- 0:01Hello, good evening, welcome. Actually, good morning and welcome. I am Samuel Trapp.
- 0:08This is International Flavor. You are listening to DAMN Radio and I'm damn
- 0:15glad to have you. A lot went on over the weekend. I don't know if you were paying
- 0:19attention or not, but there was plenty going on. So all the talk over this
- 0:25weekend was over Trump's new policy plan, foreign policy. There was an
- 0:31international meeting in Doha. Lots of people, Doha, Qatar, beautiful city. Love it
- 0:39there. And lived there for a little while. It's a great place to be. If you
- 0:44haven't visited, you can visit. Did you know that you can fly from, you can get
- 0:50on American Airlines, fly from Columbia to Dallas, and from Dallas to Doha. One
- 0:58trip on Qatar Airways. And Qatar is connected with, or Qatar Airways anyway,
- 1:03is connected with American. And it's a great flight. And Qatar is probably the
- 1:08number one or number two airline on the planet. They switch
- 1:15between Emirates Air and Qatar Airways. All their planes are brand new. Their
- 1:20food is fantastic. The flight attendants are extremely nice. It's not like
- 1:27getting on American Airlines. Most of the places and getting treated like a piece
- 1:32of dog meat. You know, they don't, they just don't treat you well here in America.
- 1:38They do not. But if you take an international airline like Qatar Airways,
- 1:43Arab Emirates, or Turkish Airlines is always really good. In fact,
- 1:51Aeroflot is very nice. You know, taking Aeroflot is a good way to go. And that's,
- 1:59they treat you well. They just treat you well here. It's like you're a
- 2:03burden to them. You know what I mean? And at any rate, I wanted to talk some about
- 2:08that international forum, about the Trump plan, because the world
- 2:17shifted dramatically in Doha, I believe. Anyone paying attention felt the ground
- 2:24move. You don't need a political science degree. You don't need a Pentagon
- 2:28clearance to understand what is happening. All you had to do was watch
- 2:33the way the room reacted to the people that spoke. You had Donald Trump's foreign
- 2:38policy vision laid out with clarity that nobody expected from Washington. You
- 2:43had his son explaining the world America is actually living in, instead of the
- 2:48fantasy land the State Department prefers. You had Tucker Carlson doing what
- 2:53American journalists gave up doing 20 years ago. You had Hillary Clinton
- 2:58delivering a sermon that no one believes. And you had
- 3:05Gulf nations, Russia, India, China, and a lot of Africa, quietly demonstrating that
- 3:11they no longer take moral direction from the West. Then, just as the dust was
- 3:18settling, Vladimir Putin delivered one of the most strategically honest
- 3:23interviews of his career. He sat with India's press, tore down the myths the
- 3:29West built around him, brick by brick. For anybody that was listening, the message,
- 3:34the unified message, was simple. The unipolar world of globalists is dead, and
- 3:44the people who killed it are pretending they don't see it.
- 3:48Trump's foreign policy document wasn't the ramblings of a man trying to sound
- 3:52tough. It was a blueprint, a new doctrine, a flat statement that the United States
- 3:59cannot afford to continue playing world schoolteacher, while its own
- 4:04foundation rots. It wasn't written in a diplomatic fog or a bureaucratic gibberish.
- 4:10It was written in plain English. Intentionally so, because I believe
- 4:15Trump is not speaking to the State Department. He is speaking to the
- 4:19American people. If you haven't read this, you probably should. It's out there on
- 4:23the Internet. And to the governments around the world, who are
- 4:28tired of America using democracy as a pretext for bombing people. He laid out
- 4:36the real threat. Losing energy advantage. Losing industrial base. Losing
- 4:41intelligence edge. Losing the borders that define the country of America in
- 4:46the first place. There's nothing radical in that. It's what every nation on earth
- 4:52already believes about itself. The only radical thing was that an American
- 4:58president finally said it. And when Trump Jr. stood up in Doha, well actually he
- 5:04was sitting I think, and talked about a three-year window to reset global
- 5:08discourse, he wasn't joking. He wasn't performing. He was acknowledging reality.
- 5:14America is not atop the mountain giving orders anymore. It's at a table with
- 5:19competitors who have out-strategized America, out-produced it, out-negotiated
- 5:25and most importantly outlasted their own patience for America's endless wars.
- 5:32Trump Jr. looked at a room of Gulf officials, CEOs, diplomats, media figures
- 5:38and said what half of Washington knows, I say all of Washington knows really, but
- 5:44they refused to say it either way. America has no moral authority left to
- 5:51squander, to waste. If it wants to be taken seriously again, it will have to
- 5:57rebuild itself. And the audience understood this. They were not naive
- 6:02people. Most of us are not. These are nations that have lived under American
- 6:08lectures for 30 years, 50, and decided they're not interested in more sermons.
- 6:15Meanwhile in Russia, Solovyov, the guy I like to listen to and other analysts
- 6:21were watching all of these events with a sort of amused realism that's been
- 6:29perfected by the Russian global, let's call it the Russian political class.
- 6:36They don't see Trump Jr. as a loose cannon or somebody some you know pampered
- 6:41rich kid taking the temperature of a world, deciding whether America under
- 6:46Trump is a predictable partner or a destabilizing echo of the Biden
- 6:51administration. They recognize that Trump's team, unlike Washington's
- 6:57permanent class, understands energy flow, understands industrial policy, and
- 7:04understands capital shortage. They also believe that the role of the Gulf in the
- 7:10next technological century is quite a bit larger than what they're pumping out
- 7:15in Washington think tanks or New York. They understand something else also.
- 7:20Trump is the first American president who is not trying to resurrect the
- 7:27globalist American Empire. That's I'm starting to believe it after reading his
- 7:33his foreign policy, foreign security statement. He's trying to rescue America
- 7:40from the Empire's remains, from all the crap that we've done over the last 50
- 7:46years. And that brings us to Tucker Carlson who was also there and he
- 7:51delivered one of the most devastating interviews in American foreign policy
- 7:55history. He sat across from Qatar's foreign minister and unraveled 20-30
- 8:00years of lies and professional gaslighting. He asked the question no US
- 8:05network would ever allow out of a producer's mouth. Here's the question.
- 8:10Isn't it true that the United States and Israel asked you to host Hamas? And when
- 8:19Qatar said yes, no hesitation, no spin, no winks, they said it plainly. The narrative
- 8:27the West has been feeding the public about Qatar funding terror collapsed in
- 8:32a five-second interview. Then Tucker asked about Israel bombing Doha during
- 8:37negotiations and Qatar confirmed that too and confirmed that Trump demanded
- 8:43Israel apologize. Think about that. An American president told Israel, the
- 8:49supposed untouchable partner, to apologize to an Arab nation. Seriously,
- 8:56think about that. Nothing like that has happened anytime in modern diplomacy. That
- 9:01alone should have blown up the entire premise of American Middle East policy
- 9:06if the media had any integrity. So then comes Hillary Clinton on the other hand.
- 9:12She goes into Doha. I don't know how she got invited truthfully but she was there
- 9:17and she was being interviewed and she stuck in 1998. She recited the same old
- 9:24tired crap. She compared Saddam Hussein to the current events in the Middle East.
- 9:32Good versus evil, wants more weapons, more intervention by the US, more
- 9:38escalation, and wants to talk about our moral superiority. The room did listen
- 9:46but nobody believed her and everybody knew it. The Gulf nations have lived
- 9:51through the consequences of American assertiveness. They saw Iraq collapse,
- 9:57Libya burn, Syria, Yemen, Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Gaza. They don't need a
- 10:05lecture from the architect of at least half of those disasters. She spoke the
- 10:11language of the unipolar world again in a room where the unipolar world no longer
- 10:17exists. The audience, they didn't listen. They were not convinced. Well, they may
- 10:23have listened but they certainly weren't convinced. And the age of bowing to
- 10:28Washington's brand of morality has over, I mean, if this showed it, this
- 10:34is it. Doha revealed something else, the press will never admit. Zelensky was not
- 10:42invited. That was huge. The world is done performing emotional theater for Ukraine.
- 10:49Doha was for nations shaping the future, not nations begging for weapons and
- 10:54scolding the donors of those weapons. Zelensky's absence says everything you
- 10:59need to know about that. The conflict in Ukraine is no longer a global moral
- 11:04crusade. It is a European burden, a NATO failure, and an American political
- 11:11liability. The Gulf sees that, Asia sees that, Africa sees that, Russia sees that.
- 11:19The only people pretending otherwise are in America. They're the ones who built
- 11:25their careers, like Hillary Clinton, on the illusion of American superiority. The
- 11:30Ukraine is the center of world politics right now. That brings us to Putin's
- 11:35interview in India. And clearest, most unfiltered articulation of Russia's
- 11:43worldview since 07, when he spoke at the Munich World Conference. He didn't dodge
- 11:49a single accusation. He didn't deflect. It was a great interview. He didn't sugarcoat.
- 11:53It was an hour and a half long by Indian press, by the way. He confronted every
- 11:58Western talking point directly. Are you trying to rebuild the Soviet Union? No,
- 12:03because it's impossible, undesirable, and stupid. Are you an imperialist? No. And the
- 12:09people asking that question are the ones who invaded Iraq and destroyed Libya. Are
- 12:14you obsessed with restoring lost Russian glory? No. I'm running a modern state that
- 12:19has no interest in absorbing populations that do not want to be absorbed. Do you
- 12:25want Ukraine? Take it over? No, but I will not allow NATO to set up missile bases
- 12:31on my border or turn Ukraine into a military colony pointed at Moscow, like
- 12:37Poland, like the pre-Baltic states. He explained the history of the
- 12:42region in the way an adult explains things to a child, calmly, factually, no
- 12:49apologies. Kievan Rus was the origin of both modern Russia and Ukraine. Ukrainian
- 12:55lands fell under Lithuania and Poland for centuries. They rejoined Russia by
- 13:01request, by the way, not by conquest. Language, religion, culture have been
- 13:07intertwined for a thousand years. This is not myth. This is history. And when the
- 13:13interviewer asked about civilians shocked by Russia's actions, Putin asked the only
- 13:19question that mattered. Shocked by what? He said, who was it that bombed Donetsk
- 13:26for eight years when nobody said a word in the West? Who banned the Russian
- 13:31language, he asked. Who shelled schools and homes in the Donbass? It was
- 13:37not Russia. This war didn't begin in 2022, he said. It began in 2014. And the West
- 13:44pretended not to notice, because admitting that would reveal who really
- 13:50destabilized the region. Putin's discussion of NATO was pretty much
- 13:56equally blunt. Security cannot be built at another nation's expense. Ukraine can
- 14:04choose its own path, but not if that path puts NATO missiles five minutes from
- 14:09Moscow. The U.S. wouldn't tolerate Russian missiles in Mexico, and everybody
- 14:13knows it. The difference is that Russia's honest about its red lines, while the
- 14:18West pretends it has none. He emphasized something else Western audiences never
- 14:23hear. Russia doesn't demand special treatment, only that Washington, you
- 14:30know, when they make their promises, that those promises are honored. NATO promised
- 14:35not to expand eastward many, many times. It did so anyway. The West broke security
- 14:42architecture and then blamed Russia for responding to the wreckage America and
- 14:48company were creating. Putin's remarks in India could not have been more
- 14:54strategically important, especially about India itself. He outlined a
- 14:59partnership built on ideology, not on desperation, and on decades of trust.
- 15:06Are you aware that Russia and India have been partners for a very long time, even
- 15:11before the collapse of the Soviet Union? Russia is investing in India's refining
- 15:17capacity long before it has been, way before the start of the Ukraine conflict.
- 15:26Russia supplies energy to India, defense technology, nuclear cooperation, and
- 15:31economic opportunity with no moral conditioning. He calls Modi his friend
- 15:37and he meant it. India is not a pawn to Russia. It is a peer, a partner, a
- 15:44civilizational power with its own destiny, and the West really hates
- 15:49this, because we can't control it. You know, he was met on the red carpet by
- 15:56Modi, and that never happens. Modi does not meet people at the airport, but he
- 16:03met Putin when he got off his plane. He was on the tarmac with a red carpet
- 16:09rolled out. Russia and India share something deeper than trade. He was
- 16:15there for two days, you know, at the same time this Doha thing was going on.
- 16:20And the release of this Trump plan, I mean, it came out in late November,
- 16:25but people have only been talking about it for the last few days, this Trump
- 16:29security plan. You know, basically Russia and India share an understanding, real
- 16:39sovereignty for each other. They want to pick things, not the American version,
- 16:44which means you're free as long as you do what we want. You're a sovereign, but
- 16:50only when you agree with our globalists. India and Russia reject that model, as
- 16:56you can tell, I mean, from this weekend. It was a pretty big deal. Both nations
- 17:00have been carved up, manipulated, colonized, pressured, lectured, and
- 17:04threatened for generations. Both emerged from that experience with the same
- 17:09conclusion, never again. That is why India buys Russian oil, Russian weapons, Russian
- 17:16reactors, and has Russian engineers everywhere, and they do this without
- 17:22hesitation. Why? It's not because Russia's cheap. It's because Russia
- 17:27doesn't interfere in India's internal affairs. That's what's happening. Russia
- 17:33doesn't tell India what to think about gender policy, carbon tax, digital
- 17:39censorship, Ukraine, Gaza, the Taliban, name it, or whatever the latest Western
- 17:46moral crusade is. They don't accept those lectures. China, Russia,
- 17:53India, and many, many others no longer will do it, and that was made clear here.
- 17:59Russia treats India like an equal. The West treats India like a, I don't know, a
- 18:05rebellious teenager. Which one would you prefer? Which one does India prefer? So in
- 18:12the interview that Putin was asked why Russia recognized the Taliban, and Putin
- 18:18responded pretty clearly, Afghanistan has suffered decades of war. Governments have
- 18:25come and gone, and whether the West likes it or not, the Taliban controls the
- 18:31territory and are fighting terrorism inside it, and they're doing it more
- 18:36effectively than the Western installed regimes ever did. He doesn't endorse them.
- 18:41Who would? He doesn't whitewash them. He simply states a reality. Russia does not
- 18:48have the right to dictate Afghanistan's internal affairs. Neither does America, by
- 18:54the way. Russia engages with a government that exists, not the one the State
- 19:00Department wishes existed. India understands this also. India hates
- 19:08instability on its own doorstep, and Russia is one of the few global powers
- 19:13capable of helping maintain balance in the region without exporting its own
- 19:20ideology. That's a big point, people. We're trying to force another country to
- 19:27think like you do, like we're doing in Venezuela, by the way. I still disagree
- 19:30with that, but it seems to have calmed down a little bit. But Putin's definition
- 19:36of terrorism is another strategic clarity moment. Terrorism is not defined
- 19:43by slogans, flags, or political motives. Terrorism is defined by the method you
- 19:48use. If you are harming civilians, you are not a freedom fighter. You are a
- 19:55criminal, and that is terrorism. The West blurs this line, and it
- 20:01supports rebels in one country, terrorists, while condemning identical
- 20:06rebels in another country, depending on whose side the rebels are on. This is
- 20:12historic, and Putin said it flat out in his interview. It was a great interview.
- 20:18Russia doesn't play that game, and they really don't. India doesn't play that
- 20:22game, neither does China. Those two nations understand the price of
- 20:26terrorism in blood, not in editorials. When he was asked about NATO expansion,
- 20:32he explained the principle at the heart of every stable security system. One
- 20:39nation's safety cannot come at the expense of another's. This is not an
- 20:46invention of Putin or of Russia. It's the foundation of the Helsinki Accords,
- 20:52European declarations. NATO has broken all of them. For 30 years, Russia has been
- 20:59warning that surrounding it with US-controlled military infrastructure
- 21:04is aggression. Washington ignored that, not because they didn't believe Russia,
- 21:10because obviously they did, but they didn't believe that Russia had the
- 21:14strength to respond to them, and the West miscalculated. They bet that Russia would
- 21:19complain and do nothing, like they had for many years. Instead, Russia defended
- 21:25its own red lines, and now the West claims it was blindsided by a war it
- 21:31spent years provoking. Putin pointed out something else Western journalists
- 21:38never mention. Russia has never demanded that Ukraine become a satellite state.
- 21:44Russia has never demanded control over Ukrainian politics. Russia has never
- 21:50demanded the right to appoint Ukrainian officials or dictate domestic affairs.
- 21:55Russia demanded only one thing. Do not let NATO use Ukraine as a forward
- 22:01operating base. They were consistent about it. They said it all the time. This
- 22:07is a demand that every major power would have made. The United States invoked the
- 22:11Monroe Doctrine to justify military action in the entire Western Hemisphere.
- 22:18China demands the same regarding Taiwan. India demands the same thing regarding
- 22:24its own borders. Only Russia is told that defending its security is illegitimate. So
- 22:31when he was being interviewed, he also brought up civilians in Eastern
- 22:35Ukraine shocked by the war, and Putin dismantled that framework immediately.
- 22:42Shocked by what, he said. By Russia responding after eight years of shelling
- 22:48in the Donbass. By Russia intervening after the Minsk agreements, one and two,
- 22:53were both deliberately sabotaged by the West. By Russia stepping in after the
- 22:58Ukrainian government banned the Russian language, targeted ethnic Russians, and
- 23:04deployed ultranationalist battalions in the Donbass. The West expects everybody
- 23:10to forget that Ukraine's own president admitted on camera that he never
- 23:16intended to implement Minsk. If you haven't seen that, you should go check
- 23:19that out. He was even laughing about it. He goes, we never intended to do that, but
- 23:24they signed it anyway. The entire negotiation process was a stall tactic
- 23:29according to him, according to Germany, according to France, and they, it was
- 23:34used to arm Ukraine for war. Russia remembers this. Lugansk, Donetsk, remember
- 23:42this. The West pretends that it didn't happen, though, and Putin explained that
- 23:47in his interview. His explanation was not nostalgic. It was
- 23:52evidence. Western analysts call it a myth because they either don't understand
- 23:57Eastern European history, or they hope their audiences don't. I do. If you've
- 24:03ever been over there, I went to Brest. Oh my god, what a place, and watching, you
- 24:09know, the fortress there was unbelievable, overrun for hundreds of
- 24:16years, and it was quite the history lesson. Well, not that I didn't know most
- 24:21of it anyway, but boy, that entire area was run over, including all of Ukraine.
- 24:26It's unbelievable and very interesting to see that stuff in reality, you know,
- 24:31checking out history as it occurred. Ukraine was never a single unified state,
- 24:36never, until the Soviets assembled it, created Ukraine. Pretending it's an
- 24:43ancient sovereign nation of its own, threatened by Russian imperialism, is a
- 24:49fairy tale, and it's created for Western audiences, not a historic reality. When
- 24:55Putin explained where the ancient Rus came from, where the language evolved, how
- 25:00the land shifted, and why Ukraine is not a modern, simple victim, but a complicated,
- 25:08very complicated, historical region, he was trying to give a context that the
- 25:14West refuses to provide, but I do. You know, he did. The most devastating part of
- 25:20his interview was not his answer about Ukraine. It was what he said about India.
- 25:26He doesn't speak like a man hoping for diplomatic cover. He speaks like a leader
- 25:32confident that Russia's future lies not in begging the West for acceptance, but
- 25:38in partnering with nations that actually matter. Russia, China, India, all the
- 25:45entire global South. He described India's development as colossal, and it is. It is
- 25:54unbelievably fast growing right now. He talked about Modi as his friend. He
- 26:00talked about energy, defense, nuclear cooperation, industrial growth, all as
- 26:05partners, not as patron and client, like the West does. India wants predictability.
- 26:11Russia can deliver it, and they have for quite a few years. India wants sovereignty,
- 26:16and Russia respects that. India wants multipolarity, and Russia is building it.
- 26:24And Trump's state plan acknowledged this. This is why Western pressure campaigns
- 26:32have been failing for years. The other, the rest of the world understands
- 26:37something fundamental about a new global order. Nations outside the West now are
- 26:43thinking for themselves. They aren't taking orders. They don't fear sanctions
- 26:48the way they used to. They don't measure morality by what CNN says is moral. They
- 26:54measure it by their own self-interests, stability, and sovereignty. And Doha and
- 27:00Putin's interview shows and confirms this for everybody. And the Palestinians
- 27:06are not the only ones whose tragedy exposes Western hypocrisy. Wait until
- 27:14Venezuela. You want to see some hypocrisy, check out Venezuela. Ukraine exposes it.
- 27:21Gaza exposes it. Syria, Libya, Yemen, they all expose this. The West talks about a
- 27:30rules-based order, but the rest of the world sees a pattern. There are rules for
- 27:36everybody else, and loopholes for the West to do what they want. When Qatar's
- 27:42foreign minister said on camera that Qatar would not rebuild Gaza because we
- 27:49did not destroy it, he wasn't taking a stand. He was pointing out the hypocrisy
- 27:55of demanding Russian assets to pay for Ukraine's reconstruction while refusing
- 28:01to demand that Israel pay for Gaza's. That's a big deal. That was in the Tucker
- 28:07Carlson interview. Tucker caught it instantly. The audience caught it instantly.
- 28:12Hillary Clinton and the globalists pretend not to notice this. And what made
- 28:17Doha extraordinary was not the content of the speeches, it was the tone just about
- 28:23everywhere. It was the way the world responded to American voices versus
- 28:27everyone else. When Hillary Clinton spoke, the reaction was respectful but
- 28:32distant. When Donald Trump Jr. spoke, the reaction was curious, engaged, and alert.
- 28:39And when Tucker spoke, the reaction was electric. And when Putin spoke in India,
- 28:44the reaction across the global South was recognition. Not agreement with
- 28:49everything, but recognition that the world's center of gravity has changed. I
- 28:55wanted to play for you at least the Trump Jr. interview. I think we have
- 29:07time for it and to get to all of my stuff. I want to get to my history here
- 29:11and see if I can find it. It's only about eight minutes and here let me see if I
- 29:19can tee this up correctly because there was a he was introduced and I got to get
- 29:27to the spot that I wish to be. Damn it, it's not letting me. There we go. And he
- 29:37there were some pretty good moments in here. Let's see where we start. I'm not
- 29:43positive where this is starting. Let me see if I can put the the speaking on.
- 29:53Let's see. They keep there were two people there and they were talking about
- 30:07the Elon Musk hundred and fifty million dollar fine that the EU gave him.
- 30:13Meanwhile, in Germany, Frederick Merz has filed five thousand plus charges against
- 30:22people who bad-mouthed him on social media. That's freedom of speech, isn't it?
- 30:27And they were talking about that a little bit. This whole interview, damn it,
- 30:32I don't want this one. I want the one that's only eight minutes long and in
- 30:38the history here. I got to go to my history to find it because that one's
- 30:4530 minutes but there were several versions of this that came out and I
- 30:50can't I can't find it. Let me do a quick search for it while while I babble here
- 30:55for a minute. So if you type in Trump Jr. Doha, you get quite a few that come up
- 31:05and here's one. Here it is. This is only nine minutes and so I think we're
- 31:11gonna get to where he's supposed to be. So let us listen to this and see what we
- 31:17come up with. Ukraine corruption is out of control and all of that. I mean he was
- 31:23on a roll that is for sure. So let's hear some Donald Trump Jr. in Doha and he
- 31:33tore into Zelensky. So listen up here. The last decade but he got there by
- 31:38being a builder so he understands how to do that. I do also know though that he
- 31:42understands that the American public isn't going to do what they used to do
- 31:46for years where we're just going to be the big dumb guy with the checkbook and
- 31:49we're going to cover all of the world's problems and no one else has to do their
- 31:52part. I think he can be you know the greatest construction manager in the
- 31:56history of the world but no one in America wants to bear the entire
- 32:01responsibility of that. That's happened for far too long. Everyone has their
- 32:05ideas. Everyone wants to do XYZ. When it comes to actually writing a check and
- 32:10breaking out their own checkbook, well we're not interested in that. That
- 32:13changes things. The American public doesn't have the appetite to fund
- 32:16everything for everyone all over the world with no direct benefit to
- 32:19themselves. So I think he can be the manager that brings that together but
- 32:23everyone's gonna actually have to step up and do their part and not just leave
- 32:26it to the United States to cover everything. Omid, do you think that the
- 32:29private sector has a role to play when it comes to say the reconstruction of
- 32:33Gaza? I'm sure. I mean I think that there will probably be an opportunity for the
- 32:39private sector but also there'll be governments that step up and you know to
- 32:42help solve this issue. I mean again we're here as business people and our focus is
- 32:46mostly in the United States though. I want to focus on Ukraine because of
- 32:52course as you say you're both here in the capacity of business leaders but
- 32:56you've also been instrumental in shaping the message of the administration. You
- 33:01talked about Europeans and Europeans are concerned that Ukraine is going to be
- 33:06abandoned. Are those fears valid? I don't think your Ukraine is going to be
- 33:10abandoned but I think for years again it was the same thing as the last answer
- 33:14which is well we want to attack Russia, we want to do this, we want well when it
- 33:19comes to actually writing a check ourselves no no the US is gonna do it.
- 33:22The American public doesn't have an appetite for that since the you know since
- 33:25the invasion of Ukraine I heard major leaders Mitch McConnell the leader of
- 33:30the Senate in the United States saying it's the number one issue for
- 33:32Republicans in the United States and I say that's weird I speak to Republicans
- 33:36all over the country every day probably far more than Mitch has ever spoken to
- 33:40despite his 379 year career in politics. I did that on a weekly weekly basis and
- 33:46I surveyed people at every talk I did it got to the point where it's probably well
- 33:50over 200,000 Americans that I spoke to directly and I'd be in a room like this
- 33:55and I'd ask is Russia Ukraine a top three issue for anyone in the room?
- 34:02Nothing. Is it a top ten issue for anyone in the room? I think I got three people
- 34:08that once said it was a top ten issue three out of hundreds surveyed if
- 34:13hundreds of thousands every weekend for two years till basically through the
- 34:18campaign. One person misunderstood the question he thought it was a double
- 34:21negative one person was actually from Kiev so he was like it was a big deal
- 34:26for him and the other person was you know I think on the board of Raytheon so
- 34:30there was no appetite for that but that didn't stop a Republican Party from
- 34:36saying it's the number one issue it's not and we actually have to listen to
- 34:39the will of those people so we want peace we want to stop the death but I
- 34:43even saw that yesterday where you know on this very stage what was the idea for
- 34:48Europe who is on the border of Ukraine who has much more at stake if this
- 34:54happens well our plan is to win economically when pressed on the issue
- 34:59how are you gonna do that well well we're just gonna wait for Russia to go
- 35:02bankrupt that's not a plan that's not an idea the gentleman from Spain was a
- 35:09lovely guy saw him last night later on at the forum but Spain was putting in
- 35:132.2 percent rather than the 5 percent required by NATO because my father
- 35:17actually wanted people who are these biggest stakeholders to get into the
- 35:21game well we feel that our 2.2 percent is being utilized more efficiently and
- 35:26therefore we're not that's not an answer that's not a solution and again I
- 35:30understand why they are there because America has set a precedent for decades
- 35:35that they'll just write the check but if the will of the people isn't there
- 35:39everyone needs to step up everyone has to do their share and that includes what
- 35:44what's happening here in the Middle East if we do that collectively we can
- 35:47get to an answer but if we default to the old ways of America's just gonna be
- 35:50the big idiot with a checkbook that's not gonna work that's not gonna happen
- 35:54and you saw what happened my father starts threatening they're gonna pull
- 35:57out we're not gonna do this anymore because he's listening to the people
- 36:00that elected him to office big idiot with a checkbook I love that line you
- 36:06know you know when he tears apart Ukraine it gets even better so we're
- 36:10gonna continue listening to this because I like it the whole world this is
- 36:15outrageous it's not outrageous it's common sense when we're bombing drug
- 36:20boats in the Caribbean people who are literally bringing in fentanyl to
- 36:24America something that kills a hundred thousand Americans a year okay just for
- 36:29perspective that's two Vietnam Wars a year in America this I don't like you
- 36:34can't justify it this way you still need to have some some sort of due process
- 36:39some sort of tribunal something but and so I disagree with his part the neocon
- 36:45establishment the Democrats how dare you do this I mean that's a far greater
- 36:50clear and present danger to the United States than anything going on in Ukraine
- 36:53and Russia it doesn't mean you don't give people some kind of a tribunal and
- 37:00yet they're against it think of the insanity of that so my father has a
- 37:04common-sense approach to everything that's because rather than being a
- 37:07lifelong bureaucrat who's never actually done anything in the real world he has
- 37:12and he understands what that means and we have to act accordingly yeah so I
- 37:16just want to say one thing on that and going back to the gentlelady that spoke
- 37:19yesterday I think she had a Freudian slip at least I hope it was one where
- 37:22she talked about what we did to the Russians in Afghanistan that's not a
- 37:26great comp by the way okay that's a horrible comp what we were doing we're
- 37:29funding a Mujahideen that create radicalization in that country and we
- 37:33know what we reaped after that let's just I'm a business person I look at this
- 37:37we've spent almost 300 billion dollars over there and now we find out the
- 37:41Zelensky's number two is under investigation for corruption where's
- 37:45the audit of where any of that money went we should be asking those questions
- 37:48we have over 300,000 people dead it doesn't make sense as the United States
- 37:53to have enemies it's a lot more than that so he's incorrect on that he's in both
- 37:59Russia China and then also at Iran in there so from a strategic standpoint
- 38:03again speaking as a private citizen my sense is you should act as a reverse
- 38:07Kissinger neutralize the Russians and then focus on the real threat that
- 38:10nobody seems to want to talk about except his dad who started the
- 38:13conversation that China is the one they need this is Omad Malik is put one of
- 38:18his partners to focus on one of the most amazing things I got to witness I was
- 38:22this summer with my beautiful girlfriend Bettina in Monaco and we were driving
- 38:26around here it comes this is this is a huge takedown on Ukraine and on an
- 38:33average day 50% of the supercars the Bugatti's the Ferraris that this all had
- 38:38Ukrainian plates do we think that was actually earned in Ukraine I'd been to
- 38:43Ukraine 20 years ago it wasn't like there was a plethora of wealth there and
- 38:47yet you see the number two they're getting arrested for stealing hundreds
- 38:50of millions of dollars you hear all the rumors about what's going on when I see
- 38:54every license plate on a supercar in Monaco being Bugatti's the rich fled
- 38:58they let what they believed to be the peasant class fight these wars and there
- 39:03was no incentive to stop because as long as the money train was coming and they
- 39:06were stealing it no one was auditing anything the leaders the decision-makers
- 39:10there was no reason for them to ever come to peace no different than Putin it
- 39:14wasn't the son of oligarchs that were fighting these wars it's someone from
- 39:17Siberia that they're sending there and he utilized the war to rebuild his
- 39:21manufacturing base it was very clear that the sanctions that we put on did
- 39:26nothing to actually help all it did was jack up the price of oil which allowed
- 39:30him to basically pay for the war with the Delta between the two while
- 39:33building up his manufacturing base there was no incentive for anyone to ever get
- 39:37to the table Zelensky knew he wouldn't win another election again and they
- 39:40were continuing to steal Putin was building up his manufacturing base and
- 39:44all we had in the wake was millions of young young men dying for nothing I mean
- 39:49obviously Ukraine has a massive corruption issue and as you say it was a
- 39:54far more corrupt country than Russia as delegated by the United States
- 39:58government prior to this war but then because of the war and because he's one
- 40:02of the great marketers of all times Zelensky became a borderline deity
- 40:07especially to the left where he could do no wrong he was beyond reproach years of
- 40:12corruption years of graft and theft on a world stage that everyone in this new
- 40:16room knew was happening was totally absolved and and it's ridiculous we're
- 40:21not dealing in reality but is your hunch that President Trump is going to
- 40:25walk away I think he may what's good about my father what's unique about my
- 40:30father is you don't know what he's going to do the fact that he's not predictable
- 40:35he's not following the playbook of every clown who's again been a bureaucrat for
- 40:40decades you don't know and so that forces everyone to actually deal in an
- 40:45intellectually honest capacity which has not happened in far too long I want to
- 40:51ask you about Elon Musk because yeah let's not go well you know what though
- 40:56it does have something to do with freedom of speech so I will finish this
- 40:59out there's only like 20 seconds left let's see if he puts a quick answer in
- 41:04there I think it might but I don't want to go too much further I have more to
- 41:08cover is of course your company 1789 deeply invested in many of Elon's
- 41:15companies I mean speaking of mediation have you guys played a role in we've
- 41:21seen the relationship and this video doesn't get to it it's a it's it's
- 41:25basically over but I that that showed how Trump sees the future how'd you like
- 41:36that part about the corruption in Ukraine how'd you like that part about
- 41:41nobody ever knows what my dad's gonna do I love that nobody knows this is why
- 41:48Trump's foreign policy is resonating globally Trump isn't promising the world
- 41:54freedom he's promising consistency you know I've been skeptical let's call it
- 42:03about the old Trumpster for quite a while I've been I've been skeptical Oh on
- 42:08international I like most of what he's done nationally I'm not a huge Trump er
- 42:14you know I was definitely not a Biden definitely not a Harris you know I
- 42:19could never justify either of those morons you know further again and Trump
- 42:26like his son said here they're running a they're running trying to run America
- 42:33like a business do I agree with everything absolutely not but you know
- 42:37this consistency promise you know a lot of the stuff that's come out about
- 42:42Modi about Xi Jinping about Putin you know what is there that America does not
- 42:48have and it's extremely hard to keep because you change direction every four
- 42:53years is consistency is straight beliefs not coming in every four years and
- 43:00tearing up not only America but the entire world because you disagree with
- 43:06your predecessor it's nonsense and I don't like it that you know the contrast
- 43:11between Trump's realism and Hillary's you know nostalgic oh gee let's go back
- 43:17to the you know the new world order was it was quite sharp Hillary talk like
- 43:22somebody trying to rewind the VCR back to 1995 and Trump jr. talks like somebody
- 43:30who knows that beta and VCR VHS snapped years ago all the tapes are destroyed
- 43:38Tucker talks like somebody tired of being lied to by his government Putin
- 43:43talks like somebody building the next 50 years of global policy and the world is
- 43:49reacting the future will not be decided by the European Union the United
- 43:55Nations or more importantly the US State Department it'll be decided by energy
- 44:03states manufacturing states technology states and civilization states Russia
- 44:11China India the Gulf and whichever Western nations wake up first and join
- 44:19the new reality instead of resisting it did you remember me telling you about
- 44:24the interview I did in Kazan last year and the girl running around with the
- 44:29picture of Putin and what I had said at that time and I think it will bear out
- 44:34is you know was the BRICS conference and she said if you could ask Putin one
- 44:39question what would you ask you know and she may in this Russian TV it's do I
- 44:44looked at the picture and I said well you know could we join BRICS America
- 44:49join BRICS in 10 years you know could we join you know as are we part of it you
- 44:55know we wouldn't let Russia join NATO but could we join BRICS one you know
- 45:00working together with people is a hell of a lot different than dictating to
- 45:05them it's that's not diplomacy that's dictatorial stuff and the world's tired
- 45:09of it Doha made this clear Putin confirmed it the West and Hillary
- 45:14Clinton can keep pretending it's the 90s but the rest of the world has moved on
- 45:19perhaps the clearest sign that the world has moved on is not in the speeches of
- 45:27Doha or even in Putin's interview but in the silence of Zelensky where'd he go
- 45:35two years ago any major meeting any forum would have shoved him onto the
- 45:42main stage surrounded him with flags and and you know Ukrainian blue and yellow
- 45:49everywhere violence tears and then they would have declared that he was the
- 45:54spirit of democracy he's resisting tyranny now he didn't even get an
- 46:00invitation there was no spotlight and no interest the world is exhausted by
- 46:07Ukraine's endless demands by Western governments pretending that this is a war
- 46:12between good and evil instead of a geopolitical struggle that was unleashed
- 46:17by NATO expansion and then ends the 2014 coup in Ukraine even those who
- 46:23still support Ukraine privately admit the war is unwinnable the corruption is
- 46:29bottomless and the Western narrative has collapsed under its own contradictions
- 46:37Doha and the people there treated Ukraine exactly the way global
- 46:44powers treat regional conflict polite indifference and that is what terrifies
- 46:50the Western establishment especially the military-industrial complex they know
- 46:55that once the emotional manipulation surrounding Ukraine has evaporated all
- 47:01that remains is the cold truth Europe has dragged itself into a war that it
- 47:06cannot win American money funded a war that we can't explain and Russia walked
- 47:15into a war it spent eight years preparing for while the West was busy
- 47:20debating pronouns and social media censorship the longer the war goes on
- 47:28and the more ground Russia takes which has been quite a bit even over the
- 47:33weekend the more obvious this imbalance becomes you know Trump jr. talking about
- 47:41all the Bugatti's and all the foreign cars that's true in Miami as well there
- 47:45are plenty of Ukrainians running around with Ukrainian license plates that are
- 47:51that were funded by our money and they get rich from it and then they leave the
- 47:56country that's how it works those are the ones who have been successful and
- 48:02they get out they don't want to live in Ukraine that's destroyed they want to
- 48:06live elsewhere and show off all the money that they have corruptly lifted
- 48:12from the the government of Ukraine while the US government from us basically the
- 48:21countries that were in Doha weren't interested in symbolism they're
- 48:25interested in results Trump's foreign policy document which I've read offers
- 48:30results cut unnecessary war he was a little more silent about Venezuela though
- 48:37rebuild American industry restore America's energy dominant dominance and
- 48:43negotiate from a position of strength instead of fantasy Trump jr. talked about
- 48:49this acknowledged multi polarity stopped pretending Europe defines global morality
- 48:55and recognizes that America's decline is not inevitable if America changes course
- 49:05Tucker offered results also hypocrisies that have poisoned u.s. credibility for
- 49:12decades I agree Qatar offers results negotiate with
- 49:17whoever controls reality not whoever writes to press releases which is
- 49:23American foreign policy has been for years Russia offers results mutually
- 49:29beneficial trade programs military partnerships and energy cooperation
- 49:35without interfering in the ideology of the country India offers results its own
- 49:42stability its own development in its own vision of the future no longer dependent
- 49:48on Western permission to do something you know what one of the biggest iron is
- 49:55is is that the only people who didn't offer results are the ones who claim to
- 50:01defend the old rules based order why Hillary Clinton was ever on the stage
- 50:09I'll never understand I'd play some but it's not worth it but she did talk about
- 50:14restoring the world that America used to run but the world she's talking about
- 50:20doesn't exist anymore she warned about dictators taking over the planet but the
- 50:26crowd listening to her understands perfectly well that the only country
- 50:31invading nations for the past 25 years wasn't Russia it was America and she
- 50:39warns about disinformation but the same American establishment she represents
- 50:45lies about weapons of mass destruction lied about Libya lied about Syria lied
- 50:52about Afghanistan lied about NSA surveillance lied about Ukraine
- 50:57corruption and lied about Gaza so nobody was impressed by her appearance and all
- 51:05these things because she was the architect of at least half of that crap
- 51:09and something else in Doha was undeniable Qatar is the new Switzerland
- 51:13not the Switzerland of the old world the one that hid bank accounts and avoided
- 51:18war but the Switzerland of global mediation neutrality and power remember
- 51:25that when it used to be Switzerland the difference Switzerland collapsed under
- 51:29Western pressure and abandoned neutrality to please Brussels and Washington Qatar
- 51:36has done the opposite despite years of US senators smearing them as terrorism
- 51:43sponsors despite relentless Western media propaganda despite Israeli pressure
- 51:49Qatar has stood firm and become a diplomatic backbone of the Middle East
- 51:54I'd love to have a house there place is awesome they hosted Hamas at the US
- 51:59and Israeli requests they brokered ceasefires they facilitated hostage
- 52:04releases they mediated energy deals they built some of the Western relationships
- 52:10that America relies upon but nobody acknowledges and Tucker's interview was
- 52:17actually real if you get a chance you should watch that Qatar wasn't acting as
- 52:23an extension of Washington which they were Clinton was trying to force they
- 52:27acted as a sovereign power making their own sovereign decisions and the West
- 52:31doesn't like that the West only likes mediation when it controls the mediator
- 52:36when Qatar proved it can't be controlled to Western to smearing Qatar but Doha
- 52:42doesn't care they're wealthy stable and influential there at the center of all
- 52:48global energy their center of AI expansion infrastructure finance
- 52:53Middle Eastern diplomacy their position between China's Belt and Road initiative
- 52:59between Russia's energy network and India's manufacturing rise they're also
- 53:06involved in if Africa's emerging consumer markets that's why Doha is so different
- 53:13they don't have arrogance maybe a little but they have they're very confident
- 53:18what you see in Doha was the emergence of a political culture that does not
- 53:24depend on Western approval that's why this is terrifying to the West for
- 53:31decades Western governments could destroy careers topple governments
- 53:37silence dissent through narrative alone that era we hope is over it appears to
- 53:47be on an international stage but at home they're still doing it when the
- 53:50Gulf Russia India and China now speak the West cannot censor them when Qatar
- 53:57broadcasts all of its interviews the West can't shadow ban them can't put
- 54:02them at the back can't tell you to don't run them when Tucker speaks from Doha
- 54:07instead of from Fox News the West cannot fire him they can't get rid of them the
- 54:13American media establishment is no longer the gatekeeper of the truth what
- 54:20they claim is the truth Doha demonstrated that the West lost
- 54:24something far more important than geopolitical dominance it lost the
- 54:29narrative think about that narrative dominance is what held the unipolar
- 54:35world together the you know globalism held it together by narrative the idea
- 54:42that the West decides who the villains are who the heroes are who gets so
- 54:49called democracy and who gets sanctions who gets invaded who gets lectured who
- 54:56gets weapons who gets starvations all of that has evaporated you know basically
- 55:03since the Trump foreign policy document you know this past weekend in that crazy
- 55:10the people in Doha didn't weren't asking for permission they didn't defer
- 55:14they didn't they didn't flatter they spoke like equals because that's what
- 55:19they are and Russia India relations excuse me relationship has sealed this
- 55:26reality Putin's interview was showing a leader that understands his own
- 55:31country's interests and understands the trajectory of global power he wasn't
- 55:36begging India for support he acknowledged India's rise as a pillar of
- 55:42global stability he didn't lecture India about democracy he praised its
- 55:47development he doesn't treat India like a colony he treats it like a partner
- 55:53think about that because that's a big difference the West's relationship with
- 55:59India is transactional and conditional but real lush but Russia's
- 56:06relationship with them is strategic powerful and respectful when Putin
- 56:13called India's growth colossal he was describing a geopolitical fact it is a
- 56:19fact India is one of the only countries in the world capable of matching China's
- 56:25demographic size Russia's natural resources and America's technological
- 56:32potential India is not a client state India is not a junior partner India is
- 56:40not a pawn in someone else's game they are now and we helped create it by the
- 56:47way a civilizational power set on its own course and that is exactly why the
- 56:55West is struggling with its rise it's absolutely true the West expects
- 57:01loyalty to globalism from India Russia offers partnership the West expects
- 57:08ideological alignment Russia offers cooperation the West expects and the
- 57:15India to choose sides yeah remember this you got to choose a side you got to pick
- 57:20a side Russia Ukraine Russia Ukraine Russia offers India the chance to avoid
- 57:25choosing sides entirely and India understands that Russia's view of the
- 57:29world aligns far more closely with its own historical experience colonialism
- 57:37taught India that Western moralizing is often a mask worn to allow exploitation
- 57:47neocolonialism taught India that Western promotion of democracy often leads to
- 57:55chaos the global financial system taught India that Western control over its
- 58:03capital is a weapon Russia doesn't carry any of that think about that
- 58:10another revelation from Putin's interview is how confidently he
- 58:14dismissed accusations thrown at him for years he didn't behave like a defensive
- 58:19leader overwhelmed by pressure he behaves like a man whose country has
- 58:25weathered every sanction every diplomatic assault every propaganda
- 58:29blitz and it came out stronger Russia has not collapsed Russia isn't begging
- 58:35Russia didn't compromise Russia has redirected its trade rebuilt its
- 58:41manufacturing base you heard Trump jr. talking about that expanded its military
- 58:47production deepened its own alliances meanwhile what's happened in Europe
- 58:52Europe froze inflation has soared industries are gone and American
- 58:59political leadership in Europe has disintegrated this is why Putin's tone
- 59:05in the India interview matters he was sounded like a man speaking from a
- 59:10while watching a dominant Western order unravel he isn't angry he isn't flustered
- 59:21he isn't evasive he was patient and the patience is shows confidence that a
- 59:28secure country secure in its future projects and that future is not a
- 59:35Western dominated future it's a multipolar world order and Doha confirms
- 59:44it Putin articulated it the West fears it and the rest of the world is embracing
- 59:52it what Doha and the India interview revealed is that the world is finally
- 1:00:03confident enough to say openly what it has been whispering privately for years
- 1:00:10the Western model globalism is no longer universal no longer persuasive and most
- 1:00:20importantly no longer feared countries are making decisions of their own not
- 1:00:27based on Washington's approval but based on their own strategic interest economic
- 1:00:33benefit their own cultural identity and most importantly they are forming
- 1:00:40relationships with each other without mediation from the United States this is
- 1:00:45what the West has never expected they assume that once American prestige
- 1:00:50collapses the world would fall into chaos instead the world is reorganizing
- 1:00:57itself peacefully pragmatically and without the West at the center I think
- 1:01:03that's important to recognize you know when I when I apply all these things that
- 1:01:09I researched over the weekend when I take a look at all of the horror story of
- 1:01:19Ukraine and the haves and the have-nots all the people and on the stage Trump
- 1:01:30jr.'s partner I forget his name Malik I think he said that there were 300,000
- 1:01:38dead it's a million 300,000 closer to that on the Ukrainian side alone they
- 1:01:45you know it's a some of the numbers are still being twisted just a little bit I
- 1:01:52think they were prepared for this or uninformed about a couple of primary
- 1:01:57factors but I tell you what it was some interesting conversation it was you know
- 1:02:04Trump's foreign policy doctrine you know actually fits into this new world in a
- 1:02:13way that no Mitch McConnell no Lindsey Graham no establishment politician like
- 1:02:21Hillary Clinton can explain Trump doesn't believe America has the divine
- 1:02:26right to police the globe at least I didn't catch it I mean you should read
- 1:02:31this documents like 30 pages it's not really all that long and it's on the
- 1:02:37president's website you can pull down the new internet the foreign policy
- 1:02:43document security document but he doesn't believe the State Department is
- 1:02:49the priesthood of international morality he doesn't believe that the Pentagon's
- 1:02:55job is to fight wars everywhere except America he doesn't believe that
- 1:03:00lecturing sovereign nations produces peace it seems from reading his doctrine
- 1:03:07his policy that it's pretty simple America should be strong wealthy
- 1:03:13sovereign and respected not feared not resented not overextended God I hope
- 1:03:22this this actually works his document when I read it I mean if you listen to
- 1:03:26me regularly you know what I think about Trump's international policy ends there
- 1:03:34was an interview with another guy that said do you think he's gonna he's gonna
- 1:03:40abandon Ukraine and there's 400 million still in the budget I saw a report this
- 1:03:46morning in the new Pentagon budget there's still 400 million in there for
- 1:03:51for Ukraine which I think is BS but it's still there and I've said forever if he
- 1:03:57cut off the intelligence and cut off the funding and left it to Europe if they
- 1:04:02want to let them do it I think we're headed that way I really do because his
- 1:04:08foreign policy document said that it's strategically important quite important
- 1:04:14to work with Russia Trump jr. talked with a you know clarity you tell me he
- 1:04:20ain't involved with his father you know he is he is you know his father often
- 1:04:27buries you know logic and bluster you know what I mean he's always attacking
- 1:04:33somebody but his son is a lot more direct and he said America has a narrow
- 1:04:38window to reset its approach to the world not by force but by strategy he
- 1:04:44himself said that energy industry technology will define the next 50 years
- 1:04:49now where do you think he got that that's what bricks has been saying bricks
- 1:04:55has been saying this in their conferences he's you know Trump jr. also
- 1:05:00said that nations with cheap energy and strong industrial bases will dominate the
- 1:05:05AI era which is upon us he said that America has to rebuild what it allowed
- 1:05:11to be outsourced to India and China and dismantled and Mexico too by the way the
- 1:05:17you know all of the Gulf everybody at I really wish I could have been in Doha
- 1:05:22for this it would have been fantastic and the Gulf understands this because
- 1:05:26they're sitting on energy resources that are powering the AI revolution Russia
- 1:05:32understands this because it's the only it is one of the only countries with the
- 1:05:38resources and the scientific base to compete on the world stage remember me
- 1:05:44going through several weeks ago the number of engineers that come from
- 1:05:47Russian schools versus American the number that come from India and China
- 1:05:52all these engineering engineering is the wave of the future in America hasn't
- 1:05:57done anything to encourage it India understands all of this because India has
- 1:06:05been positioning itself as the world's next manufacturing and technological
- 1:06:11superpower they might even and they have the ability to go against not against
- 1:06:17but to compete with China and because of the number of people India is the
- 1:06:22largest country in the world 1.48 billion compared to China's 1.44 billion or
- 1:06:28something like that and so and they're both growing they aren't shrinking like
- 1:06:34the rest of the world where birth rates are down America under Trump is you know
- 1:06:40at least his document that he put out shows that we could work with those
- 1:06:44nations mutually realistically respectfully I think India and China
- 1:06:50standing up to Trump and saying not so fast ghostwriter we are gonna do it we
- 1:06:56think is best for us you know that's not America under Biden or Clinton you know
- 1:07:02let's he has to treat these nations not as children needing supervision but as
- 1:07:07equals that difference in Trump defines almost everything the West cannot
- 1:07:15understand why the global South gravitates toward leaders like Trump or
- 1:07:21Putin or Modi instead of the intellectuals of the Atlantic Council
- 1:07:26instead of the Hillary Clinton's of the world the answer is simple because the
- 1:07:32polished intellectual lecturers destroyed more than half of the world
- 1:07:40pragmatic nationalists have built their own Hillary Clinton and Doha was
- 1:07:46symbolic like a ghost from the past from the unipolar era that's been trying to
- 1:07:54haunt a room that no longer believes in ghosts she warned about dictators but the
- 1:08:01audience saw instability created by quote democracy she warned about Russian
- 1:08:07aggression but the audience knows who ruined Iraq and Libya and Afghanistan
- 1:08:14she warned about disinformation but the audience has watched Western media
- 1:08:19manipulate every global conflict for more than 30 years she warned that Trump
- 1:08:26would weaken America that was funny but the audience knows America is
- 1:08:30collapsing under the weight of its own contradictions and by the way collapsing
- 1:08:36I mean as a world dominated dumb as dominating the world okay and I think
- 1:08:45that Trump's foreign policy was the first acknowledgement that we need to
- 1:08:51start working as partners you know there excuse me Hillary Clinton was
- 1:09:00speaking in a language the world no longer uses excuse me the rest of the
- 1:09:08world has simply moved on Tucker's interview with Qatar's foreign minister
- 1:09:13demonstrated the new communication dynamic in a multipolar age Tucker
- 1:09:18Carlson is doing some extremely important things friends and neighbors
- 1:09:24excuse me instead of sanitized press conferences you get a blunt American
- 1:09:30journalist asking direct questions of a sovereign Gulf leader it's a great
- 1:09:35interview should listen to it it's on the internet instead of evasive
- 1:09:39diplomatic answers you had transparent response that contradict years of
- 1:09:44Western political messaging it's crazy Russia India's relationship with Putin's
- 1:09:51interview changed a lot of stuff Putin emphasized that Russia's energy
- 1:09:56relationship with India has nothing to do with Ukraine why are we discussing
- 1:10:01Ukraine when I have an energy relationship with India it predates this
- 1:10:07conflict by decades decades Russia has been working with India Russian
- 1:10:14companies have invested heavily in India's refining infrastructure India
- 1:10:19refines Russian oil and has been for a long time and exported the products to
- 1:10:25Europe ironically it makes Europe more dependent on Russian hydrocarbon even
- 1:10:30while pretending to impose sanctions Putin discussed this without gloating he
- 1:10:36didn't need to the absurdity of Western sanctions speaks for itself I've been
- 1:10:42saying that anybody who knows anything's been saying that for a long
- 1:10:47time nuclear cooperation has been going on for decades new agreements are
- 1:10:54already in in motion this is a big red flag for the West because nuclear
- 1:10:58partnerships create long-term alignment at least they have a 60-year contract
- 1:11:0560 years crazy stuff for decades the West has relied on its ability to define
- 1:11:15reality for the rest of the world it didn't matter what actually happened in
- 1:11:20Iraq Libya Syria Serbia Ukraine World Trade Center what mattered was what CNN
- 1:11:29in Fox News said happened what the BBC reported what the New York Times printed
- 1:11:37and what the State Department declared untruthfully the West controlled that
- 1:11:43framework controlled the language controlled the morality if the West
- 1:11:49called somebody a dictator he was one if the West called a group of freedom
- 1:11:55fighters they were heroes if the West called the war humanitarian bombs are
- 1:12:02irrelevant right that era ended the moment the rest of the world has gained
- 1:12:08enough economic and media independence to speak for itself frankly I think it
- 1:12:15started around the time of kovat I think that was kind of a reset of
- 1:12:24everything it localized many many things and it didn't mean you know the
- 1:12:30only place you could get news was from from certain sources in the West there's
- 1:12:36competition everywhere I love watching Indian TV there they're pretty blunt and
- 1:12:41I like watching Russian TV stuff from Al Jazeera that people think oh geez are a
- 1:12:48bunch of Muslims and that doesn't mean they're not saying things that are true
- 1:12:54they aren't trying to dictate anything to you they're just talking about the
- 1:13:00the world as they see it and that's important Doha proved that the West no
- 1:13:06longer owns the global microphone and they don't Russia has a media network I
- 1:13:12told you about RT going into India and the huge outlay of funds there China has
- 1:13:19its own networks India has its own the Gulf funds world-class broadcasters that
- 1:13:23don't talk none of them talk in any of these places like a Washington parrot
- 1:13:29you know weapons mass destruction everyone is all you ever heard right
- 1:13:35African nations communicate with each other directly Latin America even has
- 1:13:41alternatives once narrative and that's one of the biggest things in Trump's
- 1:13:47foreign policy document he is saying that we need to focus on the Western
- 1:13:55hemisphere and quit doing stuff all over the world he's that's why South America
- 1:13:59is important to him but I still think he needs to do it more as partnerships
- 1:14:04instead of this forcing what's going on he's creating a new war closer to home I
- 1:14:10think he's doing it for the benefit of the Mitch McConnell's of the world you
- 1:14:15know those those morons need to be kicked out so once the narrative
- 1:14:20monopoly has disappeared which it almost has Western credibility evaporated
- 1:14:28right with it because everybody knows that the West lied for years the truth
- 1:14:35was simple the West's power has never been based on economics or military
- 1:14:41strength it's based on the mythology of those two things when the mythology
- 1:14:46broke so did the Empire this is why Hillary Clinton sounded so hollow and
- 1:14:56old in Doha she came with the old script the same old American spirit script
- 1:15:03America leads everybody else has to follow but the room wasn't following the
- 1:15:11room listen to her the way one listens to an elder relative repeat stories from
- 1:15:17decades ago me and my army stories you know you can decades ago my important
- 1:15:24contributions to the world happened in the 90s and Hillary it's the same thing
- 1:15:29Hillary talked about the need for America to be more assertive in Ukraine
- 1:15:33nobody cares about that the audience understood that assertive means more
- 1:15:39weapons more escalation more instability not less she talked about Putin like it
- 1:15:45was still 2015 in the West believed its own propaganda she talked about
- 1:15:51defending democracy as if Ukraine was a democracy and as if the United States
- 1:15:58hasn't spent the past 25 years destroying nations in the name of democracy nobody
- 1:16:06believed her you know you go listen to her you know in contrast every time
- 1:16:10Tucker Carlson opened his mouth everybody was listening not because he's
- 1:16:15beloved but because he was saying things that diplomats and journalists are
- 1:16:19too cowardly to say he exposed the contradiction at the heart of Western
- 1:16:25policies nations are punished not for what they do but for whom they refuse to
- 1:16:31obey isn't that terrible he asked questions Western journalists refused to
- 1:16:37ask because he answered would collapse the carefully curated moral hierarchy
- 1:16:44that justifies constant intervention Qatar's foreign minister responded
- 1:16:50without fear because Qatar understands something crucial as well this is
- 1:16:56important the West needs Qatar far more than Qatar needs the West think about
- 1:17:05that Qatar is not alone Saudi Arabia has moved on the UAE has moved on Egypt and
- 1:17:13Turkey have moved on Iran never cared in the first place India has moved on and
- 1:17:18China has never played the game Africa is moving on at lightning speed getting
- 1:17:24rid of everyone South America is pushing American influence out of its own
- 1:17:29politics the unipolar world is a relic and the only people that haven't accepted
- 1:17:36it are the West's political military industrial complex
- 1:17:43class and they just haven't processed this loss including the old Hillary
- 1:17:52Clinton you know it's crazy Western politicians desperate to maintain the
- 1:17:59narrative insist also that Russia's concerns in Ukraine are illegitimate
- 1:18:05irrational or imperialistic nobody buys that the global South doesn't buy that
- 1:18:11the only people who believe it are the ones who built their careers on
- 1:18:15pretending that NATO expansion was a harmless act of goodwill instead of a
- 1:18:21geopolitical strategy of containment it's crazy Doha revealed this
- 1:18:26contradiction in real time while Hillary was talking about defending democracy the
- 1:18:32Gulf is thinking about energy corridors security packs economic
- 1:18:37diversification AI investment and multipolar balance CNN is still
- 1:18:43pretending that American leadership in these fields is indispensable but Qatar
- 1:18:48demonstrated that American leadership is often irrelevant Western politicians
- 1:18:54still imagine themselves as referees of global morality and the rest of the
- 1:18:59world is forming partnerships based on results and economics not rhetoric this
- 1:19:07is the core truth of the new world results infrastructure not values not
- 1:19:15speeches not slogans not think-tank fantasies but results and Trump's policy
- 1:19:23document really does focus on results and Trump jr. his message in Doha also
- 1:19:31focused on results Tucker's interview expressed and exposed the lack of
- 1:19:39results in Western policies Trump jr. talking about the corruption and claim
- 1:19:46in cut in Ukraine as a fact was important and Putin's interview outlined
- 1:19:54Russia's results despite sanctions alleged isolation and pushing war to its
- 1:20:02doorstop India's response shows that nations respect results not narrative
- 1:20:09and Doha has exposed the West's Achilles heel it no longer delivers results the
- 1:20:17West delivers stories like Hillary's and the world is tired of those stories so
- 1:20:24this is why Trump's foreign policy vision resonates with me and globally
- 1:20:30you should read it if you haven't it's not because Trump is universally
- 1:20:34admired it's because Trump is a little more predictable he's transactional and
- 1:20:40he's uninterested in ideological crusades mostly I still think what
- 1:20:46they're doing in Venezuela he needs to back off of that too but most nations
- 1:20:52most leaders prefer truth reality the world doesn't want America as a
- 1:20:57preacher it wants America as a negotiator that's what we want Russia
- 1:21:03wants stability India wants stability Gulf Africa China all want stability the
- 1:21:10only block that seems to thrive on instability is the one that claims to be
- 1:21:15defending global order NATO and company yep Putin's final message in his
- 1:21:24interview in India wasn't spoken explicitly but it was unmistakable what
- 1:21:29he said Russia's gonna survive Russia will adapt Russia's gonna win where it
- 1:21:34has to win and Russia will build alliances with those who choose
- 1:21:39sovereignty over submission India chose sovereignty Qatar chose sovereignty much
- 1:21:45of the world is choosing its own sovereignty and the more nations that
- 1:21:50choose sovereignty the weaker the Western narrative becomes the world
- 1:21:56isn't collapsing don't don't be scared over this it's reorganizing and nations
- 1:22:02doing the reorganizing are not in Brussels or Washington they're in Moscow
- 1:22:07Delhi Doha Riyadh Abu Dhabi Beijing Pretoria and Brasilia the future belongs
- 1:22:16to energy producers infrastructure and manufacturing giants technological
- 1:22:23innovators and some civilizational states not those who think moral
- 1:22:29lectures about LGBTQ plus plus add some more they don't these moral lectures
- 1:22:39don't replace competence Doha Trump's doctrine Putin's interview and India's
- 1:22:46reception of Putin all tell the same story the global center of gravity has
- 1:22:52moved on those who accept it are gonna thrive those who deny it are gonna fade
- 1:23:00and nothing captures this shift more clearly than the contrast between how
- 1:23:07the West discusses Russia and how India the Gulf and Asia actually view Russia
- 1:23:14in the West Russia's portrayed as a declining isolated unpredictable
- 1:23:20aggressor clinging to past Soviet glory but in the real world the world that
- 1:23:26buys energy builds infrastructure and invests in future industry Russia's
- 1:23:32views a stable necessary resource-rich power that has proven resilient under
- 1:23:39pressure capable of long-term planning unlike the West we don't plan long-term
- 1:23:46because we change direction every four years Western politicians despise Putin
- 1:23:52because of this but they cannot change the simple fact that Russia is
- 1:23:57indispensable to global energy global security and global balance so when Putin
- 1:24:04speak nations listen not only because they admire him personally but because
- 1:24:09they recognize that Russia's strategic interests are clear are consistent and
- 1:24:14based on principles that they themselves understand sovereignty security stability
- 1:24:20non-interference and respect for civilizational identity but when
- 1:24:26Russian the Western sorry leaders speak nations here a demand for alignment join
- 1:24:34us be like us join our definition of democracy they don't hear a proposal for
- 1:24:41cooperation they hear conditions not partnerships they hear warnings not
- 1:24:47opportunities and the difference is profound that difference is why the West
- 1:24:53has lost influence over the global South the global South is no longer afraid of
- 1:25:00Western disapproval they have options they no longer depend on Western
- 1:25:04financial institution they have options they no longer rely on Western security
- 1:25:10guarantees they have options they no longer trust Western narratives because
- 1:25:16they do have options they no longer accept how the West defines their
- 1:25:22legitimacy they're creating their own definition they're aligning with
- 1:25:27geographic realities culture economies and history not with the fantasies put
- 1:25:36out by Washington think tanks Trump's doctrine if you read it is more
- 1:25:43compatible with this new world than anything produced by Biden Clinton you
- 1:25:49know anyone like that Trump is not promising to reshape the world as
- 1:25:53America he's promising to reshape America into a nation capable of
- 1:25:58competing in the world that actually exists I liked it it was a good document
- 1:26:04this is why Trump's foreign policy approach stripped of the media hysteria
- 1:26:08is deeply pragmatic he doesn't want America to dominate through ideology he
- 1:26:14wants America to succeed through strength nations respect strength they
- 1:26:20recoil and dislike moral arrogance what we saw in Doha and what Putin articulated
- 1:26:29from India is that the future belongs to nations that understand themselves Russia
- 1:26:35understands itself India understands itself Qatar China Saudi Arabia UAE
- 1:26:43understand themselves more clearly today than they did a decade ago but the US
- 1:26:49and the Europe seem confused about who they are they swing between moral
- 1:26:55crusades and political chaos between interventionism and isolation between
- 1:27:02preaching democracy and eroding their own domestic institution this confusion
- 1:27:12makes the West unpredictable in the very worst way not unpredictable like a
- 1:27:18rising power challenging the status quo unpredictable like a declining Empire
- 1:27:23lashing out in frustration the no world no longer adjusts itself around
- 1:27:29instability it works around it the workarounds are amazing the brilliance
- 1:27:36of Doha 2025 wasn't that it produced new treaties grand speeches it was that it
- 1:27:42exposed for anyone willing to see it how the world has changed a decade ago the
- 1:27:48US could have forced Qatar to deny Tucker's revelations or pressure Doha to
- 1:27:54exclude Trump aligned speakers today it cannot a decade ago Hillary Clinton
- 1:27:59could have lectured the Gulf and expected applause today she got polite silence a
- 1:28:05decade ago the West could have pressured India to distance itself from Russia
- 1:28:10today India responds by doubling down on further cooperation with Russia the
- 1:28:18world is not anti-american the world is anti-imperial the world is anti
- 1:28:24hypocrisy the world is anti-lecture the world wants partnerships not patrons and
- 1:28:31Trump's foreign policy doctrine intentional or not fits the global
- 1:28:36preference the unipolar world is over the multipolar world has begun nations
- 1:28:43prepared to accept this are going to lead the 21st century Russia is prepared
- 1:28:49India is prepared the Gulf is prepared much of the world is prepared the future
- 1:28:56isn't ideological it's civilizational depends on infrastructure in closing
- 1:29:04one thing is absolutely certain the world will not go backward not after
- 1:29:09Doha not after Putin in India not after everything the West has revealed about
- 1:29:15itself in Ukraine and Gaza the global order has changed permanently and the
