Transcript
- 0:00SPEAKER_00: Today we are talking about the future of cellular health, plant-derived exosomes.
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: Welcome to Wellness in Every Season.
- 0:09SPEAKER_00: We talk all things wellness regarding the environment that you spend a lot of your time in, your physical health, your intellectual health, your financial health, your spiritual health, professional health, your social health, who you have relationships with, your emotional health.
- 0:29SPEAKER_00: This is a really big umbrella, so expect all kinds of topics within all of these amazing dimensions of your wellness.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: Let's dive in.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: I have with me Dr.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: Jeff Gross.
- 0:50SPEAKER_00: Let me tell you a little bit about Dr.
- 0:53SPEAKER_00: Jeff.
- 0:54SPEAKER_00: So he is a neurosurgeon who transitioned towards regenerative medicine and longevity.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: His company promotes plant-derived exosomes as a way to deliver beneficial compounds to the body.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: And his company name is I just lost it.
- 1:12SPEAKER_00: Is Recelebrate.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: So let's dive into these questions.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: And before that, let me just say thank you for joining us, Dr.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: Jeff, and for being here while you're out of state.
- 1:25SPEAKER_01: It's my pleasure.
- 1:26SPEAKER_01: It's great to talk to you.
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: All right, let's get to the first question because I'm really excited to learn more about this.
- 1:33SPEAKER_00: Most people have never heard of plant-derived exosomes.
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: I'm one of those.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: What are they and how are they different from simply eating the plants they come from?
- 1:43SPEAKER_01: Well, plant-derived exosomes require a little bit of going back and learning what an exosome is and why it's interesting and how I got to figure out plant exosomes as a product.
- 1:56SPEAKER_01: So I'm a regenerative medicine doc, as you said earlier.
- 1:59SPEAKER_01: I was practicing neurological surgery.
- 2:02SPEAKER_01: I wanted to add stem cells to my practice because I saw all the people going out of the country to get results and things.
- 2:08SPEAKER_01: And about eight years ago, I added it.
- 2:10SPEAKER_01: I went and retrained and all this, and I learned all about regenerative medicine, stem cell biologics, and how we can use that to help people maybe repair something or help their body heal, or part of an overall health and holistic approach to wellness and longevity.
- 2:26SPEAKER_01: So it turns out that, and I do a lot of joint and spine work, I still do.
- 2:31SPEAKER_01: We help people avoid surgery.
- 2:32SPEAKER_01: But we also do wellness.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: And we also turns out we learn that stem cells actually don't do the work, even though they're the cool buzz phrase.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: They're the reason why you search it on the internet, but they're not doing the work.
- 2:45SPEAKER_01: They deliver the work.
- 2:46SPEAKER_01: They deliver things that they secrete.
- 2:50SPEAKER_01: And if you want to be holistic about that, it's we we have a word for what they secrete.
- 2:55SPEAKER_01: It's not just the stem cell juice.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: It's called the secretome or the stem cell secretome.
- 3:00SPEAKER_01: It's what it secretes.
- 3:02SPEAKER_01: And there are two components of that secretion.
- 3:04SPEAKER_01: There are growth factors, and these are proteins and peptides.
- 3:07SPEAKER_01: You may have heard of peptides.
- 3:09SPEAKER_01: And there are vesicles even smaller than cell bubbles that contain information, biologic information.
- 3:17SPEAKER_01: Our cells then take in both forms of that.
- 3:20SPEAKER_01: Some of those proteins might bind the cell surface in what's called a receptor and activate a pathway in the cell.
- 3:27SPEAKER_01: And the vesicles bind with the cell and inject of sorts their contents.
- 3:32SPEAKER_01: And then our cells get influenced.
- 3:34SPEAKER_01: They go from aging, degenerated, inflamed, and then they reverse back into a more youthful, restorative state in a holistic way.
- 3:45SPEAKER_01: So we use that strategically now.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: That's regenerative medicine.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: Those vesicles are called exosomes.
- 3:51SPEAKER_01: So when we use the word exosomes, we're really talking about stem cell derived or stem cell secreted exosomes.
- 3:57SPEAKER_01: So we are doing this clinically, very active in this.
- 4:00SPEAKER_01: I kind of became the exosome guy clinically in the US, very quickly.
- 4:04SPEAKER_01: I've written on it, I speak on it.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: And I'm here out of state speaking on exosomes today.
- 4:10SPEAKER_01: But it became clear through my daily research, because I am an absolute nerd, I read every day, what's the new research out there?
- 4:15SPEAKER_01: That there is a wealth of science as to other species, including plants.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: Their stem cells make these vesicles, they make exosomes.
- 4:28SPEAKER_01: Dig further, it turns out plants not only make exosomes, but that's how they deliver their phytonutrients.
- 4:36SPEAKER_01: Let's look at that word for a minute.
- 4:38SPEAKER_01: Phytomeans growth or plant nutrients, I think we know what that means.
- 4:43SPEAKER_01: So the nutrients you get from plants are called phytonutrients.
- 4:46SPEAKER_01: And that's the fancy words you might hear out there that citrus fruits make certain types.
- 4:53SPEAKER_01: Red grapes make resvertral.
- 4:56SPEAKER_01: Plants make glutathione, they make superoxide dismutase, they make astrocyathins, some of the berries, all kinds of things.
- 5:03SPEAKER_01: I know I mispronounced that because the words get fancier and fancier.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: But all those nutrients that you might go to the vitamin shop or buy online, some supplement, plants already make them.
- 5:14SPEAKER_01: And they package them in vesicles called exosomes.
- 5:16SPEAKER_01: That's called plant-derived exosomes.
- 5:19SPEAKER_01: So I think I defined it, and I know there's more to unpack, but maybe I'll let you get a question in since I took over your whole podcast already.
- 5:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that got very science and very I was thinking about my undergrad during that.
- 5:35SPEAKER_01: Sorry, that was traumatic.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: No, no, I really enjoyed my undergrad.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: I went back after my kids.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: Well, my first kid was born.
- 5:44SPEAKER_00: He was seven months old.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: So I went back when I was a bit older, wiser and more knew what I wanted to do.
- 5:51SPEAKER_00: So I really enjoyed college again.
- 5:55SPEAKER_01: So you weren't there just for the parties.
- 5:57SPEAKER_01: Good.
- 5:58SPEAKER_00: No, I did it online while having more kids.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: And it was COVID too.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: So it wasn't that long ago.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 6:06SPEAKER_00: So the next question: what happens after we consume these plant-derived ecosomes?
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: How are they thought to survive digestion?
- 6:14SPEAKER_00: Because I know that not all vitamins survive that very well.
- 6:18SPEAKER_00: The not non-naturally derived.
- 6:21SPEAKER_01: Very correct.
- 6:22SPEAKER_00: Enter the body, and how do they communicate or deliver compounds to our cells?
- 6:27SPEAKER_01: Great.
- 6:28SPEAKER_01: So when you eat a piece of fruit, a healthy piece of fruit, you're gonna have a kiwi.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: You want all the health benefit, not just the good taste, but you want the health benefits from that beyond the fiber.
- 6:38SPEAKER_01: And that comes through, in some form, through these plant-derived exosomes.
- 6:43SPEAKER_01: The exosome made by a plant has a hardy membrane.
- 6:47SPEAKER_01: It's tougher than a mammal or our own human exosomes, which we use all the time strategically for various things.
- 6:54SPEAKER_01: If you eat a human exosome, your stomach acid and the enzymes will probably open it up and disrupt the contents in your gut.
- 7:02SPEAKER_01: They'll get digested.
- 7:03SPEAKER_01: You really won't have much of a benefit.
- 7:05SPEAKER_01: It turns out plant exosomes are hardier, they survive digestion.
- 7:10SPEAKER_01: They're designed to, or we were designed around it as we evolved, so that those exosomes actually are seen to survive the digestion.
- 7:20SPEAKER_01: They are seen to pass the intestinal barrier and get into our bloodstream.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: But not only that, they survive the bloodstream and get into our cells at severely high delivery.
- 7:32SPEAKER_01: And let's compare that to a supplement off the shelf.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: Let's say you've you do your reading, you heard resveratrol is a great longevity phytonutrient.
- 7:44SPEAKER_01: You want to get some resveratrol.
- 7:45SPEAKER_01: You can only eat so many red grapes.
- 7:47SPEAKER_01: And although red wine has resveratrol and also has alcohol, so you've got to be careful and cautious about how much you take, right?
- 7:54SPEAKER_01: So you go to the vitamin store and you pick up a bottle of resveratrol.
- 7:59SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about how that's made.
- 8:00SPEAKER_01: It's made in one of two ways.
- 8:01SPEAKER_01: Either red grapes were crushed and processed biochemically into the molecule of resveratrol, which is put into a pill or a capsule.
- 8:11SPEAKER_01: You eat that.
- 8:12SPEAKER_01: And the other way is will be a synthetic version of resveratrol.
- 8:15SPEAKER_01: You eat that.
- 8:16SPEAKER_01: A lot of it gets digested in your stomach because it's not encapsulated by an exosome.
- 8:21SPEAKER_01: Very little gets into your system.
- 8:22SPEAKER_01: If it does get into your bloodstream, it bounces around.
- 8:26SPEAKER_01: There's no cell receptor that's going to bring it into your cell.
- 8:30SPEAKER_01: So you're you have to overwhelm your system to get any to get into your cell.
- 8:33SPEAKER_01: And we know it can be helpful if you have enough.
- 8:36SPEAKER_01: Well, nature's already figured this out.
- 8:38SPEAKER_01: The plant-derived exosome with resveratrol comes from a number of fruits, citrus fruits, red grapes, others.
- 8:46SPEAKER_01: And we know that you get about 4,500 times the amount of reservatrol from an equal weight, milligrams, of an exosome-packaged, naturally packaged version, than you do the supplement on the shelf.
- 9:05SPEAKER_01: Now, some supplement companies have figured out, oh, we'll make it liposomal.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: We'll put an artificial membrane on it.
- 9:11SPEAKER_01: And those liposomes do a little better, but still the exosome is the most efficient natural delivery.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Nature's figured this out.
- 9:20SPEAKER_01: They deliver to the cell where you need it.
- 9:23SPEAKER_01: The nutrient does nothing for you in your bloodstream.
- 9:25SPEAKER_01: Measuring it in your bloodstream tells you nothing about how much is in your cell where it's needed.
- 9:30SPEAKER_01: So we know that fruits have this.
- 9:35SPEAKER_01: But you'd have to eat an awful lot of fruit to really get a lot of additional benefit from having a lifetime of probably not getting enough.
- 9:43SPEAKER_01: And that's why we're able finally to concentrate these natural fruit exosomes into a powder and put it in a capsule for daily supplementation.
- 9:55SPEAKER_00: It just makes me think about before we got on, we were talking about how he grew up where close to where I live, and we kind of flipped.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: I grew up on the West Coast, he grew up on the East Coast, now we live on the opposite coast.
- 10:09SPEAKER_00: And I did a history tour in Annapolis a couple of years ago with my husband.
- 10:14SPEAKER_00: And realizing how hard life was back then, and back when what was it in the 17 and 1800s?
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: Back then.
- 10:26SPEAKER_00: Can you tell history is not my strong suit?
- 10:28SPEAKER_00: Anyway, they lived if they were lucky to my age, to their early 40s.
- 10:34SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: And now we're looking at living so much longer.
- 10:38SPEAKER_00: And because we live longer, why not have the quality of life that we had in our 20s, 30s, and 40s?
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: And that's just is amazing to me.
- 10:49SPEAKER_00: And it makes me wish that the people back then had it.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: And it's that realization of okay, we have this, so why aren't we using this as much as possible to our benefit?
- 11:03SPEAKER_01: You're 100% right.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: And and phytonutrients, exosome, plant-derived exosome phytonutrients, is just one piece of the longevity puzzle.
- 11:11SPEAKER_01: And you gotta do the work, you gotta sleep right, you gotta eat properly, you gotta have mindfulness and relaxation, not be stressed all the time.
- 11:19SPEAKER_01: You have to avoid certain things in your environment that we have a lot of.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: There are so many elements: exercise, bone mass, muscle mass, all these things have to be focused on protein.
- 11:30SPEAKER_01: I mean, we could we could make a hundred thing list that we should all be doing every day.
- 11:35SPEAKER_01: But they a lot of people know they need supplements, right?
- 11:38SPEAKER_01: Because our diet is just bleached out, washed through, diluted.
- 11:42SPEAKER_01: We need these things.
- 11:44SPEAKER_01: And we have taken and created a supplement out of plant-derived exosomes from these organic Italian fruits in the blue zone.
- 11:50SPEAKER_01: Blue zones where people live to be 100 at a higher rate than anywhere else.
- 11:55SPEAKER_01: And one of the reasons, not the only reason, and is access to these fruits.
- 12:00SPEAKER_01: They're mango, papaya, many citrus fruits, and they are extracted into a juice.
- 12:05SPEAKER_01: And then the juice, we are we have ultracentrifuges that can pull out the excessomes.
- 12:09SPEAKER_01: It's very labor-intensive.
- 12:11SPEAKER_01: So you might say, why haven't we known this before?
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: Why haven't we done this earlier?
- 12:15SPEAKER_01: It's been very difficult to do.
- 12:17SPEAKER_01: So now we've got it figured out.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: We're working on some other things as well.
- 12:21SPEAKER_01: But this is the first longevity supplement, and you can get rid of a handful of other supplements.
- 12:26SPEAKER_01: All the B vitamins except B12, you don't need because they get a higher concentration in the exosome, the plant exosome.
- 12:33SPEAKER_01: You don't need vitamin C.
- 12:34SPEAKER_01: You can always take extra, but it's high, high delivery of vitamin C to your cell, which is incredible.
- 12:39SPEAKER_01: We have superoxide disfutase, glutathione, resvertral, other phytonutrients in this particular blend.
- 12:45SPEAKER_01: The sky's the limit, we're just developing them out from here.
- 12:48SPEAKER_01: One small capsule a day, and you you need many fewer pills in your daily routine.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: And the the caveat is make sure to check this against other vitamins.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Make sure you're talking to your doctor, your pharmacist, do the work yourself.
- 13:07SPEAKER_00: I've even had it stuff that's been missed by my doctor and pharmacist.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 13:12SPEAKER_00: And it's important.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: Remember that you are in the driver's seat.
- 13:16SPEAKER_00: If you're not, get in the driver's seat because this is your life.
- 13:21SPEAKER_00: And it's an amazing life.
- 13:23SPEAKER_00: It's what you create.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: And if you want to be able to blow out your birthday candles and not have somebody else do it when you turn 100, think about what things you want to change in your life so that you can do that.
- 13:34SPEAKER_00: And so that you can be walking up to the cake without any AIDS.
- 13:38unknown: Okay.
- 13:38SPEAKER_00: I love that.
- 13:39SPEAKER_00: So yeah.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: I love that.
- 13:40SPEAKER_01: And let me add, I'm a doctor, and you patients are their own best advocates.
- 13:46SPEAKER_01: And many doctors these days in this SIP care system don't have the time to sit and hold your hand and go through all the explanation we were trained we should be going through with you, all the options, all those things.
- 13:58SPEAKER_01: And doctors joke, oh, don't bring your Google questions in.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: No, I disagree.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Bring them in.
- 14:04SPEAKER_01: Go to ChatGPT, go to your favorite AI, go to Google, bring your list of questions, questions in.
- 14:10SPEAKER_01: They should all be answered to your satisfaction.
- 14:13SPEAKER_01: Now, if you're taking up hours, then we have an issue.
- 14:16SPEAKER_01: But we should be able to answer most of those questions in a 15 to 20 minute time frame.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: And honestly, that's the point of this podcast is that you have all this, you're getting other professionals.
- 14:26SPEAKER_00: You're and he was talking about wellness.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: We can talk about this forever, which is why it's called wellness in every season for your life.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: And it's that reminder of using Chat GPT, using Google, using Gemini, whatever is out there that you want to use.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: It can you can spend those hours so that you're refining it down to your 20 minutes, 30 minutes within the visit.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: So I love that.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: Let me ask one last question, and then we'll after that ask where to find you and where to find these vitamins, or do you call them supplements?
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: It's kind of interchangeable.
- 15:00SPEAKER_01: I I call it longevity, longevity, longevity exosomes, but you can call them whatever you want.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: So where is the strongest research right now when it comes to potential applications like gut health, immune function, inflammation, and healthy aging, especially in related to what everything you've been talking about and your supplements?
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: If this podcast, dear listener, has stimulated your interest in this topic, please go to your internet browser and type in PubMed, and either plant-derived exosomes, and some people call those PDEs, or the other phrase is plant extracellular vesicle or P L E V.
- 15:47SPEAKER_01: And it will bring up only the literature in PubMed, published scientific literature, and you will have pages of references about the wellness treating specific conditions and diseases, which we can't claim because it's nutraceutical, but there are proof, there is medical evidence for the benefits of these.
- 16:08SPEAKER_01: It's why my wife and I take these every day.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: We put some in the dog's food.
- 16:12SPEAKER_01: It's why I I'm not a supplement manufacturer by training.
- 16:17SPEAKER_01: I just I couldn't not do this.
- 16:20SPEAKER_01: So it's, I'm still practicing medicine.
- 16:22SPEAKER_01: This, this, the exosome supplement is the first of its kind.
- 16:26SPEAKER_01: It's the only supplement that has actually shown to increase longevity of cells.
- 16:31SPEAKER_01: We did a study, increased all the markers of longevity and suppressed the damage markers, the senescence zombie cell markers.
- 16:39SPEAKER_01: So if your cells live longer, their owner will live longer.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: There's no other supplement that can make back pain.
- 16:47SPEAKER_01: We're the first exosome supplement, the first longevity supplement.
- 16:51SPEAKER_01: So we are, we know we're disrupting a lot and making a lot of companies cranky because now we have a 4,500 more efficient cellular delivery than they'll ever have.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: So it sounds like the answer to this would be it helps gut health, immune function, inflammation, healthy aging, all of that.
- 17:10SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 17:11SPEAKER_01: There are there are papers on using it to treat certain cancers.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: Again, I'm not making that claim from Logjevex because we're a supplement, we're not allowed to make that claim, but there is medical evidence that should give you good reason to maybe want to take this preventative, or if you're in the middle of dealing with the diagnosis and you want to do everything naturally and holistically that you can without eating bushels of fruit every day.
- 17:35SPEAKER_01: It takes seven liters of juice to make one capsule of these fruits.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: So this is not insignificant.
- 17:42SPEAKER_01: If you take right now a green powder daily, like an AG1 or something like that, you're getting the whole fruit.
- 17:50SPEAKER_01: With our capsule, you're just giving the exosomes.
- 17:52SPEAKER_01: You'd have to take a whole container of AG1 to get what's in one capsule for phytonutrients.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: Now we don't have fiber.
- 17:59SPEAKER_01: You still need to eat a little fruit and get the fiber.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: So this isn't completely replacing a crop diet.
- 18:08SPEAKER_01: No, it will not.
- 18:09SPEAKER_01: It will help fill a void in phytonutrients, but you still have to do the work.
- 18:15SPEAKER_01: I think we established that.
- 18:16SPEAKER_00: So still eat healthy.
- 18:18SPEAKER_00: Still do your exercises, still do healthy parts of longevity.
- 18:22SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 18:23SPEAKER_01: Use use your muscles, please, please, please.
- 18:25SPEAKER_01: That's if I can impart one thing, it's free to do.
- 18:28SPEAKER_01: You'll live longer if you exercise every day.
- 18:32SPEAKER_00: And you get sunshine, get some vitamin D along with it.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: Some fresh air.
- 18:37SPEAKER_01: Yep.
- 18:38SPEAKER_00: No, I'm gonna ask the other one.
- 18:39SPEAKER_00: If plant-derived exosomes develop the way researchers hope, what could this technology realistically change about the way we approach health and longevity over the next decade?
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: That will probably be you'll have to leave your own.
- 18:55SPEAKER_01: I have the answer.
- 18:57SPEAKER_01: But I'll give you a teaser if it's okay.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: I think you you had talked at the outset.
- 19:01SPEAKER_01: We were going to call this podcast something about the future of something, the future of cellular signaling for cellular health.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: It's not the future, it's the present.
- 19:10SPEAKER_01: It might be your future if you haven't learned about it yet.
- 19:13SPEAKER_01: So make it your present, read the newsletter, I'll have a great answer for you.
- 19:17SPEAKER_01: I want to spur more questions, send those questions into Autumn.
- 19:21SPEAKER_01: Autumn's not looking to do more work, but we're gonna we're gonna call upon her.
- 19:25SPEAKER_01: I promise she will forward them to me.
- 19:27SPEAKER_01: I will get them back to her and she can post them on wherever you get your information from Autumn.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: And if you want to reach out to him directly, where do they find you?
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: Your website, your social media, tell us about it.
- 19:40SPEAKER_01: So our thank you for that.
- 19:41SPEAKER_01: Our practice is called recelebrate.com because we are celebrating the renewal of yourselves.
- 19:49SPEAKER_01: And that could be help, wellness, optimization, longevity, avoiding a knee surgery, all those things.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: So that's R-E-C-E-L-L E-B-R-A-T-E.
- 19:59SPEAKER_01: And because we made up the word, we quartered the internet on the word.
- 20:02SPEAKER_01: So if you go to recelebrate.com, that's our website.
- 20:05SPEAKER_01: If you go to at recelebrate on most of your social channels, you'll find us.
- 20:08SPEAKER_01: Please follow us.
- 20:10SPEAKER_01: And we put out educational content.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: We mean to educate.
- 20:13SPEAKER_01: Sometimes we put out something funny.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: Everyone needs a laugh.
- 20:16SPEAKER_01: So check us out, reach out to us at any time if you have questions, anything about regenerative medicine, stem cells, exosomes, plant-derived exosomes, muse cells, all kinds of options and alternatives that may be different from what your regular doctor may have offered you and things I was offering people under limitations prior to me actually putting down the Kool-Aid and offering this now.
- 20:42SPEAKER_00: And it sounds like you also, depending on the platform, will come and speak.
- 20:54SPEAKER_01: So, yes, if you're inviting me to speak, I love to come visit Maryland and have some blue crab there anytime.
- 21:02SPEAKER_01: Old-based seasoning doesn't show up on every store shelf.
- 21:06SPEAKER_01: So I have to come back to Maryland periodically.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: I just mind in general, not for me, but you're in the middle right now to speak.
- 21:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
- 21:14SPEAKER_01: I mean, Scott's still, we're at an event for practitioners in the health and wellness space.
- 21:19SPEAKER_01: And I speak if you if you are very interested in and you're a listener, y'all find us usually in Austin in May at the biohacking conference, the Beyond conference, Dave Asprey's conference.
- 21:31SPEAKER_01: You'll find us at other health and wellness events around the country internationally.
- 21:36SPEAKER_01: But I also have to spend time in the clinic treating people.
- 21:39SPEAKER_01: So we we try to balance it.
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: And you're based out of Los Angeles, you said?
- 21:45SPEAKER_01: Or I'm a California refugee, one of many.
- 21:48SPEAKER_01: And we are now, and for the last since 2011, had a presence in Henderson, Nevada, which is a suburb of Las Vegas.
- 21:56SPEAKER_00: I have several friends who have moved there.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: So perfect.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for your time and for sharing this.
- 22:03SPEAKER_00: And we look forward to hearing more from you in the newsletter.
- 22:06SPEAKER_01: I would love that.
- 22:07SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
- 22:09SPEAKER_00: Thank you so much for joining our discussion.
- 22:12SPEAKER_00: If you enjoyed this, please like, subscribe.
- 22:16SPEAKER_00: Most of all, share the love with others.
- 22:18SPEAKER_00: Please share this episode so that we can help other people really recalibrate every aspect of their lives so they can be the best version of themselves.
- 22:30SPEAKER_00: And I will see you in the next episode.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: I want to have my quick disclaimer here that this is not a one-size-fits-all.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: If you want one-on-one coaching, let's talk.
- 22:43SPEAKER_00: And we will make sure what wellness means to you is really put into your life, put into practice.
- 22:52SPEAKER_00: I am using my undergrad and applied health and my life coaching experience to bring this podcast to you.
