before they put her on the curb.
- 17:50Speaker 2: The school conducts an investigation. They decided to let Chris
- 17:53Speaker 2: to have one more chance. I don't know if they
- 17:55Speaker 2: found out that she actually did it or it was circumstantial.
- 17:58Speaker 2: And yeah, she probably did, but we can't really prove it.
- 18:02Speaker 1: But Christa's are right, you don't know because you didn't
- 18:04Speaker 1: watch the show.
- 18:05Speaker 2: I did not.
- 18:05Speaker 1: Okay, So now.
- 18:06Speaker 2: You're speculating, speculating because somebody didn't write it in here.
- 18:10Speaker 1: They didn't say why. They just said that they decided
- 18:13Speaker 1: to give her one more chance.
- 18:14Speaker 2: Okay. So I was correcting my assumptions then.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Because there was some back and forth about whether Christa
- 18:19Speaker 1: actually did it or Krista. I just told somebody else
- 18:22Speaker 1: to do it. I just said, but Krista was definitely
- 18:24Speaker 1: behind it. You did not just say that, no, you didn't.
- 18:27Speaker 2: That couldn't prove Christa was behind it.
- 18:30Speaker 1: They knew Krista was behind it, but they gave it.
- 18:35Speaker 2: Christa was our right that Colleen went to the school
- 18:37Speaker 2: and was afraid she could lose everything, including to Darryl.
- 18:42Speaker 2: But Krista would have bigger issues because in December of
- 18:45Speaker 2: nineteen ninety four, Christa found out that she was prego
- 18:49Speaker 2: with the Devil's baby, not the Spaghetti sauce. She was
- 18:54Speaker 2: acstatic because she dreamed of having a family, but when
- 18:57Speaker 2: she told to Darryl, he was not too happy. He
- 19:01Speaker 2: didn't want to be a bother and he probably had
- 19:04Speaker 2: no intention of staying with Crista long term. Probably after
- 19:07Speaker 2: they graduated. He was like, gonna be done with her.
- 19:10Speaker 1: Go find his fellow Satan lover and.
- 19:13Speaker 2: At his culinary restaurant and do the staff there.
- 19:17Speaker 1: Yeah he had Yeah, he had goals. Christa was definitely
- 19:21Speaker 1: more into to Darryl than to Daryl was into her,
- 19:24Speaker 1: and everybody kind of knew that. But yeah, he had
- 19:29Speaker 1: no intention of like marrying Krista having a family.
- 19:33Speaker 2: No. Christa would go on to have a miscarriage and
- 19:37Speaker 2: after that she became depressed, and her relationship with Daryl
- 19:41Speaker 2: did change. They became a very volatile couple, with rumors
- 19:45Speaker 2: of domestic violence going both ways. They were basically beaten
- 19:49Speaker 2: on each other at certain times.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Yeah, on January of nineteen ninety five, after the holiday break,
- 19:56Speaker 1: so she's you know, found out she's pregnant, she's had
- 19:59Speaker 1: the miscarriage. She's cut these blopes with to Darryl. They
- 20:03Speaker 1: you know, the schools when they the universities, when they
- 20:05Speaker 1: break for Christmas and stuff. I mean, it pretty much
- 20:08Speaker 1: empties out without new classes. So I'm guessing she went home,
- 20:11Speaker 1: she got a little bit of time away. Well, she
- 20:14Speaker 1: comes back and she's got a little bit of a
- 20:16Speaker 1: different personality. She's happier, She just seems lighter, and she
- 20:21Speaker 1: actually began being nice to Colleen. So it seems like
- 20:23Speaker 1: she might be having a change of heart because she
- 20:25Speaker 1: used to be friends with Colleen before this whole debacle.
- 20:29Speaker 1: So Colleen was accepting of the relationship and she just
- 20:32Speaker 1: hoped things would calm down with Christa. She didn't think
- 20:34Speaker 1: they'd be best friends again or anything like that, but
- 20:36Speaker 1: she's just hoping that she'll stop calling her a bitch
- 20:38Speaker 1: in the hallway and trash in her room.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Yeah, and just want to get to graduation and be down.
- 20:42Speaker 1: With this now. On the evening of January twelfth, nineteen
- 20:45Speaker 1: ninety five, Christa caught up with Colleen and asked if
- 20:48Speaker 1: asked her if she would come with her to help
- 20:51Speaker 1: pick out the movie for the evenings too, which this
- 20:53Speaker 1: is a big deal back in nineteen ninety five, calling.
- 20:55Speaker 2: A blogbuster getting invited to go.
- 20:57Speaker 1: I know you kids don't understand this, but you would
- 21:00Speaker 1: go on Friday nights. You go pick out.
- 21:02Speaker 2: The place where you would go that had all these
- 21:04Speaker 2: VHS tapes.
- 21:07Speaker 1: Which are you need to describe what a VHS t is? Well,
- 21:11Speaker 1: you know, when I was around, they had moved on
- 21:13Speaker 1: to then you could get DVDs and then Blu rays.
- 21:17Speaker 1: But yeah, actually, when I was a kid, I'm not
- 21:20Speaker 1: as old as you used to. When I was a kid,
- 21:23Speaker 1: it was DVDs. So you go rent the DVDs and
- 21:25Speaker 1: then hope they weren't scratched. That's the problem with no.
- 21:28Speaker 1: I mean there was a portion of VHS tapes were
- 21:34Speaker 1: phasing out and DVDs were coming in and then Blu ray.
- 21:38Speaker 1: But VHS tapes, remember, you had to please don't be
- 21:42Speaker 1: kind please rewind because you get charged a dollar whatever
- 21:46Speaker 1: if they had to rewind the tape for you.
- 21:49Speaker 2: And then there was those movies that had the special
- 21:52Speaker 2: scene in them that everybody rented just to see that scene.
- 21:55Speaker 2: What And then you would get there and then people
- 21:58Speaker 2: would pause at it. I would stretch out the tape
- 22:01Speaker 2: because everybody paused at that part.
- 22:02Speaker 1: I didn't know Stu that Yeah, what is you were
- 22:05Speaker 1: so sick?
- 22:07Speaker 2: I'm telling you the truth. Like there was a certain
- 22:09Speaker 2: scene in a movie with Sharon Stone where she crossed
- 22:12Speaker 2: and uncrossed her legs.
- 22:14Speaker 1: Oh, fatal attraction.
- 22:15Speaker 2: Yeah, there was fast time.
- 22:17Speaker 1: Was it fatal attraction? No, that was Glenn close with
- 22:22Speaker 1: the bunny.
- 22:22Speaker 2: That was a bunny boiler.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Now I can't remember that all right, So this is
- 22:26Speaker 1: a big, big thing.
- 22:27Speaker 2: I was telling about tapes being stretched. But continue, Okay.
- 22:32Speaker 1: This is a big thing. So Colleen is thinking that
- 22:34Speaker 1: christ is just being nice and she agrees to go
- 22:37Speaker 1: with her. I personally would not have, but you know,
- 22:39Speaker 1: she's even starting to get excited about maybe move moving
- 22:42Speaker 1: forward with their friendship. And it's really she's really feeling like, Okay,
- 22:46Speaker 1: we can put this behind us. Now. I'm in the clear,
- 22:49Speaker 1: I'm not on get a movie together. Yeah, I'm not
- 22:51Speaker 1: on the ship list anymore. I could not have all
- 22:53Speaker 1: this stress at school anymore. Now. As they left Shidola
- 22:58Speaker 1: and to Darryl asked to come along and they all
- 23:01Speaker 1: sign out of the campus, which is required so every
- 23:04Speaker 1: time they leave they have to show their ID and
- 23:06Speaker 1: sign out with the security guard.
- 23:09Speaker 2: On the morning of January thirteenth, the couple was walking
- 23:12Speaker 2: in at park and they came upon a dark spot
- 23:14Speaker 2: on the ground. At first, they thought it was transmission fluid,
- 23:18Speaker 2: but the more they looked, they thought it was blood.
- 23:22Speaker 2: They walked down the path and thought they saw a
- 23:25Speaker 2: dead dog, but to their horror, they realized it's a
- 23:29Speaker 2: person and they contact police. The police arrive, they're horrified
- 23:34Speaker 2: because they find that a person has been completely brutalized.
- 23:38Speaker 2: The crime scene took up an area of about two
- 23:40Speaker 2: hundred and fifty feet. They found handprints in the dirt
- 23:44Speaker 2: and a bloody piece on the pavement near the body.
- 23:47Speaker 1: Now a bloody piece of pavements do a bloody piece
- 23:52Speaker 1: of pavement like a chunk of pavement was well?
- 23:55Speaker 2: I was trying to figure out what payment was, so
- 23:57Speaker 2: I messed up there because you put payment, and I
- 24:00Speaker 2: was like, that's pavement.
- 24:01Speaker 1: And then I I do realize. I type very quickly,
- 24:04Speaker 1: so I don't always go back and spell check, so
- 24:07Speaker 1: it said payment instead of pavement. Yes, anyways, but this
- 24:11Speaker 1: is not the time to be funny, STU. We're gonna
- 24:13Speaker 1: upset Alice, so be serious.
- 24:16Speaker 2: The body was a.
- 24:17Speaker 1: Preferably serious black anyways. It's a Harry Potter joke. If
- 24:21Speaker 1: anybody was wondering, Okay, I'm done now sorry, are you done? Sorry?
- 24:26Speaker 2: The body was a female lying nude from the waist
- 24:30Speaker 2: up with her shirt and bra hanging in the tree,
- 24:32Speaker 2: covered in blood. It did not appear to be sexually motivated,
- 24:36Speaker 2: as her bottoms were still on.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Yeah, they figured they The police when they were there
- 24:40Speaker 1: said it just did you know normally they're not putting
- 24:43Speaker 1: clothes back on the body and stuff, and if it's
- 24:47Speaker 1: sexually motivated, so they were kind of thinking it was
- 24:49Speaker 1: going a different direction.
- 24:52Speaker 2: She had cuts all over her body and all over
- 24:55Speaker 2: her head, and she had multiple slits across her neck,
- 24:58Speaker 2: but the cause of death was blunt force trauma to
- 25:01Speaker 2: the head with the piece of pavement that they had
- 25:04Speaker 2: found nearby. She had a piece of skull missing from
- 25:07Speaker 2: her head, and it looked like multiple people were involved
- 25:10Speaker 2: and that it was a personal attack. They believed that
- 25:13Speaker 2: somebody really didn't like this person and to do that
- 25:17Speaker 2: amount of damage they did.
- 25:18Speaker 1: Because it was almost like with the cuts and everything,
- 25:21Speaker 1: it was almost like mutilation, you know, it wasn't it
- 25:24Speaker 1: wasn't a quick stabbing or anything like that, or slitting
- 25:28Speaker 1: at the throat. It was it was definitely torture involved.
- 25:31Speaker 2: Well. Police also discovered that she had a pentagram cut
- 25:36Speaker 2: into her chest.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Yeah, so once they got her into the autopsy room
- 25:41Speaker 1: and everything that kind of you know, we're looking washing
- 25:44Speaker 1: away some of the blood and everything they find this
- 25:46Speaker 1: carved into her, then they need to find out who
- 25:51Speaker 1: this victim is. And with thousands of students in the area,
- 25:54Speaker 1: this could take a while because it's a young female. Now,
- 25:58Speaker 1: when news started getting around about the possible satanic ties,
- 26:01Speaker 1: because you know, it's it's Knoxville, but it's small town.
- 26:05Speaker 1: It's with all these students they're talking to each other,
- 26:08Speaker 1: a woman called into the police station and told them
- 26:11Speaker 1: that her daughter went to the Job Corps school and
- 26:14Speaker 1: had mentioned some satanic worship activity. And the lady said
- 26:18Speaker 1: that her daughter was safe at the school, and she
- 26:20Speaker 1: knew that, but she wanted to call and just let
- 26:22Speaker 1: them know that there was some weird things going on
- 26:25Speaker 1: at the old job Corps. Now, the police go to
- 26:28Speaker 1: the school and they're asking around how they manage the students,
- 26:32Speaker 1: how they keep track, and they were like, oh, well,
- 26:33Speaker 1: every student has to sign out and then sign back
- 26:36Speaker 1: in when they come back on campus. Well, they go
- 26:39Speaker 1: through in that night that this occurred. They find that
- 26:43Speaker 1: four people signed out, but only three people signed back in,
- 26:48Speaker 1: and that one missing person was Colleen Slipper. Now the
- 26:54Speaker 1: other three were Shidallah to Darryl, and Christa had signed
- 26:58Speaker 1: back in. Now, Colleen's family was notified on January fourteenth.
- 27:02Speaker 1: Police bring Christa in and they just found her to
- 27:06Speaker 1: be her behavior to be so odd. She was happy.
- 27:11Speaker 1: She was almost giddy about talking about the murders, like
- 27:15Speaker 1: she's excited to tell them. So the police officers at
- 27:18Speaker 1: this point are just like, okay, talk then if you're
- 27:21Speaker 1: willing to do, we don't even have to ask you
- 27:22Speaker 1: about this. Because she's like, oh, you mean the murder
- 27:25Speaker 1: of Colleen. They're like, let me tell you all about that.
- 27:28Speaker 1: So she just begins telling them that she didn't have
- 27:32Speaker 1: intentions to kill Colleen that night, but that whenever she
- 27:36Speaker 1: went out there and they confronted her, she got so mad,
- 27:40Speaker 1: she blacked out and she just had to kill her.
- 27:43Speaker 1: She said that Shidaalah and to Darryl helped hold Colleen
- 27:47Speaker 1: down and also were part of the ones that were
- 27:50Speaker 1: cutting her. Now, Krista told the police that she was
- 27:52Speaker 1: the one who actually cut her throat, and in the end,
- 27:55Speaker 1: she's the one that smashed her head in with that
- 27:57Speaker 1: piece of pavement. She then took a a box cut
- 28:01Speaker 1: her out. She cut that piece of skull that was missing,
- 28:04Speaker 1: and she took it with her and she said she
- 28:06Speaker 1: did it because Colleen was trying to take her boyfriend,
- 28:09Speaker 1: which again was not even remotely true. So this bitch
- 28:13Speaker 1: is like full on psychopaths.
- 28:15Speaker 2: I told you Christa was a twiwaw one Stewart.
- 28:18Speaker 1: Anyway, She's absolutely like to do this level to someone
- 28:22Speaker 1: is absolutely in sane and then just talk about it
- 28:24Speaker 1: in a kind of casual Yeah, like.
- 28:27Speaker 2: It was a great night. Yet, let me tell you
- 28:28Speaker 2: what I did Saturday night. Yeah, it was so much fun. Yeah,
- 28:31Speaker 2: this bitch is crazy. Police bring to Darylynn. He starts
- 28:36Speaker 2: talking about the Satanism aspect, and he says that he
- 28:39Speaker 2: had been involved with it since he was eleven years old.
- 28:42Speaker 2: He admitted to carving the pentagram in Colleen's chest. He
- 28:47Speaker 2: was not telling the story with the same enthusiasm as Christa, however.
- 28:51Speaker 2: He told police that he thought the girls were just
- 28:54Speaker 2: going to beat up Colleen. Then it turned into something more.
- 28:57Speaker 1: He's just going out there with them, thinking Shidala and
- 29:00Speaker 1: Christa are going to confront her, beat her up, and
- 29:03Speaker 1: then move on. But obviously he got involved with it though,
- 29:07Speaker 1: I mean, like, let's not act like he's just some
- 29:09Speaker 1: innocent bystander.
- 29:11Speaker 2: Shadallah, one question, continued to say that she had nothing
- 29:15Speaker 2: to do with it. She just watched it happen. When
- 29:18Speaker 2: speaking to Christa's friends, they find that after the murder,
- 29:21Speaker 2: she came back giddy and happy. Christa explained that Colleen
- 29:26Speaker 2: begged her not to kill her, and they just kept
- 29:29Speaker 2: beating her. Christa excitedly pulls out a piece of skull
- 29:33Speaker 2: and shows her friend she told her that if she
- 29:36Speaker 2: told anyone that she would also kill her, and then
- 29:41Speaker 2: just skips away.
- 29:44Speaker 1: Everything's great. Yeah, the friend said, of course, you're talking
- 29:47Speaker 1: about when they're interviewing the friend. Now I believe it
- 29:50Speaker 1: was Kim. They you know, now, as an adult, she's
- 29:54Speaker 1: just she would have a completely different what, you know,
- 30:00Speaker 1: what she would do. But at the time, she was
- 30:02Speaker 1: very terrified of Christa. You know, she's an eighteen year
- 30:05Speaker 1: old girl that's got this crazy bitch that just killed
- 30:08Speaker 1: somebody and is waving around a piece of her skull.
- 30:10Speaker 1: I mean, I don't know what I would do either.
- 30:11Speaker 1: I'd be terrified, you know, that she was gonna I'd
- 30:14Speaker 1: be terrified just talking to her right there, that she
- 30:16Speaker 1: was gonna snap and like stab me or something.
- 30:19Speaker 2: Skull.
- 30:20Speaker 1: Yeah, But they did eventually talk to police, but obviously
- 30:23Speaker 1: it didn't take that long to bring in Christa and
- 30:26Speaker 1: find out she's the one that did this.
- 30:27Speaker 2: And bitch'd be crazy.
- 30:29Speaker 1: Yeah. Now, all three were charged with murder, and in
- 30:32Speaker 1: March of nineteen ninety six, Christa went on trial. She
- 30:35Speaker 1: was found guilty and was sentenced to death by electrocution.
- 30:39Speaker 1: Now to Darryl's ship, he was also found guilty and
- 30:43Speaker 1: before the sentencing, apparently his mom came and asked Colleen's
- 30:48Speaker 1: mom to ask the judge not to go, not to
- 30:52Speaker 1: take the death penalty off the table, and Colleen's mom
- 30:55Speaker 1: was like, fuck, no, Well she didn't say that, but
- 30:58Speaker 1: she's like, no, I want, actually won all of you
- 31:00Speaker 1: to die the same way my daughter died, exactly the
- 31:03Speaker 1: same way. She she ain't she's an eye for an eye.
- 31:05Speaker 1: She ain't gonna be doing the the Oh, let's forgive
- 31:09Speaker 1: and forget.
- 31:10Speaker 2: She's like this old Testament, that new Testament.
- 31:12Speaker 1: She's like, no, it's on the table. But he didn't
- 31:15Speaker 1: end up getting the death penalty because technically he didn't
- 31:20Speaker 1: kill her. He was just a participant in this. But
- 31:23Speaker 1: he but Christa was the one that orchestrated and actually
- 31:26Speaker 1: committed the murder. But he was sentenced to life with
- 31:29Speaker 1: the possibility pearl. But he had to serve twenty five years.
- 31:32Speaker 2: So he's out.
- 31:35Speaker 1: Maybe I don't I didn't look that up. I forgot
- 31:37Speaker 1: to look up. I didn't realize he could be out
- 31:39Speaker 1: right now, Oh, Jesus or not Jesus, we don't want
- 31:42Speaker 1: to talk about it. I don't know if he's still
- 31:43Speaker 1: in the Satan. We're just gonna we're not gonna talk
- 31:48Speaker 1: about him. Hopefully he's still in prison now, Shidola. Now
- 31:52Speaker 1: she made a deal to testify against to Darryl and Christa,
- 31:55Speaker 1: and she never served any jail time at all. She's like,
- 31:58Speaker 1: I'll just turn on these other and be done now.
- 32:01Speaker 1: Christa is still on death row, and she's the only
- 32:05Speaker 1: woman on death row in the state of Tennessee. So
- 32:07Speaker 1: she's and she spent most of her time in solitary confinement,
- 32:11Speaker 1: so pretty shitty.
- 32:13Speaker 2: Twenty three hours a day in the old yeah cell
- 32:16Speaker 2: an hour of a yard time.
- 32:17Speaker 1: I guess she ain't running no prison prison gangs. It
- 32:21Speaker 1: oranges the new black. In her condition, she's by.
- 32:23Speaker 2: Herself, beating up checks and taking the cameras.
- 32:26Speaker 1: That's like, that's almost worse than death.
- 32:28Speaker 2: I feel like, what's that?
- 32:30Speaker 1: Just sitting in a cell for twenty three hours a day.
- 32:32Speaker 2: By yourself sounds like a vacation.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Huh yeah for a day, and then you're gonna want
- 32:36Speaker 1: to be getting out Stuart anyways, So yeah, so yeah.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Colleen's mom was not not in the She at the
- 32:47Speaker 1: end she said, I just want them to giving time. Yeah,
- 32:51Speaker 1: She's like, I want them to put her to death.
- 32:52Speaker 1: I don't understand what's taken so long, Like, why is
- 32:55Speaker 1: this being dragged out? Like you? Every time I have
- 32:58Speaker 1: to to hear at Krista Pike still being alive in prison.
- 33:02Speaker 1: It just brings it all back up. So she wants
- 33:04Speaker 1: her and.
- 33:06Speaker 2: I don't blame her. I'd want to pull the switch
- 33:08Speaker 2: myself if it wasn't if that was my child. Yep.
- 33:12Speaker 1: So anyways, that is the story of Christa Pike. If
- 33:16Speaker 1: you guys were not I'd heard her name, but I
- 33:19Speaker 1: was not familiar with what she did. I knew she
- 33:20Speaker 1: was just like this crazy, evil bitch. But yeah, she
- 33:25Speaker 1: definitely definitely does not need to be out. I hope
- 33:29Speaker 1: to Daryl's still in prison. I hope he don't get out.
- 33:32Speaker 1: He's fucked up.
- 33:33Speaker 2: Too, specially if he's listening to this podcast.
- 33:35Speaker 1: I know, please don't get out here find us all right, Stude,
- 33:39Speaker 1: do you have a y'all need Jesus?
- 33:41Speaker 2: Of course I do.
- 33:43Speaker 1: Okay, are you ready now?
- 33:44Speaker 2: I have to pull it out?
- 33:45Speaker 1: Okay, So this is our time where I say random things.
- 33:49Speaker 2: Wait a minute, what do you mean? Wait a minute,
- 33:54Speaker 2: what are you going to talk about?
- 33:55Speaker 1: Oh? Okay, So I watched the titan documentary Netflix. This
- 34:00Speaker 1: is about the submersible that imploded that was going down
- 34:05Speaker 1: to see the Titanic. I remember this happening and stuff,
- 34:11Speaker 1: and everybody was making like was not that sympathetic to
- 34:13Speaker 1: the fact that all these billionaires were down there, and
- 34:16Speaker 1: then they you know this happened to him is because
- 34:20Speaker 1: we just can't leave well enough alone. You know, you
- 34:22Speaker 1: just because you have the money to do it doesn't
- 34:24Speaker 1: mean you should. You know, it really should anyways. But
- 34:27Speaker 1: this this guy that owned it, the Stockton Rush guy,
- 34:34Speaker 1: he was he really I didn't realize how many safety
- 34:40Speaker 1: corners he cut. He did not care that the submersible
- 34:46Speaker 1: was because it was made out of carbon fiber. And
- 34:51Speaker 1: so carbon fiber is these is like basically strings like
- 34:57Speaker 1: coated in a resin and then so to hold them
- 34:59Speaker 1: to get so as it's going down, they had this
- 35:03Speaker 1: like acoustic monitor and they had it where they would
- 35:07Speaker 1: monitor at different areas so that it would pick up
- 35:09Speaker 1: as the strings were actually like snapping and the carbon
- 35:14Speaker 1: fibers were actually snapping. And they knew if they got
- 35:17Speaker 1: into a certain point that means that the they needed
- 35:20Speaker 1: to come back up, because we were getting to a
- 35:22Speaker 1: point where there was going to be too many that
- 35:24Speaker 1: snapped and we were going to have problems. Yes, And
- 35:27Speaker 1: so they showed the different dives and how the the
- 35:32Speaker 1: acoustics were picking us up and he just basically just
- 35:35Speaker 1: continued on with this and so that's basically how that occurred. Anyways,
- 35:40Speaker 1: it's on Netflix. I also watched the Astro World disaster
- 35:48Speaker 1: train wreck Astro World, you know, the thing with with
- 35:51Speaker 1: Travis Scott, the rapper not familiar with this music. The
- 35:54Speaker 1: whole thing looked like a nightmare to me because all
- 35:56Speaker 1: these people just like near each other at a music
- 35:59Speaker 1: festival is like.
- 36:01Speaker 2: I don't even know see what's happening.
- 36:03Speaker 1: No, you're all on the ground. I mean, but he
- 36:06Speaker 1: like anyways, my favorite part was the what was he
- 36:09Speaker 1: the crowd safety expert?
- 36:11Speaker 2: We need the crowd safety experts that.
- 36:15Speaker 1: I don't know how many crowd safety experts are in
- 36:17Speaker 1: the world, but they found like the two I guess.
- 36:19Speaker 1: So the one that got on there, he was like
- 36:21Speaker 1: a little ginger and he was just this was his moment.
- 36:23Speaker 1: You could tell He's like, this is what happened. I've
- 36:26Speaker 1: studied this, I've read the text, I saw the video,
- 36:29Speaker 1: I've done this. I was handed over from Live Nation
- 36:32Speaker 1: all of this information and this is exactly how this happened.
- 36:36Speaker 1: And he walks you through and everything like that. But
- 36:38Speaker 1: you can tell this was just like his big moment.
- 36:42Speaker 1: It's like nerdy, his nerdy college, his nerdy assessments of
- 36:49Speaker 1: concerts and events have finally come to fruition, and he
- 36:55Speaker 1: is he is a main character.
- 37:00Speaker 2: Two thousand dollars get in the air.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Finally paid off.
- 37:03Speaker 2: Yes, what's funny is they.
- 37:06Speaker 1: Had him on there and then at the end they
- 37:07Speaker 1: said that they showed everything to another crowd safety experts
- 37:12Speaker 1: and they also agreed with the Coons the first crowd
- 37:16Speaker 1: the first first one, because my theory is there's only
- 37:19Speaker 1: two crowd safety experts in the whole country, and so they.
- 37:22Speaker 2: Had to like attack each other of them.
- 37:24Speaker 1: They had went to go interview both of them, and
- 37:26Speaker 1: then they got the one that was a little more
- 37:28Speaker 1: like he was the TV. Well, no, I think he
- 37:32Speaker 1: was just funny because he was just so into it.
- 37:35Speaker 1: You know, you didn't watch it.
- 37:38Speaker 2: I would not waste my time watching that anyways.
- 37:40Speaker 1: That just sounded terrible in that hour and a half
- 37:44Speaker 1: of that.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Why that just sounds like a boring ass documentary.
- 37:48Speaker 1: No, it's like those I can't believe it was like
- 37:51Speaker 1: just getting crushed like that. That's like insane anyways, I
- 37:54Speaker 1: think it ended up with ten people died and the
- 37:56Speaker 1: youngest was nine, like one. Why was I'm gonna say,
- 37:59Speaker 1: I'm going to be judgy. Why was the nine year
- 38:01Speaker 1: old at the concert? He like cusses and says all
- 38:05Speaker 1: sorts of terrible things. And there's people like drinking and
- 38:10Speaker 1: everything like that doing drugs. Anyways, do you have it?
- 38:14Speaker 2: I don't know what I'm going to say about that
- 38:15Speaker 2: since I went to the Hank I went to the
- 38:19Speaker 2: Hank Williams Junior concert when I was about ten or
- 38:21Speaker 2: eleven with my stepdad.
- 38:23Speaker 1: So what's Hank will I mean? But that's not like
- 38:28Speaker 1: a rapper cussing, is it?
- 38:30Speaker 2: No? But he was drinking, he was cussing. There was
- 38:32Speaker 2: people in the crowd smoking weed.
- 38:35Speaker 1: Well, you're questionable parenting for you as well? What anyways
- 38:40Speaker 1: are you? Do you have it yet?
- 38:41Speaker 2: Yes? I have it?
- 38:42Speaker 1: Okay?
- 38:42Speaker 2: Quick doing that to your head?
- 38:45Speaker 1: Shut up?
- 38:46Speaker 2: Stup man tries to pay for sex at strip club.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Stuart, I told you.
- 38:52Speaker 2: Not to go to the club. Yes, calls nine to
- 38:55Speaker 2: one one to.
- 38:56Speaker 1: Pay for sex, okay.
- 38:57Speaker 2: To complain about not receiving services.
- 39:02Speaker 1: He called nine one one, Yes, Florida not Florida, Florida.
- 39:09Speaker 2: Fox thirteen Tampa Bay by Ryan.
- 39:12Speaker 1: Burkett, Got Florida written all over It.
- 39:15Speaker 2: Published June tenth, twenty twenty five. Clearwater, Florida man faces
- 39:19Speaker 2: charges after Panella's County deputies say he called nine one
- 39:23Speaker 2: one claiming security at a club took three hundred dollars
- 39:28Speaker 2: from him. This is money that he used in an
- 39:32Speaker 2: attempt to pay an employee for sex. According to an
- 39:37Speaker 2: arrest Affid David, filed by Penellas County, Sultan and no Faye,
- 39:43Speaker 2: aged twenty one, called nine one one from the Oz
- 39:46Speaker 2: Gentlemen's Club near Clearwater shortly after midnight on Sunday, June eighth.
- 39:52Speaker 2: Deputies say that he told dispatchers to come take him
- 39:55Speaker 2: to jail, then explain that he had paid a worker
- 39:58Speaker 2: at the club for sex but did not receive said services.
- 40:03Speaker 1: Maybe he really thought he's twenty one. I don't know
- 40:05Speaker 1: what generation that is. Maybe he really thought, like, this
- 40:09Speaker 1: is cool, we pay for this, we get it. Oh,
- 40:11Speaker 1: I didn't get my services. I need to call somebody.
- 40:14Speaker 2: There's no sex in the champagne room. Don't touch the strippers.
- 40:17Speaker 1: But he's twenty one. He may not nobody may have
- 40:19Speaker 1: explained it to him STU, he didn't have a cool uncle.
- 40:23Speaker 2: To be like, yo, bro, he ain't gonna have sex
- 40:28Speaker 2: with the stripper. Staff at the club told deputies that
- 40:32Speaker 2: Anne o Fay had asked for a private room along
- 40:35Speaker 2: with sex from a staff member and called nine one
- 40:38Speaker 2: one when his request was denied. Investigators also noted that
- 40:42Speaker 2: he appeared intoxicated and smelled up alcohol as they arrested
- 40:46Speaker 2: him on a charge of misuse of wireless nine to
- 40:49Speaker 2: one one system. I mean imagine that this guy was
- 40:52Speaker 2: drunk at a strip club, paying three hundred dollars for sex.
- 40:58Speaker 2: Banela's County records show that the man has bonded out.
- 41:02Speaker 2: Rest report shows he is a Saudi Arabian citizen living
- 41:06Speaker 2: in Mirra Mar, which is in Broward County, so he's
- 41:10Speaker 2: not from the country. He might not know that.
- 41:13Speaker 1: This is just a this is understandable then, you know,
- 41:18Speaker 1: just he thought he's supposed to call nine one one.
- 41:21Speaker 1: That was probably how you called. He thought you called
- 41:22Speaker 1: the cops. He thought this is typical America. I'm supposed
- 41:26Speaker 1: to be paying.
- 41:26Speaker 2: For there's three dollars. I didn't get my services. I've
- 41:31Speaker 2: been robbed.
- 41:32Speaker 1: Yeah, so it's a little more understandable then.
- 41:36Speaker 2: Just miscommunication in the culture.
- 41:38Speaker 1: Communication and that is.
- 41:41Speaker 2: Our y'all need Jesus. All right, get off your phone
- 41:48Speaker 2: and what are you doing.
- 41:49Speaker 1: I'm trying to log into Facebook for what. I don't
- 41:53Speaker 1: know why it locked me out.
- 41:54Speaker 2: I don't know why you're trying to because I was
- 41:56Speaker 2: trying to.
- 41:56Speaker 1: Read the comment from the the the Facebook page for
- 42:00Speaker 1: the group for the podcast. Well, podcast this one.
- 42:04Speaker 2: We have a Facebook page.
- 42:06Speaker 1: Yes, all right, Well, we thank you all for listening. Oh.
- 42:11Speaker 1: I was going to do an update because, you know,
- 42:13Speaker 1: like a couple episodes we talked about the swim lessons
- 42:17Speaker 1: and the drowning and the puddle jumpers. So I found
- 42:21Speaker 1: a great alternative alternative on they are going to swim
- 42:25Speaker 1: lessons and everything, but to try to get them out
- 42:28Speaker 1: of the puddle jumpers where they're more in the practicing
- 42:30Speaker 1: swimming position. I found these swim vest on Amazon, and
- 42:37Speaker 1: they are way better. They actually put them down in
- 42:40Speaker 1: the water and they're actually having to It helps keep
- 42:43Speaker 1: their chest up a little bit, but they're actually having
- 42:45Speaker 1: to swim, tread water, things like that, so it's actually
- 42:49Speaker 1: helping them practice swimming before they take swim lessons. So
- 42:52Speaker 1: I know it's not perfect, but it's better than the
- 42:55Speaker 1: puddle jumpers, the terrible puddle jumpers that are the worst
- 43:00Speaker 1: thing ever.
- 43:01Speaker 2: I guess all.
- 43:02Speaker 1: Right, Patreon buy us a coffee? Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
- 43:08Speaker 2: Does anybody buy you a coffee?
- 43:09Speaker 1: No, we were, people were doing it at the beginning,
- 43:14Speaker 1: but no, it was a real it was a real
- 43:19Speaker 1: hit at there at the beginning. But coffee.
- 43:23Speaker 2: Yeah, what's the other one?
- 43:27Speaker 1: I don't remember.
- 43:28Speaker 2: Uh.
- 43:30Speaker 1: Anyways, this baby is awakesome for some reason.
- 43:33Speaker 2: I don't know.
- 43:34Speaker 1: You're in here, yeah, probably we're right on the other
- 43:35Speaker 1: side of the wall. But we're back in the closet
- 43:37Speaker 1: because Stu's dad is still here. He leaves tomorrow, but
- 43:41Speaker 1: we're still in the closet. But I think we're gonna
- 43:43Speaker 1: stay in the closet because it's actually I think it
- 43:45Speaker 1: sounds better. And when the baby's asleep, there's no cars outside,
- 43:51Speaker 1: there's less noise, there's no cats coming.
- 43:53Speaker 2: In me ow.
- 43:53Speaker 1: We're just in the closet, So we might stay in
- 43:57Speaker 1: the closet. Store Happy Prialyn, all right, I think that's it.
- 44:04Speaker 2: We'd have to come out of the closet for happy pride.
- 44:06Speaker 1: We're about to come out of the closet, so happy bride.
- 44:09Speaker 1: All right, I think that is it, so I guess
- 44:12Speaker 1: we will see you next time. Bye, everyone, say bye
- 44:15Speaker 1: do Don't you know.
- 44:18Speaker 2: It's bad to be superstious, but nothing else is working
- 44:27Speaker 2: and it's really learning and sick. This worthy
- 44:36Speaker 1: Can
