- 1:28Speaker 1: As your QUAD week how's trying to strengthen quad this morning?
- 1:36Speaker 1: Is that quivering?
- 1:37Speaker 5: Yeah?
- 1:38Speaker 3: Yeah, it's quivering.
- 1:39Speaker 6: Jeez, game, it's for my own legs.
- 1:44Speaker 3: You really have been shut in this weekend. You can't
- 1:48Speaker 3: straighten your leg without a quivery. It's literally just like
- 1:51Speaker 3: just mad, dude. I got someone weird, which is that
- 1:54Speaker 3: when I pick up a drink and hold it in
- 1:57Speaker 3: my left hand, my left hand starts to tramp.
- 2:00Speaker 6: I literally can't pick up anything without trembling. Really, it's
- 2:04Speaker 6: I have a constant tremble.
- 2:05Speaker 3: Is that? Like? What do you think that is? Als?
- 2:08Speaker 6: My mom took me to the doctor for it like
- 2:09Speaker 6: multiple times as a kid. Yeah, they just said, it's
- 2:12Speaker 6: like nerve, something with my nerve.
- 2:14Speaker 3: You don't think it's because we have something in common
- 2:17Speaker 3: with Tom Hanks's character and saving Private Ryan. No, because
- 2:23Speaker 3: every time he would pick up his canteen, hand would shake. Well,
- 2:26Speaker 3: that's probably shell shock.
- 2:29Speaker 5: Is there maybe a that's like a repressed shell.
- 2:31Speaker 3: Shock that you guys have? Do you think we are
- 2:33Speaker 3: maybe from bombing so much? I don't know what it is.
- 2:36Speaker 6: I've had shaky hands my entire life and I've never
- 2:39Speaker 6: been able to fix it. Like I've tried, Like I
- 2:41Speaker 6: did like four arm workouts for years.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I did, should have.
- 2:44Speaker 5: Done more than that.
- 2:45Speaker 3: I did everything, and it never changed.
- 2:46Speaker 5: So I just can't talking about more than four.
- 2:48Speaker 3: You don't think that. You don't think that our hands
- 2:50Speaker 3: would steady behind a fifty cow? No, I think mine
- 2:54Speaker 3: would for sure. That's what That's what I'm saying, is that.
- 2:56Speaker 6: I thinks would be JiTT Your ears would be shaken
- 2:59Speaker 6: like more than ever.
- 3:00Speaker 3: Why it's not built like that to kill? He's not
- 3:04Speaker 3: built to kill. Now I've come closer to killing someone
- 3:07Speaker 3: than you have. I don't know about that.
- 3:09Speaker 5: That guy that broke into your house, you chased him
- 3:12Speaker 5: down down the wad.
- 3:13Speaker 3: Chased him down in the nude. Yeah, we're trying to
- 3:16Speaker 3: think of the closest I've ever come. I mean maybe,
- 3:19Speaker 3: but maybe you've maybe driving, you've come close driving.
- 3:23Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm a phenomenal driver. I'm a guarantee. I'm a
- 3:27Speaker 6: better driver than both of you.
- 3:29Speaker 5: Why why do you save me?
- 3:30Speaker 3: I've driven with both of you.
- 3:32Speaker 6: What it's like being in a fucking sesna going through
- 3:35Speaker 6: a blizzard.
- 3:38Speaker 3: When have you driven with me?
- 3:41Speaker 5: I've definitely I've driven with you multiple times. We're talking
- 3:43Speaker 5: about when I've known you for seven years, So when
- 3:46Speaker 5: have you driven?
- 3:47Speaker 6: I don't know the exact time exactly. I've definitely driven
- 3:50Speaker 6: with you.
- 3:50Speaker 5: Until you produce the dates, cap No, it's not. I
- 3:56Speaker 5: think that Francis is a very Francis. Francis is a
- 3:59Speaker 5: good Driver's really so. And I don't mind if what
- 4:02Speaker 5: if I'm the worst driver in the group.
- 4:04Speaker 3: Yeah, you should be ashamed. I've driven with Rowan. I
- 4:06Speaker 3: don't think he's that bad. He's not good. I think
- 4:11Speaker 3: he's pretty good.
- 4:13Speaker 1: I also, like, my ego's not telling me I have
- 4:15Speaker 1: to be the best driver in group right now. So
- 4:18Speaker 1: your fragile egos like I'm the best I'm Tokyo drifting
- 4:22Speaker 1: out here.
- 4:23Speaker 5: You're not.
- 4:23Speaker 3: Oh that's the thing.
- 4:24Speaker 6: I'm not Tokyo drifting. I'm very tend to drive like
- 4:26Speaker 6: an old lady.
- 4:27Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. That's not good. Yes it is, No, it's not.
- 4:32Speaker 3: I think good driving is a combination of being safe
- 4:35Speaker 3: while also being efficient. Yeah, getting getting us there as
- 4:39Speaker 3: quickly as possible, while not while not.
- 4:42Speaker 6: Getting there at a reasonable time.
- 4:44Speaker 3: I think that's not I don't go for as quick
- 4:47Speaker 3: as possible? Do you know that. Let's let's meet the eaty.
- 4:49Speaker 3: Every time we bring up the fact that you camp
- 4:52Speaker 3: in the left lane and hold up traffic, you raise
- 4:54Speaker 3: your mile per hour that you were going by about
- 4:57Speaker 3: five to ten. Well, first you told that story you
- 5:01Speaker 3: were going like seventy, and then you're like, I'm going
- 5:03Speaker 3: eighty five.
- 5:04Speaker 6: I just remember, like it was like it was like
- 5:07Speaker 6: if like we're in the office right now, it's there's
- 5:10Speaker 6: a blizzard happening. There's no one here right it's empty.
- 5:14Speaker 6: It would like if you were walking down the hallway
- 5:16Speaker 6: and there was someone walking directly behind you, and you
- 5:19Speaker 6: were like, why don't you just we have thousands of
- 5:22Speaker 6: square feet here, why don't you just take another you know,
- 5:25Speaker 6: just move.
- 5:27Speaker 1: I think it's more like if you were like Spider
- 5:29Speaker 1: manning across the entire hallway was empty, and so it.
- 5:33Speaker 6: Was on like a six lane highway and there's no
- 5:35Speaker 6: one else on the street.
- 5:36Speaker 3: I think it'd be more like if there was a
- 5:39Speaker 3: section of the office that was a like moving walkway,
- 5:42Speaker 3: like in the airport, and you got on on it
- 5:45Speaker 3: and you just stood and put your bags to your
- 5:49Speaker 3: left and right and said, it's moving, I'm gonna get there.
- 5:53Speaker 3: Why would I walk?
- 5:54Speaker 6: But it would be it would be similar to if
- 5:57Speaker 6: someone was camping on the on the moving walkway, which
- 5:59Speaker 6: is by far it's the fattest thing someone could ever do.
- 6:03Speaker 6: And it was like if someone did that and then
- 6:07Speaker 6: you had enough room to get by them, but instead
- 6:10Speaker 6: of getting by them, you just stood directly behind them,
- 6:13Speaker 6: and we're just like breathing on the back of their
- 6:15Speaker 6: neck the whole time.
- 6:16Speaker 1: I was at a casino in Connecticut walking up a
- 6:19Speaker 1: stairway or an escalator and there were two women, two
- 6:23Speaker 1: fat drunk women holding their drinks like looking at each other,
- 6:27Speaker 1: just wedged in and I was like, excuse me, and
- 6:30Speaker 1: she was like, really pissed me off so much yes, yes, really, yeah,
- 6:36Speaker 1: what do you mean, I'm trying to get somewhere.
- 6:38Speaker 6: I think the only time it's acceptable to not move
- 6:41Speaker 6: on a moving platform an escalator. If we're counting the
- 6:44Speaker 6: walkway as.
- 6:45Speaker 3: An escalator, well, there's a big difference between those two though. Yeah,
- 6:49Speaker 3: you have to walk on the moving walkway, you don't
- 6:51Speaker 3: have to walk on the escal.
- 6:53Speaker 6: I think I think you should walk. I mean, unless
- 6:55Speaker 6: you have a big luggage, I get. But like, I
- 6:56Speaker 6: think everyone should be going down.
- 6:58Speaker 3: Walking down the escalator. I mean, honestly, honestly, there is
- 7:01Speaker 3: a danger element to that. If you have stairs, if
- 7:04Speaker 3: you fall down the escalator, you're dead. You're to die.
- 7:07Speaker 3: You're dead. Yeah, there's even stairs. Don't kill you. You're
- 7:10Speaker 3: gonna get sucked under. Yeah, you're gonna come back out.
- 7:13Speaker 3: You're getting as carpaccia. Yeah, you're coming out the other end.
- 7:17Speaker 6: But I saw, if you're capable, you should be going down.
- 7:21Speaker 5: Really, and it's an escalator, like it's a stairway, like.
- 7:25Speaker 3: Up is crazy. You're going twice the force of gravity.
- 7:29Speaker 3: You got to enjoy it. It feels amazing. Have you
- 7:31Speaker 3: ever walked up an escalator?
- 7:32Speaker 5: You feel like you're taking off.
- 7:34Speaker 3: I don't like walking up an escalator for some reason,
- 7:36Speaker 3: I feel like I'm doing high knees through sand.
- 7:38Speaker 5: I think you slowed me down recently when I was
- 7:40Speaker 5: walking up an esclator. Did I are you serious?
- 7:43Speaker 3: You might struggle on the only time might be running
- 7:45Speaker 3: up an escalator, as if. Like I saw my child
- 7:47Speaker 3: up ahead of me, and I was like, he's not
- 7:48Speaker 3: getting off the right way. That kid's going around, that
- 7:52Speaker 3: kid's going under and around.
- 7:54Speaker 6: Have you guys ever tried to go up like the down?
- 7:57Speaker 3: Yeah, it's called the stair. It's hard. It is hard,
- 8:02Speaker 3: especially if you do it. Getting off? Its hard. Yeah?
- 8:05Speaker 3: You ever go down the up?
- 8:07Speaker 1: No?
- 8:08Speaker 5: That's easy, like scary almost. Do you think there's a
- 8:12Speaker 5: regulation speed for those things?
- 8:13Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 8:14Speaker 5: Or do you think that there's some that are faster
- 8:15Speaker 5: than others?
- 8:16Speaker 6: I bet, like, because I bet if you go to
- 8:17Speaker 6: like Japan, I bet they're moving at seventy miles per hour.
- 8:20Speaker 1: Well, Japan, everybody stands to one side and a nice
- 8:23Speaker 1: single file so you can zoom by if you want
- 8:25Speaker 1: to walk. They give you the option, which is what
- 8:27Speaker 1: pissed me off of these fat.
- 8:28Speaker 3: They're so tin they're teeny tiny. How do you guys
- 8:31Speaker 3: feel around each other. I'm glad we're on this topic.
- 8:33Speaker 3: Do you want to start the episode by the way, sure, yeah, yeah.
- 8:36Speaker 6: The Japanese probably stand like four across on them on
- 8:40Speaker 6: the walking escalator.
- 8:41Speaker 3: No, what do you mean they're the most polite society
- 8:43Speaker 3: or teeny tiny?
- 8:44Speaker 1: You've got them all wrong and they're not that tiny.
- 8:46Speaker 1: I think you're thinking of the Chinese.
- 8:48Speaker 6: Maybe I could be, but uh, okay, welcome to the
- 8:51Speaker 6: Son of a Boy Dad podcast. It is it is
- 8:55Speaker 6: or the Vietnamese it is February twenty third, or the Laosha.
- 9:00Speaker 6: It's one forty pm, but I think we started around
- 9:03Speaker 6: one thirty.
- 9:05Speaker 3: This is an important Do you want to give us
- 9:07Speaker 3: a clap? Yeah? Sure, Well you kind of just hopped in.
- 9:11Speaker 3: Well I know, but I need that. I want to
- 9:12Speaker 3: hear how sticky your hands are today. I was no
- 9:14Speaker 3: stick at all.
- 9:15Speaker 6: No stick I was like someone punching a baseball.
- 9:18Speaker 3: Mit, yeah, claping cheeks, Harry or actually both of you. So,
- 9:28Speaker 3: how much do you guys believe in if there is
- 9:32Speaker 3: let's say that there's a staircase down the subway and
- 9:36Speaker 3: there's a railing down the middle that the right side
- 9:39Speaker 3: of it is for going up and the left side
- 9:41Speaker 3: is for going down.
- 9:42Speaker 6: That staircase is for anyone who wants to do anything
- 9:45Speaker 6: on that staircase.
- 9:46Speaker 3: Come on, man, come on man, the staircase. Are you
- 9:50Speaker 3: talking about any staircas like we can use it? The
- 9:52Speaker 3: one right here, for example, the subway, there's a oh no,
- 9:56Speaker 3: because that one doesn't have the I'm talking about one
- 9:58Speaker 3: that has a divide or in the middle, like the
- 10:01Speaker 3: one in Dumbo York Street. That's a great example. Yeah,
- 10:06Speaker 3: where there's there's a right side and in all likelihood
- 10:10Speaker 3: there's some arrows on the stairs that are saying up,
- 10:14Speaker 3: and then the other side is the one on the
- 10:16Speaker 3: left side is the down. Obviously you know why because
- 10:19Speaker 3: we drive on the right side of the road here,
- 10:23Speaker 3: so that is the right flow of traffic. Yeah, per
- 10:26Speaker 3: our society. I think it's fine to extend the rules
- 10:30Speaker 3: of the road to the way that we kind of travel.
- 10:33Speaker 3: Right to that point. I was in Newark Airport yesterday,
- 10:36Speaker 3: and you know how in Newark, for whatever reason, they
- 10:38Speaker 3: designed all the common space in the middle aisle, which
- 10:43Speaker 3: is insane.
- 10:43Speaker 6: By the way, what terminal were you at, see?
- 10:48Speaker 3: Probably the one, but you know they have all the
- 10:52Speaker 3: all the restaurants are in the middle. Even even common
- 10:57Speaker 3: seating is in the middle. Yeah, all the bars, it's nice.
- 11:00Speaker 3: I'm just saying that. To me, anyone walking out of
- 11:06Speaker 3: the terminal should be walking on the right side of
- 11:09Speaker 3: the restaurants, and anyone walking to their gate and Newark
- 11:11Speaker 3: should be walking on the right side of the.
- 11:13Speaker 1: Rest What about just right and left lane on the
- 11:15Speaker 1: one side and right and left lane on the other side,
- 11:17Speaker 1: if we are going both ways.
- 11:18Speaker 3: If only it could be so simple.
- 11:21Speaker 6: The problem is you think something you have to consider
- 11:23Speaker 6: is it is Newark International Airport.
- 11:28Speaker 3: Oh, that's actually a great point.
- 11:29Speaker 6: A lot of people that are coming in, they might
- 11:31Speaker 6: be driving on the left lane.
- 11:32Speaker 3: Yeah, but when I'm in fucking London, I'm not just
- 11:35Speaker 3: being like, wow, where are we do it at home?
- 11:36Speaker 3: I'm on the fucking right. You guys better move out
- 11:39Speaker 3: of the way. Some people are a little slow. Fine.
- 11:43Speaker 3: My point is that if everyone just actually, I mean
- 11:49Speaker 3: it's beating a dead horse. You like the rules to
- 11:51Speaker 3: be followed, it would be more efficient. We'd all move
- 11:54Speaker 3: more quickly. Dude. Well, I could say the same thing
- 11:57Speaker 3: about walking up an escalator. You're trying to take a
- 11:59Speaker 3: little bit see esta on the escalator for two seconds,
- 12:02Speaker 3: take the steps. You're an active being mind and his lotion.
- 12:05Speaker 3: If you don't usually lose it, I do think I do.
- 12:08Speaker 3: I am very conscious on the escalator. If I'm not
- 12:12Speaker 3: walking up, I'm hugging the right side. But why not
- 12:15Speaker 3: just walking up?
- 12:16Speaker 6: Well, you're in a great shap walk up. If I
- 12:18Speaker 6: walk up, I'm taking the stairs.
- 12:19Speaker 1: Yeah, But you're an anarchist. You don't believe in any
- 12:21Speaker 1: type of rules. You're not like trying to make society
- 12:25Speaker 1: move more efficiently. You're looking out for number one.
- 12:27Speaker 3: Harry can't walk up the escalator because it'll jiggle the
- 12:30Speaker 3: bomb at the suit ka Now I enriched plutonium like
- 12:35Speaker 3: at La Guardia for example.
- 12:37Speaker 6: You know, I'll take the stairs a lot because it's
- 12:41Speaker 6: just faster, faster.
- 12:42Speaker 3: JFK.
- 12:43Speaker 5: Sometimes you get off the movie walkway because everybody's.
- 12:45Speaker 6: Oh, you don't camp Yeah, jfk. You don't even get
- 12:48Speaker 6: on the moving walkway.
- 12:49Speaker 3: People just camp out in there. Yeah, what I mean?
- 12:53Speaker 5: It just flies in the face of all the other
- 12:54Speaker 5: stuff you're saying.
- 12:55Speaker 3: I don't know, I don't know, ron I do you
- 12:57Speaker 3: like it?
- 12:57Speaker 1: Then?
- 12:58Speaker 3: Why do I like what?
- 12:59Speaker 5: Stand on the escalator.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Well, first of all, when I get to LaGuardia, the
- 13:04Speaker 3: best escalator is the one when you land and you're
- 13:07Speaker 3: coming down, because it takes you down below the arrivals
- 13:13Speaker 3: the departures, like check Live Story and you there's a
- 13:16Speaker 3: beautiful mural on the left, and you get to kind
- 13:18Speaker 3: of look around and just marvel at all the amazing
- 13:21Speaker 3: stuff they've done that and which airport is this? And that?
- 13:25Speaker 3: By the Starbucks descent to me is the real indicator
- 13:29Speaker 3: of I'm home. To me, it feels like what it
- 13:32Speaker 3: must have felt like when GI's took the gangplank off
- 13:36Speaker 3: of the transport boats when they got back from Normandy. Yeah,
- 13:39Speaker 3: that's interesting. I feel like I envisioned myself wave. I
- 13:42Speaker 3: almost wave now. I don't even thank everyone for thinking
- 13:45Speaker 3: that's crazy.
- 13:46Speaker 6: When I land at LaGuardia or land in New York,
- 13:49Speaker 6: it's like we're just getting started days, not even.
- 13:52Speaker 3: Close to over. Yeah, well that's like you live in
- 13:55Speaker 3: New York.
- 13:56Speaker 6: Yeah, So like I gotta like, I think it's once
- 13:59Speaker 6: I get to the Uber pl I'm like, all right,
- 14:01Speaker 6: now it's time to settle in. Like, once I get
- 14:04Speaker 6: to like the Uber area, Well, that's not that far. Yeah,
- 14:07Speaker 6: but when I'm in the airport, I'm still angry, like
- 14:11Speaker 6: I'm still moving pissed because you can't even hit vape. No,
- 14:15Speaker 6: you just won't even hit vape yet on that escalator.
- 14:19Speaker 3: You probably could rip a escalator.
- 14:22Speaker 5: Yeah, you can just empty the clip on that cloud.
- 14:25Speaker 6: I mean, I'll be honest, like when you when people
- 14:26Speaker 6: are getting off, if you're vaping, if you're getting.
- 14:29Speaker 3: When you're on the jet bridge, you're getting a puffin
- 14:31Speaker 3: for sure on that walk off, yeah, or getting.
- 14:35Speaker 7: On or yeah.
- 14:36Speaker 3: Both. But you hit it on the plane too, not me.
- 14:40Speaker 7: You do the whole like sleep.
- 14:44Speaker 3: I used to do that ghost it.
- 14:46Speaker 6: I used to do that when I was on the Jewel,
- 14:49Speaker 6: but it would explode when it gets the altitude. It's
- 14:53Speaker 6: just like a loose fluid. So you get the up
- 14:55Speaker 6: the altitude, you take a hit of it and the
- 14:56Speaker 6: next thing you know, it's all in your mouth.
- 14:58Speaker 5: Oh no, yeah, god, And did you like that?
- 15:02Speaker 6: No, it's like the worst feeling maybe ever. Have you
- 15:06Speaker 6: ever been like sick from nicotine? No, that's like it
- 15:10Speaker 6: just speed runs that.
- 15:11Speaker 3: Actually that's not true. I've dipped before and thrown up.
- 15:14Speaker 5: Got you pretty sick close.
- 15:17Speaker 7: I dipped.
- 15:17Speaker 6: I think I've told this story before, but I dipped
- 15:19Speaker 6: one time, like I I did, like when I was
- 15:22Speaker 6: in like ninth grade maybe like everyone would do like
- 15:24Speaker 6: the pouches before it was like the nicotine pouches.
- 15:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and we would do it like all the time.
- 15:32Speaker 6: And I remember I did it once, and I remember
- 15:33Speaker 6: like I should have thrown up, but I didn't, and
- 15:36Speaker 6: I had a stomach ache for like three weeks straight after.
- 15:39Speaker 6: Like every day I'd be like, is am I finally
- 15:41Speaker 6: going to get it out of the system, And then
- 15:43Speaker 6: it just nothing would happen.
- 15:45Speaker 5: That's bad.
- 15:45Speaker 3: I should have thrown up last night. Oh yeah, yeah,
- 15:48Speaker 3: I had a real problem. Would you you were dipping
- 15:51Speaker 3: last night? No? I ate too much a box or
- 15:55Speaker 3: the whole the whole thing of the toll House cookie dough.
- 15:58Speaker 3: And then I put fourteen cookie in the oven and
- 16:01Speaker 3: I ate all of them. Yeah, And then I was like,
- 16:04Speaker 3: I still want more sugar, but I need to be healthy,
- 16:06Speaker 3: so you're a weedy. Then I ate an orange that's
- 16:09Speaker 3: not a sober Man's. Then I ate an orange and
- 16:12Speaker 3: then I was like, I'm still not satisfied on sugar,
- 16:16Speaker 3: and I ate a grapefruit and the grapefruit put me
- 16:19Speaker 3: over the edge.
- 16:20Speaker 6: Really after the grape water, dude, it's not but I
- 16:24Speaker 6: mean after fourteen cookies.
- 16:25Speaker 3: There's rancid poison and grapefruit. Yeah, that is true. You know,
- 16:29Speaker 3: in order for a grapefruit to be edible, you have
- 16:32Speaker 3: to add fourteen grams of sugar to it.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Grapefruit charge, Like that's nature's paint thinner. Yeah, like you
- 16:38Speaker 1: can really scrub that and take the bark off a tree.
- 16:41Speaker 6: There's something with like people that have heart conditions, like
- 16:43Speaker 6: once you you can't allegedly LIPPOTOI.
- 16:45Speaker 3: If you're on lippatory, you're not meant to have it.
- 16:47Speaker 3: But Gary Goleman had a great line about grapefruits. He goes,
- 16:51Speaker 3: the only reason God invented grapefruits was so that people
- 16:54Speaker 3: would have something to compare the size of a tumor.
- 16:57Speaker 3: Too hilarious.
- 17:02Speaker 5: It's an insane it's an insane name for that fruit
- 17:05Speaker 5: as well.
- 17:05Speaker 3: Hey, can we just do a quick a quick shout
- 17:08Speaker 3: out ship, you know, this is just I'm just really
- 17:13Speaker 3: proud today to be a Harvard across am. What's the
- 17:16Speaker 3: what's the way, let me see the side The boys
- 17:19Speaker 3: beat number one Syracuse today very toss means truth. That
- 17:25Speaker 3: was our x R five pro Yeah. I mean I
- 17:27Speaker 3: don't even know. We used to have like the CPX titaniums.
- 17:31Speaker 3: I forget what I.
- 17:32Speaker 6: Had, but I know, I just remember the fin on
- 17:33Speaker 6: the back was always like, that's cool.
- 17:35Speaker 3: Yeah that they've gotten so sick.
- 17:38Speaker 5: It was on your team, the Predator. Why is the
- 17:40Speaker 5: face so fucking throw it on? Yeah, tright on, trd on,
- 17:43Speaker 5: Why is it? Why is it shaped like this?
- 17:46Speaker 3: The Boys beat Syracuse this weekend, number one team in
- 17:49Speaker 3: the country at jordan Field. Shout out, Uh, all the
- 17:53Speaker 3: goals I scored at jordan Field? How many? Well, to
- 17:56Speaker 3: be honest with you, I think I had an assist
- 17:58Speaker 3: against Canecius. This is high tech. But they built they
- 18:01Speaker 3: built jordan Field when I was like a junior, so
- 18:03Speaker 3: we only played on it my senior year. Let's see
- 18:09Speaker 3: your helmet tilt? Well, you want it low right? Yeah? Yeah,
- 18:12Speaker 3: you want to not even be able to see out
- 18:14Speaker 3: of the helmet. It looks because that's way cool. It
- 18:17Speaker 3: looks sick. If kids would walk out of the tunnel
- 18:19Speaker 3: like that, You're like, that kid's gonna be a fucking problem.
- 18:22Speaker 3: That kid's only shooting from his hip. There's no chance
- 18:25Speaker 3: he's shooting overhand. Throw it on round. I want to
- 18:30Speaker 3: see your tilt. He's struggling. Let's see Ron's helmet tilt. Yeah,
- 18:42Speaker 3: I don't know solid, but.
- 18:45Speaker 7: You have no tailt.
- 18:48Speaker 3: I have a big hit painful. This thing doesn't fit
- 18:55Speaker 3: me at all.
- 18:57Speaker 1: Put that on like he was fits you perfect up
- 19:00Speaker 1: in a fucking hat on a bed post. That ship
- 19:02Speaker 1: was fucking swiveling around your head.
- 19:05Speaker 3: What the fuck? Go shout outanhead, Shout out Harvard Lacrosse
- 19:10Speaker 3: toppling number one, Syracuse. That's huge, coach Byrne and the boys.
- 19:15Speaker 3: This is the year.
- 19:17Speaker 5: Hey, dude, you know I want to invite all I
- 19:18Speaker 5: want to invite the whole team onto the pod.
- 19:20Speaker 3: Dude, I mean, can we let's all of them? Can we?
- 19:23Speaker 3: We might have to invite the women's Yeah, it's a program.
- 19:29Speaker 3: Let's be honest with you.
- 19:32Speaker 1: Uh but.
- 19:34Speaker 3: I I went and spoke to the team this year. Yeah,
- 19:38Speaker 3: did they give you the helmet? Then they gave it
- 19:40Speaker 3: to me as a yes, as a as a result
- 19:42Speaker 3: of that, as a as a nice present from that.
- 19:45Speaker 6: Tell them to send more gear. They will just Harvard
- 19:48Speaker 6: Athletics not lacrosse specifically, how we could do lacross specifically.
- 19:52Speaker 6: I think we're a Harvard lacrosse program. I mean, I
- 19:54Speaker 6: don't know if you know, but like back in my
- 19:55Speaker 6: everyone always says I wear the same clothes all the time.
- 19:57Speaker 6: I've done that my entire life. When I was really young,
- 20:00Speaker 6: like fifth grade, it was a Harvard sweatshirt every day.
- 20:03Speaker 3: Damn.
- 20:03Speaker 1: I think Harvard is one of the few colleges that
- 20:06Speaker 1: you can rep and it's not even like you're supporting
- 20:09Speaker 1: that college. And I find the same thing in the pros,
- 20:11Speaker 1: Like there's some pro teams it's like if you wear
- 20:13Speaker 1: a Yankees hat or like a Bulls jacket or something
- 20:17Speaker 1: like that, it's not even like you're supporting the Yankees
- 20:19Speaker 1: or the Bulls.
- 20:19Speaker 3: It's like beyond that.
- 20:20Speaker 5: Yeah, with Harvard, you're just like supporting knowledge.
- 20:23Speaker 3: It's style. Yeah, yeah, can I put this here or
- 20:26Speaker 3: is it?
- 20:26Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 20:27Speaker 3: Yeah, that's okay, We're okay with that. Boys beat Syracuse
- 20:32Speaker 3: this weekend. I mean truly unbelievable result. They were thirteenth
- 20:36Speaker 3: in the country going in the game. Syracuse was on
- 20:38Speaker 3: number one. Are you serious? And they beat him thirteen twelve. Unbelievable.
- 20:42Speaker 3: I think that means Harvard's gonna be like top five.
- 20:45Speaker 3: That's crazy. I think they're gonna be top five. Now,
- 20:47Speaker 3: would go? Should go to a game where you go?
- 20:49Speaker 3: We can go when they play Princeton. If they're playing
- 20:50Speaker 3: Princeton at Princeton this year, that's close. Is Princeton close
- 20:53Speaker 3: an hour? It's an hour?
- 20:55Speaker 5: We go out there, drop rod, yeah, drop line yeahine
- 20:59Speaker 5: catch a game that sounds so nice?
- 21:02Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 21:03Speaker 5: Yeah, give them a pep talk, why not? I like
- 21:06Speaker 5: that fish Day?
- 21:07Speaker 3: Yeah, the boys, the boys are buzzing. No, I'm telling
- 21:09Speaker 3: you what a team so proud. You know, they had
- 21:12Speaker 3: belief Like Coach Burn came in a few years ago,
- 21:15Speaker 3: turned the program around, had to get all of his
- 21:17Speaker 3: recruits in. So I think this is his first year
- 21:20Speaker 3: where the whole team is comprised of his recruits. I'm
- 21:24Speaker 3: a huge coach Burn guy.
- 21:26Speaker 5: How's Hopkins this year?
- 21:27Speaker 3: House?
- 21:28Speaker 5: Salisbury? How's the D three schools?
- 21:30Speaker 3: I don't know. I think the Hopkins one is D one,
- 21:34Speaker 3: D one, Yeah, Salisbury's three. I think Salisbury's D two. Actually,
- 21:38Speaker 3: how's Michigan? They should probably very good. Maryland's always the
- 21:43Speaker 3: perennial sort of powerhouse. Now yeah, they have the cool uniforms.
- 21:47Speaker 5: Yeah, Quinnipiac still putting up numbers.
- 21:49Speaker 3: Oh yeah, they were always a team we would put
- 21:51Speaker 3: on our schedule so that the Scrubs could play. Oh
- 21:53Speaker 3: really Quinnipiac was cue back was terrible, dog shit. Really
- 21:57Speaker 3: I scored against q PAC. What did you hit him with?
- 22:02Speaker 3: I remember, Danny, I threw a pass like skip pass
- 22:07Speaker 3: over to me up top right. I caught it right
- 22:09Speaker 3: in the window and just uncorked one and it was
- 22:12Speaker 3: stick side high. But it was so fast that the
- 22:16Speaker 3: goalie couldn't get his stick up to catch it. I mean,
- 22:18Speaker 3: I used I had a cannon.
- 22:19Speaker 6: Did you have a you ever you ever get a
- 22:21Speaker 6: bat behind the back end?
- 22:24Speaker 3: Not in a game? I mean no, not in a
- 22:28Speaker 3: not in a college game.
- 22:29Speaker 1: I think one of our sisters from U n C
- 22:31Speaker 1: did that yesterday. The chief supports center top ten, so
- 22:34Speaker 1: it's number eight.
- 22:35Speaker 6: I think one of my buddies from high school played
- 22:37Speaker 6: lacrosse in college. Actually a couple of my friends played
- 22:40Speaker 6: lacrosse in college. But one of them had he had
- 22:42Speaker 6: like a sick behind the back goal. They put it
- 22:44Speaker 6: on like all the Instagram accounts.
- 22:46Speaker 3: Cool. Who did you play for? I don't know. That's
- 22:52Speaker 3: not your friend doesn't sound like a friend.
- 22:54Speaker 6: Friend like like a friend, but like not like you
- 22:56Speaker 6: didn't even know where he went to college. To be honest, now, friend,
- 23:02Speaker 6: you know like a like a school friend. Every single
- 23:06Speaker 6: friend in my life, I know where they went to school.
- 23:08Speaker 7: Everything.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Friend of mine, we had COVID and the people move.
- 23:12Speaker 3: That's a fair point. No, it's not.
- 23:14Speaker 5: I know where everyone friend of mine went to school.
- 23:16Speaker 3: So do I?
- 23:16Speaker 9: He did.
- 23:17Speaker 6: None of your friends had to leave school second year
- 23:20Speaker 6: and they all went to state.
- 23:23Speaker 3: Every one of them went to Pench State right now?
- 23:26Speaker 7: Should have known?
- 23:27Speaker 3: Should have?
- 23:28Speaker 1: I don't know where they all work though, I don't
- 23:30Speaker 1: know where all my friends work. Do you feel like
- 23:31Speaker 1: you know where your friends work right now?
- 23:34Speaker 6: No?
- 23:34Speaker 3: Because my friends are all just I just I just
- 23:36Speaker 3: say they work in money. What does my friend do money?
- 23:41Speaker 3: It's probably accurate. He gets paid, that's it. He works
- 23:44Speaker 3: for the He works for the money people I got.
- 23:47Speaker 3: Uh Bo moved to Alabama? Did I tell you guys that? No?
- 23:53Speaker 3: What crazy? I thought he was going to work here?
- 23:57Speaker 3: What the hell? Bo lives in Birmingham?
- 24:00Speaker 1: Now?
- 24:00Speaker 3: I don't know. I couldn't take up with the Klan.
- 24:04Speaker 5: Birmingham's actually a charming, little booming city.
- 24:06Speaker 6: Yeah, one of his buddies moved down there from Denver,
- 24:10Speaker 6: but his buddy is from Mississippi, so it's like not
- 24:13Speaker 6: that much of a difference.
- 24:15Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 24:15Speaker 6: Bo claims to like it. I think he'll be back
- 24:17Speaker 6: in like a month.
- 24:18Speaker 3: What's he doing? Man? He wants to get his pilot license?
- 24:24Speaker 2: What what?
- 24:25Speaker 3: And that's the place for that. It's like, they're like,
- 24:29Speaker 3: it's I think it's Arizona is the place for that?
- 24:31Speaker 3: Typically you got to put me in. I mean, I
- 24:33Speaker 3: have Bow's number, but I need to have a I
- 24:35Speaker 3: need to have you, honestly, should I think we have
- 24:38Speaker 3: to sit down. You talk to Bow and Matt and
- 24:40Speaker 3: just be like, let's both of them. Both of them
- 24:43Speaker 3: are drifting. I think both of them need to talk,
- 24:45Speaker 3: all right, And I appreciate that you do agree that
- 24:48Speaker 3: I should be told, Oh yeah, I mean I've tried everything.
- 24:50Speaker 3: I'm out of I'm out of saying to them. I
- 24:54Speaker 3: tell them, I tell I mean, I told him, I
- 24:56Speaker 3: told him my opinions. I just said. I was like,
- 24:59Speaker 3: you being a fucking idiot.
- 25:01Speaker 5: You're throwing her life away.
- 25:02Speaker 10: Both.
- 25:02Speaker 3: Yeah, I was like move to New York. It'll be fun.
- 25:05Speaker 5: Yeah, hopefully one day I will up and you're just
- 25:07Speaker 5: not here.
- 25:07Speaker 3: Yeah, exactly. I don't know. I mean, look, I don't
- 25:10Speaker 3: know if moving moving to New York. I don't know
- 25:13Speaker 3: if moving to New York's right. I don't know if
- 25:14Speaker 3: that's the right thing for them. But I also said
- 25:16Speaker 3: there's and I don't want to like.
- 25:18Speaker 6: I mean, I don't know enough about Birmingham to really
- 25:20Speaker 6: shit on it too much.
- 25:21Speaker 5: I do, but no, but downtown Birmingham's nice. It's cute
- 25:25Speaker 5: as fuck.
- 25:26Speaker 3: Come on, you don't think so. I've never even I've
- 25:29Speaker 3: never been. He told me already that I don't know
- 25:31Speaker 3: anything about Birmingham, but I know everything about Birmingham.
- 25:34Speaker 6: He told me already that there's like neighborhoods that he's
- 25:36Speaker 6: driven through that people are like, you can't go there, Yeah, of.
- 25:39Speaker 3: Course it's bad.
- 25:40Speaker 5: Well why why can't he go there?
- 25:43Speaker 3: I don't know.
- 25:43Speaker 7: I just want.
- 25:44Speaker 6: I think he just wanted like his own place. Like
- 25:46Speaker 6: he's paying like he's paying like five hundred dollars a
- 25:48Speaker 6: month for like a fucking house.
- 25:50Speaker 3: Yeah, yeah, a trap house. Yeah.
- 25:54Speaker 6: So, I mean I guess that's he had a seven
- 25:55Speaker 6: ship Philly.
- 25:57Speaker 3: He got Oh, he got a seventy inch TV. You
- 25:59Speaker 3: know they don't they don't have those anywhere other than Birmingham.
- 26:02Speaker 3: I mean, he's got it. He's got a good pad.
- 26:03Speaker 3: I'll give him that.
- 26:06Speaker 6: He's got a solid pad, he's got a yard.
- 26:08Speaker 3: He lives in his TV. What good is that? If
- 26:12Speaker 3: you know you have to take three flights to see
- 26:15Speaker 3: your friends. Yeah, yeah, no, there's direct to Birmingham.
- 26:19Speaker 5: You can find a Birmingham drives a Tuscaloos. It's like
- 26:22Speaker 5: an hour.
- 26:23Speaker 3: Go dude.
- 26:25Speaker 6: I really don't know, but yeah, he's out there now.
- 26:29Speaker 6: So the New York dream is dead temporarily.
- 26:33Speaker 5: I thought he was gonna work here.
- 26:35Speaker 3: Yeah, he didn't get hired. If you told me that
- 26:37Speaker 3: he had moved to Montana or Wyoming or Colorado, I
- 26:40Speaker 3: would have said, great.
- 26:41Speaker 6: He's already done it. I don't think he's ever gonna
- 26:44Speaker 6: live somewhere.
- 26:45Speaker 3: For a long time. He's a nomad.
- 26:46Speaker 6: I think he's just gonna hop from place to place.
- 26:50Speaker 3: Does he get restless?
- 26:51Speaker 6: I don't know what it is, but I think it
- 26:53Speaker 6: was like he just didn't want to be at home anymore,
- 26:56Speaker 6: and it was like that he could afford to live there,
- 26:58Speaker 6: and one of his buddies lives.
- 26:59Speaker 3: There, why doesn't he move to another country?
- 27:02Speaker 6: He thought about doing that. He was gonna move to
- 27:03Speaker 6: He was gonna live in Kenya for a minute.
- 27:05Speaker 3: Oh great. Yeah that's the thing. You can't get through
- 27:07Speaker 3: to him.
- 27:08Speaker 5: Boys, Yeah, yeah, yeah, Kenya. He doesn't know what he wants,
- 27:14Speaker 5: so he said, I'll go to Birmingham instead.
- 27:17Speaker 3: That's racist. I thought about Kenya and I remember there's
- 27:21Speaker 3: too many black What the fuck?
- 27:26Speaker 6: I've only been to Alabama once and I went to
- 27:29Speaker 6: Huntsville and like, I mean, I don't again, I don't
- 27:33Speaker 6: want to talk too much ship on Alabama because I've
- 27:35Speaker 6: only been there once.
- 27:36Speaker 3: But like like, yeah, it's like they're racist for sure.
- 27:43Speaker 3: Black people aren't. No, yeah, bro, I was.
- 27:46Speaker 6: I went to me and MOK went to a restaurant
- 27:48Speaker 6: in Huntsville. They were literally like this was the like
- 27:51Speaker 6: there was a white side, No way, bro.
- 27:53Speaker 3: You're talking about segregation? Yes, was there a different line?
- 27:58Speaker 3: Like it's not inforced, but like they don't. Yeah, what
- 28:03Speaker 3: if we went?
- 28:04Speaker 7: What if?
- 28:04Speaker 3: Bow was sort of like the reverse Martin Luther King
- 28:09Speaker 3: and sort of healed the racial divide in Birmingham.
- 28:13Speaker 5: It's actually that would be big Boomingham.
- 28:16Speaker 3: Yeah, Bomingham.
- 28:18Speaker 5: Drop a line down there, maybe fish a little.
- 28:20Speaker 9: Wow.
- 28:21Speaker 3: I like that.
- 28:22Speaker 6: We've been talking about the fishing out there. I think
- 28:23Speaker 6: it's a lot of a lot of small mouth mass boomingham.
- 28:28Speaker 1: Boomingham sounds nice. What the fuck is what's he going
- 28:31Speaker 1: to do down there? Like be a soccer coach working with.
- 28:33Speaker 6: No I think he got like a sales job down there,
- 28:35Speaker 6: and then he's going to do the flight flight school
- 28:37Speaker 6: a little. He already has done like two classes, he's
- 28:40Speaker 6: flown twice.
- 28:42Speaker 3: Wow, what's pretty crazy. What's he flying? Tiny?
- 28:45Speaker 6: Like says, no planes, But he said the first day
- 28:49Speaker 6: there's one. It's called like the Discovery program or some
- 28:52Speaker 6: shit like that, like you get like your first class
- 28:54Speaker 6: on like a discount, just to see if you like it.
- 28:56Speaker 6: And he said, like day one like he did. Like
- 28:58Speaker 6: they were like, you're doing it all, like you had
- 29:02Speaker 6: to like take off and land the plane.
- 29:06Speaker 3: Do you uh?
- 29:06Speaker 1: Do you remember when they said that guys from nine
- 29:08Speaker 1: to eleven went to flight school, but they just they
- 29:11Speaker 1: skipped the days when you had to landland. Yeah, so
- 29:14Speaker 1: what do they do on the days when they learned
- 29:15Speaker 1: to take off focused.
- 29:20Speaker 6: I mean, I guess really they didn't have to be
- 29:22Speaker 6: there for that either though, because the pilots took off.
- 29:25Speaker 6: Yeah so, but but I mean on the day it
- 29:28Speaker 6: wasn't take planes before before takeoff and they were like, yeah,
- 29:32Speaker 6: this is uh D L one oh eight looking for
- 29:35Speaker 6: clearance to take off.
- 29:42Speaker 5: But but they on the days they were in the air,
- 29:45Speaker 5: how did they get on the ground.
- 29:48Speaker 3: They were I think they were all in flight sims.
- 29:49Speaker 5: Weren't they Oh they were just ensumed.
- 29:51Speaker 3: I mean they maybe they weren't. I don't know. I
- 29:53Speaker 3: don't really understand.
- 29:53Speaker 6: I don't really think they had to actually go into depth,
- 29:56Speaker 6: in that much depth in those classes.
- 29:58Speaker 3: I just didn't know that.
- 29:59Speaker 1: Like landing was like week three, Like you'd think they'd
- 30:02Speaker 1: teach you a little bit of landing right off the Yeah, yeah,
- 30:04Speaker 1: a little bit of get off, a little bit of dude.
- 30:06Speaker 6: I saw a video this morning of one of those
- 30:08Speaker 6: like at home flight simulators. Those things look so fucking sick.
- 30:13Speaker 6: I think if I got one, I don't know if
- 30:14Speaker 6: I would ever leave it if I got one of those.
- 30:16Speaker 6: When they've got like the surround.
- 30:18Speaker 5: TVs, is that what pft's working with.
- 30:21Speaker 6: I don't know if he has that advanced of one,
- 30:23Speaker 6: but he has a pretty solid one for sure.
- 30:27Speaker 3: You ever fly, No, I don't have a whole lot
- 30:30Speaker 3: of interest. Why it's sim that's just one of those
- 30:33Speaker 3: things that hasn't grabbed me. No, me either, I have
- 30:35Speaker 3: zero interest. And frankly, cars don't grab me that much either.
- 30:39Speaker 3: And I'm someone who likes fancy things. We all know that.
- 30:42Speaker 3: And I wonder if that bug is just coming or
- 30:45Speaker 3: if I'm for whatever reason immune to it. I don't
- 30:48Speaker 3: care about driving.
- 30:49Speaker 5: I think you have crazy impulses and you know that
- 30:52Speaker 5: deep down, and so you're like.
- 30:54Speaker 3: Ah, probably not I have one ability to stave off
- 30:59Speaker 3: an impulse.
- 31:00Speaker 5: No, I'm saying you have.
- 31:01Speaker 1: You're like an impulsive person in some ways totally or
- 31:04Speaker 1: risk taker totally. And I think that you're there's probably
- 31:08Speaker 1: deep down inside of you something that's just like that's
- 31:10Speaker 1: probably not something I want to even like have in
- 31:12Speaker 1: my hands as an impulsive guy.
- 31:14Speaker 3: Oh maybe true. I mean I think that cars are
- 31:16Speaker 3: just the most expensive hobby there is.
- 31:20Speaker 6: Yeah, I think that's what it like. If you get
- 31:21Speaker 6: into that, then you're just your life's over your toast. Yeah,
- 31:25Speaker 6: unless you have like fucking Jerry Seinfeld money.
- 31:28Speaker 3: Yeah, and you can just have ant to collect cars.
- 31:31Speaker 3: I'm saying I won't even allow myself to have something
- 31:35Speaker 3: moderately nice. And maybe that sounds crazy because I have
- 31:37Speaker 3: a Tesla. But but the Tesla that I bought is
- 31:39Speaker 3: a twenty eighteen Model three that I bought from my parents. Yeah,
- 31:42Speaker 3: with like one hundred and twenty thousand miles on it. Yeah. Yeah,
- 31:46Speaker 3: and I don't need anything more than that. I mean,
- 31:49Speaker 3: it also probably has to do with the fact that
- 31:50Speaker 3: you live in New York City. Yeah, exactly, if you
- 31:53Speaker 3: lived in like La, I wonder it's such a status
- 31:56Speaker 3: symbol there. You got to drive everywhere in La. Yeah,
- 31:59Speaker 3: I will say when you get it a someone, if
- 32:01Speaker 3: you've driven someone's nice car and you have those cooling seats, Oh,
- 32:06Speaker 3: I don't know if I've ever heard. That is something
- 32:08Speaker 3: that I think I could be pretty happy with. I
- 32:11Speaker 3: like the heated I like the heated steering wheel. That's
- 32:14Speaker 3: nice too, the heated steering wheel in the winter. But
- 32:17Speaker 3: then the cooling seats. Does your Lexus have cooling seats?
- 32:21Speaker 3: Has both?
- 32:22Speaker 1: I'll turn them on simultaneously and shock my body into Yeah, amazing.
- 32:29Speaker 3: It is nice that's really good.
- 32:33Speaker 1: If you hold the hot steering wheel and get a
- 32:35Speaker 1: blast of undercarriage, go dude, and the massage, and the
- 32:39Speaker 1: massage too on the seats.
- 32:40Speaker 3: You got the massage.
- 32:41Speaker 7: Oh my god.
- 32:43Speaker 3: They were talking it on a Lexus. He recanted, I
- 32:48Speaker 3: knocked on Alexis. I'm going to get Alexis Texas.
- 32:52Speaker 5: Yeah, you should get Alexis Texas.
- 32:54Speaker 3: I mean, that's pretty crazy. You got. You would be
- 32:57Speaker 3: in the lap of luxury. If you ever drove that,
- 33:00Speaker 3: I'm gonna wonder, I'm fucking swerving off the road. It's
- 33:02Speaker 3: like hitting the right spot. I wonder I'm a shitty driver.
- 33:05Speaker 3: I'm just like, how many guests do you guys plan
- 33:11Speaker 3: on having?
- 33:11Speaker 6: On hooping and holler? And this looks like a full on,
- 33:13Speaker 6: like like this is like one of those pods. What
- 33:17Speaker 6: do you mean you get like seventeen dudes on that couch?
- 33:20Speaker 3: Are you guys adding couches? Are there more couches? Isn't
- 33:24Speaker 3: this a two man show? Why do you guys have
- 33:27Speaker 3: five couches? Why I wouldn't be laying down. Are your
- 33:30Speaker 3: co hosts the Balls? Yeah? They really might be.
- 33:35Speaker 5: They have their own podcast, The Balls, The Ball Brothers
- 33:39Speaker 5: but Lamello's not on it. How about Team USA hockey?
- 33:43Speaker 3: Yeah, did you guys watch the whole thing? Yeah?
- 33:46Speaker 5: Time I watched the end of the game.
- 33:48Speaker 6: I wish I regretted it, to be honest. Had a
- 33:51Speaker 6: long night, had a long day. If I knew I
- 33:53Speaker 6: was going to be streaming until midnight, I definitely wouldn't
- 33:56Speaker 6: have woke up at seven. I don't wake up at seven.
- 34:00Speaker 6: It was yeah, but I wanted to be mentally ready.
- 34:04Speaker 3: Why would you just you like, live next to a TV. Oh,
- 34:08Speaker 3: I woke up? I when I got some coffee, got
- 34:09Speaker 3: a croissant? He did? Yeah, I had to stock up
- 34:12Speaker 3: on ship before the storm. Is that what you're eating
- 34:14Speaker 3: for breakfast? Coffee and a croissant? Yeah?
- 34:15Speaker 6: Occasionally? Yeah, Okay, not every day. I had coffee and
- 34:20Speaker 6: a granola bar.
- 34:20Speaker 3: That's not judgment. It's uh, that was judgment. Trying to
- 34:25Speaker 3: ascertain your stomach problems.
- 34:27Speaker 6: I mean I don't have like, I'm not like slamming
- 34:29Speaker 6: croissants seven days a week. I just I get a
- 34:32Speaker 6: crossos because I'm like, I have to have something in
- 34:33Speaker 6: my stomach.
- 34:34Speaker 3: Where do you get it? Is it you get a
- 34:35Speaker 3: good one? Yeah? Is it a coffee shop.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Okay, is it one around the corner to the left.
- 34:41Speaker 1: I think that's where that was awesome. That's a nice
- 34:43Speaker 1: ass coffee shop.
- 34:44Speaker 3: Fine, it's okay, it's fine. They're a little too a little. Yeah,
- 34:52Speaker 3: there's one. I don't got to say it. There's one.
- 34:54Speaker 3: There's a coffee shop not far from you that I
- 34:57Speaker 3: think it's called, Uh, don't fee the Alligators. I think
- 35:02Speaker 3: I've heard of that. That looks really nice. But more importantly,
- 35:05Speaker 3: there is a croissant bakery near you that is a
- 35:10Speaker 3: destination croissant bakery, really and I think that croissants are
- 35:15Speaker 3: one of those things like pizza, where the variants in
- 35:17Speaker 3: good to just regular. Yeah, is so great that it's
- 35:22Speaker 3: worth walking the extra block or two to get a
- 35:26Speaker 3: really good one. I'll get the name for it. Would
- 35:28Speaker 3: you do me a favor and just try it? Yeah? Sure? Cool?
- 35:31Speaker 3: The crazy Crocodile, Well, I don't know if they make
- 35:34Speaker 3: a good one, I'll find out what the really good
- 35:35Speaker 3: croissant is.
- 35:37Speaker 5: I don't know if he's trying that, Francis, he's giving
- 35:42Speaker 5: you lip service.
- 35:43Speaker 3: Right now. We have to fill the time somehow, if
- 35:46Speaker 3: not throwing useless suggestions into the suggestion box of Harry
- 35:50Speaker 3: that is a bottomless trash can. It will never be opened.
- 35:55Speaker 3: It's got the lock on it, and he threw the
- 35:57Speaker 3: key into the fucking.
- 36:00Speaker 10: River.
- 36:01Speaker 6: I will say I think my caffeine tolerance is like
- 36:04Speaker 6: the highest I think maybe anyone's ever been. Really I
- 36:08Speaker 6: I don't feel it at all anymore. Like I like,
- 36:11Speaker 6: literally like if you if I had a cup of
- 36:12Speaker 6: coffee six months ago, I would have to leave the studio.
- 36:16Speaker 5: You gotta get a dark you gotta switch to a
- 36:17Speaker 5: darker roast.
- 36:18Speaker 6: Dude, I've been drinking like coffee in the morning and
- 36:20Speaker 6: then like like multiple energy drinks.
- 36:24Speaker 5: Maybe you need a tolerance break. Yeah, probably just reset
- 36:27Speaker 5: your shit because there's or you ever fuck with the
- 36:30Speaker 5: Ierba mate.
- 36:31Speaker 3: Yeah, that shit is literally like meth. That is insane.
- 36:35Speaker 1: It's like if caffeine's not doing it for you anymore,
- 36:37Speaker 1: you switch to Erba mate and starts coming out like
- 36:41Speaker 1: a cartoon character.
- 36:43Speaker 3: I can't, I can't, I can't drink that shit. They
- 36:46Speaker 3: have that.
- 36:46Speaker 6: They had that in the stand green room for a
- 36:48Speaker 6: minute and I was like, I had like a two
- 36:50Speaker 6: SIPs of one and had to go on stage after
- 36:52Speaker 6: and I was like that was such a mistake.
- 36:55Speaker 3: Jerry, I'm so pleased at how close this is? How close? Well,
- 37:00Speaker 3: don't say it, I'll say I'll just say the bakery name.
- 37:03Speaker 5: Didn't you already said it, didn't you know?
- 37:05Speaker 3: I haven't yet. What's the bakery name? I don't care
- 37:07Speaker 3: if you say it's fine, it's uh pet Claude and Clays.
- 37:13Speaker 3: How is it? What's we've triangulated him? What's it called?
- 37:16Speaker 3: Claude Bakery? C l a U d E like the AI.
- 37:21Speaker 3: I don't know. Claude Bakery unbelievably close to you? Claude, Yeah,
- 37:28Speaker 3: bakery Claude.
- 37:31Speaker 5: It's on West Fourth, Uh isn't Is Claude a restaurant
- 37:34Speaker 5: on of its own?
- 37:35Speaker 3: Oh? This is a This is a chip and a putt.
- 37:37Speaker 10: Brother, there you go, chip at Harry. This is a
- 37:41Speaker 10: drive and then maybe a three wood. This is his
- 37:47Speaker 10: three blocks?
- 37:49Speaker 3: Oh God, help you?
- 37:51Speaker 6: Well, I mean it's two and a half blocks. Let's
- 37:53Speaker 6: think here though. That's the place that I go to
- 37:56Speaker 6: I know, and that's where I live I know.
- 37:59Speaker 3: Can you just just trust me? Yeah? Do you have
- 38:02Speaker 3: one of I think Tyler is closer to Claude if
- 38:04Speaker 3: you have one of the by the way I continue
- 38:09Speaker 3: to mispronounced croissants for your for the sake of the pot,
- 38:14Speaker 3: how do you say? Yeah?
- 38:17Speaker 5: And how would you say fish?
- 38:21Speaker 3: Fish is.
- 38:23Speaker 5: Croissant?
- 38:25Speaker 6: You know what I'm really I really wish we had
- 38:27Speaker 6: a good spot is a Clachi spot.
- 38:31Speaker 3: What's that? Oh, that's a croissant brother.
- 38:34Speaker 1: That's like a Polish Texas Eastern European uh Southern United
- 38:40Speaker 1: States hybrid treat.
- 38:42Speaker 3: WHOA, it's good. They got every I mean they pretty much.
- 38:45Speaker 3: They'll just take any food.
- 38:46Speaker 6: And they'll put it into a croissant or like a pastry.
- 38:48Speaker 6: So like the the most famous one I think is
- 38:50Speaker 6: the hot dog.
- 38:52Speaker 5: Are you talking about a kiosk or a Colachi?
- 38:55Speaker 3: They're the same.
- 38:58Speaker 6: The hot dog one is pretty good with them. We
- 39:00Speaker 6: had like pizza ones burgers. We had then they make
- 39:04Speaker 6: like they make sweet ones sweet treats.
- 39:06Speaker 1: There's a town called West Texas that only sells Colatchi's.
- 39:10Speaker 1: It's the only place where it's like basically their only export.
- 39:13Speaker 1: They're famous for them. And there's like it's right near Waco,
- 39:16Speaker 1: one horse Town.
- 39:17Speaker 3: Yeah, we stayed in Waco and we ate, we ate clotches.
- 39:23Speaker 3: What were you doing in Waco? We were going for
- 39:27Speaker 3: Oh Wow, okay.
- 39:29Speaker 5: Cool a video one Kolachi's They're good.
- 39:31Speaker 3: I went to Pittsburgh this weekend. Oh yeah, any clotches there.
- 39:35Speaker 3: Uh No, I don't think so. But I've only been
- 39:40Speaker 3: to Pittsburgh in the warm weather months, and I've always
- 39:43Speaker 3: been very fond of it. It's really green. Where were
- 39:46Speaker 3: you the Improv? Yeah? Did you stay near the Improv? No?
- 39:48Speaker 3: I stayed downtown, which is a hike. Yeah, that's a mistake.
- 39:52Speaker 3: It's like thirty plus minutes. It was twenty. I'd rather
- 39:56Speaker 3: be downtown and suck up the ubers back and forth
- 39:59Speaker 3: than the Homestead for the whole time. Yeah, I just walk.
- 40:03Speaker 3: I would just walk from the I say it at
- 40:04Speaker 3: the hotel like on the highway. Yeah, I mean I
- 40:08Speaker 3: don't like I don't like being in a hotel all
- 40:11Speaker 3: weekend away from everything.
- 40:13Speaker 5: Now now, no one, does you want to be in
- 40:14Speaker 5: the city center you're saying.
- 40:16Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty much. I was at the Kempton Monaco, which
- 40:19Speaker 3: was nice.
- 40:20Speaker 6: I mean if you're like when you're in like a
- 40:21Speaker 6: hotel like that, like all weekend and you're doing shows,
- 40:24Speaker 6: I feel like it just makes it it just like
- 40:26Speaker 6: puts way too much like pressure on you.
- 40:28Speaker 3: You're like this is You're like, well, I'm really building
- 40:30Speaker 3: up this show, Oh, because there's so much time to kill. Yeah,
- 40:34Speaker 3: you're like everything is just building up to this show. Yeah.
- 40:36Speaker 3: I mean I used to just sit in the room,
- 40:38Speaker 3: but now I can't do that anymore to get out
- 40:40Speaker 3: stretch the Like, I walked around and I made a
- 40:42Speaker 3: joke at the show where I was like, I feel like,
- 40:46Speaker 3: you guys haven't changed anything since Bain left. And it
- 40:51Speaker 3: truly feels that way in downtown Pittsburgh in the winter. Yeah,
- 40:54Speaker 3: the city is a little I mean they're struggling. The
- 41:00Speaker 3: homeless are sleeping in the middle of the sidewalk. They're
- 41:04Speaker 3: not under overhangs or cover or in they're not in
- 41:08Speaker 3: the shadows. They're not you know, in atm vestibules there
- 41:13Speaker 3: you got to step around them. Yeah. Yeah.
- 41:15Speaker 1: Pittsburgh is also weirdly built, like an mc escher painting,
- 41:19Speaker 1: where it's all uphill.
- 41:20Speaker 5: Like, no matter what direction you're having in Pittsburgh, you're
- 41:23Speaker 5: always going up, Like what the fuck is this?
- 41:26Speaker 3: How do they build this?
- 41:28Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 41:29Speaker 5: You tore at the bottom.
- 41:31Speaker 3: Did you see my my mural at the Pittsburgh Improv No,
- 41:36Speaker 3: but Mike told me. He was like, we got to
- 41:38Speaker 3: get your picture up there next to Harry's. I haven't
- 41:41Speaker 3: seen that.
- 41:41Speaker 6: Mike said that there's like a massive photo of me
- 41:43Speaker 6: at the Brillium from Damn.
- 41:45Speaker 3: I didn't see it. That's cool. They were so nice.
- 41:49Speaker 3: Shows were amazing and the crowds were awesome. That's one
- 41:51Speaker 3: of my favorite clubs I've ever. It was really really good. Staff, unbelievable,
- 41:55Speaker 3: they were great.
- 41:55Speaker 5: Well they fucking get it in Pittsburgh.
- 41:57Speaker 7: Get it.
- 41:57Speaker 5: And everybody can have like twelve beers in Pitts and
- 42:00Speaker 5: not even be that drunk.
- 42:01Speaker 3: Now, Yeah, dude, it's a drink in town. They can
- 42:03Speaker 3: fucking drinking beer. Yeah, just like straight up beers.
- 42:08Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 42:08Speaker 3: It smelled like farts. And it's a huge showroom. I
- 42:11Speaker 3: mean the place is huge. Yeah, it's a big it's
- 42:14Speaker 3: a big room. Yeah, it's fun. Yeah, thank you for
- 42:17Speaker 3: everyone who came to those shows. Kadix from Pittsburgh. Doesn't
- 42:21Speaker 3: that contextualize him so much more? Yeah? Are you like, oh,
- 42:24Speaker 3: I thought he was from Indiana to be honest, but.
- 42:26Speaker 1: No, it's like he is even wilder. No, no, no,
- 42:29Speaker 1: Indiana is like a conserved, like polite place.
- 42:33Speaker 3: Fake, fake plight. People drove down to the shows from Buffalo,
- 42:37Speaker 3: and that geography baffles me. I'm like, Buffalo, I would
- 42:41Speaker 3: have thought that that drive was twenty five hours. You
- 42:45Speaker 3: drove from Buffalo to Pittsburgh. How far is it?
- 42:48Speaker 5: I don't know, aren't you aren't you playing Buffalo ever?
- 42:52Speaker 3: Huh? Three and a half three and a half hours.
- 42:54Speaker 3: It's nothing. Yeah, it's not terrible. It's closer than they're
- 42:58Speaker 3: closer than we are to Boston. Yeah, that madness. Yeah,
- 43:02Speaker 3: And like, I know, West Virginia is not that far
- 43:04Speaker 3: from there. I would have thought West Virginia was ten
- 43:07Speaker 3: states away from Pittsburgh.
- 43:11Speaker 6: I only know that though, because I know that like
- 43:13Speaker 6: people from what's like Nick says Steelers fan, Right.
- 43:17Speaker 1: He's got a yeah, he's got a little bit of
- 43:19Speaker 1: a yinser drawl to him. Yeah, I'm trying to think
- 43:21Speaker 1: who else from barstools? Like secret, Like the people from
- 43:23Speaker 1: Pittsburgh in your life are always like, oh fuck, I
- 43:26Speaker 1: didn't realize he's from Pittsburgh. It always like sneaks up. Yeah, Yeah,
- 43:30Speaker 1: it's nice.
- 43:31Speaker 5: It's a great city though.
- 43:32Speaker 3: I do like the city. I mean, the real treasure
- 43:35Speaker 3: of the city is their golf course. Yeah, Oakmond. Did
- 43:38Speaker 3: you play it? I've played it. It was play this weekend. No,
- 43:42Speaker 3: I think it was open. But uh, I mean Oakmont
- 43:45Speaker 3: is top five golf course in the world probably is
- 43:47Speaker 3: it right in Pittsburgh kind of in a suburb a
- 43:51Speaker 3: little bit but not far. And it's where they played
- 43:55Speaker 3: the US Open there this year. I mean it's it's
- 43:57Speaker 3: one of the most iconic US Open venu use. It's
- 44:00Speaker 3: similar to Pebble Beach, where like it comes back there
- 44:03Speaker 3: every seven years or something like that. And there've been
- 44:07Speaker 3: some iconic US Opens played at it. The most recent
- 44:10Speaker 3: one was just there.
- 44:11Speaker 7: Damn one of the hardest.
- 44:14Speaker 3: Yeah, we should go to Pittsburgh. Maybe drop a line.
- 44:16Speaker 3: We can play Oakmont. Oakmont's Oakmont's treasure. Yeah, it's a treasure.
- 44:22Speaker 3: They got fish in the in the water hazards I
- 44:24Speaker 3: don't know, No, they don't. They don't have any water
- 44:27Speaker 3: hazards at Oakmont. Correct, No water, not one. And you're
- 44:31Speaker 3: telling me this is the top five course in America.
- 44:33Speaker 5: Yeah, dry course, and it's dropping. You're stepping around homeless people.
- 44:37Speaker 3: Yeah. Yeah, that's why it's so tough. They'll run off
- 44:42Speaker 3: with your ball. There is a I think there's sort
- 44:44Speaker 3: of a lake through the trees on sixteen tea box
- 44:50Speaker 3: or fifteen tea boxes, but.
- 44:52Speaker 6: That's where they're keeping them. I don't know the monsters,
- 44:56Speaker 6: the big fish.
- 44:57Speaker 3: They say that all the rivers in Pittsburgh are bad,
- 45:01Speaker 3: Like you, like, you can't contaminated swimming them. They're pretty polluted.
- 45:06Speaker 6: Well, the fishing in Pennsylvania top tier. Yeah, some of
- 45:10Speaker 6: the best in the country.
- 45:11Speaker 3: Do you think that at some point in the future
- 45:15Speaker 3: of human civilization all of our rivers will restore themselves
- 45:20Speaker 3: to no cleanliness? No, well we're not allowed. I mean
- 45:24Speaker 3: maybe we don't think.
- 45:25Speaker 6: New rivers would appear, if anything.
- 45:27Speaker 3: Are we dump We're not still dumping chemicals and wastes
- 45:31Speaker 3: and stuff in them, are we?
- 45:32Speaker 9: Oh?
- 45:33Speaker 6: They definitely still are. Really yeah, not like all of them,
- 45:36Speaker 6: like not most.
- 45:37Speaker 3: You're telling me that, like fertilizer companies are still just
- 45:41Speaker 3: like paving the way for the next Aaron Brockovic movie. Yeah, probably,
- 45:45Speaker 3: like guys are out there fucking nosebleeds and shit.
- 45:48Speaker 6: Yeah, I'm pretty sure, like the AI companies just like
- 45:51Speaker 6: dump their excess water into.
- 45:53Speaker 3: Growing up with webbed feet that kind of shit.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Theyes, they are as long as as long as China
- 46:00Speaker 1: on this earth, there will be Yeah, China.
- 46:04Speaker 3: I'm pretty sure.
- 46:05Speaker 6: Like at the end of every month, Elon Musk has
- 46:07Speaker 6: to like take the black tar out of Grock and
- 46:09Speaker 6: he just pours it straight into like Lake Tahoe or something.
- 46:15Speaker 3: Just scraping it out for a bachelor.
- 46:17Speaker 5: Yeah, we need a Chinese Aaron Brockovich just really what
- 46:20Speaker 5: we need.
- 46:21Speaker 7: That would be huge.
- 46:24Speaker 3: Yeah, Ellen, Ellen Blackovich, the Chinese probe be called Ellen.
- 46:33Speaker 5: There's way more Chinese names than that.
- 46:35Speaker 1: Do you think that dudes in the US will stop
- 46:39Speaker 1: talking in the hockey accent now that the Canadians aren't
- 46:45Speaker 1: top hockey guys anymore, no hockey guys who talk with
- 46:49Speaker 1: a fake Canadian accent.
- 46:51Speaker 3: Do you think that that will end?
- 46:52Speaker 4: No?
- 46:52Speaker 3: No, definitely not. I think that might have been, if anything,
- 46:55Speaker 3: that just fueled the fire really. Yeah. And a big
- 46:57Speaker 3: part of that too, that people don't talk about, is that,
- 47:00Speaker 3: you know, all those guys that come up in hockey
- 47:02Speaker 3: end up playing I feel like in the Midwest or
- 47:04Speaker 3: in Canada, and the Midwest accent is starting to blend
- 47:10Speaker 3: to Canada. It's not that far off, No, not at all.
- 47:13Speaker 1: Where you think the swaggiest guy on the team's like
- 47:15Speaker 1: a Canadian guy who they're like really aspiring to be
- 47:18Speaker 1: and they're just all trying to talk like him. Or
- 47:21Speaker 1: is it just all in the lingo of listening to
- 47:24Speaker 1: to uh uh spit chick list and s.
- 47:26Speaker 3: I think it's like the the like the cool hockey
- 47:33Speaker 3: guys all talk.
- 47:34Speaker 6: Like that, the best players, and like you think it's
- 47:37Speaker 6: just you want to be the best, so you act
- 47:39Speaker 6: like the best.
- 47:40Speaker 5: What's the lacrosse accent? Is it just perfect grammar?
- 47:45Speaker 10: You know?
- 47:45Speaker 3: It's always so funny to me, lacrosse is always the
- 47:50Speaker 3: I've said this before, but lacrosse is always the sort
- 47:53Speaker 3: of punchline of rich sport. And whenever someone says that
- 47:59Speaker 3: to me, I'm like, you're poor, yeah, because I knew
- 48:03Speaker 3: rich sports. Oh you're talking polo. The fact you you
- 48:07Speaker 3: think lacrosse is the rich sport. That's your top of
- 48:12Speaker 3: the mountain. What are your top three? Oh my god, dude,
- 48:15Speaker 3: think of do you've an NASCAR? You've ever met a
- 48:17Speaker 3: fencing kid? No? Never, like a kid who's competitive and
- 48:22Speaker 3: fencing literally no, never, or some of these Olympic sports
- 48:26Speaker 3: where you're like, I'm not watching that. No, I know,
- 48:28Speaker 3: I totally agree with that, Like the kid who grows
- 48:31Speaker 3: up and is good at that, You're like, get the
- 48:34Speaker 3: millionaires horseback riding, equestrian like dressage, all that ship is
- 48:41Speaker 3: outrageous money. Yeah, anything to do with horses is crazy.
- 48:46Speaker 3: Bob sledding, well, I don't know about that. I don't
- 48:49Speaker 3: I actually don't know about it.
- 48:51Speaker 6: Oh no, I'd assume that's something that like, I don't
- 48:53Speaker 6: think you can just walk into a bobs like you
- 48:56Speaker 6: and you're like, where's your sled at?
- 48:57Speaker 3: But do they even have does does you know fucking
- 49:03Speaker 3: South Dakota have high school bob sled teams? No? No,
- 49:08Speaker 3: all right, so you have to actually invent almost pretty
- 49:12Speaker 3: much an Olympic training program, which would presume to have
- 49:16Speaker 3: a lot of expense behind it.
- 49:18Speaker 1: So the tracks are always just the bob sets are
- 49:20Speaker 1: always at the tracks. What do you mean no one's
- 49:23Speaker 1: taking their bobsled at home?
- 49:25Speaker 3: Oh?
- 49:25Speaker 6: Who knows sharpened the blade the skids? I mean they
- 49:30Speaker 6: definitely might.
- 49:31Speaker 5: So just tracks are stocked with bob slets.
- 49:36Speaker 3: Carry Oh, I think you'd have to have your custom.
- 49:38Speaker 5: I guess in cool runnings they're like carrying the bob
- 49:40Speaker 5: sled around.
- 49:41Speaker 10: Yeah.
- 49:41Speaker 3: Also what's the one where it's just like the one
- 49:43Speaker 3: the luge do you know how you know? Coming back
- 49:47Speaker 3: to this point, but at least lacrosse made an effort.
- 49:52Speaker 3: I remember there would always be these inner city lacrosse
- 49:55Speaker 3: outreach programs, like you know, non profit organizations where coaches
- 50:02Speaker 3: would go into the inner city and provide equipment and
- 50:04Speaker 3: try to like strike up a game. You never see
- 50:07Speaker 3: fucking polo ponies walking around. You don't see a whole
- 50:11Speaker 3: lot of like jumps being set up for fucking horseback
- 50:15Speaker 3: riding in Harlem. Yeah, now that is true.
- 50:20Speaker 6: I mean I think, like I'm thinking right off the
- 50:22Speaker 6: bat richest sports horseback riding.
- 50:27Speaker 5: You through NASCAR out there. I think NASCAR NASCAR.
- 50:30Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, that You can't just Formula one cart all
- 50:35Speaker 6: that getting It's not you just go to.
- 50:37Speaker 7: Your dad one day and you're like, I want to race.
- 50:39Speaker 3: No, you start that when you start go kart racing.
- 50:41Speaker 1: Though.
- 50:41Speaker 3: Karting is how the kids do it.
- 50:43Speaker 1: That's why they're all juniors too. It's like because they're
- 50:45Speaker 1: driving from the time they're three years old. Yeah, dad's
- 50:47Speaker 1: a NASCAR NASCAR driver already.
- 50:49Speaker 3: Dude. By the way, hockey's pretty expensive too.
- 50:52Speaker 6: Yeah, hockey's definitely expensive. Ice time is insane.
- 50:55Speaker 3: Well, it's not the ice time, it's the gear. I
- 50:57Speaker 3: thought it was ice time. Oh, figure skating is really
- 51:00Speaker 3: really expensive. Yeah, well, when you play hockey, the team
- 51:03Speaker 3: gets the ice time. I get it, But I'm saying
- 51:06Speaker 3: for that same note, figure skating, as far as I
- 51:10Speaker 3: can tell, there's no like figure skating teams, so it's
- 51:14Speaker 3: always one on one. I have a coach. I have
- 51:16Speaker 3: a singular coach. Yeah, I think that's how it works,
- 51:19Speaker 3: but I don't know how that.
- 51:19Speaker 6: I'd assume that's like they get like a part of
- 51:22Speaker 6: the ice unless you're at like the top level, and
- 51:25Speaker 6: you probably just have your own fucking rink. Yeah, we
- 51:29Speaker 6: built a We built a ice rink in our yard
- 51:32Speaker 6: when I was younger.
- 51:32Speaker 3: That's cool.
- 51:33Speaker 7: Yea, I was sick.
- 51:33Speaker 5: What'd you build it out of?
- 51:35Speaker 6: My dad did, like, did you just like put a
- 51:37Speaker 6: tarp down and then yeah, you put like a fludder
- 51:39Speaker 6: with wood planks and then you flood it.
- 51:41Speaker 3: That's cool. Your dad.
- 51:43Speaker 1: Everything I hear about your dads, he seems like he
- 51:45Speaker 1: was such an engaged dad, Like he wanted you to
- 51:48Speaker 1: succeed at hockey so much was doing so much for
- 51:50Speaker 1: you guys.
- 51:51Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't know.
- 51:52Speaker 6: I mean he definitely when me and my older sister
- 51:56Speaker 6: or me and my older sister played sports. Definitely, But
- 51:59Speaker 6: then we really quickly realized that there probably wasn't a
- 52:02Speaker 6: right future in athleticism for anyone in our family.
- 52:04Speaker 3: Do you think your dad would like me? Yeah? Man,
- 52:07Speaker 3: my dad likes everybody. Well, no, come on, would he
- 52:12Speaker 3: would he? Really? I mean, do you think we would
- 52:13Speaker 3: be friends? Yeah? I'm sure you guys get would he
- 52:16Speaker 3: be one of your top guys? Like?
- 52:17Speaker 5: Would he be one of would you be one of
- 52:19Speaker 5: mister S's top guys?
- 52:22Speaker 3: Yeah? Do you think he would? Do you think he'd
- 52:24Speaker 3: approve of me more than Bo?
- 52:26Speaker 4: No?
- 52:27Speaker 3: He loves Bo? Yeah? But does does he know that
- 52:29Speaker 3: Bo moved to Alabama and has kind of lost his way?
- 52:32Speaker 7: But he's no other.
- 52:35Speaker 5: It's not your fault.
- 52:36Speaker 3: He's got a huge How long would it take for
- 52:38Speaker 3: me to overtake Bow in your dad's eyes? Years? I
- 52:42Speaker 3: don't know. He doesn't see Bo a lot. Does your
- 52:44Speaker 3: dad know how good of an influence I am on you?
- 52:46Speaker 9: No?
- 52:48Speaker 3: Does he think that I'm a better influence on you
- 52:49Speaker 3: than Bo?
- 52:50Speaker 9: No?
- 52:51Speaker 3: Why not? Look at Bo? I guess Bo's not an
- 52:53Speaker 3: influence on me at all. Well, nor should he be.
- 52:57Speaker 5: I know his dad's the man because he actively keeps
- 52:59Speaker 5: him from us. One time, I was at the same
- 53:01Speaker 5: Bucks game as his dad and your dad you couldn't
- 53:05Speaker 5: meet him.
- 53:06Speaker 6: He's like, he's they were at the same Bucks game,
- 53:08Speaker 6: and I was like, I'm not. Like they were both
- 53:11Speaker 6: in like areas that you couldn't get to. Roan's like
- 53:15Speaker 6: on the court and my dad's in some fucking like
- 53:18Speaker 6: corporate box. Why was your dad at a Bucks game
- 53:20Speaker 6: because he works in Wisconsin?
- 53:22Speaker 3: Does he? Yeah? Or he did for a while. I
- 53:25Speaker 3: don't think he does anymore traveling back and forth.
- 53:28Speaker 6: That's why we moved to Wisconsin for like two months.
- 53:30Speaker 3: I remember that. Yeah, now do you remember that?
- 53:33Speaker 6: But yeah, they were at the same Bucks game together,
- 53:35Speaker 6: and it was just.
- 53:36Speaker 1: And he kept us apart, and I was just like, bro,
- 53:38Speaker 1: just like, let us correspond with each other. We'll probably
- 53:41Speaker 1: have a lot of similar.
- 53:42Speaker 6: Roans texting me. He's like, tell your dad to come
- 53:43Speaker 6: down to the court. Yeah, And I was like that,
- 53:46Speaker 6: there's no way that's happening.
- 53:48Speaker 3: I would have gone to your dad. I think I
- 53:49Speaker 3: just asked standing by the court, like which one's roan? Yeah,
- 53:55Speaker 3: I mean it.
- 53:57Speaker 1: Would be so nice. I don't think that I was
- 53:59Speaker 1: just like connect this. I don't think it was like
- 54:01Speaker 1: that that out of bounds.
- 54:02Speaker 3: It was out of bounds. Is it not the best chance? Look?
- 54:06Speaker 3: I really would like to meet your dad. Yeah, is
- 54:10Speaker 3: the best chance for me to do that in Massachusetts?
- 54:13Speaker 3: I have no idea.
- 54:14Speaker 5: You'd have to find a way to get into his
- 54:15Speaker 5: life consistently, like my dad's in New York all the time,
- 54:19Speaker 5: show up it with like a like your hockey gears.
- 54:22Speaker 7: Oh yeah, I'd have to.
- 54:23Speaker 3: I'd have to stage a meet cute.
- 54:26Speaker 5: Yes, and satisfy his want to have this athletic son.
- 54:30Speaker 3: Bump into him at home depot and be like, oh shit,
- 54:33Speaker 3: are you buying a twenty by twenty tarp too? Rink
- 54:36Speaker 3: backyard and make a oh shit, you don't happen to
- 54:40Speaker 3: know the best would to use to create a border? Right?
- 54:44Speaker 6: We didn't even have the I had another friend who
- 54:47Speaker 6: also they built a rink every year, and mayors was like,
- 54:50Speaker 6: there's nice, fine tuned that was there was like an
- 54:53Speaker 6: actual hockey rank.
- 54:54Speaker 5: So your dad was just like, man, they're not fucking
- 54:56Speaker 5: building a ring. Build a rink.
- 54:58Speaker 3: How good are the Johnson's.
- 54:59Speaker 9: We did it.
- 55:00Speaker 1: We did it.
- 55:00Speaker 6: I think we did it one or two years, and
- 55:02Speaker 6: then my dad was like, we're not doing this again
- 55:04Speaker 6: because it was a lot of work.
- 55:05Speaker 3: Dude. If I ran into your dad at home depot
- 55:08Speaker 3: and we started talking, my.
- 55:09Speaker 6: Dad probably hasn't been to a home depot in fifteen years. Yeah,
- 55:12Speaker 6: but that's why that was the last thing he's done
- 55:15Speaker 6: with his hands, was build that hockey rink.
- 55:18Speaker 3: Damn well, let's just play it out right, Like I
- 55:21Speaker 3: think I know enough to win his phone number from him.
- 55:27Speaker 3: Definitely not in a home depot. I'd be like, you know,
- 55:30Speaker 3: I'm building this rink for my son, But to be
- 55:32Speaker 3: honest with you, I don't know if he I don't
- 55:34Speaker 3: know if he thinks. I don't know if he's putting
- 55:37Speaker 3: in enough effort. And I'd imagine this might be our
- 55:39Speaker 3: last year because I refused to drive everywhere for my
- 55:42Speaker 3: son to play hockey if his heart's not really in it.
- 55:45Speaker 3: And he'd be like, boy, are you preaching to the choir? Yeah,
- 55:49Speaker 3: that was.
- 55:49Speaker 6: Always a big one, Like if you didn't if you
- 55:51Speaker 6: didn't want to skate on the rink outside, So I
- 55:55Speaker 6: just built the ring for nothing exactly exactly.
- 55:59Speaker 3: I know, I'm hitting the nail on the head here,
- 56:01Speaker 3: and you'd be like, I just got home from school.
- 56:05Speaker 3: I'd be like, you know, my kid. My kid's got
- 56:09Speaker 3: a lot of promise and potential. But you know, instead
- 56:12Speaker 3: of applying himself in school, he's just tweeting all the time.
- 56:14Speaker 3: I can't get off Twitter. What did he want you
- 56:17Speaker 3: to do?
- 56:17Speaker 5: Like sprints on it?
- 56:19Speaker 3: No, I have no idea. I mean with you sometimes. Yeah,
- 56:24Speaker 3: that's probably nice. He's got a beautiful golf swing, but dad, no,
- 56:29Speaker 3: my son. Oh, I'm still talking to you. You got
- 56:32Speaker 3: to find so you gotta find swing. It's beautiful than
- 56:36Speaker 3: your dad.
- 56:37Speaker 6: Definitely, I got a better swing than most, that's true.
- 56:40Speaker 5: But I didn't know if you got it from your father.
- 56:41Speaker 5: I don't know if you served.
- 56:42Speaker 3: You that, but self taught. I'd like to meet your dad.
- 56:46Speaker 6: I think to find him, we should be able to
- 56:48Speaker 6: get the conversation.
- 56:50Speaker 3: Was enough to never have that happen. I mean, get
- 56:53Speaker 3: out to Milwaukee.
- 56:54Speaker 5: There, it's like there's one hundred thousand people out there.
- 56:56Speaker 3: We'll go to a Bucks game and there's only so
- 56:58Speaker 3: many boxes. Yeah, I'll find my way. Yeah, you'll find
- 57:00Speaker 3: your way. Like I'm sorry, I'm looking. Is there a
- 57:03Speaker 3: mister Sattle in this box? See how I said?
- 57:07Speaker 5: Mister asked dude, I don't want to get all his
- 57:09Speaker 5: business out there. Yeah, they could really find him. There's
- 57:13Speaker 5: no one in Milwaukee.
- 57:14Speaker 3: And then you know, if I ever, he'd bring me
- 57:16Speaker 3: over to the house at some point for dinner and
- 57:18Speaker 3: I'd just show up with like bundles of yarn. Yeah.
- 57:21Speaker 3: Yeah for the knitting. Yeah huge.
- 57:25Speaker 6: I don't even think they don't do that anymore. It's
- 57:27Speaker 6: just all there. It's all on TikTok Now.
- 57:30Speaker 3: That's how they keep their mind, using their thumbs, stays
- 57:34Speaker 3: off dementia. If you just scroll a lot. Damn, that's it.
- 57:38Speaker 3: There's no more knitting circles, No, just TikTok. Now. They
- 57:41Speaker 3: still knit.
- 57:42Speaker 6: My sister, just my sister nets too, My younger sister.
- 57:45Speaker 3: Think she would knit something for us, like a hat.
- 57:48Speaker 7: She made a hat.
- 57:49Speaker 3: She just made a hat.
- 57:49Speaker 5: How about in the Christmas season, some stockings so she
- 57:53Speaker 5: could get a start.
- 57:54Speaker 6: Now, Yeah, yeah, it wo'll probably take a long time.
- 57:57Speaker 3: I know, I hope you know that. Like my as
- 58:01Speaker 3: silly as all of this sounds like, I really do
- 58:03Speaker 3: like your family. You don't know any of them.
- 58:09Speaker 6: I know who they You've literally never met one of them.
- 58:12Speaker 3: I know who they made though. No, No, and you're
- 58:14Speaker 3: pretty dark. Good have you met it?
- 58:16Speaker 1: Have you?
- 58:16Speaker 3: You haven't even met any of my family? No, I haven't. No.
- 58:21Speaker 3: How well you met my dad? Yeah? You met his dad? Yeah?
- 58:25Speaker 3: How tall is he? Come on? Looks exactly like sa.
- 58:31Speaker 3: Now I need to meet this awesome guy now now, yeah,
- 58:34Speaker 3: I wonder what he looks like. I'll introduce you to
- 58:37Speaker 3: my dad. If you introduce me to your dad, I
- 58:40Speaker 3: think we just you want to do a home and hold.
- 58:42Speaker 6: I'll just do like a healthy meet in the middle
- 58:44Speaker 6: with none with none of that.
- 58:46Speaker 3: No, dad's what if we introduced our dads to each other?
- 58:49Speaker 3: I wouldn't be opposed to that.
- 58:51Speaker 5: But how social are your guys?
- 58:53Speaker 3: Dad's not social?
- 58:55Speaker 9: Really?
- 58:55Speaker 3: No, my dad is like impossibly social, that is relentlessly social.
- 59:02Speaker 3: My dad will my dad will be walking off an
- 59:05Speaker 3: airplane and like he'll match the pace of the person
- 59:10Speaker 3: in front of him. Where are you headed, my mom said?
- 59:14Speaker 3: Just my mom will send me pictures of my dad
- 59:17Speaker 3: waiting for baggage where he is talking to like random people,
- 59:22Speaker 3: what the baggage claim and just be like here he
- 59:25Speaker 3: is talking to these two fucking kids. That's hilarious. Yeah,
- 59:30Speaker 3: now that's not mine. That's not like that at all.
- 59:32Speaker 3: He thinks. My dad thinks he's like an ambassador of
- 59:35Speaker 3: the world, and he's so chipper and so like upbeat,
- 59:39Speaker 3: and uh, he just wants to get to know everybody
- 59:42Speaker 3: and like he wants to he wants to bring happiness
- 59:46Speaker 3: to me.
- 59:46Speaker 6: Actual sounds exactly like you that me. Yeah you're dead,
- 59:50Speaker 6: you're not your first day on the pot. You're not
- 59:52Speaker 6: talking to people on the jet bridge.
- 59:54Speaker 3: No, I don't. I don't. I'm actually very I'm so
- 59:56Speaker 3: different from my dad. Everyone, tri Congress, everyone, everyone thinks
- 1:00:01Speaker 3: they're different.
- 1:00:02Speaker 5: He seems awesome.
- 1:00:03Speaker 3: I don't talk to people you talked to When have
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: you ever seen me?
- 1:00:07Speaker 6: Like, uh, when we went to or when we went
- 1:00:10Speaker 6: to Orlando, you were talking to all the guys waiting
- 1:00:12Speaker 6: for their golf bags.
- 1:00:13Speaker 3: Oh, but that's they knew me. That's a different a
- 1:00:15Speaker 3: golf guy. They knew who they would come up to.
- 1:00:17Speaker 3: I don't knew that they knew you because you introduced yourself.
- 1:00:21Speaker 3: Francis Elis four point seven index how are you. I'll
- 1:00:25Speaker 3: see you out there where you playing this weekend US
- 1:00:28Speaker 3: it was everybody. Everybody knew from the Internet invitational because
- 1:00:32Speaker 3: they were all golf people. Yeah. But if we're honest,
- 1:00:36Speaker 3: think about this. When you and I split ubers, whenever
- 1:00:39Speaker 3: we land in a city to go do something together,
- 1:00:41Speaker 3: you are the one talking to the uber driver and
- 1:00:43Speaker 3: I'm silent. Yeah, but that's by force.
- 1:00:46Speaker 6: It's because you, because the uber driver will talk and
- 1:00:48Speaker 6: you're you're fine with just like no one replies.
- 1:00:51Speaker 3: No, I just know you've got it because you're you're
- 1:00:54Speaker 3: the social one of the two of us.
- 1:00:56Speaker 6: It's like a forty second pause after the lady's like,
- 1:00:59Speaker 6: so you guys are doing uh, he was doing hilarities.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: I love because Harry, this is so true. I put
- 1:01:08Speaker 3: him in the position of being the talker, and it's
- 1:01:11Speaker 3: so fun for me to watch him have these meaningless
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: conversations with uber drivers in cities you know where it's
- 1:01:21Speaker 3: do you have to yeah question? No, I wouldn't if
- 1:01:25Speaker 3: I were alone in the uber with the first do
- 1:01:26Speaker 3: it to him. Yeah, I just know he's going to
- 1:01:28Speaker 3: pick up the slack and I want him to.
- 1:01:30Speaker 5: Do it because he doesn't. He hates to be awkward.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: I don't talk.
- 1:01:32Speaker 6: I don't talk when I'm in ubers by myself. I
- 1:01:34Speaker 6: make it no like I put I get in the
- 1:01:36Speaker 6: car with the music already coming through the headphones.
- 1:01:38Speaker 3: So they now, this guy can't hear you. You're super
- 1:01:42Speaker 3: polite though. Remember where was it that we were? Where
- 1:01:45Speaker 3: did we do the co headlining where the woman pitches
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: us up? Yeah, hilarities yeah, yeah, and her her uberhead
- 1:01:53Speaker 3: all the lights and stuff in it. Right, Oh, I
- 1:01:56Speaker 3: don't know, No, maybe not no, a little bit of
- 1:01:58Speaker 3: a tinfoil hat.
- 1:01:59Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:02:00Speaker 7: She she was right.
- 1:02:01Speaker 6: She actually, I will say she ended up being right
- 1:02:03Speaker 6: about everything. I don't remember anything she said she was
- 1:02:10Speaker 6: telling us about, like the pizza gate and the Epstein stuff,
- 1:02:13Speaker 6: And I was like, this, fuck, this lady's out of
- 1:02:15Speaker 6: her fucking mind.
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: Yeah, but you were, you were, you were urging her
- 1:02:18Speaker 3: on Yeah, I was asking a lot. You're like, who
- 1:02:20Speaker 3: he thinks behind it? It's yeah, I was asking her
- 1:02:25Speaker 3: her thoughts on it. He was going back and forth.
- 1:02:27Speaker 3: She ended up being right. So it's pretty crazy. This
- 1:02:30Speaker 3: woman can have a conversation with herself. She does not
- 1:02:32Speaker 3: need anyone else.
- 1:02:33Speaker 1: Yeah, she she can talk, have you guys watched that
- 1:02:36Speaker 1: show Neighbors Yet on HBO.
- 1:02:38Speaker 3: It's really good though, so fucking game.
- 1:02:40Speaker 1: But they just have all those people who just could
- 1:02:42Speaker 1: like talk to themselves and are just going to like
- 1:02:44Speaker 1: healing centers. It's fucking amazing. It's so fucking interesting, so
- 1:02:48Speaker 1: well done.
- 1:02:49Speaker 6: I think I could talk for like even like I
- 1:02:54Speaker 6: get like, I get like annoyed about having to like
- 1:02:56Speaker 6: talk all day. But then when I'm not talking, I
- 1:02:59Speaker 6: just go home and I'm just making calls all day.
- 1:03:02Speaker 6: I mean, I realized, I just I don't. I don't
- 1:03:03Speaker 6: think I can sit by myself for that long, dude,
- 1:03:05Speaker 6: I sit when I ride in the car for a
- 1:03:08Speaker 6: long time.
- 1:03:08Speaker 3: Now. I don't listen to anything anymore. Yeah, I've stopped
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: listening to anything at all.
- 1:03:13Speaker 6: But even when I'm like driving, I'm like, I just
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: call one of the call one of the fellows.
- 1:03:16Speaker 3: I will call people in the car. I like to
- 1:03:18Speaker 3: do that. I'm always calling my you listen to music
- 1:03:21Speaker 3: or can't. It's similar to how I can never find
- 1:03:26Speaker 3: something to watch on TV anymore. I never really Yeah,
- 1:03:28Speaker 3: I've kind of hit that.
- 1:03:29Speaker 7: I don't.
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: I haven't. I wouldn't say I've heard it. All.
- 1:03:31Speaker 6: But I go through phases where I'm like, I've heard it.
- 1:03:33Speaker 6: I don't have a single fucking song I want to.
- 1:03:35Speaker 7: Hear right now.
- 1:03:36Speaker 3: I went through a great Olivia Dean phase and then
- 1:03:39Speaker 3: I beat that to death, and now I'm just not
- 1:03:41Speaker 3: I don't know, got nothing.
- 1:03:42Speaker 5: You can start listening to Stella Lefty, She'll get your.
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: Right Stella Lefty. Yeah. Yeah, Who who else have I been?
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: Who have I? I was listening to.
- 1:03:53Speaker 6: A little bit more of a like an alternate reggae,
- 1:03:56Speaker 6: like a lot of a lot of Sublime everlast I'm
- 1:04:00Speaker 6: just kind of just bad.
- 1:04:02Speaker 3: I was listening to a lot of I d K
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: and no Id no Id Do you know them?
- 1:04:07Speaker 6: Ron?
- 1:04:08Speaker 5: It's a great producer.
- 1:04:10Speaker 3: Who kid? Who Kids? Got a lot of stuff that
- 1:04:12Speaker 3: I like.
- 1:04:13Speaker 5: You're on a producer kick.
- 1:04:14Speaker 6: I don't really listen to like sad music anymore. I
- 1:04:17Speaker 6: kind of just like boxed all of that out.
- 1:04:19Speaker 5: You know who has some crazy ship?
- 1:04:21Speaker 3: Broms? Yeah familiar, Oh my god, Oh wow? I like Broms.
- 1:04:27Speaker 5: He has this fucking lullaby not for me, It'll get
- 1:04:31Speaker 5: your ass right to sleep.
- 1:04:32Speaker 3: Yeah, I don't like that ship.
- 1:04:33Speaker 6: I don't like I used to listen to a bunch
- 1:04:34Speaker 6: of like you know, like bond Ivor and and like
- 1:04:37Speaker 6: all that, like Phoebe Bridgers, all that sad stuff. And
- 1:04:41Speaker 6: then I just hit a point where I was like,
- 1:04:42Speaker 6: I don't really want to be sad, so let's.
- 1:04:45Speaker 3: Throw on a little sublime. Yeah, yeah, joint send them morning.
- 1:04:54Speaker 6: Yeah exactly. That's how I'm starting my days now.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 1:04:59Speaker 3: By the way, you talked about how you have you
- 1:05:01Speaker 3: have no caffeine doesn't affect you. Yeah, you'll never do it,
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: but it would mean a lot to me if I
- 1:05:06Speaker 3: could make you a coffee for my new setup.
- 1:05:08Speaker 6: No, because I'm sure I'll have one sip of that
- 1:05:10Speaker 6: and I'll be sweating out of every crevice.
- 1:05:14Speaker 3: He doesn't over do it, you just do one. I'm
- 1:05:17Speaker 3: not a big espresso god it Well, you don't have
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: a cappuccino. I'll make you a latte or or I'll
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: make you an Americano, or I'm going to get a
- 1:05:25Speaker 3: nice drip set up. I could do an Americana. You'd
- 1:05:28Speaker 3: have an Americano. Yeah, yeah, that would be great.
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: Americano is so much worse than drip coffee.
- 1:05:34Speaker 3: Yeah, it's bit his for sure.
- 1:05:36Speaker 1: Americano is That's why if you're going if you're getting
- 1:05:39Speaker 1: like espresso, you and you don't want that, you might
- 1:05:42Speaker 1: as well just go get a cappuccino, get some some
- 1:05:45Speaker 1: weight to it, Like an Americano is so watered down
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: that it doesn't have any life to it.
- 1:05:49Speaker 3: Yeah. Maybe, so, well, then I'm going to get the
- 1:05:51Speaker 3: Weber Workshops bird or something like that. And it's like
- 1:05:55Speaker 3: a pour over type situation. Yeah, and I'm gonna I'll
- 1:05:58Speaker 3: be able to make you really good because I have
- 1:05:59Speaker 3: a beans right now, Harry.
- 1:06:02Speaker 5: You know, I went over to his house and he
- 1:06:03Speaker 5: made me an espresso.
- 1:06:05Speaker 3: This morning, no last week. Yeah, it's chocolatey perfect crema.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: It's not going to have you sweating. It has this
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: really nice crema, really perfect crema.
- 1:06:14Speaker 3: You bought the crema having going nuts.
- 1:06:17Speaker 6: I think the last time I had an espresso, I
- 1:06:19Speaker 6: was in France and I was really hungover and I
- 1:06:25Speaker 6: didn't really sleep, and I remember sitting outside in France
- 1:06:31Speaker 6: and I got an espresso and I remember drinking it
- 1:06:33Speaker 6: and then going and having like the worst diarrhea.
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: Like I was.
- 1:06:37Speaker 6: It was it was like, you know, like I don't
- 1:06:40Speaker 6: even know if you guys like could relate to that,
- 1:06:42Speaker 6: but like do I remember like there was a clear
- 1:06:46Speaker 6: moment in my life where it was like I don't
- 1:06:48Speaker 6: have anxiety, and now.
- 1:06:50Speaker 2: I've got it.
- 1:06:50Speaker 3: Oh yeah, dude, what a great.
- 1:06:56Speaker 6: I used to be able to just like be one
- 1:06:59Speaker 6: hour of drank twenty shots of vodka the night before,
- 1:07:04Speaker 6: and now I'm gonna have five.
- 1:07:05Speaker 3: Espressos just to get the wheels going again. Yeah.
- 1:07:08Speaker 6: Like if I did that, now I would die like
- 1:07:10Speaker 6: I would have like a I would be. I would
- 1:07:12Speaker 6: be getting like airlifted to a hospital and a stray jacket.
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: Well, hold on a second, though, I do think that
- 1:07:17Speaker 3: we felt anxiety when we were younger, but we didn't
- 1:07:20Speaker 3: maybe we didn't know how to recognize it. Yeah. I
- 1:07:24Speaker 3: think that's probably what I used to have so much
- 1:07:25Speaker 3: anxiety about when I would get in trouble. Yeah, the
- 1:07:28Speaker 3: consequences of that are my parents finding out, you know,
- 1:07:31Speaker 3: on and on I was. I would be consumed by it.
- 1:07:35Speaker 3: I remember I got into a fender bender one day
- 1:07:37Speaker 3: coming home from school. Yeah, and I just tapped the
- 1:07:41Speaker 3: guy in front of me. He had this old rusty
- 1:07:45Speaker 3: pickup truck to the degree that when I hit the car,
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: rust fell off. I cleaned it. I improved his car,
- 1:07:54Speaker 3: and we pulled over. We exchanged information and all that,
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: and then I remember going home and I was probably
- 1:08:01Speaker 3: sixteen seventeen, and I remember we made it all the
- 1:08:06Speaker 3: way to dinner, and I was silent at the dinner table, silent,
- 1:08:10Speaker 3: and everyone's having that normal meal around you, and they're
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: like and and it finally, it just it was eating
- 1:08:18Speaker 3: me up. I couldn't even eat my food. I thought
- 1:08:20Speaker 3: I'd committed a cardinal sin. And I finally had to
- 1:08:24Speaker 3: come clean and say I got into an accident today.
- 1:08:27Speaker 3: They're like, oh my god, are you okay? And I
- 1:08:28Speaker 3: was like, yeah, I was going three and I hit
- 1:08:33Speaker 3: this guy's car. I mean, I thought I thought it
- 1:08:35Speaker 3: was going to cost us our family tens of thousands
- 1:08:37Speaker 3: of dollars. And they were like, oh okay, and it
- 1:08:41Speaker 3: was okay, it was fine, but it just churned away
- 1:08:43Speaker 3: my soul. Anyway, the point is that that was anxiety then, yeah, yeah, yeah,
- 1:08:49Speaker 3: Well now it manifests in me in that I can't sleep,
- 1:08:54Speaker 3: and that didn't used to happen. Yeah. Yeah.
- 1:08:56Speaker 6: I just remember, like I used to everyone, all my
- 1:08:58Speaker 6: friends used to be like, you're always paranoid about everything,
- 1:09:01Speaker 6: and I would just be like I don't think I
- 1:09:02Speaker 6: really am.
- 1:09:03Speaker 3: I'm just like worried.
- 1:09:05Speaker 6: But yeah, the then once I started having the panic attacks,
- 1:09:08Speaker 6: it started coming in in a whole different new way. Yeah,
- 1:09:11Speaker 6: and then I was like, oh, apparently I get nervous
- 1:09:13Speaker 6: now and then I can't breathe.
- 1:09:18Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: Yeah, labeling it does make it worse sometimes, definitely, because
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: you're like, oh, that's what this is like. Not labeling
- 1:09:25Speaker 1: it and not being able to dissociate from it is
- 1:09:28Speaker 1: like then it becomes like all, yeah, here.
- 1:09:31Speaker 3: Comes the chemical imbalance in my brain again, against which
- 1:09:35Speaker 3: I have no fucking meaningful defense. I have a series
- 1:09:40Speaker 3: of meaningless breathing exercises that will potentially staunch the hemorrhage
- 1:09:46Speaker 3: of fear that is happening and taking over my body
- 1:09:49Speaker 3: right now. Yeah.
- 1:09:50Speaker 6: It is weird because it was just like I like, yeah,
- 1:09:52Speaker 6: I feel like I just used to be just you know,
- 1:09:54Speaker 6: you just kind of just ghost act.
- 1:09:56Speaker 3: Like nothing really that bad, it's gonna happen. Well, you
- 1:10:00Speaker 3: did have that what you've described to me your high
- 1:10:03Speaker 3: school days in a way that I could never imagine.
- 1:10:07Speaker 6: Yeah, it was kind of just like consequences aren't real.
- 1:10:10Speaker 6: So it was like I would get in trouble, but
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: I wouldn't really I would be like, okay, I was.
- 1:10:14Speaker 6: I would be like furious, but I wouldn't be like nervous.
- 1:10:18Speaker 6: I lived in fear of trouble.
- 1:10:21Speaker 3: Yeah I did too, but.
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: I would be I got in trouble so much like
- 1:10:26Speaker 6: every day it was something new, and it would be
- 1:10:28Speaker 6: like shit that I don't even I didn't even know
- 1:10:29Speaker 6: I did.
- 1:10:31Speaker 3: How did you? I've never understood because I know you.
- 1:10:35Speaker 3: You're smart, you're capable, you're organized, and you have drive. Right,
- 1:10:39Speaker 3: I wouldn't say I'm organized, but I'm I would would
- 1:10:41Speaker 3: say some degree though, like you're not a fucking mess.
- 1:10:45Speaker 3: My point is that growing up you described described to
- 1:10:50Speaker 3: me how you would get a bad grade in the class.
- 1:10:52Speaker 7: Yeah, yeah, all the time.
- 1:10:54Speaker 3: I don't I can't figure that out. I don't know.
- 1:10:58Speaker 3: I don't know how. I don't know how you dealt

- 1:11:21Speaker 3: by many. There's a lot of reasons it could be

- 1:16:58Speaker 6: It was pretty much just being organized like I would.
- 1:17:01Speaker 6: There would be like homework assignments that I would not do,
- 1:17:04Speaker 6: but I didn't even know I had to do them
- 1:17:05Speaker 6: because I wasn't paying attention when they were explaining that
- 1:17:07Speaker 6: we had to do them.
- 1:17:08Speaker 3: Got it?
- 1:17:09Speaker 6: So like every day when I would get home from school,
- 1:17:11Speaker 6: I would have to text people and say what's the homework?
- 1:17:13Speaker 3: Like what do we have to do for homework tonight?
- 1:17:15Speaker 3: Because I would never know? Isn't that pretty typical? Add though,
- 1:17:19Speaker 3: isn't that sort of pretty much? Yeah?
- 1:17:22Speaker 6: No, I'm definitely I struggle with testing, struggle with I mean,
- 1:17:25Speaker 6: I do struggle with test.
- 1:17:26Speaker 3: I don't think. I don't think you can take you
- 1:17:27Speaker 3: to struggle with testing. If you don't pay attention during class,
- 1:17:30Speaker 3: you know.
- 1:17:34Speaker 7: What would you do?
- 1:17:34Speaker 6: They would always try to like an They would be
- 1:17:36Speaker 6: like he struggles with tests, and it's like, no, I
- 1:17:38Speaker 6: just don't know what I'm I don't know anything. It's like, yeah, no,
- 1:17:41Speaker 6: should I struggle with it? I don't know the answer.
- 1:17:43Speaker 3: So but let me can I ask you? So you
- 1:17:46Speaker 3: do possess information. You have a trove of intel, mostly
- 1:17:53Speaker 3: about Israel.
- 1:17:54Speaker 7: Right now, I've.
- 1:17:56Speaker 3: Seen hints of what I would only call like real
- 1:18:01Speaker 3: brilliance from you, and I'm wondering where that seeped in
- 1:18:05Speaker 3: from what were the things that you where your brain said,
- 1:18:09Speaker 3: I actually do care to learn this and I'm going
- 1:18:12Speaker 3: to commit myself to it. What did those tend to
- 1:18:14Speaker 3: be like in school? I don't know.
- 1:18:19Speaker 5: He just wanted attention and he was that's why I
- 1:18:21Speaker 5: went on Twitter.
- 1:18:21Speaker 3: Yeah, pretty much.
- 1:18:22Speaker 1: He just wanted to get some followers, attention whore. And
- 1:18:25Speaker 1: then he started doing stand up. He was like, I
- 1:18:26Speaker 1: want attention.
- 1:18:27Speaker 3: Live Yeah, I said, I want to be famous and
- 1:18:31Speaker 3: I'll do anything to get there. At twelve, Like, I
- 1:18:36Speaker 3: feel like you could build a car? No, I feel
- 1:18:39Speaker 3: like you could build a PC.
- 1:18:40Speaker 6: I think the PC stuff people like over complicate. It's
- 1:18:44Speaker 6: really easy.
- 1:18:46Speaker 3: You can build a car, Bro, I couldn't build a PC.
- 1:18:48Speaker 3: Yes you could. No, I promised you. I could not.
- 1:18:51Speaker 3: I promise you you could. I've never understood any of
- 1:18:56Speaker 3: that stuff.
- 1:18:57Speaker 5: It's literally doing legos. If you play Call of Duty
- 1:19:00Speaker 5: you can kill a man exactly. No, if you could
- 1:19:03Speaker 5: be you could build a PC easily. It's just screwing
- 1:19:05Speaker 5: in shit.
- 1:19:06Speaker 3: There's you come. Everything comes with a pamphlet this big,
- 1:19:10Speaker 3: with the directions mozart hiding, and it just made sense
- 1:19:16Speaker 3: to them.
- 1:19:17Speaker 5: Right, I could always play, I could always build I
- 1:19:21Speaker 5: could always build. I knew that about you.
- 1:19:24Speaker 3: Hmm. Interesting. What'd you do all weekend? Sat inside and
- 1:19:27Speaker 3: just watch Call of Duty?
- 1:19:29Speaker 5: That's sick.
- 1:19:30Speaker 3: It was a long weekend.
- 1:19:31Speaker 5: How do you rest your eyes for something like that?
- 1:19:33Speaker 6: I feel like sometimes I would just get off camera
- 1:19:36Speaker 6: and just close my eyes and just stand for like two.
- 1:19:38Speaker 5: Minutes hovering there. You need a seventy inch, honestly is
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: what you need.
- 1:19:42Speaker 6: And every time I come back, everyone's like, oh my god,
- 1:19:45Speaker 6: SaaS just took the biggest bong. Rip's like, no, I
- 1:19:50Speaker 6: was just standing in my kitchen in front of the
- 1:19:51Speaker 6: air conditioner.
- 1:19:56Speaker 3: Oh man, I made steak taco last night with strip steak.
- 1:20:02Speaker 3: Oh that's powerful.
- 1:20:04Speaker 5: All kind of tortillas.
- 1:20:05Speaker 3: No, not strip steak. Excuse me, skirt skirt steak. Made
- 1:20:08Speaker 3: it with skirt steak. I just used regular flower tortillas,
- 1:20:12Speaker 3: but I threw them over an open burner.
- 1:20:13Speaker 5: I like that. I prefer flower and it can kind
- 1:20:15Speaker 5: of like totally grab it a little bit.
- 1:20:17Speaker 3: More corn ones are a little to get too crispy.
- 1:20:21Speaker 3: I like I did that, And then I made a
- 1:20:23Speaker 3: homemade chimmy cherry, which was epic.
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: That's amazing.
- 1:20:28Speaker 9: What's in that?
- 1:20:29Speaker 3: Uh A? Lot of Parsley olive oil. No, what the fuck?
- 1:20:37Speaker 3: What was it it was? Do you guys put rice
- 1:20:40Speaker 3: on tacos? And if you were too, would you classify
- 1:20:43Speaker 3: that as a burrito? No?
- 1:20:47Speaker 5: I think breakfast taco sometimes has some rice in it.
- 1:20:50Speaker 5: When I make taco, like when I have TALKO was
- 1:20:52Speaker 5: at home, I always put rice on it.
- 1:20:54Speaker 3: I think that's fine. I just don't know it wouldn't
- 1:20:57Speaker 3: be a burrito. Burrito has to be enclosed. I see,
- 1:21:00Speaker 3: why do you do it?
- 1:21:02Speaker 7: I don't know.
- 1:21:02Speaker 3: I just I had that conversation with someone recently.
- 1:21:05Speaker 1: I think if it's in a hard taco shell, that
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: doesn't turn it into a burrita. No, I agreed, continue,
- 1:21:11Speaker 1: but I don't know why you're putting rice on a taco.
- 1:21:14Speaker 3: Great, I'm not kidding you. When this whole episode I
- 1:21:18Speaker 3: have when I am talking to Harry and looking at him,
- 1:21:21Speaker 3: one hundred percent of the time, I assume that is
- 1:21:24Speaker 3: two bananas. I've been wondering what that is for a
- 1:21:28Speaker 3: while while it's just out of the corner of my eye,
- 1:21:30Speaker 3: and I'm telling you my brain has told me for
- 1:21:33Speaker 3: the even though that I clarify, I'm like, why would
- 1:21:35Speaker 3: Roan hang two bananas on that mic stand.
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: Isn't that one of those like headbands that like girls
- 1:21:39Speaker 6: wear after they like shower.
- 1:21:40Speaker 3: Yeah, that's for that, or that's for like figure skating.
- 1:21:43Speaker 5: Well, this has been in it's just got in here now.
- 1:21:46Speaker 3: It's been there for weeks.
- 1:21:47Speaker 5: So is it from the Gillian Wallow episode or something?
- 1:21:51Speaker 3: I'm telling you because it's fuzzy and I saw the
- 1:21:54Speaker 3: eyes and I'm just I'm just my brain is immediately
- 1:21:56Speaker 3: telling me that it is the Chiquita banana sticker. It's
- 1:22:00Speaker 3: those same colors. It's the blue and the white, so
- 1:22:02Speaker 3: that's the sticker. And then it was hanging and it
- 1:22:04Speaker 3: was two bananas the whole time, and then I would
- 1:22:06Speaker 3: I'd look at it and be like, oh no, it's
- 1:22:07Speaker 3: a SpongeBob thing. And then I'd go back to talking
- 1:22:10Speaker 3: to you and I'd be like, God, Rome keeps distracted
- 1:22:14Speaker 3: puting these bananas on the fucking mic.
- 1:22:16Speaker 7: Stand every time you look away.
- 1:22:18Speaker 3: It was. It was so crazy.
- 1:22:21Speaker 7: And then when you're not.
- 1:22:21Speaker 3: Looking, he swaps this the SpongeBob headband back.
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: That makes you want to do it really bad.
- 1:22:26Speaker 3: That would be awesome. I need to get some bananas.
- 1:22:30Speaker 6: Yeah, that's definitely like a girl at the offices. No,
- 1:22:35Speaker 6: no way, Yes, you think that's.
- 1:22:37Speaker 3: Gilly and Wallows white girls were that? Yeah? I think really?
- 1:22:42Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't think I knew that.
- 1:22:45Speaker 3: It looks comfy as hell? Or is it your eyes sleep?
- 1:22:50Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:22:50Speaker 7: Wait?
- 1:22:50Speaker 6: I think it is.
- 1:22:51Speaker 3: It has eyes on the front. It's a sleep mask.
- 1:22:55Speaker 5: Try and put it on.
- 1:22:56Speaker 3: It's a slate masks. Probably it's a sleep mask.
- 1:23:00Speaker 5: Yeah, which makes it more likely to be one of
- 1:23:02Speaker 5: Gillian Wallow's guests.
- 1:23:04Speaker 3: M hmm.
- 1:23:05Speaker 5: Maybe somebody wears it real swaggy?
- 1:23:08Speaker 3: Oh who did they have on? Fucking Takashi six nine?
- 1:23:14Speaker 5: I think he could he could rock that?
- 1:23:17Speaker 3: Did he did? He just say he was broke. Probably,
- 1:23:19Speaker 3: I think he's out of cash. That bummed me out.
- 1:23:22Speaker 3: He's a bomb. What do you mean he's had a
- 1:23:25Speaker 3: cash he's an entrepreneur. Guy's a bomb and he's a pedophile.
- 1:23:29Speaker 5: That's true. I can't argue with that.
- 1:23:31Speaker 3: I don't know. Isn't that why he went to jail? Yeah,
- 1:23:34Speaker 3: but he did at the time. Did the crime was
- 1:23:37Speaker 3: that not even alleged?
- 1:23:39Speaker 7: Yeah? Well I think that.
- 1:23:41Speaker 6: I think it was like, I don't know something with Israel,
- 1:23:45Speaker 6: I don't even know what it was.
- 1:23:49Speaker 5: I saw you fucking fuming about Cash Pattel.
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: Oh, yeah, that guy's a bomb. I saw that guy's
- 1:23:56Speaker 6: a fucking bomb.
- 1:23:57Speaker 3: Hot as hell about Cash Paateel. I hate that guy.
- 1:24:01Speaker 3: He should go to prison. The worst part was that
- 1:24:04Speaker 3: when he was like, get, we'll get it the fucked one, sir.
- 1:24:09Speaker 3: We'll fucking get We'll get the fuck on it, sir.
- 1:24:12Speaker 6: I mean, dude, imagine winning the gold medal in the

- 1:24:22Speaker 6: as the FBI, Yeah, what the fuck are you doing?
- 1:24:25Speaker 3: But I actually don't care at all.
- 1:24:27Speaker 1: I think that it's uh, I don't care who they party,
- 1:24:29Speaker 1: and I don't think if you're in a situation like that,
- 1:24:31Speaker 1: you can be.
- 1:24:31Speaker 3: Expected to be like whoa, whoa, whoa, Like what's he
- 1:24:34Speaker 3: doing here? You just keep on partying. You just won
- 1:24:37Speaker 3: the gold medal.
- 1:24:37Speaker 5: No one's gonna stop partying.

- 1:24:41Speaker 3: he was the He was like they hired him. Yeah,
- 1:24:44Speaker 3: it was like a drew.

- 1:24:54Speaker 3: and chugging it. He was doing like a Russian like
