- 0:13OK, crazy news out of Victoria. I think it's crazy news.
- 0:17Anyway. You know, this is where our
- 0:21society is now. We deny actual facts.
- 0:26We deny the truth of things. There are obviously things that
- 0:29we can debate in our society. I'm a person who believes in the
- 0:35Bible. I have a strong Christian faith.
- 0:40I don't mind if people want to debate with me, want to talk,
- 0:42want to argue, even. However, my opinion, your
- 0:47opinion, I think we can all still have an opinion.
- 0:50We can disagree and it doesn't. It doesn't really matter.
- 0:54I'm not. It doesn't really matter.
- 0:56But. We we still need to be able to
- 0:58respect each other and you don't always have to agree on things,
- 1:01OK. However, there are some things
- 1:04in life I don't really think are open to debate and one of those
- 1:10things which just seems to have permeated throughout the whole
- 1:15of society now, and it's craziness, especially in first
- 1:19world nations, western societies.
- 1:23You know this idea? That transgenderism is, well, it
- 1:31It's based on fact. It's based on science.
- 1:34The whole thing to me seems like it's a delusion in the mind, OK,
- 1:39people are being swept away in this delusion.
- 1:42Our young people are being brainwashed into thinking that
- 1:45they can just change their sex Willy nilly.
- 1:51Just, you know, wake up and they feel.
- 1:54Like something else. You know, they they call
- 1:56themselves these other pronouns. Speaking of pronouns, hope you
- 1:58noticed that I my pronouns down here.
- 2:01So obviously this the Super slow podcast, my pronouns are the
- 2:05legend. Please refer to me as such.
- 2:07I'm joking, hey. But anyway, so we, you know,
- 2:13young people now. Not even just young people.
- 2:15People my age even think that they can just wake up and refer
- 2:19to themselves as something else, what I find even more
- 2:22disturbing. Is when we have people in power,
- 2:27politicians and that who they may say things that are based on
- 2:31fact that we have hold, that we have held as a society, as fact
- 2:36for thousands of years and now all of a sudden these things are
- 2:40deemed as offensive. Going to get through a couple of
- 2:43articles and listen to a short video, but let's talk about what
- 2:47happened in Victoria. Again, Victoria is absolutely
- 2:50losing its mind. Given over to the delusion
- 2:54spoken about completely I think Australia all but Victoria is
- 2:58leading the way when when going through the delusion that's
- 3:02spoken about in in Romans chapter one Anyway so this
- 3:06headline here I'll bring it up so we can all have a look at it
- 3:08I it's always better always better check it out Ferguson
- 3:16found in breach of council conduct.
- 3:19So there she is. There she said a few things on
- 3:22Twitter. Well, formerly known as Twitter,
- 3:25now it's X. So Latrobe city councillor
- 3:27Melissa Ferguson was required to apologize at the council meeting
- 3:32last Monday after an arbitration report found her online behavior
- 3:36discriminatory and in breach of the Councillor Code of conduct.
- 3:41Councillor Ferguson's Twitter X actions in April earlier that
- 3:45she were founders. Misconduct in regard to Specific
- 3:48Clauses of the Local Government Governance, Governance and
- 3:51Integrity Regulations 2020 Councillor Tracy Lund She's the
- 3:57the beacon of authority. The beacon of of truth and
- 4:01justice. Yeah.
- 4:04Anyway, in in this story she is in her own mind.
- 4:07Councillor Tracy Lund applied for the arbitration pursuit.
- 4:11Against Councillor Ferguson in early June and an independent
- 4:15arbiter in Doctor Meredith Gibbs was assigned to the case.
- 4:19She's the she's the she's the superhero.
- 4:23OK, Ferguson's the villain. And Tracy Lund she is the she is
- 4:30the bringer of justice. Councillor Lund took to Facebook
- 4:34to say as an elected representative, my commitment to
- 4:37accountability, transparency and calling out.
- 4:40Unprofessional and discriminatory behavior is
- 4:43unwavering as a counselor and as a human, calling on all the all
- 4:49the authority she's got with a counselor and a human being.
- 4:53I will never be a passive bystander to such behavior.
- 4:56It is my sincere hope that this finding raises the bar on
- 5:00expectations for the behavior and conduct of those entrusted
- 5:03with the privilege of public office.
- 5:05So they went on the so they went after this Ferguson with the
- 5:09also the privilege of the public purse and decided she was guilty
- 5:13because of her Twitter activity. So Twitter activity was deemed
- 5:17discriminatory. Let's check out what she said.
- 5:21The arbiter Fair further found that the sentiments expressed by
- 5:24Councillor Ferguson over Twitter to be offensive and
- 5:27disrespectful of trans people, in the sense that a trans person
- 5:32would reasonably find this characterization of trans people
- 5:36as offensive and disrespectful, Councillor Ferguson received.
- 5:40Sensitive backlash from the LGBTQR plus whatever of the name
- 5:46community for her Twitter posts earlier this year with the
- 5:49Gibson Pride initiative labeling them as reprehensible, harmful,
- 5:55hateful, ignorant, and were still factually incorrect.
- 6:00Were they factually incorrect? Let's check it out.
- 6:02These include retweets of divisive feminist activists.
- 6:07Rachel Wong. And Angela Jones that, the
- 6:13arbiters report stated, did not treat members of the public with
- 6:17dignity, fairness, courteous courtesy and respect. 3 posts
- 6:23Tweet One was a retweet by the accounts councillor Melissa
- 6:27Ferguson of a tweet by gays against groomers.
- 6:31So homosexual people who are against groomers.
- 6:34The tweet reads as follows. Predators are hiding behind the
- 6:38rainbow and using it as a shield to prey on children.
- 6:42Our organization will not allow our community to be scapegoats
- 6:46for this pervasion. Perversion.
- 6:48Sorry. And the boosts any longer?
- 6:51OK, so that was the first one. Remember how they set up here
- 6:54That it was factually LGBT community for her Twitter posts
- 7:00early this year, labeling them as reprehensible, harmful,
- 7:05hatefully ignorant? Factually incorrect.
- 7:08So the guys, the guys against groom is the saying creditors
- 7:13are hiding behind the rainbow, using it as a shield to prey on
- 7:19children. Is that factually incorrect?
- 7:22Doesn't seem so to me. Seems like there's a lot of
- 7:25truth in it. Predators lie and use plenty of
- 7:28things as a shield. You can't deny it and say it's
- 7:31factually incorrect. The second piece of evidence was
- 7:34a tweet. By Councillor Muslim Ferguson,
- 7:36which Councillor Lund You know she's the The hero in the story
- 7:41apparently submitted was offensive to trans children by
- 7:44list by likening them to a gender Bender and also offensive
- 7:49to those responsible for workplace training and other
- 7:52similar programs, because it might, it might make them
- 7:56realize that they are wasting their time.
- 7:59Expressions of those opinions do not support the council in her
- 8:02defense. Councillor Ferguson said she
- 8:05could not be held responsible for any retweets investigated,
- 8:08but the arbiter disagreed. In this context, well, you're
- 8:12guilty no matter what, councillor.
- 8:15The arbiter found that the retweeting of the tweets made an
- 8:17explicit endorsement of approval of its contents.
- 8:21Though councillors can express independent views through the
- 8:24media, the arbiter said unofficial personal comments
- 8:28must be made clear and separate from the council.
- 8:35Despite Councillor Ferguson's Twitter name change, and by a
- 8:38disclaimer that all tweets are her own opinion, the arbiter
- 8:41found she states specifically, This is my own opinion.
- 8:47The arbiter found that this further created ambiguity about
- 8:51the role in which Councillor Ferguson was acting.
- 8:53Like I said, she's going to be guilty no matter what.
- 8:56No matter what. The arbiter stated that failing
- 8:59to comply with these directions would be a serious misconduct
- 9:02anyway, so let's have a listen to what Moira Deaning said on
- 9:07Sky News when she was talking about how we need to stand up
- 9:10for free speech and commenting on this this case with Ferguson.
- 9:14Let's check it out. Two weeks ago, a Latrobe Council
- 9:18Arbitration Court declared Councillor Ferguson guilty.
- 9:21Of making offensive social media post.
- 9:24She was then ordered to acknowledge guilt and apologize.
- 9:28Joining me to discuss this is a woman who has also been pursued
- 9:32by the gender activist for holding mainstream views on sex
- 9:35and gender. Former Liberal MP, now an
- 9:37independent MP Maura Deming. Thanks for your time Maura.
- 9:41This case with counselor Ferguson again it's so sinister.
- 9:45She what she has said is. I would think majority of
- 9:50Victorians feel that way, whether they're Labour or
- 9:52Liberal, and she's being persecuted for it.
- 9:55Yeah, it's just another in a long series of total abuses of
- 9:58power by people in authority. You know, people need to be
- 10:02really standing up for reasonable freedom of speech.
- 10:05You know, she's being forced to make this false confession or
- 10:08she's going to be expelled, apparently.
- 10:10This is what her lawyers told her.
- 10:11And I'd just like to point out that that Latrobe City Council,
- 10:14they published a press release saying that she was guilty.
- 10:18Before the investigation had even happened, Did you?
- 10:21Hear that investigation hadn't even happened, and they've
- 10:24already pronounced her as being guilty.
- 10:27Oh yeah, and we have such great free speech here in this nation.
- 10:31I mean, this is insane. We have to do something about
- 10:34this in Vic. And it's typically women who are
- 10:38the victims of of this ideology, isn't it?
- 10:42Oh, just just briefly. When, she says there's
- 10:46typically, typically women, you know.
- 10:54Typically women who are the victims of of this ideology,
- 10:59isn't it? So she says it's typically women
- 11:01who are victims of this ideology.
- 11:03Did you? And you know, she's right.
- 11:07It does seem to be women who are typically victims.
- 11:10However, it also seems to be just.
- 11:14I haven't checked out the exact statistics, but it does seem to
- 11:17be women who are the perpetrators.
- 11:20A lot of the time, women attacking women over having such
- 11:23insane ideas. As you know, there's only two
- 11:26agenda. 2 genders you know was learned.
- 11:30She sees herself as the protagonist.
- 11:33She sees herself as the hero in the story she attacked.
- 11:37Ferguson And then they put her over to an arbitrator, another
- 11:40female, and you know, she retweeted tweets from a feminist
- 11:44activist. It's all the females attacking
- 11:47each other. And yeah, they are the victims
- 11:49in the end, but it seems like very much, I don't know anything
- 11:56else. I'll say I'll probably sound
- 11:57sexist, but I don't know. I don't know.
- 12:00A lot of the time I read these stories and it seems very much
- 12:04like women attacking other women.
- 12:08And then the men get up. These crazy men get up and say,
- 12:11well, you know, I'm their woman, I can do this.
- 12:15And you see all these other women standing up for them and
- 12:19men are just allowed to get away with it.
- 12:20You know, it's the whole society.
- 12:22Society's ludicrous right now. Because we're the most impacted,
- 12:26and it's often women who speak out.
- 12:28That's right. So not only are we the most
- 12:30vulnerable because of these extreme laws, but.
- 12:34When we speak up, it does seem that we are the ones that get
- 12:36expelled from wherever we are. And look, I can't help but see
- 12:40the similarities between her case and mine.
- 12:42And I just my heart goes out to her and to all the people that
- 12:45are trying to speak up on this issue because it comes at a
- 12:48great cost, clearly. Yeah.
- 12:53So one thing I've been thinking about is there's a reason why
- 12:58women end up being the victims. Within these kinds of cases, I
- 13:03think it's because men don't want to speak up.
- 13:05We keep getting thrown under the bus all the time.
- 13:08We're told constantly by within the from the feminist movement
- 13:12that we we really shouldn't have an opinion.
- 13:14Most things in this world are men's faults as well.
- 13:17Obviously if you're a white man, you get about it, you need to
- 13:22shut your mouth. But men in general are
- 13:25constantly told that they are the problem.
- 13:28So then when we see like a female counselor, report another
- 13:31female counselor for something that they said on Twitter, and
- 13:33then they put the female arbitrator there to decide who's
- 13:36at fault here. Men won't come to the defense
- 13:40because men don't want to get involved.
- 13:42Now, because men are constantly just berated, thrown under the
- 13:46bus, told that they are, their opinions don't matter.
- 13:51Nothing we do matters. Everything in society is our
- 13:54fault anyway. So we don't get the right to
- 13:57have an opinion, especially when it comes to things that involve
- 14:00females. That that's just what I that's
- 14:02what it feels like to me. We're constantly in trouble
- 14:04anyway, so men just like, well, you know what, I'm not going to
- 14:07say anything. And like I said, forget about
- 14:10it. If you're a wife follower in
- 14:11this land these days, hey, this is all craziness.
- 14:18I think there is 100% a spiritual issue going across our
- 14:24nation. Like I said, you can deny it all
- 14:27you want. You might think that Jay don't
- 14:29start talking about Bible issues, but the Bible very
- 14:32clearly says that that God gives us over to our own delusions.
- 14:37Because we deny God, we start worshipping the created rather
- 14:42than the creator. Women going after women, men
- 14:45going after men. God says, well hey, I'll just
- 14:48take my hand off you and reaping.
- 14:52We are reaping. The reaping the rewards of our
- 14:58own stupidity. But hey, that's just my own
- 15:02opinion. This is a spiritual issue.
- 15:05We are a land living in delusion.
- 15:09Let me know what you think. Let me know what you think about
- 15:12the men not standing up for women in these cases as well.
- 15:16Should we just be standing up? Women are do tend to be the
- 15:20victims, but is this a greater? Is this because of a greater
- 15:23issue where men just don't want to speak up anymore?
- 15:26Let me know what you think. We're on the slippery slope in
- 15:29society, especially Victoria's leading the way.
- 15:32That's my opinion. Thanks for listening to the
- 15:34slippery slope.
